TNR chapter 7
#7 of Tales of Nekir and Rain
"Rain, we need to talk." Nekir said as he walked into the cave with her nearby.
"What is it Nekir?" Rain asked feeling that Nekir was acting funny for the past 3 months.
"Rain, I love you dearly, but your more of a sister than a lover." Nekir said with a sad sigh.
Rain laughed, "I was waiting for that, Nekir, we will always have each other, just not in the same way we used to."
Nekir hugged Rain, "I want you to be happy, and I know that look in your eye when you see hatchlings." Nekir sighed and laughed, "And you know very well that no matter how much I try," A single tear, "I can't give you any."
Rain smiled and licked Nekir up the side of his head, "Don't worry Nekir! I am sure you will meet someone that doesn't want children!"
Nekir smiled, Rain had always made him feel better, he smiled and kissed her on the muzzle. He waved her goodbye with a little sob. Sighed to himself, she needed a dragon, not him.
Nekir laughed, back to drinking, that was how he meet Rain in the first place. Not like there was any lack of dragonesses here at the cave, but it seemed to be that everyone related to Sirblood wanted children. Nekir walked to the bar that Sirblood had recently installed into the cave, he kept it stocked and ready for the day that was always tommorrow.
Rain smiled to herself as a lie, to tell herself that breaking up with Nekir was easy would be a lie. She looked on down the hall as she walked. Miron, Darkfire's daughter had left earlier, to pick someone up.
"Dam it! Hurry up!" Miron said as she impatiently waited for the half-dragon.
The half-dragon looked at her peeved but kept up. He trailed behind Miron thinking about what she had said.
He was coming here in hopes of hiding and of being accepted, he sighed happily when he thought back on all of the availible dragonesses the Miron had mentioned.
Miron stopped and the half-dragon ran dead smack into her.
"Hey!" Miron yelled as she fell over. Miron stared back at the half-dragon "Damit Huma!"
"Sorry! Wasn't paying attention..." Huma groaned as he bite his lip and bowed apologeticial.
Miron laughed and stuck a paw out for Huma to help her up. "Well good thing for you we are here!"
Huma looked down at the lunar white dragoness as she sat on the ground with her paw stuck out, he heaved his weight behind his pull and dragged the 8 ft dragoness up.
Once Miron was up she kept hold of Huma's paw and dragged him towards the opening in the mountian. Huma just went willingly with Miron as she kept dragging him in the cave.
Miron motioned at a seat at a large table with about 50 chairs, the Table was circular and curved down at one side where it had step looking thing marked into the top of the table. He took a seat as a large red dragon walked into the room.
Miron meeped happily and ran over to hug the dragon's leg, "Hi dad!"
The dragon smiled and looked down at his daughter, "Hi dear! Is he yours?" The dragon waved a paw at Huma, who took a deep gulp.
"No! I came here with him to introduce him to Sirblood, and possiblily one of his availible daughters!" Miron said with a horn to horn smile.
The dragon blinked at the blatent remark and looked at the half-dragon sitting at the table.
Miron laughed, "Huma this is my dad, Darkfire. And dad this is Huma!"
Darkfire walked over to Huma, shrinking as he walked, he stuck his paw out to Huma. "Pleased to meet you Huma!"
Huma blinked a bit at the shrink, he wasn't quite used to dragons shrinking, but he stuck out his paw and shook Darkfire's. "Nice to meet you Darkfire!"
The was a loud crash and a dragon walked into the main part of the cave, the dragon was large and red, he stood at a good 20 feet tall and was looking as young as a thousand year old. He walked to the center of the room and sighed as a large 17 ft dragoness that was white with opal back scales. The dragoness was looking at the red dragon with a hungry look in her eye, the dragon sighed and kissed the dragoness before asking, "Isn't 36 times enough?"
The white dragoness crooned and said, "Fine lover boy, it is, for now..." The white dragoness turned and slapped the dragon on his ass with her tail.
Darkfire laughed at this and tapped the red dragon on his leg and yelled up, "Hey Sirblood! There is someone here to meet you."
The dragon seemed to be lost in the saway of the white dragonesses' tail as she left the room, he snapped out of it after she left and looked down at Darkfire.
"Wadda say?" Sirblood asked as he looked down at Darkfire.
Darkfire put a paw on his face and covered his eyes and then muttered under his breathe, "How typicial..." Darkfire sighed heavily and pointed at Huma.
Huma swallowed hard as the large dragon walked over to him standing a good 14 feet up, the dragon snorted and picked up Huma by the base of his neck.
"So what are you here for?" Sirblood asked as he snorted a little smoke in Huma's face.
