New Meets Old Chapter 1
A different series, seperate from War on Freddy's, in truth at this point I don't know if there's any continuity between the two story series, most likely not.
This was just something I wanted to write while it was in my head, enjoy.
May 4th 2028
It had been a warm day in May when the executives of the new Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria got together for an important meeting, soon it was to be the 10th year anniversary of the pizzeria’s opening, no other Freddy Fazbear’s had been open so long and they wanted to do something special, something amazing.
“What could we do?” one had asked.
“A discount offer.” One had announced only for it to be shut down as “boring”
“It’s our tenth year, we should do something amazing.” Another had stated.
“Maybe we could … dress up the animatronics as the old style Toy series?” a fourth had spoken.
“That’s not a bad idea.” The first had replied.
“Maybe we could ask members of the staff during a meeting or perhaps the public, and the ones whose ideas we choose could get free food and drink for the day?” the second spoke again.
“That’s a great idea too.” The first had admitted.
Thankfully the anniversary wasn’t for some time but it was always best to plan ahead.
Plans then had been put ahead for a large staff meeting at the pizzeria itself to discuss ideas.
The following night on the 5th Joshua, the young night guard met up with his animatronic friends.
“What’s the news about Josh?” Freddy asked as the large bear climbed down the stage with his fellows.
“I heard the execs are coming sometime soon to discuss the tenth year anniversary.” The young guard replied as he sat down on one of the chairs.
“Ten years,” the bear said quietly with amazement, “has it truly been that long already?”
“I’m feeling old.” Chica said with a grimace while looking at herself.
“Ah look at it this,” Wolfie the grey furred pirate wolf said as she pulled up a chair, spun it around with the backrest facing her front then sat down on it, in her hand was dark green glass bottle with the word “RUM” written messily in black on a white label “we’re doing much better than any previous Fazbear pizzeria, the longest barely lasted five years.” She said with some smugness in her tone before opening the bottle, and took a long drink from the bottle neck.
Joshua and the others watched the advanced animatronic, knowing in secret that the “rum” she had … was most likely actual rum or some other adult beverage she shouldn’t have.
“She’s right, the original Fazbear band only lasted four years and eight months before being closed down.” Bonnie spoke up as the bunny sat on the floor cross legged.
“So, the bosses are coming in to talk about what we should do?” Chica asked getting back to the point at hand.
“That’s what I heard from the manager.” Joshua replied as he put his hands behind his head and cracked his knuckles. “What do you guys think we should do, you got any ideas?” he asked.
“I think a big live performance would be AWESOME!” Bonnie exclaimed with excitement, “Like an actual rock band!”
“Oh yeah, I could just see it now, Fazbear band teams up with Ozzy Osbourne, Alice Cooper to name a few for the ultimate rock off.” Joshua said with a humorous tone.
“Yeah! That’d be great!” Bonnie agreed with excitement.
“Now Bonnie, we couldn’t do that for two reasons,” Freddy began as he leaned towards the bunny, he extended his left index finger and tapped it with his right, “one, do we really want people to know how advanced our A.I. is? That is company secret, you know that and more importantly we’re child entertainers, Ozzy Osbourne’s and Alice Cooper’s music is a little too mature for us.” The bear explained patiently.
“Oh, oh yeah.” Bonnie replied sorrowfully his excitement all depleted.
“Cheer up Bon, it was a cool idea.” Josh said to the downtrodden rabbit.
“Yeah, it was cool.” He said giving Josh a little smile.
“We could do a bake off?” Chica suggested.
“That could work.” Freddy said as he turned to look at her, “if it were staged right it could be really entertaining.” He said thoughtfully.
“What do you think Fred?” Josh asked.
“I’m still thinking to be honest.” Freddy said as he looked to the young man, he turned his head slightly and looked at Wolfie. “Any ideas?” he asked
“A boat trip?” she asked then shrugged her shoulder nonchalantly. “Make it really pirate like.”
“I don’t know about you Wolfie, but I’m pretty sure we can’t swim.” Freddy replied, as he raised a furred brow.
“Would you guys short circuit?” Joshua asked.
“No,” Freddy replied simply, “our carbon fibre endoskeletons are water-proof, but heavy. And that doesn’t even count how much our suits would weigh it they got filled with water. We probably sink till he hit the bottom and walk back to shore if we were capable.” Freddy explained in a humble tone.
“Hey going back to my band idea!” Bonnie said as he got a spark of inspiration, everyone turned to look at him. “What if we had an all-nighter here?” he asked.
The others looked between one another as they thought it over. “Freddy?” Wolfie asked as she looked to the leader.
“It’s a good idea,” he said while stroking his chin thoughtfully, “if we were able to recharge between shows we could be able to do an all-nighter.” He thought out loud. “But kids don’t tend to stay up all night.” He said as he looked at Bonnie.
“We could entertain older people too.” Wolfie commented.
Freddy looked at her with a curious expression, “Why would we do that we’re child entertainers?” he asked.
“But if it goes well we could be simply people entertainers.” The Wolf replied, “We could entertain the masses.”
Freddy opened his mouth to reply, then closed it slowly, his plastic eyes never leaving the wolf, then slowly he looked to the floor, “it’d certainly be interesting to entertain adults with a more mature act.” He muttered to himself. “How would we do it?” he asked as he looked back to Wolfie.
“I don’t know.” She replied, “Tell rude jokes and curse.” She smirked, almost laughed at Freddy’s horrified expression.
“And you’d like that wouldn’t you?” he asked though already knew the answer.
“You know it!” Wolfie said before giving him a manic grin, beside her Joshua laughed, “but seriously,” she said dragging out the second word, “think about it Fred, we could sing more mature songs, you may actually get to sing that old song you like so much, to people who’d actually appreciate it.”
Freddy was left silent again, simply looking at her before turning his gaze away to ponder, “perhaps.” To say the idea was enticing was an understatement, if this idea went well, Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza could evolve further than it ever had been before, become a real entertaining establishment not just for kids. The possibilities seemed … glorious. However, it was still a big if. He looked to Joshua curiously.
“What about you Josh, any ideas?” he asked.
“I’ve been thinking about it since I heard it, I heard one of the execs mention decorating you guys up like the old Toy models of ’87.” Joshua told them.
None of them moved, each searching their CPUs on historical data on their predecessors. Wolfie was the first to reply.
“Oh my god I’d be white and pink!” she said with utter disgust.
“I’d wear a thong! A THONG!” Chica in turn said with disgust.
