Guilmon was decked on her protective gear. He had been moving with Star Fox, Falco and Krystal on the tracks. Guilmon walked up ahead to see a blood sign from Lena that also had Commandramon and Kumamon's names there as well. Guilmon grew frantic and desperate so he began to run. The others tried to keep up. Even after a while Guilmon stopped running but never stopped advancing. The others caught up. Fox saw a vantage point and called out, "We need to rest Guilmon. Look I understand how desperate you are but we haven't slept for a while." Guilmon looked up, "It's not even dawn yet." Star Fox looked at the building, "We can take shelter in there for just a moment." Guilmon said, "I'm going to keep going. I guess this is where I split ways." Tara added, "Where we split ways." They heard a walker from the building. Star Fox and Krystal guarded Falco. The walker dropped down, Guilmon moved Tara away from the incoming walker. She tripped when he stopped and sprained her angle. The walker splatted on the floor. Tara got up slowly. Guilmon asked, "Sorry, are you ok?" Tara nodded, "I can keep going." Guilmon went back on the track; "If she can keep going than so can we." They ended up all going together. Falco talked with Krystal, "It's hard to still think at one point you were an intergalactic video game superstar. I'm going to fix this mess." Krystal said, "Even if we succeed I've wondered if things would just rerun to the way they were. I mean we've all changed." Falco said, "For sure." Star Fox caught up with Tara, "You're really strong, you know that." Tara kept going, "I owe this to Guilmon. So we both have our missions." Star Fox said, "You're rather determined." Star Fox went up ahead. Falco moved up, "You know I like a girl who can handle herself." They got up to a tunnel then she looked back at him, "I'm into women." Falco looked away a bit, "I knew that..." They all stopped. Star Fox moved to the front listening in. He heard the echoes of many walkers. Star Fox, "I'm sorry Guilmon, 'we're not going in there. We have to protect Falco and that's what we're going to do." Star Fox moved out some supplies and most importantly a flashlight to advance. Guilmon said, "Thanks." Star Fox said, "Look it gets to messy just turn back. We'll be on the road looking for a working car." Guilmon said again, "Thanks."

Alex had a camp set up. Darien was next to him, the two foxes showed a lot less compassion as of late. Darien pressed his hand against his patch from time to time feeling as though his eye would be there. The grey fox looked at Scourge who was sitting on the field. They advanced and Alex took the lead. Darien was further in the back to make sure no one would straggle behind. Darien caught up with Scourge to learn more. Darien asked, "So what's your deal?" Scourge said, "Just waiting for a time to make my own path again. I've accomplished a lot before the world fell to shit. Or at least that's how people perceived it. In truth, I was the king for a while. But I couldn't change the hate...not fast enough. The truth was I had no control over hate. No man or creature does. I don't think we can handle it yet. It's because hate is so easy to have. And now in this world, when it's fell the last of the rules went out the window. What's you're deal?" Darien said, "I was once a thief or at least perceived as one. I met Alex when we were young, and back when he was a prince. I fell in love with him pretty quick. We had little time as we grew up things changed rapidly. No one ever questioned how it was things changed so fast. Alex's dad sent out an entire squad to kill us. They almost had us to. But then that's when as you say shit hit the fan. I suppose I should thank it. It's the reason why they become more focused on the undead rather than us. We got out of dodge and found a rag tag group. And its weird the only thing that's kept us together is our rules." They got to a resting place. They set up a perimeter and rested.

In the morning a walker saw them in the forest and went to go get the sleeping group. The walker hit up against a fence and created a noise with all the cans tied around the fence. One of the men woke up and killed the Walker. Alex looked around and Len asked, "Where's that green dude?" Alex looked over, "He didn't go too far most of his stuff is still here." Len went off. A bunny crossed passed out from behind a tree. Scourge had been hunting it since earlier. He waited for the bunny to stop, he lifted his crossbow. His bolt fired as well as an arrow that hit the bunny as well. Len passed Scourge and Scourge went too picked up the bunny first. Len said, "I claimed that bunny so fork it over." Scourge asked, "Claimed..." Scourge pulled the arrow out and tossed it, "I was hunting the bunny since early morning. I'm not giving it to you." Len said, "We have rules..." Scourge yelled, "Well I don't." Len smirked, "Well you're with us now; so let me explain this only once." He turned the other way, "You have to claim something in order to get it. But you know what I bet I know why you're the way you are. It's totally a chick..." Scourge looked at his black jeans gripping onto his sheathed knife as Len continued, "I bet she's got you all worked up. I bet she's a young and feisty one." Scourge pulled out his knife but Alex came out and stopped him, "Whoa calm down. Len is right, we did build up the worlds of claiming things. It's how we get things from getting out of hand. But then again you didn't know that so..." He took the bunny and cut it in half. Scourge and Len both got a half. Len left first and Alex said, "Sorry it's just a rule. At least half is better than nothing."

