Chapter 6

Corruption and Revelation

Alex slams into the door and the door swings wide open and he looks around at the dimly lit corrodor.

"So you have come, i should have known you'd come for your whore. But it dont matter, you wont reach her in time! GEHAHAHAHA!!"

Pinkamenas voice cacked through out the corrodor. Alex glares as he holds onto the crown tightly "I will save her you bitch, and then i will run you through with my sword!" He growls and Pinkamena begins cackling

"If you can even touch me you dirty stallion. Now I must tend to my masterpiece."

And with those words Pinkamenas voice was no longer heard and her presence was gone. Alex growls and begins to run through the corrodor and runs up the stairs and proceeds to the second floor. The second floor was littered with traps and more reanimated corpses. Alex uses some of the corpses as levarge to evade the traps and proceeds to the 3rd floor.

The floor was mainly empty with nothing around but Alex kept his guard up and proceeded cautiously. And like he suspected it was an ambush as mutated ponies and corrupted dragon corpses appeared and he managed to slay them all and ran up to the fourth floor.

It was empty again again but this time there was a large door with an seal on it, the seal took shape of a cracked sun symbol and Alexs eyes widen. "Celestia......" He says as he recognizes the symbol from being on Celestias flank except it wasnt cracked like the symbol was, giving him much reason to worry for Celestias safety. He looks around as he cant get through the barrier and finds a winding stair way off to the side. "This must be leading to the tower off to the side..... Celestia please be safe..." He says to himself as he dashes up the winding stairs.

As he travelled up the stairs he began to get goosebumps. "Wha... something is extremely wrong...." He got to the top of the stairs and he began to shiver as he looks upon a massive door with demonic energy pouring out from the seems. He began to slowly open the door and walked in.

In the middle of a room there was a tube and a pony was in it. Alex looks up and recognizes the form of the pony. "Celestia...."

"Ah yes the mare of the sun, caretaker to many and keeper of many secrets. She knew all about you and the princess of the nights relationship... it sickens me she would not let everyone know."

Alex heard Pinkamena and he looks around.

"And she harboured emotions beyond what you think... hell deep in her heart she wanted you. The Hero of Equestria, but she had to let those emotions go when she knew you were in love with her little sister. How it must of burned her so badly to lose a chance to have such a stallion like you... but like her honest heart commanded her soul, she had o let you go. Its funny and ironic isnt it? You could have had both the princesses like some dirty whore stallion but you choose one. And that made it far easier to corrupt the mare of the sun. The envy and anger and lust she had for you still was in heart.... and that will be her downfall."

Pinkamena cackles as the tube glass began to crack.

"GO! DEMONMARE OF THE SUN! KILL THE ONE THAT SPURNED YOUR LOVE AND HEART!"

Pinkamena yelled as the tube glass shattered completely, as the once pure Celestia emerged and landed on the ground. Her eyes open as they are blood red colored now. Her white fur coat now black and the golden chest piece she had on her was blood red, her once beautiful mane and tail were now pure black.

"Celestia..." Alex begins to slowly back up at Celestia suddenly screeches in an unpony way and charges at Alex. He jumps back and gets out of the way as Celestia whips around and begins to fire magical energy at Alex repeatedly from her horn. Alex manages to jump and fly up and evade the hits. Suddenly Celestia vanishes and Alex is looking around frantically and looks up and gets slammed down by Celestias full weight. He feels celestia grab him by his mane and toss him into the wall. He cries out in pain and slowly falls off the wall. He growls and jumps up and back flips dodging an energy blast. 'How can i save her... i do not wish to kill her.... wait... i remember.... my artifical eye! It can copy the ability the demon phantom used and then i'll be able to go human temporarily!' He thinks as he tries to dodge another blast but gets hit and cries out in pain as hes thrown into the other side of the wall.

Corrupted Celestia began to slowly approach like a predator preparing to finish off its prey.

"REALITY SHIFT!"

