The End of the Hero's Journey
Being a hero means standing up for what you believe, and pushing on through troubles and dangers in the name of your ideals and goals, even if the odds seen impossible. That belief was what kept Kimba the white lion going through all of the dangers and challenges he faced, and it still motivates him as he now faces his final challenge. Mufasa is a monster of a lion, in all senses of the word, but Kimba won't run or cower in fear. He has to defeat this monster. For his father, whom Mufasa himself murdered. For all of his friends, who counted on him to depose the tyrant. But, most important of all, for his one true love, whom he had to rescue from Mufasa's clutches.

Screams.
Roars.
Howls.
Bellows.
Trumpets.
All of those sounds filled the sky, combined with the sounds of weapons clashing.
Metal hitting metal. Metal hitting stone. Metal hitting wood.
This was the sound of war.
The Pridelands were at war.
A war that has been in the making for over twenty years, and finally came into fruition on that hot, hazy day of the end of the dry season.
Blood was spilled and it laid on the land, being quickly drank by the thirsty land, dried to the point where it cracked on several places, and very little of the vegetation was left.
This year's dry season had been particularly terrible. The dry spell translated into a near complete drought. Several weeks without rain to fill the rivers and watering holes, and all of the water that was left was seized by the kingdom.
Many had already lost their lives due to this drought. The kingdom was on the verge of breaking apart of dryness. Meanwhile, the Pride Rock remained as rich and full of food and water as it had always been.
It was enough to make people furious.
However, that was not the spark that had started the fire.
No. The spark had been his return.
The return of the prince. Of the true prince. Son of their dead king. The true heir to the throne. The one true leader of the Pridelands, long considered dead alongside his own father. He finally returned. He returned to claim back what was rightfully his'. He came back to right all wrongs this kingdom has been suffering on the hands of the usurper that had dared to take away the throne that belonged to the true kings. He had come to serve justice for all of those who had suffered under the cruelty and selfishness of that tyrant.
He was here to take everything back.
And it was for him that this war happened. For all of the people who stood by his side. Lions and all of the other species. All of them gathering under the command of their one true king. All of them ready to fight to death to bring back the glory and beauty of their king, tainted by the evil actions of a deranged tyrant who was willing to sit on his throne and watch as his whole kingdom wasted into nothingness.
This was all to follow their valiant king, who looked like the spitting image of his father.
With his fur as white as the pure snow, and his eyes as blue as the endless sea.
The battle continued to rage outside. The sounds of battle could still be heard faintly in the distance, even within the bowels of the Pride Rock.
A lone figure walked inside.
This was his first time he has set foot inside of the Pride Rock since he was a cub. He could still remember this place, as if he had been there yesterday.
He could remember himself running around, playing with his little bird friend as they improvised a game of tag. He remembered how he would play with his small dolls at the foot of those stairs, before his mother came to pick him up and carry him to have dinner.
His father was with her. He was as strong and proud as always. They stopped in front of the throne, and his father told him that it would one day be his throne. For he, as his son, was the future king. One day, the entire kingdom would be his responsibility.
All of those memories were so fresh on him, but they still seemed to have happened in another lifetime.
The lion shook his head.
Now it was not the time to delve in memories.
He had a mission to fulfill.
The lion unsheathed his sword. The silvery blade reflecting the light coming from the torches all over the place. It was the same color of the armor he wore, with a breastplate on his chest and guards on his arms and legs, and a single loincloth covering the lion's privates. His white fur was still visible through the gaps of the armor. His helmet, which he wore during the attack, had been lost, revealing his entire head.
Kimba had grown a lot since he was that small cub playing with dolls and being carried on his mother's arms. Now, he was a grown man. The full mane grown all over his head and neck was enough proof of it, as white as the whole rest of his fur. On the face of the lion, an expression of pure determination. His blue eyes sparkled with a fury as cold as the winter on the distant lands where he spent years of his youth, after he was force to flee this kingdom...
With his sword on one hand and his shield on the other, Kimba made his way into the throne room that once belonged to his family.
All around, the room was drastically different from what Kimba remembered.
It had all been changed to better fit... him.
The walls, once decorated with paintings of his family and of beautiful paisages, now was filled with paintings of him. The banners that once decorated the place, before blue and white with his father's symbol, now were golden and red with his emblem. Even the statues now depicted only him, in all kinds of positions and situations.
Just another proof of how selfish and arrogant that man was.
"Well... won't you look at that?"
Speak of the devil...
Kimba immediately turned, his shield raised before is body and his sword above his had, ready to strike.
Then, he saw him.
He could never fail to recognize that man. He could recognize that face. A face that has haunted his dreams for years since he was just a cub. A face he feared. A face he has learned to hate with every fiber of his being.
The face of his father's murderer.
Like Kimba himself, Mufasa had changed.
The years he spent as the king after murdering Kimba's father have changed him. No longer he was that muscular and fit warrior that once was the general of his father's army. However, this didn't meant that he was any less of an imposing sight than he was all those years ago.
If anything, he now looked more threatening than ever.
Mufasa walked out of the shadows, one step at a time. Each step landing heavily on the ground beneath him. As he walked closer to Kimba, the white lion could become more and more aware of the monster that stood before him.
Mufasa was bigger than he was when Kimba was a cub. Before as tall as Kimba's father, now Mufasa stood nearly five times as tall as Kimba himself. His muscles were mostly gone, replaced by fat as the gigantic lion had become morbidly obese. Each one of his arms as thick as the trunk of a tree. His stomach so big that it bounced and giggled with every step the lion took. However, this was still Mufasa. Kimba could still recognize the same golden fur and the same crimson mane. And the same eyes that looked back at him filled with malice.
Kimba's hand gripped the sword's hilt tighter. He looked at the monster standing before him, ready to go into battle at the smallest provocation. All the while, he tried to push that lingering feeling of fear to the back of his mind.
The same fear he experienced all those years ago, when that same lion standing before him murdered his father right before the eyes of the young white lion. The memory forever engraved on his mind, as he could still count every single teeth he saw on Mufasa's mouth, as he flashed those canines, still dripping with the blood of the king he had just murdered...
He could not feel this fear anymore. He could not feel it now. He had to remain strong. If he allowed fear to take over, even for a second, this battle would be over before it even began.
"Why..." Mufasa said, his voice sounding powerful into the empty throne room. "If it isn't little Kimba!"
With that said, Mufasa moved. He haunced over, until his torso was fully inclined forwards. Mufasa had changed from a standing position to a four-legged stance. The kind that predators like himself only took when they were getting ready to chase the prey.
"Now that is a face I was not expecting to see again."
He said, and he started moving.
Kimba moved as well. As the immense lion circled around him on all fours, Kimba changed positions, so he always had his eyes on Mufasa. He could not allow for the evil lion to have his back.
"When I heard the stories about 'the return of the lost prince', I was sure they were referring to my runaway son..." Simba said to the white lion as he continued to circle around him. Stalking him as if he was a zebra Mufasa intended to have for dinner.
"But, it seems they were referring to you... Snowflake."
Kimba growled. His lips curled back to reveal his sharp teeth to the bigger lion, who called him by that little nickname.
Once this nickname had just been a harmless joke. Perhaps even a term of endearment. It was a way that Kimba, while still a cub, had come to expect to be called by this very same lion, who was still his father's most trusted general at the time.
However, within the years, Kimba had come to resent being call that. He came to resent that nickname. Just as he resented everything that came from Mufasa.
"Ohh, what is with the growly face?" Mufasa said, looking at the smaller lion with a playful expression. "Is the wittle Kimba upset at something?"
Kimba's rage intensified, and this showed on his expression and stance.
"Are you mad at me, by any chance?" Mufasa asked him, and Kimba only continued to glare at the bigger lion with hatred.
"Oh, I see... You are mad at me." Mufasa said to the younger lion. "Is it because I killed your father?"
Mufasa changed the positioning of his huge limbs. Now he was on the "stalking stance", as if he was getting ready to approach the prey unseen.
"Could it be because I killed that slut you called mother when she refused to give me an heir?" Mufasa asked him, as he slowly creeped forward. Kimba, seeing Mufasa come his way, instinctively started backing away, trying to keep a distance between the obese giant and himself.
"Because I tried to kill you?" Mufasa asked Kimba. "Is that why you are angry at me?"
Kimba didn't answered. He would not dignify an answer to this lion.
"I see..." Mufasa said to him, looking at the smaller lion in the eyes as he continued to, very slowly, lurk forward on his direction, like closing in the distance in between them. "Well, I guess I can't blame you, considering everything."
Kimba continued to give slow steps back. It was not out of fear. It was because he knew that he could not allow Mufasa to get too close. It was better to keep a distance that would give Kimba the time to react in case the bigger lion tried anything against him. It was not out of fear.
It was not out of fear.
"That ruckus outside..." Mufasa continued. "Is it your doing?"
Once more, Kimba didn't dignified to answer that question. He didn't had to.
"I see, I see..." Mufasa said, "So, little Snowflake as made some new friends as he finally came back home, and now his little friends are making quite a uproar on my kingdom, aren't they?"
Mufasa had a smirk on his face. However, Kimba could see the hatred burning on the usurper's red eyes.
"Guess I'll have to deal with them, won't I?" Mufasa asked, "Send some of them to the dungeons. Have some of them beheaded. Perhaps make an example of some of them, what do you think Snowflake?"
Kimba retreated as Mufasa advanced. Then, the back of his foot bumped into something. It was one of the walls of the throne room. Kimba had been back into a corner.
He looked back at Mufasa, to see the gargantuan lion looking at him with a smirk. I got you now. Mufasa said with those cruel eyes, eyeing Kimba as if he was nothing more than a poor little mouse that he had just managed cornering on the corner of the room and had no way out anymore.
That was somehow as the white lion felt. Kimba had the perfect idea of how a trapped mouse felt as he looked at the much bigger lion, who was now licking his chops as he looked at Kimba.
"You know, Snowflake?" Mufasa said. "I always thought you looked mighty cute. So cute that I could not help but think on what your flesh would taste like..."
Kimba tensed. On that moment, he remembered the rumors he heard about Mufasa's depravity. There were way too many rumors to retell them all. However, one of the most prevalent rumors was that Mufasa had gone down the path of indulging himself into cannibalism, killing and eating lions of his own pride. Sometimes even cubs.
"I wonder if you will taste anything like that worthless father of yours." Mufasa said with a toothy grin.
As soon as Kimba heard that monster speak of his father, something moved inside of him. The fear that had been creeping into his heart was forgot, as a new feeling came forth, surging and growing like a fire inside of his chest.
He remembered everything that monster had done. To his family. To his friends. To his land. To his people.
He remembered everyone who suffered because of that corrupt, cruel, self-indulgent tyrant.
He remembered all the reasons why he was in there. And why he could not afford to give that creature the satisfaction of seeing even a glimpse of fear from him. Baring his teeth and tightening the grip on his weapons, Kimba rose his voice, letting all of his determination be heard as he spoke to the monster.
"Mufasa!" He said, his voice resounding powerfully through the throne room.
"I have come here to get justice! To avenge all of those you made suffer! And to reclaim my birthright! In name of my father and mother, who you have murdered!"
Mufasa didn't showed any visible reaction. However, Kimba could swear that he saw the side of the lion's grinning muzzle to twitch with what seemed to be dismay.
