#6 of Iron Dragon

Alice was woke up by Jenny rather violently shaking her. "What? Its early and I still feel all warm and fuzzy."

"That's why I am waking you up. What if he got us pregnant?" Jenny asked.

"Little late for worrying about that now isn't it?" Alice looked at an unfocused Jenny. She grumbled and sat up.

"Alice how would we explain it to people? Lesbians can't get pregnant." Jenny sounded panicked.

Alice smacked her with a pillow. "If he knocked us up I am sure my parents would be thrilled."

"But..." Alice interrupted Jenny.

"Calm down, it was one time." Alice got up to wash her face and the inner part of her legs again. It felt good and she didn't care. He as always was dressed and eating something when she entered the kitchen.

"What is she worried about?" Nodrog asked Alice as she walked over to the fridge.

"She is worried her first time with a guy got her knocked up." Alice poured a glass of juice. She glanced up at him and saw he didn't understand the expression. "She is worried she is pregnant."

"There is no reason for either of you to worry about that." Nodrog bit off a chunk of aluminum bar.

"Okay what do you mean? What we did is usually were babies come from." Alice said.

"Because neither male or female iron dragons can reproduce. It takes a female ice dragon and a male fire dragon to make an iron dragon. And the chances of that are as slim as the two mating in the first place." Nodrog said.

"That would explain why we have never heard of your kind before." Alice was secretly relieved neither her or Jenny would be giving birth. On the plus side, the three of them could go at it like rabbits without needing birth control. Maybe Jenny was a bad influence if that was her first thought.

Jenny came out and was relieved she wasn't pregnant. Though she was actually a little sad that he couldn't father kids at all. "So which job have you decided on?"

"I like Sherman's idea. Of course Alice's mom had offered me a part time position too." Nodrog said.

"That was nice of her, what kind of job?" Jenny asked.

"Helping her with her language class." Nodrog said.

"That would be fun. Aren't you worried about getting hurt if you join Sherman's team?" They both looked at Jenny funny. "Never mind, its easy to forget the immortal thing."

Alice wondered how things would go from here on out. She knew how she felt, it really didn't feel much different then yesterday except her uncertainty was gone. Truth be told she felt a little giddy because she had both the guy women wanted and the girl guys wanted. Not only did she get in both of their pants, she got both of their love too. She could honestly say she loved both of them. With the hot sex out of the way, they all seemed a little more relaxed to her. Jenny was back to her overly happy self, she didn't feel stressed, and he had finally opened up.

They stayed in all day. Jenny and Alice were back to their normal selves. He still was quiet, but only because he did not have much to say. It had been a long time since he had known this kind of happiness. He was looking forward to working with someone close to being his equal again. Hell it had been a long damn time since a lot of things. And not just respect and sex.

An even thousand years since he could walk around as freely as he did now. But then he was one of a few who did not live in the shadows or the night. They were still out there, because like him they could never die. He wondered what they would do once they learned he was awake once more.

Jenny was starting to regret teaching Nodrog to play video games. Because after ten minutes, he was kicking her ass. She figured by playing a football game he would get a better understanding of the rules. With her team behind by 5 touch downs and forced to punt, again, she was a little mad. It was about the same as if she was racing Alice... Alice usually lapped her twice before the end of the race. Jenny didn't like losing, and she hated losing at video games.

"I can't believe it, you lost." Alice reached into a bag of chips.

"Not only lost, but totally crushed." Jenny said. 54 to 3 it was painful.

"Probably beginners' luck." Nodrog said.

"I hope so, I hate losing..." Jenny pouted. " I bet you can't beat Alice at racing..."

"Hey leave me out of it." It wasn't her idea to teach him how to play. Life it seemed had returned to normal.

Sunday was also spent laying around the house. Kathrin had stopped by to watch a movie with them after a late lunch. And told them the rest of their crew should be back by the end of the week. Alice had finished getting ready for bed and Jenny quickly pinned her down to the bed.

"Kitty wants to play with her little mouse." Jenny grinned wickedly while Alice cutely struggled underneath her.

Alice squeaked and squirmed as Jenny tickled and teased her. She only had her tank top on long enough to brush her teeth before Jenny pulled it off again. It wasn't long until she felt the exquisite pleasure Jenny always gave her. The threesome now almost seemed like a dream. She was a little worried it might have affected her and Jenny's relationship, those feelings were washed away as Jenny sweetly brought her to climax.

