I awoke in a not so familiar place, the day before was a haze of sadness, forgiving, and confusion, i had been feeling odd ever since everything happened, was i in a state of shock yesterday? maybe it was all just a dream?

nope

i don't think i would be in someone else s room if it was a dream, and i doubt that i would get scar's from a dream either, i stared at the cut on my arm for almost 7 minutes, it wasn't bleeding and wasn't sore thanks to Emily but it still looked pretty gross, compared to what iv gotten from skateboarding it really was nothing, i mean iv broken so many bones iv lost count, i got up slowly trying not to re open the teeth marks on my back, as i got up i looked around the room again jsut to make sure i was still alive and this wasn't some weird shit going on

i got up and walked out of Cherry' s room and into mine, i needed to change my clothes..Badly..

i had tears soaked into my jeans, along with a bit of blood, i was missing my shirt i think it was still in Emiley's room in all honesty, but i couldn't remember, everything from yesterday just seemed like a bad trip, maybe someone slipped me something?, i don't know, all i knew was i felt emotionally drained, and i needed to get myself back inline with life

i took my gross clothes off and threw them onto the carpeted floor but as i looked around i froze in place, everything was back to the way it should be?, what the fuck is going on?, my bed was back in place, not against the wall as i vaguely remember it being flipped over, but everything looked in the right order, maybe it was all just a dream

NOPE, yet again i was shown that my little "maybe its just a dream?" situation was not the case, as i neared my bathroom door it was missing the top half with large gauges through the bottom, memory's slapped me back awake, i was just dragged out and thrown to the ground hours before through that exact same door, well thats not going to stop me from having a shower.. but just as i was stepping over my old clothes, i noticed something in my back pocket, a note?

i unfolded the paper revealing some rather messy writing

"Good morning!, i left to go get us some breakfast, i still owe you way more then i can probably ever give you back, but ill try to repay you for the way i acted no matter what, i know you might still have trust issues and that a pretty outfit and some cuddles wont fix it, but i promise i will do anything and everything to try and fix this

in all honesty, yesterday i felt so many emotions that i don't even know if i actually completely forgave her, i mean, im pretty sure i was in shock and could barely remember what happened, i wasn't seriously injured or anything, but my body felt like it went through alot

after my nice warm shower i put on new clothes, i was thinking about bandaging the cuts and tooth marks on my back but they weren't bleeding for some reason, and they didn't even hurt anymore, i started my way out the bedroom door, my body still aching a bit from all the drama yesterday

i walked down stairs to see James sitting in his usual spot playing some game iv never seen before

"oh your finally up" he looked exhausted, which i wasn't really surprised by as i was put in a bad position yesterday which he had to deal with

"yeah, well i had to wake up at some point.."

" How was your night with your "killer" ?" he asked with a big smile

"uhh, it was ok i guess, i still dont know if i totally forgive Cherry because i was feeling funny after all of the stuff happened in my room, i mean apparently i wasn't in any danger, which i figured out yesterday when i opened my eyes and saw her curled around me crying, but im just confused, i feel as if alot of it is my fault,and because of that is pretty much the only reason why i even considered trying to forgive what she did..." his smile stayed, i was expecting maybe a hint of sadness or something remembering all the problems

"well your right on the fact that you weren't in any danger, i mean she roughed you up a bit but if a Sergal chooses someone to belong to them its extremely rare that they would ever go as far as to kill them, you would have to majorly piss them off for them to take it that far, i was scared because i thought she might have roughed you up a bit too much but it was pretty much the only reason i freaked out but, it seem's like your ok now and honestly, the whole reason she did all that is because you ran from her, when a sergel is starting to get close to someone they like, that's pretty much the worst thing you could do its basically a straight punch to the hormones for a female and it tends to set them off in a rage, i was surprised she went through it to the point of making you break down but, she really didnt mean it, you werent dealing with Cherry when that was happening, you were dealing with her primal instincts driving her to try and show dominance over you for basically toying with her trust and trying to leave her, its bassically her primal instincts saying she wanted to kill you or whatever, but the real Cherry wouldn't let that happen"

i couldn't believe it, all this happened because i ran from her?, i was still asking myself why i even forgave her but the sheer fact that i messed it up, that i was the main reason for all of this brought it down pretty hard on me, but then the same thing i heard to make me run came back to me

