A new story from me. (hopefully it comes faster than the others.)

A love between tow who both have there secrets and past who refuse to let them go. Can they still find the happiness they once had?

A dark hair man runs through the forest. The fear on his face is evident even in the moonlight as the howling fills the forest. He falls forward as he just lays there for a bit crying at what he saw. Something he never thought he would ever see. His mind is still reeling over the scene he saw. He knew his wife was cheating but not in the way she was. He begins to cry as he curls up thinking he cannot do this anymore. He wants it to go back to the way things were. He wishes he could have been oblivious to it all.

Juan is your average male tan skin. About 6’0 tall he was a overweight looking despite the muscles underneath the weight, but still decent looking. He is happily married to the love of his life his wife of seven years. Rebecca is her name. There were others but she was the one who captured his heart. She is his world. He worked at the local factory to support the modest life they had together. They help build weapons for hunters. Despite the modern age the magic of the past still existed. Creatures of the night roam the forest outside cities. Hunters protected the populace from those who go bump in the night.

His wife worked with the local information office of the city as a researcher. She oversaw helping the hunters with details of what they hunted and information they needed to make their job easier. She gathers the information from many of the hunter’s travelers and travelers and uses that information to help hunters hunt their prey better.

Juan was happy with his life. Yet a month ago Rebecca started to be distant from him. At first he thought it was due to him working so many hours. He asked for less time so he could be with his wife. Yet even doing that she became more distant from him. No matter what he did she seemed to always push him away.

He started to get depressed by this as he thought she was cheating on him with someone she worked with at the research center. He started to ask people who knew about her their friends and co-workers what he found out shocked him. She had been working on the felid more and less in the office. With that she also seemed distant from many there. Then he started to look though her stuff to find anything to find out about her coming and goings. He found nothing.

Yet he did find something strange under their bed.

Fur. Also scratches on the floor. As if an animal had been trying to mark its place.

They had no animals living with them, though they took care of the neighbors’ canines or felines the fur didn’t seem to be there’s. He needed answers. It was as of late he was getting messages left behind when he got home that she would be working late. She would show up before dawn or not till the next day. He asked her about it why she was so late coming home. She said the job was becoming more hectic and she was working longer hours. Also she was sleeping at the office.

What really sealed the deal was when he wanted to be with her at night she pulled away from him and said she was not in the mood. It upset him when she did this as it really drove to the point that she was cheating on him. Yet it did not explain the fur he found. He just prayed it was not where his mind was going.

Yet he asked around and no one stood out that she would be cheating with. Hell, hunters were notorious for being the ones who did such things. Yet though his contacts none of them seem to know her. He decided to follow her to see who she could be doing this. He set it up, so he was off from work for a week. He asked for some tracking items which he was able to get on his wife. Without her knowing he was following her. He felt insane doing this as it was something a spy would use to track his prey.

So, it became a waiting game.

The first few nights nothing till one night she said she was going to be working late. What was strange about this though was she told him she loved him. That was different as she as of late she never said that to him as of late. He asked her if there was something she wanted to tell him. She hesitates for a few till she kisses him deeply. More passionately than she had before as she hugged him tightly. When she breaks the kiss, she whispers in his ear that she would never hurt him.

It was strange for her to tell him this as she left she had a sway about her that he never really noticed till now. She seems sexier more confident. Something that was not what he would remember of her when they got together. When the door closed he woke from this little dream he had been put into by his wife. This was his chance. With the tracking crystal he was able to follow her as he had placed one in her traveling clock. He assumed it was a hunter or some handsome fellow she was hooking up with.

As he followed he noticed he was going deeper into the forest. He was glad he brought his Rifle. Not to shoot the guy she was cheating on. He would beat the shit out of the guy, he would feel better doing it that way. It was for the dark creatures of the forest he might meet.

He prayed he would not as he was not that good at battle. This was strange as who in their right mind would go into the forest at night unless you were a hunter on a job. Better to do the deed in an inn or a home.

Finally, the crystal was glowing brighter he hid it to move closer without be noticed. He started to hear more noises and a ….. fire?

Why was there a fire in the middle of the forest? This was getting weirder as he got close as he wanted to know what was going on as he saw many people what seem to be dancing around the fire. Some dancing erotically as others seem to be in the act of love making.

Was this some ritual or something? He heard of cults like this but seeing this unnerved him. Was she involved in this cult? Was this why she was gone for days at a time? It hurt him that she might be lost to him because of this. Yet if she was lost to him to this cult why stay with him? Why make the effort to even come back or say she still loved him? This hurt him more than she realized.