Veemon was walking on the tracks. He held his gun while moving. Veemon said, "Alright we should be getting close..." He looked back to see Kiff and Kotemon having a competition on each railing. They were putting one foot in front of the other seeing who could go the furthest without falling off. They both tried to reach for each other. Veemon asked, "What are you two doing?" Kiff said while concentrating on the ground, "Having a little contest." Kotemon smiled, "Yeah that I'm going to win." Veemon said, "That sounds like it's going to take a while. How about you two speed it up." Kotemon said, "Fine." He tried to push Kiff off and ended up falling shortly after. Kiff smirked, "I win." Kotemon said, "Fine..." He pulled out the bag as Veemon stopped and waited for them. Kotemon pulled out the bars of chocolate they had left. Kiff asked, "Is that the last we have..." Kotemon nodded, "Just take that one..." Kiff noticed the better chocolate bar further in his palm in reached for that one, Kiff groaned, "No...ah." Kiff unwrapped it then paused then snapped the bar in half, "Here." Kotemon asked, "What's this?" Kiff said, "We always share." Kotemon took his half. Kiff swallowed his down. He had a blush on his face then turned to Kiff. He went ahead and leaned in and kiss Kiff. The kiss lengthened out with some tongue action on both their parts. Veemon looked away as they continued to wrap around deeper into each other's new love. Kotemon held the side of Kiff's cheek, he pulled back and Kiff smirked, "You taste like chocolate..." Kotemon laughed, "So do you..." They kissed again then finally figured that was enough and rejoined Veemon. The two held hands and Veemon kept his hands on his gun but blushed as well. He had his time with Kiff and hadn't forget the time they had.

Guilmon started to go into the tunnel turning the flashlight on. Tara was beside him as they continued into the dark tunnel. The echoed voices of the walkers grew louder and louder. They saw a huge chunk of rubble on the right side. The walkers were stuck inside. Guilmon and Tara stopped as they looked at this. Guilmon pointed the flashlight up to see the wall collapsed perhaps not too long ago. Guilmon said, "Come on." Tara asked, "Really..." Guilmon went on ahead. The rubble got harder to get through. They had to start killing the walkers just in case. They rubble took up the entire tunnel path. They had to climb up, on the other side there were a lot more walkers that were trying to make their way to them. Tara looked down, "There's no way... we don't have enough bullets." Guilmon said, "If Lena pushed through this, then so can we." Tara said, "We could go back..." Guilmon said, "We got this." Guilmon set up the flashlight on the left side which got the walkers attention. They went to the right side of the rubble and made their way down. Guilmon landed first but some of the rubble fell off and caught Tara right at her already injured leg. Tara help in her scream, Guilmon looked back and whispered, "You O.K." Tara whispered, "I'm stuck..."

Alex and Darien found a building. Scourge was aside Alex at the moment. Alex asked, "You thinking of leaving yet?" Scourge just looked down. Alex said, "There is nothing sadder than an outdoor cat thinking he's an indoor cat." Scourge looked up, "I guess I'm in for now..." They went inside the building and looked around. It was an old car shop. Everyone started claiming a resting spot. Scourge still didn't do anything. Alex briefly looked over and sighed, he tuckered up his sheets with Darien. Scourge rested on the concrete floor with just a small bag underneath his head. The next morning Scourge woke up and Len came over and yelled, "Someone stole my bunny and I'm betting it was you." Scourge yelled, "You better watch who you were accusing." Len said, "You were the only one who wanted it. I bet it's in your beg." Alex came over, "Hey what's going on?" Len said, "This jackass stole my bunny." Scourge said, "I didn't steal anything." Alex said, "Well we have a problem for sure. Lying is pretty big offense for us. So let's just see what we have." Alex took the bag and opened it, both the bunny parts fell out. Len said, "See that he did steal it." Scourge yelled, "You damn liar, you put it in there." Alex said, "I see...well there is only one thing to do now..." He turned around and decked Len. The others moved in jumping him and kicking him down brutally. Scourge looked at Alex. Alex said, "I saw him do it." Scourge asked, "So why did you let him go through it?" Alex explained, "I grew curious to who understood our rules. He didn't but you did." Scourge asked, "So what is your plan anyway." Alex said, "Keep moving after this. It's what we've started to do for some time. Trying to find they place."

