Oni was in a preddish mood and decides to snack on all of the rodents in the house. Including a mouse who claims to have been a dragon. However could that have happened?
A bit of a rushed story, but I'm just trying to keep up the writing habit! The month is only over, hopefully I get more out!

The feline paced around the cage with a predatory gait. His feet danced playful steps as the rodents cowered in the toppled mess. The hamster who had once lived in this cage, Bay, was already squirming in the spotted house-cat's guts, and the other two were soon to follow.
A chinchilla and a strange, orange mouse huddled together amid the mass of woodchips scattered across the bars. The chinchilla was a warm, cream colour and was soft like a cloud. The mouse used to be a dragon, but by some sabotage of potions or magic, had been enchanted to a small orange rodent with red spots dotting his hips.
A paw suddenly burst through the bars in the cage. Oni was trying to nab one of the rodents to have as a main course to his hamster appetizer. Oni appeared to be trying to paw at Parfait, the chinchilla, who was huddled as small as can be in the corner, barely a cotton ball of their usual size. Shirou saw this as a chance to escape. He ran up along the paw faster than it could retract, and wiggled out of those bars. He was used to being much larger, but thanked his stars he was small enough that this cage couldn't fit him. His hips got briefly caught between the metal posts, and Shirou wiggled in a panic, but was able to get free. The mouse dashed forward, escape and freedom almost inevitable.
A shadow loomed over head and the dragon-mouse looked up just fast enough to see that cat's haunches slam down on him. A squeak escaped his breathless body. Oni purred loudly and squished his rump over the mouse. and his tail flicked pleasantly.
"Eager to rush to my litterbox? Don't worry, little squeak. You'll get there one way or another."
Shirou looked up to see Parfait being held up by the feline's claws. Despite being mostly cloud, Oni had a good grip on the chinchilla. Parfait's stubby limbs were kicking and flailing uselessly in an attempt to escape. Oni dragged his tongue over his lips and opened his maw as wide as can be. Parfait squeaked. Oni let the chinchilla go and dropped them into that awaiting cavern. It took Oni some shoving with his paw, and some impressive jaw work to swallow down that over-sized puffball. Eventually Parfait was reduced to a lump in the kitty's throat being dragged down by peristalsis to join the hamster stewing in his gut.
"Ahhhhh," Oni said. He breathed a sigh of relief once his throat was free. The Chinchilla was hard to swallow, but the mouse would be a breeze. "Time to wash that dusty furball down with some delicious dragon-mouse."
Oni turned and lifted his rump to grab at Shirou, but the mouse squirmed his way out just in time to dash off. He managed to get a few centimeters away before Oni's back paw whapped down on the mouse's oversized tail. A jolt ran through Shirou's spine as his dash came to an immediate halt and he was sprung back to Oni's grasp. The feline purred and rolled onto his side, eager to relax and enjoy his feast.
"Now, now, don't you want to join your friends? They're having an excellent time being cat-food," Oni smiled. His pink tongue licked over his nose.
"Y-you can't eat me!" Shirou complained in response. "I-I'm a dragon, or I should be, someone turned me into this!"
Oni purred and rolled onto his back, playing with the mouse in his paws, but not letting him go for even a moment.
"You look very much like a mouse to me. And if you look like a mouse, and you squeak like a mouse," Oni rolled his hips up and dangled Shirou by the tail over his face, "then you must taste like a mouse. And if you taste like a mouse, then it's my solemn duty to see if you digest like a mouse."
Oni's jaws opened wide, showing off those twin rows of sharp, ivory fangs. Strings of drool snapped between the white spires, and that pink tongue stuck out like a welcome mat. The squeaks and chitters of the rodents already trapped inside his belly could be heard through that yawning, winking gullet.
A squeak was all Shirou could make out before he, too, was dropped down into that cavern. That tongue rose up to meet him. Those jaws snapped around him, sealing him into Oni's hungry prison. The mouse's tail flicked uselessly in panic as he was assaulted and slurped over by that rough, sandpaper tongue. Pursing his lips, Oni sucked in, tugging that tail into his mouth like a noodle. With another gulp and a pleasurable sigh, Shirou too was deposited into that belly to squirm and squeak with the other cat-treats in the housecat's tummy.
Sated and full, for now, Oni trotted off to find a nice spot in the sun to rest and digest his friends.