"..the only reason i ran was because i heard she ate people.." at least a minute passed with both of us silent, until he broke out laughing

"yeah, im sure shes not the only one that's done it, i mean she used to be bad with it sure, but she hasnt even touched a human in the time iv been here, i can tell because she's home most of the time and i don't think iv ever seen something big enough to indicate shes had a human in her stomach before, but the thing about that is, im sure Emma and Emiley have even done it, most female sergals have truth be told, its just primal instincts again, i mean Cherry used to do it all the time, but her mom got her into the act of it, the only reason she did because the act of doing it sets off the hunter part of their brains and thats what was controlling her while she did it, i can still tell she gets the urge to do it once and a while but ever since she met you its like she completely forgot about it." i nodded, it seemed odd how close they were to being put back into the mind of a predator

"i know this is going off the topic a bit, but why did everyone seem so freaked out when you guys knew i wasnt in any danger?"

"well first of all, in much danger would be better to say we knew she might rough you up a bit, but everyone heard alot of noises coming from your room, we heard the door get smashed open and realized Cherry might have freaked out, it seemed to calm down for a couple minutes and we got worried that you might've gotten a bit more hurt then we thought you would, so Emma went in, but when she pulled you out and brought you to Emily Cherry broke down in her arms, she wasn't herself while she was attacking you and was just as scared as you were, Emiley had to apologize to Cherry before she left this morning because apparently she was being a bit mean while Cherry came to say sorry to you, but i didn't really even know about that before i heard it from them this morning, so it must have been an interesting run for you.." the realization popped into my head

"so wait you guys knew she was gonna attack me? and you didnt help?"

"listen, if we got in a way of a female northern thats trying to fix some hormone problems with the one she's chosen, it could have gone way worse for you then any of us, because then she would of felt that she had no dominance over you and instead looked like we had taken over you and that would have been bad, so we let her do her thing but we were there to make sure if she hurt you too much we could help out, or if she went off the rails a bit too far" he looked a bit uneasy telling me it, but i did feel better knowing that i wasnt in serious danger, but i kind of already figured that out yesterday before i fell asleep

"and also, we were thinking of just maybe trying to get you to relax a bit after all of that happening so i was wondering if you wanted to come to the lake with everyone, maybe you can spend some time with Cherry and bond with her a bit, since she's still pretty shaken from yesterday" i thought about it for a minute or two

"sure, sounds good i guess" he smiled, i was kind of interested to see how sergals act in water, iv never seen one swim before

"alright well Cherry is bringing breakfast for you and her there and everyone else is there already, im only here to relay you information and to get your ass to the lake, even if you said no i would've probably dragged you there haha" i couldn't help but smile a bit, i was a bit excited to be around Cherry especially learning that she wasn't trying to seriously hurt me, and instead all yesterday was was just a big fail on my part, it still freaked me out a bit that the girls in the house could've eaten humans but then again i wouldn't be surprised if some people ate sergals

"well alright im gonna walk through the trails there, if you want there's a cemented pathway there if you just go out the front of the house, take a right and turn down a back ally looking thing, it will be right there" he smiled as he got off the chair, turned the game station off and jogged out the back door, leaving the yard with a wave and a shout

"IF YOUR NOT THERE IM GONNA BEAT YOUR ASS WHEN I GET BACK!!" i laughed and ran up the stairs to grab my board, i really didn't feel like walking

as i ran through the front door, i locked it and began my journey to the lake

20 minutes had passed and Holy fuck it was a long path, i didnt need to push much since it was down a hill but fuck i think i should've just taken the path with James, because on my way i could see it cut through pretty much the whole forest that surrounded me and probably would've sliced this journey time in half

as i went up and down a little hill i finally saw the lake, it was huge, with sparkling blue water and and some random people/sergals floating on rafts on the other side, as i surveyed the area i spotted my group and headed towards them, the hill got alot steeper and i hauled ass over to the spot, as the hill mellowed i slowed to a jogging pace only to kick my boards tail and send it into my hand

