A jorney throught the life of a highschool lion
Hello fellow readers, I am about to share with you the first story I have ever made about anything. A good friend of mine (MixedUpPup) has convinced me to write a story here of Yiffstar. I'm not here to "WOW" you with my story. I just want to tell you how it is. The story you are about to read is mostly based on my real life experiences. I am going to throw some non true things into the story (maybe), but for the most part it will be true. I believe there will be a few sexual encounters in here (or one), but they will not be very explicit. And of course I will be substituting names and each character will have a Fursona. So I hope you enjoy this story you are about to read. Actually, don't think of this as a story, think of it as a journal. Except all of you get to see it.
PS. I want to dedicate this story/journal to MixedUpPup because he truly is a good friend to me, even though we only met a few days ago.

Disclaimer: This is a true story told by me, so I own all copyright to this story. There will be nudity in one of these paragraphs, so I have to slap the 18+ sticker on this. If you are under 18 and are caught, it is not my fault. Enough said. Enjoy!

Kyle is a 14 year old male lion. He was a little taller than average compared to his classmates from elementary school, but also a little larger. He wasn't really bugged in elementary school, usually kept to himself, and his presence practically went unnoticed. His social awkwardness at the time was evident because he had very few friends going into high school. The year was 2005 and Kyle had just arrived at his new school. He was both excited and terrified at the same time. He was excited to begin a fresh start on his new life as a high school student, but also terrified that he wasn't going to meet any new friends. A few minutes after he arrived at school, the morning bell went for students to get to their first class of the day.
*****
Kyle's first class of the day was French. He was never strong in French, so he was nervous about it. As soon as he arrived to class, he noticed two of his friends from elementary school. There was the silent fox, Taylor. He was liked by practically everyone and was fun to talk to. There was also the very charismatic skunk, Jason. He was at times annoying, but none the less enjoyable to hang around.
"So what classes do you have this semester guys?" Kyle asked the two friends. The two of them listed their schedule to him. He had a look of disappointment come on to his face. Taylor and Jason had no other classes with Kyle. "Still" he thought to himself, "I'm sure there will be more of my friends in my other classes." The bell rang and first period was over. Everybody was rushing into the hall.
His school was a very crowded one, a very diverse one too. As Kyle was walking to his next class, he was looking around to see any of his friends. To no avail, he could find none. He was more confident going into his next class which was Math. He was pretty good in math, not perfect, but pretty good. Though Kyle was optimistic going into math, his optimism shattered whenever he didn't notice anybody he knew when he arrived to the classroom. The next hour and a half went by slowly for Kyle. After what felt like forever, the bell rang for the students to go to their next class. Kyle packed up quickly and left.
His next class was Gym, and Kyle was as nervous as you could be going into the change room. He knew he wasn't the fittest guy in the world; in fact, he wouldn't be surprised if he was one of the least fit. He wasn't obese or anything, but he wasn't muscular or skinny either. Kyle found an empty corner of the room and began to change. He changed quickly and left the change room. The first day of gym was probably the worst for Kyle; it was running. He certainly hated running and was usually exhausted after a few minutes. This situation was no exception. There was a twelve minute run for introductory examination.
After the daunting task during gym, the bell rang for lunch to begin. Kyle was not especially happy about lunch. A majority of his friends did not have his lunch, and the friends who did have lunch, went to a fast food restaurant for lunch. This left Kyle alone at school for lunch. He quietly ate his lunch and decided to go to the library for the remainder of it so he could study for math.
The bell rang for the final class of the day. The last class that Kyle had was Religion. The school that he went to was a catholic one so he was forced to take the class. This was a major bother for Kyle because he did not like religion one bit. In fact, he detested it. He was also forced to go to church every Sunday because his mother all of a sudden decided that his family should be a more Christian family. This did not please Kyle because at the time he was an Atheist. Going to church would do nothing to change his mind.
Once again there was nobody he knew in his religion class, so he declared that his religion class was his worst class that semester. There was nobody he knew; he already hated his teacher; and he hated religion as a whole. For the remainder of the school day, Kyle just sat there, doing nothing. He was bored out of his mind. When 2:10 came around, the bell rung and he packed up and left for home. He began to realise that this was exactly what happened in elementary school, and he began to be more depressed on his way home.
