Hopeful Jose
After so long, a new addition to the story! Big news drops for the Jameson family
It had been a year since the Jameson family had gathered in the kitchen to discuss the relationship between Catherine and her adopted brother Jose, and the two got to enjoy each other a little less privately, and spent their respective birthday's together at a hotel - paid for by their own money. Of course, they kept things toned down and PG-13 while at home, to abide by the conditions set by Luke, their father. Though Mary never approved of the relationship between her children, she did eventually come to accept it; they had made it clear, over the year, that no amount of her disapproval would split them apart, and would just split the family instead.
Now, with the end of the school year drawing near, the family was gathered in the kitchen once more as graduation approached. The future was wide and open, with both Jose and Catherine having, up to that point, achieved excellent grades.
“Have you two applied for colleges yet?" Luke asked, steepling his fingers in front of him. The closer graduation had gotten, the more often he asked, even if the two rattled off a list of colleges and universities that they've either applied to or are considering to enroll in after graduation. “I just want to make sure you have things planned out." was always his excuse for asking over again and again.
“Of course we have, dad." Jose replied, his patience for the question running out, “I even have a response from Penn Academy." and held up the reply letter with embellished calligraphy. Penn Academy was a rather prestigious out-of-state academy focused on all things related to the written word; poems, literature, calligraphy, and such. It wasn't really something Jose was interested in, but Catherine had recently become very interested in writing, and wanted to learn from the best. She never let Jose read anything she wrote, but either way; where Cat was going, Jose wanted to go.
Catherine held up a similar letter, which had arrived the same day as Jose's. She was anxious to find out and itched to rip it open and see whether she was accepted or not. The only reason why she hadn't was because she and Jose had agreed to open them together, there in the kitchen. She knew JJ would rather go somewhere to play baseball, and Penn didn't even have a team, but she loved him all the more that he was willing to put that aside just to stay with her.
Mary smiled and nodded, knowing her daughter's excitement, but grew somber as she said “Penn is pretty far. If you get the answer you're hoping for," and nodded at the letters her children held, “You'll have to move out. There's…simply no way you could attend while living here."
Catherine glanced at Luke, who in turn glanced at Jose, “We're willing to help some, but… We can't cover everything."
Jose looked down at the table, the letter in his hands, “It…it'll be fine. I can just… take a few classes, work the rest of the time." he said, “Afterall, I don't even know what I want to go into yet." he finished, flashing a smile at Cat.
A silence hung in the kitchen.
“Well, you should first make sure you've been accepted before worrying about any of that." Luke said, breaking the spell.
Jose and Catherine looked at each other for a moment before giving a slight nod. Each carefully opening their respective letters, and each face told a different story.
Catherine's face lit up, and her parents knew she'd been accepted before her mouth even opened to utter the words “I've been accepted! And my submission is even being considered for a scholarship!" she said, holding the paper with both hands and standing with excitement.
“Congratulations, dear! That's amazing!" Mary clapped her hands lightly, and all faces turned to Jose.
“I… They said they won't be accepting my application." He said, letting the paper fall to the table. “W-well, we all kind of knew that was going to happen, right?" He tried to lighten the mood, but it was clear he was crushed. He and Cat had dreamed of continuing their school life together, as they started a new chapter in their love life together.
“We can still live together…" Cat softly offered, gently rubbing his back.
“Yeah, I can work full-" Jose began but was interrupted by his phone ringing. Picking it up, he didn't recognize the number and hesitantly answered, “Hello?"
“Hello, may I speak with Jose Jameson?" came a male voice
“Uh, speaking."
“Hi, my name is Doug Havershire from Aeluvia University's admissions team. Your name has been nominated by our sports and physical fitness department for a full scholarship, along with a position on the university baseball team."
Jose froze. Aeluvia University wasn't even on his radar. It was half-way across the country, and their sports teams were pretty mediocre in his opinion. But a full scholarship… Tuition, housing, food… He wouldn't have to work, he could focus on schooling and baseball.
But he'd never see Cat.
“Hello? Mr. Jameson?" the caller asked when Jose didn't respond.
“Oh, uh, I-I'll need to speak with my family." he stammered back.
“Of course. Let me give you my number, please call back at any time when you have an answer."
With the number saved and the call ended, Jose looked at his family, who waited with baited breath.
“I, uh…I got a scholarship offer. Aeluvia University."
At first, faces lit up with the good news, then quickly to worry, “Oh…" was all that was said.
“For baseball?" Luke guessed, “Do… Do you think you'll take it?"
Jose sighed and slumped down onto the table, covering his head with his arms “I don't know…" he groaned.