“Some guys would probably be into that.” Josh commented jokingly.
“Not helping Josh!” Chica said irritably.
“I’d be blue, that’s not so bad.” Bonnie commented with a shrug,
“With make-up.” Wolfie added, the bunny shrugged again.
“I may like it.” He replied.
Wolfie mimicked a very human like cough into her hand while muttering the word “gay” between coughs.
“I wouldn’t really change much.” Freddy commented and shrugged, “I’d get a lighter coloured suit.” He said as he looked at his dark brown furred arms.
“But anyway,” Joshua continued, “it gave me an idea.” He said then paused for dramatic purposes, it worked, the animatronics leaned closer awaiting his idea, “what if, hypothetically, we found some of the older models?” he asked. They leaned back, eyes going wide and mouths opening. “What?”
“Josh, that would be darn near impossible.” Chica spoke up in shock.
“Even if anyone knew where they were, no one would want to see them, they killed people.” Freddy added on.
“What if we update their software?” Joshua replied.
“It’d still be bad press, and if things went wrong well we don’t want to be shut down because of any accidents.” Freddy replied in turn.
Joshua frowned, he could see Freddy’s reasoning, but it would’ve been cool to see different generations of the Fazbear band together.
“I guess you’re right.” Joshua replied.
“Hey now actually,” Wolfie began drawing their attention, “it could work, ten years of great service, no incidences, no problems, no murders, I’m sure we’ve been given some positive credit, maybe it’d be enough so people wouldn’t immediately think about the killings.” She reasoned looking between them all then focussed on Freddy, “and that coupled with the all-nighter idea, imagine the feedback, imagine the press.”
Freddy’s eyes opened a little wider at the thought, he and his friends performing spectacularly with older models retrofitted with their own programming, the media they’d garner, the attention they’d gain, the money, the fame!
“It could very well be the most money making night since the opening, or my arrival.” Wolfie said in a smug tone. Freddy was a great leader, with great morals, but they all knew his little secret, he loved performing he loved the spot light on them.
Joshua began to get a little worried when the bear didn’t move a single hydraulic in minutes, “Freddy?”
“It could be the grandest performance of the decade.” The brown bear whispered aloud with awe inspired wonder.
Joshua leans closer and waves his hand in front of the bear. “Earth to Freddy, are you receiving me?”
The bear looked at Joshua causing the youth to yelp and lean back.
Freddy blinked then rubbed his head, “My apologies, I was elsewhere for a moment there.”
“We noticed.” Chica muttered from behind Freddy. “Good dream?” she quipped.
Freddy glanced to Chica before speaking, “I can definitely see the possibilities. However, the fact still remains that no one knows what happened to the old models, they were either completely destroyed and recycled for something else,”
“or they’re somewhere in the old junkyard at the edge of town.” Joshua finished.
The bots looked to one another then looked to Josh.
Freddy slowly nodded his head, silently agreeing with the young man before responding, “That’s a high possibility but even then Josh, they’d have been there for thirty-four years. The damage they’d have sustained after all this time from the weather alone may have rendered them inoperable.” Freddy replied, being the voice of reason.
Freddy had a point, Josh reluctantly admitted, after thirty-years of weathering it’d be nothing short of a miracle if any of the old animatronics even worked, heck even the new generation animatronics would suffer a lot of damage after thirty years of being exposed to the elements.
“I think Freddy’s right Josh.” Chica spoke up as she sat herself down on a chair beside Freddy, “not that your idea was great or anything,”
“Which it was.” Freddy added on,
“yeah it was,” Chica agreed, “but there’s a lot of ifs and maybes to it.”
“You guys are right,” Joshua replied after a few moments of silence, “it was a cool idea though, hey who knows maybe we’ll all get some other cool ideas going.”
“I bet we could think of some real doozies!” Bonnie exclaimed with excitement.
“Well, while we ponder, who wants to play a game?” Freddy asked and received an agreement from the others.
“What you thinkin’ Freddy?” Bonnie asked with excitement.
“I would suggest chess.” Freddy replied
“BOOOORING!” Chica groaned loudly.
“This talk of the old gens has given me an idea for a game.” Wolfie exclaimed with a wolfish grin.
Everyone looked at her curiously, Joshua had a tiny hint of fear mixed in with his own curiosity.
“How about we play scare the night guard?” Wolfie suggested.
“Woah woah woah! Let me guess, re-enact the glitch programming of the old ones and you guys try to get me in my office?” Joshua spoke out, his father had told him much of what had happened in the other pizzeria.
“Exactly!” Wolfie grinned.
“Aaaaaaand WHY would I go through with this?” Joshua all but yelled out with indignation.
“It does sound like fun Josh.” Chica added, grinning as best as her beak would allow.
Wolfie leaned in close to Josh and whispered, just quiet enough so the others couldn’t hear, they watched as Joshua’s expression turned from disgusted, to silently shocked to bug eyed and red faced, embarrassed? Excited?
“Yeah sure sounds like fun.” Joshua quickly said before getting up and running to the security office.
Wolfie meanwhile grinned to the others, Bonnie looked at her with confusion, Chica with smugness, and Freddy with boredom.
“I’m not even going to ask what you said to him.” Freddy droned.
“Got ‘im ta play di’nt I?” Wolfie asked using her pirate accent. “Now come on, git ti ya positions, it’s time ta play!”
Joshua exhaled. It was 1a.m Wolfie had shouted to him they’d be starting on the clock, so he had a few minutes to mentally prepare himself. Now Joshua’s office was similar in design to his father’s, if one could imagine an octagonal clock with Joshua’s desk being right in the centre, there were two openings, in the 2o’clock and 10’oclock position from Joshua’s desk, both of which had large steel doors that slammed shut from top to bottom just like his father’s had done. There were two ventilation shafts which double up as escape routes in case of an emergency located in the 4o’clock and 8o’clock position behind Joshua. Crudely drawn pictures from kids of the Fazbear four were strewn across the rest of the walls, happy smiling faces, tall coloured figures, genuinely happy times. With was a complete contrast to what Joshua was feeling now, he checked the tablet and saw Bonnie had already moved, he searched for him, finding him in one of the party rooms, guitar slung over his body via the long custom sling while he stared emotionlessly at the camera. If Joshua didn’t know the animatronic personally it would be very fucking creepy. Hell it was very fucking creepy.
