#12 of Reincarnation: Dragoness

...................

Credits - Zero is the character of Zero Garrison. Thank you, that's all I can say, is thank you.

When Zero was not home, I stayed in dragon form a lot. This pleased him, but when he tried to sneak up and kiss me he found that kissing a dragon wasn't as nice as kissing a winged dragon girl. Though he quickly found other ways to wake me up in a pleasurable manner. Most of which ended with me trying to mount him in dragon form only to shrink down to the slender girl he loved to wrap his arms around.

We were perfect together, mostly... I hated that he went out and killed others; even after the war he still worked as an assassin. I hated killing even an insect, but I knew that it was unavoidable at times.

One day when Zero came home he walked right past me and into the house. I watched, and when he didn't come out again I followed him in. He was sitting on the bed, looking at the mirror on the wall.

"Is everything alright?" I asked softly, still in my dragon form but miniature to fit in the house.

"No, it seems that the war is not over yet."

"What?"

"Some of the smaller kingdoms in the north were fighting for a different reason. They don't care that the Black Emperor is dead... They just keep fighting and killing innocent people trying to get their land back, as they call it. They won't listen to any talk of peace, just extermination or if they people leave before they get there they will look the other way and pretend that they were never in their homes."

"What? How can someone actually do that?"

"Many generations ago, they may have lived there. But settlers from the south moved northward as the dragon invasion came. I'm not blaming you; you're a nice dragon. But dragons, like your uncle, that were bad and evil sometimes. They ate humans, especially pretty girls. They took human form and raped women and young girls, killed livestock, and burnt villages.

"Soon people had to leave the south, which is why there is the enchanted forest where you grew up. It was supposed to be a barrier so that magickal creatures such as dragons wouldn't bother humans anymore. The humans can't enter it either, so their homes were lost.

"They followed the ancient paths and found their way to the mountains, yet un-infested with dragons and other dangerous creatures. There were other people there, but they needed a home too so they came in and became one with the villagers, eventually driving any who didn't agree with them away.

"You see there in the north were clans of men who used old magick, who talked to animals, lived with dragons, and did a great many other things that the southern tribes found to be the work of some unknown devil. They sent them away or killed them, as the northerners are doing now."

He leaned forward kissing me gently, and he wrapped his arms around me. Even in mini-dragon form, I was still very comforting to hold, or so I am told.

"I have been asked to go with a force of men to help stop this. I do not want to go, because they may have creatures such as dragons with them, and I may have to kill them. I don't want to go, because I know how you must feel, but I have a sworn duty to my people. I will do my best to promote peace, but after hundreds of years of hurt I don't know if I can do that much.

"I'm letting you know because I may not come home again."

Hearing that, I broke down. I collapsed against him, crying gently for a dragon, but soon he and the bed were soaked.

"I don't want to loose you." I said looking up at him.

"I know, but I had to let you know." He kissed me again, brushing along my side with his hand gently.

"There are many things I wanted to do with you before we parted. Come, if you can put your grief aside for one night, let us see if I can take you in your dragon form, it's a challenge I have been waiting a while before trying."

In the end he did succeed. It was one of the most passionate experiences I had with Zero, that last night before he left. Switching between human and dragon form. Knowing this might be the last time I saw him, I did my best to pleasure him in every way I knew how in the faint hope that I would see him again, or maybe convince him to stay.

In the morning, he was gone when I awoke. On the bed next to me was a box containing a small silver ring with a gem in it. I looked into the dusky gray gem, the same color as Zero's eyes and I cried.

Chapter 13 - Dispair

...................

Credits - Edge is the character of Edge Budisho and Zero of Zero Garrison. Thank you, that's all I can say, is thank you.

The song lyrics below are from "Come Sweet Death" a song in one of the Neon Genesis Evangelion movies. I'm currently listening to it, but it matches my mood and the mood of this chapter so it might appear again... in one form or another.

...................

"I wish that I could turn back time,

Cuz now the guilt is all mine,

Can't live without the trust of those you love.

I know we can't forget the past,

You can't forget love and pride.

Because of that it's killing me inside...

It all returns to nothing"

...................