Alice was so cute when she was in ecstasy. Alice was for a lack of a better term Jenny's drug of choice. Jenny thought everything about the mouse was cute, even the silly stuff. Jenny loved Alice, and everything about her. And Jenny loved making Alice always feel good when they had sex. Seeing Alice in ecstasy while he had them both made it that much better. As weird and crude as it sounded, Jenny got off from getting Alice off. Granted he gave her some wonderful and powerful orgasms, at the end of the day Jenny still really only wanted Alice.

Nodrog couldn't help but smile from the noises that came from their bedroom. He was a little worried things between them might have changed. He was thankful that did not seem to be the case. While having both of them at once was wonderful, he still would keep some distance. Their lives and happiness came first, he didn't want to come between them. They had a limited time with each other, if it was only the once, he would always remember it. The other women he had been with did it, because it was taboo, or just because he was different; or any number of other reasons then love. Yes they had used him, but he didn't care, he had used them. Their names and faces lost in the relentless march of time.

This time however was different, he had feelings for both of them and rather strong ones at that. It went deeper than just their good looks, he knew some of their secrets, fears and intimate details. He knew more about them than many of the other people he had known.

Monday they had both kissed him before he took off with Sherman for some training and instruction at a more secure facility. The flight was rather quick given the short distance and the much faster speed the smaller jet flew at. After some introductions he and Sherman met with The General in a small room looking over a larger one.

"Good to see you accepted our offer." The General said.

"It seemed like a fair offer. And truth be told, violence is something I excel at." Nodrog shook the older man's hand.

"Well I see the others have made it as well." Sherman said as several other soldiers entered the large room.

"Yes, they are the other candidates for this little project." The General said.

"I did forget to tell you, you will have to prove yourself to actually get it." Sherman motioned for Nodrog to follow him.

"So it's a very limited number of spots. No big deal." Nodrog followed Sherman down to the floor of the larger room.

"I didn't think you would mind. While you have not been given any information on them, they have been given information on you. Another point I figured you wouldn't mind." Sherman hoped he was right about that as they approached the group.

From their talking it would seem they did not have much faith in his skill, or they had too much in their own. "Don't worry I don't mind."

Sherman lined them all out about the little test. Nodrog only was fighting with 6 of the 12. Half of the group were the trainers or handling staff. A few small buildings littered what he would call an arena. Two of the six, were considerably larger than him, three were about the same in stature to him with one being rather small. They all had some level of regeneration and a skill they excelled at. Sherman asked for questions and Nodrog was the only one to raise his hand. "What is it?"

"Is this place fire proof?" Nodrog asked and laughed to himself as they all wondered why he would ask.

"Yes it is. Why do you ask?" Sherman asked.

"You'll find out soon enough." Nodrog said, enjoying the confusion. Like he had told the girls, they still didn't know everything.

Sherman just shrugged it off and gave them two minutes to get in position. He and the other non participants left to join The General in the observation room.

"I know you fought him, but isn't standing out in the open a little cocky?" The General asked as Sherman stood next to him.

"I don't think he is being cocky. Either he thinks they will not all gang up on him, or he is doing it just to piss them off." Sherman said.

"Then he is a fool, we know all six of them will go after him at once." One of the trainers said.

Sherman sounded the buzzer signaling their two minuets was up. He watched as Nodrog walked rather casually over to a building.

Nodrog approached the small little building that had no doors or windows. One of the six had entered it. He stopped a few feet from the door, took a wider stance and a deep breath. With a click of his teeth he ignited the natural napalm his body made and blew a rather large fire ball into the building setting the few things in it ablaze. The dog anthro charged him with his shirt smoldering.

Nodrog side stepped the charge; gabbed the man by his shirt and threw him through a wall of another building fifty feet away. He was going to be disappointed if they were all this easy.

Sherman winched as another soldier was tossed into the air and the dragon jumped up in a spinning kick sending the man completely across the arena. "What was that about him being a fool?"

The trainers took several steps back from the gray wolf. Out of all of the test subjects he was the most successful, meaning he was the most powerful.

"Lieut. Sherman, I believe this exercise seems to be a little one sided." The General said as Nodrog smashed an entire build.

"To be fair General, I did say six on one was not going to be good odds." Sherman kept the humor to himself. He had expected as much; breathing fire, now that was just being a show off.

"Well it looks like there are only two now standing. Who is the little guy the dragon didn't pummel?" The General asked.

"Major Hawkins. He would be the absolute fastest of the group." Sherman said and handed The General his file.

"I think we will scratch the four man unit and cut it down to three. It essentially will give you a light and a heavy asset. We will group the rest as a second unit. Dismissed." The General said. They saluted him and left.

Nodrog and Hawkins were walking over to the area they had started. The two had agreed it would be a draw. Nodrog didn't have the speed and Hawkins didn't have the brute strength.

