Feral Anomaly
It's a story about a taboo relationship between a human and the "wolf". Lots of story but also male on feral action. English is not my first language, therefore I apologize for every mistake. Hope you will have fun reading my stuff. Also, it is my first story overall here. The first part will be relatively SFW.
It's been some time since I spent time with my father as he usually is consumed by his job. This time, however, was different, as I finally turned eighteen. I didn't know that much about his work, just that it's top secret and ordered by Government and that alone sounds thrilling enough. Every single time I asked him about that, he had found an excuse to not providing me a direct answer. This time was supposed to be different.
My birthday party was pretty mediocre as I wasn't the type of person enjoying huge gatherings. Of course, I appreciated that my family visited me, gave me a lot of gifts and so on; however, the memory itself would do. My father has another job on the following day and he decided to take me with him making it his present. To be honest, it was the best thing that he could give to his son after many years of silence.
Couldn't sleep that night. My mind was wandering through all these unknown thoughts. What does my dad do? Why does he keep everything as a secret? I wonder if he just wanted to protect us. His family. Speaking of that, my mother was a good woman, working in the near primary school. She had a lot of experience with kids and I never felt bad beside her thanks to that. She was hesitant about my dad's idea of taking me aboard as it was "too dangerous". Perhaps she did know more than me which makes me even more curious.
In the morning, I was packing up my stuff when I noticed my father in the car. "Hi, dad." I waved to him with a smile, excited for an incoming adventure. He didn't seem to be especially in the mood for reasons unknown to me. I carried on anyway when my mom approached me. "Listen, Alex, whatever you do, always listen to your dad. Never... Ever leave his side, do you understand?" I glanced her troubled face and nodded. "Don't worry mom. You know I can take care of myself. I'm an adult now!" She hugged with me sighing as I felt how much of a burden it was for her to let me go there. I didn't want to make her worried her, but I couldn't wait anymore.
"Alex. Get in the car." We've been in a hurry, as when I got in, we immediately moved out. The road was peaceful and most of the time radio music was our company. We went by several neighborhoods, slowly sinking into the forest. It became a little dimmer. I decided to press on.
"So... Where exactly are we going? Will you finally tell me about your job?" I asked. He took a look on me for a second then went back on the road. "I work for SAIA." He stated shortly. It was naturally not enough for me so I continued. "...and what's that?" I looked at him again. He dropped his eyes for a second. "Supernatural and Anomalous Incidents Association. We are in charge of researching and examining all the unexplained events and beings that are being reported. Our division specifically is focused on cryptozoology."
My eyes widened. I expected a lot from my dad but that was something much more than I initially expected. At first, I didn't take that much seriously, perhaps I didn't fully understand what was his organization doing. "I assume you are chasing ghosts and stuff?" I commented with a smile. "Yeah, something like that." He stated.
For the next couple of minutes, I threw at him further questions about the job and the connected topics. He searched something in the car dashboard, taking out an unmarked file, handing it to me. "Read it." He asked me. I opened the file and several photos of wolf-like creatures emerged. Eventually, I found a description.
SAIA CZ FILE No. 503
Cat. 7 - Animals and animal-like creatures
[OBJECT BASIC]
Name: Worg
Year of discovery: 1953
Danger Level [0-5]: 3
Height: 120cm
Width: 200cm
Mass: 110kg
[OBJECT PHYSICAL]
Canine wolf-like creature being almost two times bigger and heavier than his brother species. Possesses long muzzle filled with many doubled sharp teeth. Can run up to 90km/h, while not being even remotely tired for hours. Has a huge strength being able to cut an adult human in half with his jaw. Usually, gray in color, yet black units were seen in the past [source needed].
[OBJECT BEHAVIOUR]
Worgs are unimaginably aggressive and hostile towards humans, usually when met will attack without caution, being able to kill effectively a great number of humans in a short time. Surprisingly, not a single species presented a hostile behavior towards other animals. Worgs were never seen to hunt therefore their diet remains unknown.
[OBJECT SPECIAL]
Worgs possess many supernatural abilities. They are able to jump high on the trees, going through solid objects like a gas, teleport, vanish. There are reports that looking into worg's eyes results in madness and leads victims to death. The other reports state that these creatures are able to control the human mind at wish. As not a single weapon could hurt a worg, they are considered invincible for the current record.
[OBJECT WEAKNESS]
The creature reacts with salt, making it vulnerable for a short amount of time. Salt bullets are highly advised.
It was more than enough for me. I couldn't think of a single word describing what I've just read. Now I understood, why my father decided to keep me away from his business. I was honestly scared right now. "It is a joke, right...? Dad? Like, it sounds like magic and stuff and it's... It's just a fairytale for kids. Right?" My father stood silent, still driving the car. I looked at my hands wondering how can my father be still alive after all these years working for SAIA.
"Worg was spotted in our location. We've got orders to catch the worg and transport him to the laboratory. Take this." He handed me a small handgun. "As you may already expect, it is filled with salt bullets. Shoot the beast and I will take care of the rest."
I was supposed to shoot that animal? I mean... That beast. The creature. Why is that thing even alive. Why does that exist? Does it have a purpose? I had many questions and our time was nearly up as we approached the location. We both took out the car, I don't think I ever held anything in my hands so tightly as this weapon. My father took out a net from the trunk and we both proceed to the forest path. "Try to be quiet as much as possible. It may be nearby..." My father stated. I wonder how many monsters did he meet in his life so far. Did he get used to it?
