I'm sitting in the hot tub on the patio. Just relaxing and enjoying a peaceful respite. So much of my life has changed for the better. I love my own Dad, but I'm not going to bond him. I love Rory so much. Again, we tried and didn't bond. Grandpa? I love him too. Sam? Didn't bond him either. Is he too much like Nacho, and he's not kin to me? (I've felt my love for Pedro start to grow and change, I am beginning to love him as more than just my Father in law. I'm just not aware of it consciously.)

And I laugh. I'm being silly now. I love him already. He's my father in law, a good Bear, Nacho and Sam love him so much too. I'm Ignacio's Lion, and I will be for always. If I'm fond of his Dad and his Dad's fucking, so what? Could I love Pedro more than Ignacio? No way. I sit and think of all the reasons I do love my Nacho so much. His kindness, his warmth, his skilled fucking, how much he cares for me, how hard he tries to make sure I'm happy. He's told me he's not happy if I'm not happy. He's a beautiful Polar Bear. So is his Dad, and so are Grandpa and Rory. I'm lucky to be surrounded by so many beautiful Polar Bears who love me.

Sam was right. I do overthink things at times. I'd only have to watch out if I thought we'd joint bond. And that's not going to happen either. (Wrong again) Ignacio and Pedro are father and son and couldn't joint bond each other.... I know I'm being silly here. (Ironic moment #1. Pedro puts his big arm around me. And pulls me to him. "I'd hoped you might want and need your Father in law to be happy too" he murrs.(Pedro is beginning to bond to me though it takes a bit more for us to finally bond with each other and Nacho. "I was proud, Sam was not the only Olympics winner I trained, I had a good reputation, and while we were never rich, we never went without" Pedro says softly. "I am happy though to be here now, with you and my son, and my Bull son too" Pedro says smiling again. "I love Sam as if I had of fathered him, and he and Nacho were always close, Nacho idolized Sam" Pedro says. "And your family loves me too, they have accepted me and want me here" Pedro says. "I will not be lonely anymore now" Pedro says with a big grin. (He's right, though neither of us knows what's to happen in a bit.)

"Sam told me how much he loves you, and how much he wanted you to take Ignacio, Claude, I know it means you're a very special Lion, I have seen that with my own eyes since I"ve been here" Pedro says kissing me. "I'm not special, I'm a coward, I've worried, enough to almost think of not sleeping with you, Pedro" I say hanging my head. "Why?" he asks sounding upset. "I was afraid I'd fall in love with you, Pedro" I say unable to look him in the eye. (Ironic moment #2...SIGH.)

He's silent for a long moment.. And then he breaks out laughing loud and hard. It makes my fur goose bump like Nacho's laugh does. "You do love me, you know you love your Father Bear, and you're hot for me I can see, but you do not love me more than you love my Nacho" he says laughing.(He's right, I"ll come to love them both equally as my mates .) "Claude, you can't help it, Emil says you run when too hurt to cope" Jonas says quietly. "You should go home, talk it out with Nacho and his Dad" Jonas says softly. "I'll think about it, maybe when I calm down, Jonas" I say quietly. "Claude, you're just sulking now" Jonas says softly. "I'll go home when I'm ready" I snap. I hang up.

I sit and eat when the food comes. I know I'm over reacting. I felt unwanted. Rory told Teddy he was afraid I didn't want him, and he sure didn't seem to want me. Hell, my own Polar Bear didn't want me. Nor did his Dad. Give him another couple of asses and he forgot me altogether. I'm weeping gently again. I'm wondering how to get past this now. I feel like I'm bleeding inside emotionally. I should trust my Nacho more than that. But when I think of how Rory treated me I get angry again.

I sit and drink coffee for a while. I'm surprised to see Pedro walk in. He sits by me. I'm silent. "Mi amo leone, why have you run?" He asks. I glare at him. "Your Jonas called a bit ago, he talked to Nacho, he hadn't noticed you were gone until he called, I saw you leave but I assumed you'd come back soon." Pedro says stroking my mane. "I saw your Badger when I went to the kitchen looking for you, when I told him what happened, he told me you had to of run, and he told me where you'd probably be, and how to get here" Pedro says quietly. I put my head on Pedro's big chest and I cry. Pedro strokes me. "He told me Claude, you'd been so hurt and we should have paid more attention to our Lion" Pedro says softly. I weep harder. "You are still so hurt, mi amo leone, I am sorry I did not see it, nor that you really needed us so much" Pedro says. "Your Badger told me you can't ask for what you need and I understand and I think Nacho will too" he says quietly. "It was why you wanted reassurance that we'd still have enough for you and want to sleep with you" Pedro says quietly. "You have only been together a short time,Claude, and you were so hurt, you should not be ashamed, you could not cope with thinking your Bears did not want you" he says softly. "They said Rory was so afraid I'd not want him, yet he didn't care, he stayed and he played with Teddy and Nacho and not me" I say quietly. Pedro kisses me. "We should go home, mi amo leone" he says gently.

