The warriors were meant to meditate, but Kogenta had never been one for that. He pulled out the scroll that had been tucked in his pants, holding it up to the sun. He had always been weak in the ways of magic and so Kogenta had decided to spend his night practicing a summoning spell he had found instead of trying to find his inner kitten. The problem was Kogenta didn't know what the spell on the scroll was for. He had found it hidden deep within the Clan storage house.

Kogenta slid the sliding door of the storage house out of his way. "Good no guards." He whispered to himself as he began rummaging though the spell scrolls. The imp summon ha dot be around here somewhere. Kogenta froze as he heard footsteps in the distance moving closer to him. He swore his bad luck and grabbed the first scroll he could find; no matter what it was any practice was better than no practice. He quickly darted out of the room and shut the door, praying nobody would notice one scroll missing for a day or two.

The wind blew through the trees as Kogenta walked up to the Temple. He clapped his hands together and recited the ancient chant.

Allow me passage into the temple of the Pink Sakura Blossom.

He then clapped his hands together three times then stepped into the temple. The inside was dark and damp like the bottom of the well in his village. Kogenta bit his lip at his eerie surroundings then remembered the good luck charm his mother had given him. He quickly pulled a bell out form his pocket with a blue ribbon attached. Kogenta quickly tied it to the end of his tail and breathed a sigh of relief. The young tiger moved farther into the temple eventually entering a large circular chamber it was here he was meant to meditate. Kogenta tossed himself to the ground and looked around the room. His eyes night vision had finally kicked in fully forcing the shadows to recede into the farthest coroners of the temple. He then pulled out eh scroll and rolled it out on the ground before him allowing his eyes to investigate the spell. The scroll was more complex than anything Kogenta had ever seen. For the spell to work he would need total darkness. "Good thing there's a new moon tonight." He muttered looking through the other requirements which were, blood, a sakura blossom, and the hair of a beast. The first were easy enough but the last...

Kogenta looked around the temple for a beast, but didn't see any. "Well that was a bust." He groaned beginning to roll the scroll back up. He stopped as he noticed something. An old suit of armor stood at the far end of the circular room he was in. It was the centerpiece of the temples main alter. Kogenta stood up and walked over to it. He one day hoped to receive armor like this. The tiger imagined himself in the glistening metal while slaying his clan's enemies. He began to purr at the idea and looked at the armor's shoulder pads. He paused and then let out a cheer of triumph. The armors shoulder pieces were both covered in some sort of purple fur. "Must have been from some sort of beast." He reasoned as he ripped a few hairs out of the fur. He winced as he did this hoping no one ever found out how he had desecrated the holy temple. Kogenta then ran back to the scroll and began to prepare for nightfall.

A drop of blood landed on the sakura, Kogenta placed his cut thumb into his mouth and began to suck on it. He then dropped the last piece of the spell, the beast hairs. The temple now was totally dark, the sun had set leaving the sky lacking a moon or stars. Kogenta took a breath and began to recite the incantation that had been on the scroll. The wind blew into the temple lifting the cherry blossom into the air and spinning it. He continued the spell and watched as the blossom grew larger and larger until it was at least 7 feet tall. The blossom closed itself and Kogenta watched as the hairs now floated off the ground and fused with the over sides blossom. The warrior's eyes filled with wonder as the blossom began to glow with a radiant white light. It filled Kogenta with a feeling of hope and longing. He finished the spell and watched as the glowing stopped. "I wonder what Holy Spirit I have managed to summon." He whispered as he waited for something to happen.

The blossom sat there a moment then began to open slowly, allowing more of the white light to shine from it. Kogenta gasped in aww as a humanoid figure could be seen clearly inside the light. He watched it hypnotized and jumped as the being opened an eye.

The light instantly turned black swirling around the blossom with a red vengeance. Kogenta started to tremble as the dark light began to fade allowing him his first look at what he had summoned. "By the gods." He whispered. Standing in the middle of the room where the blossom he been was a tall dark purple Panther. The panther glared at him with blood red eyes, and flexed its wings. Wings? Kogenta blinked again and re examined the creature, no not a Panther, a demon panther. The demon was a purple antrho panther with black fur patched over it in sadistic looking insignias. From its back grew 4 small bat like wings, and on its head two black horns. "How did, you do that only my summoner can command me so!" she yelled trying to break her restraints.