*****
Kyle was often depressed about the status of his life. He wasn't the best looking guy, and he never had more than a few friends. He also had fairly poor grades in school. He was usually Pessimistic about his future, often leading him to have thoughts about ending his life. What would other people care, it's not like he had any influence on anybody's life. While he did think about this often, there was always something holding him back from committing to his thoughts. Maybe it was fear; maybe he was fearful of what would happen if he did actually end his life. Kyle usually ended those thoughts whenever he fell asleep.
The first day of school was pure hell for Kyle. He was hoping that all that would change soon.
Lucky for him, it did change a few weeks after being in school.
*****
During one of his lunches, he recognised one of the grade tens. It was Kyle's friend Rob who he met about a year before while he was bowling. Rob was a jaguar who was kind of lanky and had an odd looking face. They had a good friendship going on while they went bowling. Kyle's optimism shot right back up as he met up with Rob at school. Kyle was introduced to the group of friends that Rob had. Soon Kyle was acquainted with everyone and they began hanging out together during lunch.
Rob was going out with an otter named Allina. She was quite small; maybe about 5'5" and she was very skinny. Kyle would be lying if he said he didn't have a crush on her the moment he saw her.
Over time, Kyle noticed that Rob was not what he seemed to be when Kyle originally met him. He noticed that Rob was very egotistical and often cocky. He usually talked about how he was cheating on Allina with all these other girls. Kyle began to become furious with Rob and his attitude. Though Kyle never expressed himself toward Rob about how he felt. The reason he did this was because he wanted to keep the friends he had made and not go back to the way things were before.
*****
First semester went by fairly quickly for Kyle. He got sub-par grades except for math in which he got a surprisingly high grade.
He was disappointed once again by learning that there were none of his friends in any of his classes for the second semester. He wasn't as depressed about the matter as last semester, but he was still pretty ticked about it. At least he still had friends to hang out with during lunch. He had always looked forward to lunch with his friends since it was the best part of his day.
It was about a month since Rob had dumped Allina, and Kyle was a little surprised that Rob dumped Allina instead of the other way around. Anyways, that gave Kyle the opportunity to ask Allina out. This wouldn't be the first time Kyle had asked someone out, but this time it was different. For some reason, Kyle couldn't gather enough strength to ask her out. After about a month, Kyle finally gathered up enough courage to ask out Allina. She said yes and Kyle was ecstatic about it. He told everyone about it up to the point of annoyance. He couldn't help himself, he was so happy.
After about a week, Kyle began to feel uncertain about his relationship with Allina. Sure he had the girl he wanted for months, but Allina just didn't seem to complete him. He started having doubts about them being together for long. Then just a week later, Allina broke up with Kyle. This actually came as a shock to Kyle. Sure he knew it wasn't going to last long but this was too soon. She said she needed time to think about what she wanted. Kyle respected her decision no matter how he felt about the situation.
While alone once again, Kyle was taking time to think about what he wanted. When he was with Allina, he wasn't happy with her for some reason. He thought about it long and hard but could not come up with an answer. After a while, Kyle became tired and decided to sleep off his thoughts. He had more time to think about it over the weekend.
After the weekend was over and Monday came around, Kyle was more than bothered going into school. He was thinking over the weekend that he might not like girls as much as he thought he did. He realised that the relationships he had with his previous girlfriends were significantly shorter, one after the other. There was his first girlfriend Carly, who he dated for about 5 months before he broke it off. Then there was CJ, which he dated for only 3 months. Now there was Allina, who he only went out with for two weeks. He thought that maybe he wasn't happy with people of the opposite sex, but he wasn't sure.
He would be sure after what happened that day at school. The day went along pretty well up until lunch period. Kyle had all of a sudden learned that Allina had gotten back together with Rob. Kyle was mixed with feelings of confusion and frustration. He also felt the biggest sense of regret of ever befriending Rob in the first place. And as for Allina, Kyle did not even want to look at her for the rest of his life. He decided that he wouldn't attend his last period class. He just couldn't handle what was happening to him at the moment. So he ran home as fast as he could.
