Part 1

For Juantillery

By Draconicon

Jake groaned as he rolled over in bed, looking down at his phone as it beeped at him in alarm. He knew that it was just the morning wake-up, but he knew that there were going to be other messages on it, too. For the last week or so, there’d been a slow-building stream of them, all from his neighbors, his coworkers, from everyone that he knew in his personal life that saw him on any kind of regular basis.

He flicked the alarm off, opening the home screen of his phone. As he thought, there were more complaints from the upstairs and downstairs neighbors, both of them pushing him to hire a cleaner to get rid of, quote, ‘whatever was causing that stink.’

No idea what the hell they’re talking about…

Grumbling, he rolled his legs out of bed, letting them hit the floor as he stretched his arms over his head. They had been complaining ever since that bomb of a date with that dragon a while back. He knew that they would have had right to complain that first night, since that stink would have been all over him when he came back from the bar, but after that…hell, he’d been showering regularly, twice a day since then, and there was nothing else to smell.

At least, he didn’t notice it. Not right now.

It didn’t do anything, Jake told himself. The dragon didn’t do anything to me. He didn’t.

That was what he kept telling himself, anyway, but he wasn’t sure if he still believed it. The way that his coworkers kept complaining about him stinking up the place when he was on the job, the way that the neighbors were threatening to call the landlord on him, and the way that every date that he’d tried to set up since that session had gone off the rails with them complaining about…certain things…

No. No way that the dragon left a stink on me for that long.

Jake shook his head, getting out of bed. He looked back at the sheets, trying to pretend that they didn’t look as sweat-soaked as they did, trying to put off the idea that they were actually soaked with the stink that the dragon had soaked him in. He still remembered the nose-burning stench, remembered how it had made him want to throw up at first before…before…

He blushed. He didn’t remember the actual ‘fun’ that was had at the bar, but he remembered the aftermath. He remembered waking up and feeling that seed running down his ass, remembered how it had felt to be on the bar and staring down at all the other customers as he woke up and sat up, naked from the waist down.

And he remembered how it felt to have that stink on him, almost as if someone else had marked him, almost as if the dragon would come back to claim him later.

That didn’t happen, he told himself as he turned around and walked to the shower. That didn’t happen.

It didn’t matter how much he told himself that, though, as the thought kept returning to his mind, pushing at the back of his head. It continued to ask him ‘what if,’ to push the possibility of what might happen if it was true, even if he didn’t want it to be.

He saw that the towels were all wet-looking, even though they had dried overnight. They had the same sort of moist darkness to them that the sheets of his bed did, and he blushed as he imagined them soaking in the same sort of stink as he had. Jake started to lean in, tempted to smell them to check, then shook his head.

No, no, it’s not happening. It’s not happening.

It was time to shower anyway, and he could deal with everything else afterward.

#

As soon as he was showered and dressed, he grabbed his phone. He should probably set up another attempt at a date for the night, see if there was anyone that was willing to give him a shot. There was no point in sitting out the dating game, even if you were working under a handicap.

He flicked through the app, finding a couple of furred creatures that looked like they might be fun. He sent them a few messages, hoping that they’d check on them while he was at work and he could respond later. Grabbing his work uniform, he slipped into the retail outfit and headed down to his car.

The inside of the vehicle, for all that he had done his best to clean it after that night, still reeked of that dragon. He didn’t know how the smell could cling to the inside of the car for so long, but it had, and it meant that every time that he stepped back in the vehicle, he was reminded of that night, reminded of being helpless, reminded of being fucked. His asshole puckered against his will, and he blushed.

Never thought that I’d find out that I was a bottom that way, Jake thought, starting the car and pulling it out of the parking space. Always thought that I…

That thought trailed off, replaced by the mental image of him getting under that dragon again. He tried to push the thought out of his head, but at the same time, he didn’t feel as bothered by it as he expected. He thought that he’d hate it, but at the same time, he felt rather…comfortable in that fantasy. He imagined himself raising his ass up, offering it to that thick cock, that impossibly thick cock, and he moaned under his breath.

It was something that he had never done before, fantasizing like this on the way to work. His cock started to throb up between his legs, pressing against the front of his pants, and Jake groaned again, shaking his head.

No, no. I didn’t want it that bad. I didn’t want it then, and I don’t want it now.

Yet, as his asshole puckered from the smell, as he imagined himself in that same place again, he couldn’t deny that his cock was throbbing hard, and his attention was slipping from his cock to his ass again, wanting to know how it felt to be a good little bitch for a dragon.

