The Golden Coil Resort 2
Lloyd is rather disappointed that neither of his sons want to spend time together just yet, but he tries to be good about it. As he explores the resort, he finds himself getting rather...distracted from all the bright lights, and distracting sounds.

Part 2
for Taiko
by Draconicon
As he sat down with the hotel rules and services binder, Lloyd finally felt his heart slow down to a manageable level. His head was still spinning, sure, but that was something that he could deal with. His boys had kept it spinning ever since Darren came home for this little vacation, so why the hell would it stop now?
The older man flipped the binder open, running his finger down the table of contents as Riche and Darren sat on either side of him. His sons leaned in the way that they used to do when they were younger, their heads over his arms, looking down at the binder with him. He was reminded all too much of the old story-times that they used to do when the kids were still growing up, how it felt to have them looking down at the book, how it was -
He smiled. It was a good memory, but it was just a memory. He would have to share that with his wife when he got home, and see if there was a way to pull a bit more together-time together for the family.
"Let's see, rules, rules, rules..."
"Hey, hey. Look at that!" Riche jabbed his finger down at one of the items on the list. "They've got a buffet. No, seven buffets. And clubs, and -"
"Rules first, Riche. This is someone else's house, remember?"
"...Right, right...yeah...Sorry, don't know what came over me."
Lloyd did. It was the same thing that came over anyone that was on their first big vacation, and it was something that he was doing his best to be understanding about. He remembered how he'd felt when he was younger - much younger, before the boys were born - and how it had felt when he'd saved up the money to head off into the wild blue yonder, to explore the world and see all the things. He remembered...well, some of it. He'd been a responsible enough young man, but every young man has their moments of stupid, and he had his share in the clubs through the land.
When you got the chance to do big things like this, you didn't want to waste your time. He got that, he understood that, but he still remembered how it felt to be humiliated when he broke a local rule and disrespected his host. There was no way that he was letting his sons go through that.
Not that he expected either of them to, but...well, it never hurt to be sure. And it would go a long way towards making him feel connected to the pair of them again.
"Ah, rules, here we go," he muttered, turning the binder to the appropriate page. "Rule 1. When in the hotel, or indoors at all, one must leave their shoes at the door."
"That's a bit weird, isn't it?" Riche asked.
"I think it's because there's a lot of slithering guests, and they want to keep the floor clean when they can't avoid dirt piles like we can," Darren pointed out.
"Probably." Lloyd nodded in agreement. "Alright. We'll just have to get some backpacks or something; can't just leave our shoes here or carry them down to the lobby in our hands, right?"
The boys nodded, and he went back to the list. Odd rule, but he supposed they were somewhere with much less humans. Least they weren't saying that you had to go barefoot outside at all times. He ran his hand down to the next rule.
"Rule 2. Always look someone in the eye when they're talking to you." He smiled. "Well, that's just good manners, isn't it?"
The boys nodded. Another thing that he had taught them, another moment to let him feel a little bit better about himself and how he'd raised them. They were respectful kids - men, men, now, he reminded himself - and that was at least partially down to him and how much work he'd put into the pair of them.
"Rule 3. Pool-time is - what? That can't be right..."
"What's the matter?" Riche asked, leaning over. "Pool-time is limited to...huh."
"Nude pool?" Darren asked.
"...Why would they do that?" Lloyd asked.
"Probably because snakes can't wear swim trunks, so they want everyone to be on the same page."
"...I guess," Lloyd said, shaking his head. "Well, rules are rules..."
"We're not going to be seeing you at the pool, are we, dad?" Riche asked.
"Not a chance. This is reserved for your mother," he said, pointing at his groin. "Nobody else."
The boys laughed, and so did he...though there was an odd thought in the back of his mind that it wouldn't be that bad to just allow it to hang out, would it? There wasn't anything wrong with just showing off, long as he didn't allow it to pop into someone else...
He didn't know where that thought had come from. He'd always been a respectful man, someone that followed the rules, but there was nothing in the rules that said he had to go swimming. That was just there if he decided that he wanted to, and he had already made the decision to stay away from the pool for the duration of the trip. He could get his relaxation and his exercise in somewhere else, somewhere that let him stay clothed.
"Alright, alright, the rest of the rules."