She began to back up and growl as immense power began to burst from the dust. With a power wave of energy the dust vaporizes revealing Alex in his human form. "AURARIC PALMS!" He yells as his hands begins to glow with a blue flame. Corrupted Celestia growls angerly and charges preparing to impale Alex with her horn. He swiftly dodges and grabs her by the neck and throws her back making her bounce on her rear a few times as she sits there dazed abit. Alex disappears and then reppears in front of the dazed Celestia. With light touches he began to channel his aura to purge the corruption from within Celestia. Feeling the pain of the corruption being purged she snaps out of her dazed state and lunges at Alex trying to bite down on him. Alex quickly reacts to it and jumps back as he stands there. Celestia gets on her hooves and begins to pant as the corruption was starting to lose its control on her. Parts of her fur were now white and parts of her mane were now the brilliant colors it once was.

She screeches and begins to charge her horn with magical energy, once it was fully charged she fired a massive energy beam at Alex who rolled to the side and kept moving as Celestia began to slowly turn making the beam follow Alex. He began to slowly chant to himself and then yells "REFLECT!" He stopped moving and Celestia smirks thinking she got him now, her energy beam hits him but suddenly it whips around and strikes her back sending her bouncing against the ground and dazed again. Alex charged and hit her a few more times with his aura then jumped back. Celestia was now fully normal she slowly began to fall forward and he caught her.

"DAMN YOU! HOW?!"

"Something my lucario son once taught me." He said as his artifical eye closed and he returns to his pony form. He can only now see with his right eye. "You honestly think i havent dealt with corruption before? You are a very very foolish mare." He tells Pinkamena who begins to growl

"Well it wont work on my masterpiece! I made certain of that! You will die you dirty stallion!"

She bellows as he couldnt sense her anymore as she left the area. He sees Celestia waking up and she shakes her head a few times "What was I doing.... No.. NO NO!" She begins to say hysterically as she jumped back, almost terrified of something "Princess Celestia? Whats wrong?" Alex asks as he looks at her as she begins to calm down "Did you... save me?" She asks and he nods "Of course I did. I couldnt just leave Selenas sister alone and not help." He says with a smile "But you heard...." "I dont believe anything that demon says." He says smiling. "But... she was telling the truth my little pony. What she spoke of... my deepest desires.... it is the truth... she used my very feelings for you and my jealousy against my sister for having you against me.... im so ashamed of myself..." Celestia says with some tears in her eyes. "Celestia, im sorry... if things had gone differently... i most likely would have gone with you instead of her... but dont let this hurt you. There is another stallion out there you could find." Alex tells her while holding her close. "My little pony... no Alex.... ive been alive for many many years.... you think i would have found someone by now..." Alex frowns and then licks her cheek "You see... im the same way Celestia. I once wondered if i would ever find someone after losing the one i allowed into my heart every time. But in the end... I did find someone... Selena... and now shes in danger.... and my heart screams to go to her side and save her.... we both were on the same path of loneliness and sadness... but in time i found someone.. and you will too." He tells her as he puts his hoof under her chin so they could look eye to eye. Celestia still having tears in her eyes. "Alright Alex... you are right. Im just..." Alex hugs her close and she stops speaking her eyes wide and then smiles and hugs him back

They slowly broke the hug and Celestia stood on her hooves and looks around. "You must escape this place Celestia. Go to Ponyvile and meet up with Twilight. Let them know you are safe." Alex tells her as he grabs a rock and smashes one of the windows to give Celestia a way to escape. "Just... becareful Alex... her masterpiece is..." "Its Luna I know....." "She... was very upset at what happened.... she felt betrayed and used." Alex looks down the stairs "The corruption might even be more stronger then it was with me.... your power will likely not work on her." Celestia tells Alex as he nods "I know, i can still sense Selenas life force... shes still here with us." He says as he turns around. "I'll save her no matter what." He says with a smile as he begins to walk down the stairs, he looks out one of the windows and sees Celestia flying off into the distance.
