The Price of the Park
A Scout...
Apollo was hungry. His stomach had almost collapsed on itself from lack of sustenance. His malnourished eyes were bloodshot, his sanity fleeting. It had been two weeks since the Stantler herd last came by the area following a drier-than-normal winter. The herd, having been hunted every
other hour by these ravenous houndoom stopped coming around for fear they would be eaten up. Of the remaining prey, that resource was ill-managed by the clan leader as they grew fat on hibernators. When those thinned out, the clan starved. Many of the prey they pursued outmaneuvered them in the densely populated forest floor.
One houndoom went out to search for a new land where he hoped they would not make the same mistakes. His name was not known to many in his tribe as he was the lowest ranking male there... but according to his memory, it was Tirios. Being a low ranking male, this was the most responsibility he had been given. This male traveled from miles, surviving on the small rodents that he happened to pass in a fit of hunger. Days passed and he still had not found a new ground. Hope was all but lost to him, until he saw a wide open savannah filled with herds. There appeared to be storm clouds on the horizon... that meant that the herds would be at their largest numbers following the rains, perfect for them to establish there. But he could also pick up the scent of another clan there. Normally, it would send him looking for a new direction, but his people were too hungry to just turn away from a place like this. With haste, he returned to his area to inform Apollo of his discovery.
Taking the precautionary submissive stance, he told Apollo of what he saw and the scent that he traced along its outer borders. "Chief Apollo, we must ask the clan there if we can also feed our own young. With all the herds they have about them, I am sure we can get a herd or two for our starving..." A swift paw met his maw, sending him keeling over in extreme pain. "You ate already. That's why you are talking about asking for a herd or two. Bottom rung males need to know their place. We will instigate a war and destroy them when the time comes."
Rainy Day
It was a rainy day on the savannah, the last of the seasonal rains. A mightyena adolescent crawled out of her troop den, wanting to stretch out her legs. *Raining again... but it's over soon. * It was only a few months ago that she became a mightyena after only 2 seasons of being a poochyena. However, it isn't atypical for those of alpha rank to evolve long before the others. Her body was a little lean yet muscular. Her fur retained a lustrous sheen despite looking shaggy. Her blue eyes stood out in the shade of the cave. Her back fur in particular carried a dark silver look instead of the wild-type black. The fur on the lower parts of her leg and the markings near her eye were all the same color as her back. A beautiful looking Mightyena indeed.
"Hannah, do not go out before you catch a cold again or slip and break a leg."
Hannah turned to see her mother Marisa, the clan leader, sitting near the entrance. "Didn't I tell you this yesterday when it started raining in the middle of a hunt? Rain is bad for a hunter. Our quarry can't be picked up by scent, our traction is lower, and if it doesn't heat up we get sick. Don't worry my child, the rain is almost over. Be patient."
"But mother..." she whined. "It's been days since it last stopped raining. I feel so cramped up and I'm starting to get hungry." Her whining roused the attention of Snowden, the alpha male of the clan. His back fur was a lighter shade of Hannah's. He meandered to the front of the cave and sat there.
"See, even your father agrees with me," her mother said, a triumphant but motherly smile on her face. She came down from her post to nuzzle her daughter. "Tomorrow sweetie." Hannah sighed and nuzzled back. "Ok..."
Snowden came over to Marisa and nuzzled her. "Did you smell it, too?"
She licked his ear. "Her?"
They looked at each other confused for a bit. "You first, Marisa."
"Ok, well she is entering her first heat soon. She is going to have to stay close to the den in order to avoid any wild rogues or males of our own clan from mating her." The male's face flashes a bit as he hears this. "Her body isn't entirely ready to handle the burden of pups. And yes I am keeping an eye on EVERYONE here. I will so get them if they attempt it." Snowden paled knowing exactly what she was insinuating, knowing how horrible some males have described it. "No worries from me, right?"he said with a nervous chuckle. "What did you smell?" she asked.
"Oh, right. We have a problem. A male, not of our species, marked the area due south of the cave, a few hundred paces inside our own territory. It smells alpha... maybe someone wants a war over our place despite the fact there is plenty around here us to still thrive with even four other clans about. What shall I do?" Marisa looked at the rain-soaked grassland, at the multitude of herds running about, grazing. "When the rain lets out, take the men and 2 females and go remark the area of our domain to make sure they know who owns the land. Our clan of forty strong can beat and will destroy them if they wish to make war."
"Yes Marisa... I will round them up bright and early tomorrow."
"Cousin Hannah! Cousin Hannah!" a chorus of little voices sang as they saw the fem sit down near a cozy rock. Seven poochyena scurried out from the darkness and pounced on her. "Were you able to get outside?" said one of them. "I bet she did, she is the biggest!" exclaimed another. "I bet you half your meat from tomorrow's hunt that Chief told her no," said a third. "Nuh uh!" "Uh huh" "Nuh uh times infinity" "No fair."The cubs were hyperactive since they were kept from the rains. Hannah smiled a bit. "Shorty's just lost half his meat," she said.