“Ugh…”

He thumped his head against the steering wheel as he came to a stop at an intersection, reaching out to roll down the window. No way in hell was he going to let this get any worse. He needed some fresh air, and he needed it badly.

As he sucked down the chilly morning air, he felt a little bit better. As long as he kept the window open, as long as the car was moving, he didn’t have to think about the feeling that the musk in the car gave him. He could think straight, think about work, think about the stuff that he would have to do when he got back to the apartment.

Gonna have to call the landlord and ask him what the hell I’m supposed to do, he thought, shaking his head. I don’t know what the hell my neighbors want. I mean, it’s not stinking to me. Maybe it’s just something in their parts of the building.

That’s what he hoped it was, at least. If this was just him in denial –

It’s not.

But if it was, then there was a lot more that could go wrong than just him having a hard time cleaning his apartment up. He could be affected by something much more intense.

He shook his head again, forcing himself to focus on the drive. It wouldn’t take that long to get to work from here, and he needed to be ready to jump in. The boss and the other employees were already rather annoyed with him for something or other, and he didn’t need to give them more reasons.

Even if the smell in the car did make him want to think about throwing himself at the dragon again and –

Stop it!

Eventually, he pulled into the parking lot at the grocery store that he worked at. He put the car into park, and then stepped out. As soon as he did, the stink from inside the car followed him, almost like it was trying to pull him back in. His cock throbbed slightly, and he had to lean against the car for a moment to hide himself as he adjusted it, pushing it down and over a bit so that it wasn’t pushing forward and showing off in a horrible way.

It didn’t do much to hide the whole thing, but it was better than nothing.

With that done, he made his way through the parking lot. Here and there, some of the early bird customers turned to look his way, but he kept his head forward, not paying attention to them, but rather to the store front. He had to get to work. He had to get to work. Nothing else mattered.

He was just about to walk through the front doors when one of his coworkers – another human – walked out and stood in front of him. There was a clothespin on his nose, too, almost like –

“Boss says you’re not allowed in the store anymore, Jake.”

“…What?”

“That’s what he said. You’re not allowed in the store anymore.”

“What the hell are you talking about?”

“He said that you’re on leave. And if you come in, you’re fired.”

“You gotta be kidding me! What did I do?”

“You stink, man. You really, really stink.”

Jake stared at Stan, shaking his head. His coworker had always been a bit of a joker, but this was too much. Way, way, way too much.

He tried to walk around him, but Stan just moved to stand in front of him again, the big guy holding his arms out wide.

“I’m serious. You walk in, you lose your job. The boss is sick of seeing customers just walking out without any warning when you’re on shift.”

“That doesn’t really happen!”

“But it does. We lost over a hundred customers just last week because you walked by them. They took one whiff and ran for the doors.”

“That…that didn’t happen,” he said, suddenly no longer sure of himself.

“It did, and it’s gonna happen again if you come in now, so you’re not welcome.”

“But…but…”

“Go back home, man. It’ll be better for all of us.”

“I need this job, Stan. I need it.”

“If you need it that bad, then find a way to wash up.” Stan groaned, rubbing his nose. “Seriously. I’m gonna puke.”

“But I don’t smell!”

“Maybe you don’t smell it, but the rest of us – Nnngh – the rest of us do.”

“But –”

“I told you, get out of here. Go home and – oh god.”

Stan turned to the side, and right then and there, his coworker started throwing up all over the walkway leading to the store. Jake stared, unable to believe his eyes as it happened right in front of him.

That…that’s…

He wanted to say that was impossible, but there it was. He had been warned away, and now, he had a result of what would happen if he didn’t listen. But he didn’t stink…

Did he?

Jake turned away, making his way back to the car. He gave himself a surreptitious sniff under the arm along the way. Maybe there was a hint of an odor, but if there was one, it was incredibly minor. He had no idea why it was affecting people as much as it was, but it was clearly doing something to them.

What the hell happened to me?

He opened his car door and slid in, and almost immediately he was surrounded by that stink of dragon musk, of dragon sweat, of dragon…other things.

“Mmmph…”

And his cock throbbed hard. He tried to shake it off, to put it out of his head as he pulled his seatbelt on. He rolled all the windows down, hoping that he could maybe get the wind to carry the smell out, but no matter what he did, some hint of it always remained. Jake started up the car, hoping that maybe if he went somewhere else he could clear his head. Maybe he could get an afternoon date or something, too, just to clear his mind and boost his ego back up.