"To... meet a dragoness, Sir!" Huma said trying to stay calm.
"Any one in mind?" Sirblood asked as he tilted his head to the side and looked Huma over.
"One of your daughters?" Huma asked.
Sirblood smiled wickedly showing his teeth that were as long as Huma's tail, "And what makes you so sure your worthy?"
Huma swallowed hard, and that was when he heard Miron and Darkfire roaring with laughter.
Sirblood sighed and set Huma down, he turned to the two dragons that where rolling on the ground laughing. "I nearly had him wet himself! And you ruined it!" Sirblood sighed and turned back to Huma, "Sorry 'bout that, just a little fun!"
Huma stood there with a paw on his chest trying to calm his fast heart, he gave a nervous laugh and sat down, he looked at Sirblood the dragon shrunk to a less giantic size. He took the seat next to Huma and looked the half-dragon over.
"You can date any of my daughters that like you... But piss them off! And I'll kill you!" Sirblood said with a crazy smile.
Huma looked at him swallowed hard and turned pale.
Rain was walking down the hall and decided to go to the common room to talk to her dad, Sirblood, when she got to the common room she saw her father staring down a nervous half-dragon with a smile on his face. Rain sighed, she might as well stop her dad before he made the half-dragon faint. She walked over to where her dad was holding the half-dragon captive with his stare.
"Dad! Your being rude!" Rain said as she licked Sirblood up the side of his face.
Sirblood sighed and let the whole I'M GONNA EAT YA thing slide off of his face as he melted back into what he normally was, a kind big hearted dragon. He hugged Rain and licked her back up the side of the head and tickled her. Rain snorted while laughing and squirmed under his touch, Sirblood laughed and let up. He then turned back to Huma with his daughter standing right next to him.
Sirblood sigh and the said saddly to Huma, "Well saddly this dragoness isn't single..." He looked at Rain who was shaking her head.
"Yeah I am!" Rain said as she looked over Huma.
"What!?!" Sirblood asked in shock, "I thought you were with Nekir?"
Rain looked a bit sad and said, "Well I was, and we were happy... But he saw the look I get whenever I see hatchlings.... And well he wanted me happy..."
"That Nekir is a good guy...." Sirblood said with a sigh.
Huma looked on in confusion, was she single? Well three things were for sure she was sweet, she was funny, and she was sexy! What more could he ask for?
Sirblood sighed and looked back at Huma, "So this is Rain my, SINGLE, daughter."
Huma had to make a good impression, he stood up... And fell flat on his face... Huma groaned inwardly to himself. Well so much for first impressions.
Rain laughed and picked Huma up. She held him up and looked him over as she thought about the future. Rain then smiled and licked Huma on the muzzle, "I like you! Your funny!"
Huma blinked at Rain a couple times and then looked at Sirblood.
Sirblood couldn't hold it anymore and broke out laughing, he laughed so hard he fell over and started rolling on the floor laughing his lungs out.
Rain smiled and hugged Huma close, "I think we are going to be very intimate!" Rain said with a smile and kissed Huma full on the muzzle letting her tongue play against Huma's teeth.
Rain dragged a startled Huma off down the long hall to the room Sirblood had made for her recently, Will and Crystal were still going to move to the city, and so was her old mate Nekir. But now Rain had something to stay for!
Huma smiled as he was being dragged down the hall, it was a nice change of events from the usual glum choas that was his old life. It had its perks and surprises! But he was being pulled down the hall by a sexy dragoness, to no less, her bedroom! Huma already liked the place! And he had only been here for 20 minutes!
Rain reached her room and set Huma down on the bed as she crawled around him chanting, "Dragon Boy!" She stopped every so often to plant a kiss and a gental nudge, then continued to nuzzle up and down his scales. After a while she grew tired of the formality and rushed off to get a bottle of liqour. She returned with a big bottle and no glasses, Rain removed the cork with her teeth and took a sip before handing it to Huma.
Huma took the bottle and took a swig, the passing of the bottle continued for what seemed like hours, that was when the two were kissing each other intently and groping without care. Rain was moaning as she pressed drunkenly up against Huma letting herself rock against him as he licked across her body with his tongue.
Nekir walked around the corner and started saying, "Rain I just came back for my.... Oh!" Nekir blushed and turned right back around and left.

Huma sighed and went limp, he tried to pick up his head and started to apologize, Rain stopped him and put a talon to his mouth to hush him.
"You have *Hic* had a long trip, go ahead and sleep." Rain said still rather woozy.
Huma sighed happily as he set his head down on Rain's shoulder and drifted off into a warm sleep, he murred quietly as Rain pressed a kiss onto his head.