Was it dismay that his attempts to intimidate Kimba failed? Or was it just anger for being defied by whoever it was? Or was it because Kimba sounded just like his father as he said those words to the former general?
"But, more than this!" Kimba said to Mufasa. "I came for the one you're keeping prisoner"
Mufasa looked at him with a cocked head.
"Where is he?" Kimba demanded to know, "Where is Simba!?"
Mufasa looked at him for a few more moments. Before his smirk widened.
"Oh... you came for my boy?" Mufasa asked. "It is true what I heard, then? That you two have become friends? Well, I wondered if it could be true. I always thought that Simba didn't choose his friends well..."
He smirked at the white lion.
"I'll need to have a serious talk with him when I'm done with you."
"Where is Simba!?" Kimba demanded again, his voice raising and being heard even more on that empty throne room. Mufasa's grin would have caused envy to a shark.
"Simba is learning what it means to serve the throne and the kingdom." Mufasa said to him. "A lesson that I should have tried to drill into his mind more fiercely when he was a cub. But, I guess I ended up spoiling that little brat. Maybe it was his mother's influence."
"Oh, well..." Mufasa said, "Never too late to fix your past mistakes, no?"
"Properly disciplining my son..." Mufasa said, "And getting rid of you!"
Kimba roared as he pointed his sword at the great lion.
"Come face me, demon!" Kimba said to him. "If you dare!"
With a booming laugh, Mufasa took on the challenge. He jumped onto Kimba, like a fat cat pouncing on a gecko. Kimba was shocked to know that this monster could even get himself off the ground with such a morbid bulk to his form, let alone propel himself so high in the air.
However, Kimba would not allow himself to be distract by Mufasa's physical prowess. He reacted immediately, driven half by years of training and half by pure instinct, rushing forward as he swung his sword at the big beast.
The glint of metal caught Mufasa's attention, and it forced the big lion to twist his body to the side to avoid the blade. Once more, Kimba was surprise by Mufasa's physical abilities, as he had not assumed that a creature so big would be so agile and so flexible. He avoided the tip of the blade by a hair's width.
All the while, Kimba charged forward, and he was able to get away from the wall as he passed by Mufasa, who slammed his hands and feet into the wall. He hit it so hard that cracks appeared on the stone, as a loud boom echoed through the throne room as Mufasa then moved into the ground on all fours. Now, their positions were reverse, as Mufasa was the one onto the wall, with Kimba looking like the one who had him cornered.
"Woah, Snowflake!" Mufasa said, "You nearly hit me there. You gotta be more careful when swinging your little toothpick."
Mufasa sounded like he was mocking the smaller lion. However, the years have taught Kimba to see through others. He could see the small glimpse of fear on the depth of Mufasa's eyes. He could see that the big lion was suddenly insecure, when he saw that Kimba was really willing to swing a sword at him with full intent to kill.
He probably expected the white lion to not have the guts to swing a sword at him, or the skill to actually use a weapon in battle. He totally underestimated both the resentment and spite that Kimba held towards him, turned into murderous intent, and the many years of training he had on his two decades away from home to arrive into this very moment.
This was a long-coming reckoning. Mufasa would finally have what has been coming to him for twenty-five years.
However, this was never meant to be easy.
Mufasa had the advantage of size and strength. Which Kimba made his best to fight with the years of training and all of the determination he could muster.
It was an unbalanced battle.
As it turns out, even though Mufasa indulged himself in all manners of depravations after becoming king, he never lost his fighting spirit from his times as a general under king Panja. Kimba learned on the worst way that Mufasa was a formidable foe.
Each swing of his massive claws was a danger to Kimba, as a single blow from them would be enough to break a few of his bones and, even when he dodged them completely, the tips of the massive claws were still enough to leave marks on his metal armor. Mufasa was big enough to bite his entire head off with his teeth, which he constantly tried to do, forcing Kimba to be on defensive always. He took advantage of it to try and jam his sword into Mufasa's eyes, snout and temples, but the bigger lion had sharp reflexes, and he pulled away before the sword could actually case some real damage.
However, the blade still managed to leave gashes on the face of the big lion, which bled. So did the rest of the gashes made into the rest of Mufasa's body with the blade. However, none of those wounds was too deep, as it seemed that the extra layer of fat added to Mufasa's defenses. His sword could not go as deep as Kimba wanted it to, no mattered how hard he swung it.
And Mufasa made sure to answer to each one of his swings with those of his own, as well as with incessant taunting.
"You done playing with your toothpick, Snowflake?" Mufasa asked, as he managed to bat Kimba's sword off his hands and to the other side of the throne room with a single swipe of his claws. "Good, I was getting annoying with you prickling me with that thing. But, it doesn't get any less cute of you to try and swing it like a big boy swinging a sword."
Kimba tried to run to his sword, but Mufasa got on is way. Kimba managed to block an incoming attack with his metal shield, but he was thrown back several feet by the blow, his shield falling out of his hands and landing far away from him.
"Oh, sorry, Snowflake, was it too hard?"
Kimba barely registered the taunt Mufasa made. His head was still spinning, his vision blurry as he tried to get up, only to have Mufasa come and, quite literally, pick him up with just one claw.
"Oh, Snowflake, you look so winded!" Mufasa said, feigning worry. "Is it that armor of yours? It looks awfully heavy. Here, let me help you out of it."
With that said, Mufasa grabbed Kimba's chest plate and pulled into it. He needed two tugs, but he was able to make the leather straps holding the armor in place snap clear from Kimba's body. Underneath it, Kimba wore nothing, meaning that his bare chest, with fur as white as snow, was fully visible to the lion.
Mufasa was smirking, and he licked his chops as he looked at Kimba's bare chest. The lion roared, and he bit into Mufasa's big finger, digging is fangs as deep as he could into Mufasa's flesh. He could taste the bigger lion's filthy blood, and Mufasa let out what sounded like a yelp as he jumped back, letting Kimba fall back into the ground.
"Snowflake..." Mufasa said, stopping for a moment to lick his own blood of his thumb. "That hurt."
Kimba, now without any armor, shield or sword, spat the blood on his mouth before growling at Mufasa, and charging into him.
Now this was a true battle of lions, where the only weapons were muscle, claws and teeth. And, on Mufasa's case, an oversized lion ass.
Kimba was dizzy when Mufasa swung his huge hips at him, hitting him hard and sending him flying into the wall. Kimba didn't had time to recover, before he saw Mufasa coming his way... then turning around and charging at Kimba with his ass.
Kimba nearly felt his ribcage gave in when those massive buttocks hit him, leaving him trapped in between the butt-cheeks of the massive lion.
"You comfortable in there, Snowflake?" Mufasa asked, the biggest shit-eating grin on his face as he looked back a Kimba. "I heard you really like men's butt, so I thought you would like a close look on mine! Hope it is to your liking..."
Kimba growled, his face burning with embarrassment at this ridiculous situation. He squirmed behind there, trying desperately to get out of there so he could, at the very least, continue this fight with some semblance of dignity.
"Oh, boy." Mufasa said, "You really feisty behind there, aren't you, Snowflake? If you're going to squirm your way out, you better do it quick, I feel a fart coming..."
Luckily, Kimba manage to escape from Mufasa's enlarged behind before the monstrous lion could subject him to that kind of humiliation. However, this didn't improved his situation in the slightest.
Certainly not when Mufasa sent him flying again with a single backslap, and then walked to him and placed a single foot on top of the lion.
Now, there Kimba was, trapped under Mufasa's huge foot, with his head poking in between his toes and his arms uselessly trying to grab at the huge foot and cause it enough damage to make Mufasa remove the foot from him. However, it seemed that none of that would happen.
"Snowflaaaaake~" Mufasa said, while Kimba tried to squirm his way out of that huge foot.
"Can you hear it?" Mufasa asked, "Be real quiet now and hear."
Kimba was quiet, not because Mufasa was telling him, but because the pressure of the foot on his chest caused was so much that he couldn't properly breathe. In this moment of silence, he could hear it. It was faint, like a hustling in the wind, but he could hear it.
The distant sounds of battle.
Screams. Howls. Roars. Cries of the most varied kinds. Of many different animals. Cries of pain and rage. Of fury and anguish. Those were the distant sounds of the war roaring outside.
"Seems like your friends are not really doing that well." Mufasa said, smirking down to the white lion. "I guess my troops are really showing them what happens when you go against your king. Think there will be any of them left alive when it is over? I hope so, so I can have my fun with some of them."
The pressure on his chest increased, as Mufasa put more weight on his chest. Kimba's breath became short and labored, as he could not breathe properly with all of that weight. Amidst the tension of feeling something crushing his chest, Kimba's mind could not help but think on to what Mufasa had just told him.
Was it true? Were those sounds the sounds of his allies being killed? Was that the sound of their rebellion dying?
No. It couldn't be.
It just couldn't.
After everything that he has gone through, everything he fought and suffered, this was how it ended? That monster would win in the end?
"Ahhh, what a nice little expression you have there, Snowflake." Mufasa said as he looked down at the white lion, referring to the expression he was acquiring on his face as the spark of despair kindled on his heart, and it weighed on him far more than Mufasa's own weight did. Even when Mufasa added even more weight to his chest, so much that Kimba was practically incapable of breathing at this point.
"It reminds me a lot of the expression your father had, before I bit his throat off." Mufasa said, his smirking widening as he saw Kimba gasping for air, chocking like a fish out of water under his foot, and it gave him as much satisfaction as it did when he saw Panja drowning on his own blood after tearing his throat off with his teeth.
"It was my first time tasting the flesh of another lion, you know?" Mufasa said to him. "And it got me completely hooked! Easily the best one I ever tasted. You look so much like your father, I wonder if you have the same flavor. I think I'll have a bite out of you to test, you don't mind, do you, Snowflake?"
Kimba said nothing in return. He was punching and clawing at Mufasa's foot. His punches did nothing to the big appendage, and even his claws did little against it. They could break the skin but, considering their difference in size, his claws felt like little more than a weak prickling that Mufasa could easily ignore.
"But first, I'm gonna have a taste of some of your friends." Mufasa said to Kimba, "I'll eat the hands of one, the balls of another, maybe someone's liver. I hope you made some really tasty friends, because I want to have a full course with those traitors. And I'll be sure to keep them alive while I eat their pieces. After all, meat is the more delicious when it is fresh."
Kimba could do nothing more than hear. Hear as Mufasa described to him the horrible, unspeakable things he would do to each of his surviving allies, and the big lion knew how to paint a very vivid image with words. As minutes passed, his words started getting distant, as the weight on his chest was starting to get to him.
Kimba felt like his ribcage could cave in at any moment. The pressure was too great. He couldn't breathe. Stars danced before his eyes as his vision was darkening. Images of his life flashed before his eyes as his body started to prepare to the end he knew was on the way. The end his instincts told him was coming his way.
He still couldn't believe that this was ow it was going to end. That all of his efforts had been for nothing, and that in the end he too would fall before that monster. After everything he went through, and after all of those who gave their lives for him to come so far.
It was not fair...
"Yes, I'll certainly have a very good time watching your friends die." Mufasa said to Kimba, who was nearly out for the count now.
"Just like I would have enjoyed watching my good-for-nothing brother die."
Like a knife cutting through flesh, that single statement cut through the darkness that tried to pull Kimba in. His eyes opened, and his features twitched.