Star Fox, Falco and Krystal were in the road. They saw three cars. At the first one Falco stopped to check it out. Star Fox went up ahead as Krystal stayed with Falco. Star Fox checked the other two cars. The third one had a walker inside it. Star Fox opened the door as it tried to push out. Star Fox trapped the walker slamming the door back into the exposed walker. Star Fox stabbed the walker then slid it out. He went to the driver seat and started it up. Fox called back, "We have a running car." Falco called out, "I'll drive." Krystal said, "Not a chance. I'm driving." Falco said, "Fine then give me the map and let me navigate." Krystal said, "Even less likely." Falco said, "I should have something. I'm not useless." She handed it over, "Fine." They got in and Fox went in the back. They drove off. After a while Falco said, "Take a left here." Krystal looked down just a bit, "That is the third left you made use make in less in a street a part...And you told Fox to take a nap....You want to go back. We have our mission." Falco said, "Even if I did save the world, I'd still feel bad if I left them to die. Stop here." They were now at the other end of the tunnel. She stopped and Falco's chair flung back and hit Star Fox waking him up. Fox asked, "Why are we stopped." Falco said, "If they make it they'll come out this way..." In the meantime Guilmon to continue to tried to pull the rubble off of Tara's leg. The light continued to distract the walkers for the most part. Guilmon wasn't having any luck. Tara started to talk, "You have to go." Guilmon said, "No way. I'm not leaving you here to die." Tara said, "If you don't go will both die." Guilmon said, "Were both going get out of here." Two of the walkers started to shift toward them as Guilmon continued to pull. Tara cried out, "There coming...Just go." Guilmon turned toward them moving as close to the corner as possible. The walkers started to come at them and Guilmon shot them which made more walker get attracted to the sound. Guilmon pulled up the gun ready to unleash. He fired every last bullet taking out a few more. There were still so many left. Guilmon pulled up another piece of rubble ready to fight close quarters with only that. A voice from the other side of the tunnel yelled, "Incoming fire!" Guilmon and Tara ducked down gunfire was deeply pressed against the remaining walkers. Guilmon saw the shadows of six people. He was a bit worried but had more time and was finally able to move the rubble away. He then moved closer and it was Lena who ran up and she eyes got watery, "Guilmon..." Guilmon rushed up, "Lena..." They two of them kissed widely missing each other so much since the prison. Of course with Lena came Commandramon and Kumamon. Falco, Krystal also moved in. They all decided to use the rubble tunnel as a place to rest up for the night. Kumamon pulled Guilmon toward him, "This Falco guy says he can save the world..." Guilmon said, "I know..." Kumamon said, "I would really like that. But first were going to terminus. I have to know if Bearmon made it." Commandramon said, "Agreed. I'm interested in doing both those things as well." Guilmon went over to Lena. He pulled out a picture, Guilmon said, "Look, I kept this." Lena looked at it oddly then grabbed it then held up her lighter to it. Guilmon said, "Wait...It's the only picture I have you." Lena said with confidence, "You won't ever need it again." She lit the picture. Tara went up to them. Guilmon said, "Oh right..." He stood up, "Lena, this is Tara. She helped me a lot in getting this far." Lena stood up and hugged Tara and Lena said, "Thank you." Tara blushed a bit but held back anything else. She went against the rubble to rest up. Guilmon and Lena held hands as they both rested as well.

Scourge woke up from a third nap. He hadn't rested well thus far so this was actually pretty nice considering. Scourge saw he was the only one still in the building. He stepped out to see Len dead on the floor with an arrow to the head. Scourge thought about covering him but denied him even that privilege in death. Scourge caught up to the others as they went across the field to a terminus sign. They all stopped. Scourge asked Alex, "Is that were you heading?" Alex said, "They claim its sanctuary but I call bullshit. But still it beats standing around the first place we were in. We almost got trapped the first time we encountered the infected. So we might as well see what this place has in store." Scourge asked, "You think you can keep your boyfriend safe?" Alex said, "He can take care of himself. Come on." They continued down the tracks. Scourge stepped over a chocolate wrapper and saw a gut looking at some grass. Scourge looked down passed him studying it more carefully and called out, "Claimed." He went over and grabbed it as the guy left. Scourge took the berries from it and stuffed it in his back.

The next morning Guilmon and the rest of his group got up and continued. They went down the tracks. They reached the end of the line. They was a huge red building there. On each window was lettered out Terminus. They had finally arrived. Guilmon, Lena, Tara, Commandramon, Kumamon, Star Fox, Falco and Krystal went into the gated area with their guns lowered. They looked at the small plant life that was being done area the open area. They were in-between two buildings. There was a third in front of them. They was a stove there and they stopped as they saw a single creature getting something ready. They all looked at each other with a bit of surprise. This was it. The moment they all fought so hard for. The creature looked up and said, "Oh, well you all look if been through quite a lot." Kumamon said, "We have." The creature said, "Well then, come on in. We'll get things settle shortly. My name is Lucemon."

Veemon, Kiff and Kotemon continued. Kiff asked, "When we get to Terminus, do we tell them the truth?" Veemon answered, "We tell them who we are..." Kiff asked, "Who are we?"

On the mountain pass Patamon saw the tracks and said, "This looks good."

On the other side of the tracks long on the other side. There was a car stopped on it was the creature and in it was the human with five vials that they had gathered. The creature pulled back his binoculars, "This looks like a place where another vial is..."