Mary glanced between her children before chiming in “We all know how good you are at baseball; you can get a better offer than Aeluvia University. Maybe… Maybe somewhere closer to Penn." she offered, “There's still plenty of time! Half the school year, practically. Then there'll be summer break…And you don't even need to enroll right away!"
Cat shook her head “I'll be starting after summer break." she said softly.
Once again, silence reigned over the room.
“W-well, Jose doesn't have to enroll anywhere right away." Mary tried again, trying to help her children find a happy solution.
“Yeah." Luke tagged in, “There's always local sports teams, son. You and Cat can find a place near Penn Academy, and while she's in class you can work and play for a local team. Scouts are everywhere. I know it's not what you had in mind, but this may actually work out for the better."
Jose heaved a sigh. He knew Luke was right; as much as he had dreamed of attending university with Cat, going to wild parties with her, having sex between classes, it wasn't realistic. It planted the seed of a question in his mind that he refused to even think about. No. He and Cat would make this work. He would work to support them, just as he would have to if they started a family.
That brought a small smile to his lips and he sat back up. “Yeah. Yeah! I'll find a job, do my best to pay for wherever we move into. I'll get started on a career. I mean, the chances of going pro were low, anyway, and it's a rough life." He shook his head, "I wouldn't want to put Cat through that." he said, trying to force a positive mood and gave his sister - foster sister - the best smile he could.
Catherine wasn't convinced, but she wasn't going to show it, “That doesn't sound half bad, JJ. Kind of… an old-school family, y'know?" she replied with a giggle, “I can see it now: A modest home, white-picket fence, you come home from a long day of work, I greet you at the door, having spent the day cleaning and writing." And gave Jose's shoulder a gentle push. It sounded cliche, but it was probably how things would turn out; she didn't want to work a 9-to-5, she wanted to be a best-selling author! But, until she did, someone would have to work, and she needed time to focus on writing.
“Sounds pretty nice," Luke added with an encouraging nod, “Since you don't have any work history, you'll need to rely more on a cover letter than a resume, maybe your sister can help you with that." It had never been clarified whether to refer to Jose and Catherine as “brother" and “sister", since the truth of his birth was out, but neither Luke nor Mary were willing to call them “boyfriend" and “girlfriend", so they stuck with their habits.
“You two go get started on that, I need to have a word with your father before we head out for dinner." Mary chimed in, giving her husband a meaningful look.
The two young raccoons scampered off to the upstairs, and the parents waited for the footsteps to reach the top of the stairs - far enough there'd be no eavesdropping - before starting their conversation:
“I still don't like this." Mary began,
“I know, and we've been-" Luke began to give the same response he'd given dozens of times before, before Mary spoke over him.
“And I like them living alone together even less, but I'm glad they're actually thinking." She said, resting a hand on her husband's leg “If Cat is getting a scholarship, they could easily pay for a place with the money we were saving for her tuition. A graduation gift to our children."
Luke sat in silence for a moment. Their family wasn't wealthy by any stretch of the word, but neither were they living paycheck to paycheck. The idea of having his kids slowly drain savings - whether it was their own or from their parents - didn't sit well with him. Eventually he shook his head, “No, I'd rather pay for it. Once they're moved out, we'll find our money goes further than it does now, so helping them afford their first apartment won't put us out."
Mary smiled and lightly shook her head “I was hoping to save up and give us something special." and gave her a look husband he'd not seen in many years.
He quickly picked up her hint “Oh? Well, I'm sure we can work out both." he replied, leaning in to give his wife a tender kiss, “What do you say we go to 'dinner' a little early?"
Jose and Catherine were just starting on a resume and cover letter, a hand down the other's pants - they had agreed to no sex while their parents were home, nothing about using their hands - when they heard Luke call out from the first floor “We're heading out. Behave you two!" and the foster-siblings looked at each other excitedly.
“The bed?" Jose asked
“The bed."
Just as the front door was heard closing, the two were up and making their way to the bed, stripping clothes as they went. It seemed like it had been ages since they had time together at home - alone.
“We'll need to shower after." Jose whispered, nuzzling into the fur of his sister's neck as she pulled him down to the bed beneath him.
“What about your sheets?" Cat whispered back, her hands rubbing her brother's back, fingers digging into his skin past his fur.
“Mmm, leave 'em," he whispered before kissing the smaller raccoon, “I want to fall asleep smelling you," his muzzle returned to her fluffy neck as his hands slid down to cup her generous breasts, “smelling us."
Catherine tried to make a reply, but a rough tweak of her pink nipples poking out from her fur made her give a squeak instead, “Ahn! JJ!" she complained sweetly and gave her brother a playful swat to his back.
