Catching up on sequel poll stuff! As I said before, I'm going to do at least one more for this, but I might as well get this one out in the meantime. Yeah, it's a shorty, but I feel like doing these two justice would require more than a single tacked-on chapter. Elements of stuff here might be part of a prelude to a much longer thing in the future, if I can ever get the time to work on it!

OBLIGATORY CONTENT WARNING: This story contains sexual acts between two males, slight force, possibly something you might consider mild exhibitionism, and business talk from someone with absolutely no business background.

As long as Case had known his mother, he'd known her to be a foul-tempered bitch, petty and vindictive, supremely hateful to anyone who didn't let her have her way. She had killed herself through stress and a miserable lifestyle, and the world was better off without her.

He was starting to understand where some of that stress was coming from, though.

“The Kavanti Corporation has made another offer, I estimate the value to be about 10% greater than before." The speaker was an older man, very composed and professional, one of the people who'd worked with his mother but hadn't turned out to be a bad guy. Case had vetted him thoroughly, with Sion's help, and found him to be trustworthy enough to keep on. And so far he was validating that trust, providing information and working to help Case sort through his mother's holdings.

Case still didn't often comfortable around him, but that was more because he was the bearer of stressful news.

“We're not selling to Kavanti. They're going to fire everyone, wreck the services, we already know about their plans. Are you sure there aren't any other offers?"

“I'm fairly sure Kavanti's driving off other bidders. They really want the merger, and I think they've been doing work behind the scenes to make sure no one threatens it."

Before Case could respond, another person entered the room, another advisor he'd brought on himself to help with things. He was looking a bit frazzled himself. “I just got off the phone with Bininga LTD. They're getting really pushy about buying up the tech companies. And it sounds like they're trying to get some political allies on their side that we stopped supporting after the transfer."

“For fuck's sake…" This was exactly what Case had been worried about. He hadn't wanted to inherit anything from his mother, and he'd ended up with more than he could handle. Perhaps her last big fuck you to him, though it probably wasn't intentional. He'd had to cull out a lot of bastards from her staff, keeping on only the ones who weren't shady, backstabbers, or worse, and he'd planned to sell off most of everything she had, which was a lot - several businesses and organizations, some of which were rather huge.

The complication came that him selling was going to affect more than himself. There were hundreds of employees in the jobs maintained by him now, and they rather needed them - most of them were in desperation, willing to take anything to stay afloat. His mother had taken advantage of that to pay them less than they should have been, one of the first things he had fixed...but now rivals had sensed the change and were chomping at the bit to pick them up. And while he'd accepted a couple of transactions, too many of the offers were from shady groups who just wanted to gorge themselves on the products and reputation and spit out the people who'd done the work. And his conscience wouldn't let him do that.

“Case, I believe you have to address the Kavanti deal sooner rather than later. Perhaps you can just provide severance packages."

“Kavanti's trying to buy up employer's rights specifically so we can't. They say they won't accept anything without the people, but we already know they don't plan on keeping any."

“That's absurd. Why would they do that?"

“For the same reason Bininga's trying to work their way in. They want good press. Just like when they bought out AstraTech, then canned everyone once the spotlight faded."

“Well, they're not going to go away just because we know that."

It was the politics that pissed Case off more than anything, and that had him on edge. Suddenly he stood up, getting the attention of both advisors. “I need a break."

“Case, we have to deal with this-"

“I know! But I need same time to clear my fucking head before I can!" Angrily he stomped out, leaving the others bewildered in his wake. It wasn't really fair to them, he knew, they were doing their jobs and they were doing them well enough, but they needed to give him some space sometimes. It was extremely difficult, trying to balance his desire to not be here with his desire to see to things the right way, and while they were invaluable, they were also putting more pressure on him than he was ready to handle.

His footfalls were heavy through the hallways of the mansion, echoing a bit in their emptiness. Why did the place have to be so big anyway, it wasn't like his mother enjoyed the exercise, and wandering around aimlessly would be a waste of time she would never accept...it must have just been for the intimidation factor, but as Case had none of that and didn't want any of it, he wished he could just get to a quiet spot to rest more quickly.

Suddenly he felt something grab his arm, and before he knew it he was being pulled into a supply closet. Tossed against a pile of something, thankfully soft, it took him a moment to get his bearings...by the time he did, the green face was situated in front of him, staring down almost like his eyes were drilling in. “Sion!"

“You're stressed."

“No fucking way. What made you think that?"

“The fact that your footsteps have significantly greater weight than typical. The fact that your heartbeat and breathing are elevated from their normal levels. And your scent carries a distinct note of emotional turmoil within it."

“...You know me WAY too well, you know that, right?"

“A testament to the tightness of our partnership. And as such, I consider it my duty to relieve you of that stress, in the best way I know how."

“Wh...S-sion, I have to go back to them, they're going to-"

“I'm not letting you leave here still stressed out, Case, and I know that this relaxes you. Don't fear judgment, it's not as if your proclivities aren't well-known already." Sion wasn't waiting around, either, he was already undoing the button on Case's shorts and pulling them down his legs. His hand quickly went to Case's cock, giving it a nice rub and tug, and he couldn't really deny that it was feeling pretty good… “Now relax, and let my work my magic."

