Chapter 1

A few of his friends already made the mistake of picking a fight with him. Valcon walked into the house just as his mother and older brother was dishing up the food.
"Dad will be home soon whelp, where have you been?" Said Storm, Valcon's older brother.
"I was at... I was with my friends. "Valcon quickly replied.
Their mother stopped this before it became a boxing match. "Valcon we are moving in a few days. Your father acquired a job in another state."
At that moment there father Len walked in , patting his older son on the head and gave his wife a kiss before walking to the fridge pulling a bottle of yellow liquid out and poring two glasses of it. "So how is my favorite son today?" Len said turning to Valcon and handing him one glass.
"No I am fine commander" Valcon said as he took a sip of his own creation.
Len almost downed the whole glass. "You are getting better at making mead."
After the diner the family returned to their rooms. Valcon was the lucky one his room was the basement. Valcon had changed his fireplace into a forge capable of melting steal and with the new spell he learnt from his dragon friend it could melt almost anything.

Whith in an hour they had everything packed in the truck, ready to move into their new house. The drive there was extremely boring but when they arrived at their new house it looked amazing. Len was first to comment. "This house is a lot bigger than the old house so Valcon can have a room instead of a dungeon."

Packing out took longer than expected but the family eventually got everything unpacked.
Storm eventually found the place. "Wow I was not expecting it to be so big" he mumbled under his breath as he pulled up in the driveway. He grabbed a large box from the back seat. "I hope that whelp will like this."
Heading inside he thought he had the wrong house until his half sober brother came to great him. 6 am the next morning Len woke Valcon up for school.
Considering it was Valcon`s first day at the new school everything went fine until lunch break when a certain dragon decided to pick on him.