He spent the next few hours in a rage, tears streaming down his face. "How could she do this", Kyle thought. "How could she tell me she needed time to think, and just run off with a guy who was just going to dump her sooner or later?" As he was venting out his anger, he fell to the ground and started to cry. He hadn't cried in a long time. Not since he severely cut his thumb four years ago. Kyle was usually tough about this sort of emotional situations. He was even calm whenever his dad left his family a few years back. This however, hit him the hardest for an unknown reason.
Kyle then swore that he would never have any sort of emotional relationship with anyone again. He never spoke to anyone of his previous friends again. It wasn't that hard to do though. He didn't have any classes with them since they were in grade tem and Kyle was in grade 9. All he had to do was avoid them between classes and lunch.
*****
Kyle spent the rest of the school year avoiding any of his "friends". There was one encounter though where Rob said something behind Kyle's back, and Kyle decided to punch Rob in the face. He was unsuccessful in his attempts because one of Rob's friends interfered by shoving Kyle backwards. Kyle then realised that Rob was a humongous coward. He always hid behind his friends when he talked negatively towards Kyle. Whenever Rob was alone in the hallway and Kyle was approaching, Rob would slip into an empty classroom or simply turn around and walk the other way.
After the school year was over, Kyle got a job at the local amusement park. This took his mind off of everything that had happened the previous year. There wasn't anything that exciting about Kyle's summer. All he had was his job and going on the computer whenever he got home. The summer went by pretty fast for Kyle, and before he knew it, he was back in school.
*****
Kyle thought a new start in his second year was all that he needed. He decided that he should at least try to make friends with someone. His first class of the new year was Religion. He didn't seem to mind religion as much as he did last year, but it was still pretty boring. He saw a friendly looking fox in the second row, so Kyle decided to sit beside him. His name was Josh and he was very tall and very skinny. He seemed normal to Kyle so he befriended him. After the two got acquainted with each other, the bell rang.
Josh and Kyle decided to walk to their next class together. Much to their surprise, they had their next class together. So things were looking up for Kyle for that year. The bell rang and the students were let out for their next class. Things were different for Kyle this year. He had a third period lunch instead of a fourth period lunch. Josh also had the same lunch as Kyle, so they decided to hang out. When they arrived downstairs to the atrium, Kyle was introduced to the group of Josh's friends. This was almost as similar to meeting Rob's friends the year before, but Kyle had a lot more things in common with the group.
There was the sheepish dog Dave, who was about Kyle's height, but more pudgy than him. There was also Alex who was a pretty overweight bear, same height as Kyle though. There was also a panther named Jeremy, who was skinny and taller than Kyle. So those were the main friends that Kyle would hang out with during school, and occasionally outside of school. There were a couple more friends that would come and go throughout the school year. Josh, Dave, Alex, and Jeremy were the only ones to stick around the entire year.
During that year in high school, Kyle was improving on his grades, eventually getting the best grades in the class. Jeremy would then decide that maybe he should take tougher classes so he could have a better future ahead of him. So he enrolled in as many university classes as he could for the next year.
*****
For the next two years everything was pretty standard for Kyle. He had a routine each week and nothing much changed. He never thought about his first year of high school that much, though sometimes he would have dreams of beating up Rob. This would always put a smile on Kyle's face every time he thought about it.
Kyle also had dreams of being with other men. Kyle and he would wake him up in a cold sweat after those dreams. These dreams started appearing more frequently, ever since Grade 11 rolled around. He started to think about what it would be like with another man, often occupying hours of his time in the day. The more he thought about it, the more he wanted to try it.
*****
When grade 12 came around the bend, he was thinking more about post secondary and applying to universities that he wanted to go to. He ultimately decided that he was going to go to a university that was about two and a half hours away from the city he lived in. He would be relieved to leave his troubles behind him and move forward in his life.
Even thought his thoughts were leaning towards university, that lingering thought about being with another man was still pretty strong. One night, Kyle decided that he wanted to try for the first time being with another man. So he went online and he submitted an ad on the internet to see if anyone was interested. He had a few replies to his ad. Most of the guys who submitted a response were rather three times as old as Kyle was, or were into some pretty creepy stuff.
