Possession
The wind caught his wings as Daren soared out across the sky. The moon glowed to his side, his body casting a faint shadow over the water below him. He watched the shadow zip across the surf, as he flew closer and closer to the clusters of lights that signified the city where he fed.
He passed over a few boats as he flew in towards the docks, ignoring some screams from the humans that spotted him. He had tried to feed on humans from those boats before, but had never accomplished anything more than just sinking their boat and getting no meat from his efforts. Most of them leaped out of the boat as he passed anyway, not realizing he had no intention to hunt here.
The docks spread out below him and he kept on, waiting until he reached one of the large parks in the city and flapping his wings hard to gain some altitude and watch. Eying his shadow to make sure it would not give away his position, he waited for a meal to show itself. His stomach growled softly, a barely audible rumble that seemed, to him, to echo across the buildings. No shouts or sirens followed, so he maintained his position.
After a few minutes of scouting, he spotted a human walking alone through the park. He eyes his prey to ensure it was alone in the park. He could easily deal with crowds of humans if need be, they had never been able to overpower him before, but it was annoying when they attempted to rescue their brethren. He was hungry tonight, and wanted an easy meal. An easy meal that he intended to enjoy. Folding his wings in closer to his body, he dove, making sure to level himself out consistently to minimize any sound of whistling from his wings cutting through the wind.
Daren landed in the courtyard, eying the tiny human that walked alone out in the open. The creature was of average height for its kind, barely taller than his own head alone. His mouth watered, the scent of its body wafting over towards him as a breeze picked up. He began walking, no longer taking any measures to keep himself quiet. He closed the gap between them to no more than ten feet before the human turned around curiously. He barely got a scream out before Daren possessed him.
He woke up with a throbbing head. Daren fidgeted on the ground, getting used to the unfamiliar form. It always took him a little while to get the hang of how to maneuver the frail human bodies. He took a deep breath and gathered his senses, sitting up and looking around. The human's eyesight was less than perfect. It took him a little while to spot his own body lying motionless a few feet in front of him.
In the back of his head, panic set in. The emotions of the human he was controlling still flowed through his head, but had a strange feeling of being out of reach. Both his own thoughts and his victims played at once, contrasting heavily. It always amused him to feel the terror of the ones he was controlling. The excitement of what was to come was something he always looked forward to on his hunts. He pinched his arm, well, the human's arm, feeling a twinge of pain to get used to his senses. Humans had such an odd way of experiencing touch, their skin was so sensitive, everything that his new body touched was so much more noticeable than with the thick hide on his own body.
He shakily got himself to his feet, almost stumbling at the need to balance on two feet. He took a few unsteady steps before getting the hang of it and approached his dragon form. Taking over another living thing kept his own body without a soul to control it. It still lived and breathed, the automatic functions of his body still working to keep him alive. He would be able to relinquish control of this human whenever he wished, and would return to his own body when he did so.
He stepped up to his dragon body, admiring his true form as a powerful disbelief from the human crept in on him. His large wings were stretched out to the sides, spanning a large portion of the park. He took another look around, frustrated that the human's eyes were not a sharp as his own, and that he could barely see anything that wasn't bathed in the artificial light.
His own body had collapsed just the way he wanted it to, head lying on the side with his mouth ajar. There had been several occurrences in the past where he had taken over a human only for his mouth to be clamped shut with his head upright. Human arms were not nearly powerful enough to pry his jaws open. The background panic in his head flared up as he approached his open mouth.
He knelt down in front of his open mouth, reaching his hands inside to widen his jaw just a bit more. His toothless gums were soft and warm against the human's delicate fingers. His thick tongue lolled out of his mouth, sliding down and touching the grass below them. He could feel the human fight him for control with everything he had, but Daren knew it would be no use for the pathetic creature. No human had ever even come close to taking control back from him until he gave it up on his own.
He stood back up straight, wiping the drool off of his hands. He struggled out of the clothing that decorated the human's body. It took him a little while to get the tight layers of fabric off of him, but soon enough he was completely bare. He knelt down once more, ignoring the human's frantic panic, and leaned his head into his dragon-mouth.
He forced the human's body forward, pushing the shoulders against his real body's gums until the jaws parted a bit more, and his meal slid forward into the damp darkness. The chill night air bit as his bare skin, the hot air wafting from his dragon-mouth with each breath was more than welcoming to him. He reached out ahead of him, sliding his palms against the thick base of the tongue.
He nudged himself closer, leaning farther into his own mouth. The human's knees were still pressed into the soft earth, saliva from his dragon form pooling around his knees. He crawled forward, moving the bare knees into the warm chamber, and exhaled in relief as his entire body escaped the cold. He was now completely within his own mouth, but still felt the drafty air through the crack in his jaws. Being in control of the human made him unable to close his true-form's mouth until he jumped back into his own mind, and he did not want to do that just yet.
He braced himself, thrilled for the descent into his belly. The human continued to fight him, that panic was intense. Despite having control of the human's body, its own fears still controlled the beating of its heart, which currently raced, pounding hard in his chest. He forced his arms out forward, squishing them down behind his tongue to feel the rippling pull of his esophagus. He nudged himself closer, being unable to swallow, he had to slowly force the body deeper until the peristalsis latched on and dragged him deeper into his body.