“Doing a good job of freaking me out there Bon.” Joshua muttered to himself. He switched back to the stage and saw that Chica was also gone. “Oh no.” he whimpered quickly cycling through the cameras, Chica had moved to the bathrooms, staring straight at the camera causing Joshua to yell audibly and looked away from the tablet and covered his heart as it pounded against his chest. Doing so Joshua missed the surprised expression of the animatronics, whom seem to have heard him yell, and missed their attempt to cover up their laughter, Chica and Bonnie quickly resumed their neutral expressions as Joshua looked back to the camera and looked for Bonnie, finding the animatronic in another party room mere inches from the camera.
“FUUUUUUUCCCK! DAMN IT BONNIE!” Joshua cursed loudly, he heard Chica’s laugh echo throughout the pizzeria.
He exhaled slowly then switch to the camera inside Pirate’s cove, Wolfie was there, stood stock still in the middle of the room staring at the camera, her mouth open revealing her large sets of teeth, her eyes illuminated a bright dark red.
‘Jeeeesus girl.’ Joshua thought as he exhaled slowly. Back to the stage he saw Freddy standing menacingly towards the camera. ‘Oh god.’
He searched the cameras, Chica had moved back to the main room, stood amongst the tables. ‘Okay, okay good so far.’
An hour had passed and the left metal door slammed down in front of the menacing looking purple rabbit.
“Jesus Christ.” The started night guard yelped in shock, he paused as his ears picked something, frustration grew on his face. “I CAN HEAR YOU SNICKERING BONNIE!”
He then heard Chica’s laugh surprisingly close, he turned his attention to the right door, turned on the light then activated the door’s release making it slam down to the ground upon seeing Chica there.
“Darn it!” the chicken cursed.
He waited, and waited then checked the lights, they’d both gone. Joshua checked the tablet, Bonnie had retreated to a party room and Chica to the bathrooms. He checked the stage Freddy was gone, skimming through the cameras he saw Pirate’s Cove empty. ‘Eep.’ Joshua’s mind squeaked then selected another camera, one situated just outside the Cove, Wolfie had her head sticking out from the curtain her jaw open, and saliva dripping slowly from between her teeth to the ground. She looked like a rabid animal. He switched away and gasped as he saw Freddy down the right hallway.
‘Oh god, oh god.’
He switched through the cameras again, Wolfie had moved again only ever so slightly, stepping into the shadows near the cove where the camera’s light didn’t illuminate. ‘Uh oh.’ He heard a noise echoing through the pizzeria, like banging and clattering, “What the?” he wondered out loud, it sounded like kitchen utensils. He quickly looked and saw Chica frozen in place, looking ominously at the camera, the scary image was kinda ruined by the fact she had a pot and pan her hands, the image alone made it obvious she’d been banging them together to create the noise. He clicked away and the noise continued, he grunted, hoping she’d finish and continue onwards.
He then heard a horribly screeching like noise, like nails on a chalk board, he winced and quickly looked at the cameras.
“OH SHIT!” the left door slammed down immediately at the push of a button.
Wolfie had been sprinting down the hallway her claws dragging across the tiles on the walls, he saw her briefly in one of the windows then heard her pounding on the door.
“Oh my god! GO AWAY!” he yelled in genuine fear.
He heard her laugh, he exhaled slowly and turned to pick up his tablet.
Only to have Freddy scream right in his face.
Joshua’s shout could’ve been heard from across the city.
Joshua awoke as something cold and wet splashed onto his face. “Aaahh!! Wh… what?”
He looked up seeing Bonnie holding a bucket. “You’re awake, thank goodness.” Bonnie said with relief.
Joshua looked around, the others were around him, Wolfie was stood to his right and had a grin that didn’t seem to want to go, Chica who was just behind Bonnie looked somewhat relieved and Freddy looked rather timid as the bear sat upon a chair to Joshua’s left.
“I’m really, really sorry about that Josh.” Freddy apologised immediately in a quiet timid voice, “didn’t think I’d scare you that bad.”
“I thought it was hilarious.” Wolfie said with laughter in her tone.
Joshua glared at Wolfie who winked at him in return.
“I’m really sorry Joshua.” Freddy apologised again.
The young man turned towards Freddy and sighed, “It’s alright Freddy, just wasn’t expecting it that’s all.” Joshua exhaled and slowly got to his feet, he found himself still in his office. “So how long was I out?” he asked.
“’bout half an hour.” Bonnie replied as he put the bucket on the ground.
Joshua looked at the clock on his desk, they’d killed three hours playing that game, including the half hour he was unconscious, so he still had just under two hours to go.
“So what do you guys wanna do now?” he asked.
“Chess?” Freddy asked optimistically. Though Joshua was bad at chest he found himself agreeing with the bear.
“Actually, I’d like to have some time with Josh to play in the cove, if it’s no trouble.” Wolfie spoke up, stepping behind the much shorter young man and put her large furry hands on his shoulders.
“Okay, we’ll go play chess and see you guys later.” Bonnie said happily as Wolfie grabbed the man and all but dragged him towards her cove.
“What do you think they play?” Chica asked curiously once the pair were out of hearing distance.
“I bet they play a pirate game!” Bonnie replied with a smile, “I bet they’re awesome games.” He said excitedly.
Freddy however narrowed his eyes as he stared down the hallway. “Perhaps not pirate games Bonnie, but something tells me there’s plenty of shivering timbers and plundering of booty.” He said in a suspicious tone.
“Like what?” Bonnie asked innocently curious.
“Never mind, never mind let’s go play.” Freddy got up from his or rather Joshua’s chair and walked out the right door with the other two following behind him.
Another half hour passed when Josh and Wolfie emerged from Pirate’s Cove.
“And I’m really, really sorry for laughing.” Wolfie said in sly yet honestly apologetic tone as Joshua stepped out from behind the curtain. “It was kinda funny though.” She said as she put her arms around his chest and pressed her lips to his cheek.
“Okay, I forgive you.” Joshua replied with embarrassment, “I guess it was kinda funny.” He admitted.
“That’s the spirit.” She kissed him again then released him before they made their way to the others.
The executives met once more sometime later, there was more to discuss now and time was drawing near.
“So?” One began, “we’ve discussed it with the employees, what’s been the replies?”
“We’ve had numerous suggestions, some as simple as a special deal on the anniversary to repainting the animatronics.” Three replied.
“So basically things we suggested.” Two said with a huff.
“Not all.” Three answered and looked through notes. “We’ve had some interesting ideas, an all-night adult orientated event.”
