Kevin couldn’t believe his eyes as he looked up at himself, his doppelganger smirking down at him as the lights in the room were restored. It had to be some sort of trick of the parasite, he thought to himself as he got back to his feet. A quick glance at the door showed a sizeable impression where he had ran into it and realized that creature infesting his brain was probably making him hallucinate. This thought seemed to draw a chuckle from the other creature staring at him.

“So… what now…” Kevin said as he wiped what he thought was blood from his mouth, only to realize it was more of the green ooze that was still leaking out of him. “I just disappear from existence and you replace me, is that it?”

“Not quite so dire,” the alien Kevin replied. “You are having what those in the psych world would probably call a crisis of identity. You see there’s the part of you that has already succumbed to the will of the parasite that our Captain and his new friend fed to us, and then there’s the part that’s still resisting. The good news for you is that if you can somehow get rid of me I’m sure that you’d probably find the fortitude to get yourself up there and become the science project of the first scientist that claimsr you, the bad news is that if I win you will be the master of a race of evolved alien creatures that will spread until we claim this world as our own.”

“So I just have to beat you…” Kevin responded, bringing up his fists once more. “Sounds easy enough.”

“I think you might want to reassess the situation,” the alien Kevin said, gesturing to their bodies. “As you can see you’re not looking so hot right now while I’m at my peak physical form. Who would have thought that the Captain really would be responsible for us reaching the apex of health.”

The blue-eyed wolf growled at the creature but knew that he was right… while the alien version of himself looked completely fine he was oozing more of that green stuff out of every orifice and he could feel the tentacles of the alien creature still infesting every inch of his body. With every second he argued with himself he was growing weaker, and as he looked down at himself he was shocked to find his muscles growing thinner as well. When he looked back up at his other self he was more muscular than ever, even rivaling the Captain’s new physique as he moved back and forth.

“I don’t care what you do to me…” Kevin said as he continued to brace himself mentally. “I know this isn’t real, so all that is stopping me from opening this door and getting on that elevator is you, which I now know is me.”

Kevin grinned as he saw his alien alter ego look down as though in contemplation, only to have it disappear when he came back up with that same smirk. “Well, that might be true…” the alien Kevin said before he gestured over towards the elevator car. “Except that the Captain has arranged for a special treat to his new Master, one that I think we will both enjoy very much. If what I’m getting from the other wolf is true then we should start to see movement any moment now…”

Both versions of the wolf looked over to see the lights on the elevator suddenly come to life, the car immediately starting to go back up towards the surface. “Wait…” Kevin said as he stumbled over towards the shaft where the car was going up. “What’s going on here?”

“I believe if you remember correctly the Captain had already given you quite the vital clue,” the alien Kevin replied. “If you would like I could tell you what it is, otherwise you have until that car gets back down to figure it out yourself.”

With the threat of something happening Kevin tried to figure out what his other self remembered that he didn’t. He realized that the parasite wanted him to be here for whatever it was and that whatever it took needed the Captain to do. It was growing hard to think as the wolf put his hands up against his head, trying to figure out what it was that they had just set up against him. Something the Captain had said… something that was a vital clue…

Then in came to him, the Captain telling him to remember that he was the cause of this happening to him and that he knew why he was sleeping with him…

Anzox…

Kevin suddenly found himself transported back into his memories, although unlike when he remembered his time with the Captain he was fully conscious for this one as he found himself sitting in his room at the academy when there was a knock at the door. “Come in,” the wolf said as he put down his book, smiling slightly when he saw who came in. “It’s about time you got here Anzox.”

“Sorry, you know how it is,” the red-scaled dragon said as he went up to the wolf and kissed him deeply. “People start seeing people coming out of other recruit’s rooms they start to gossip.”

“Well it’s lucky that soon we’re not going to have to worry about anyone reporting us and getting us split up,” Kevin replied with a grin, though as he saw the frown appear on the dragon’s face it began to disappear. “Wait, Anzox, what’s wrong?”

There was a long pause between the two before Anzox sighed and pulled a folded up piece of paper form inside his jacket. “Marching orders just came in,” the dragon said as he handed them to the wolf. “They want to spread the winged creatures out among the squads so we all got assigned early, turns out I’m going to be transferred to squad five since they lost theirs to that training accident.”

