Planet Harmony

2565 AD (13 Years After Colony Founding)

If there was one thing, out of the many blessings in her life, that Tela 'Lusum was grateful for, it was that her home was peaceful. Located in the outskirts of the joint Human-Sangheili colony of Harmony, the small farm exuded a sense of peace that she and her husband hadn't known in years. Even now, with the native birds shrieking and the twin suns beating down on her skin, Tela felt at ease as she checked her crops. The lack of clothes on her person also helped.

For anyone looking at her, Tela was a fairly typical Sangheili woman; just over seven and a half feet tall, with smooth, light grey skin and average sized breasts. Her figure was, to her, plain, but her husband had always complimented her on how her legs, toned and powerful from a youth filled with athleticism, helped accentuate her hips and waist, and that to his human sensibilities, her breasts were actually fairly large and delightful. After that, she had driven him mad with passion, and the rest of that particular evening was a blur to her.

Setting the rake down, Tela wiped the sweat off her brow and glanced back at her home. It was an interesting mix of human and Sangheili architecture, with the hard edges of the prefabricated portions blending into the more curved walls of her species' aesthetic. And even though it occasionally got cramped in the more human proportioned sections of her home, Tela loved it all the same. Stretching her limbs tiredly, the Sangheili went over and through the sliding door and into the kitchen, where a cold glass of water waited for….

Combat skills drilled into her since childhood kicked in as Tela narrowed her amber eyes. A retired warrior she was, but one nonetheless. Hence, the plasma pistol she quietly pulled out of one of the many drawers in the kitchen. With a silent grace belaying her size, Tela made her way out of the kitchen, her senses on full alert for the possible intruder in her home. Entering the main hallway, she heard someone moving about in… her bedroom. Cautious, and more than a bit furious, she edged over to the door and discreetly peeked past the doorframe.

She sighed internally in relief at the sight of her husband standing by their bed, his gaze facing away from her and out through the window, the bulky straps and slabs that made up his armor in a heap by the doorframe. Grinning wickedly, Tela set the pistol down and crept into their room, the human oblivious to her actions.

Lunging, Tela grabbed the unsuspecting human and hugged him tightly to her chest, his head lovingly cushioned between her bountiful chest. “If you were anyone else, you'd be dead," she said to him jokingly, dipping her head down to nuzzle his forehead. Her husband chuckled as he glanced up at her smiling face.

“If I were anyone else, I'd never have gotten past the back door," he commented, reaching up to tenderly stroke her lower mandibles. “You're too beautiful for me to look away from." Tela smiled even more as she sat down on their bed, taking her mate down with her. “…I missed you," he stated after a moment of comfortable silence, leaning even deeper into Tela's cleavage. Taking a deep breath, she went and rested her head atop his, content to hold him in place.

“You've been gone only a day love," she responded, breathing in his scent. “And not even a full day at that." Her human tisked as he tilted his head back to look at her.

“Still too long," he retorted, grinning back at Tela. “Knowing that you're here, alone and waiting… drives me nuts," he added, reaching with one hand to caress the underside of the breast resting on his right shoulder. Tela murred in delight.

“Such a pity that you suffer so," she said softly as her husband's nimble fingers worked their magic. Ooh, he knew just the right spots to get her worked up. “And how was your day? It seems unusual for a fine day such as this to torment my dear little human so," she added, removing one hand from his chest to keep the hand caressing her in place. Her mate sighed as he suddenly grew tense.

“…those damn helioskrill went and got another one of Patterson's calves," he told her with a heavy sigh. “We tracked them down to a possible cave system about five klicks from his property line, but until we get that section of the perimeter fence back up and running, we'll have to place guards at all the ranches in the area to make sure that no one gets hurt." Tela listened intently as her human continued talking. “Chief wanted me to ask you for your help. He thinks he can use that old Phantom to keep an eye on the entrance, blast anything coming out if need be."

Tela thought back to her piloting days; the anticipation of orders to fly, the rush of pitched battle, the reassuring hum of her craft's anti-gravity drives. She huffed as she glanced out the window. “And if I do?" she asked. “Our crops won't grow themselves." Her husband chuckled.

“Chief'll probably make sure I get assigned to 'protect the air asset,'" he told her, smiling warmly. “And besides, we're getting those fence parts in two days. We won't lose any time in growing your crops." Tela narrowed her eyes as she took her hand off his and crossed them across his chest. The result was that her breasts, once simply resting on his shoulders, were now squeezed together and surrounding his head. “…I take it you're frisky then?" he asked her after a moment's pause, his smirk visible in his words. Tela chuckled huskily as a hand went down to his crotch, palming his sizable length.

“So is my human," she rumbled, a growing pool of warmth settling between her legs. “Perhaps if he behaves tonight, he may receive a little something… special." He human hummed in appreciation.

“Well, when you put it like that," he commented, wiggling his way out of her grip, “I suppose I could wait. So, shall I go ahead and get started on dinner?" he asked her, smirking coyly at her. Tela nodded as she stood up, towering over her husband.

“Yes," she told him, nuzzling his head. “I need to wash off." He perked up at the statement. “Alone, my little mate," Tela added, enjoying the look of dismay on his face as she curbed his libido only slightly. “I love you, my mate."

He sighed in mock resignation. “I love you too, my beautiful Amazonian tease," he quipped, turning to leave the room with a slight limp. Tela smiled at his retreating form fondly before she went over to their bathroom and entered the shower. She washed off the dirt and grime of her day out in the field and when she reentered the kitchen, she was clad in a light robe that covered a decent amount of her body. Not that it was going to stay on her for long tonight. “Hey, I'm almost done!" Tela's mate commented with a grin as he cooked, the aroma of imported steak permeating the air. Tela rumbled her contentment as she waited at their table. Her mate soon set their dinner on the table, and the two of them chatted and ate, their meal vanishing in due time as the colony's major sun began to set, casting an orange hued light across the planet's surface.

Taking the dishes to the sink, Tela's mate hummed to himself as she yawned, stretching her limbs out just enough so that a bit of her robes slipped down her front, exposing some of her to the reflective surface of the window in front of him. “I'll be right with you in just a moment," he drawled, looking at the reflection with an amused smirk. Tela huffed as she ever so slowly stood up from her chair, rolling her shoulders seductively, more of her robe falling off in a gentle fall.

“Well my love," she purred, walking out of the puddle of her robe, encircling her arms around his front, stopping him from washing the dishes, “I do not have a moment. And I want to be with you now," she added with a sweet whisper to his ear. He sighed, looking over his shoulder to her smiling face on his shoulder.

“…nothing I say is going to stop you from ravaging me, is there?"

Tela nipped his neck, her eyes shining in playful, lusty mirth.

When the two of them were finally spent, hours later, Tela was relieved as she pulled her mate closer to her. He had long since gotten used to sleeping with her after a heavy duty round or several of Sangheili debauchery, and had promptly fallen asleep as soon as his head met her chest. As for Tela, she snaked an arm under his body and let her chin rest atop his head, eyes closed in contentment. On the planet of Harmony, there were few Sangheili as happy as her, and she wouldn't have it any other way.