I look up. Sam's walking quickly towards the table. He sits. He's mad, but not at me, Thank God. "You should know, I told Nacho how sensitive Claude is still, the merest hint he's not wanted and he's off and running" Sam says. "I did not know, Sam" Pedro says quietly. "I know, but you went looking for Claude, according to Nigel, you looked for him and you came after him when Nigel told you where he'd be, why didn't Nacho" Sam snorts. "He was on the phone with their therapist when I left the room" Pedro says. Sam's not impressed. "I"m glad you came for him" Sam says softening his tone. "I don't think Nacho really knew that Claude was still so hurt, Claude works hard to hide those sort of things" Sam says. I blush. "Mi amo, he wasn't intending to ignore you" Sam says. I tell him about Rory and that he supposedly wanted me but....

Sam snorts. "You were already hurting, Claude, sure he did ignore you, but I don't think Rory meant to upset you" Sam says softly. "I think I see, you were hurt by us and more so by your brother" Pedro says. "I am sorry mi amo leone, I did not see you had been left untended to" Pedro says quietly. I hug him. "Ignacio did not mean to hurt you either, Claude" Sam says softly. I nod. "If we had just told you that you'd be next would you still have hurt?" Pedro asks me. "No, I just felt left out" I say trying to stop crying. "No one even seemed to know or care that I was there" I say weeping more now.

Sam's stroking my mane. I'm calming down again. Pedro kisses me. "You carry scars from that Bull still, Claude, I do understand and so will Ignacio" Pedro says. "I"m intending to have a talk with him when we get home, Claude is sensitive to feeling unwanted and ignored, he was before Mick got his hands on him and made it even worse" Sam says. "Don't go to him right off, let me talk to him, Claude" Sam says. "We'll go to my room, Claude, I will show you how much I do love my son in law" Pedro murrs. I kiss him. Sam smiles at him.(Sam will tell us later that he began to wonder if we'd joint bond about now, the way I looked at Pedro, listened to him like I listen to Sam and a few other things.)

I pay the check and we leave. I drive home slowly and almost dread coming home. Sam's gotten home first and he must have gone to talk to Ignacio. Pedro comes up behind me and he picks me up and carries me to his room. He lays me on the bed and strips me. "Claude, Sam is being a bit rough with Nacho, but he needs to see what I do now, you need very careful handling for a while yet." Pedro says getting on top of me. "You would have been fine if you were not there or otherwise occupied elsewhere, but to be there and to have none of us paying you any attention, had any of us done so, maybe even told you we'd take you next, you would not have been hurt, you needed to know you were being thought of, and wanted, and Rory hurt you too" Pedro says pushing up me gently. I try to speak. "Hush, Little One, let Papa Bear love you, and ease your pains" Pedro says softly. Pedro is kissing me and stroking my body as he fucks me gently. "I was upset at Rory, he wanted me, he said he was afraid I would not want him after taking you and obviously being close to Papa Bear too" I say. "And he ignored me," I say sadly.

"Claude, Nigel told me what that Bull did to you once, I get that now, I should pay closer attention to you when you are with me, you were not upset when Rory and your Grandfather and I went off and fucked without you, but if you are there, you will not tolerate being ignored for others, and you really do only ask for so little, to feel included somehow" Ignacio says softly. "It is not too much to ask after what you have been through" Ignacio says quietly. "No, I was being over sensitive, Ignacio" I say quietly. "Jonas was angry with me, he told me you were hurting and stubbornly refusing to come home" Nacho says softly.

"I was, I was embarrassed for running and I don't think I was mad at you anymore, Rory yes, but not my loving Nacho" I tell him earnestly. Pedro smiles. "Dad, why did you go to him so quickly?" Nacho asks. "I went looking for him, his Badger told me what must of happened with Claude, and where he'd be, I knew then that I should go to him, it would soothe him to know he was loved enough that I would seek him out in his great pain, and wish to comfort him." Pedro says softly. "Nigel does know me so well" I say. "Your brother told me you were just sulking and that you'd come home when you were feeling guilty enough, Jonas chewed me out for believing that" Ignacio says fighting tears.