“No, no way…” Kevin said in disbelief. “Everyone on this block is getting assigned to even numbered squad, we can’t even hope to be together via the lottery if you’re getting moved over to an odd numbered squad.”

“I know!” Anzox shouted in frustration before he sighed and put his hands against the back of his head. “All that work pulling favors to rig the placement so we can get on the same team just went right out the window and there’s no way that we can put something together in the two months left before the lottery.”

Both dragon and wolf held one another in an attempt to calm down, even though they knew that this might be one of the few times left they will be together. Even if they somehow managed to get sent to the same area all the squads were in their own different housing, so the likelihood of them getting back together was next to nothing. When they had fallen for one another they decided to get on the same squad so they wouldn’t have to wait, and they had heard about those who ran such a thing not being above taking requests in placement… for a price. But the only thing they couldn’t overcome was the predicament that they were in now as they both ended up laying together on the bed.

Kevin continued to hold Anzox as his mind struggled to put together every piece of information he had learned about his place in order to figure out how to get what they wanted. Everything he knew happened to go towards the lottery system though, the two so preoccupied with it they hadn’t thought of a contingency in case something like this happened. They had learned all about those who ran it, the squad leaders, the protocol for selection, the possible means of how it could get overridden…

“Wait a second…” Kevin said as one piece of information suddenly came to him. “Who’s the leader of squad five? It’s the wolf they call the Captain, right?”

“Uh… I think so?” Anzox replied as he spun around to face Kevin. “Why?”

“Squad leaders have one request they can put in that they put in before the lottery,” Kevin explained excitedly. “It supersedes even the housing breakdown, which means if the Captain decides that I should be on his team then I’ll be able to go there no matter what. Since we already know that you’ll be transferring to the same squad that means we can still be together!”

“Shhhh!” Anzox replied, making the wolf realize he was getting a little loud. “How are you going to secure something like that in two months?”

“There’s a rumor that the Captain has a thing for younger wolves that he can take on as his… protégé,” Kevin explained in a lower voice. “There weren’t a lot of lupines making the cut in his sector so if I show a special interest in him maybe I can get in on his good side. He decides to bring me along on his squad and there you go.”

“You do know that protégé means fuck buddy in this sense, right?” Anzox shot back.

“I know what it means,” Kevin said, taking the dragon’s hands into his own. “I won’t mean anything though, it’ll just be sex… and if that means the difference between seeing you and not seeing you for the next decade you better believe I’ll take that chance.”

Even though it was clear that the dragon didn’t like the plan he just sighed and nodded his head. “I suppose that’s all we got,” he stated as he squeezed the wolf’s hands back. “Just don’t go falling in love with him or anything, alright? Your ass may belong to him, but your heart belongs to me…”

Kevin gasped as he found himself suddenly thrust back into his present situation, gurgling as he could feel the tentacles once more pushing out of his mouth and nose while his alien self stood above him. “Now wasn’t that sweet,” his doppelganger goaded as the real Kevin struggled to his feet. “I think it’s only fair that he be our first conquest, don’t you think? Especially since I’m sure he’s concerned about you after the report the Captain made about you being hurt.”

The real Kevin felt his body clenched as he realized that the Captain had baited Anzox to be the one to respond to his call. Since the dragon had wings he was able to cover far more ground and thus acted as a field medic in case anyone in the group got seriously hurt. There was no doubt in the wolf’s mind that he was about to see the red-scaled face of his lover coming down that elevator shaft that was slowly coming towards him. The thought that he was going to be the one to take him caused Kevin to slump forward, leaning back against the wall as the alien version of him looked down.

“Why…” Kevin whispered. “Why do this…”

“To give you the choice,” the alien wolf said as his smirk grew ever wider. “You probably could have fought all the way to the surface and then got ourselves killed, but with your sweetheart coming to save you the instinct to spread is going to be far too great. So you can either give in now and take control as the master of alien enhanced creatures, or you can try and warn your boyfriend away and see what happens when the Captain or Vulas suddenly get overwhelmed with base instincts to spread and breed.”

