The Wolf and the Kid
Haven’t forgotten about this collection! Like everything else, it fights for attention. And I’m trying to zero in on completion of outstanding works at the moment, of which I have, uh, way too many. But here’s another round! Featuring a character that was mentioned previously but only showed up for the first time here. This is probably the most interconnected collection I’ve made so far!
(Note: use of the term 'kid' notwithstanding, everyone here is of age.)
OBLIGATORY CONTENT WARNING: This story contains sexual acts between two males and gentle giants.

It was dark, it was pouring, and Jake was all alone. Things were not off to a great start for him.
The 18-year-old human was used to things not going his way for the most part. He'd been suffering under abusive parents for most of his life, which had only gotten worse when he'd come out as gay a couple years back. It was physical and verbal abuse, trying to 'correct' him or punish him for the most minor transgressions, especially when he tried to show defiance in any way. Depression and suicidal thoughts had been his norm for a long time, and only an extremely good friend had kept them from making Jake another statistic.
Said extremely good friend had extended an offer to Jake - he could come live with their family in Aesop. It was something that Jake had blanched at at first, but over time, things had gotten bad enough that he had wanted any escape he could take, even if he worried that he was going to be a burden. He'd managed to swiped a few bucks from his parents' house, took what very little he actually owned apart from clothes (most of which he didn't like anyway), and ran away from what could only generously be called home to a bus station, intent on going to Aesop and finding some semblance of peace for once in his life.
Of course, nothing could ever be that easy. It took hours before he could actually board a bus that went where he wanted it to - very few buses went to Aesop, most only as a stopover, so he had to take what he could get. And he almost couldn't get it because the tickets were more expensive than he had expected; he'd begged and pleaded, but the agent was insensitive to it, and it was only through the patronage of a kind soul in line that he was able to get the ticket he needed. The bus was dingy and smelled awful, and he'd been crammed in a window seat next to a loudly-snoring overweight porcine anthro and behind a harried-looking woman with a toddler who just would not stop crying for more than two minutes, apparently due to a rather nasty ear infection. To say it was stressful was putting it mildly, but Jake tried to focus on the destination.
Things didn't get better, though. They arrived at Aesop in the middle of the right and the middle of a wicked downpour. No thunder thankfully, but it was wet, and there was no real bus shelter at the place the bus stopped, which didn't really look like a stop at all but the driver kicked Jake off there anyway. Now he was soaking, shivering, alone on abandoned streets, and nearly in panic mode as he had no way of contacting anyone. All he could do was wander, trying to find a place that was open…at what had to be around 3 AM, though, not even bars would be open, and he had no idea what he was going to do, where he was going to find shelter…
Terror seized him suddenly as he looked back and saw a figure behind him. He broke out into a sprint, which lasted all of about five seconds before his worn shoes slipped on slick pavement and he took a tumble, hitting hard. It was less painful than he would have expected, but it knocked him for a loop, and he didn't have a chance to recover before a huge shadow was looming over him. His eyes were wide in terror, it was some kind of beast that was going to eat him, he just knew it-
A flashlight switched on, and Jake was face-to-face with a deeply-concerned lupine muzzle. “Hey, kid, are you all right? You look like you've seen a ghost."
Jake barely knew how to respond…his mind was cursing himself, though, ashamed at his rank paranoia. What had his friend told him about Aesop, if not that folks were friendly and peaceful? It caught him up enough that he couldn't really speak, but the wolf didn't seem bothered by that, as he held out a paw. “My name's Greg. Come on, let's get you inside somewhere." Jake was still hesitant, if only by instinct, but eventually took the offered paw and was lifted back to his feet. Kindness was such an unfortunate rarity in his life that he couldn't help but wonder when the other shoe would drop, though…
———
It was clear quickly that their shelter wasn't the wolf's actual home - it was far too sparse and paltry for that, little more than a shack with a bed and a mini-fridge and a small pantry. But it was dry, relatively speaking, so Jake wasn't going to complain.