"Oh, how I regret not having been there to see that self-righteous idiot finally meet his end." Mufasa continued. "I always wanted to see him shut up for good, even if I was not the one shutting him up. Seeing him die would have certainly made my year."
Mufasa looked down, and he saw that Kimba had his eyes open now, and he was looking straight at him. His lips were starting to curl into a snarl.
"But, you were there, weren't you?" Mufasa said, adding even more weight to Kimba, making him growl harder. "You saw it happen, didn't you?"
He did. Kimba had been there. He had been there to see Mufasa's brother's death. He was there by his side on his last moments. He was the one who held his hand as he held his final breath.
"How was it?" Mufasa asked, now sounding genuinely eager to hear. "Was he bleeding? Was he in pain? Did he looked like he was about to cry? I can certainly imagine him crying like a poor little baby. He was nothing but a pathetic little wimp, ever since he was a cub."
Kimba could remember him. He could remember how he remained strong until the very end. He must have been in so much pain, and yet he remained strong and calm. He was more worried with Kimba than with himself.
"Tell me, how much he wept?" Mufasa asked to the white lion, ignoring the fact that his lips curled more and more as his anger grew. "Did he cried for his mommy? Did he whined and complained like he usually did? Did he blubbered and bawled like the poor pathetic coward he was?"
Never before Kimba saw someone as strong, not since his own father. Even with that wound on his chest and bleeding to death, he remained peaceful. He traded final words with Kimba, who could not hold back his tears. He gave him final words of advice for his ongoing journey, as well as the best wishes to his upcoming battle.
"I know you can do it, Kimba. You are every bit as strong as your father was." Were his final words to Kimba, before he closed his eyes and passed away with a smile on his face.
"Come on, Snowflake!" Mufasa demanded. "Tell me about it! Tell me how were the last moments of my brother Scar!" And Mufasa laughed, a strong and booming laughter, like the same one that he let out after killing Kimba's father over twenty years ago. He was completely oblivious to the look of pure rage on Kimba's face.
But not for long.
"Taka..." Kimba said, and Mufasa looked down at him.
"Huh?" Mufasa asked, and that was when Kimba's arms moved, and they wrapped themselves around Mufsa's foot.
"His name..."Kimba growled, his teeth baring with anger. His hands held onto each other as he had a firm grip around the foot pressing on his chest. "...was TAKA!" And he squeezed. He gave that foot the greatest bear hug he possibly could, contracting his arms as he squeezed as if he was trying to wriggle the life out of that foot pressing him down.
And he felt something give in.
A cry of agony resonated through the throne room. Kimba was able to breathe again as the furry appendage was immediately left his chest. Kimba got to his own feet as fast as he could, while Mufasa stumbled backwards.
"MY FOOT!" Mufasa cried out, as he got on a knee to grab the wounded appendage. He could feel it, and he knew that something had shattered. It looked shattered under the fur and muscle.
"YOU BROKE MY FOOT, YOU LITTLE SHIT!!!" Mufasa roared, his smirk now replaced with an expression of pain and rage. "I'LL BREAK YOUR ARMS AND LEGS FOR THIS! I'LL SNAP THEM AS IF THEY WERE CHOSPTICKS!"
He was already getting on all fours, ready to pounce at Kimba once more. However, the white lion was faster. He jumped into Mufasa's face, and landed right into the middle of his features, roaring, clawing and biting whatever was within his grip.
Mufasa let out another roar. By the time Kimba was finally shaken off the great lion's face, Mufasa was roaring in even more pain and rage as he held his bleeding face, his hand resting over his left eye, as a copious amount of blood coming out of his eye socket.
Kimba charged again. This time he was running on all fours, and he passed beneath Mufasa, and changed direction suddenly, and he went right into Mufasa's broken foot, slamming both of his fists into it, and causing Mufasa to roar in pain. Then, Kimba took advantage of this, and he rushed into Mufasa's hand. He took hold of the big lion's index finger, putting it into a hold and twisting as hard as he could. The finger broke with a dry *SNAP*, followed by yet another roar.
And so the tide of battle changed. Kimba, who up until now was being easily handle by the bigger lion, turned the battle around with fast movements, well-placed attacks and a ferocity of the likes that Mufasa had few times seen on is life. The tyrant was shocked and confused on how that little shit could all of sudden become so strong and so capable of defeating.
Mufasa didn't realized his own mistake.
The one of insulting Taka, whom Mufasa "fondly" named Scar. Taka, despite being Mufasa's brother, had always been loyal to the true royal family. And he showed this loyalty by, upon finding Kimba alive, siding with him.
Taka looked after him. He protected him. He taught him. He fed him. He was a father to Kimba after the death of his real father. And he had been the mentor and hero of the white lion during all of those years.
And Mufasa made the terrible mistake of insulting his memory.
This made a rage like few others swell inside of Kimba's chest. A rage that brought to the surface all of the lessons he had from his mentor, and all of his teachings on how to fight and how to overcome enemies much bigger than himself. From using his smaller size and his speed on his favor to attacking restlessly on any weak spot he could possibly identity, and show no mercy until the opponent was down.
Years of lessons under Taka now were turn into a frenzy of pure, white violence that Kimba ditched unto Mufasa.
However, this was not senseless violence. This was violence with a strong justification behind itself. It was a violence meant to avenge Kimba's father and mother, as well as his dear mentor, who was also a victim of Mufasa's madness. It was a violence with the goal of freeing everyone he loved from the clutches of that monster.
Of saving his kingdom, his friends, and everything he held dear from that monster who corrupted it all for no other reason than his own gain.
The weight of everything at stake mixed with the years of training, and with the strength induced by his fury. All of that meshed to turn into a barrage of violence and savagery that caught Mufasa off guard. Turning Kimba into a white blur that jumped all around the bigger lion, jumped on him and then jumped back leaving behind fresh wounds.
Mufasa was now the one being savagely punished by the much smaller lion. Gashes opening on is feet and hands. His toes and fingers being broken. His eye ruined and the smell of his own blood reached his nostrils as the white lion attacked him like a mongoose attacking and killing a cobra by dancing around it and biting with wild abandon. But each one of his movements was precise and calculated, like the moves of a master assassin, the kind that Mufasa would have loved to have at his beck and call.
Kimba's hands and maw were now tainted in red. Mufasa's blood coming from the wounds he opened himself. Small, taking in consideration the size of the monster of a lion, but each one of them weighing down on the tyrant as each of them wore him down just a tiny bit more, while Kimba seemed to have endless stamina.
Still, Mufasa tried in vain to attack back. He tried to claw. To bite. To smash him with his fist. However, each one of his attempts at killing the smaller lion failed. Even when he hit him with a punch from one of his great fists, three times, the white lion would be thrown back but them be back into charging at the bigger lion as if he didn't even felt those blows that would have killed a normal animal.
"YOU LITTLE VERMIN!" Mufasa roared in fury, raising to his feet and lifting his foot. He brought it down right were Kimba was standing. This was a stupid mistake of his part. First, because he did so in a way that Kimba could easily just scamper out of the way like a rabbit, avoiding the blow completely. Second, because the foot he used to try and stomp at Kimba was the one the white lion broke just minutes ago.
Stomping on it hard made pain explode on the appendage and shot up all the way to Mufasa's brain. Another roar, but this time a pathetic roar of pain, came out of his mouth as he pulled his broken foot up and held it with both hands, jumping in place with a single foot in a rather ridiculous fashion. Kimba was completely forgotten as all that Mufasa could worry about was his shattered foot, which hurt like hell.
Kimba looked at him, and he knew that now was a chance that he needed to siege.
Go for an opening when you see one. Never allow a good opening to be wasted.
The words of his late mentor echoed on his mind, and Kimba's muscles tensed.
Gather all strength you can, and hit as fast and hard as possible. Hit them hard where it hurts. Hard enough to bring them down. Now do it, Prince of Blue Eyes!
Growling, Kimba allowed for all of the tension building up on his muscles to explode. He dashed forward, for a single second, mimicking the speed of a cheetah as he dashed in direction to Mufasa. He then jumped, covering the distance between himself and the big lion in a single jump.
Mufasa looked in shock as he saw Kimba, roaring loud, coming towards his face with both his arms up and his hands united above his head, fingers intertwined. He didn't had time to react, as Kimba brought both his hands down as hard as he could right on Mufasa's nose.
The tip of Mufasa's nose caved in under his hands. Another cry of pain coming out of Mufasa. Kimba fell back, landing on all fours on the ground, while Mufasa clutched his face. His nose was broken, and leaking blood like a fountain. His eyes watered due to the pain, as he now made yet another mistake.
He brought his broken foot back down as he took a step backwards.
His foot twisted, the bone practically snapping in half for good, as Mufasa lost his balance and fell backwards. He cried out once more, a cry that was cut out as soon as he hit the ground, replaced by the sound of surprised choking and of gurgling.
Mufasa failed to notice that Kimba had backed him up all the way to the base of the throne. A place that now was occupied by a myriad of spears and metal spikes, which Mufasa had added years ago, to add to the intimidation of the place.
Well, this now worked against him as, when he fell, one of those spikes, sharp like a knife, pierced through his flesh. It went all the way through the back of his neck and exited through the front just by the side of his windpipe, piercing through both it and through Mufasa's jugular, as the huge lion was impale into the metal spike he had once hoped would inspire fear on the hearts of his enemies and subjects alike.
Mufasa gasped as he felt is own blood gushing out of his neck. The spike was bigger at the tip, funneling down on the body like a huge spear. What meant that it left a gaping gash on its' awake, from which now blood poured in a huge amount, both out of Mufasa's neck and into his windpipe, also tore by the sharp tip of the spike, causing Mufasa to drown on his own blood.
Just like he once made King Panja drown on his own blood many years ago.
Guess karma really does exist. Kimba thought to himself, after he walked around the fallen lion and saw how he was now helplessly grasping to spike that pierced his neck and trying to drawn in air, only to cough out blood.
He was done for.
Even he would not survive something like that.
Now it was only a matter of time before he died, and nothing he or anyone else did would be able to save him.
Mufasa was done for.
However, before he drew his last breath, Kimba had a few choice words for him.
"You had everything." Kimba said, walking in direction to Mufasa. The bigger lion turned his only remaining eye to look at him. He gasped and gurgles on his own blood. One of his hands kept on the spike, holding on to it, as if it could miraculously save him somehow. The other hand reached out in Kimba's direction, as if wanting to grab him.
Was it an attempt of getting revenge? Or was if a desperate plea for help? Kimba didn't knew. He didn't cared.
"You had a privileged position within the kingdom." Kimba continued, looking at Mufasa with cold assertiveness, his blue eyes now evoking even more the glacial cold as they looked at Mufasa with contempt. "You had the respect of everyone who knew you. You had a brother who loved you. But it was not enough, was it? You wanted more. You always wanted more."
Mufasa gurgled more, trying to form words, but failing to do so. Blood pooled underneath him, as he continued trying to reach out for Kimba, but the white lion kept a reasonable distance between himself and the dying monster.
"You wanted to have the kingdom. You wanted it based on some mistaken notion that you deserved it more than my father, so you plotted against him, the man who trusted and loved you like a brother. You killed him and his wife, and you tried to kill his son as well. You killed everyone who was on his side. Everyone you thought was opposing you. Only so you could satisfy your ambition. All so you could have the power you thought you deserved."
