An Assassin's Family: The journey Home
Venom. The very name is what I fear for my daughter now. I look down at her now as my middle finger is still within her vent. Her secretions are slowly running down my fingers and her hisses and breathing are loud.
Running my finger in deeper, I could feel as her little inner walls are slowly closing around my finger. It was already tight enough as it is so it is pretty hard to move within her already small vent. I could feel her close, seeing her body withering so much.
I continued my actions on my daughter and felt a little better knowing that she enjoys this more than anything else. It keeps her mind off any of her bad memories or thoughts.
At last I heard her gasp and her walls squeeze extremely tight and she expelled her juices. She breathed in deeply before slowly losing all her energy and passing out. I slowly withdrew my finger, covered in her fluids. I lifted my finger and slipped it into my mouth, tasting her fluids and it reminded me so much of her mother. I then lifted her body; bringing her vent side to me and cleaning off her area. Tasting and licking off her fluids made me shutter. I already had my organ poking through my under clothing and I can see the tent through my clothing.
Once I was done cleaning off her vent and juices, I laid her by her siblings who were all sleeping in a bundle next to me. Viper coiled a bit around her siblings before settling comfortably on them.
I smiled at the way they looked. So peaceful yet so soft. They remained unmoving and undisturbed by anything. I smiled at their sleep before looking at myself. I saw how I was still with my organ stiffed and I could smell my own arousal.
I tried not to think about it and began focusing on the journey back home. We were still a few days before we reached Light Valley. We just have to cross Vala Town and it would be on our way home. The town was two days out and I was still... cautious with towns. However since Vala Town was used to me and my children's company. Only a few know who I really am. They are friends who have saved or protected my family while I am away.
The whole reason for this journey was to teach my children about them their abilities, hunting and a little combat. They are still young so they learn right away but can't fully master it. So we are here, at the desert's edge were little wild feral creatures still roam. The few days out here only revealed a few non-feral refuges who take living with the desert a home. Not much for them but I guess that's their living.
I only have enough supplies to last us to walking the rest of the small desert we need before entering the Darkerme Forest. Then from there do we enter Vala Town and resupply there. The only true good of this town was that currency was either marked money, rare food, spices and a few gems. Luckily for me I had a few of each. The food I'm only keeping for my children but I could really use the gems for my mates. Spending a few days in the desert has really given me a lot of things to find and also teach my children a little lesson in live. I don't consider myself bad for at least showing my children some meaning to life.
Ugh.... My thoughts are my own and I should really rest up. Wait! I couldn't; I have to remain awake so to protect my children. So I remained awake till next morning arrives so my children are awake and I can rest while they watch me. They know when to alert me or how to hunt anything nearby.
I stayed awake all night, just thinking, staring up at the stars like as if the gods themselves are staring down at me. The very essence of the stars and gods staring me down makes me feel how insignificant we truly are. To be observed and judged upon makes me feel like if we have any true way of knowing if we have a purpose that they want us to fulfill.
My thoughts were interrupted by a deep voice.
"Valkro," it said almost with a deep hiss. "It has been a long while since we last met."
My emotions quickly spiked and I quickly stood up and turned around to see a figure shaded by a large cloak. But I didn't need to know who it was. I already knew.
"Venom," I said darkly as the figure chuckled. I knew it or should I say 'her'. I knew 'her' ever since I was an assassin, working for my old masters. She moved ever so closely; the sand beneath her feet was unfazed and she moved silently. Through her hood, her scaly snout came to view and she had a small smile. I couldn't see the rest of her though.
"Why are you here?" I growled. "I thought I destroyed you?"
She chuckled. "Of course you did. You destroyed my body but never my soul."
"You have no soul!" I said darkly. "You are just a demon... and you manipulated me and others to kill."
"Oh that hurt," she said in a sarcastic sad voice. "You make it seem as though... you didn't want to be manipulated." Her smile grew.
I just snarled. "You took away my life from me! I didn't have a chance at hatchling hood. I never knew my sire and dam. My whole life I was trained to kill and for what? To start a war that kills millions?"
Her smile faded and was replaced with a fake sad face. "Yes." Then she couldn't help but chuckle. I snarled and leaped for her. I tackled her but she quickly grabbed me and twisted around before I was on my back and she was on top. Her hood fell to the side and I relived and re saw my whole life when I was an assassin in her whole eyes. I saw my own race staring at me but with darker green scales. Her eyes as yellow as death and her teeth and powers just as powerful as mine. Her smile turned into a seductive one.
"I remember being in this position before."
I growled and tried to move but she held my arms by my side and had her knee on my abdomen. However she seems a bit heavier as well.
"Get off of me!"
She lowered head near mine.
"I don't remember those words though. I remember... 'I need you' and 'I will make you cry out'."