#

He sat in a coffee shop, in the corner near the door and an open window. He still didn’t believe he stank, but he wasn’t going to risk it if he was wrong. He sat there with his hands folded around a cup of coffee, his phone at his side, waiting for his date to show up.

This one was a wolf, and he hoped to find something better here than he had with the dragon. Supposedly, this guy was a decent sort, the kind of guy that was looking for someone to have fun with while settling down at the same time.

Not what Jake was looking for just yet, but he considered it a way of getting experience for a stronger relationship down the line.

As he sat there, waiting, he kept feeling the eyes of other people in the café settling on him, staring at him. He kept shifting back and forth in his seat, wondering if they were judging him, if he was really as smelly as Stan implied. That had to be a lie, and his coworker must have been sick or something, but –

But it could be real.

Not really, no, he tried to tell himself, but the evidence was mounting. He didn’t know what to do. He just…he just needed a distraction.

The other door to the coffee shop, directly across from him, finally opened up. A wolf in a gray coat and black pants looked down the hall, spotted him, and held up his phone, waving it. Jake smiled and held his own up, waving back. The wolf – Marco, the name was – started marching over to him.

He started to smile, puffing out his chest a bit. This was just what he needed. Someone else to enjoy some time with, maybe hurry it up towards something fun, something –

Suddenly, Marco stopped in his tracks, shaking his head as if he’d run into something. Jake cocked his head to the side, started to get up –

“Mmmph!”

The wolf suddenly covered his face, pulling back and gagging against his fingers. It was as if he couldn’t stand to be there, as if he had smelled something utterly foul in that split second when Jake was getting up.

“Hey, are you –”

“Mmmph!”

Marco waved him back, turning away and shaking his head. The wolf pulled halfway across the store, keeping that distance between the two of them, having to lean on a table as he rubbed his nose.

“Mmmph. Stay…stay over there…fuck…”

“What the hell is wrong with you?” Jake asked.

“Me? You’re the one that smells to hell and back.”

“What the – I don’t! I showered this morning.”

“Obviously not enough.”

“Fuck you.”

“Mmmph. Not happening anytime soon. God. You’re not fucking anyone if you stink like that.”

Jake struggled to find the words for how insulted that made him feel. First Stan, and now one of his dates? What the fuck was going on?

He breathed into his hand and sniffed that. Sure, it was a bit off, but nothing bad, he thought. He reached down, rubbed his shirt. Was it…was it a bit wet? He didn’t think so, but his fingers had a slight shine to them when he brought them away from the cloth. He looked up at the wolf again, shaking his head.

“I don’t know what’s wrong with you, but there’s nothing wrong with me!”

“There’s everything wrong with you! Why do you think I’m staying over here?”

“I don’t know. Because you hate humans? I don’t know.”

He got to his feet, more hurt than anything else, and that hurt translated into anger all too well. He’d come out here for a bit of fun, maybe to find someone to spend the day with, and all he was getting were insults. Considering how his neighbors were so pissy right now, he could get that at home.

Throwing his phone back in his pocket, he marched right across the shop. Everyone started groaning as he passed by, but he just told himself that they were all in on this humiliation, that nobody really thought that he stank that much. Even when the wolf leaned over, covering his face with his shirt, Jake just told himself that it was down to the joke being kept going.

I don’t stink. I don’t stink.

He walked back to his car, getting in the driver’s seat and doing his best to ignore the dragon stench that covered everything, that had seeped into the seats, that had permeated the cushions, that had gotten into the floor at the bottom of the car.

I don’t stink.

#

“You stink, and you’re not getting back in.”

“The fuck is going on?!”

Jake stared at his landlord, a big hippo of a man who was dressed in denim overalls and big boots. The tall male stood like a big boulder in front of the steps up to the apartment, and he wouldn’t budge no matter how much Jake tried to push past him.

“I told ya, you’re not getting back in.”

“That’s bullshit! I have a lease!”

“And that lease told you that you had to keep things in order. When it stinks that bad in here, it sure as fuck ain’t in order.”

“It’s not my fault! I can’t smell anything!”

“Yeah? Well, you should have had someone come by to check it for you. Now, I gotta take care of it, and it’s going on your next rent payment.”

“That’s not fair!”

“Kiss my ass if that’s all you got to say about it, Jake. You shoulda done something about it before now.”