"And even that was not enough. Having power was not enough. You had to show that you had power. You needed to feel you had power over this land and everyone in it. You used every single animal of this land to make a pyramid, and you placed yourself at the top. You killed anyone who displeased you to flex your influence. You put your image in every corner of the kingdom to show everyone who their 'ruler' was. You devoured your subjects whenever you felt like it, and you ate your fill while the rest of the kingdom starved. You did it all because you believed that, as the one on the top, this was your right."
Kimba said it all as he glared at Mufasa, who looked back at him with increasing fear on his eyes, as he realized that his own end was coming.
"In the end, you even had your own brother killed. The one person who loved you more than anyone, and who believed you could still change for the better." Kimba concluded. "You proved that your own family was less important than holding power."
Mufasa looked at Kimba. In there, their positions were reversed. Kimba was the one who was standing like a giant, while Mufasa, for the first time in years, felt dwarfed by the presence of another person. A person who, despite being physically smaller, was a bigger and stronger man than he could ever dream of being.
"You totally missed the point, Mufasa. Being a king doesn't means lording over others. It doesn't means living in the lap of luxury. It doesn't means doing what you want when you want. It doesn't means using your subjects and your own family like stepping stones. It doesn't means making yourself superior to all others."
"Being a king means fulfilling a duty. A duty passed to you by those who came before you. When you are a king, every single one of your subjects is counting on you. They are counting on you to lead them and to protect them from dangers. They are looking up to you to be their guide through difficult times, and to stand up for them whenever they are threatened. Being a king doesn't means to live a life of privilege, but living a life of duty. A duty to your kingdom and your people. A duty that you will carry by looking out for all of them, by fighting for them, and by ensuring they will have a future."
"Taka understood that. He understood the duties of a king. He understood that a king, like everyone else, had a duty with the kingdom. With the people who live in it. That was why he made sure I understood that. It was his duty to make sure I would understand that when the time finally came. Because fulfilling a duty towards your people is an honor to a king. The greatest honor a king could have. For every person who forms a king's kingdom is someone he holds dear into his heart. They are friends, family, lovers, all of that and much more. And protecting the ones you love is the greatest duty and honor a man can have."
Mufasa looked at him as he continue talking. As Kimba told Mufasa his mind, the bigger lion was slowing down. The loss of blood was catching up with him. His vision blurring as he looked at Kimba, who now seemed bigger than ever before. His grip on the spike was loosening, as his hand was losing strength by the second.
A single tear ran down from his good eye, running across his features as he looked at Kimba.
"So, if you have any notion of what those words mean. If you have any sense of duty, family, or love left, then tell me." Kimba said, giving one more step in direction to Mufasa.
"Where. Is. Simba?"
Mufasa looked at him. Once more, his other hand moved. Was he going to try and reach for Kimba again? No, that didn't seemed to be the case. He was... pointing.
"That way..." Mufasa gurgled, managing to form words as he pointed to something behind Kimba. Kimba, still not wanting to risk giving Mufasa his back, turned his head only enough to look at it with the corner of his eye. Mufasa was pointing to a passage on the side of the throne, which Kimba could remember led even deeper into the palace.
"Second hallway... to the left..." Mufasa said, seeming that each word demanded a great deal of effort from him. "Third door... to the right..."
And, after forcing out those words, Mufasa was done. His expression relaxed. Both of his arms went slack, one of them falling over his chest, while the other one slid off as his digits relaxed around the spike he was holding. His face fell back, and his one eye left became empty, as all the light left it. The gurgling sound of when he tried to breathe stopped, as his chest stopped moving.
He just laid there. Immobile. Lifeless.
Mufasa was no more.
Kimba looked at his unmoving body and lifeless eye. He had imagined that same scene on his mind's eye many times within the years. The scene of the death of the man who took everything from him. And he imagined many of the things he would do once he was in front of Mufasa's corpse.
Laugh hard. Claw his eyes out (or the eye he still had left). Step over his head and roar his victory. Perhaps even piss on his corpse, or at least spit on his face.
However, now he would be doing none of that. He didn't felt like doing none of that now.
He had something much more important on his mind.
Turning around, Kimba rushed into the way Mufasa instructed him. He picked up his sword from the floor on his way, holding it tight and ready to use it in case he needed.
"I can't believe it! He is not hard! Not even a little!"
"Just keep trying. We need to get him hard."
"We've being doing this for nearly thirty minutes and he is not even half-hard! Think it is all of this noise? I can't really focus with all those roars and screams."
"It's not the noise! It's just that he is a fucking faggot! I know what to do, let's grab something and shove it up his ass. That will get him hard in no time."
However, they didn't had the chance to try that out. Behind them, the door slammed open, nearly flying of its ridges and making the two females turn around, wide eyes.
There stood Kimba, with his sword on his hand, the fur around his mouth and hands stained red with blood, and his blue eyes sparkling with fury. He looked at the three animals in the room before him.
The two females were very attractive, with sculptural bodies with wide hips and engorged breasts, which hang freely as the two of them were completely naked. As well as their prisoner.
The lion with golden fur and red mane was in chains, with his arms forced above his head as he was chained to the wall, his ankles chained and his legs forced apart, leaving his privates in full view as he too was naked. He was gagged with a metal muzzle on his mouth, and a dirty rag served as a blindfold over his eyes.
This lion flinched when he heard the door opening, and he seemed to be shaking, as if afraid of whatever was going to happen next.
However, his fear turned into hope when he heard a familiar voice speak.
"Leave."
Kimba's voice was cold as a glacier, as he glared with an equally cold hatred to the two lionesses. They didn't needed to be told twice, as both of them left the room as fast as they could, picking their clothes on their way out. They passed by Kimba's side as they rushed out of that room. Kimba let them, as he had no interest on those two at all.
His interest was on the lion chained to the wall.
Rushing to him, Kimba kneeled before the lion, and he could see that the cheeks of the lion were stain with tears, reaching out for his face and pulling the blindfold off his eyes.
Those eyes blinked before opening and looking at him. Those eyes that he knew well, bright with yellow sclera and red pupils, which looked back at him. Those eyes that were nearly bloodshot from crying, but now lighted up as they looked at the familiar face of the white lion.
"Simba!" Kimba said, dropping his sword to reach out with his two hands and touch Simba's face. The lion tried to say something back, but the metal muzzle kept him from speaking clearly. More tears were leaking form his eyes as he tried to speak.
Kimab didn't waste any time, he put himself to work on that muzzle, releasing the latches and pulling the object from Simba's muzzle, before tossing it violently to the side, as if it was a venomous snake he wanted as far from himself and the poor chained lion as possible.
"K-Kimba..." Simba said, looking at the white lion. "Y-you're alive. H-he said you had died. That you had died along Uncle. But I didn't believed it. I could not believe it. I knew you were alive, and I knew you would come. H-he sent those two. Said that I needed to sire an heir. The guards chained me to the wall and those two were touching me. I tried to beg them to stop, but they got mad and put a muzzle on me. One of them blindfolded me because she didn't liked the way I was looking at them. T-they were trying to get me hard. But I couldn't. I didn't liked any of them. I didn't wanted it. Not with them..."
"I know..." Kimba said, comforting Simba as he gently run his thumbs over Simba's cheeks, wiping his tears away. "I know. It's okay, don't cry. It's okay. I'm here. I'm here for you."
Kimba leaned his face closer to Simba's, touching their foreheads and nuzzling Simba, making the golden lion nuzzle him back. Simba sniffed as Kimba nuzzled him, being able to smell the breath of the other lion as he was very close to his face.
And... something else...
Simba opened his eyes, for the first time noticing the red staining Kimba's normally pure white muzzle. He blinked.
"K-Kimba...?" He said, looking at the blood on Kimba's muzzle, and then to the one at his hands. Kimba noticed what Simba was looking at, and he said:
"It's not mine."
Silence followed those words, and Simba then asked:
"M-my father?"
Kimba looked back at Simba, and then he sighed.
"Mufasa... will never hurt anyone ever again."
For a long moment, Simba just looked back at Kimba. The white lion looked back at those red eyes with his blue ones. He saw no surprise. No anger. No resentment. Only a mixture of relief and sadness. However, he didn't had much time to analyze those emotions deeper, for Simba closed his eyes as he leaned forward.
Kimba felt the golden lion's lips touch his own, seemingly not minding the blood that was staining Kimba's mouth. Soon, the white lion was returning the kiss, gently holding Simba's face as he kissed him as gently as he possibly could, the world vanishing around them as they surrendered themselves to that sweet and sacred gesture.
Even the sounds of outside, coming to them through the window on that bedroom, faded for the two as they kissed. The sounds of roars and cries continued to resound outside of the palace of the Pride Rock. However, now it were not cries of rage and pain as a result of the combat happening between the rebel armies and Mufasa's forces.
It was a cry of celebration, for the rebel forces had won.
Mufasa ruled over the Pridelands for twenty-five years. Twenty-five years of terrorizing and tyrannizing the inhabitants of the Pridelands with his draconian rules, twisted ideas of privilege and pleasure, and fury tantrums that could make more victims than any drought or natural disaster that ever hit the land he for so long called his kingdom.
However, this was all over now.
Mufasa was dead. His reign of terror was finally over. The shadow of that monster lifted from the Pridelands and vanished into the dawn of a new era for everyone on the kingdom. An era full of promises and hope for the old and new residents of the land, now that the tyrant fell and the rightful heir of the throne have returned to them.
However, in order to look hopefully to the future, they first needed to get rid of all of the shadowy memories of the past.
That was why they took off the banners from the houses, both humble and noble, and brought down every single statue that depicted the dead tyrant. Animals all worked together to bring down those statues that depicted their monster of a king, most of them built right after Mufasa usurped the throne, and none of them loyal to how Mufasa actually on the last years of his life. All of those statues depicted a regal, muscular and wise-looking lion...
Each statue brought down was followed by cries of celebration from the animals who helped bring them down. In many cases, they were also follow by laughter, a courtesy of the hyenas. For long they were outcasts, banished by Mufasa after taking over, as he despised them and even blamed them for the murder of King Panja, now they returned to the Pridelands as rightful citizens, as they were the personal army of Kimba, who inherited their trust and respect from his deceased mentor and guardian, Taka.
Taka had been on their side since the beginning, and he didn't liked the unfair treatment they received from his brother. He even went out of his way to help them, and this turned him into a hero on their eyes. And they sided with Kimba after Taka's death, and followed him as he marched back to the Pridelands in order to recover his throne.
They were strong and brave allies on the fight against Mufasa's army. Nothing like the despicable, weak and cowardly scoundrels Mufasa spent the last twenty-five years painting them as. It certainly helped earn the respect of the animals who fought by their side and now stood side-by-side with them as they brought down every single memory of the old tyrant, until the last statue had been brought down and was now being hammered down by the elephants until it was reduced to rumble.
Once that was done, it was time for celebration!
The animals of that land didn't had many chances to celebrate in over two decades. At least the humbler ones didn't. They had to struggle to survive while Mufasa had fancy balls to all of his cohort and supporters nearly every week. Now, however, it was the commoners' turn to celebrate.
And boy, how they did celebrated.