A year went by, and Zero never returned home.

I sank low in my despair, but I never gave up hope. Edge often came to visit me, and bring food. I think more as a peace offering for what he had done to me in the past. I bore the scar he gave me my whole life...

It was quiet, very quiet...

I looked out the window and I saw Edge coming towards the house. I went to the door to greet him, but he wasn't his usual self.

"The news came, Zero's force was wiped out. No one came back. The invaders are coming this way, tearing though the mountains."

"Zero is..."

"I'm afraid so, but this isn't the time to grieve. You need to flee from this place."

"No, I will protect our home, incase he dose return. He could have excaped, and just not come by the way the scouts have come."

"That is true, but you would be dead before he got back. I know you're a dragon, Zero told me. The locals would kill you if they saw you thinking you were the enemy, and the enemy would kill you for not being one of them. They kill every thing they see. Come now."

He grabbed my arm, pulling me out of the house and across the field of hot springs. We ran, following a path laid out by some unknown force, maybe the wind... It led us to a forest and we entered it, passing into obscurity. I looked back as we entered the trees, the valley where Zero's house once was burned with a great light. I never looked back again...

...................

So Edge and I made the forest our home.

The forest seemed to have some virtue of protection of it's own. No one entered the forest, save animals. None of them paid us any attention.

"What is this place?" I asked that night, as he made a fire for dinner.

"It is called the lost forest, though I am not sure why. I have lived here for a number of years. We are just going to camp out here tonight and then we will move on to my home tomorrow. I will protect you, as I swore to Zero when he left."

I nodded, starring into the heard of the fire. I clutched the ring Zero had given me to my chest, a tear coming to my eye. Edge did not speak anything more that night.

We walked on through the forest in the morning. Silent, the forest was very quiet. It was too quiet for al l the animals I had seen the day before.

"Don't mind, they are scared because they don't know you. They will accept you once you have been here a while."

So we moved on into the heart of the forest. There was a clearing, and in it was a hut.

"This is my home." Edge said, moving to the hut, and opening the door for me. "I know it's small, and I will expand it when I can, but I hope you will be comfortable being so close to me until then."

I didn't even catch the look in his eyes; if I had I would have run away then. I walked into the hut, looking around.

"There is more than enough room for two here. It's just the sleeping arrangements, but that's no problem, I can become fairy size again and find some small corner to stay in."

"Actually I was hoping you wouldn't think of that."

"What do you mean?" I turned to look at him; he was now blocking the exit.

"I mean, since Zero is gone his claim over you is gone and you are mine." He moved forward grabbing me and kissing me. "I know you were lovers, and now that you are my pet dragon you will do as I say."

I tried to transform, but found I couldn't.

"I remember the trick with the incense from before, it's made from some very beautiful flowers, one in particular that I have become fond of. Didn't you see the pretty flowers outside?"

"No, it couldn't be..."

"Yes Dragon's Bane and Foxglove. A wonderful mixture if I say so myself. Now if you don't want to be more than a little woozy from the incense the I suggest you remove your dress."

I had no choice but to submit to Edge, I started to cry and he slapped me. Zero never did that, never... but he was not here. He was gone, and had left me in the care of one who would slap me and worse.

He pushed me down on the bed, bending me over and forcing his hard cock into my expose hole. Fist one, then the other. He held my arms so I couldn't fight him. I just had to lie there and take it. I couldn't fight back.

"So this is my homecoming reception?"

"Sh..." the word never finished coming out of Edge's mouth. His head lay next to me on the bed, his body falling limp behind me. A hand reached out and grabbed me, pulling me upright.

"You ungrateful little whore. As soon as I am gone, you go and find the next man to bed. I bet your special little power of transformation can make you a virgin again too?"

"No, Zero believe me. He attacked me, and used incense made of dragon's bane to weaken me so I couldn't fight him off."

"A likely story, I still found you here in his house, why did you leave our valley?"

"Edge said that you had been lost in the war, and that the northerners were coming into the valley, I saw the fires as I fled."

"You saw the refection of the sunset in the mountains, and you should know better to believe what Edge says."