“You…you…”

“Why don’t you go down to the gym and buy a shower? Least then you’re not stinking up the place.”

“I don’t stink!”

“Yeah, you fucking do. You smell like a dragon wallowing through a sauna, and that stinks.”

More than anything in the world, right at that moment Jake wanted to punch the hippo’s lights out. He doubted that it would do a damn thing, but it was what he wanted. He clenched his fist hard, wishing that he had the courage to do it, but he knew that he didn’t. With this little move, he was halfway to being kicked out of his apartment permanently, and he knew better than to test his luck.

He stomped away, going back to his car and slamming the door so hard that the whole thing rattled. His window had a slight crack in it, and he glared at it.

“Fuck…”

He leaned back, feeling the smell surrounding him again. That stink had to be just the car. He didn’t smell like that…did he?

Jake looked down at himself. He supposed that there were sweat marks on his shirt, and he supposed that there might be little wet spots on the crotch of his jeans, and other places. He supposed that there were nasty bits on his socks, places where he was oozing something that stunk.

But that…that’s…

Denial crept forward, trying to take hold, but every time that he tried to tell himself that it wasn’t his fault, that it wasn’t him that was stinking, that other people were making a big deal out of nothing, he was reminded of the fact that he was sitting in a car filled with dragon stink. There was no way for him to be really sure of his own smell, not in here.

He put the car in drive. Time to find some answers.

#

He was in a public park, out in the open. The sun was on its way down, and he had someone that he needed to meet.

I can’t believe I’m doing this.

Moreover, he couldn’t believe that he still had the dragon’s number on his phone. He thought that he’d scrubbed Dragolite off of his contacts list, but somehow, the red dragon’s number was still there. He’d argued against calling him, telling himself that if the dragon had already done something to him, that this was giving him another opportunity. The better idea would be to go to a doctor and see if they could tell him what the hell was going on.

The downside to that was that he didn’t have any way for a doctor to actually see him. He didn’t have the money for that. Hell, he had barely had the money for his apartment this month, and he didn’t know what the hell he was going to do when he actually had to pay rent again and cover the de-stinking of his place.

This was his only option. He’d just have to be smarter about it than last time.

As he waited, the sun setting in the background, he sniffed himself again. This time, he was starting to see what the other people had been talking about. It didn’t bowl him over the way that the stuff in the car did, or fucking hell, how the dragon had done in the bar, but he was starting to notice his own reek. He’d gone into the public restrooms, trying to wash some of it off, but now that he was paying attention, he noticed how the water droplets had just washed off of him, almost like they were sliding over oil rather than scrubbing his skin. No matter how hard he tried, that layer just didn’t want to come off.

What’s wrong with me? he wondered, trying not to wrinkle his nose too much. What the hell did he do to me?

Eventually, another car drove up to the parking lot at the end of the park. He watched as the fluffy red dragon stepped out, closing the car door behind him. He looked happy.

Well, at least one of us is.

Jake stood there, his arms crossed, his eyes narrowed as the red dragon crossed the park. It was just the two of them there, and he hoped that it would stay that way. The last thing that he wanted was an audience to whatever else might happen.

As the big guy walked up to him, he cocked his head to the side.

“What did you do to me?”

“Hmm?”

“You fucking did something to me. What the hell was it?”

“Ah, you finally started stinking, huh?”

“…What…did…you…do?”

“Oh, simple enough,” Dragolite said, shrugging. “I marked you.”

“Marked…me?”

“Yeah. When dragons want something, we make sure that we put our marks on it. That way, we can always find it again. And, well, it makes sure that someone else doesn’t try and take it from us. The smells get pretty strong.”

“You…this thing got me kicked out of my apartment!” he shouted. “And it almost got me fired from work!”

“Well, yeah…so?”

“So?! I need those things! I need them to live!”

“Nah, you’ll be fine without them.”

“How the hell do you figure that, hmm? How the hell do you figure that I will be fine without those?”

“Because you’re mine. And I’m taking you home with me.”

The sheer arrogance of the dragon to believe that he would just go along with that was staggering. Jake found himself spluttering, trying to spit more than a dozen words with each little sound that came past his lips. He was spitting mad at that point, and he wanted to strangle the dragon.

Yes, strangle. Grab him and squeeze him and wring his neck for the arrogance of trying to take away his life like this. He even started to reach out when –

Flap.

The thick, musky stink of the fluffy dragon hit him like a load of bricks as Dragolite flapped his wings. The human stumbled backwards, his eyes rolling up in their sockets, his cock jumping up in his pants.