I snarled loudly and with all of my strength and flipped us over so that I was on top and she was on the bottom.
"I promise I will make you cry out in agony and have you begging me to stop!" I said threateningly. "I will kill you and make sure you never come back!"
She smiled darkly and leaned in.
"I will come back love and this time... you won't be able to stop me." She quickly leaned in and kissed my maw. I was surprised by this sudden move but quickly pushed her back. She smiled and I reared my claws for a strike. As I was about to claw her, she quickly knead me in my abdomen and kicked me over. I was back on my back but turned over and quickly stood up, enduring the small pain. I growled and looked at her.
She smiled darkly. "I will see you soon Valkro and when I do... you will lose the fight. Though..." she stopped and dropped her smile. She looked into my eyes though all I was showing was anger. However she must have caught my eyes when they darted to camp and then back to her.
Through the corner of her eyes she saw my children sleeping. Her eyes darted back to me and her smile returned. I knew what she was thinking and reacted quickly. However she just remained still and let me grab her. Her smile never faded but she did seem delighted.
"Aww so after years of fighting and killing, the great Valkro has a family. Not of his kind but with four others." I growled as I held her neck with my claws and my other claws digging into her stomach. "Though from what I am seeing... one of them is caring... the Darkness with them." Her smile turned evil and her yellow eyes turned red.
I snarled and dug my claws into her flesh. She gasped as dark red blood was drawn. Yet I knew that she was a demon so this was mild to compare to what she endured before. I heard her breathes becoming shallow but her smile stayed.
"You know that she is probably mine." At that, I roared and ripped her neck open and dug my claws into her stomach, digging in and ripping out any organs in my way. She gurgled and held her stomach and throat, pushing away. But I still saw her smile.
"She is mine," she managed to gargle, holding herself. She cackled darkly and I knew that even though she is enduring little pain and her body is dying, she will return. She smiled. "You and I mated and through that, she now carries my Darkness." I snarled.
"She is nothing like you! She is born from her mother who is pure! She may have the darkness but she is not your child!" She cackled, falling on the floor; the sand around her turning into a dark crimson color.
"We don't know that for sure," she said. She lifted her bloody scaled hand and pointed it at the camp. "She doesn't know that, none of us do but when the time comes, her Darkness will rise and I will be there."
"That is why I am here!" I yelled to her dying form. "I'm here to protect, raise my family. I am here to make sure she is not to become what you are!"
She smiled. "Well see." She let out a last gasp. "Well see." With that her body slowly fell onto the sand. As if by the force of nature and Gaia herself, the sand began swallowing her into the bottom. I watched her body go and I couldn't help it. I released a roar that echoed throughout the desert. I stopped and angrily stare down at the still red sand that was left behind.
I then turned back to camp and quickly looked over my children. With all of the commotion, none of them have stirred nor awaken. I sighed and slowly sat by them. I slowly began brushing them, all of them. My four... loving children who I have watched since birth. I brushed them slowly and I couldn't help but shed a single tear that ran down my scales and land on Viper.
"She is my daughter," I whispered to myself, releasing another tear. "She is my.... Child." I didn't know when I fell asleep but when I did, I felt as though darkness consumed me and I knew no more.
I awoke to the sound of my children talking. I slowly opened one eye to see that the sun was near the high noon and Drake and Draco were talking. Rala was cooking meat on an iron grate over the small fire. Viper was watching over me. I blinked again and felt the sun already casting over me high.
Viper saw me awake and hissed with a smile.
"Morning father."
I gave a small smile before pushing myself off the floor. Had I fallen asleep on the floor? I didn't give any regard to the thought and gave my daughter a warm smile.
"Good morning Viper. Good morning my children."
Everyone smiled.
"Good morning father." They said in unison.
I stood up and began stretching out my body limps. My children gathered around me and I yawned softly before my eyes darted a bit to the sky, seeing that the sun almost high.
I looked down at my children a little bewildered.
"Have I slept long?"
They all nodded.
"You been up all night so we let you rest." Said Draco.
"And we hunted for you." Said Rala, checking up on the meat.
I was a bit dazed but also a bit worried that they hunted without me. Gods only knowing what kind of dangers are out here.
"I asked that you please not go hunting without me my children."
"But you were resting," said Viper. "We didn't want to awake you. Besides, we only went searching not far from the camp and look what we found!" Drake quickly ran to the back before picking up a large red ruby. It was bigger than his hand so he carried it with two.
I was astonished beyond anything.
"Where did you find that?" I asked a bit loudly. There was something about the gem that made me feel uncomfortable. Drake brought it over to me. As soon as I reached for it, I felt the sudden energy that dwelled within it. I knew that Venom left for Viper but I didn't sense any darkness in it. It was just energy and... it carried a type of goodness from it. This couldn't be from Venom. She wanted Viper to be like her but judging from the energy and goodness or power of it, it didn't seem possible. Then again, Venom was notorious for tricking others well.