"Little change of plans gentlemen, the three of us are it. The General thinks with Hawkins' speed my wider skill set and Nodrog's tank like ability will be a better mesh. We will get Nodrog up to speed on modern weapons and see how much parachute his heavy ass needs to not make a crater if we have to perform a HALO jump." Sherman said.

"So then what's with the wings?" Hawkins turned and asked Nodrog.

"The chicks dig them." Nodrog said and the three laughed.

He followed Sherman and Hawkins to one of the greatest places he could imagine, the weapons locker. It took a considerable amount of self control to contain his glee. It was like being a kid in a candy store. They had some expensive toys as the other two gave him a brief rundown of the basic and the simply interesting. A little live fire training and they were about done.

"All of these toys and you pick an Arabian broad sword and .500 mag revolver for your always have weapons." Hawkins said and shook his head.

"Its not my fault you don't have a proper claymore. That and Sherman said I couldn't have the gauss rifle." Nodrog smiled.

"But why the sword?" Hawkins asked, he didn't understand the guy's love of old tech.

"It is a rather useful tool for not making any noise. Especially if he wants to carry a belt fed .30 caliber machine gun." Sherman chuckled. He was a little surprised how easily Nodrog adapted to the newer weapons. He hadn't seen some one get that tight of a group from either the monster pistol or machine gun. Of course he was the only one with enough weight in his ass to use either.

"So I guess next is to see how good he can fall." Hawkins said and patted Nodrog on the back.

"That's for tomorrow, right now its about beer O' clock." Sherman said.

"Best news I have heard all day." Hawkins said.

"Didn't Sherman say he was buying?" Nodrog said as they left and headed up to the officers lounge.

Chapter

"Its quiet in here with him gone." Jenny was sitting upside down on the couch with her legs and feet over the back.

"How can you sit like that?" Alice asked as she sat down.

"Its fun. I miss him." Jenny said.

"I do too. I wonder if he misses us?" Alice asked.

"Hard to say, we can be a bit much sometimes." Jenny said.

"You can be a bit much, I'm the quiet nice one." Alice pulled her bare feet away from Jenny's fingers before she could get tickled.

"I never thought I would have fallen for a guy, especially that fast or hard. Does that make me a slut?" Jenny asked still trying to reach Alice's feet.

"I don't think so, it was kind of a complicated situation. We both fell for him and he fell for both of us." Alice said.

"Maybe it really was fate that brought us together. Those are some ridiculous odds to be an accident." Jenny scooted closer for a better angle.

"Given the amount of time involved I don't think ridiculous begins to describe it. Maybe I should have listened to mom and gone to church more." Alice swatted Jenny's hand. "Stop it."

Jenny pulled her hand back. "Never thought I would hear that from you."

"Touché, that was before he defied all the laws and physics that govern life." Alice said.

"I hope this isn't in preparation of us learning some life altering thing. I had enough goody goody crap when I was little." Jenny said.

"Given his background, I don't think goody goody is our problem." Alice said.

"Does that mean we have to worry about getting raped and eaten for our past sins?" Jenny asked.

"That's disturbing... I think you watch to many scary movies." Alice shivered at the thought, Kathrin told her he had tore a man apart and ate him.

"Speaking of eating, next time you have got to let him eat you out. That little tingly thing when he kisses feels amazing down there." Jenny said.

"You're a little perv." Alice giggled as Jenny tickled her ribs.

"But I am your little perv and I know you love me." Jenny kept tickling.

"I would love it if you quit tickling me." Alice tried to stop Jenny.

"On one condition." Jenny was a little quicker than Alice.

"Anything just stop." Alice caught her breath when Jenny did stop. "What's the condition?"

"Kiss me." Jenny said.

"If that's all." Alice giggled. She leaned down and kissed Jenny.

Jenny placed her hands on the sides of Alice's head as they kissed. Maybe she really was addicted, she never could seem to get enough. "Okay I lied." Jenny giggled and now Alice was to close to get away.

"That's not fair, you little..." Alice squeaked and managed to get away by rolling backwards over the arm.

"Get back here." Jenny rolled onto all fours on the floor to chase after Alice. Her ears up and turned to focus on Alice.

"No way." Alice skipped behind the couch as Jenny ran after her. This was part of the reason they had sparse decoration in the apartment. Well part of the reason, their little antics had lead to a few broken things before. So the few plants they had were fake, and the vases were plastic. It also kept them both in rather good shape besides their normal work out routines.

"You're gona be in so much trouble when I get a hold of you." Jenny threatened as she bounced across the other sofa after Alice.