“Yeah, that’s better, isn’t it?” the dragon asked.

“Nnngh…ah…ah…”

“Don’t worry about all that stuff. I’ll take of it. Just like I’ll take care of you.”

“Mmph…I don’t…don’t want…”

But the dragon was moving closer, and with him came the smell. It was so thick and heavy that it was almost impossible for Jake to think of anything but that heated stench, that thick smell that was washing over him and draining him of the ability to think. Everything burned in his nose, and his head? His head felt like it was filled with a stink smoke, a yellow cloud that washed over everything and blocked it out of his mind.

“That’s it,” Dragolite said. “Breathe it in.”

He did so without thinking, sucking in another breath, then another, and another. He swore that he was starting to sweat more, some layer of oily ooze running down his arms and forehead, across his chest and down his back. What was that? That wasn’t what should have been –

Then Dragolite was there, the dragon rubbing his crotch through his pants, and he groaned as his throbbing hard-on begged for more attention.

“That’s it. Just let me take care of you, little human.”

“Mmmph…not…”

“You will.”

“I…I…”

“Let me…take care…of you…”

The wings came down, surrounding him, and Jake realized that they were trapping the stink and musk close in. He couldn’t escape it as it got thicker and thicker, heavier and heavier around him. Some part of him knew that he had to get away, had to get further from the big dragon so that he could think clearly again.

That part was too stupid to figure out how, though, so he just stood there as those wings wrapped around him.

The smell got thicker, hotter, and he was barely able to stand on his own two feet as it swelled around him, becoming this thick cloud of stench that just burned at his nose, flooded his mind, left his mouth filled with an odd taste of salt and bitterness.

“Nnngh…”

“Just relax, human. I am here. I’ll take care of you.”

Those scaly fingers rubbed down into the front of his pants, fishing out his cock. He felt like something was happening to him, something sinking into his flesh, but he was too musk-drunk to be able to do anything about it.

“Slip away, human.”

Slip…away…

“Drift off.”

Drift off…

“Sleep.”

And he slept.

#

He didn’t know how long he slept, but when Jake woke up, he wasn’t at the park anymore. He was in the front seat of a car, his cock throbbing harder than it had ever done before, even with the stiffest care of morning wood that he had ever experienced, and Dragolite was at his side, driving the car.

“What…what’s going on? Where are we?”

“Going to my place.”

“Fuck that.”

“You are going to let me do that, little human.”

“Says who?”

“Says me…”

The dragon flicked his wings, and the scent came back. Jake groaned, not washed down into a trance this time, but feeling that he could be at any moment.

“Don’t worry. I’m not going to hurt you. I just want to take care of you.”

“By…by ruining my life and kidnapping me?”

“Oh, don’t consider it kidnapping. Consider it…uplifting.”

“How…why…”

Damn it…think…

That was the hardest thing in the world to do with that smell in the air, but Jake did his best. He was able to start pulling little bits and pieces together, groaning as he did so, doing his best to ignore the throbbing boner in his pants.

“Mmph…why did you…take me away?”

“Well, you said that you didn’t have a home anymore, and that you were going to lose your job. I thought I’d fix that for you.”

“You can…you can fix it…by taking the stink away…”

“That’s not an option. But I can give you a better job.”

“Mmmph…what?”

“Live with me, and do what I tell you.”

“…Like a servant?”

“Heh, if you like.” The fluffy red dragon smiled to himself. “It’ll be a little more intimate than that, but I think you’ll enjoy that.”

He didn’t want to admit that it was a possibility, but there was every reason that his memories were right and that the red dragon was a good lay. He remembered cumming very hard, or at least, being covered in his own seed when the whole thing was done.

But Dragolite was the one responsible for all this in the first place. What if this was just what he wanted, and Jake was playing into his hands?

Do you have another option?

That was the big question, and the answer was no. He had already been kicked out until the de-stinking of the apartment was done, and he had no money for a hotel or anything like that. He’d have to take the offer, at least for a while. He sighed, rubbing his head, nodding at his new ‘host’.

“Fine, but only for a little while.”

“You might change your mind when you see the place.”

“I doubt it.”

“Oh?” The dragon smiled, taking the next turn. They rounded a small orchard, then –

“Oh…my…god,” Jake whispered.

“Heh. Maybe it might be better to stay long-term, hmm?” Dragolite said. “Welcome home.”