Sergals in the water is probably the greatest thing i have ever witnessed

they played like dogs in water, using all fours as they pounced on each other in and outside the water, as Emiley and Emma rolled on the ground growling and batting at each other only to jump and splash into the water and disapear, it was pretty entertaining, James and rev floated around throwing the ball to each other while kelly battled to get it while in the center of the 2

i walked over to a tree where i saw 2 paper bags with some sort of food company printed on the bags front side, i was guessing that's the breakfast Cherry said that she was getting, but i couldn't see her around, so i went over and sat beside the tree awaiting her

it was about two minutes of me watching everyone play around before i finally noticed Cherry floating around in the water, her jet black fur camouflaged her in the shadowy part of the water under the tree's, she was watching Emma and Emiley battle it out around the water, i didn't wanna yell her name and break the concentration of everyone else, so i sat back and waited staring at the view, i stared at the same spot for a good 7 minutes before i looked over to my left as i heard someone walking, it was cherry, who was soaked and walking towards me with a big smile, her tail swished around in the air obviously she was happy to see me

"oh so you finally showed up?, and didnt even bother to come get me?"

i barely even paid attention to her words as my eyes went to work on taking photographs for my mind on her attire

a dark purple bikini, the tightest bikini iv ever seen anyone wear, it must have taken her all morning to try and squeeze into it

"i didnt even see you down there for the first while, your fur blended into the shadows so i didn't even know if you were here or not" she sat down a couple feet to my left dripping wet, she looked extremely different now that her fur was flush against her body under the weight of the water

"yeah i don't like to play around in the water much, i prefer to just relax" she reached for the two bags, one massive in size compared to the other, as she handed one to me i felt myself staring at the contents, it jsut looked like a regular sandwich with amazing looking bread

"i bought them from this new sandwich shop by our house, they supposedly cut everything fresh there and its all garden grown" well it looked fresh, i felt her eyes glue onto me as i pulled it out of the bag, i got nervous of her watching me and took a bite into the sandwich without even looking at the contents..

i could feel my face go green

i ran behind the tree and spit out all the contents trying to rub everything off my tongue, i felt like i was going to throw up

"is it really that bad?" she stared confused at her own sandwich, i couldn't help myself, i broke out into a fit of laughter, the sandwich was obviously made for a sergal to eat not a human, as my laughter subsided i had to wipe my mouth on the sleeve of my hoodie

"Cherry, i dont think you understand but humans cant eat raw chicken breast like that, it can make us really sick" even as i spoke i could feel little shocks of laughter coming under my voice, i now realized why my brother lived off of pizza and fast food

"oh, oh im so sorry, i thought you guys could eat this kind of stuff" she looked kind of unhappy that her act of trying to make it up to me a little bit didnt work, but i was still trying not to laugh at the fact that she just got me a sandwich that had cheese, lettuce and a fat slice of raw chicken breast in it

"no no Cherry its fine, honestly that's probably the funniest thing iv had happen to me in a long time"

"i still feel bad though, i really wanna try and make all this up to you, i know this wouldn't have but i at least wanted to get you a nice breakfast as thanks for trying to forgive me" I felt a bit bad for laughing at her attempt but at the same time i wasn't lying when i said it was the funniest thing to happen to me in a while

"Cherry, its fine, im thankful that you at least tried" it didn't cheer her up saying that, she just ended up staring blankly at her own sandwich

so i took the matter into my own hands as i scootched over to sit right next to her, i knew just what to say to unfreeze her, to kind of snap her out of the blank gaze