One, Two and Four looked to one another curiously, the idea had its merits, though it would put the bills up through the roof, but then maybe they could afford it and continue it, if the event became successful.
“Go on.” One insisted with genuine interest.
“There were a few peculiar ones, ones that I don’t think would cover our budget … then we had a really disturbing one.” Three then paused for dramatic effect, it worked a charm as the others leaned closer. “A meeting with the older generation, we find the old animatronics and fix them up.”
“That’s ludicrous!” Four said with indignation, “those things ruined the company do we want to make the …?”
“Even if that weren’t the case no one knows wh…” Two began, speaking at the same time as Four.
“Wait, both of you.” One interrupted, and slowly leaned back in their chair, “It’s certainly a bad idea,” Two and Four agreed instantly, “… but then again so was starting up the company again, and its paid off, maybe there is some merit to that madness.” One cracked their knuckles and looked at Three, “I like those two ideas … perhaps we could put them together.”
“You’re out of your mind.” Four said with shock. One seemed to ignore them, “and even if this wasn’t the worst idea in history no one knows where they went.”
“That’s true,” One replied with ease, “no one but potentially us.”
“But what about the expenses?” Two asked in horror as One seemed to truly think this over.
“It’s much cheaper to fix an animatronic than it is to build one,” they replied and looked to Three, “who’s idea was it?”
“An employee, Joshua Schmidt, night guard.” Four replied as looked at the name on the piece of paper.
“Well then … I have an idea.” One said with a mysterious tone.
May 10th 2028
It had been a usual steady day at the pizzeria, not overly busy not mind numbingly boring, the Fazbear gang had just finished their half their show to breaking for an hour or so for lunch allowing the customers to eat without distraction; Freddy, Bonnie and Chica climbed down from the stage and walked the premises, smiling at customers, greeting new ones, saying farewells to those leaving, taking pictures with kids and adults alike.
“Hey there welcome to,” Freddy began as he saw someone enter the building from his peripheral vision, he turned to greet them better and had paused upon seeing them, “Joshua, you’re here early.” He said with shock upon seeing the young man and not in uniform either.
“I know, I got called in by the manager he’s wanted to talk to me.” The young man replied, some nervousness in his voice.
“I’m sure everything will be alright.” Freddy said in a calm tone, “You’ve done nothing wrong as far as I’m aware of.” He said and gave the boy a smile.
“Right well, I’ll see you later, hopefully with good news.” Josh said and made his way past Freddy and towards the manager’s office.
Freddy was curious over what Josh was called in for, he hoped it was nothing bad, the young man hadn’t done anything bad as far as he knew as he had told the boy. “Strange.” He muttered to himself.
“Hey Freddy.” Bonnie’s voice came from behind him, Freddy turned around to look at his fellow machine, “Was that Josh?” the purple bunny asked and pointed to the retreating image of Joshua.
“Yes, that’s him,” Freddy confirmed, “he says the manager called him in to talk to him.”
“Oh,” the bunny replied with interest then winces as “I hope everything’s alright.”
“I’m sure it will be, Joshua is a good person, he’s done good for the company and for us.” Freddy said in an optimistic tone, before continuing his duties, he paused and looked to Bonnie.
“Should we tell Wolfie?” Bonnie asked making Freddy pause mid step.
“I think we’d better, she’d be mad if she missed him.” Freddy replied.
“I’ll ask Chica to do it.” Bonnie told the bear before making a bee-line towards Chica.
Freddy continued to interact with the customers, asking them if there was anything they needed, or if they were having a good time, all the while he saw Bonnie talking to Chica, telling her what he had told Bonnie, Chica didn’t look as optimistic as himself or Bonnie and turned quickly before walking with a quick pace to Pirate’s Cove.
‘I hope all is well.’ He thought to himself.
Ooohh, she knew Wolfie wouldn’t be happy, she knew Wolfie would be worried. Chica made her way through the curtain to Pirate Cove and dashed towards the door on Wolfie’s ship, she knocked three times and waited, she heard movement from the other side and stepped back as the door opened,
“Wolfie, I just thought you …” Chica paused as Wolfie stuck her head out so she was eye to eye with Chica, her face was covered in cake and frosting, “uh …Wolfie, there’s…”
“Cake on my face, I know.” Wolfie replied with frustration, “Little kids thought it would be funny to slam a vanilla frosting sponge cake into my face,” she growled slightly, “fricken’ hilarious.” She paused as she brushed some cake off of her muzzle, “so what did you need?” she asked hoping Chica would get to the point.
“Joshua is here,” Chica replied, which immediately sparked Wolfie’s interest.
“Oh!? Oh really.” She couldn’t help but give a big toothy grin, ‘perhaps today may not turn out so bad after all.’
“Yeah, he told Freddy that the manager called him in to talk to him.” Chica said in a worried tone and from the expression on Wolfie’s face, she didn’t like it either. “We’re not sure if he’s done anything wrong, Freddy doesn’t think so, sooo…” Chica trailed and shrugged her shoulders.
Wolfie opened the door fully and stood up straight making Chica tilting her head up a little to look at the wolf’s face. “Thanks for letting me know,” she said in tense tone of voice before stepping back and closing the door.
“Uh, no problem.” Chica said hesitantly before making her way out of the cave. She had to admit, Wolfie looked scared, which was almost unheard of. “I hope thing turn out okay.”
Joshua having just finished speaking with the manager stepped outside, large arms suddenly slipped around his chest, hoisted him into the air and effortlessly carried him away from the office. He felt the ground touch his feet once more before turning towards whomever had carried him like a sack of potatoes; Wolfie … and she looked like she was almost on the verge of panicking.
“Well, what did he want? Are you okay, have you been fired? You’ve been fired haven’t you!” Wolfie rattled out quickly, now panicking, before he could answer she pulled him in close to her body and embraced him tightly, “Don’t worry Josh, you can still come in, I’ll wait for you every night and let you in the back door!”
Now Joshua didn’t know about most women, but when your secret girlfriend/lover is over a foot taller than you, about twice your weight and could crush you like a twig … with one hand, and she’s panicking, you need to calm her down … fast.
“Whoa, whoa Wolfie calm down!” Joshua gasped, the air in his lungs having been forced out by Wolfie’s tight embrace. He pushed as hard as he could against her but was barely able to move away from her strong arms. “I’ve not been fired!”
Wolfie looked down at the struggling young man in her arms, “You haven’t?” he shook his head, “Promise?” he nodded, she eased the pressure of her embrace allowing him more room, “then what did he want?” she demanded to know.