Hope dwindled from the human that he controlled, and Daren basked in it. He loved the moment when the fight slipped from his prey as they knew their fate. At this point, he would be able to slip back into his own mind and have enough time to adjust to the change and swallow before the human managed to escape, but he maintained control of his victim, the pulsating flesh around him was a sensation he could not experience as a dragon. He savored it.
His own rippling flesh cradled the form he continued to occupy. Warmth spread through him, his human skin sliding against the back of his tongue as he wriggled farther and farther within the esophagus. His prey was filled with an empty disbelief, the terror that Daren was still able to feel kept the human's heart pounding rapidly in his chest. He felt the adrenaline run through the human's veins, and used it to force himself even deeper within his own body.
It took a good amount of time, but after a while he was able to push himself deep enough that his own body took over, able to pull him down without any effort on his part. The human's body was exhausted, so he lay himself still, feeling his own flesh press in on him as he let the aching muscles rest. He wound down the tight tube of meat, hands pressed into one another in front of him as they were pulled down the dark abyss, dragging the rest of his body behind.
He closed the human's eyes, the darkness absolute regardless of what he did with them, letting the senses of touch and sound take over. He heard his stomach growl, a deafaning rumbling that seemed to shake and vibrate on the human's skin, drowning out the muffled sound of slick muscle scraping against his ears. The pressure on the human's body became absolute as his toes slipped down behind the thick tongue. He squirmed softly in his quivering throat, feeling the soft warm flesh curve to meet any shape he forced the human into. He squirmed and wriggled, loving the sensation of his squishy innards encasing his sensative flesh.
All too soon he felt the humans fingers slip past a firm ring in the tube before him. The throat worked on his body, squeezing him through the tube. The human, who had been rather dormant with shock during the ordeal, instantly perked up with terror once more, knowing his passage into the stomach was coming to a close. His human's heart thundered in his chest as his arms slipped through into the hot open chamber. Feeling eager, Daren forced his arms forward, breaching into his own stomach, spreading them out to his sides to get a tenuous grip on the stomach walls and try to force himself through the tight entrance.
The pressure on his lower half was still intense, as the stomach itself was far less constricting. He kept himself still, his face and arms pitched forward and sliding against the bottom of his stomach, the heat of the flesh was far more severe than it had been in the throat or mouth. He made the mistake of taking a breath, filling the human's weak lungs with the acrid air that filled his own stomach. An irritating tingling in the back of his throat made him want to cough, but he held it back, doing his best to ignore it as the stomach walls slid agaisnt his face and chest with his legs slipping slowly into the chamber.
The human's body plopped into the shallow puddle of thick gastic juices, cradled by slick meaty walls. The stomach shifted around him, pressing in on his body, sloshing him around the juices. Panic rose in him, panic he was not able to control. He ignored it, laying on his back and allowing his true body to do its business. He savored the sensation, his stomach forcing the human's body into a ball regularly before releasing. The skin was covered in his stomach juices, the viscous liquid tangled wherever it touched, stinging in all the more sensative places.
He continued to squirm in his stomach, pressing against the walls and feeling them press back, he slid his hands on the stomach walls, followed by his feet, his face. He kept it up until the tingling evolved into pain. The human's panic had turned into hysteria, the overall experience beginning to slip away from pleasant. With his fun behind him, Daren released his hold on the human. He felt one brief moment of connection with the human, the scream he had been trying to release echoing briefly in his stomach, before he slipped away.
Moments later he groggily woke up back in his own body. It took him a moment to adjust, but not nearly as long as it did to get used to the human's frail form. This body was his own, it made sense to him. He released a burp that felt like it had been in the back of his throat for some time. The tightening of his stomach making him aware of the faint squirming in his chest. He rolled over onto his back, streching his sligltly aching body, and rubbed his claws against the small bulge in his gut. He held his palms there, feeling the creature struggle within him, barely able to hear a faint shout from inside.
There was a small commotion on the other side of the park, some of the humans must have finally spotted him. He remained where he was, not in any rush to flee, even if they did act against him, the humans were never able to provide so much as an inconveniance to him. At worst he would get another squirming meal in his belly, so he held his ground and continued to stoke his dinner until the movements subsided and eventually ceased. The experience never seemed to last long enough to his liking, but his hunger felt nearly sated.
Daren rolled back onto his stomach, pressing his legs into the earth and standing tall, prompting screams for the small crowd of humans that stared over to him. He stretched out his wings and knelt his legs to prepare for flight. One last scan of the area led his eyes towards one human that seemed determined to sneak up on him. Darn sniffed in disdain and flapped his wings hard against the ground.
He gained air slowly, picking a few feet off of the ground before being able to glide off. He faced the human that was approaching him, watching as he changed his mind and began running off in the direction of the crowd. Daren swooped, slamming hard into the creature and closing his claws around his body before gaining air. The humans below shouted in terror, watching as he maintained his position in the air.
Making sure they could all see him, his leaned over and bit gently down on the human's chest, flinging him into the air and opening his jaws. The human fell straight into this maw, his shouts cut off as his body was engulfed with a powerful swallow. Daren effortlessly sent the squirming human down to his stomach, gulping him down clothes and all, the process much faster then his was in control of his own body, and took off. The shouts below him died off as he gained distance on the small city. He rose up into the dark sky, flapping his wings to keep himself steady, and enjoying the satesfying feeling of a full stomach.