“What…were you doing out there?" he asked Greg tentatively. The wolf was hanging up Jake's clothing, letting it dry; Jake certainly felt awkward sitting there in the nude, but it wasn't as if Greg wore anything more than he did at the moment. Greg's fur was not nearly as wet as he would have expected for being out in the rain like that, which Jake could only wonder about. Not out loud, though, because he was still intimidated - Greg was a big guy, easily topping seven feet and with thickness to match. He had a broad body, not at all toned but giving Jake the impression of strength nonetheless…he could easily have done far worse out there, but he didn't. In a way, that was comforting, but Jake was still nervous.
“Walking. I'm kind of an insomniac, and when I can't sleep I hate laying in bed. I also do night patrols, help make sure people are getting home all right, and chat with nocturnals. You must have just gotten in recently."
“Yeah…I, uh…the bus dropped me off a little while ago."
“That bus again. We keep telling them they need to use the station, but they won't do it. Guessing they aren't a good fit and this place drives them away…" Greg held something that looked like a hard candy out to Jake. “Here, suck on this, you'll feel better."
Jake was nervous, but took the candy and popped it into his mouth. An odd, but comforting warmth quickly rushed through him, starting from his mouth and gut and spreading to the rest of him. It felt really nice, and he noticed that he was actually drying off…suddenly the minimal wetness of Greg's fur was making a bit more sense. “Is…is that magic?"
“A little bit. Most of Aesop's magic is in little bits. It's not really that different from other places in most respects, just the little things." Greg sat next to Jake and put his arm around him. “I know I don't really know you, but I just…get this feeling that you've been through some shit. You've had a lot of trouble in your life, haven't you?"
Jake nodded, dismally. “A lot…too much. But I don't wanna bring you down with my sob story…"
“I suppose it wouldn't be very appropriate to try to push you to talk to me about it…you're here looking for someone, I take it?"
“Yeah. A godly friend of mine. His name's, uh, Derek Belwether."
“Oh, yeah, I know the Belwethers. We'll get you to them tomorrow. They expecting you?"
“They, uh…Derek said that their door was open anytime. I told him I was planning to come soon, but I didn't…have the chance to tell him directly, they wouldn't let me on the computer…"
“Bad parents?"
“The worst. I was so scared they'd find out…hell, even talking to him was hard, I had to delete all the conversations every time because they would've tried to find them and find out what I was talking about. I had to make it so they didn't even know I was talking to someone…"
“Hey, hey…" Greg pulled Jake closer, and only then did the human realize how much he was shivering again, and not from cold this time. “I don't wanna push you into anything you're not ready for. Don't worry, they'll gladly take you in, but we probably shouldn't wake them up in the dead of night. You can stay with me for the night."
Jake nodded. “Y-yeah…thanks. Sorry, I…I don't mean to intrude on your space…"
“Hey, it's fine, I don't mind having something to hold for the night," replied Greg with a smile. “And to be honest, it seems like you could use some comfort and happiness in your life, sure feels like you haven't had enough of that. Sleeping in a comfortable bed with a big, fluffy wolf protecting you oughta do some of that, right?"
The human gave a weak smile. “I guess…"
“Seems like you need a bit of extra convincing." Greg suddenly pulled Jake into his furry body, holding him tight against him. 'Fluffy' was not exactly the descriptor Jake would have used, but the wolf's fur WAS pretty warm and comfortable, all things considered. “Nice, right? I've been told I'm quite cuddly for a guy my size."
“Y-yeah, I guess that's true." Jake squirmed a bit to get slightly more comfortable, pushing back into the wolf a bit…and then his face reddened as he felt his rear bump against something more distinctive. Of course, being so close to the wolf, he would be hitting that part of Greg…
“…Oh? Maybe cuddling isn't the only thing on your mind…" A light poke awoke Jake to the realization that he was getting a boner. His face got hotter - fine time for something like that to happen! But Greg didn't seem bothered by that at all…indeed, the wolf was keeping him nice and close, even grinding against him a little bit. “Would you like some help with that?"