"No way!! What happened? And I was kidding about the bet," the cub whimpered. The other cub growled at him. "A bet's a bet bottom rank." Hannah turned to the cub that said it and stared him down into submission. "Don't mistreat others like that. Rank should not give you permission to mistreat others. Supposed I decided to take your piece of meat everyday. Would you like that?" The cub shook his head, tail tucked behind its legs. "Now then, let's go back and I'll watch you guys practice with the rattata deeper in the cave."
The Invasion
Hannah walked along behind her father, his two male companions and a few females, returning from another day of hunting. "The tauros are so strong after the rain, but their meat is so worth the struggle. Their meat is flavored by the rejuvenated grass and so is healthier then what we get months from now. Do you understand, dearest Hannah?"
*Sigh* "Yes father, I understand as much as I have my other ten hunting trips." She still behaves much like a pup, not learning the essence of patience at all. Hannah walked ahead of the troop, scouring the terrain for where the pups might be. Often times, the puppies would chase each other in the small patch of grass near the cave entrance. She heard little yips and a few growls around the hunting party, particularly the two who dragged the carcass. "Mommy caught something." "Yay, it's big and fresh" "It's Tauros!" "Wow!" The children's voices drew nearer, but the mightyena that carried it barked at them to keep a distance. Hannah saw them retreat to their playing area. *You guys...*
A few minutes later, all the meat was shared among the clans people, Marisa getting first dibs. They ate to their heart's content the results of the best rainy season to past. Their muzzles remained relatively clean as they took care not to stain themselves with the kill's blood. Once again, the cubs argue about pieces of meat and the gluttons tried their best to take more. Hannah often had to intervene, usually between two poochyena pulling against each other, trying to snag the meat from one another. "You guys need to follow the grown-ups like myself. Do not take more than your share for we must be together," she told them. They would reply in unison "Yes Cousin Hannah," then a few minutes later resume their misbehavior.
Snowden hung out near the entrance of the cave, resting in the sun from his big meal. Marisa came out to join him. "Mmmm, you did well with the catch today, Snowden," she commented. "Did Hannah do ok?" Snowden rolled over to his back, smiling.
"You know she is definitely my kid. She was the one who coordinated this hunt all by herself," he said. "You know something we haven't done in a while?"
"I could do it to you ya know," she replied. "Me on top of you instead of..." Both of them took a sniff of the air.
"Burning bushes... check them out, Snowden." Snowden yawns and sets out to check on it, dragging along two males that usually accompany him: Roger and Sydney.
Apollo stood mere feet away from the boundary of the savannah, quietly keeping watch over his soldiers as they breached the territory of the mightyena, a crooked smile on his face. "We are hungry and have nothing to lose... they are fat off the land and have what we need. Obliterate them when they come. Tirios was the deepest entrenched; sent first by Apollo almost as a meat shield, sweat beading down his body, hunger pangs resonating deeply. Because he had eaten on his search for this are, he could only eat scraps of whatever small creatures they could find. So is the plight of lower ranks. He stayed within the semi-protective tall grass, praying he would survive.
Apollo intended to exploit the strengths of his people. As a fire-breathing, fire-absorbing species, they lack most of the fear associated with the sight of blazes. At his command, each of the houndoom released their flames on the wet grass, hoping to dry out the grasses in preparation for the upcoming battle. Apollo had Tirios set the fire about a couple feet outside of their prepped battle zone. "You piece of dirt in the front, get over here." Apollo's voice was domineering and booming. Tirios cringed whenever he heard the cruel beast speak. "Y-yes leader?" he replied in his usual quivering submissive voice.
"You and I will be going straight to their place... yes ... mmm," whispered the leader to him. "I need you to be the bait while I take care of their cubs. To destroy a tribe, you must destroy their future. Our cud numbers are much lower than theirs but if we get rid of the, and any injured adults for that matter, we can crush them from the inside out." Tirios' heart sank once more; he was scarcely able to comprehend much of his leader's plan except for that he would be dead at the end of it. But he didn't have a choice...
"How about taking one of the..." Another more heavy sat landed on his jaw, leaving two slash marks on his chin where the crooked nails of Apollo dug in.
Tirios stayed on the ground, pain shooting through his face, the blood that trickled out drying rapidly, leaving his lack of 'discipline' quite visible. Apollo put one paw on his head and smirked. "Bottom feeder." He kicked some of the more salty ground into the wound of the low ranking male, causing him to howl in extreme pain. "Men, show no mercy to these scum. Remove their signature from this land so that we may prosper in their place. Take it as our own! We must live or we will all DIE! Defeat these fast beasts so that your cubs may live!"
Tirios got back on his paws, unmoved by the Apollo's speech. He stumbled a bit forward from the weakness. "We are going to die if we aren't careful..."
Snowden and his troop spotted the burning bush and at the same time took note of the different smells. "Snowden," said Roger, a lean but defined mightyena that shares the same coat as Snowden. "We are outnumbered greatly here. I fear that if we send a signal, we will not be reached in time." Snowden slowed down a few hundred feet of the patch the houndoom were laying in wait for them.