Then he hears it the howling it is joined by many others. At first he thought wolves were being summoned by them it was far worse than he realized He saw them start to change. Some growing bigger some growing fur. The sounds of growling and snaps followed by more howls. He was terrified by what he was witnessing. Then he saw his wife changing her fur coming fourth as many seem to bow to her as she grew bigger and the muscles growing bigger she was at least seven feet tall now. He could not believe the love of life was a werewolf.

With a loud piercing cry into the night as she howled as the others joined her. She finished her transformation. She stood above them all as they kneeled or bowed before her. She walks around them as they all seem to worship her. Despite her transformation he could still see her mannerism especially her walk she had gotten as of late.

A male he assumed approached her as he tried to take her, but she was fast and slammed him to the ground under her foot. As he struggled she seemed to press her foot into him harder. Making him whimper.

When its tail stop moving, and his ears went flat she went over to the male lycan and made it lay on his back. She seems to be playing with his cock till it grew to full length as the she impaled herself on it. She rode him like the wild beast she was. As others around them began to make out males taking females, females doing what his wife did making the male submit to her.

He pulled the rifle out and aimed it at her; he could see through the iron sight where it would hit her in the heart. He knew at this range he could hit her but would be dead in a few seconds after the shot rang out. He lowered his weapon and he could feel the wetness in his eyes.

With a strangled muffled cry, he left and ran. His heart shattered by all that he had witnessed.

It was much later when he got home. He wanted to cry to smash something but if anything was broken it was him. He felt so small and now it was clear why she was distant from him. She was no longer in love with him. Her words earlier felt empty as he saw her take that other were. It was a small wonder why she was not showing him any love. She was not even human anymore. Why would a were care for a human?

He just sat on the couch and fell asleep crying hugging the rifle, as if it would give him some comfort.

He woke the next day tired and he just put the rifle in front of him. She had not return, yet why had she even bothered to come back she seem to be enjoying taking males. Maybe it was a cover so no one would ask questions. Another thought came to his head as should he tell any hunters about what she is. Then there would be the questions of how long he had known about her condition. Ha! Her condition what a joke that was.

He looks at the picture of them during their last vacation. It was a nice city to the west where it was blended with the forest. She had such a wonderful time. It seems so long ago when they were happy. Now it was someone else who replaced his love with some creature who was wearing her face. Copied her voice. It was not the one he loved. Yet deep down it felt that she was still there something of the one he loved was there.

He wanted to love her, yet she pushed him away. The real question was should he stay? There was nothing here anymore? She seems to have chosen that life of a were and was just dragging him along. If anything, he should leave, just how long before she would attack him or try to change him. It was not like if she had asked he would have said no he loved her enough to follow her. Now looking at it he feels she would just kill him if he kept pushing it. He just sighs and begins to pack he would grab the next transport to east. He would in a sense go home. Funny as that sounds hollow. As this was home now it was an empty home with nothing but the memoires that have died.

He would try to use his few contacts to make sure his ‘family’ would not know he was coming home.

That was a whole different story there.

It took only an hour when he placed the two suitcases and the cover for his weapon with all the ammo he had for it. He would give it another day. He was still in love with her and knew if she asked him he would stay. That is when he knew how weak he was when he made that decision. She could kill him if he pressed worse yet one of the others would kill him. Yet he still made no effort to tell anyone, not even the hunters. Was he just weak to do anything against her?

Evening comes as he just wasted the day sitting their barely eating anything. He makes a call to her as he waits for her to respond. Finally, it connects as she asks how he is doing?

‘I found out your change into a frigging wolf and love to ride the cock of over wolves and you don’t even give a shit about me!!!!’

“I am fine I was wondering if you wanted to get a bite to eat?”

He waits as if she seems to try to make someone go away from the small voices he hears on the other end.

“I am sorry dear I going to be late tonight maybe tomorrow ok. Work has been murder as of late. I must go I love you dear bye.”

With that the call ends. He sits there as he is feeling empty from the lies she continues to tell. This makes his decision easier as she cannot tell him the truth. What would that even mean at this point? In the morning he would leave. He finishes up some minor stuff and grabs his emergency funds and grabs some extra cash from the bank.

The next morning, he looks like hell as he has barely slept as she once again she has not called and nor has she returned. He looks around the house once more and realizes this was home for so long now it was nothing but a place of memories of what was. He grabs his stuff and gets ready to hail a carriage to the shipyard. He would cross the river to the train and head east to the lands of Shin Li Ra. He had his contacts there from the factory he could use to work again soon.

He stops by the door and looks at the picture of them on the day of their wedding. The tears came again as he thought he cried them out already. Yet they were still there. As was the pain of remembering what he had no more. He removes his ring and places it next to the picture. As he places a note explain not to look for him as she can’t be truthful with him.

“I love you forever and I will never stop loving you, but I guess I can’t be loved back as you are no longer the one I once loved. Farewell my love.” With that he closes the door behind him as he heads down a different path.