They sang and danced, and many of them were shamelessly getting wasted with the fine, expensive wine that Mufasa had stored away into the bowels of the palace, either brought from outside of the Pridelands with the money of the overwhelming taxes or made by the skilled winemakers of the Pridelands, who were forced to make entire barrels of their best wine for a fraction of the price they would normally sell it.
Now that wine served to fill the cups of the inhabitants of the kingdom, who celebrated like there was no tomorrow all over the streets of the city. As they got drunk, they sang all kinds of songs. Songs that were once forbidden under the rule of Mufasa, first punished with prison time and, as Mufasa's corruption became more and more evident, by the person who sang them to have their tongue cut off their mouth. Songs that spoke of the greatness of the real royal family of the Prideland, and of the greatness, wisdom and honor of King Panja.
And, of course, there where new songs thrown in the mix. Songs that tell of the glory of Kimba's return and of the fall of Mufasa, and of the promising and bright future Kimba would bring to the Pridelands now that he retrieved his throne. From those new songs, only a portion of them were actual quality work done by the local bards, while most of it where done by the drunken party animals who tried to play the poet now that they were drunk out of their minds. However, both of the types of songs were receive with great joy by everyone who heard them, and joined in the celebration.
The Pridelands were rejoicing the coming of new, better times.
However, not everyone was celebrating.
Back on the palace, Kimba was reuniting with some of his most entrusted people, most of them hyenas, and giving them instructions to track down some of Mufasa's generals and politic supporters among the nobles, many of them war criminals and murderers as depraved as Mufasa himself, and who would surely want to oppose Kimba's ruling or even to avenge Mufasa by killing Kimba. The white lion needed to have all of them arrested to ensure that there would be no threats to his kingdom.
However, he was no tyrant like Mufasa. He would make sure each one of them was properly tried and sentenced. Public trials, to show the people that he intended to be a correct and fair ruler, as his father was, and that they didn't just exchanged from the clutches of one tyrannical oppressor to another.
The animals all bowed to Kimba, and went their way. Kimba sighed, as he finally took a moment to relax.
He walked to a window, and he looked outside. He looked at a kingdom that he hadn't looked at in twenty-five years. A whole life that gone by since the fateful day when he escaped the Pridelands, with the help of the few entrusted friends he had, after having witnessed the death of his father and mother at the hands of Mufasa.
Kimba shivered. His mind being draw to the terrible day when his entire world shattered and his innocence died.
The blood. The screams of his parents. The laughter of the traitor who killed them.
His fur started to stand, and his grip on the edges of the window, his claws unsheathing from his fingers and digging into the wooden frame.
"Kimba?" A voice behind him made the white lion snap off his dark thoughts. He turned to see who it was, and saw no one at first. Then he looked down, and saw a short hyena looking up at him.
"Oh... Hi, Zawadi." Kimba said, as the brown and gray hyena boy, wearing blue clothing, looked back at him. He was one of the many hyenas he met when he traveled to the wastelands on the edge of his kingdom, to where the hyenas had retreated and made their home after Mufasa chased them away. Zawadi was born after the event, and this was his first time on the Pridelands.
"It is not as beautiful as my Mama told me." Zawadi said when Kimba asked him what he was thinking of the place.
"Yeah, it is not..." Kimba said, reflecting on what he just saw through the window. "It used to be beautiful though. It was Mufasa who ruined it. But I'll make it beautiful again. I promise."
Zawari smiled at him. If Kimba was saying it than he knew it was true. Then, Kimba noticed the jar he was carrying, and asked what it was.
"It is for your friend." Zawari said, removing the lid of the jar and letting Kimba look inside. "You said he liked those."
Kimba looked inside, and he nearly jumped back. However, he kept his composure and he smiled.
"Yes, he certainly does." Kimba said as he closed the lid again and took the jar from Zawari's small hands. "He will love it. I'll give it to him myself. Actually, I'm going to see him now. And you go play with the other kids."
Zawari didn't needed to be told twice. He smiled and said bye to Kimba, before going his way across the hallways of the palace, going to look for some of the other kids he met along the way so they all could play together now that he gave the jar to Kimba.
Kimba, with the jar on his hands, looked at his departing form, a smile of his own on his face, before he sighed and started to make his way across the hallways of the palace.
It had been two-and-a-half decades since he had been on that place. Two-and-a-half decades since he walked on those same hallways, just a cub, as innocent and worry-free as Zawari, playing around with his friends and toys as they all giggled and ran up and down that castle.
Twenty-five years was a long time. However, now that he was there again, it felt like it all happened yesterday. Kimba remembered each hallway and bedroom. He had ran through each one of them, entered each one of them, and he memorized each one of them on his heart, just as he memorized the words of his father and the smile of his mother.
He could walk across this palace with his eyes closed and arrive exactly where he wanted to go. However, he better not. He didn't wanted to risk running into someone else. He was not the only one on the palace, after all.
He passed by many of them on his way. Animals of all kinds. Hyenas who came along with him to take back the castle. Lions, who changed allegiance from Mufasa to him as soon as they realized who was the one leading the rebels, and many other animals from the rebel army Kimba led to take back is kingdom. Though they were all different, all of them stood side by side as equals. All of them had been brought together by Kimba's efforts, and they all saw him as their ruler.
Their one true king.
Kimba noticed all of their loyalty and devotion, as some of them made sure to bow to him as soon as they saw him. Kimba, on his years of being train on the swnoy fields and jungle of faraway lands by his many tutors, was not used to receiving such a worship from people. However, he more than appreciated all of their loyalty to him, and all they've done to him, and he was not afraid to demonstrate it by bowing back at them when they bowed to him, just like he did when he first presented himself before the animals of the Pridelands to show how he appreciated all of their strength in tolerating Mufasa's evil and remaining loyal to his father's memory while he was away.
However, Kimba did not stopped to talk to any of them. He had another place to go now.
And he soon arrived there. It was a bedroom on the east wing of the palace, and it was not empty. Siting on the bed was Simba, the golden lion with red mane that Kimba rescued. With him where a warthog and a meerkat, both of them hugging him and talking to him, and failing to ignore Kimba's presence there.
However, as soon as they noticed the white lion in there, the warthog dropped to his knees to the king, making a fool of himself until the meerkat got him to get up again and recompose himself. From this, the meerkat and warthog check on Simba one final time, with the lion telling them that he surely is okay, while referring to them as "Dad" and "Pa". They left, with the warthog, "Pa", bowing to the white lion in an exaggerated, but not mocking, fashion on his way out. Meanwhile, the meerkat glared at him as he passed, the animal whom Simba calls "Dad" told Kimba to "not do anything to upset his boy", before leaving after the warthog.
Kimba closed the door as they leaf, leaving himself alone with Simba. They look at each other for a long moment.
"Hey." Kimba said to him. To what Simba soon answered:
"Hi."
After this, more silence followed.
"You okay?" Kimba broke the silence. Simba nodded.
"I'm not hurt. My wrists are a little sore, but other that I'm okay." Simba answered to him, before looking at the other lion. "Are you okay?"
Kimba looked down at himself. He was still wearing only a loincloth. The blood had been washed off his mouth and hands, however, under his white fur, his skin was bruised as a result of his fight with Mufasa.
"Nothing serious."
Simba looked at him, and said:
"I'm glad."
He was totally honest as he said that, and Kimba knew it. Yet another silence followed in between the two of them. Before Simba took notice of the vase Kimba brought, and asked about it.
"Oh." Kimba said, "This is for you." He walked to the bed, and handed the vase to the golden lion. Simba opened the lid of the vase, and his eyes widened as he looked inside.
"Wait..." Simba said, looking inside at the contents of the vase, which were moving. "Are those... utamu?"
Kimba nodded. "Zawari picked them up. He is one of the hyenas."
"Those are my favorite!" Simba said, as he reached inside of the vase, and pulled out a single one of the small creatures inside. It was a caterpillar-like bug, with a long, purple and black body with many legs and big, bulbous pink eyes. Simba didn't thought twice before popping one of the things into his mouth and chewing on it. The golden lion even moaned with delight like a cub as he ate the sticky bug, before grabbing another and repeating the process.
Kimba looked at him eating, and he could not help but feel grossed out by how Simba so eagerly ate those bugs.
Guess this is what happens when you are raise by a warthog and a meerkat. Kimba thought to himself, looking at Simba and honestly trying not to feel too queasy as he saw Simba stuffing those bugs into his face. Luckily, the golden lion was not too messy when eating, unlike his two surrogate fathers. As he ate, Kimba sat by his side, and only looked at him, thinking back when he first met Simba.
He had just escaped Mufasa's hunting parties, and he was alone and lost on the desert. He nearly died from thirsty there. He was sure his time was up when he fell into the hot sand, with the vultures flying above him, waiting for his death so they could pick the meat out of his bones. The last thing he saw, right before passing out, was a shadow moving on his direction into the distance...
When he woke up on the oasis, he was sure that he had died and gone to a place similar to heaven. But those thoughts changed as soon as he saw the face of his rescuer. The lion who saved him was the spitting image of Mufasa, and this triggered all of Kimba's fighting instincts, causing him to lunge at the lion who saved his live and trying to kill him.
It took nearly ten minutes before the lion and his two guardians managed to calm Kimba down enough for him to take a good look at the lion who saved him and realize it was not Mufasa. This lion was too young, and his features were not as sharp as Mufasa's. Still, the resemblance between this lion and the tyrant who murdered Kimba's family was uncanny. And, as Kimba would learn later on, there was a reason for that similarity.
For then, however, the lion presented himself to him as "Simba", and he welcomed Kimba to the oasis where he lived with his two fathers: Timon the meerkat and Pumbaa the warthog.
While Pumbaa and Timon were both weary of this strange lion, Simba was more than welcoming of him, and he wanted him to remain on the oasis all he wanted. In fact, he was a bit too friendly for Kimba's taste.
However, in spite of the overly friendly attitude Simba had, and his unusual (for a lion) habit of eating bugs, over the course of the weeks Kimba stayed on the "Hakuna Matata Oasis" has really brought the two of them closer. Simba was the kinder person Kimba had ever met, and he was sweet and kind, and even quite funny. Kimba never met anyone like him before, and they certainly became friends at a surprising speed.
However, more surprising than the speed with which they became friends, was that they ended up somehow becoming more than this.
Kimba himself was surprised. He never imagined himself feeling that way about a male. Especially because, before he left the Pridelands, he had a girl who was his sweetheart. However, he could not help but fall for Simba, who was the kindest, most gentle person he ever met.
Which was why Kimba would have never guessed, in a million years, that Simba was Mufasa's son.
Simba was born just months after Mufasa's coup, sired by one of the females who became Mufasa's personal harem, which was why Kimba himself never knew Mufasa even had a son. To find out that this kind lion who helped him and whom he fell in love with was the same flesh and blood as the monster who killed his family...
"I'm sorry..." Kimba said, as Simba ate the last of the utamu on the jar. Simba turned to look at him, is mouth still full of bug. Kimba looked back at him.
"I never apologized... for the things I said to you back then..." Kimba said, looking back at Simba with a sorrowful expression. Simba swallowed, and looked back at him. He knew exactly what Kimba was talking about.
Finding out about Simba's origins was more than a little shocking for Kimba. He was in so much shock that he was not able to process his emotions properly. He was never good with that emotion thing. He ended up taking all of the anger and resentment he felt towards Mufasa and directed all of it to Simba. He said terrible things to the lion. Things he would never truly mean. Things that he would give the world to go back and never say. Simba's pained expression and teary eyes as Kimba yelled all those horrible things at him still haunted his memories and made his heart ache with regret, and would for the rest of his life.