There were some odd ones in there, but the majority were similar to the other hotels that they stayed at. Payment was due at the time of departure, there was no smoking allowed in the various rooms - though there was a smoking lounge on the third floor, something that surprised him - and most of the other rules were reduced to 'Pay attention to the facilities and the individual rules posted there.' Apparently, the rules changed from one part of the hotel resort to another, and they'd just have to play it by ear.
That was fine with him. It meant that if there was a place that he didn't fit with, he could just go somewhere else. Lloyd liked that; it meant that there was no need for him to be uncomfortable if he didn't want to be.
"So...anyone mind if I hit up one of the buffets before I use the gym?" Riche asked.
"...I thought we might catch a show tonight," Lloyd admitted. "Hang out together. As a family."
"Yeah, but it's still hours until then, dad, and this is a vacation. Come on. Let's just have some time to relax."
"Admittedly, I could use some time to rest," Darren said. "It's been a bit of a day."
Lloyd looked between his sons. Just like that, the little moment that they'd shared of the sons looking down at their dad's book was over and done with, with the older one wanting to run off and stuff his face and see the sights, while the other one wanted to head to bed and sleep. He wanted to call them to task for it...
But at the same time, he knew that this was part and parcel with how vacations went...and that they were adults, and he needed to let them have that time. He nodded.
"Go ahead, Riche."
"Thanks, dad."
Getting a hug from his older son and squeezing him close for a moment, Lloyd watched him go. Riche didn't bother grabbing his shoes, just walking right out and into the elevator. There was a moment of laughter as Riche yelped from the transition from a warm floor to a cooler one, but that was all, and it passed quickly.
He barely had a chance to turn to Darren before his younger son was getting to his feet. He reached out, grabbing his boy by the wrist.
"Getting to bed already?"
"...For an hour, yeah. Just a nap," Darren said.
"You sure you don't want to..."
"...Don't want to what?"
"I don't know. Something." Lloyd shook his head. "Nevermind. You get some rest, and we'll talk about it afterward."
"...You okay, dad?"
"Of course." Not. "You get some rest."
Darren hesitated for a moment, but then took his permission to leave rather than question it. His younger son disappeared into the bedroom again, shutting the door, but not entirely. Just enough for a crack, and Lloyd flattered himself to think that it meant that he had an offer to come spend time, to -
He sighed, leaning forward and resting his head in his hands. This was already going off the rails, just like he knew it would. They were family, and had been enjoying a perfectly fine vacation back at home. All this rich stuff, all these extras, they weren't needed. They were just getting in the way of family spending time with family, something that they hadn't had the chance to do for months. Years, if you didn't count the little day-visits that Darren or Riche made back and forth between Opal City and Novus Ager, which Lloyd didn't.
I should have pushed for us to stay home instead of going on this trip. Now, we're just doing things, rather than being together...
There was a small voice in the back of his head, something that told him that this was the right way to take it, but at the same time, he couldn't help but feel a bit hurt. He knew that he'd made a mistake with Darren before. Getting that angry about the tattoo, brand, whatever it was on his boy's chest had been a step too far, and while they'd patched it up, they were still not exactly doing well with one another.
Riche, on the other hand, had been as floaty as could be, almost high ever since then. Hell, he'd tossed the boy's room just to make sure that he wasn't on something or getting things off the street, but he couldn't find anything. He wasn't a drinker, wasn't a druggie, Lloyd knew that. He'd raised him better than that. But his behavior lately, half-stupid and half-too cheerful, just let him concerned.
He felt like he was losing his grip on his family, on everything that they were to one another, and he didn't know how to deal with that.
Shaking his head, he pushed himself to his feet. If nothing else, he could take a walk and clear his head. Maybe there'd be something to do on the way down. The long way, not the elevator. He'd take it down a floor and follow the ramp wherever it went, and if he didn't find anything, he'd come back up, and...
Well, it wasn't gay if it was two family members just sleeping next to each other, was it? It'd been decades since he'd slept with his boy in the same bed. The feeling of connection, that feeling of being responsible for little Darren, had never entirely gone away...but it'd be nice to get it back.
One walk, then that...