“I…ah…" Jake found himself at a loss for words…but as that big paw wrapped around his staff, he found he didn't need any, a quivering moan escaping him as Greg started to stroke him. What a difference it was, even though he'd gotten plenty familiar with his own hand, another's was a much different experience. Though, perhaps it was just the fact that he didn't have to split his time between the pleasure and the terror of being caught…what his parents would have done if they ever found him, he didn't want to think about. Here, he was away from them, they couldn't touch him now, he could think just about the pleasure itself…it felt really good.
“Mm…seems like you like that." Greg was rubbing Jake's chest at the same time as he was working the human's cock, holding him close to that big furry body and sharing a wonderful warmth with him. But there was another thing, too…the feeling of a wet heat against Jake's back that was getting gradually more noticeable. He squirmed a bit as he felt it rub up against him, leaving slightly wet streaks agains his skin. “Ah, whoops…looks like I'm getting a little excited, too. If you'd like, I could give you a more…complete experience. You seem like you've been wanting something like this for a while…"
Did he? Jake felt a bit embarrassed if he was that obvious about it…but, then again, was there much point in being embarrassed when the person saying it was literally giving him a handjob at that very moment? And, he dimly remembered, this was Aesop - Derek had been telling him how they did things, this was just normal for them. And he'd liked that idea when they'd talked about it…maybe this was only the proper way to get introduced. Which didn't mean he wasn't still shy about it, but there was no point in denying himself when this was about getting away from everything that had plagued him. “I…y-yes…please…"
“Hm, that’s what I figured…I’ll make sure you feel good, Jake.” That hand working him over left his cock, and Jake couldn’t help but feel mildly wanting…but as Greg used that same hand, plus his other, to lift Jake up a bit and hold him over the tip of his cock, he knew it would be worth it. It was impossible not to be a little tense, he was a virgin - his parents would have straight up killed him if they caught him having sex with a male, he was sure - and the most he’d done with his rear end was fantasize. But Derek had told him that he wouldn’t have any trouble with it if he did it in Aesop, and he trusted Derek…even as weird as some of the things he said seemed, he’d always been very earnest about them, and Jake trusted him more than anyone else he could think of.
Of course, it would be easier to accept when he felt it, and Greg made sure he did. The wolf entered him slowly, but unrelentingly, pulling Jake gradually down on his cock until the human bumped into his knot, and Jake felt every inch of that very impressive wolf cock stretching him out deep inside, throbbing and radiating heat within him. And without a doubt, it felt incredible…true to what had been promised him, Jake didn't feel any ache at all, only the raw sensation of stretching and fullness and warmth bringing breathtaking pleasure. He couldn't help but moan shakily in Greg's arms, reaching back to cling to the furry form holding him close.
“How does that feel?" Greg asked, quietly but sensually.
“God…it feels…incredible…"
“Good. You deserve some incredible feelings." Slowly Greg pulled Jake back onto the bed with him, laying down on his back with the human laying on top of him. He started to thrust, taking it easy with Jake, not pushing in too hard or fast, focusing on maximizing the human's pleasure. With the two laying down and in a stable position, his hand went back to Jake's shaft, embracing it with a solid yet soft grip and pumping it languidly as he drew out and pushed in with his own, providing a double layer of bliss for Jake. And Jake didn't try to hide his moans and cries anymore, expressing his ecstasy as the weight of his past was relieved from him, if only for a little while.