It was not Simba's fault for being born the son of such a monster. Simba was the kindest person in the world and it was not his fault if Mufasa was the one who sired him. Who forced Simba's mother to have him. Simba had a terrible live growing under Mufasa. That was why he ran from home when he was eight, and ended up on that desert where he, like Kimba, nearly died before being found and raised by Timon and Pumbaa.
You cannot choose your family, after all. Simba was born to a monster, while Kimba had wonderful parents. His was another clear distinction between the two of them, what only become more evident as they learned more about each other's past.
Kimba could understand why Simba didn't wanted anyone, not even his two dads, to know who his birth father was. Anyone would want to hide that they were related to such a horrible person.
Kimba understood it now, and it made him feel even worse for all of the horrible things he said to Simba back then. He could not believe how horrible he was to the one person who saved his life and gave him love and affection as few other people on his life did.
Simba told him that it was okay, and he sounded way more sincere than Kimba had expected.
"You literally risked your life to save me." Simba said to him. "Believe me, this more than makes up for the things you said." Truth was, Simba was glad that Kimba came all the way to save him. This proved that he didn't really meant what he said back on the oasis, before his father's forces came and kidnapped Simba to bring him back to his father. He would not have come all the way there to rescue him if he really hated him as much as he hated Mufasa.
"Well, you really didn't wanted to give Mufasa the heir he wanted, did you?" Kimba asked, and Simba smiled at him. He indeed didn't, that was one of the reasons why Simba ran from home when he was eight. He didn't wanted to sire his own son only for Mufasa to take him and then mold him to his image.
Simba then apologized as well. He apologized for not telling Kimba. And he apologized for having caused him so much trouble. Once more, Kimba reminded himself how Simba was a kind and gentle person, always thinking of the others, nothing like the selfish tyrant Mufasa was.
On that moment, they both looked at each other. Simba's hand landed on Kimba's. His touch was soft and gentle, a great contrast from Kimba's muscular and callous hand, built over the years of training for when he would finally take his kingdom back. They looked at each other, Kimba's sky-blue eyes meeting Simba's red ones. The light of the setting sun cast an orangish glow over the two, which seemed warm and inviting, like the very moment the two of them shared.
"Simba... I..."
"Kimba..."
They looked at each other, their faces coming closer and closer to each other. They felt like they could get lost on each other's eyes. Then, their eyes closed, as did the distance between their mouths, and their lips touched.
A tangy flavor would be felt on Kimba's mouth, as he caught some of the bug goo left on Simba's lips.
Normally, having something like that anywhere near his mouth would cause Kimba to pull out and wipe the disgusting goo from his face as fast as possible. Having it actually on his mouth would cause him to spit it out and feel like vomiting.
However, as he got it from Simba's mouth, he didn't felt like doing any of those things. He didn't felt like pulling out or wiping his tongue clean. Not even when he tasted what could only be bugs on Simba's mouth as their kiss deepened. He was too busy with their action to think on what Simba had just been eating.
It was as if the idea of the bugs he just ate was fading into the distance, becoming less and less important as their kiss became more intense. The whole world was vanishing around them as they continued to kiss, until there was nothing left but each other and their little sacred act.
They might as well be the last living beings left on the planet.
There was only Kimba and Simba. Only those two lions, who kissed each other passionately like they never kissed anyone before. And Kimba, surprisingly, didn't minded at all that this kiss tasted like bug.
The longer they kissed, the more urgent the kiss got. Soon, they were all over each other. Kimba was looming over Simba, and the golden lion didn't tried to fight him. He was too busy kissing Kimba back to actually even think of trying to resist his advances. In no time, Kimba had the golden lion pinned to the bed.
They continued to kiss, moaning on each other's mouths as they rubbed their bodies together. Their crotches, in particular, rubbed against each other as they continued to kiss. Kimba was practically dry-humping Simba while he gave him the deepest kiss Simba ever thought he would receive.
This caused pleasure to the two, as they both moaned ever louder as their crotches rubbed together, the members inside of them being stimulated in all the best ways as they continued with their act.
By the time Kimba finally broke the kiss, they were both panting. They looked deep into each other's eyes. Simba's eyes had a submissiveness that one would not see in Kimba's but he has just as much desire.
Kimba was holding him down by the wrists, but one of his hands let go of Simba's, and went down to their loincloths. The one Kimba had been wearing all day was practically ripped of his body, revealing his nine-inches long lion-hood and his balls, covered on the same white fur as the rest of his body. Then he did the same thing to the loincloth Simba wore, given to him after his rescue so he could preserve his modesty, and this left Simba's own yellow member and balls out in the open. His member was not as big as Kimba's, but those eight inches of lion dick were still respectable.
Once he had their loincloths removed, he tossed them aside, leaving the two of them completely naked. He then went back to kissing Simba, who was more than willing on receiving his kiss.
Their bodies continued to rub on each other, and their cocks, now free from the confines of their cloth, could freely rub on each other, sending thrills of pleasure all the way up their spines straight into their brains. Soon, their cocks were starting to get slick, as they leaked pre from their tips and rubbed together, smearing their juices on each other as the two lions continued to moan louder and louder as they kissed.
Their tongues danced in between their mouths as they traded spit. Their desire and need growing more with each passing minute they.
Their touches became more and more urgent, as this need inside of them grew more and more. Simba moaned helplessly while Kimba had started letting a growling sound from the deep of his throat. It was the sound of a lion ready to mate.
Then, all of a sudden, Kimba's world spun around as the lion under him suddenly moved. Next thing he knew, Kimba was the one laying down on the bed, while Simba was on top of him.
Kimba looked in surprised to the lion of the red mane, who was still panting. He had a calm smile on his face as he looked down at Kimba, which turned silly with the tongue lolled out of it. A string of saliva glistened in the light, connecting Simba's tongue to Kimba's lips, before Simba kissed him once more.
Kimba didn't voiced any protest, as Simba kissed his lips a few times. And then his cheek. Then his neck, moving through Kimba's thick white mane until he could touch the softer fur of the neck hidden among it all. Then he kissed his broad chest, stopping for a moment to lick and suck on his nipples, what made Kimba hiss through his teeth, as his nipples had always been pretty sensitive, and they felt even more now for some reason. Then he kissed Kimba's stomach, covering it in a trail of kisses as he moved lower and lower.
Kimba already knew where this was going.
Soon, he felt those same lips on the tip of his cock, as Simba kissed his member. First in the tip, and them down the body, and even on his furry balls. Each kiss was long and drawn-out, nearly passionate. Then, when Simba's lips retuned to the tip of Kimba's cock, they stayed there, and the kiss was long, and it soon turner into something else when Simba opened his lips and placed the head of Kimba's cock on his mouth and started sucking.
Kimba let out a moan as Simba sucked him. His mouth felt so warm and soft. So welcoming. And he was sucking just on the right measure to create the right amount of suction for the white lion's member.
Has he done it before? Kimba thought to himself as Simba serviced him like a pro. Or did he learned this from watching Timon and Pumbaa?
Kimba's mind was distracted from this reflections as Simba moved down on his cock, taking it all in one go and causing Kimba to throw his head back and moan pretty loudly.
Simba continued to go down on the white lion's cock. He bobbed his head with great skill. He sealed his lips to create suction on the member on his mouth, as he moved his tongue around it. He did everything that he had been instruct by Timon and Pumbaa.
The two had never been keen on talking about sex with him as he grew up. However, once Simba became an adult, they agreed that he was old enough to start hearing about such things. Especially when he came to then by himself to ask about this kind of thing. Which happened right after Kimba started living on their oasis with them during the course of those weeks.
Simba wanted to be sure that he would be able to please the white lion if they ever went as far as he had been expecting. Simba did had a thing for the white lion right after meeting him, after all.
And his two fathers, once realizing their "little cub" had his first crush, decided to answer all of his questions. As well as to give them a few tips of their own.
"Don't be afraid to use your teeth, boy." Timon said to him, "If the bastard ever starts bossing you around or mistreating you, just bid your time and wait until you have his dick in your mouth. Then, you bite with those big chompers of yours and make him watch as you swallow his dick whole!"
Yeah, Simba was not going to us that tip. However, he was currently making use of many of the other tips they used him. Including using his hand to massage and fondle Kimba's balls while he sucked the white lion's cock. This seemed to have a positive effect, as Kimba gasped and arched his back, sending his cock more into Simba's mouth, who remembered to relax his throat to avoid gagging around the cock.
Kimba was currently feeling the more pleasure he has felt on his entire life. This was his first time as well. He never had much time or will to look for love while he was preparing himself to one day come back and avenge his family. In fact, he had pretty much gave up the idea of finding love, as he never really felt any desire for a female on his life, and had pretty much accepted that he was just not interested in romance.
However, that all changed the day he met Simba.
The lion who was currently sucking his cock and giving Kimba more pleasure than he was sure he would have ever felt with a female.
Still...
"W-wait... Wait. Simba, wait." Kimba said, and this caused the golden lion to stop and look up at him.
For a moment, Simba was worried he had done something wrong. However, the desire on Kimba's face said otherwise.
"Let's... let's try this another way..."
Simba was not sure what he meant, but he soon understand when Kimba had Simba get under him, and then he crawled over Simba, standing over him on his hands and knees. However, he was not looking into Simba's eyes this time. He had positioned himself in a way that his face was directly over Simba's lionhood. While Simba, underneath him, could easily look up and see Kimba's member looming over him.
And it slowly started to come down on him, as Kimba lowered himself.
Simba opened his mouth and welcomed the member back into his mouth, and he closed his eyes as he went back to sucking it.
As he did, Kimba also put himself on working over Simba's member.
Unlike Simba, who had "gay sex 101" lessons from his fathers, Kimba had little to no idea of what he was even supposed to do on a situation like that. However, he had some lessons he had from his mentor, who was Simba's own uncle.
"If you are ever in doubt, Kimba, then trust your instincts. They are as sharp as your father's, and they will never let you down."
Now, Kimba was pretty sure that Taka was not thinking of this kind of situation when he gave him that advice. However, Kimba decided that it was a good idea to follow it. So, trusting his instincts, and trying his best to imitate what the golden lion done for him, Kimba leaned over the male parts upside down before his face and started to kiss and lick them.
He started with the balls, and he even popped one of those gonads on his mouth (being darn careful with his teeth) and suckled on it gently while slathering it with his tongue. His caused Simba to moan around Kimba's own dick and suck it harder. The white lion took it as a sign he was doing a good job.
Kimba moved his muzzle down, letting the furry sack slip free from his mouth, and then started to give a few licks to Simba's dick. He ran his tongue on it from tip to base (since he was facing it upside down, due to the position he was with Simba), and each lick granted him a purr from the golden lion, what caused pleasurable vibrations onto Kimba's own cock.
Kimba was still unsure of what he was doing. However, he knew that what Simba was doing to him felt amazingly good. And He wanted to make Simba feel good as well. And his instincts were telling him to try his best to give Simba the same pleasure he was receiving from him.
