Unworthy of Respect for Guy Threepwood by Draconicon
"Well this is just great."
Joshua groaned as he pushed at the boulder above him, even though he knew it wouldn't budge. The damn thing was too heavy to push on solid ground, so why the hell did he think he could shove it off of him?
Admittedly, he was lucky that he was just pinned rather than crushed; pushing the thing around on the edge of a cliff, and falling with it chasing after him, had been one of the most harrowing experiences of his life. He'd fully expected it to crush him, but instead he'd fallen into a gap between several smaller rocks, and it had crushed them, forming a little pincer grip around his legs and keeping him from getting up.
Giving up at his attempts to get himself free, he looked down at his waist. Several pokeballs were in reach, including one with a pokemon that could get him out of this. He hesitantly reached for that one, pulling it up to eye level. A tap of his finger expanded it, and he took a deep breath.
"Please, please, please be in a listening mood..."
He dropped the pokeball at his side, and it immediately burst open with the familiar flash of white light. Joshua covered his face, instinctively catching the pokeball as it drifted back to his hand as the light gradually faded.
In its place was his Machoke. The heavily muscled, dark skinned pokemon barely wore a pair of wrestling trunks, and that was something that probably would have come off, if the belt wasn't holding it up. The smirk on the Machoke's face left Joshua groaning. The cocky fighter did not look like he was going to let this be easy. Still, he had to try.
"Machoke, use Strength on this boulder."
The fighter looked around him at the boulder. Large feet left slight craters in the dusty ground as he walked around, and as he laid a hand on the big rock, Joshua had a hint of hope that the pokemon would listen to him.
"Ma-ma-ma-ma...."
He didn't know pokemon language, but he doubted that was a good sound. The Machoke turned around, looking down at him with a smirk.
"What are you doing? Use Strength on that boulder so I can get up."
"Ma-choke."
"What do you mean, no?"
He didn't know that it was no - it might have been something much more unflattering - but the shake of the head told him that much was true. The fighter took a step closer, placing one of his feet on Joshua's chest. The sheer weight of muscle behind it left him grunting from the impact, and he winced when the initial impact faded. Really hope that didn't crack any ribs...
Shaking his head, he tried to collect his thoughts.
"Come on, Machoke, this isn't funny. Just use Strength on that, and then we can get out of here, get to a pokemon center, and rest up for the night. You want to get your food, don't you?"
Food had always been a good temptation to offer the fighter in the past, but not this time. Before Joshua could stop him, Machoke reached over the human's shoulder and grabbed his backpack. The sudden yank on it felt like it would wrench his arms from his shoulders, and just like that, his food leverage was gone.
As Machoke nibbled on a treat from the bag, Joshua couldn't shake the feeling that things were changing here. He'd never seen his fighter this abrasive before, this disrespectful. What was going on?
Machoke finished the treat, dropping the bag to the ground. This time, when he put his foot back on Joshua's chest, he leaned in, and the human groaned at the increase in weight.
"Ma-ma, machoke?"
"I can't understand you, you know that."
He swore that his pokemon rolled its eyes. Machoke pointed to the boulder, then pointed back to his feet. Joshua cocked his head to the side.
"You want to kick it or something?"
Rolling its eyes again, the Machoke lifted its foot off of his chest. Looking up at the underside, Joshua could see all sorts of dirt and sweat clinging to it, as well as a few blades of grass and a bit of muck around the toes. The smell of it - a bitter, sweaty smell along with the plant smell - left him shaking his head and wrinkling his nose.
His pokemon, however, was having none of it. Machoke pointed at its foot, then at Joshua's mouth, and then back at the rock. It didn't take long for him to put it together after that.
"Wait a minute...you want me...to lick your foot, and then you'll get me out of this?"
"Ma."
"Since when do pokemon make people do this?! No way!"
CRACK!
Both of them turned to the rocks that were between his legs and the boulder. They'd just caved in a bit. Not much, less than an inch, but it seemed that his protection was less secure than he thought.
"Okay, okay! I'll do it!"
Despite the situation, the Machoke took its time. It even pulled a stump from another part of the slope over, sitting down on it before offering its feet to him to lick. Joshua normally would have been grateful for the reprieve, but considering that he didn't have a lot of time, he would have preferred to get this over with.
