The best Birthday Present - Chapter 1 - The Life savior

A little Prologue first.

Humans have vanished from the earth by death sickness and only the Pokémon were left.

Now a few hundred years after today, the Pokémon had become the new dominating species on earth and they had placed many things from the humans into their lives like building little villages, A Law and medical system and some private activities like playing music or something. But they had done it better than the humans because the Pokémon had hold the fine line between nature and them.

Now let us do a look of what is going on in a little place called new Alabastia in a region called Kanto.

It was a warm midday in summer. Tashima, a 12 years old female Eve, was walking through a wood, having a daydream. Normally she stayed most times home or in her little town but today was a special day. Her Birthday.

Today she had wanted to do something new to her. She had heard of a nice playground in the next Village from her friends and she really wanted to see it. That was why she started her journey towards the city and normally it would had been a short walk but on her way she had fallen to her old problem.

She often dreamed at day and most times it paid her badly and today was no exception but this day would be the last time she would fall for her problem.

She was so deep in her dream that she didn´t recognized that she had missed a turn on the way and once she recognized it, she was somewhere in the wild.

Fear overcame her and she wanted to go back but thanks to her dream she wasn´t able to remember her walkway and she also wasn´t able to follow her tracks because the ground was solid stone.

OH Great!!! She thought. I have done it again. Why do I cannot......? Her thoughts were interrupted because a bush next to her began to rustle.

„H...... Hello....?" She said in fear. „Is there..... Somebody? "

The bush rustled again and then an Ursaring moved out of it with a clearly mad mode on his face. Her Heart sank and she began to shake until the Ursaring growled loud. That was the moment when she ran like hell away but to the wrong direction, deeper into the forest.

After a few minutes of running she stopped to get some air and once she had some she looked around only to become feared again. The forest was dark and full of strange noises.

She had heard some stories of this forest. Good once and bad once. Well more bad once then good because it was something like a prison and right now there were 4 Pokémon held in it. A family of 4 Brothers who had banned from her Village because they had done a murdering and now they were known as rapist who would rape each girl that would fall into their hands.

She wanted to quickly go out of the forest but each time a bush rustled she stopped and looked in fear into the direction of it. Luckily nothing happened but then luck left her.

Shortly afterwards she felt some air running through her face and she felt that the Pokémon had started to run. Since while she had jumped she had her Eyes closed but now she slowly opened them and saw that the Pokémon, which she was laying on, was a Vaporeon. Then suddenly she saw a fireball impact on their right side and the Vaporeon changed its running direction and speed.

Attack after attack was thrown their way but it always missed. Then they ran into a dead end. They reached a cliff with a high waterfall on their right side and when the Vaporeon turned to run a different way, they both had to discover that they had already been surrounded by the Flareon and the Glaceon.

„WHAT HAS GOTTEN INTO YOU? " The Flareon shouted towards the Vaporeon. „WHY DID YOU HAVE LET HER BITE OUR BROTHERS DICK AND RAN AWAY WITH HER? "

A few seconds passed before the Vaporeon shouted back.

She then hit the ground of the lake and was nearly out when she suddenly saw a shade coming her way.

She thought on but then she felt something. Someone or something was pressing on her mouth and a few seconds later she felt something going into it. Then from out of nowhere she was able to breathe again and she slowly opened her Eyes.

Her Eyes then saw the reason why she was able to breath. The Vaporeon was pressing his mouth on hers and his tongue was in her mouth to breathe some air into it. He was breathing for them both while he swam upwards with her in his paws but also, there was something wrong with him. His face was pain driven and he was swimming quiet to fast upwards.

The pressure on her Body became far too hard and when they both reached the surface she blacked out because of the sudden pressure release.

Two hours later

She woke up and wondered because she was lying in a soft Bed, surrounded by some machines.

„Darling, she´s awake. " She heard from the side and when she moved her Head, she saw a familiar face.

„Mom....? She asked.

„Yes Hunny it´s me. And your father is also here. " Her mother answered and her father came also into view.

„What have you done out there? What has happened to you? "

„That is something I want to know as well. " Another deep Voice came from the other side and when Tashima looked that way she saw an Arcanine and a Growlithe. Both wearing a police uniform.

„Doctor. What about.... " The Arcanine started but was cut harsh.

„I told you all I have to. Now leave."

„Alright. Alright. Just wanted to hear if something new had happened. "

„OK little Lady. Behind that door is your savior laying in a bed but you have to be aware of his state. So please promise me now that you will not scream when you see him or do anything stupid. " The doctor said with a strong Voice.