With that in mind, Kimba once more licked Simba's dick. This time, his licking was focusing around the head. He swirled his tongue all around the gland, lapping on all of the pre that leaked out of it. Kimba was not a fan of the taste, just like he was definitely not a fan of the bug taste on Simba's mouth, but he was easily able to overlook the flavor in face of the bigger picture for him and his beloved. With his tongue as a guide, Kimba was able to put the tip of Simba's cock on his mouth (once more minding the teeth) and started to suck it gently.
This granted more purring coming from Simba, who, in turn, sucked on Kimba's member harder. This, of course, prompted Kimba to suck a little harder, and to start slowly bobbing his head.
He was not as good on this as Simba seemed to be naturally. He was not able to take the whole thing, for if he went too deep in it he would feel that discomfort you usually feel on the back of your throat when something goes too far. However, this did not stopped Kimba from trying to do the best he could. He sucked gently on the member on his mouth and bobbed his head the best he could, while Simba did the same for him.
Minutes passed, and they both purred and moaned as they went down on each other's cocks. Simba was moving his head up and down to take all of Kimba's member on his mouth, while the white lion on top of him was moving his hips, fucking the face of the lion underneath him, who was doing is best to suck on the cock that was going in and out of his mouth, relaxing his throat to allow the cock to go as far as it could go down his throat, all the while he moaned around it.
Meanwhile, Kimba too had grew more enthusiastic and confident on sucking Simba's cock. He was not going as deep as the lion who was sucking him, but he was definitely bobbing his head at a similar pace, sucking on the cock on his mouth. He also swallowed constantly, to send the mix of saliva and pre building up on his mouth so it would not leak down his lips and make a mess. As he did, all kinds of feelings passed through him, as the memories of every moment he passed through on his life led him to this very moment. Surprisingly, there was a significant amount of memories of Simba, although he was among the people he had known for the least amount of time.
Now it felt like Simba was a person he'd known his entire life.
A person he cared for and treasured. A person he wanted to protect and to make happy. A person he wanted to bring pleasure to.
Panting, Kimba relased Simba's cock from his mouth, letting it flop around. The member was throbbing and leaking pre. Kimba gave it a slow lick, from the head to the balls, and then he kept moving upwards.
He moved past Simba's scrotum. He even went as far as to grab Simba's legs and pull them in a way that the golden lion was revealing even more than he already was. For a long moment, Kimba just looked at it. That ring of pinkish flesh clenched and relaxed as it nested on the middle of all of the fur of the lion to whom it belonged.
Kimba was panting, and looking at it, nearly as if he didn't knew what to do with it. However, Kimba actually did. He just needed a few moments to convince himself to actually go ahead and do it.
And do it he did. He stuck his tongue out and, slowly, almost hesitantly, he gave a slow lick to the taihole presented to him.
He could feel the tailhole clench hard in answer to his touch, as he passed his tongue right over it. He stopped for a few moments, snapping his tongue as if to feel the taste currently on his mouth. Then, he started licking again, and this time he really went for it.
Simba, on his end, was surprised. This felt... weird. But, as Kimba continued, it started to feel quite nice. Really nice. Just like Pumbaa had described it. So, Simba simply moaned as he was licked by the white lion, while continuing to suck his cock.
Kimba, on his end, continued to do what he was doing, and he passed his tongue all over that pucker, licking over and around him, and tracing the tip of his tongue all around the rim of the tailhole, and then poking on the center. After some poking, he used his hands to grab and spread Simba's cheeks, causing his own pucker to spread open. Open enough for Kimba to actually force his tongue inside, and start swirling it on the inside of the pucker, which clenched around his tongue while he wormed it all inside Simba's rear.
I can't believe that I'm actually doing it... and that I'm loving it! Kimba thought to himself. He had always been a bit of squeamish about certain things. He certainly never liked the idea of willingly putting his mouth on someone else's ass. The very idea made his stomach churn even more than Simba's bug meals. However, there he was, willingly putting his tongue inside Simba's pucker.
He simply decided that, after going through a death battle with a literal monster of a lion to save his land and the lion he loved, eating out someone else's butt was nothing.
I mean, if Timon did it with Pumbaa, as Kimba clearly saw when he and Simba surprised the two on their "intimate moment" back on the Oasis, then there was no reason why Kimba couldn't do it with Simba.
Kimba was, however, still thanking all the stars and the kings among them that he didn't felt any revolting flavors while doing it, and that his tongue didn't touched anything vile and unspeakable...
It did, however, touched something inside of Simba's tailhole. A bump that, once Kimba brushed with his tongue, made Simba tremble and moan loudly around his cock.
That... was that spot, right? The one Timon described as the "butt love button". What was the actual name? Prostate! And touching it would cause a lot of pleasure to a male.
Kimba wanted Simba to feel pleasure. So, he started to pass his tongue purposely over that one spot, making sure to rub and massage it with his tongue as much as he could, what reduced Simba to a trembling and moaning mess.
What a scene this was. A pair of lions, one golden with a red mane and one white as snow. Both of them bent over each other as the golden lion sucked the white lion's cock, and the said white lion was currently with his tongue as deep as it could go into the golden lion's tailhole. And they both were moaning like wounded animals as they continued their sinfully sacred act on the privacy of that bedroom, illuminated by the soft glow of the sunset and of the torches burning on the walls of the bedroom.
As they continued, their actions became more passionate. More desperate. The sucking of Kimba's cock and the tonguing of Simba's tailhole become more and more urgent. And soon...
Kimba gasped as he pulled out from Simba's tailhole, his saliva flying around a bit as he looked at it. He looked at how the pucker winked at him, glistening with spit. He looked down, and saw Simba's cock throbbing like mad. He was not an expert, but he had the strong feeling that this meant Simba would not last much longer. Neither would Kimba, with the way Simba was sucking him off.
That was why Kimba pulled his cock off his mouth. Simba, who was already whimpering from having the tongue out of his tailhole, now whimpered even louder as he had the tasty cock taken away from him. He looked at Kimba, who was shifting positions, wondering why they had stopped. And then Kimba said to him:
"Let's change positions."
Soon, Kimba's intentions became clear. As inexperienced as they both could be in actual sex, even a complete idiot could know what it meant to be on all fours with your tail raised, with someone right behind you...
Kimba touched Simba's buttocks, molding and massaging that cute, adorable butt on his hands, feeling how meaty they were while Simba blushed as he was touched by the strong, rough hands of the one lion whom he now knew was his destined mate. The one to whom he would devote his life to, just as Timon and Pumbaa told him when they told the story of how they met.
He spread those buttocks, once more catching sight of the little pucker, still glistening with his saliva. Kimba had his doubts that spit was all that good of a lube, but it was all they had now, and it was better than going in dry.
With this, Kimba placed his cock in between those cheeks, sandwiching it between Simba's cheeks and rubbing it in place a little bit, what caused Simba to shiver with pure anticipation. Kimba soon decided to go into it, as he rested the tip of his head, glistening with a mix of pre and saliva from Simba sucking him off, on the pucker that he coated with his own spit.
Simba looked over his shoulder, and saw Kimba looking at him, expectantly. The golden lion could only swallow the lump on is throat, which felt a bit too dry out of sudden. Too dry to form words. So, he limited himself to give Kimba a single nod.
Wth this single nod, Kiba knew that he could proceed, and he started to press in. He found resistance, of course, but he eventually managed to get through this resistance, as he was able to force the head inside. During this, Simba grunted and even hissed as he felt himself spread by the head of Kimba's member. This was different from having a tongue in there.
They made a pause, and Kimba looked at Simba, who was panting, as if he was trying to power through pain. The red-maned lion looked over his shoulder at Kimba and, still panting, gave him another nod, signaling him to continue. Kimba did, and he started to force a bit more of his cock inside, what caused Simba to shiver and to pant harder.
Not wanting to go too fast, Kimba stopped when only around one inch of his cock was inside Simba. He then waited until Simba's breathing had normalized before he started moving again. Kimba knew enough about sex on an instinctual level to know what he was supposed to do. He pulled his member out slowly, until only the head was inside, and then he slid his cock back in, the whole inch going in rather easily.
Simba shivered each time that the cock was force back into his tailhole. His passage clenched around the invading object, instinctively trying to halt it from going in. There was pain there, and also some discomfort. However, between Simba's legs, his cock was throbbing hard with each beat of the golden lion's heart.
As time passed, and the in-out movement continued, the pain subsided. And, as it did, Simba could feel better the other feeling that was coming from having Kimba's cock up his tailhole. A sweet, pleasurable feeling. One that made him purr like a kitten as the other lion continued to do what he was doing.
At a painfully slow pace.
"Kimba..." Simba said, purring like a newborn as the white lion continued.
"Huh?"
"Faster... please." Simba said, and Kimba, of course, was more than happy to oblige. He was getting tired of going so slow anyways.
Kimba sped up, moving his cock slightly faster than it had been just a moment ago. Also, he used this chance to start sending his cock even deeper into Simba's tailhole. Soon, one inch turned into two. Then, as minutes passed, and Simba asked again for Kimba to go faster, it turned into three.
It was a process, but it progressed as they went on, and both lions could feel the familiar need growing into both of them. Kimba had built a steady pace now, and he was sending over half of his cock in and out of Simba's tailhole rather fast, grunting from the feeling of pleasure on his cock, while the lion he fucked moaned rather loudly.
"D-deeper!" Simba moaned, as he panted and Kimba continued fucking him. "Kimba, deeper! I want it deeper! I need it deeper! Please!"
Kimba was only happy to oblige. However, he found this position they were in to not be the best. He wanted to change it, as they had been in this position for several minutes already. So, he shifted his body, his hands laying on Simba as he told him to "roll over".
Simba did as he was told, spinning his body slightly, Kimba's cock still on his tailhole. Soon, he was laying on his side, and Kimba was now holding onto his leg. Actually, the white lion was hugging Simba's leg close to his chest, and the reason soon became vident to Simba, as Kimba used it as a leverage so he could send his cock even deeper on Simba's tailhole.
Once more, the room filled with the sounds of sex, as Kimba growled and Simba moaned. The new position allowed Kimba to send his entire cock in and out of the other lion's tailhole. Each movement of his cock brushed against Simba's prostate, both coming out and going in, and this caused Simba's own cock to throb and leak pre as the white lion fucked him.
Simba moaned as he laid on the bed, his body shivering from pleasure as his ass was railed by the white lion. He was laying on his side on the bed, resting his head over his folded arm as he breathed in through the moans. Never before Simba experienced such feeling of pleasure coming from his intimate parts. Not even when has masturbated or fingered himself.
Timon and Pumbaa were absolutely right. Being with someone else was much better than "doing justice with your own hands". It just felt so much better to share it with someone whom he loved. Someone who meant the world to him. It just made everything so much more special.
It was so special that Simba didn't even felt the need to touch his cock. He was getting enough pleasure from being fuck by the hunk of a white lion.
Kimba was also enjoying himself, and he put his all into breeding Simba, growling and hissing from pleasure as he gave his all to the golden lion. Just like he gave his all, body and soul, to defeat Mufasa and rescue him, now he gave his all to breed Simba and claim him. Make him his own.
Kimba looked at the golden lion, seeing him panting and moaning as he was fuck. From that angle, he could see Simba's face as he laid his head on the side. He could see the pleasure on the golden lion's face. His adorable face. A face that, despite having the same features as Mufasa, was gentler and kinder than Mufasa's face would ever be. A face that he came to know and to love during the course of his adventure.
