Poem: A Father's Rage
Lately I've been angry-- life has been rough and tough here and there... Shit happens...
But... But I'm afraid of turning into my father... He was always angry... He's mostly better now, but my childhood... I don't want to grow into him...
A wolf looking to his pup,
Darkness fleeting him,
Anger consuming him,
Rage directed to his pup
A pup looking to his father,
Strength fleeting him,
Fear consuming him,
Tears directed to his father
Emotions frozen,
Afraid of the tears,
Afraid of others,
The pup looks at the world.
Emotions growing,
Embracing the tears,
Embracing others,
The pup looks at the world.
Emotions vivid,
Embracing the anger,
Shouting at all he can,
The pup turns into a folf
Becoming livid,
Afraid of the anger,
Shrouding from all he can,
The folf looks to his father, and then himself