Jose only chuckled and continued sliding his hands down her body, pressing his legs against the foot of the bed to keep him from falling down on top of his sister - that would come later. Through the soft fluff of her belly, the soft squish as his fingertips pressed down, then tracing the curve of her wide hips and across where her panties usually sat, his hands meeting at the fork of his sister's legs, playing and lightly trailing through her fur, teasing his older sister.
Cat spread her legs, familiar with how her brother liked to tease her, toy with her, make her that needy, demanding, horny raccoon she had been that fateful night over a year ago, when the two first crossed the line. When they first had sex. It seemed so long ago, and yet it was still so vivid.
Jose slid his fingers between the lips of his sister's mound with practiced ease, parting those folds and sliding down across the sensitive skin hidden within, especially the firm nub at the top; her clit. Rolling, rubbing, squishing, Jose gave that bundle of nerves some special attention, making Cat moan hotly and dig her fingers into his back, scratching him as she twitched and writhed from his affections.
“Mmmf! Jose…" she gasped, “don't… don't make me - ah! - beg!"
Jose chuckled and relented, giving her clit a respite as he shifted his fingers' focus elsewhere, “But you know how I like it when you beg," he replied with a hot whisper, nuzzling up to her fluffy ear, “or just take from me what you want." he emphasized the last word as he pushed two fingers into her now-slick canal, spreading her around his furred fingers, making Cat moan and arch back, her hips pressing down into the mattress and his fingers.
Catherine was a moaning, whimpering mess, melting into her brother's experienced fingers that teased and touched her just right. He quickly worked her towards the ecstatic ledge to bliss. Just as she was about to fall moaning into that pleasurable abyss, she felt his fingers slide out, leaving her empty and hungry for more. She knew what he wanted, and she hated that he was going to get it.
“Please, JJ…" she whined, her hands again sliding along his back, her body writhing beneath him, “Please."
Jose grinned wickedly and nibbled at her neck “Please what, hmm? You want to be a writer, use your words." he teased, one hand tracing through her pubic fur, close enough to send tingles through his sensitized sister, his other hand lightly gripping his fully erect shaft and stroking himself, his soaked fingers painting her pussy juices over his cock.
Cat whined wordlessly, hating to say what he wanted but knew he'd just keep teasing her. He'd gotten her so close… “Please… stick your dick in your big sister." She whispered, “Fuck me, cum in me," and held him tight as she finished, “breed me."
“No swearing, sis." he joked, standing upright and lifted Cat's legs up to his waist, pulling her closer to the edge of the bed and into the perfect position, “How can I refuse my sexy sister, when she begs like that?" he gave her a wink before driving his eager shaft into her waiting sex, burying his length until his hips met hers, pressing her down into the mattress, both raccoons giving out unrestrained moans.
Though neither said it, they were both thinking that coming together at home, having sex here, was so much better than sneaking around to do it at school, worrying about getting caught. So much more comfortable, too.
The room was filled with the muffled 'fwump' of their furred hips meeting, and the wet 'squelch' of Jose's shaft sliding in and out of his sister, the occasional moaning cry as Catherine repeatedly came, and the warm musk of sex.
“Mmn, Cat…" Jose panted, his hips rolling back and forth, jostling his sister and sending her tits wobbling, “I'm going to cum!"
“Give it to me!" came Cat's breathless reply, “Pour it in me, breed me!" and hooked her ankles at his lower back, feeling his thrusts become shorter and rougher.
“Mmmfffuck!" Jose groaned, pressing hard against his sister as he came, his cock throbbing and twitching as it flooded Cat's cunt with his cum. “Gods, I haven't cum that hard in so long…" he panted out, leaning forward to lay over his sister, propping himself up on his elbows, “It's a good thing you're on birth control." He said with a chuckle.
Catherine was too tired to give her brother her usual rebuke, only giving him a tired smack on his back, and nodded as he spoke. While she regularly came during sex, she'd never had repeat orgasms like that before. It left her more exhausted than she'd ever been.
“It's a good thing we'll be able to do it however, whenever we want, soon." She whispered, reminding her brother of why they had been in his room together to begin with. “We should get back to work."
Jose chuckled “Yeah, but… I want to stay like this for a few minutes." He said, nuzzling into her neck again. “I love you, sis."
Afterword: Hi everyone! I know it's been a _very _long time since I last posted an addition to this series. Life happened. Got married, moved countries, got divorced, moved back. When I remembered that this existed, I also found out that I had started writing part 10, though most of that didn't make it into this final version.
I plan to write 2 more parts, and leave it open-ended so I can add more in the future if the inspiration comes to me.