She had tricked me to killing others and... mating with her. Still, I held the gem and closed my eyes. I used the best of my powers and looked deep within the gem. I saw nothing but the energy that flowed. The good energy that was within it held something. Something I haven't felt since I turned my back against my masters.
My eyes shot open as I felt my arm being shaken. I opened my eyes to see Rala shaking me.
"Father," she said a bit worriedly. "Are you alright? You have been staring at the gem for a long time?"
I immediately blinked and shook my head. I looked down at my children who were staring at me with confused eyes. I only gave a small nod.
"Yes I'm fine. Um.... Who is the one that has found this gem and where did you find it?"
"I did father," said Viper. She slithered up on my leg and looked at the gem. "I found it on top off a rock over by a small ridge. It was just laying there. At first I thought someone left it and I went a bit a way from the group to find them but I didn't find anyone." She coiled herself a bit afraid telling me that she moved away from the group.
I couldn't be upset with her nor could I be worried that she found a gem. I sensed that the gem wasn't any threat but it did have something that I found amusing. The energy within is active when someone draws upon it that has abilities. Me or my children could use the gem as a source energy. I reached within and tried to use the energy and... I was suddenly filled with energy that was beyond me.
I gasped and dropped the gem on the sand where it glowed like a burning flame. Viper immediately went after the gem and checked to see if it was fine. I was dazed and had no idea what had just happened. Viper seized hold of the gem and she gasped when she coiled around it.
Worry came over me quickly as she touched it but I saw something that made me scarred beyond anything. Viper somewhat grew a couple of inches and her tail blade and her eye scale glowed. My other children stared at wonder at Viper's happening.
I quickly grabbed the gem from her and she suddenly grew limp. My reaction quickly reached for her and I dropped the gem once more. I held her with more fear then anything. My children quickly gathered around her and waited. I could see their fear at what had transpired to Viper. I pulled her close to me and felt her body. She moved then she opened her eyes and looked at me. She gave a small smile before looking at me and at her siblings. She twisted herself and looked at them.
"It gave me power." She said. I was in a state of astonishment. Viper only continued to smile before she crawled out of my hands. I was too amazed and frightened to do anything.
Then she did something I thought she would never do. She slithered up to her siblings and began coiling around them. I saw... felt her energy being transferred to her brothers and sister. They gasped at the energy flow and they too grew a bit more. Once she was done they all turned to me.
I sat there, on the floor amazed by the sudden gem's power which fueled me and my children. I didn't really do anything till my children brought me out of my mind trouble.
"Father?" asked Viper, staring at me with her green slit eyes. "What do we do?"
I blinked and looked at her then to my children. I got on my knees and I brought her up in my hands once more and the others closed in around us.
"We go home now."
It didn't take us long to pack since we had little to pack. The small cooking items I bring, the blankets if need be and the little gem. I didn't want something to happen to my children or the gem so I kept it separate.
Almost till mid day did we exit out of the desert and we entered the Darkerme Forest. It was a thick, heavy forest with trees bigger than most feral dragons. Almost twice their seize. Both feral and non-feral animals and kinds lived here in this forest. Some peaceful, other predatory. It was good to be aware of the dangers here but this place almost remained silent. Occasionally a feral minded animal here and there. A few wolves, wolf tribes, bears and other dwellers were living here. We didn't encounter too many out here nor did we encounter any type of danger.
We may have traveled halfway into the forest before my children began to quickly be consumed by tiredness. I decided to make camp and hunt a feral deer. That was a bit of a problem since a few... non-feral lived here and they were a bit strict on my hunting. However since they knew that it was a balance of nature, they allowed me to only hunt a single wounded one.
It wasn't much of a hunt if you just use a single scale from your body and fire it at the wounded deer a hunt. Without pain it was killed and I carried it back to the camp. I could feel that my children are currently right now around the camp fire. However with their recent encounter with the gem, their energy is slightly high then usual. It isn't bad that I could see it but it also allows me to see them from more of a distance now and their emotional flow.
As I returned to camp, they were all surrounding the fire and were just talking. I don't know what children nowadays talk about since they haven't interacted with other children but my guess is hunting and their own powers.
The rest of the night was eating in silence for my children had really little to say. Occasionally someone would make a small comment about the food but they remained quiet. This had me a bit upset.
When it was time for them to sleep, just remained awake as I always do. This time, is stayed awake for a reason. My worries of... my children, the gem... Venom. It was only till her recent encounter had things been different. Its been... near five years since my children were born. It's been nearly seven years since I had mates join me as their single mate. But it has been nearly fifty years since I had been with her. Fifty years since I killed my masters, killed Venom... and saved the millions of lives.