Both feet were completely covered in dirt by the time they were presented to him, too. The already dark skin had an extra coating of dust and thicker dirt, leaving them looking much darker than the flesh around them. They were calloused, too, something that was obvious even to look at. Joshua had the feeling that his tongue was going to feel like he had been licking sandpaper by the end of this, and he wasn't looking forward to it.
Nevertheless, he had to do it to get free, so he got to work.
The first lick covered his tongue in dirt, and it wasn't exactly a good flavor. He groaned, shaking his head, but the Machoke just laughed at his difficulties. The wiggling toes shifted some of the dirt into his hair, and he shook his head again.
The next lick was a little better, clearing off some of the mess that was covering the feet and giving him more of a flavor of the soles themselves. They were hardly a delicacy, but the plain taste of flesh (and a bit of the taste of sweat) was more tolerable than eating dirt. He dragged his tongue up and down, working from the middle towards the toes, and then back down towards the heel.
Each lick cleared a little more filth from the foot away, and he could tell that his pokemon enjoyed his predicament. Not just in the way of getting revenge, either; those wrestling shorts didn't hide much, considering how tight they were, and if Machoke was starting to get off on this -
Don't think about it. Just think about the feet and cleaning them off.
His tongue flicked up and down the soles, clearing away the debris that the pokemon had stepped in during his time out of the ball. With each taste of grass and dirt, Joshua resolved to make a bathtime for his pokemon a thing. Every night, every single night, he would make sure that they were clean so that Machoke couldn't pull this damn trick again.
It didn't take him long to find out that the callouses he'd seen were most definitely there. Unlike the smoother bits of skin along the arch and near the toes, the skin around the heel and ball of the foot was rough. Every time he dragged his tongue over it, he could feel the tiny little cracks, the little spots where the flesh had hardened after long use. The taste of sweat and flesh was stronger there, too; probably sealed into the skin more, and released with the pressure he was putting on them with his tongue.
Just as he was about to head for the toes, Machoke pulled the mostly-clean foot back and pressed the other, dirtier one in Joshua's face. Glaring daggers at his pokemon, the trainer sighed and got back to work.
At least he was getting better at tolerating the dirt. It wasn't making him gag to swallow it anymore, just grimace, and even that was starting to fade. He licked up the soles and into the little gaps between the callouses, making sure to slurp down what he could find.
He did his best to ignore Machoke's continued gropings of itself, but it was hard to miss from his angle. Those shorts were getting more and more stuffed as time went on, and he just hoped that they - and the belt - would hold.
Thankfully, it didn't take him as long to do the second foot as it had the first, and soon he was at the toes. It suddenly got more difficult, though, as Machoke took a more active role. With one spit-slick foot against the side of his face, Joshua was held in place as his pokemon started forcefully thrusting its foot into his mouth, shoving the toes as far past his lips as they would go, forcing him to lick and suck on them at the same time.
Lick, slurp, lick, slurp; that's all he could do, even as he heard the softer crackings of the rock still giving way. He swore that his legs were getting pinched tighter and tighter under the rock, and his whimpers of disgust were becoming real whines of fear. He was starting to worry that Machoke would just let him get crushed, no matter how much he did.
He had just sucked the last toe when Machoke suddenly stood up. Flexing its muscles, the pokemon pulled back a fist, and then punched the boulder hard. The rock went flying a good fifty feet through the air before coming back down on the ground, rolling further down the slope. A flock of Pidgeys went flying up as their rest was disturbed, but Joshua barely cared. He was more appreciative of the fact that his legs were no longer getting crushed.
Jumping to his feet as Machoke ripped the rocks apart that held his legs down, Joshua first felt his legs for any injuries (there weren't) before suddenly leaping for the Machoke. Torn between hugging him and strangling him, the trainer went with the option that wouldn't get him thrown down the mountain as well, and squeezed the big guy around the middle.
"Thank you, thank you, thank - ack!"
Joshua grabbed his neck as he felt something squeezing at it. As he was lifted off the ground, he realized that the pokemon had pulled his escape rope from his backpack, and now it was wrapped around his neck like a leash. He realized that he was being held like a pet, while Machoke was posing like an owner would for a photograph.
The smug grin-closed eye look and the thumbs up Machoke gave him didn't help it feel any better.
"Great...just great..."