Joshua inhaled deeply filling his lungs with air, then exhaled. “It’s about what’s going to happen for the 10th anniversary.” He said, just as Freddy and the others approached.
“Well that is a relief, we were getting worried.” Freddy said with a thankful smile on his face.
“So what’s this about the anniversary?” Chica asked.
Everyone, Wolfie in particular were waiting for Josh to explain. He looked between them all then smiled at Wolfie, whom had yet to release him fully from her embrace, despite the others being there.
“You guys remember we were thinking of ideas and I mentioned about getting the old models?” he asked. The others were immediately stunned, they already had an idea of where this was going. “Well, it got approved, and they know where they are, or at least the highest chance of where they could be.” Joshua explained.
“The junkyard.” Freddy said with disbelief.
“The junkyard.” Joshua confirmed nodding to Freddy. “And they say since it’s my idea, it’s up to me to get them, they even got me a truck to get them.” Joshua added confidently and grinned at them.
Freddy, Bonnie and Chica were beyond stunned, their mouths dropped open, their eyes opened wide … they were shocked, they didn’t know what to say, what to think nothing would compute in their CPUs … Wolfie however.
“Absolutely not.” She said with finality, her lips pursed and her eyes narrowed, as if daring Josh to question her.
“What Wolfie why?” Joshua said with surprise
“To go to that old junkyard looking for a bunch of old most likely out of commission psychotic robots that may or may not be there and even if they are and even if they’re still operational may try and kill you. Hell finding them in the first place may be like looking for a needle in a haystack, no you’re not going I won’t allow it.” She told him.
Her words shocked everyone.
“W-won’t allow me?” he said with incredulity.
“That’s right, as your g…” she paused and glanced to the others, “friend, I can’t allow you to risk yourself.” She said as she released Joshua from her embrace and put her hands on her hips.
On the one hand it was sweet and endearing that Wolfie was so concerned for his safety, on another hand he felt whipped that his girlfriend was bossing him around like she owned him, and finally it was degrading that she thought she could tell him what he could and couldn’t do.
Freddy could already see the hostility brewing and quickly spoke up.
“I have an idea!” he said quickly and stepped closer to them. He was proud he didn’t flinch when Wolfie glared at him, she could be very scary when she wanted to be. “Why don’t we go with you Josh?” Freddy suggested.
Suffice to say everyone looked at Freddy like he’d just taken off his hat and said he’d grow an afro.
“What?” Chica asked.
“Yes, I think it could work.” Freddy said glancing to Chica before looking between Joshua and Wolfie, “How about we go when it’s Joshua’s shift tonight? That way we can help him look and keep him safe.”
Wolfie glared at Joshua who simply stared back, silently praying she couldn’t see that he was internally wetting himself … metaphorically speaking.
Her expression relaxed slightly, “Alright fine … it’s as good a plan as any.” She grumbled.
Joshua and the band exhaled loudly with relief. While Freddy was the designated Leader or the animatronics, well … Wolfie was a different type of authoritative figure to them.
“Thank you Wolfie.” Joshua said as he began to stroke her arm.
“It’s okay, I’m … sorry I said that earlier.” She said with a rare timid tone and looked away.
“Hey, hey it’s okay.” Josh said soothingly and stepped closer, momentarily forgetting the others were there.
Freddy lifted a fist to his mouth and mimicked a cough getting Joshua’s and Wolfie’s attention, “Anyway,” he said hoping to get back on track, “here’s the plan, when it gets to midnight you park up outside with the truck and let us out, then we’ll all head over to the junkyard, sound good?”
“Sounds great Fred.” Joshua replied with enthusiasm.
“Right it’s settled then,” Freddy said, happy they could come to an agreement civilly, “well we got to go, our show starts up again.”
“Okay, I’ll see you later Freddy, see you later guys.” Joshua said and waved to the retreating bots.
“Bye Josh.” “See you Josh.” “See you this evening Joshua.” Came the replies.
Joshua felt Wolfie brush up against him, he looked to her and saw her timid expression return to her,
“I really am sorry for earlier Josh.” She began without looking him in the eye, “I … I just, I didn’t want you to get hurt, I was worried for you. I love you.”
Joshua looked around then lifted one of Wolfie’s paws and kissed the back of it, not really caring about her fur. “I know, I understand Wolfie, you were looking out for me, but I can take care of myself …” he said to her gently, then noticed her expression the typical “Oh really?” look. “… I can!” he emphasised, believing it to be true.
“Of course you can,” she replied before stepping away, “I better get back to work, I’d better see you tonight with that truck.” She warned him.
“You will, you will, I swear.” He replied raising his hands in a surrendering gesture.
Wolfie nodded with satisfaction and made her way back to her Cove. Joshua watched her depart before turning and taking leave himself, he was still tired from his earlier shift.
That night Joshua parked the truck outside Freddy’s pizzeria, it was a simple plain white truck, like the one used to move furniture between houses. Josh was glad he’d got his driving license last year; he’d never thought he’d actually need to drive anything like this. He turned off the ignitions, pocketed the key and stepped out before making his way to the entrance, checking his watch it was just a few minutes past midnight, which was perfect. Upon getting close to the door he saw everyone was already waiting for him.
“Sorry I’m late guys.” He called to them before unlocking the door, “I had to fill in some paper work before they let me drive off.” He explained.
“Well you’re here now and that’s what counts.” Freddy replied before stepping out of the pizzeria, he paused checking himself over then looked up to the sky. “This is the first time I’ve ever been outside.” He said softly as he gazed as the stars.
It was then it struck Joshua how closed off his closest friends truly were, they always seemed so knowledgeable … well Freddy and Wolfie did, it was easy to forget that his friends never really saw anything other than the same things, the same walls day in and day out.
Chica, Bonnie and Wolfie joined Freddy outside and looked upwards.
“It’s nice out here.” Bonnie commented as he looked on in awe at everything around him.
Joshua let the animatronics take in all they could about the outside, it wouldn’t hamper their time or anything, he had the truck all night.
“This was a really great idea Freddy.” Chica said dreamily as she turned her gaze and looked around. “It’s so nice to be out.”
“Yeah it is.” Wolfie sighed pleasantly, then looked to Josh, “But we’ve got a job to do.”
“It’s okay Wolfie you can take your time.” Joshua reassured her,
“Thanks but, we’ve got a lot to do tonight.” Wolfie replied though thankful for the gesture.
“Wolfie’s right gang, we’ve got a job to do.” Freddy say in a strong and determined voice.