"Kitty has to catch me first." Alice leap frogged over a chair. While this part was fun, she hated being tickled and she hated the fact Jenny wasn't ticklish even more.

"Alice!" Jenny yelled. Alice stopped and turned to look at her. "What's that?" Jenny pointed to something big in the kitchen.

Alice screamed as she turned and looked up at the 8 foot tall featureless thing now standing in their kitchen. It was like a shadow, but three dimensional and appeared solid. Its white eyes the only sign of expression. Alice quickly ran over to Jenny. "I don't know."

"He's a shadow elemental my dear." A male voice said.

Alice and Jenny cowered in fear as what could only be described as a dark clothed elf stepped out of the giant thing. The elf was rather tall with long black hair, under different circumstances he might be handsome if he had not totally scared the crap out of them.

"Who are you?" Jenny managed to ask.

"You may call my Nightrunner. I am looking for Nodrog." Nightrunner said.

"Trust me we really wish he was here right now." Alice wet her pants, her heart beating so hard it she was worried about a heart attack.

"Pity. Do not worry, I would no more hurt you then he would. You could say I am an old friend." Nightrunner did not venture to close to them, and did not mean to have startled them so.

"We could tell him you stopped by." Jenny said.

"That won't be necessary. I just wanted to check in on him." Nightrunner said.

"What are you then?" Alice asked.

"I am a monster. A watcher of worlds. I do apologize for my intrusion." Nightrunner said and bowed. He then turned and walked into the shadow disappearing.

The shadow waved comically and disappeared as well. "Alice..."

"Yes?" Alice asked.

"I need to get the carpet cleaner, don't I?" Jenny asked as they both looked down.

"yes..." Alice was embarrassed beyond belief and started crying.

Jenny put Alice's clothes in the laundry and cleaned up the mess while Alice took a shower. The elf didn't make any fuss about what he was, which only meant, he really was a monster. As for the other creature... it must be one too. It wouldn't have been so creepy if they at least made some sound. Appearing out of thin air was a bit much. She felt bad for Alice. Jenny knew Alice would be embarrassed about it for a long time.

"What is that?" Hawkins asked as a rather odd shaped shadow formed on the ground.

"An old friend. If any of you fire at him, I will kill you myself." Nodrog walked over the growing shadow figure. Leaving Sherman, Hawkins and their pilots in shock.

Nodrog greeted the giant shadow in a language none of them had heard before. It was harsh, liquidly, and almost painful to listen to. Sherman had to cover his ears. The featureless thing waved enthusiastically at Nodrog. They all were even more shocked when a man stepped out of the creature and greeted Nodrog in that horrid language.

"It has been a long time Nightrunner." Nodrog said in their native tongue.

"It is good to see you as well. I must apologize, I think I gave an awful fright to your little female friends." Nightrunner eyed the group behind Nodrog carefully.

"I am sure you did, maybe next time you should use the door and knock." Nodrog turned and looked back at the four other men. "Don't worry about them, they can't understand us."

"There are far fewer of us here now. I had hoped after your loss that you would be left in quiet hibernation. How are you doing?" Nightrunner asked.

"I had thought that too, I am doing well. I might have found a reason to live again." Nodrog said.

"You have no idea how happy that makes me. However it looks like you are still heading down the same path." Nightrunner could tell just by the uniform alone.

"It seems like that, this time its not to further someone else's ambition or greed. Unlike many of us, I only have the one real talent." Nodrog didn't need to pretend with Nightrunner.

"I know, and it pains me that you seem to forever be damned to war. I hope for your own sanity you will let them in." Nightrunner said.

"They all ready have gotten in. So the others have moved on?" Nodrog asked.

"Many of them have, with the all most unbelievable mass suicide 80 years ago, there was not much need for all of us to stay. I am glad they have gotten in, even you cannot live for death alone." Nightrunner smiled.

"I might actually believe you this time. Is it really possible to love two different people?" Nodrog asked. Nightrunner placed a hand on his shoulder.

"We are monsters, we can do anything we want. If you need anything, do not hesitate to get a hold of me." Nightrunner said.

"Until we meet again, farewell old friend." Nodrog said.

"Take care Iron Dragon." Nightrunner turned to leave the same way he came.

"You take care as well Azule." Nodrog said as the shadow smiled and waved good bye. Nodrog turned and walked back over to the still stunned men.

"What was that?" Hawkins asked.

"An old friend. The simple explanation is he is a monster, just like me. The even shorter answer; you don't want to know." Nodrog said.