He threw my dress at me. "Get dressed, we are leaving this place. You are not coming back to my home, I have another place for you now."

He walked outside as I sank to my knees crying. I dressed and followed him out.

"Here, eat this." He said handing me a small piece of bread. As I ate he began to speak again. "The thing about poisons is you need to know how to use them. When dragon's bane is given to a dragon in human form it will cause them to sleep. Very passively, and it will block their transformation for a while as well. I think there was enough in that bread to keep you quiet until I can figure out where to get rid of you..."

I never knew if he said anything else, I was so surprised at his words... the war had changed him, but I never thought he wouldn't believe me about Edge attacking me... It didn't matter anyway, that was the last time I saw Zero. When I awoke I was in a cage.

Chapter 14 - The Cages

Until I was with Zero and Edge, I had never thought about anyone owning another person. Not even the time Seth had attacked Gwen and me. It wasn't until I was in a cage myself that I realized how bad slavery was.

The owners of the slave market were worse than half of the slavers out there. They barley fed you, they made you wear the most disgusting rags that barley covered you, and they encourages slavers to try out their pets before taking them away.

I can't remember how many times I awoke to find a man's penis sticking into the bars of my cage so he could see how I sucked him, or feeling fingers enter into me to see how tight I was. Despite that, a winged girl was not very desirable I guess because I stayed in the cage a long time.

Sometimes the cages next to me were full. They were unconscious a lot, but there often would be another female who I could talk to. As long as none of the managers were around you could speak softly to the other slaves.

There was one girl, she was an anthro feline. Her furr was silver with black tiger stripes. No matter how bad the cages were she was very beautiful. Her name was Kitt.

"Is this your first time? I can tell, not collar marks yet. That's probably why you haven't been chosen by anyone yet. The regulars don't like fresh meat; they prefer girls who have had their sprit broken. The ones you have to watch out for are the ones who like to break spirits. They can be cruel, and they will just dump you back in here once they have had their way with you."

We were beside another for a long time. Then a lady came looking at me and then at Kitt. She called the managers and they opened our cages, taking me they strapped me to a table.

"You there cat, the Mistress wants to see if you can pleasure a woman. Demonstrate on this winged girl, now."

Kitt gave me an apologetic look and began her work, making me orgasm there in the middle of the room tied to a table. I had never been so embarrassed, but I think it was worse for Kitt, because the woman hit her after I had finished.

"I said to pleasure her, I never said to make her finish. But I suppose you will do. I will take you, and your little friend as well. I think I may have a use for her."

So we were paid for and shipped out. I spent three days in a darkened room, waiting to be remembered. Finally Kitt came in to get me. She led me to a room with a large bath and helped me get in and bathe.

"You are to be a gift for her son's birthday. She thinks you look decent enough to be his play toy now that is old enough to have urges, but not old enough to get married."

So I was dressed in fine silk, and brought to the boy, who was barley older than I was to be used in whatever way he could think up. Which was amusing for him, but very hard for me. He would make me walk around on my knees incase he decided he needed my mouth to attend him, or sometimes he would just rip my gown off and take me right there, no matter where there was... in the library, in the kitchen, in a hallway in front of an open window.

I loved there for about a year before I was packed up and sent back to a market. The boy had finally come of age, and who to marry his Fiancé, a princess form the nahboring kingdom. So they needed to get rid of me before she got there and found me. Kitt remained with her mistress, though it was not the last time I would see her...

I did not stay in the cages very long, only about an hour this time. At sunset a man came in, he was dressed in all black. He looked to be a lord of some kind. He conversed with one of the managers briefly, and came strait to my cage.

"Perfect. He'll love the wings."

That was all I heard before he walked away to pay and I was brought to a large golden carriage outside.

"I am called Fredrick. There is a black silk dress in the back there, put it on while we are driving. If the master approves of you, then he will collar you himself. If he doesn't then I might not be around to find the next girl. Just remember it's more than just your own life at stake."

And so we left, with those mysterious words haunting me as I dressed in the back of the moving carriage. I hoped that whoever this master was would like me, because if he didn't I wasn't sure I would survive to see another cage again.