Kevin stared down at the hand being offered him and never in his life had he wanted to punch himself in his own smug face… but as the elevator car got close to the bottom of the mine he knew that what he was saying was right. This wasn’t the alien talking, this was merely him convincing himself to stop resisting. The parasite had won a long time ago… it just wanted to make sure that its host didn’t end up killing itself while they bonded. Slowly the belabored wolf looked began to reach up with his own hand, staring straight into his own eyes…

At around the same time a dragon landed on a small hill that overlooked a town that looked mostly abandoned, no light coming from the buildings as he made his way down towards it. Anzox made sure that he had his medic bag before carefully walking through the streets, keeping an eye out for any sign of danger as he made his way forward. Though the Captain had told him there were no immediate threats he knew better than to just barge into a situation, even if he had sort of already done that to get there in the first place. The second that the Captain got over the radio and said that Kevin was hurt he had told the others he would be on it and asked for the location to fly there immediately.

The coordinates led Anzox to the small mining town that the Captain had reported discovering before, the same one that Kevin was going to go check out when they both suddenly dropped off the radar. If they were down in the mines themselves it would have made sense, he thought to himself as he followed the instructions on how to find the mining elevator, since even their comms weren’t strong enough to get a signal past thousands of tons of rock on top of them. What was concerning was just how long it took before the Captain did get them the message, especially when it appeared he would have little trouble of getting up and down the mine. The dragon put that thought aside when he found the place he was looking for and entered the small shack that was set up around the mine elevator.

Just when he thought that he was ready to go Anzox frowned when he pressed the button and found nothing happening. He pressed it a few more times and looked over the edge to see if anything was moving, only to see nothing but stillness from the ropes and pulleys. “Hello?” he shouted down into the shaft. “Captain, if you can hear me I’m at the elevator but there doesn’t appear to be any electricity! I need you to either tell me an alternate route or get the power running!”

About a minute passed with nothing else happening, but just as Anzox was about to leave and go see if there was another way down the lights in the elevator shaft suddenly flared to life. The dragon breathed a sigh of relief and waited for the car to get up to his location, which turned out to be far longer than he had imagined before the metal box suddenly appeared. Once it got up to the surface he immediately boarded it and pressed the button for the trip down, hoping that Kevin was still alright by the time he got down. He also hoped that he hadn’t been too eager to help the wolf, which might in turn expose their relationship, but at that point the only thing that he could think about was getting down there to help Kevin… and the Captain if needed.

After a very long ride the elevator car had begun to slow as it finished its descent, the red-scaled dragon nervously fidgeting with the bag of medical supplies it had brought down with him. Anzox could hardly believe it when the Captain came over the radio and said that they had gotten trapped in a mine shaft and that Kevin had hurt his leg. Though the rest of the squad had suggested they get a medivac team to them the Captain said it wasn’t urgent and that the wolf was otherwise fine, they just needed someone to come in and get their injured crewmate splinted up so they could leave. Even though there were two others that could have gone in Anzox volunteered and immediately winged it from his position to the location given.

The second the elevator had stopped the dragon hopped out of it, immediately gasping when he saw Kevin laying there. “Kevin!” Anzox shouted as he rushed over, stopping when he saw that the wolf was not only completely naked but had some sort of green goo covering him… as well as a prominent erection and the fact he looked like he had gained about fifty pounds of muscle. “Uh… okay…”

To the dragon’s surprise Kevin began to laugh, softly at first but then with increased fervor until finally he was practically doubled over. Anzox glanced around for some sort of explanation of what was happening before he set down the medical kit and began to put on his gloves. Though it was clear something was going on he had never seen anything like this before, which meant he needed to start with a scan and go from there. He also didn’t happen to see the Captain anywhere and from the look of the metal door across the entrance he might have gone further into the mines.

“Anzox…” Kevin said, his laughing fit suddenly stopping as he turned his head while his eyes remained closed. “The Captain said you were coming for me.”

“Well he said that you might need medical attention,” the dragon replied as he set up the scanner. “While I’m not sure its your leg something is definitely going on with you. Once I get you scanned I’ll see about getting you cleaned up before we bring you back to the rest of the squad, and speaking of which do you know where the Captain is?”

Kevin slowly opened his eyes as he saw the dragon looking down at the scanner, slowly reaching up with one hand towards the head of the dragon. “The Captain is currently deeper in the mines,” he informed the dragon, keeping him distracted. “You don’t know how much I’ve missed you Anzox, waiting down here for you. It’s been agony… but now we’re finally together again.”