None of them pressed any further than that. Sherman and the pilot went over their brief little flight plan while the copilot started preflight start up. The small twin engine plane was built for parachute training, the rear was simply open. It had enough of a ramp to allow access to the rear compartment. Nodrog sat on one side, Sherman and Hawkins sat across from him. They taxied out to the run way and the little plane quickly took off.

"I thought you said those wings didn't work." Hawkins said over the radio in their helmets.

"They provide enough lift to slow my fall. They don't however provide enough lift to get me off the ground." Nodrog chuckled.

"Another words he falls like an aerodynamic brick instead of just a brick." Sherman laughed.

"Don't worry, I won't leave a crater or damage the runways." Nodrog laughed as the plane reached cursing altitude.

The pilot gave them the all clear and the three walked to the edge of the ramp.

"Last one on the ground buys." Sherman rolled out of the plane.

"At least I know it won't be me." Nodrog just took a step off into nothing.

"Fuck you guys." Hawkins jumped out. With the head start Sherman had and Nodrog's lack of any shute he was gona have to buy. Cheating bastards.

Nodrog spread his wings drastically cutting his plummet to earth. Sherman had popped his shute and he made a lazy loop around him. Nodrog looked around and found Hawkins a few hundred feet above him.

Sherman and Nodrog hit the ground about the same time and laughed as Hawkins cursed them out of the radio. Sherman keyed his radio to signal the plane. "Thanks for the ride guys."

"Any time ground pounders." The pilot said.

The three headed inside to get readings from the small G force computer Nodrog had jumped with. They were a little surprised he had pulled almost the same G's as the other two did when they popped their shutes. His landing was a bit softer. "Told you so." Nodrog said and chuckled.

"Makes me wonder if we modified one of those lift packs if he could fly. They work on lifting metal crates and he is metal." Sherman said as they walked.

"Lets go talk to one of the tech guys and find out." Hawkins said.

"Wouldn't hurt anything to ask." Sherman said.

Nodrog was glad it didn't take much to figure out their idea would not work. After dinner and a beer on Hawkins dime he was even more glad to be back in his room. Special privileges since we was not a full soldier, and Sherman and Hawkins were still a somewhat top secret project. After a little thought he called the two girls to see how rattled they were about Nightrunner and Azule.

Jenny got up and answered the phone. "Hello?"

"It's Nodrog, you two okay? I heard about your visitor earlier this morning. Hope he didn't scare you to bad." Nodrog knew how to physically use the phone, but that didn't mean he knew how to use it.

Alice looked at Jenny who told her who it was.

"We are fine, but he did scare the hell out of us... Alice... I mean we want to know when you are going to be back." Jenny said.

"Should be back by this weekend. And Jenny." Nodrog said.

"Yes?" Jenny asked

"Quit teasing Alice... I love you both." Nodrog said.

She was a little shocked to hear that. "We love you too." Jenny hung up the phone. It took a few seconds to actually click he had really said what he said. Which caused her to jump up and down; leap over the couch and kiss Alice.

"What was that about?" Alice asked.

"He wanted to make sure we were okay. And he said 'it'." Jenny snuggled her head against Alice.

"He said what?" Alice asked a little more confused.

Jenny got up and with her face only an inch from Alice's face. "He said he loved us both. Not just me or just you; he said us."

Alice blushed. "He really said that?"

"Yes he did. So he thinks it is possible to love two people." Jenny said excitedly and smooched Alice again.

"Did he say anything else?" Alice asked between Jenny's kisses.

"He should be back by this weekend and that I shouldn't tease you. But we both know that will never happen." Jenny said.

"Wait, how did he know we had a visitor?" Alice asked and grabbed Jenny's wrists to stop her from tickling her.

"He didn't say. Maybe Nightrunner found him and told Nodrog he had scared us." Jenny said.

"At least you didn't tell him the guy scared the piss out of me." Alice said, that was horrifically embarrassing.

"Hey now... I wouldn't do that. I wouldn't tell anyone that." Jenny said a little hurt.

"I know, its just..." Alice said.

"You were scared, it happened, end of discussion." Jenny held Alice tightly.

"But..." Alice was intrepid by Jenny placing a finger on her lips.

"No buts, I know you're embarrassed. Forget about it." Jenny replaced her finger with her lips.

Alice cried a little in Jenny's arms, she couldn't help it. Jenny was right she should let it go, but it wasn't that easy. Jenny quit tickling her and just held her close. It made Alice feel a little better. Anyone else would have made fun of her, but not Jenny. Alice was easily scared, and people usually did tease her about it. Jenny only scared her once, and had felt really bad about it. At least in times like this she always felt better in Jenny's arms.
