A series of Lustful Events-1 The Introduction
#1 of A series of Lustful events
First time story procession by me. I hope to fulfill my goal of satisfying everyone's cough fetishes cough throughout the storyline. So i hope you enjoy the Intro!

Riding his moped down the street, a ferret reaches the somewhat moderate 2 Family-2 Floors apartment. With all the other crapy apartment buildings around in the area, it just fits in like a puzzle piece. He thinks to himself how lucky he was to not just live in this building, but own it too! The ferret walks the moped in the front gates and unlocks the front door. The ferret looks around the pretty empty and plan building and wonders who he would get as attendants. A devilish grim appears on his face, "Boy, this is gonna be Fun!" he muttered to himself in the darkness.
A few days later...
A Shark walks up to a building and pulls the paper out of her pocket. Looking over it she confirms that's the building. "This actually doesn't look like shit." she says to herself. "But I don't know who would rent out a building that cheap..." She opens the gate and walks to the front door. Repeatedly pushing the button on the door bell and a Shady figure comes and opens the door. "Who is it?" asked the shadow. The shark says: "I wanted to come for the open slot for a roommate. You're the landlord right?" The door swings open and a ferret appears. He looked pretty relaxed, wearing a graphic tee and an open button up shirt, the jeans he had where pure black. "Yes that I am... My name is Ryan and yours?" The ferret scratching the back of his head with his left and holds out his right hand. The shark reaches out and says as she shakes his hand: "It's Clare." "Now Clare, come on in, everyone else is already here. Don't keep the party waiting!" Ryan teases as he runs back down the hall and into the living room. Clare questions what she just experienced and walked to the living room.
"All right! Looks like everyone is here! Now let's do a quick road call! Just say your name, what you like, and your favored food. I call last!" Ryan shouted as he sat in the Lounge Chair. The Dragoness whom was sucked in her book talks first without even looking up. "My name is Rin. I like books and my favored food is Sashimi." Next up was the Shark. "My name is Clare. I... I like Art... My favored food is steak." The Wolf chuckled and says: "I'm Krystal, I like to hate men, and my favored dish is pig testicles." She licked her lips as she said the last statement. A cold chill raced through Ryan's body as he saw this. Then the Frilled Lizard showed a toothy smile talked: "My name is Rana. I love to see people suffer. Anything that can be eaten raw is my favored." Everyone seemed to cringe ah her statement. The last one other than Ryan was a Cat-Bear Hybird, who still seemed to be cheerful the whole time. "Hiiii! I'm Claude! I like to play all the time! And i Love Fish!" She couldn't stop plancing around in her seat. "Hmmmm. Well I'm Ryan if i hadn't told you already. What i like is a Secret, but i do love deep fried foods! Ahahahaha!"
"Well now that our introductions are done, let's go and talk about business shall we? I'll let you girls ask the questions first, then I'll tell you the rest alright?" Most of the females nodded, and then Clare asked: "So how is this whole roommate thing going to work out?" "Well, that's up to you. All the rooms but mine are for however you want to live. If you want to all live in one room or live by yourselfs that's none of my business." Ryan responded. Rin now lifts her head up and look to Ryan and asks: "So do we all have to pay this one rent or is it just for the each of us?" Ryan laughs. "Ohohohoho! No, that's for each one of you to pay yourself. The Shark's and Wolf's drop in amazement. They didn't think that one sole person could pay that for an apartment like this! Ryan looks over to them and says: "Don't worry, I have a way you can all pay the rent, but that's after i finish with the questions." The girls looked at each other and then Rana asks Ryan: "Is it alright if *cough* blood *cough* is found around the apartment?" Everyone but Ryan cringed at the statement. "Well, I really don't care what you do but that's up to your roommates" Rana Put on another Toothy grin and chucked to herself. Ryan asked: "Well anymore Questions before i talk?" He looked around and waited. "Good, now I'll tell you about how the payment is going to work."
Ryan stands up and begins his explanation. "Ok so here's how it's going to work. I have 3 possible ways you can pay your rent each month. 1) You work a full-time job and pay it off that way. 2) Work a part time job and complete 3 Tasks for me each month. 3) Don't work at all and Do 7 Tasks for me each month. Any questions on what i said so far?" Clare asked a question: "Now what exactly are these 'tasks' you're talking about?" Ryan smirks and says: "Well, nothing big, just a few things that you can do to the best of your abilities." Krystal laughs and says: "Oh please, like there's anything that I can't do! If a man can do it i can do it better!" Rin then talks under her breath: "You will be surprised..." The wolf turns around, and Barks: "What did you say bookworm?" "Lady's, Lady's, no fighting before you even sigh the contract, look if you can just sigh your names on them your welcome to live here right away!" Ryan shouted. He started to handout the Contracts with pens, and then the Rana asked: "So what's with these contracts?" Ryan turned back to her and said: "Because, that's how to lease an apartment" He responded. "Oh and i almost forgot! Before you sign the contract, put down the payment plan as 1, 2, or 3. I need to run and pick up some food for dinner. If you do want to stay for the night I'm fixing up Deep fried Zucchini!" He left out, leaving the 5 girls to look at their contracts. "I hope most of them pick 2. That's the most fun out of all of them! Ahahahahahahaaaaaaaa!"
