Skye's eyes opened to a dark room, which meant she hadn't slept the full night away. She pushed herself up off of her stomach and sat up, blowing a few strands of loose hair out of her face. Being careful not to wake Ruki, she quietly slipped off of the bed and stood up to take off her outfit. Skye shook off her jacket and pulled off her arm sleeves. She also slid her boots and shorts off, which took an extra bit of wiggling to do to get past her upper thighs. She'd keep on her high socks since she felt that she looked cute in them while in her thin panties and slowly got back into bed, but this was to no avail as it woke Ruki anyway.

He lifted his head and sleepily eyed her while stretching his hind legs.

The difference this time was that she had much less clothing covering her lower area than before, and he'd innocently lied directly between her relatively open legs. She finished pulling her pants up and sighed. "Are you hungry?"

"Nh..." He nodded up at her. He hadn't eaten anything since yesterday evening.

"Aw, I'm sorry for shouting at you, baby." She went to kneel beside him, holding and rubbing both of his cheeks with her hands. Skye reached into her backpack with her right hand and fished around until she found the bag holding their malasadas. "Aha," she pulled it out and unwrapped a bittersweet one for Ruki. Skye took a bite of it before giving it to him and put on her matching laced high boots from her backpack. "I'll buy more snacks and water for us while on the way to the mountain, but we're out of malasadas for a week after that bag is gone." Maybe she'd buy a few pokéballs as well. She may find a pokémon while exploring Mt. Coronet to bring back home. "You finished?"

Ruki nodded while licking his maw. He ate pretty fast.

Skye zipped up her backpack and neatened out her outfit. "All right, all set."

Ruki followed her out the door and looked up at the cloudless and bright sky. On such a delightful day, there were bound to be trainers and different pokémon for Ruki to see.

"Pastoria, Hearthome... Route 208. Remember this time." Skye had her eyes on her map as usual. They had a short walk ahead of them, and Skye would stop to buy essentials once they got to Hearthome city to make the journey quicker.