Thus decided, Lloyd got to his feet. His jeans felt a bit tight as he walked to the elevator door, pressing the button to call it, but that was the usual these days. All of his pants felt tighter, but he wasn't sure if that was because of any weight gain, or just because his ass felt bigger, or...
There was something going on, something weird. Something that had Darren tired all day, something that had Riche hyped up and happy and...well, dumb, sometimes, and something that made him feel odd in his own clothes. More relaxed, more...aware of some things, than he used to be.
Boy toys...
Like that comment of Riche's. He would have come down hard on the boy for that in the past, for disrespecting what he and the boys’ mother had, but this time, there'd been something else. Something pleasurable...somewhere else. Something of pride, and something that made him tingle a little.
Lloyd put it out of his mind, stepped into the elevator -
"GAH!"
And made the same yelp-groan that Riche had as his bare feet touched the cold floor. He really was lost in his own head.
#
Lloyd got off one floor down, and began making his way through the spiral ramp that ran between all the other floors of the hotel resort. The walls were lined with the same sort of coiling pattern that had greeted them at the front door, swirling all around him. The only difference was that this one had a cascading spiral of light running along the coils rather than just reflecting the ambient light, and it spun down and away from him around the building, pulling his eyes along with it.
He was grateful that the ramp didn't have any windows that led to the outside, and beyond grateful that the floor wasn't as transparent as he had imagined it would be. There was no way of seeing just how high up he was, and he did his best to keep the numbers of the floors he passed from meaning anything more than how many floors he was from the ground. No need to think of how many feet in the air that meant, nor how far a drop that would be if the floor broke beneath him.
In that, the spiraling colors of the ramp actually helped, keeping him nice and relaxed as he focused on the spinning, spiraling colors. The soft hiss that had been in the elevator seemed to fill the ramp, too, and encouraged him to just listen to it, and then forget about it as it faded into the background. It was surprisingly soothing for such an odd sort of white noise, he thought.
The longer that he stared straight ahead, the less conscious he was of his tension and his annoyance with this whole situation, and the more aware he was of little things, things that didn't matter but felt oddly good. The warmth of the stone under his feet, for one, and how it soothed him to keep walking. He was exercising going down so many levels of the building, exercising, building up a sweat. That was a thing to do, a nice way to treat himself. He should feel good about that, he felt, almost as if someone was telling him that.
But that was impossible. Completely impossible. There was no-one there to tell him, only that odd hissing sound in the background.
But he still felt happy, or at least, happier, as he descended the long ramp, walking past one floor after another. Nineteen turned to eighteen, then seventeen, and so on.
He eventually paused at the tenth floor, needing to lean against the wall from the long climb down for a bit, and took the chance to see what was on offer. The tenth floor, according to the plaque on the wall, was home to several different distractions, ranging from a small high-class restaurant to several different massage parlors, to -
Huh...
It was also home to the laundry room. Lloyd cocked his head to the side, and slowly, a smile started to spread across his face.
It didn't take long to find the laundry room, and less time to step inside. Greeting him was the sight of six reptiles on legs, two nagas that were slithering about directing them, and one serpent a bit like Hissy down at the front desk leaning up to pick things off clothes lines sliding around the ceiling. All the various scalies turned to face him at once.
Lloyd hesitated, rubbing the back of his neck, but he remembered the rules. Meet the eyes of anyone that you're talking to. He turned his attention to one of the nagas.
"Hey...need any help here?" he asked.
"...You are a guessssst, aren't you?" the naga asked.
"Yes. A penthouse guest."
"Isssss ssssomething unsssatissssfactory?"
"No, no. I just...want to do something useful."
"...Ussseful, hmm?" The naga chuckled. "Well, we could alwaysssss ussse more help."
"Thanks."
Gesturing at an ironing station that was currently unoccupied and getting a nod of affirmation from the naga, Lloyd got to work. He wasn't precisely a laundry wizard or anything like that, but there was something to ironing that made him feel good. Maybe it was the way that it was kind of like working wood good and smooth, or maybe it was just the feeling of getting rid of the wrinkles in things, but there was something utterly satisfying to it. He tested the iron with a quick spritz of the water bottle beside it, saw it turn to steam, and got to work.
#
Time passed quickly, and before he knew it, a full forty-five minutes had passed. He wouldn't have stopped were it not for the fact that the naga that had pointed him to his workstation had come over and tapped him on the shoulder, either. Lloyd blinked, looking up at the shimmering green eyes surrounded by the naga's shaded hood.