„I...... I promise it. Sir. " She answered with a little fear.

When the doctor closed the first door, the second one became unlocked but once the doctor opened it, Tashima became the shock of her young life. Right in front of her was the Vaporeon laying in a bed but he was not even looking like one. He looked more like a mummy and many machines were standing around his bed plus some tubes were connected to them and him. Also a beeping sound was heard from somewhere and Tashima managed to recognize it as a heartbeat but that was all.

„OH my God!!! What happened to him doc?" She asked near some tears.

„I don´t know. The only thing that I can tell is that he had several light wounds over his entire Body but..... " The doctor turned around, grabbed something from a table and turned back. " .... He had this thing going through his entire left side and because of that he had lost many blood while he took you to the village."

The thing that the doctor was holding was an ice spear and Tashima remembered from who it might had come from.

10 minutes later, the doc came out and immediately Tashima asked him.

„Is he alright, doctor? "

The Doctor did a deep breath before said.

„Yes he is but it was really close. Inspector!!! "

„What is it?" The Arcanine asked.

„Before his heart stopped, he was able to tell me something. Here. Take this. "

They began to look outside but when they saw the reason of the noises, Tashima began to shake but this time in hate.

The group of Officers came back together with the three caught brothers, who were bound on a barrows upright. Right behind them was another group of cops who were protecting a little group of three female eons. A Flareon, an Espeon and a Leafeon.

Each girl had lines of tears on their faces and as soon as each one saw them, it became clear to them of what had happened. Even to Tashima it became clear and her stomach began to rebel.

„KILL THAT BASTARDS!!! "

„STONED THEM!!! "

„CUT THEM INTO PEACE ALIVE!!! "

These and other sets were shouted from the mop that began to gather around the way and the cops began to gather around the barrows to protect the three.

„What has happened to them?" The doctor asked.

„We had found the descripted place very quickly and the three had been there but....."

She began to somehow get lost in that moment but then she came back because she heard the nurses coming back.

„That was close again. " The first nurse said.

Tashima heard that the door was slowly opening and she did as she was sleeping. Yet her heart was running like a racer and she feared that the nurse would recognized it but then she heard the door closing and she relaxed a bit. Still, she felt her heart running wild and in her stomach a sick feeling was starting to grow.

She disgusted with herself for a few minutes. Then she took all of her strength together and put her thoughts into action.

She slowly moved out of her Bed and tried to move. First she landed a few times on her back and had to suppress some pain cries but then she managed to walk. Even if her steps were more shacked together then walked normally.

She made it to the door and slowly opened it. Luckily there was no one on the floor and no camera was on it also. Yet only the nurse room was laying on the way between her room and his.

Carefully, she moved down the floor, watching her breath and noises and each time when she heard a foreign noise she stopped and hoped that it was nothing or no one. Then she reached the nurse room.

Step after step she moved past it and she had nearly past it when suddenly the door of the nurse room went open.

Her heart stopped and she looked on the door in pure fear. What if a nurse would come out now? What would she do if that nurse would see her? Going back was no option for her but the nurse were adults and she had been trained to follow their instructions. Luckily she then heard a Voice from inside.

„Damn!!! This fucking door went open again. I already told our caretaker that we need a new lock for it. Each time when it opens the wind begins to blow through this room. "

The door was closed and no one had seen Tashima standing on the other side.

She did a big breath of relieve and then she set on her moving. 5 minutes later she finally reached his room but then she was standing before the next problem. The door was bigger than hers and it was opening towards her side.

She tried to figure out of how she would open that door when her Eyes found a button next to the door. She moved a few steps back to read what was standing above it and then she did another deep breath because on the door was standing.

„Automatic door opener. "

Yet she still had to press it but the Button was way too high for her, even if she would stay on her hind legs she would be too little.

„Crap!!! It´s no use. I have to jump.... But what if I miss? The nurses will surely hear the impact... GGGAAHHH!!!! He needs me! Eye´s closed and through it!!!" She said lowly to herself and made a few more steps backwards.

Then she set on running and when she was near enough she jumped. And it turned out as she had thought. She had jumped too early. The high she reached but the speed had been too low.

Her paw missed the button and she then tried all to gain some meters forward by doing some strange movements without any result. Then luck played for her again. She hit the button with her tail when she dropped down and the door opened.

Luckily, she landed on her paws but she landed so hard that she had to shake a few times. In that time the door opened completely and then it began to close again. When the door was half closed again she had finished shaking and then she nearly jumped through the gap.