Anzox just nodded as he watched the scanner do its work, staring down at the screen until it finally chimed that the process was complete as well as the results. “Foreign matter detected…” the dragon said in confusion. “Please get sample to test-“

The dragon gasped slightly when he felt something against the back of his head followed by the feeling of his mask and googles being pulled off his face. While only the Captain was supposed to know how to deactivate them it appeared that the wolf had figured it out as well, exposing the scaled muzzle to the air. It was only for a second before Anzox was pushed back into the wall, the lupine springing to action and kissing him so deeply it felt like the wolf’s tongue was in his throat. While normally he would have leaned into such a thing the dragon knew something wasn’t right… and when he opened his eyes he saw the skin of the wolf’s muzzle writhing as something else was pushing into his maw!

The dragon quickly pushed off the other creature and scrambled to his feet, gasping and spitting as he saw Kevin staring up at him with glowing green eyes instead of the usual blue and bright green tendrils retreating back into his mouth. “What…” the dragon gasped as he staggered backwards. “What the fuck!?”

Kevin just slowly stood up as the dragon ran back towards the elevator, only to find that there was no power running towards it. “Don’t you just hate it when that happens…” the wolf teased as he slowly moved forward, flexing his powerful muscles while Anzox scrambled towards the other door. “Oh, I wouldn’t advise going in there… those mine tunnels are quite the maze.”

Anzox ignored the sneer on Kevin’s face as he pulled it open enough to squeeze through before getting to the other side and running full speed down the hall. The chase was on, and the new evolved lupine had to spread as he kicked down the door and ran after the dragon. While the Captain and Vulas could have helped he mentally commanded them to back down… Anzox was his lover after all, it only made sense he would do it. With his enhanced hearing he could hear his prey running back and forth, easily using his infested legs to bound effortlessly after him.

After what seemed like ages of running Anzox knew he would never keep pace with… whatever the wolf had been turned into. The sudden weight of the situation fell on him like a ton of bricks; not only did he lose his mask and the one he trusted most in the world turn on him but the Captain was also gone and he didn’t have any way to tell the rest of the squad. He was also in a strange place that all looked the same, which meant that at any turn he could be heading back towards the creature chasing him. The only thing the dragon was sure of was that whatever he had encountered at the elevator didn’t want him dead, given the physique he probably could have snapped him like a twig without breaking a sweat.

Finally after a few more minutes of searching Anzox found a room with an actual door, closing it behind him and locking it. Though he wanted to barricade it too it might seem too suspicious and at least the lock would give him a few seconds to hide. Not that there was a lot to hide behind as the relatively small room had a few old bunk beds in them and a foot locker that turned out to be empty. Still it gave him a few seconds to catch his breath, as well as try to figure out what had just happened.

“There has to be something down here that made Kevin crazy,” the dragon tried to rationalize, sitting down on the bed to rest while a hand went on his stomach. “Just need to get out of here and call medical services, grab the scanner and show them the results.” Anzox found himself sitting back against the wall as both hands went to his stomach. “Medical services will come down and save him… probably the captain too… and what’s wrong with my stomach.”

As the seconds passed Anzox started to get very uncomfortable in his gear, especially his pants as his stomach began to churn and gurgle like he had eaten something bad. It was impossible though, the only thing he and the rest of his team had been subsisting on were rations as he found himself stripping down, pausing only when it felt like his entire belly was doing a flip flop. Despite the creature attempting to hunt him down the dragon completely stripped down, and when the last of his clothing was on the floor he saw what his fingers had been feeling. His chest and abs looked like a bunch of snakes were slithering just beneath his scales, causing them to bulge as his eyes widened in shock.

It’s whatever got Kevin, Anzox quickly realized as he watched the infestation head down towards his cock, which he saw in disbelief was already half-hard. The dragon moaned as his sudden attention to his groin had caused the slowly growing lust to become known to him, the alien parasite seemingly targeting his pleasure centers as the tendrils continued to spread through his body. Though his rational mind screamed at him to get out and try to get back up to the surface what the infected creature did instead was take one hand and begin to stroke his needy tool while the other hand slid down between his legs and played with his tailhole. He was becoming so blinded with pleasure he didn’t even know that someone had unlocked the door and come in, the wolf staring down at the dragon pleasuring himself with a smirk on his face.