I heard a strong deep howl in the distance and we both stood frozen in silence trying to measure how far the creature is right now. "Here, wear these gloves." They were really solid in touch and light. "It will help you defend yourself." Now being equipped with a proper arm defense, I proceed forward, taking a deep breath. I wasn't a coward. I believed it. My father was right next to me, holding probably a silver net. Didn't the file mention that salt is the only substance that hurts the worg in any way?
Some time has passed.
We couldn't locate the worg anymore and it's been a dead silence so far. We needed to take a break. "You know, Alex... I'm really sorry that I did that to you. Try to understand that we didn't want to get you involved in that. I wanted you to have a normal childhood, a wife, a family." I looked at him being lost in thoughts. "It's fine, dad. I guess you wanted to keep me safe. That's okay. But at least you could tell me, right? Like... There's nothing wrong with just knowing things." I gestured confidence with my hand. "Actually, it is." My father answered. "The moment you became involved made you bound to SAIA for the rest of your life. We are under observation, Alex. These are global-scale secrets that may not go out under any circumstances. Trust me. You DON'T want to mess up with the wrong people in SAIA."
We chatted for a while, as the sun began to set. "It's getting dark, Dad. Maybe we should..." I was saying as like in the slow-motion I noticed a huge, gray wolf figure immediately appearing behind my father in the air. My eye pupils went wide as I wanted to scream, but it happened too fast. I saw these bright, yellow, beastly eyes staring at me. White, long teeth emerging from its muzzle. And deadly claws showing up from its paws. It all happened in half of a second. I honestly felt like this short moment lasted forever. I could only hear my heart rate rising and a single, loud air whistle.
I did it. I don't know how but in this short frame of time, I was able to get my gun and shoot. Suddenly, everything got back to normal. My dad rolled next to me and took his own pistol. "ALEX! Are you okay?!" he shouted while looking nervously. "I, uh... I'm fine." We both stood next to each other, nervously looking around. I'm not sure if the worg was actually shot but it certainly vanished in the air.
The creature appeared behind us as we both turned around, but this time the worg was faster. He swinged at me with his claws as I felt a sharp pain on my arm. "Ah, fuck!" I screamed, falling to the ground. The worg teleported a few meters away from us and growled loudly. My father took several shots towards the beast and all the bullets went through the worg. "Goddamnit, fucker learned that it hurts him. Worgs can become ethereal, meaning they can't be touched by anything..." My father stated while I got up. After a second or two, the worg started running in circles around us from a distance, going through the trees, rocks or dirt. And it disappeared again.
Seconds of silence.
"Why are you killing people?! What did we do to you?" I shouted towards the woods as my father silenced me. "Shh, Alex. It doesn't understand you. And even if it does, it doesn't care. Stay focused." I looked down a little bit disappointed and mixed.
The worg materialized in front of us again and this time, my father's reaction was quicker. He took a salty shot and the creature howled in pain, falling to the ground. "It will be dejected for some time now, that's our chance. Let's go." He said, taking his net with him. Something... Something was not right. It is true that the worg fell to the ground with pain, but I was almost sure that this bullet went through too. Is that a... "Dad! Watch out!" I realized that my father was pulling the worg in his net already. It wasn't a trap? "Help me with this... It weighs a ton!"
We got back to our car, putting a creature into the trunk. We bandaged my arm wound and went to the laboratory without a further delay. We didn't talk much.
The laboratory was a place hidden inside an abandoned building, however, it had a special hidden entrance where my father had to use his keycard. We went inside, I was asked to stay and rest, for now, he took the worg to the different room. I wanted to follow him, but my body refused and as I laid on the couch, my eyes closed and I fell asleep.
When I woke up, I saw my father in front of the window. "I got a call. I need to go out for a few hours, your second task as an official SAIA member will be to guard the worg. Don't worry, it is contained in a special chamber where it literally can't do anything. The worg is also blindfolded, so you won't have to worry about that too... Apparently, it can talk. It uses our speech, however, it is not very talkative. Just stay here and if something happens - give me a call. Also, there's an emergency button on the desktop if something would go wrong. Take care." He waved to me and left the building.
My curiosity was insatiable as I got up and entered the containment room. It had a big glass chamber, surrounded by a weird luminescence blue substance. I've never seen anything like that in my life. I could see the worg through the wall. In fact, it had a blindfold. It was sitting against a wall, facing calmly a floor with silence. There was a sign on the chamber door saying K9-503. I approached the glass wall. The creature didn't seem to acknowledge my presence. Or so it seemed. Yet I tried to communicate.
"What is your name?" I asked the worg slowly.
No answer. After a moment of hesitance, I repeated the question, this time a bit louder. Perhaps the wall was sound-proof?
"K nine five oh three." - The worg answered. I was surprised at first as it had a low voice of a young human woman, perhaps a bit raspy. I took my time to process the answer and changed a question a little.
"No... What is your REAL name?"
The creature's head moved slightly. Its ears twerked and it seemed genuinely surprised hearing my question. This time, the creature slowly turned its head towards my voice.
"Nisha."
Hey, it is my first time writing something like that in English. No smut here but I plan to do some as the story progresses. For now, I will be grateful for any kind of feedback, positive or negative. Also, tell me, if you'd read part two or it is boring already, it is important to me. Thanks!