Joshua relented, “Maybe we can come out another night.” He offered as they made their way to the truck. “Alright, so … who’s going where?” Joshua asked.
Freddy stepped forward and opened the passenger door and looked inside, his HUD was already scanning the area inside the vehicle and comparing it to their frames. It came to a quick conclusion.
“The only one who’d fit inside comfortably along with you would be Wolfie and Chica” Freddy told Joshua. “So me and Bonnie will go in the trailer.”
“Awww do we have to?” Bonnie whined.
“Can you drive the truck?” Chica asked and crossed her arms.
“No.” Bonnie whimpered.
“Come on Bonnie, it won’t be so bad.” Freddy said encouragingly and patted his friend on the back, “Joshua come lock us in.”
Joshua unlocked the trailer and lowered the ramp allowing Bonnie and Freddy inside, he closed it up behind them and locked it before jogging back to the front and climbed into the driver’s seat, beside him was Wolfie and next to the passenger door was Chica. Joshua looked over his shoulder and saw a panel that he could open, doing so he looked inside.
“You two okay in there?” he asked gaining the animatronics attention, though he could only see the white pinpricks of light from their eyes.
“We’re okay Joshua, start her up and let’s go.” Freddy replied.
“Start who up?” Bonnie asked.
“It’s a phrase people say Bonnie; I saw it on television.” Freddy explained as Joshua started up the vehicle.
“So guys I’ve been thinking” Joshua began as he drove, “I was thinking, if you guys didn’t have a plan for how we’d start our search, we could split up into two groups. Chica just by your feet is a bag could you grab it and open it up?” he asked.
Chica glanced up and saw the bag, she picked it up and unzipped it. “Radios?” she asked upon seeing the contents inside.
“Yeah!” Josh said excitedly, proud of himself, “so we can keep in contact.”
“You’ve really thought this one out Joshua.” Freddy said in a proud fatherly tone.
“Yeah I have.” Joshua replied turning his head a little towards the panel while keeping his eyes on the road.
“This is like our own small adventure.” Bonnie commented from the back with glee, “You should like that Wolfie, you like adventure.” He said with excitement.
Wolfie seemed to think it over, “That’s true, I guess this is kind of like our own adventure.” She admitted then looked to Jeremy, “and who knows, we may yet find our buried treasure.” She added in her pirate accent.
“Here’s hoping.” Joshua replied glancing to Wolfie before focusing back on the road.
Within twenty minutes they arrived at the junkyard, Joshua turned off the ignition and removed the keys before stepping out, he looked upwards and saw flashes of light in the cloud.
“A storms a’ brewin.” Wolfie said darkly in her pirate tone.
“No kidding.” Joshua replied before quickly making his way to the trailer doors and unlocked them allowing Bonnie and Freddy out. Freddy looked to the sky noticing the flashes.
“As if our job couldn’t have gotten any harder.” He dully noted.
“You guys will be okay right?” Joshua asked, “I mean if it rains.”
Freddy smiled and patted the young man on the arm, “No worries here Joshua, we’re water proof.”
The trio walked around the truck and met back up with Wolfie and Chica as the pair looked at the expanse of the junkyard.
“Place is bigger than I thought.” Joshua spoke up in a defeated tone.
“Don’t be glum Josh, we’ve got the radios, we can do this.” Bonnie said with determination.
“Right so what’s our first move?” Wolfie asked.
“Well,” Joshua began as he put his hands in his pockets, “I need to let the owner know I’m here, and probably you guys too just in case he calls the police … maybe we can make up a story of you guys being programmed to help or something,” Joshua pulled his right hand out from his pocket and began to stroke his chin inquisitively, he was hoping he guy would buy it.
“Freddy and Bonnie should take point, me and Chica will get the gate open for the truck.” Wolfie spoke up, to which the others agreed. Freddy and Bonnie made their way through the unlocked gate, left unlocked via instructions of the Fazbear Executives, and made their way as fast as their legs would carry them to the main building of the Junkyard while Wolfie and Chica kept the gate open as Joshua drove it through slowly before closing it behind them.
Joshua parked up outside the building and got out of the truck. The building in front of him had two floors to it, and a garage beside it with a large metal door which was currently shut, from what could be seen the lights were still on inside.
“Alright you guys stay behind me, let me do the talking.” Joshua instructed calmly before making his way to the door while the others stayed behind him as instructed. Joshua rapped his hand upon the wooden door three times then awaited. He could hear the sounds of movements on the other side, through the frosted glass he could make out a shape moving closer then heard the sounds of a lock being opened, then another lock, then another and another, and a few more. ‘Jesus this guy likes his security.’ He turned towards the others who, like him, had a puzzled expression.
“Paranoid isn’t he?” Chica commented eliciting a slight chuckle and a nod of agreement from Josh, he then heard the door come open with a creak.
Joshua turned his head back towards the door “Hey there I’m …” only to gaze down three barrels of a shotgun, “AAHHH!” Joshua cried out in horror and stepped back.
The animatronics were suddenly on edge, Wolfie had already stepped a few feet closer when the shotgun wielder lowered the weapon.
“You from Freddy’s?” came a gruff voice from the man.
Joshua gulped as he felt his nerves calm down, the figure, the man, turned on the outside light allowing Joshua to see him better. He was an old man, possibly early 60s, a bald forehead and top with long drooping white and grey hair handing from the sides and presumably the back, upon his head was a large, vicious looking scar that looked like … like something had taken a large chunk from his head, his eyes … his eyes were terrifying, from what Joshua could guess this man may have been a soldier who’d seen war and death, a deeply buried hatred and anger, his face was adorned with multiple lacerations worse than his own father’s. Who was this man? He was several inches taller than Joshua, possibly around six foot two, six-three, and was dressed in long dark grey overalls, around his waist was a large brown leather belt with a large revolver in its holster by his right and large pistol bullets, presumably for the revolver, aligned along the belt individually. Upon his chest was a name tag that simply read; Fitzgerald.
“Wh… what?” Joshua stammered.
The man stared at Joshua for a moment making the young man even more uncomfortable before he spoke in a slow drawn out tone, “Are you, the guy, from Freddy’s?” he asked again.
“Uh yeah … yeah, that’s me” Joshua continued to stammer, relaxing only slightly when he realised this man may not kill him. “I’m uh here …” Joshua began.
“I know what you’re here for, your boss called me up and explained everything.” The man interrupted.
“Are the animatronics here?” Joshua asked.