“Dammit...you're impossible to resist, you slick lizard, you know that?"

Sion grinned and winked at him. “That's simply my way." His hand was soon replaced with his own dick, the sweet scent wafting into the air as Case felt the slightly sticky fluid getting left behind on him. The scent was almost as smoothing as the pleasurable feelings, reminding him of much nicer and easier times...the tension in his body was already starting to fade, making him more pliant under the Sceptile's ministrations. Soon he was getting nice and hard against Sion, making the rubbing even more pleasurable...the more he relaxed and the better he felt, the further back he leaned onto the pile of fabric, almost sinking into it.

Finally he succumbed entirely. He kicked his shorts off of his legs and spread himself wide, offering himself to Sion. And the Pokémon didn't waste time, as soon as the chance was there he took it, drawing his slick cock down to the waiting asshole and pushing in, firmly but not violently. His hand took back over on Case's genitals, stroking him in time with his own quick, deep thrusts, making sure he touched the human's most pleasurable spots with every entry. It felt spectacular for him as always, but he was doing this for Case's pleasure first and foremost.

And Case was really appreciating it. It was gentler than Sion's usual work on him, still vigorous but not as rough, not as dominating...more sensual and relaxing, it swept up all the tightness and anxiety within him and purged it, slowly but surely, and filled the space left behind with warm feelings and thoughts, calm and content. His fingers clutched the fabric as he rocked a bit, moving along with Sion and slightly into him, bucking a bit into his hand.

Suddenly he felt the Sceptile move, and gasped as he felt the lizard's long tongue lick at his neck near the collar of his shirt, then up his face. Soon it was at his mouth, and then going inside...Case was kissing back before he even realized he was kissing Sion, losing himself in the taste and feel of that long, flexible tongue invading his mouth. He couldn't remember Sion having ever done this before...licking and nipping at him, yes, but nothing ever this sensual, even...a little bit romantic…

He lost complete track of time in the haze, his brain unable to process anything else with the heavy dose of pleasure racing through it from so many angles. He had no idea how long it went on, all he knew was that Sion was relentless, keeping him engaged and half-breathless throughout the entire act, working him into a complacent euphoria until the sudden rush of climax broke through. It caught him entirely by surprise, and got him moaning in wondrous pleasure in an instant, gushing his white streams out onto Sion and the floor, the lizard deftly aiming the shots away from Case so as not to leave too much behind on his body.

It wasn't long after before Sion joined him on cloud nine, pushing in deep and staying firmly in there and letting out thick gushes of his sweet, sticky Pokéseed. It was a warm filling, deep enough that it would take a while to drip out...allowing him the sensation without too much worry about a mess. He had no intention of letting on, but he'd been wanting to do something like this with Case for quite a while, the thrill of catching him in the middle of important work and letting off some steam with him, then sending him back knowing that he had his mark all over him...like the little thing at the restaurant, a bit of a subversive thrill at the way things normally were.

He laid against Case as the highs wore off into the afterglow, panting a bit with him, enjoying the scent of his breath and the taste of his lips. Finally, he pulled back and smiled warmly at Case. “Feeling any better, then?"

Case nodded. “Yeah...a lot more relaxed. It's nice not to have to be in charge of things for a bit...I think I needed that."

“Perhaps more than you know. Now your head will be far clearer when you're facing down the decisions. Stress is one of the great obstacles I've always faced on a major bit of my own work...I have always prided myself on keeping control of it and using my head."

“You do that really well...I hardly ever see you rattled by anything."

“Inevitably you'll see me at a less-than-pristine state there, I'm sure. I only hope you won't think less of me as a result." He nuzzled against Case a bit, getting a nice sigh from the human. “As for your current predicament, though, perhaps you simply need a shift of perspective. It is, at its core, a clash between your wanderlust and your responsibility, is it not?"

“I...guess so. I don't want to ruin a whole bunch of people's lives just because I want to break free. That seems selfish and unfair."

“Then seek a resolution which benefits everyone. Have you considered alternatives to the fire-sale approach you've been taking?"

“Alternatives? I...like what?"

“You wish for provide properly for them. Then provide yourself. Appoint overseers and restructure so that you remain the holder, but don't need to put in the personal work. I imagine you can find a great many people who have a head for business who can manage things properly...so you can afford to excise only what is bad, and keep what provides the most benefit out of the hands of the greedy."

“Huh…" That thought hadn't occurred to Case, but the more he mulled it, the more it made sense. They were productive, after all...managed properly, they would be self-sustaining, leaving him out of the part that he didn't want to get involved in, but he could still protect against anyone trying to take advantage of him, and provide through lean times as long as the resources lasted. “Maybe...maybe you're right. I'll...have to talk with them, and see how to do that...maybe it'll be a better way…"

“Indeed. Go and show them what you can do." Sion pulled out of Case and helped him back to his feet. The two emerged from the closet and parted ways, Case returning to the office where his advisors were waiting for him. He was certain they could smell the sweet scent of Sion on him, but if they were aware of it or what it meant, neither of them said anything about it, and he wasn't about to let them distract from business. Not when he had something that could finally put things on the right track.

“Okay...I've got another idea. Let's see what you think of this…"