The door then closed, only a 1 cm away from her tail tip and when it had closed, somehow the second door opened itself like as if a ghost had opened it.

She walked into the room and then she saw that the room had become fuller with machines. Slowly she moved between them and then she jumped onto a chair that was standing on his bed. Once on it she looked over his whole Body and somehow the look brought some pain into her Body.

She had fallen in Love with him but till now she didn´t even knew it. She only knew that she had to help him and that she was about to do.

Carefully she moved onto the bed and to his head. There she whispered into his Ear.

„I don´t know if you can hear me but I want to tell you this. You saved me and in return I will not let it happen that you die so please.... Fight him!!! "

She then moved down to his right paw and layed herself next to it. Then she placed her right paw on it and said lowly.

„Here we go. Helping Hand attack. "

Her Paw began to glow slightly and a few seconds later his Body became an Aura. She kept on holding this attack as stable as she could and first she succeeded but then her tiredness broke through.

Her Eyes became heavy and she drifted into sleep. Yet she still kept on holding the attack even as she was sleeping a dreamless sleep.

The next morning

Her parents arrived early at the hospital because they were still worrying about her.

„I hope that nothing had happened the night. " Her mother said.

„Don´t worry Hunny. " He said back." She is fine. Otherwise they would have called us. "

„Yeah I know but still.... I´m feeling so restless when she is not around. You know how she is. "

„True. "

The two entered the hospital and a few minutes later they were standing on her door.

* Knock, Knock *

Her mother knocked on the door and they both waited for an answer but nothing came.

„Do you think that she is still sleeping?" She asked her mate.

"Maybe. Let´s check it out. "

Carefully, he opened the door and moved into the room closely followed by her mother. First they didn´t saw anything because the room was still laying in darkness but then the light from outside filled it and the two became a little shocked because the bed was empty.

"I knew it!" Her mother said. „Something has happened to her. "

„Calm down. " Her father said and layed a paw on her back to calm her. „Let us ask the nurse first before we imagine something. "

They both then moved to the nurse room and there he asked one of the nurses.

„Excuse me? "

„Yes? " The nurse answered.

„Can you maybe tell us were our daughter is?"

„In her room. "

„No she isn´t there. "

„NOT???? " The nurses Voice became surprised. „But she hasn´t moved elsewhere. She must be there. "

"Go and look for yourself. She isn´t there. "

The nurse then ran out of the room and towards Tashima´s room. There she checked every corner and then she came out again.

„I´m sorry sir. We will go and search for her. "

„Search for who?" The doctor had arrived for his morning round.

„Oh doctor.... The little girl from this room is missing and we wanted to go to search her. " The nurse said hasty.

„Don´t worry. I bet I know of where she is. " He said and went past them. " Just follow me. "

Together they went to the Vaporeons room and went inside. There they found her, still holding his right paw with hers.

„What does that mean?" Her mother said and tried to get her but the doctor stopped her by moving into her way, saying.

"Looks like that she is using her Helping Hand attack to stabilize him and when I´m right we should not stop the attack by breaking their hold. We should better wake her and let her break it. "

Her mother nodded a yes and then she moved close to Tashima and whispered into her Ear.

„Breakfast is ready and your brothers are already eating it. "

„WHAT???? NO!!!! WHY HAVE YOU...... OHHHH MOTHER!!!! Why are you always doing this? "

Tashima had woken up and had stood tall within some seconds and had been ready to run but then she realized of where she was and then she blushed in shame while the others were laughing slightly.

While she moved herself up she had stopped the attack and for a second, the Vaporeons heart stopped but then it began to beat in a stable speed.

„Doctor.... How is he doing?" Tashima asked after she had become clear in her Head.

„Well... Let me check him first. " The doctor said and began his checks on him. Then after a few minutes he said. „Thanks to you, he will surly survive now. "

A Stone dropped down from her heart and she sat down next to the Vaporeon saying.

„Thanks doctor. "

* GROWL *

Her stomach came to Life.

„Looks like someone is hungry. " The doctor said, letting her blush again. „You better go back to your room and have some real breakfast there. I´ll take care of him from here. "

Tashima nodded a quick yes and wanted to stand up but she was suddenly surrounded by an aura and then she started to fly upwards. It was her father who used his psychic power to carry her towards his back and there he dropped her carefully. Then her parents and the nurse set on to leave the room but before they were out, Tashima turned her Head and asked.

„Doctor. Can you tell me his name? "

And the doctor answered.

„Surely. It´s Kadin."

„Kadin.... A nice name. "