Kimba loved that face so much.
He wanted to see if from close.
That was why he changed their position once more.
This time, there was no need to exchange words in between the two of them. Kimba just moved Simba's leg and the golden lion followed the movement obediently. Now, Simba was laying on his back, and Kimba looked down on him as he leaned over.
Kimba was not on his hands and knees, with his hands on each side oh Simba's head, while the red-maned lion looked up at him with those submissive eyes. Eyes that said "I'm all yours, use me as you like" at the same time that they said "please, be gentle with me". This strange combination of devotion and helplessness only served to kindle Kimba's desire even more. He gritted his teeth and he then he started moving his hips again, now with more eagerness than ever before.
A long, loud moan escaped Simba's mouth as Kimba started breeding him. All the while, Kimba looked down at him, seeing how his expression melted into pure bliss, and recognized that he was the cause of this. That he was the one making such pleasure come to the lion he loved.
Simba moaned. He cried out Kimba's name. He begged for him. Begged for all of him and more. Begged for Kimba to claim him and make him his'. Kimba heard his pleas, and he would act upon them. He had already made up his mind about making Simba belong to him anyways. From the moment their lips touched back when he rescued the red-maned lion from those lionesses.
Kimba intensified his efforts to breed Simba even more. As if he was not already giving it his all. He pinned Simba down into the bed, grabbing his wrists and holding him into the bed as he railed him. Simba moaned helplessly, calling for the name of his beloved and begging for even more. Even when it was impossible to fuck Simba harder, Kimba continued to make an effort to fuck him harder still. His cock moving all the way in and out of Simba's tailhole in a blur, their hips colliding while Simba's cock throbbed and leaked pre like a faucet.
Their sex was animalistic and raw. It was needy and intense. However, amidst the desperate need, there was something more. There was something other than just basic animal desire. One thing that made this be more than a needy fuck that would end up with both of them parting ways and not looking at each other again. Something that made this act sacred and beautiful.
Love.
Love of two people who met under strange circumstances and formed a bond in despite everything that happened to them. Love that made Simba want to take Kimba's side and support his quest to take back the throne, even if it meant he would have to come back and face his father, whom he feared more than any other animal in the world. Love that made Kimba charge into danger to save Simba from his evil father, all so he could be sure the golden lion he cared so much about would be safe.
This love was what made this be more than just raw sex. It made it something beautiful. As Kimba's hands moved, from Simba's wrists up his hands, and their fingers intertwined as their palms touched, right before Kimba moved to kiss him.
Simba accepted this kiss, moaning on his lover's mouth as he continued to breed him. They wouldn't last much longer, they both knew that. Simba's legs moved, wrapping themselves around Kimba's waist and moving on their own, as the golden lion did his best to mimic the movements of his white counterpart, showing clearly as much need and desperation for the promised release as Kimba.
They were doing it so hard that the whole bed moved under them, creaking as they moved up and down on it, and even slamming into the wall as their desperate movements caused by their intense and savage lovemaking, all the while they continued to swamp spit and moan on each other's muzzles as they continued their actions.
Suddenly, the kiss was broken. Their moans now turned into growling. Soon, they both could not hold back anymore. Simba came first, his orgasm hit with the force of a stampede, causing his cock to throb and pulse as he released his load, staining Kimba's fur and his own into his white cum. This orgasm caused his anal walls to clamp hard into Kimba's cock, what triggered the white lion's orgasm, making him paint Simba's insides with a thick, potent lion cum as white as his own fur.
As each reached his orgasm, they let out a roar. Their roars were loud and dissonant, but they matched perfectly. Those were the roars of a pair of lions mating. Roars of two lions reaching the sweet bliss of orgasm together and announcing to the world that they were together, and that they belonged to each other and no one else.
Their roars left their own ears ringing, but neither of them minded. As their orgasm subsided, leaving the afterglow behind, neither of them found much energy to care.
They just relaxed. Simba laying down on the bed, while Kimba stood over him, is limbs shaking as he looked down at Simba. They were panting for breath, as they had experimented the most intense, most amazing orgasm they had so far. An orgasm that they shared with each other, and now all that remained was a feeling of sweetness and tenderness that, much like Kimba's seed flowing into Simba's tailhole, flowed from one to the other as they relaxed and looked deeply into each other's beautiful eyes.
They even forgotten the fact that they both roared pretty loudly. In fact, their roars resounded all over the castle, startling many of the people inside of it. The lions (the adults, at least) would recognize what type of roar it was. The other animals, however, would rush to the place the roars came from to see what it was about. Then they would charge into the room to find the two lions on that position, what would make their faces burn with awkwardness.
But, there were a few minutes until that happened. For now, the two lions only cared about each other. On that moment, on that room, after their intense and passionate mating, there were only them on their little world.
"I love you..." Simba whispered to Kimba as he looked to his blue eyes.
"I love you too, Simba..." Kimba said back to the golden lion, leaning over to rest their foreheads against each other, before they once more kissed...
Three years later
Kimba was at a balcony, looking from one of the towers of his palace down to the kingdom he ruled.
The Pridelands looked nothing like they did during Mufasa's reign. Under the rule of Kimba, they've changed, and changed for the better.
It had been a challenge but, with the help of all of his valorous allies and supporters, Kimba was able to make his father's kingdom great again. He managed to live up to everyone's expectations of him, and became a king as great as his father was before him. A king who cared for the people and ruled with fairness and pride.
Kimba couldn't help but smile to himself, wearing the fine regal clothing and his father's old crown over his head, as he looked down at the kingdom, and he saw how much it grew from back when he arrived. It certainly didn't had anything of the destroyed, desolated land that Mufasa turned it into. No, his kingdom was a thriving, radiant kingdom that would keep growing and become a better place for everyone who lived in it, both those who were born on his kingdom and those who came to it in look for refuge and sanctuary.
Just as it was on his father's time.
"Daddy!" Said a voice from behind him, and Kimba turned around to see who it was. He saw a small six-years-old lion with brown fur and green clothes come to him. "Daddy, daddy! Its time! Its time!"
The young lion came to Kimba and grabbed the bottom of his robes, pulling on them playfully. "We have to go, we can't be late!" The little lion said, and Kimba looked at him, before nodding.
"Indeed, it is not good to arrive late on a compromise." Kimba said to the small lion. "Not even for a king. It shows a lack of respect for your hosts."
"And we all know how you are with showing your respect for everyone." Another voice said, and Kimba looked over to see a familiar face coming to him. Simba was as beautiful as always, with his red mane neatly groomed and the tiara on top of his head, decorated with rubies and emeralds, matching the fine robes of pastel shades he wore.
"This is the noble King Kimba for you." Simba said to him. And Kimba smiled at him. "So, I guess we all must go now, so we won't be late for the elephant trumpeting presentation, my love. You are looking forward to this too, aren't you, Kovu?" Simba said as he picked up the six years old, carrying him on his arms.
"Yes, Papa! I am!" The little cub, Kovu, said to the red-maned lion. Kimba looked at the two.
He no longer frowned when he heard the name "Kovu". However, he still didn't really liked it.
This cub had come into their lives shortly after their marriage. On the following day, actually. It was right when Kimba was having a talk with Simba's fathers, who were congratulating the two for their marriage.
"Just so you know, you may be the king and everything, but if you hurt our boy, you can be sure that there will be hell to pay!" Timon said to him, slamming a closed fists on his other hand as he looked at Kimba with a smile that could very well be predatory. "No pressure."
Just after that, a soldier came to Kimba, informing him of something they discovered when looking at the records of the palace. Something surprising, and that they knew their king would like to know about.
Everyone knew that Taka had a romance with Zira, and that Mufasa, on his evil, killed Taka's pregnant wife. However, what no one knew was that the cub she was carrying survived, and that Mufasa had kept the boy alive under the care of his servants.
Upon hearing this, Kimba immediately ordered the boy to be brought to him. The boy was like a photocopy of his late mentor! He was well fed and healthy, and didn't showed any signs of having been abused or mistreated. Apparently, Mufasa was stringing him along, as he planned to make Kovu his heir one day, if Simba was unable to provide him with a grandson.
Simba fell in love with the boy upon meeting him, and so did the boy quickly connected with his cousin. When Simba brought up the subject of them adopting the young boy and raising him as their own son, Kimba agreed fully.
The only problem was the boy's name.
Mufasa named the boy Kovu. Some said the name was a nice ring to it, but Kimba didn't liked that name at all. All because Kovu meant "scar". An allusion to the cruel nickname Mufasa gave his brother Taka. A mockery towards his sibling and the young cub's father.
So, Kimba tried to give the boy a new name. He tried naming him Ayo, which meant "joy". He tried naming him Kito, meaning "precious child". Yahya, which alluded to how he was a gift from the heavens. He even tried to name him "Taka II", in tribute to his father. However, all of those attempts were in vain, as the boy had grown too used to the name "Kovu", and would not accept any other name. This left Kimba frustrated, but he learned to accept it with the years.
"You really love the trumpeting, don't you, little prince?" Simba asked, to what the cub quickly comfirmed.
"Yes! They are very good at it! Especially the one with the big floppy ear!"
"That one is Mshindi." KImba said, "He really dislikes when people call attention to his ear, like you did last time you saw him. And you didn't apologized to him." Kimba's expression was stern as he said that, "As soon as the presentation ends, I'll be taking you to talk to him, and you will apologize to him properly. Do you understand me?"
Kovu looked down. "Yes, daddy." He said, and then Simba was quickly saying to him that it was okay, as they would later have some nice snack after the show. This made Kovu smile again.
Kimba and his mate were different people, what clearly showed with how they raised Kovu. Due to his upbringing, Kimba had a strict parenting style, as he wanted to be sure that Kovu would grow up knowing how to behave properly and be a decent person, just like Taka was. Simba, on his end, due to a liberal upbringing by a pair of loving fathers, had a much more loving way of raising children, as he wanted to be sure that Kovu would know the same love and stability that he had by growing up on the Oasis.
Needless to say, their styles of parenting sometimes made them butt heads when it came to how to raise Kovu. However, those moments were rare, and they happened less and less as Kovu grew up. As it turns out, Kimba's strict guidance and Simba's loving care made for the perfect balance to raise a child. Kovu was growing up happy and rightful with each passing year, and everyone said that, one day, he would be a king just as great as Kimba, what was exactly what Kimba expected.
For Kovu to become a king like him, if not even better.
As he watched his mate carry and talk to their little son, Kimba couldn't help but think on every step of his life that led him to this moment.
After everything that happened, everything he went through, after every pain and tribulation, every grief, tear and wound, this was what he came to.
And Kimba felt grateful. Grateful that his suffering was able to guide him to this very moment. Grateful that his life was the way it was, as painful as it may have been. Grateful to every person, alive and departed, that helped guide him to this moment of his life. Grateful that now he had a loving mate and a son to raise.
Kimba felt blessed.
"Okay, I think we've stalled way too much." Kimba said, putting an arm around his mate's shoulder, and looking both at him and at his son. "We better hurry if we want to make it in time for the opening trumpeting. Some say it is one of the best parts of the show. Why do you think everyone always arrives earlier?"
And with this, the family of three went their way, leaving the balcony, which opened to show their radiant kingdom and the open sky with a sunny day and white clouds. Some of them looked very much like lions, looking down on the family and smiling proudly.