"....i like your swimsuit, shows off you curves quiet nicely" that did the trick, as she unfroze and became sentient again, the red blush i was accustomed to seeing as of yesterday settled on her cheeks

"buuut, i will admit i liked it when you had the bow on your tail and stockings on" i apparently said that a bit louder then i thought i did because i heard emiley across the way

"OOOOOO, pulled out all the stops for him huh Cherry!?" both of our faces went red from embarrassment, i think to be honest my face went more red then her's did

"i wouldn't be talking Emiley, i mean i basically did watch you strip in front of me, by the way i think you'd look better with brighter colored panties!" her face went crimson under her fur and she went back to minding her own business instantly as she hid under the water

Cherry giggled a bit

"did she really?" an awkward smile spread across her face

"yeah, she was wearing some orange tank top and ripped if of right in front of me, also took my shirt off, which i still need to get back" neither of us talked as she ate her sandwich in complete silence enjoying the company of each other

it had been almost 4 hours and finally turned dark, everyone was sprawled out on the shore by the lake talking, cherry joined in too but i sat alone by the tree after several attempts by her to get me down there with her, even after all i had went through yesterday i still didn't feel apart of the group yet, instead i was busy watching a spider make its web above me, it was crazy to watch it happen, it was like watching a universe be put together

i felt myself getting tired as time went on, i grabbed my board and stood up ready to go back home

i stretched my arms and back as i had been sitting in the same position for a total of 5 hours, as i started slipping away into the darkness i heard a thumping behind me, almost like someone was..running?

as i turned around i got a face full of fur and a shot of pain up my back as i was tackled to the ground, my vision went a bit blurry as my brain was jostled around inside my skull from the impact, but when i looked up it wasn't exactly who i expected, it was...Rev?

"aaannnnddd who gave you permission to leave?" he was a lot heavier then he looked, he was the skinniest out of everyone but he still felt like he weighed at least 400 pounds

"oh, oh im sorry do i have to ask for permission to do things on my own now?" i was a bit confused at what he said and gave a bit of a frown

"no, well atleast not when we are at the house, but out at night these forests tend to be a bit active and i dont think any of us would like you to be turned into a meal by some wolves or something of that nature" he slowly got off me, and the aching pain that was just about to leave returned as i slowly curled my body into a sitting positon

"..ok.. so interesting fact, we humans need something known as sleep, you know when we get tired?, and currently i am tired and am in need of this thing known as sleep because i feel like im gonna pass out at any time here" he smirked at my comment

"well, you could go sleep with your lady, im sure she wouldn't mind" ...wait... what?

"wait.. so are we staying here or something?"

"yeah.... i thought James told you that we were gonna camp out here for a while? or he at least should have when you woke up"

That son of a bitch, iv been duped into camping out here..

"..........no, no in fact he didn't mention shit about being out here all night" i was obviously annoyed, i hated camping, i was the main attraction for every fucking bug for miles when i camped

"weeelll i guess that's too bad because your gonna have to stay out here" as he said that he walked towards a now lit fire

"..great.."

i got up and started to walk over to where everyone else was, i set my board down in the grass and sat on it like a chair i got some smiles as i sat down, i probably looked pretty un amused at what was happening as i heard a chuckle from james

" god damn duped me into camping dude?, thats pretty fucked up " a couple people snickered at me as i was showing more annoyance

"oh come on, its good to go outside once and a while" i stared at james, out of everyone who could say that he had no right, that mother fucker was inside 24/7

"...james, you cant say shit, you legit sit on your ass inside for days straight, i skateboard for a living so i kind of need to leave pretty often" and i made a good bit of money from my sponsors too

"hey man, i go outside once and a while, who do you think buys all the food and shit?" i rubbed my temples, this asshole was just one of those people that could make you mad in the matter of minutes

"right.." i pulled out my phone to check some various social media apps as i usually posted pictures about upcoming videos or product from my sponsors, as i was transfixed on my phone i felt some fur rub against the back of my neck and the smell of...
