Ch 6
Andrea caught the little wolfbear before he hit the ground. Rusk was wide eyed and stood not moving as he watched Andrea hold his bloody, but alive, brother close to him. Andrea looked up with a faint smile.
"Lets take him home Rusk, we need to help him." Andrea said.
Rusk had teary eyes and nodded wile helping the wolf bear carrying his little brother as they started to walk home.
Two hours later they arrived at Rusk's peaceful home. They entered the home cold with Andrea still carrying his little brother gingerly in his arms and still breathing. Rusk opened the door and let them both in. Adrea by Rusk and headed to the couch to put Nikoli on. He put his little brother down as gently as he could. The big wolf bear sat there all day waiting for his little brother to wake up.
After four hours, it was 5:50 p.m.; Nikoli slowly opened his eyes finding his older brother sitting next to him with a smile on his face. The little wolf bears neck wound had been bandaged and cleaned very well thanks to Rusk's medical training in high school and some strong medicines that his parents gave him for emergencies.
"Where am I?" Asked Nikoli
"You're at my mate's house little brother" Andea said with a smile.
Nikoli looked at his older brother with a weird look.
"Wait.....you're gay?"
Andrea sheepishly smiled and nodded. Nikoli started to laugh and smiled back at his brother.
"Hehe I kind of guessed you where big brother." Nikoli said.
Andrea chuckled at his little brothers words as Rusk walked into the room saying:
"I see the little ones finally awake and seeming to be full of laughter, I have some food in the kitchen if you two want any." Rusk said smiling.
Andrea looked at his little brother and motioned his head toward the kitchen. Nikoli was still laughing a little bit and nodded. The wolf bear smiled and picked up his little brother and carried him to the kitchen and placing him in a chair next to the table. Rusk saw them enter and placed some steak and potatoes down in front of both of them with a smile. Andrea sat down next to across from his little brother leaving a seat next to him for Rusk. The wolf, which apparently could cook like a pro, sat down next to Andrea giving him a kiss on the muzzle before he chowed down on his food. The three ate silently Andrea keeping an eye on his little brother making sure he was ok. Once they where all almost done eating Andrea said:
"So little brother what happened anyways i saw you three days ago when you where killed" Andrea choked up a little bit as he said where killed.
"I dunno big bro, I was sitting at home reading the newspaper some one threw out and I heard footsteps behind me thinking it was you. When I turned around I saw to what I though was a fur with a gas mask and some sort of military suit but I'm not sure what happened after that....." Nikoli voice trailed off as he looked at his plate.
Andrea looked at him with worried eyes moved next to him kneeling down.
"Little bro are you ok please you can tell me" Andrea said holding his brothers hand.
A tear rolled down Nikoli's cheek and put his head in his paws and cried. Andrea held his little brother close to him rubbing his back. Rusk frowned at the sad sight and took there plates and started to clean them, trying to not disturb the sad moment. After a few minutes the little wolf bear stopped crying and looked at his brother.
"He said......your parents are the cause of your death...and it will not be the last....." Nikoli said in a choked voice.
As Rusk heard he looked up at the two brothers with a worried look on his face as he got up to hug Andrea close to him. Andrea was in a daze because of what he heard. He just kept staring off into space like nothing was around him. Andrea felt that there was something going on.....but he couldn't put his paw on it.
-There's the 6th part of the story guys I hope you enjoyed it because it was very fun to right and I'm sorry It was so short but I haven't had a lot of inspiration lately. Still hoped you liked it!