"You're good at thisssss."
"Thanks. I just wanted to help."
"And help you did." The naga smiled. "The dry-cleaning sssstaff will appreciate that."
"Heh, well, I'm glad I could do something."
It certainly made him feel a bit less helpless with his own situation, at the very least. Shaking his head, he flexed his fingers, only to wince. The naga immediately reached down, taking his hand.
"What'sssss wrong?"
"Just...a bit stiffer than I thought I'd be."
"Clearly. Your hand..."
He wasn't burned or anything, but his fingers were utterly wrecked for the moment. He had been clenching the iron a bit harder than he should have been, and now his digits didn't really want to open. When he tried, they complained mightily, and he realized that he wasn't going to be using his right hand for much for the next little while.
"I guess I'm done for now. Sorry about that."
"There isssss nothing to apologize for. You did ssssomething completely unasssked. Thissss wassss a favor, and one I musssst repay," the naga said.
"There's no need -"
"Allow me, for your generossssity."
The naga reached into the pocket of its waistcoat - something that he had only barely been aware of it wearing, due to all of his attention on the naga's eyes - and pulled a voucher free. He took it without thinking, and the naga patted his shoulder.
"Go, get a massssage. You need it."
"It's fine. Just a cramp."
"A cramp that you sssshould not have to deal with. Not on a vacation."
"This was a favor. You don't need to pay me for that."
"It isssss not a payment, jusssst a favor for a favor. Pleasssse, for my ssssake, accept it."
"...Okay, okay. But just for your sake."
Lloyd nodded, holding it at his side. The naga looked him in the eyes again, and with that hood, and the light around the room suddenly seeming to dim, it was all he could do to keep his eyes locked with the snake's green ones. He felt like he was staring at a beautiful gem as his breath caught in his throat, and for a moment, the world seemed to stop moving. His thoughts went still, his mind went quiet...
And then he was standing outside the laundry room, the voucher in hand. He blinked, wondering what had happened. Nothing came to mind.
Looking down at the voucher, he saw that it was for this floor, as well. He considered passing it on to one of his sons, but quickly discarded that idea. It was hardly a good idea to give Riche one more distraction, and Darren, as much as he could use it, would probably turn it down to not take something he hadn't earned.
And I did earn this, Lloyd thought, though it was an odd thought for him to have. I guess...wouldn't hurt to get a short one.
#
He almost regretted it as soon as he walked into the massage parlor and found three other humans, two foxes, a parrot, and two wolves sitting in the buff. Not even in a towel, but in the nude, not at all shy about showing off sheaths and shafts that were hanging loose and low. Lloyd turned around, looked at the rule plaque on the wall, and groaned under his breath. The first rule was 'No Clothes in the Parlor.'
Seeing the clerk - a scaly with a snake-face and lizard legs - looking at him meaningfully, Lloyd sighed. He had come this far. He might as well see how it went. He unbuttoned his shirt, dragging it off his shoulders, and then pulled the belt from his pants. Getting them down required a bit of wiggling, something that got the attention of the wolves, at least - and something that he tried to ignore - as he wiggled it past his ass. As he dropped the clothes to his ankles, he bent over to pick them up, and his cheeks burned at the literal wolf-whistles that followed.
The wolf-whistles stopped when he stood up and his cock swung forward. Lloyd slowly turned in place, daring anyone to say anything to him. He might have been in the minority - literally, as a human and the only dark-skinned one of the bunch - but he knew what he had to offer down there. For all that he was embarrassed to be naked, he made damn sure that everyone got an eye-full of what he had swinging down there before he turned back to the two-legged snake behind the desk.
Of course, that meant that the snake took a look, too, which punctured some of the indignity that he was carrying to replace it with embarrassment. Lloyd folded his clothes carefully and handed them over.
"Thank you, sir. Do you have an appointment?" the snake asked.
"No, but I got a voucher."
"May I see it? Our vouchers are all different."
Nodding, he handed it over. The clerk barely had to glance at it before going wide-eyed, and he immediately regretted it.
"It's something special, isn't it?" he asked.