A few days past and Kyle was wondering if a normal person would send him a response. About 4 hours after he got home from school on day, he got a response from a normal sounding person. He was a bear, only about 5 years older than Kyle, and pretty fit. Kyle did not ask the bear for his name. So Kyle had agreed to meet with this bear. When he arrived at the meet place, Kyle was greeted by the bear and he was invited into the bear's car. Kyle was a little reluctant about getting in the car. When he finally decided to get into the car, the bear decided that they should go to a more private place. Kyle was getting more nervous by the second. They finally arrived at a dark location. By this time Kyle's heart was beating rapidly and he was terrified at the fact that he was about to have sex with a guy he only knew for like 5 minutes.
The bear started to rub Kyle's thigh. Kyle was a rather friendly lion and he didn't want the bear getting angry if he said he didn't want to have sex with him. His penis on the other hand, was more than thrilled to do this dirty deed. The bear started to suck on Kyle's hardening cock. While Kyle was frightened at what would happen next. While he was frightened about the concept, he was actually enjoying what was happening at the moment. He found the bear's maw very warm and relaxing.
As each minute passed, Kyle was getting hotter and hotter. After about 5 minutes, Kyle came into the bear's mouth. Even though Kyle did enjoy that part, he knew that he didn't want to lose his virginity to a stranger. So Kyle quickly zipped up his pants and left the bear's car, running away.
While he was running back to his house, Kyle was thinking about what he had just done. While he enjoyed what had happened before he ran away, he wanted somebody who he cared for and who cared for him. To give his virginity away to the one he thought he was going to be with forever; that was his goal in life.
*****
The school year after that day was pretty normal. His friends were hanging out with Kyle more often than usual. Kyle planned to go to university with Alex, and that was the way it was going to be. No ifs, ands, or buts. Kyle worked the hardest he had ever done in his life for school and it paid off. He got the marks he needed for university. Kyle was excited about going to school next year. Kyle never lived in a rich family. His mom had a pretty low wage job and his dad was not even funding the child support since Kyle turned eighteen back in November. So his family was in dire need of money to fund his university. It was twenty thousand dollars to attend the school for one year and Kyle obviously didn't have the money. Thankfully, the government had a program that would fund a chunk of the university costs. So Kyle was ready to go to university. All he had to do was wait two months before he had to move out.
*****
The summer began and Kyle had all the time in the world on his hands. And with this time, he spent it trying to find someone who he could relate to. So once again he decided to post another ad on the internet. This time he made it clear about his interests and stats about himself, and what he was looking for. This seemed to be a solution to all his problems. Within no time, Kyle had received a number of replies. Again, Kyle panned out the responses since a vast majority of the responders were old or was too creepy for him.
There was one response however that had catched his attention. It was a wolf named Nero who was only 8 months older than Kyle. He had grey fur and blue eyes. He also had a lot of the same interests that Kyle did. He was slightly taller and weighed a little less than Kyle too. Nero seemed perfect for Kyle, so he decided that he would reply back to Nero. After a few e-mails back and forth, Kyle got Nero's messenger address and he started to converse with Nero. They spent the next few days talking with each other about their interests and aspirations.
Nero wanted to become an editorial journalist and was going to college located only about an hour away from Kyle's school. Kyle was going to school for game design and was happy to hear that Nero wasn't going to be far away from him. Kyle knew that he found someone that was like him in many ways, and he was sure that meeting Nero was the start of a great relationship.

Well there you go. That was pretty much my story from 2005 until now. I think I cured that social awkwardness. Sorry about the beginning of the story being dragged on for so long. I just thought that it set up the story for me. I don't think I added anything that was made up. My life has basically been pretty uneventful. I hope this will change while I am in university. This might not be the only story I write, but I'm sure it will probably be the longest one I write. I hope you will respond positively to this story, but as I said before: I am not here to "WOW" you with this story; I am here to tell you how it is. On that note, I am still open for constructive criticism. I might have had some grammar mistakes, but it was my first story.
Anyways, I hope you enjoyed my story. Depending on the outcome of this story I might do another if it is successful. So yeah, hope you enjoyed!
