The room was silent from Travis' proclamation. All eyes had turned to Serenity to gauge what hir reaction would be. He had made hir wait nearly a week before giving his answer. The next morning seemed to have come quicker than expected. The light shining through the window hit Travis right in the eye. That caused him to awake with a snort. “Morning, Kai. Breakfast?" shi asked in the yawn.

“Yep. Get your cute butts' downstairs. Your parents should be over in a few minutes. Chop chop, love birds!" Travis looked down at his state of undress and started to blush. Serenity noticed and chuckled at his expense.

“Relax, sugar. You've seen how we are at home. They won't mind. Let's take a shower together and greet the day. Sounds good?" He nodded with a shy grin. Maybe being accepted by a Chakat household might not be such a bad thing after all. He surely wasn't going to complain. They got out of the bed and headed for the shower. They rinsed each other down in some good clean fun mixed with exploration of the other. After they were done, they stepped out of the shower and dried off. Well, Travis towel dried while Serenity used the built-in fur dryer and towel combo.

Once they were cleaned, they left the bedroom hand in hand. They noticed that everyone was in the dining room waiting. Once they were noticed, a cheer rose from the Clan. They were greeted with several questions, ranging from how the night went to what they tried. Travis blushed in embarrassment, but Serenity fielded the questions for the both of them. Shi didn't reveal his little kink which he was grateful for. He did get the distinct impression that if they did end up finding out, they would accept it as a part of him. If they were as accepting as Serenity, it may even be likely that they would offer advice on how to make the experience better. That's a question for the future. He couldn't believe how much had changed in the past two weeks. Hell, how much had changed in the last eight, if you're including when he immigrated here. Eight weeks since he left mercenary service due to medical issues. Two weeks since he had met Serenity and had his whole life turned upside down. It was the best time of his life, however. He hoped to continue to be in this wacky time if it meant he could stay with Serenity.

His musing was interrupted when said Chakat reached over and grabbed his hand. Shi gave him an award-winning smile that melted his heart. Shi once again opened hirself to him.
