As Joel woke he had a strange feeling that today was going to be a strange but good day. He slowly got up showered and dressed and soon was cooking breakfast for himself and Rena. He soon got his cards and d-arc and strapped the cards to his belt and clipped his d-arc onto his vest. He planned out the day so they wouldn't have to screw around to fill the time. They would head to the D.B. pick up his check, head over to a car lot and take a look around then get lunch, then head home relax and? He couldn't think of anything else, oh well he'd figure it out when he came to it.
Rena slowly woke to the smell of a cooking breakfast and realized she was very hungry, very hungry? That meant that her heat had started, she wasn't exactly prepared for that. Rena washed herself and came out and sat on Joel's lap. He fed her and himself carefully. When she was full she kissed him on the cheek shocking her, 'had she just done that? Her feelings must be amplified by her heat.' She blushed under her fur. "I'm sorry Joel."
"Sorry for what Rena?" he was beginning to suspect something was wrong or not quite right.
"I'm sorry for kissing you like that." She replied still blushing, her blush slowly showing through her fur.
"It's alright Rena, you're just showing how much you love me." He replied noticing her blush.
"No it's not alright Joel I'm in heat and I may do something you or maybe both of us would regret." Her blush slowly increasing.
"So that's what's wrong, don't worry about it for now Rena, Lets just get through today and then we'll worry about that.
"Ok Joel." Her blush slowly decreased as she held his hand. They walked slowly to the D.B. taking in the beauty. As they walked her tail had snaked behind him and rubbed his butt. Joel had noticed but didn't care he loved her and tonight he was going to tell her. As they arrived he noticed one of his old friends but didn't do anything about it, he needed to talk to Burt.
As he walked up to the receptionist Rena held onto him tightly, this place scared her a little. She slowly noticed the female watching them and noticed she also had a Digimon. It was a Gatomon, hardly worth her time if they fought. Rena kept an eye on them until they were led off.
"I need to see Burt Mcleyes, please." Joel was slightly annoyed and wanted to get his check and get out of here. As they waited Joel stroked Rena's fur making her lick him he continued until they were told he could go up. As they walked up to Burt's office Joel stroked Rena's back making her excited. As they talked about the ambush and how much he'd get Burt brought up the news that his cards had saved a Digimon so he'd get a bonus of five thousand dollars. Making his check a total of six thousand two hundred and fifty dollars. As they were escorted out of the office Burt handed him his check and told him that he could get it cashed downstairs.
"Rena if I'm lucky at the car lot we may be driving instead of walking everywhere." After that he kissed Rena and moved his tongue around on her lips asking for entrance she granted and held him close to her as they explored each other's mouths. Rena was shocked but pleased he was returning her feelings. He cashed his check and they set out to the car lot.
As they walked to the car lot Joel spotted the car he wanted an Rx-7 but there were a few of them. He walked up and asked which Rx-7 was the cheapest and what was wrong with it.
"Well there's this Black Rx-7 type R that's got an engine but we can't get it to run so we'll give it to you for two thousand dollars flat." Said the salesman.
"Even if I can get this thing to run?" asked Joel.
"I promise you if you can get this thing running and off my lot ill give you a full tank of gas." Replied the salesman.
"Ok pop the hood." Joel said, as the salesman popped the hood Joel looked at the engine and found the problem but was surprised the engine was an ls6, that engine was normally in a corvette. The wiring harness was unplugged and the battery clip was unhooked, he plugged the wiring harness in. Then cleaned off the battery clip and reattached it to the battery. He closed the hood and turned the key in the ignition, the engine rumbled to life and purred.
"Well it looks like you got yourself a car for two grand kid, will that be in cash or credit?" The salesman asked.
"Cash." Joel replied killed the engine removed the keys and put them in his pocket as the car was taken to get its tank filled. Rena and Joel followed the salesman and filled out the paperwork even filling for the D.M.V, plates, and registration. As Joel picked up the car and the other key he patted the car.
"Come on Rena lets get something to eat." As Rena climbed into the passenger seat and closed the door he gunned the engine and launched the car, they went to a small restaurant. As the ordered Rena lid her food up and down Joel's leg. After they finished lunch Joel headed to Summit a parts store and ordered a Border side skirt and front spoiler, a Mazda rear skirt, a Mazda speed rear spoiler, and a Re Ameiya aerodynamic hood. He paid for the parts and drove them home. As he pulled in he picked up a new smell it was driving him nuts.
"Rena could you go into the house while I work on the car ill be in soon." He kissed her and turned off the engine. He popped the hood and pushed up the holder, he opened and checked all the fluids making sure they were all new and in good shape before putting the caps back on and getting all the air out. He checked all the wiring, then the belts and finally checked the hydraulics they were all fine so he put the hood down and locked his the Rx-7 up.
He slowly crept into the house and took a whiff of the air catching that odd smell again. He followed the smell into his room and found Rena with a hand on her breast and her slit moaning. He carefully snuck into the room and saw that Rena hadn't noticed him like normal, he slowly took off his clothes and snaked beside Rena before nibbling on her nipple and stroking her leg, causing her to moan louder. The two lovers were tired so as most couples do they cuddled into each other and fell into a light sleep. As they dozed the d-arc lit up and the commands inside changed. As the light began to go out the d-arc made a black card. As the couple slept the d-arc scanned them both. As the d-arc scanned them it slowly strengthened Rena and the weapon it had created for her partner.