"Well, yes, sir, it is. That's a voucher for an immediate massage. You get to skip the waitlist for one of our better massage therapists."
"Look. I don't want anything fancy. Just...whatever you'd give someone else, okay?"
"Sir, we don't give anyone anything sub-par."
"I know, I know, didn't mean to say that you did," Lloyd said, wondering how he had lost control of things and how it had slipped so far past his comfort zone. "But...just..."
"Yes, sir?"
"...Let's just get this over with."
"Yes, sir." The snake smiled, bowing his head and tucking the clothes under the desk. "Let me take you back to your therapist."
Lloyd let himself be led away, doing his best not to think about the fact that he was being watched as he left, that there were eyes of all sorts on him...and that he wasn't minding it nearly as much as he thought he would. The whole idea of being naked had never been one that he had jumped for joy over, but...well, maybe there wasn't that much bad about it.
#
The massage room was smaller than he expected, and there was no table. There was, however, a large, oiled-up naga waiting for him, one that had a large, cobra hood with speckles and glitter spread across it, and a light in the far side of the room that made the snake's scales shimmer on sight.
The moment that Lloyd stepped through the door, he felt like he was left to catch his breath at the sight of the snake. There was just something about the naga that took his breath away and left it hard to think. As the long snake - had to be at least twenty feet long, with coil upon coil upon coil - slowly slithered toward him, it felt like he was staring at those relaxing lights in the tunnel ramp all over again, but so much stronger...so much better...so much brighter and more soothing.
"You are so tense."
The naga's voice lacked the same hissing quality as the one in the laundry room, and instead went deeper, almost like it was rumbling through the floor beneath his feet. Lloyd had to remind himself to take a breath as the great serpent moved closer and closer, eyes all but glowing with a deep golden color. The scales, a dark red with the occasional patterns of yellow along the hood and over the sides of the snake's body, shimmered with oil and light, making it feel like he was looking at something that was more than just another slithering, talking reptile. This was -
The eyes were on his again, and he fell deeper into them, the light pushing into his, overwhelming any little thoughts that were trying to push their way into his head. The snake's long body continued uncoiling, gradually losing those loops as the serpent slithered to him. Big hands reached out, taking his stiff one in them.
"You are so tense, little human...so tense and tired..."
"So tense...and tired," Lloyd found himself repeating.
"You need to rest. You need someone to take care of you."
"Someone...to take care of me..."
"Come with me...step into my coils and embrace...I will care for you..."
There was little to say to that. Lloyd knew that he was in desperate need of...something, though he didn't quite understand what. The glow assured him that he was doing the right thing, though, and with every step, he felt more relaxed, more cared for. He was guided along, the naga 'standing' behind him with its upper body, guiding his feet with every step, holding him in a gentle around-the-waist embrace. He occasionally stumbled, his feet finding a bit of tail to step on by accident, but even when he would have stumbled, the naga kept that hug tight, hissing in his ear.
"That's good, that's good. Just a few more steps now."
"Yes, yes, that's a good little human. Just trust me to take care of you."
"One foot up, into my coils, now. Just a little higher - there you are. Now, toes back to the ground. And now, the other one."
Lloyd couldn't help but chuckle. It felt like he was being encouraged like he was twenty years older than he actually was, but...well, at the same time, he appreciated it. Someone that had experience like this - and the naga clearly had some - was someone worth listening to. He would have expected the same sort of consideration for things that he said, things that he asked for, and he was happy to allow the therapist the same consideration.
Once his feet hit the floor inside the snake's coils, the naga started slithering around him. Those beautiful gold eyes hovered right in front of his face, the naga's head slowly spinning around as the coils wrapped around his legs, up, up, up, but those eyes barely moved at all. He stared straight at them, following the rules, finding himself smiling more and more the longer that he stared into those golden orbs.
"That's it. You have been taking care of everything for so long. There is no way that you would be this tense from anything else. So many people that could get it wrong without you. So many that could be hurt if they don't listen. But that's okay. You've been doing your best. You've done so much for them. You've earned this."
"I...I..."
"You've earned this," the naga repeated, and the eyes pulsed slightly. His worries faded away, and he was left with the feeling of the coils still rising, pressing his thighs together, slowly lifting him up a bit. He floated on his tiptoes for a second, then off the floor entirely, his feet dangling just outside the naga's coils. "You've earned this, haven't you?"
