New on the Force
So, I just wrote this piece last night. It's my longest yet, and I'm quite proud of it. It features two police officers going to investigate a factory that suspicious noises came from, and the trouble that they encountered inside.
Thanks for reading it, if you do! Make sure to comment if you have anything you'd like to say~
With a black furred hand, Sandra nervously adjusted the radio strapped to her shoulder. She was just accepted to the local police force, and has only been on the job for a few weeks. For this reason she was on edge, but felt excited at the opportunity to prove herself to her peers. At the sound of footsteps, her gaze turned upward and to a young raccoon approaching her. She recognised him as Henry, her partner. She noticed a flashlight in his hand, and another sticking out of his tactical vest.
"You'll need this, it's pretty dark out." He offered, handing her the flashlight. She accepted, taking it into her grip and slipping it into one of the many pockets in her cargo pants.
Sandra then inquired to him, "Thanks. We leaving now?"
"Yeah. Let's go."
Sandra gave a nod and made her way through the police department with the raccoon, reaching the garage in a matter of minutes. Henry led the way to one of the few police cars parked, and got into the driver's seat, followed by Sandra in the passengers. He held a button down on his radio, reporting that he and his partner were leaving, and pressed a button to open the garage door. He drove off, staring into the night. She bit her lip and gazed out of her window, letting awhile pass without many words.
The quiet night was very calming, and both passengers in the car seemed to lose track of time. There were almost no cars in the street, and a light drizzle pattered on the ground. It didn't seem like long had passed before Henry pulled into a small parking lot, and turned the engine off.
"Right, we're here. It's the one on the right." Henry informed the canine, pointing out her window at a dim brick building.
"So, be aware. Got reports of fighting and yelling sounds from the apartment building next to it, could be anything in there."
"Got it. I'll be fine." She assured Henry, as well as herself.
They both exit the car at the same time, making their way toward an entrance of the factory. They reach the crusty old wooden door, with rusted hinges, covered in cobwebs. Sandra reaches out a hand and pushes it open, sliding the flashlight out of her pocket and flicking it on. Henry does the same, pointing it curiously into the consuming darkness that was the inside of the building.
Henry whistles, proclaiming "Man, pretty freaky. Ladies first?"
"Sure, why not?" Sandra replies with a chuckle, cautiously taking a few steps inside. Henry follows shortly after, and they both take their time scanning the lobby that they appeared to be in. Various bugs scurry across the floor, the wallpaper faded and torn.
"This place is a dump. Why would anyone come here?" Sandra asks, her speech echoing a bit. The raccoon gives a shrug, and they continue on, pressing through a hallway that led deeper into the facility.
Quite a lot of time had gone by, and the two were growing more and more tired, convinced that the whole operation was a false alarm. The raccoon leaned up against a cabinet, looking up at the dirty ceiling while his partner stood in the middle of the room, crossing her arms.
"Yea, I don't think this is going to last much longer. Think we've checked the whole place by now..." Henry remarked, trailing off a bit at the end.
"Mhm. Already past 10." Sandra replied, after taking a quick look at her watch. "At least it's almost Friday, right?"
"Yeah. I've had enough of this week, I need some rest. Say, do you-" Henry spoke, before being cut off as he spotted a moving figure in the dark. It was behind the wolf, and appeared to have an object in its hand. He yelled "Look out, behind you!" He exclaimed in an attempt to warn her, reaching at his belt for his gun.
Sandra's eyes went wide, adrenaline pumped through her. She flipped around to see a large bear with a pipe in its hands. In an instinctive manner, she lashed out and snapped a kick at it, catching the figure squarely in the groin.
Unfortunately for the unknown bear, she had been wearing her cleated combat boots. When her paw slammed into the crotch of said bear, she could feel two very distinctive rubbery orbs under her toes, and the bear gave a shocked croak. Sandra pressed her leg up with all of her strength, the bear's berries flattening against his pelvis in an agonizing manner. The bear registered the second wave of gut wrenching agony, and doubled over, roaring his throat out. He dropped his pipe, and clamped both of his paws around the boot that was currently crushing his most tender organs, weakly trying to dislodge it. Sandra however, held it in for good measure, before letting it down after a few moments.
The bear slid down into a prone position, gripping his aching and swollen cub-makers. He groaned in pain, squeezing his legs together and digging his claws into the dirty ground. Sandra looked down at him, panting from the rush of it all. Henry, off to the other side of the room, kept his hand on his gun. He couldn't believe it, and simply watched the situation in awe, eyes wide.
Sandra's eyes darted around the room, and back to the bear, who began to try and regain himself, and while he was on the floor, reached for the pipe that he had earlier dropped. The wolf noticed this, and slid her taser out of her holster, holding it to the bear.
"S-Stop! I'm warning you" She exclaimed, her hands shaking, but voice confident and unafraid. The bear did not stop, and crawled away from her, his hand gripping the pipe tightly. Sandra eagerly watched, and discharged her taser. Whether on purpose or not, the tiny darts hit the bear in the groin. They easily pierced his pants, one hitting each teste and giving the bear a sharp prick. He gulped, a bead of sweat beginning to form on his forehead, as he knew what came next.
Sandra pulled down on the trigger of the stun gun, sending a large wave of energy straight into the nutsack of the bear. With a loud crackling noise as the energy flowed through the bear, he began to lose control of his muscles, his entire body tensing up. His stones felt as if they were on fire, as hundreds of volts traveled through them, as well as his member. He once again roared a powerful roar, squeezing his eyes shut, his throat becoming quite hoarse. He could only lay there as his balls fried, causing levels of pain he had not yet experienced. After a few seconds, Sandra let go of the trigger and let the bear go limp in exhaustion, small amounts of smoke rising into the air from the groin of the bear, the fur on his sack having been burnt off.
Henry had witnessed the entire ordeal in horror, one of his paws idly moving to cup his own groin in sympathy for the bear. He swallowed hard and pressed the button on his radio with his other free hand, stuttering into it. "Y-Yeah, gonna need some backup at that factory. Got a suspect... Think he's incapacitated though..."
Sandra looked up from the male, her eyes bugged out and her arms shaking. "I... I didn't overdo it, did I?" She asked, feeling a sense of pride at winning her first fight.
"Ehm... Maybe a little. Don't worry about it, I'm sure he's fine..." He replied, glancing down at the limp body. "Come on, we should probably drag him out of here... Some other officers should be here soon. The wolf nodded and put her spent taser back into her holster and held her flashlight in her mouth, and lifted the bear's legs up into the air. Henry clipped his light onto a shoulder holster he had, and lifted the bear up by the arms. Together, and with a lot of effort, they slid him back the way they came and out of the building.
Moments later, two more police cruisers arrived at the scenes with their lights flashing. A few other officers stepped out of the cars and strolled their way over to the group of three.
"What happened here?" One of them asked, looking to be a rather tall tiger.
"Long story. Just get this guy back to the station and into the holding cell, we can tell you there." He told him, still taken aback by the whole thing. The officers nodded at Sandra and Henry, and wordlessly cuffed the bear, carrying him themselves and stuffing him into the back of one of the police cars. They then drove off, leaving the two officers in the night. They looked at each other, and made their way back to their car, both getting into it with relief.
"Don't worry, you did good. I'm sure the others will love to hear this story." Henry said to Sandra, a bit sarcastically. This elicited a giggle from her, and she nodded, leaning back into her seat. Henry revved up the car and drove off, taking his time to get back to the department