“They were definitely delivered here, I spent all afternoon finding the paper work, if they’re still here is anyone’s guess.” The man replied his eyes always focussed on Joshua which continued to unnerve the young man.
“Well uh, me and my uh … I’ve got some help if we find them.” Joshua said and stepped to the side.
The man looked up his eyes opening slightly more as his gaze landed on the animatronics. In Joshua’s opinion his reaction seemed somewhat minimal, was he shocked? Surprised? Scared? If so he didn’t show it as his eyes moved across from one to the other before landing on Wolfie … the man seemed the pause his gaze fixated on her, he tilted his head before slowly reaching up with his left hand and ran his fingers over the edge of the mean looking scar, his eyes seemed to glaze over and suddenly he had that thousand-yard gaze expression. He paused, he blinked then brought his hand to eye level and looked at it with confusion before lowering it to his side, hadn’t he realised what he was doing?
“They uh, they’ve been programmed to …” Joshua began to explain.
“Cut the shit.” The man interrupted again without a flicker of emotion and turned his attention back to Joshua. “I know about Fazbear machines.” He snorted that spat on the floor by his feet. “Go look for ‘em, if they’re here take ‘em, if not put everything you move back where it was and leave me alone.” The man turned away, stepped back inside and slammed the door shut.
“Nice guy.” Chica said sarcastically.
“Definitely the kind of guy you wanna meet at Christmas.” Joshua sarcastically agreed.
“Fuck him, let’s see if we can find them then get out of here.” Wolfie snarled while raising her middle fingers to the door.
“Agreed, Wolfie you go with Joshua left from here, me Bonnie and Chica will go right.” Freddy instructed, and since no one had any better ideas, went with it, Chica stepped up to Joshua and gave him one of the radios.
“Keep in touch.” She said before turning around and going with Freddy and Bonnie.
“Come on Josh, let’s see if we can find anything.” Wolfie said and put her arm around the young man’s shoulders and made their way in the opposite direction, unaware of the old man whom watched them from his window.
Both teams had been at it an hour and a half, the storm was almost upon them, lightning flashed and thunder roared up in the skies.
“You guys find anything?” Joshua asked into his radio.
“Nothing yet Josh, you?” Freddy replied.
“Same, this really is like finding a needle in a hay stack.” He said dejectedly.
“Stay determined Josh, if there’s even a scrap of hope we can find them, we will.” Freddy said, though felt very much the same as Josh.
The two teams continued to report their lack of success to one another, they moved large scrapped signs, looked through busted up cars, fridges, other house hold appliances. They found nothing, squat, fuck all.
The storm was finally upon them, the rain came down immediately and without mercy they were all soaked in seconds.
“Oh god damn it!” Joshua yelled, he was glad he had his security hat on.
“Tell me about it.” Wolfie growled in return, and gazed around.

Wolfie turned her attention to Josh, “Got any ideas?” She asked.
Joshua looked around, everything looked the same … damn it, at least the place had lights so he could actually see. “Uh, let see, we,” he really had no idea, but he didn’t want to feel like a let-down. ‘Come on Josh think, think.’ He pounding his fist against his head hoping something would come to mind.
“Okay,” he said as a plan slowly began to form in his mind, “let’s start in the corner of the place and go from there.”
“Better than nothing.” Wolfie replied with a shrug of her shoulders.
“Sorry to drag you into this Wolfie.” Joshua apologised thinking she was mad at him.
“Don’t be, I’m just glad you’re safe, very glad I came, after I saw that old guy point that shotgun at you. Who knows what he could’ve done if you were here alone.” She replied, and put her arm around him.
“Thanks Wolfie.” Joshua smiled at her and shivered a little. It was then Wolfie took note that Josh didn’t have a coat or a jacket.
“Here,” she said and pulled off her pirate coat, “it may be a little big, but it’ll keep you dry for the most part.” She said and held it out for him allowing the rain to fall upon her bare furry arms.
“Are, are you sure?” he asked his teeth beginning the chatter.
“I’m a machine Josh, I can’t catch a cold, you however can.” Wolfie replied and she put it over his shoulders. The coat, which was designed to be long on Wolfie herself was huge on Joshua who stood over a foot shorter than her, the coat sagged over his smaller frame and drooped onto the wet floor.
“Sorry Wolfie,” Josh apologised.
Wolfie just shook her head, “I got plenty more.” She replied softly and watched at the sleeves moved a little and Josh put his arms through.
“Can only hope the others are having better luck than us.” Josh commented sorrowfully.
“I can imagine it being any worse.” Wolfie commented dryly.
“YOU IDIOT!” Chica yelled with great frustration.
Everything had been going horribly, they couldn’t find anything! Not a piece of scrap, not a fuzzy or plastic head, not an eye, not even a damn Fazbear trademark cup! And then it started raining! It was only thankful that their endoskeletons and their suits were waterproof, and wouldn’t be affected by the rain. If that was all they had to put up with it wasn’t so bad, because hey they were doing something new! OUTSIDE! In the rain! In some creepy old junkyard owned by a nutcase with a shotgun! But no, Bonnie got bored! And leant against a car, which knocked something over, which in turn caused a domino effect which ended in a small car like vehicle falling from the top of the pile and onto Chica. It was only by the grace of Freddy calling out to her had she been able to prepare for the impact. Her internal systems told her, her endoskeleton was intact, the carbon fibre alloy was powerful and durable thankfully, and her fur suit had taken most of the impact.
“I am SO sorry Chica!” Bonnie whimpered by the side in panic.
Chica glared at the Bunny as Freddy pushed the small vehicle off of Chica whom then got back to her feet and continued to glare at Bonnie who in turn cowered in fear.
“How about next time you keep your hands to yourself?” she growled with frustration.
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry.” Bonnie whimpered.
Chica huffed with frustration and looked at the vehicle before them, “Stupid tiny car.” She grumbled, it was one of those old tiny electric cars that had been popular in the early two-thousands and again in the late twenty-tens. The thing was only about five feet tall, is looked scrapped like it had crashed into something very hard. ‘Probably crashed into a tiny dog and shattered to pieces.’ She thought to herself.
There was a flash of lightning and a sudden mechanical gasp from Freddy “What the?”
“You okay there Fred?” She asked as she turned towards him and saw him rubbing his plastic eyes.
“I think so.” He said slowly, not truly positive with his own words. “I think my visual sensors glitched momentarily.” He added.
“Oh?” Bonnie asked.