"I've...earned this?" Lloyd asked.
"Yes. You've earned some time off, some time to yourself, some time to enjoy yourself instead of getting tighter, tenser, more tired, more distressed. It's time to rest..."
The eyes glowed brighter still, and he felt like there was no point in arguing any of that. The naga...the naga was right...
Darren...Riche...
They were grown-up. He didn't have to watch over them all the time now, did he? If they made mistakes...
They're my boys...
But they'd want him to take care of himself, right?
The golden eyes of the naga seemed to say so without saying anything. He was off the ground now, the coils wrapped around his thighs, pressing them together. The long length of snake flesh wrapped over and under his shaft, keeping it pointed forward. He'd gotten hard, he realized, and he didn't know when or how that had happened. It just had, at some point, and now he had an erection pointed toward the ceiling.
And the eyes held him still...making him feel so good...so relaxed...so calm...
So when the tail tip pressed against his feet, prodding with two other bits of anatomy that were too hard and hot to be just the tail, he didn't mind. He let it pass, not thinking about what it could be. When the naga leaned over him, hands pressing near his rising shaft and rubbing the flesh of his thighs, he didn't think twice about it. All that mattered was the 'massage' and how it felt to be held, cared for.
His hand had long since relaxed, no longer stiff and cramped the way that it had been, but that didn't matter. What mattered was submitting to the feeling of being cared for, of being in the snake's coils and enjoying that. The strong, muscular tail continued to wrap further and further around him, passing his waist and going over his chest. His hands were still exposed, but barely, and his arms were trapped against his sides as he breathed slowly. In, out, in, out, the soft musky smell of snake scales mixing with whatever heady oils had been rubbed into the scales pressing in on him from all sides. Whatever it was, he rather enjoyed it. It left his head spinning, his eyes rolled back, and he sagged into the coils completely.
"Yes...that's it...relax...let all your tension fade...let it go here..."
Coils and fingers caressed his shaft, teasing it, and Lloyd groaned. If there'd been anything of his more sheltered, modest self left that hadn't been buried by the light, perhaps there might have been some protest at the familiar touches, but he was so relaxed, so happy - so very happy - that he was willing to let it slide.
"So relaxed everywhere else...but here...it is so stiff...and you have to let me...help you," the naga whispered.
"Help...me..."
"Yes, let me help you...help you milk out everything that is leaving you stressed...tense..."
Lloyd groaned as his cock throbbed that little bit more, his hands clenching for a moment before going limp, his toes curling for a split-second - momentarily trapping the throbbing things against his soles - before relaxing again and letting himself go limp. Every bit of tension in his body, from his head to his toes and everything in between, rushed right to his cock. He could feel the sides stiffening, the throbbing bulging in veins on either side of his shaft, and he groaned under his breath as his hips twitched slightly. He couldn't quite buck, because that would have required more muscle tension than he could summon, but he could roll, grind, press against coils and fingers.
The naga's hand was right against the tip of his shaft, tickling under the head. The coils pressed against his shaft, rising slightly from his hips, and then pulled tight again, stroking down against him again. Up, down, up, down, releasing and tightening, and all across the rest of his body, the 'massage' of the coils continued, pressing into his sore muscles and making him feel...
Feel...
So...Relaxed...
It didn't matter that he was held by someone that was slowly stroking his cock or pressing something wet and slimy and warm against his feet. It didn't matter that he was naked in the grips of someone that he never would have trusted for this in other circumstances.
What mattered was that he felt good. For the first time in so long, he felt like he could let go of everything and trust others to take care of themselves. Lloyd felt like he didn't have to do anything, just relax and let the naga do its job of taking care of him.
"Keep focusing on that...that tightness...let it all go here...right here...at the very tip," the naga whispered, and Lloyd listened. "Yes, very good..."
Praise was nice. It always had been, but this felt like it was less needed, more just...wanted. And as indulgent as it was, Lloyd let himself be directed, so he could earn more and more praise from the naga over him.
The End
Summary: Lloyd is rather disappointed that neither of his sons want to spend time together just yet, but he tries to be good about it. As he explores the resort, he finds himself getting rather...distracted from all the bright lights, and distracting sounds.