“You know if you had just let me keep kissing you we could already be beyond this point,” Kevin stated as he went over and grabbed the thighs of the rutting male. “Of course I think you look really good just like this…”

“Kevin…” Anzox gasped as he felt the fur of the other male against him. “What did… you do… to me…”

“I’m evolving you,” Kevin replied simply, watching as the drool coming from the dragon’s mouth became tinted with green. “I know how you feel Anzox… I was hesitant about it first, but now that I’ve become this…” the wolf flexed his meaty biceps, fur bulging out from the muscle and the tendrils that grew over it. “I wouldn’t dream of giving this gift back, just like I couldn’t dream of you without it either.”

At this point the alien parasite that Kevin had partially transferred over to his squad mate had partially transformed the dragon, Anzox’s cock practically bulging with growth along with his abs and chest. At this rate he would be done within the hour… but the wolf wasn’t willing to wait that long for the assimilation of his love. With the lust-struck male practically splayed already it didn’t take much for him to use his newfound strength to get those legs over the edge and give him easy access to the tight hole between them. Already more tendrils of flesh had started to move through the thick appendage, Kevin stroking it and causing the needy dragon to shudder as he took his thicker cock and rubbed it against the opening.

It didn’t take Kevin long to ease himself inside, the partially infested body practically giving itself to him as he slid his cock inside. A strange mix of emotions flooded him, feeling both the love for the dragon beneath him and the euphoria of successfully spreading his corruption to another male as his eyes glowed bright green. Beneath him Anzox’s grunts of frustrated pleasure soon stopped and his entire face relaxed, his eyes also beginning to glow as tentacles pushed their way through the thickening neck muscles. Green ooze began to leak out of the nostrils and mouth of the dragon as his brain was quickly assimilated from the direct parasitic material being fed to him through the cock of the wolf.

The metal of the bunk began to creak as the body of the dragon began to practically bloat with growth, though that quickly smoothed out into solid muscle as the alien augmented his body just like the others. Kevin watched as their latest host evolved into something wonderful, a second pair of horns growing out underneath the first as his front teeth slid down into fangs. As he continued to thrust into the tailhole of the male he could even see Anzox’s rear swell with muscle before the changes cascaded down to the cock hanging down. As the dragon’s pre turned green his ridged member lengthened until it was almost he size of the wolf plowing him as every muscle grew bigger under those shiny red scales.

It didn’t take much for Kevin to overwhelm the mental defenses of the dragon either, not only because of the lust that came from the initial infection but the love that Anzox shared with Kevin. Soon the red-scaled creature perked up again, the wolf feeling the body in front of him pushing back. As he thrusted into his assimilated lover he watched Anzox turn and look back at him, the tendrils that had slithered through his head poking out briefly before sliding back in. With the alien instinct to spread satiated there was nothing left for the two lust-drunk males to do but continue to rut until they shared multiple orgasms with one another…

About two hours later both Kevin and Anzox came out of the work restroom, showering off the green goo that both creatures had been saturated with as the Captain and Vulas joined them. “Master…” both wolves said as they bowed to Kevin, who just grinned and motioned for them to stand back up. “What do we do now? Call the rest of the squad and spread to them?”

“Eventually…” the alien wolf host said, feeling his parasitic instincts rise as well as his cock at the thought of the others kneeling down before him and being evolved just like the hunk that was wrapped around him. “Right now though we probably have stretched the guise of this place to the limit, not only do the others know of our location but they probably won’t buy that not only was Anzox somehow hurt as well but we also picked up another guy who underwent the same thing we did that turned us all into well-endowed muscular versions of ourselves so that we can’t fit into our uniforms or masks.”

“Doesn’t leave us a lot of options…” Vulas replied. “Sounds like your crew is going to make us from the word go.”

“Which is why we don’t go back to the squad,” Kevin explained. “These bodies are more than capable of making the trek through the wilderness and there’s a town I saw on the satellite map not terribly far from here that’s large enough to hide our presence and possibly allow us to get a few more recruits. We find ourselves a place to infest and hopefully by the time our squad figures out that we’re gone we will have enough to lure them in and overwhelm them.”

Kevin saw their eyes shine when he mentioned the idea of infesting an entire city… spreading their influence just like the parasite in their bodies. It was a small step towards their goal of infesting the world but already it looked like their new plan was starting to come together. As they rode up the elevator towards the surface the wolf did lament that he would have to leave the rest of their group in the dark… but eventually they would convince them to switch sides.

It would only be a matter of time…
