Family History

The story was passed down the family line for nearly two hundred years. It is the story of how a ring tail couple found a rare metal, that has now come to be known as Dusa Steele. Named for the small island that its found on. With they're discovery came many things, but the biggest is the family's rise to power over the years after the discovery. This is they're story.

"Well then its settled." He said taking Jen's hand and shaking it, and turning to walk off. "Thank you." He said leaving the room.

Like he had promised the wolf, his ex boss. He did everything he could to make the company better, and spread the word of the Dusa shipping company. "I thought you would like it here." He said smiling and walking over to a cluster of crystals. "I wonder if they have any value." He said reaching out to touch it.

"You would think so." Raiko said walking over to the same crystals. Before she could make it, there was the sound of earth giving away, all most like a shattering sound. The ground under Raiko, shifted and collapsed. She let out a loud scream as she fell with the earth into a pool of water under the ground. Several chunks of crystals fell in with her.

"I'm coming!" Jen yelled as he rushed over to the edge of the gapping hole in the earth. He reached out to grab her hand, and pulled her out. "Are you all right?" He asked looking her over.

"I'm, fine." She said looking herself over, seeing she only had scraped, and cuts, nothing too bad.

"Thank goodness." He said hugging her, and holding her for a bit. As the two embraced, something amazing was happening in the pool. The hot water, the crystals, and something eles mixed to gather. As all that happed, a strange thing floated to the surface of the water.

"What is that?" Raiko asked pointing to the odd metallic material.

"I don't know." Jen said carefully edging closer to the edge. He carefully reached in and took a piece of the metallic material, and carefully looked it over. "Its some kind of metal. But it doesn't look like steel of iron." he said turning to her. "We may have discovered something new here." He said setting it to the side, then reaching in to gather the rest.

The two left after all that. Once they got back to there house, Jen took care of Raiko's wounds. and disappeared to the Dusa shipping building. He took the odd metal to the lap, and started studying it, trying to find out what it was. And so over the next few years he discovered that it was a malleable, very durable, metal. It was amazingly restraint to heat, and un bothered by any bullet or projectile. He come to name the amazing material, Dusa Steele. And through his research he found out the components of Dusa Steele. It was made of the volcanic iron in the soil of Mt Pele, the odd crystals that filled the caves that intertwined throughout the mountains, and the secret to it is, estrogen. This was the hardest part of the puzzle to unlock. Only when he remembered that Raiko had just came into a cycle, that it hit him.

He knew that this would be an amazing material, and a sure way to maintain his status, and powers. So over the years, the mystery of Dusa Steele was the Mysaki's family secret. Non of the employs knew what it was, how it was made, or anything more, than it was the newest, and most demanded product that they handled. So over the next several hundred years, the secret was passed down through the family. This knowledge kept the family, rich and in power. They could do most anything and get away with it, and that would be used by some of the more greedy family members. And so it the known history of the mysterious metal that is called Dusa Steele, and the Mysaki family's rise to the top, and a seat of power that stretched farther than just the planet. With then new future, came new opportunities.