“It’s perhaps just interference from the weather.” He replied, “most likely nothing.” He didn’t seem so sure of himself.
Bonnie and Chica glanced to one another with concern.
“Freddy, are you alright?” Bonnie asked.
“Yes. I’m fine.” He said resolutely and stood straight, “I think we should continue searching over here.” He said pointed forwards and marched on.
“Are you sure Freddy, they could be anywhere in this whole place.” Bonnie replied, quite worried about his friend.
“I’m positive, I’ve got this … feeling.” He replied mysteriously.
He hoped he wasn’t simply experiencing some form of glitch, or his systems weren’t becoming corrupt, because he was sure of what he saw … the flash of lightning had revealed it to him. It was tall, taller than them, taller than Wolfie, possibly nearing eight-feet-tall, he couldn’t make out its features other than bright glowing eyes and its long rabbit like ears, but, its whole body was purple and seemed partially translucent, he could see through it, how was that possible? It waved to him before floating backwards and to the side all the while gesturing him to follow. What could it have been?
Wolfie and Josh had moved to the corner of the junkyard and were moving in a zig-zag like pattern to improve their search., they moved slowly, carefully, making sure not accidentally miss anything.
“Sorry it’s not much of a plan Wolfie.” Joshua apologised again while pulling her coat tightly around him. He moved the flashlight in his hand around trying to pick up any sign of the old machines, even poking his head inside one of the junk piles.
“Don’t worry about it.” She replied as she scanned the area in a slow and precise manner, vision modes and zoom levels changing at rapid paces; she didn’t really know why her software included such advanced visual systems and such an intricate and detailed HUD, but at this moment she was putting all her technical advances to use.
There was a flash of lightning, Wolfie’s visual sensors countered the flash of light immediately by darkening her HUD before brightening once again once the flash faded.
“Things couldn’t get much worse I think tonight Josh.” She informed the young night guard reluctantly, “I think we should call it quits and come back tomorrow.” He didn’t reply, “Josh?” she turned and saw him staring straight ahead, his eyes opened wide in shock, his mouth drooping open, the flashlight had been dropped to the ground its beam of light illuminating all in front of Josh. Wolfie stepped closer to him, immediately concerned for him, “Josh? Are you alright, what happened?” He didn’t react and yelped in surprise when Wolfie grabbed his arm, he looked at her with surprise, not seeming to have noticed her moving. “Josh?!” she said with alarmed concern as she released his arm.
Josh blinked several times before picking up the flashlight, “this way, come on! This way!” told her and ran off in what seemed a random direction.
“Joshua!” she yelled out over the roar of thunder and chased after him. What had happened? What had he seen?
“Come on Wolfie, come on!” Joshua yelled back as he turned a corner, he seemed to knowing where he was going or … following something.
He knew what he saw, no one could talk him out of it, he knew what he saw. A near eight-foot shadow, given form by the light, two glowing white lights made up its eyes and it had a small hat upon its head, the similarity between it and Freddy was scary, perhaps an older model, were there any purple Freddys in the older days, then the shadow began to float signalling him to follow then floated away at great speed. So he gave chase and had Wolfie follow him. He could only hope he didn’t regret the decision.
The other three animatronics turned another bend in the maze of junk, Freddy looked around and gave a pause.
“Freddy!” Chica called out with a raised tone of voice, “what the heck is the big deal?”
“Yeah Freddy, we could’ve missed them.” Bonnie added.
Freddy said nothing, his optics looked left and right for any sign of the strange being, for now all was quiet except for the thunder in the sky and the sound of rain pounding unforgivingly against metal and concrete.
“Freddy?” Bonnie asked before glancing with great concern to Chica.
“Freddy, maybe it’s best if we just call Josh and tell him we haven’t had any luck” Chica said softly, hoping the brown bear wasn’t suffering from some kind of malfunction.
Freddy ignored them, where to now? He couldn’t see anything, switching between technicolour and night vision he couldn’t see them, maybe he had just glitched, maybe they were right maybe they should just call Josh … he felt and icy chill run through his circuits, a sudden force pulled at him, spun him to the right so fast he almost fell.
“Freddy seriously, you’re really freaking us out!” Chica said in a panicked tone as lightning flashed above.
Freddy’s eyes opened wider and he quickly moved towards a mountain of scrap, he looked at it up and down before reaching in and pulled away useless piece of scrap, he pulled more and more in a more frantic pace.
“FREDDY!” Chica yelled with panic and worry.
Freddy stopped, Chica and Bonnie stiffened, the bear slowly turned towards them his eyes a glow with night vision, “here.” He said in awe and stepped away.
Chica looked unsurely towards Bonnie whom took the first steps towards Freddy and the pile soon followed by Chica. Bonnie stepped up to the pile and glanced inside moment before releasing an audible gasp.
“B-Bonnie?” Chica asked.
“It … It’s me.” Bonnie said as he turned his head towards Chica.
Elsewhere Joshua finally came to a stop, panting and out of breath he looked left, he looked right. But the bear was gone, the shadow had vanished … maybe he imagined it and was just mentally exhausted.
“Not that I don’t enjoy exercise Josh, but what the hell were you doing?” Wolfie asked incredulously as she came up beside him.
“I don’t … I don’t know, I just …” he paused, he didn’t know how to describe what he saw to Wolfie, a living shadow, a ghost? She’d likely knock him out so his mind would rest.
“Josh, you’re exhausted, let just go …” she paused suddenly and her head spun at break neck speed towards one of the piles of junk.
“Wolfie?” Josh asked curious as to why she’d gone all quiet.
Wolfie didn’t reply and marched towards the junk pile, her HUD had detected something. It couldn’t have been, could it? She took a firm grip on a broken washing machine, her powerful fingers tearing into plastic covering and aluminium alloy underneath, she pulled and threw the object to her right one handed with little effort, she reached in again and tore away another piece of useless scrap.
“Uh Joshua.” Came a voice over the radio, it was Freddy, he sounded quite shocked.
“Y-yeah guys?” Joshua replied in a stammer.
“We uh, we found something.” Freddy told him.
“Tell him,” Wolfie spoke up and hoisted an old 1980s television set from the pile and threw it back, “so did we.”
“What did you two find?” Freddy asked.
Joshua moved forward.
“Joshua …” Wolfie began as he approached.
He stopped beside Wolfie and shone his light into hole.
“Meet Freddy Fazbear.”
And illuminated the torn up carcass of the once famous Freddy Fazbear of days long ago.