It was better than he had ever dared to hope for his first time…Jake was lost in it quickly, his mind awash in the fantastic sensations and the rush of sexual satisfaction, and perhaps even more in the overwhelming compassion. As big as Greg was, he could have easily gone pounding away at Jake, and the human would have let him in a heartbeat, but he was so intently focused on making Jake feel good, attending to his feelings and desires and making his first ever sexual experience with another person something that he'd remember fondly. Him, a complete stranger, caring more for his well-being and feelings than the very people who'd birthed him…and even Jake hadn't realized how much he needed something like that in his life, how much he had been longing for a touch that was meant to make him feel good.
It was all too much for him, and he didn't realize how close he was to going off until it had pretty much hit him. A rapturous wail left his mouth as he released into Greg's hand, the wolf continuing to work him straight through his orgasm, unperturbed by the mess the human was making. It was by far the best orgasm he'd ever had, unshackled by fear and guilt, unsuppressed by the need for secrecy…his head was spinning by the end of it, chest heaving as he drew in the musk-laden air, enjoying the rush even as it slowly faded away from his body, leaving him with a satisfaction he'd never known possible.
It took him a bit to realize that Greg had stopped humping him. “Ah…Greg…why'd you…"
“Well…you looked like you were done," replied the wolf. “I didn't want to push you too far…"
That didn't sound right to Jake; Greg had just done something wonderful for him, leaving him unsatisfied seemed wrong. “Greg…I…I want you to finish. Please…"
“…Are you sure? Finishing would mean, uhm, knotting you."
“I'm sure. You've made everything else feel good, I know you'd make that feel good as well. And I want you to get something good out of this…you deserve it for giving me such an amazing time."
Greg was quiet for a moment, but eventually shifted a bit under Jake, taking a slightly firmer hold. “You can tell me if you need me to stop." Jake remained quiet, though he couldn't help but moan a bit as Greg started to go a little harder and faster - still not close to what he could have done, Jake could tell, but enough to make it more feasible to knot him. Though he was still too weary to get hard again, Jake was still enjoying the feelings, there was pleasure breaking through the fatigue and it was scintillating. He tried to help by squeezing down on Greg a little bit, hoping to make the wolf's pleasure stronger.
It didn't take too long before Jake could feel that bulge trying to force its way into him. It was a strange feeling, that knot was so much thicker than the rest of the wolf's cock, it felt almost like there was no way it would fit in…but Jake just tried to relax and open himself up for it, wanting to give Greg whatever he could. A though occurred to him, and he brought his hands down to take a hold of Greg's hips, waiting for the right moment. When he was ready, he waited until Greg was pushing up at him, and then used what strength he could muster to shove himself down. The extra bit of force was all that was needed - Greg's knot stretched Jake wide and then popped inside, tying him firmly.
A cry from the wolf was all the more warning Jake got before he felt the rush inside him - thick torrents of seed, hot and sticky, pulsing deep into his body. His voice cracked a bit as he moaned out in weary bliss, squeezing down on that canine cock as it spurted its essence into him in virile spurts, officially finishing his deflowering. There was no question it felt good…he wondered if it would feel even better if he was in the throes of his own climax rather than mired in the afterglow. Hopefully he would find out sometime…
“Huff…how're you feeling, Jake?" Greg rubbed Jake gently, his voice slightly concerned.
“Good…really, really good…" came the tired reply. Jake was really feeling the tiredness now…it had been an exhausting day, and the adrenaline had finally petered out. “Thank you, Greg…"
“You're welcome. I, uh…hope you're okay with sleeping like this. I know it's not the most comfortable way to go out…"
“I'll be fine…you're keeping me nice and warm, inside and out." Jake snuggled into Greg, who couldn't help but laugh a little bit as he curled around Jake a bit, giving him a nice furry blanket around him. The last thing Jake heard before he was out for the night was the sound of Greg's breathing settling…the wolf's bout of insomnia seemed to have passed as well, and Jake felt even more at ease knowing he'd helped give something back to Greg for all he'd done. As he drifted off, he knew he'd wake up to a new life, one that would offer him so much more than what he had had before, and for the first time in far too long, he fell asleep feeling truly happy.
