Ty pressed on the panel inside his front door, curling his long, spotty tail through the doorway with a flick as it slid shut behind him. The muscular snow leopard exhaled slowly. His entire time away from home he'd been haunted by an emptiness in his core. Figurative, yes, but also quite literal. For this mission he had let his precious Timber out of his stomach for the first time since the day they met.
The supervillain hadn't even intended on letting his claimed boy out of his body this soon, but the mission... it was important. His eyes inside the organization alerted him that the project was moving forward early. He'd had to make the choice to cut his time holding Timber short in order to do his 'villainous' duty in going head-on against corporate interests.
What his network of whistleblowers hadn't known was that the board of directors had hired three different members of the Guild to protect the proceeding plot. It was not the first time Bond had gone head to head with another villain, but three at the same time, working in concert... Ty chuckled weakly and rubbed his hand over his crown to the back of his head, slowly starting to walk through the entryway.
At least, he thought, the added security made the fight large enough that it drew the media circus in. He got to posture for the cameras and do a grand reveal... after all, it was hard to spin away three villains protecting a company as kosher, priming the pump, as it were, for the operation that the powerful feline had come to thwart to be something the media would sink its teeth into.
Coming around the corner of the hallway, Timber rushed to greet the still costumed villain, wagging. He was in comfortable clothes that Ty had laid out for him upon leaving him fresh from the shower, nothing like the silly metallic and earth tone costume he'd had as his sidekick alter ego. The only constant was the red cap he favored, turned backward comfortably. The pupper sped up upon seeing the larger male, spring in his step.
Ty felt his heart leap. He allowed his metamaterial suit to smooth and drape into something a bit less formal than his imposing figure as Bond. The snow leopard stood up a bit more straight as he drew the dog into his arms. The protective film over his eyes slipped away, allowing him to look directly into Timber's eyes, starting to purr low. He hadn't thought about how much good having someone happy to see him waiting at home would be for his state of mind.
The smaller male pressed up onto his tiptoes, wrapping his arms around the feline's huge chest in return to bring their snouts together in a passionate kiss.
The muscular snow leopard squeezed snugly, lifting Timber fully off of his feet as he reciprocated and deepened the kiss. His luxurious tail smoothly drifted around to his front and lightly curled around the dog's dangling legs, before he tenderly allowed the meeting of lips to part. "You are a welcome sight at the end of the day I've had."
"I would have helped on your mission if you asked." Timber replied earnestly. "I want to help!"
Ty shook his head slowly. "You are too precious to me, darling." He squeezed with his thick arms and tail, looking deeply into the canine's eyes. "I couldn't forgive myself if you got hurt." The snow leopard saw an objection cresting the tip of Timber's tongue and cut it off at the pass. "Besides. You being here waiting for me... It's already helped me more than I could have anticipated."
Head canted lightly, Timber looked up into Ty's eyes. "How do you mean...?"
The snow leopard purred lightly, shifting one hand to rub along the back of the pup's head with two large fingers, just beneath the brim of his cap. "I've never... had emotional support. Playmates, yes... can help work out frustrations, make connections... but they weren't there at the end of the day. They showed up to be dominated by Bond and left when they were satisfied." He chuckled.
Blushing deeply, the pupper smiled, leaning into the rubbing. "I'll be the best pup I can be for Ty, then."
Ty smiled warmly, scritching a bit faster. "You already are, Timber." He leaned in to kiss once more, leading the locking of lips this time around.
Timber sighed, tail wagging rapidly. He reciprocated the kiss deeply. While he'd been in no way starved for touch in all that time inside the muscular feline's body, he'd missed the kisses...
With a deft scooping motion, the snow leopard got his pup into a bridal carry, starting to walk the rest of the way through his home to the bedroom. As he walked, his super suit and mask melted fully, trailing away to form the sphere the metamaterials stored themselves as. Ty walked bare, carrying along the lightly dressed dog, rumbling deeply. "My precious pet~"
