PART THIRTY.

Both Lopunny and Beautifly waited patiently for their commands, normally outside of a match like this they would just have it out while taking advice from their trainer who would have a better perspective on what was happening.

But it was an official Gym battle so both of them had to abide by the rules so there Bunny stood eyeing up her opponent with a mischievous grin playing cross her muzzle.

She had not forgotten the crack the receptionist had mad upon entering the Gym and was intent on paying her back in full by helping Jack defeat the Gym Leader at any cost, for now though she continued tensing and untensing her muscles to keep them warmed up so she might make a move at moment's notice.

"My dear boy your Lopunny is how can I put this in as delicate a manner as possible? Your Pokémon is well....Bland!"

Guy Maxwell sneered looking down his nose at the Lopunny with contempt as he listened to inhuman language the rabbit like Pokémon began to yell viciously at him.

"LOPUNNY...LOP...LOPUNNY...PUN...PUN...LOP...UNNY...LOPUNNY...LOP...LOPUNNY!"

[OH THAT'S IT YOU PRETTY BOY FUDGE PACKER, I'M GOING TO RIP YOUR POEKMONS WINGS OFF FOR THAT!"]

Panting deeply with a look of pure outrage written about her face she turns her head slightly to look at her Trainer a glare in her eyes showing she meant business, Jack gulped deeply and nods feeling grateful her fury wasn't aimed towards him.

"My oh my such an disgustingly disgraceful temper, but then again for one so bland I guess it's only natural for your Lopunny should be as ugly on the inside as it is on the outside!"

The gym leader laughed in a mocking tone, making Bunny shake in barely contained rage, her eyes narrowed as a cruel twisted smile ran across her lips, some the bug type Pokémon who had paused to watch the match from outside the arena shuddered and whimpered from the malicious look upon her face.

Jack was mentally trying to will the man to stop talking or at least for Bunny to calm down a bit, neither of these things happened though as he watched his friends body stop shaking in fury and go quite still.

"Okay my precious Belle let's immobilise this ugly creature with a glorious Electro Web!"

Guy calls out, all most straight away Belle made her move flying high before unleashing a series of sticky strands from proboscis, Bunny pivoted aside gracefully wasting as little energy or movement as possible and allowing the strands to sail on past her to the ground just a few feet behind the Rabbit type Pokémon.

Watching the strands hit the grass Jack gasped as he watched static electricity spark and arc around the silken threads, he was thankful it hadn't been targeted at him as he had few if any doubts she would easily put him in hospital.

"Hey Jack?"

Bunny's emotionless voice called back to him, her gaze remained unwavering fixed upon Belle as her voice calls out again not giving her Trainer a chance to reply.

"Just give me free reign on this one, okay?"

Jack nods with a deep audible gulp as her head turned slightly so one of her eyes latched on to both of his, the look from just that one red eye had sent shiver down his spine as if every ounce of strength form his body had just been sapped away.

Bunny was no longer playing around and meant business.

"Don't worry I'll play by the rules like a good little girl!"

The Lopunny noted turning both her eyes back on the Beautifly as guy Maxwell continued to trash talk her unaware of just how his tactics were having quite the opposite effect to what he had aimed for.

"Okay Belle use Signal Beam upon this wretched creature so we can skip past this ugly distasteful part of the battle."

Came Guy's command, moving up high once more a sphere of psychedelic energy began to form and grow just in front of the Beautifly, the sound of an increasing whine began to become audible even to Human ears before becoming higher and higher in pitch as it left the level detection by either Guy, Logan or the Referee ability to hear.

A second latter the sphere became a beam of radiant multi-coloured light shooting down towards Lopunny, unphased by what she was witnessing Bunny's image shimmered as she moved out of the way leaving behind in her place an after image of where she had once been.

Jack blinked as the beam of energy passed through the shimmering after image and carried on straight towards him, he stood their unable to move his mind still adjusting to what he had just seen when from out of nowhere a force struck him like a sledge hammer throwing him from his feet to land on his back side several feet away.

Bunny stood there her back to him as she continued to watch her opponent, looking back over her shoulder with one eye he shivered and found himself unable to match her gaze, she had planned on going easy on her opponent since it was Guy Maxwell she wanted humiliate but after this the preverbal gloves where off; no one touched her dear trainer like that ne they Human or Pokémon.

Satisfied her beloved Human save for a few bumps and bruises was okay launched herself towards Belle with her inhumanly strong legs.

"Belle use Electro Web!"

Guy bellows but it was too late as Bunny was level with the Beautifly now, the vengeful Lopunny's body twisted and span with all the grace of an acrobat as she eased across the back of her opponent.

Her paw's grasping Belles sides tight as her thighs clamped around the terrified Pokémon's head, with a twist and yank she forced the Flying/Bug Type from the air as the Female Beautifly spirals and screams out of control.

Moments later both Pokémon slammed into the ground with the Belle taking the brunt of the impact sending up tufts of dirt all around them, Jack watched both Beautifly and his Lopunny laying over each other though whether they were both either stunned or unconscious he could not yet tell.

All most a minuets passed and both Pokémon still hadn't moved as such the sensuously dressed Referee made her decision announcing with a stern voice.

"Both Beautifly and Lopunny are unable to battle, There for this round is a Draw!"

The woman watched as two beams of red light shot out to recall both Bunny and Belle to their Pokéballs until they could be brought to the Pokémon Center to be healed.

"I have to apologise for the way that Signal Beam all most hit you, are you sure you feel you can continue this battle, there is no shame in feel shaken and bowing out from this."

Guy asked with a concerned tone to his voice.

"You can all way return and challenge the gym again!"

Jack herd the words and understood what the Gym Leader was trying to say but just couldn't back out now not after how much both Blaze and bunny had sacrificed, it would insult all they had done and gone through and he could not in all good conscience stop now.

"Thank you so much Bunny, rest now......Oni you're up dear friend!"

Jack calls out swapping one Heal-Ball for another, with a flash of blue light Oni emerged her eyes cold as ice as she took up a crouched stance before her Trainer, eager to do her part.

"Ready to do this?...you have three opponents to take care of."

Jack quickly added causing the Weavile to give one of her slow cruel smiles that both tantalised him so much while sending a cold shiver down his spine.