"Roger, you are the faster runner. Get a few hundred meters back and then sound the alarm. I will fire into the bush ahead and run towards your position. We must draw them out or we might get swarmed. There are at least 45 different smells coming from that patch, and two to the left for a total of 47 of them. None of them are Mightyena so we might have problems defeating them." Turning to his left, he addressed Sydney, Roger's younger but buffer brother, known for strength. "You will help me draw them out so that we can fight in a fairer ground."
In the bushes, the lurking devil dogs murmured amongst themselves over their opponent. "Mightyena are led by women!" chortled one. "And the males are domineered at times too..."said another is he fought to contain an outburst of laughter. "Hell, do we need to kill them all? I am sure their females will bear strong pups." Their clamoring revealed their exact locations in the patch, much to the advantage of Snowden.
"Arrrroooooooooooo!" the two mightyena cried out. They were energizing their muscles and wills for battle. "Come out cowards! Don't have us sit here all day!"
Roger heard the howl and sent out his own, alerting Marisa to the location and number of units of their invader.
*Forty... seven... we are outnumbered here...* She knew regardless of their number, they had to win. If there was any chance of keeping the land, they had to engage this enemy. But she had to tell them in a way that would not demoralize her people. She looked at a downtrodden Hannah who had also heard the call and had extracted a different more severe meaning.
"Mother... what is going to happen to us? We are..." her mother covered her maw with her paw. "Dear, you need to take care of the cubs with your life. I am sorry, but your childhood is over now. It is time you do more than just tag along. You heard the message, but regardless of what happens on the field, you have to step up here and protect them in case any of our invaders get past us." Hannah's eyes watered up as she moved swiftly to where the cubs were. She had a sinking feeling about her countenance, a cloud of anxiety over her head.
Hannah went to the cubs, choosing to move them from the cave so that they would not be worried by talks of war. "Hey guys, let's go practice hunting behind the cave. The adults are having a meeting." She said in such a way as to mask her true feelings of worry. "But Hannaaaaah," said one of the female cubs, making full eye contact with Hannah as if trying to read her mind. "Aren't you a grown-up? We can play out here." Hannah sighed and kept on walking with them. For a while, the thought of no longer being free of responsibility and the onerous task of protecting the future from the beasts who threaten to take it away. The poochyena nuzzled the side of her body, looking up at her sitter with the eyes of an angel. "Well?" she chirped.
"I am... and that is why I need to babysit you little rascals while they go on a huge excursion to check the territory. I will be your guardian and your teacher." Some of the cubs climbed up top one another in a fit of puppy play, tackling and softly pulling on each other's ears. *Such happy children... but I am a grown-up now. No more puppy nonsense. Watch them like a hawk.* She turned around and saw one of the cubs trip over a rock.
*I am ready for this... I hope.*
So That They Can Live...
The houndoom poured out in a torrent, charging full force at the two mightyena. Sydney fire a few shadow balls to no avail. Snowden charged forward into the crowd of Houndoom, knocking a few to the side. Sydney followed suit, instead veering about forty degrees to the side to keep them in the same area. The teeth of the devil dogs sank into their thighs, the mass of black easily overpowering them. Sydney silenced one of the houndoom with a crunch to the neck, using the body as a mace, clearing a path for escape. However, Snowden stayed in, fighting hard, the houndoom jaws clamping down on different areas of his body.
"Snowden! Get out of there! What happened to your plan," Sydney shouted in agony as he struggled to fight his way back to Snowden. The burly mightyena bit into a few of them with an electrical power that stunned anyone in his path. Using one more burst of energy, he charged through the pack and scooped up Snowden in one swift motion, then set to run as far as he could with the extra weight. Sydney's heart raced as his coat became more sanguine, the life fluid of his higher up draining from his wounds. He couldn't keep away from the mob of houndoom. Their superior speed could not be outmatched and they were on him again. One of the higher ranking houndoom stepped forward, a sinister smile on his face. "You two are a measure of your clan's strength and yet here you are. One of you is already dying and the other is just relishing being covered in the silver bastard's blood. I will unleash hell on you." Flames built up in the mouth of the dog.
The situation seemed hopeless for those two. Snowden's breathing became wheezier as he felt his life force departing and Sydney was too tired to even make an attempt at dodging, having fought through that entire pack several times. His eyes closed, accepting his fate. Suddenly, the wind kicked up near them as he felt the breeze of a sprinter rush past him. He heard gurgling sounds coming from where the houndoom were. "Roger... you are back... " Snowden said with great difficulty. Roger would have responded if his teeth were not digging into the neck of the darkness pokemon. Roger pulled and crushed the beast air pipe, killing him instantly. Roger sprung back to where his two companions were and took over the burden of carrying Snowden. "Run west, Roger and Sydney... two of the houndoom ran that way long before the battle started and..." the silver mightyena's voice was fading fast. "We need to run to where the rest of the pack is to the southwest. We can find those houndoom after we help you survive," replied Roger. They fled that scene as the houndoom looked over the body of one of their elites. "Those bastards! They killed him. Let's kill them all!"
Hannah's eyes scanned the nearby patches of grass for any incoming creatures. She could see the first evidence of fire along the skyline. Dirty puffs of smoke obstructed the view of the late afternoon sun. There wasn't a cloud in the sky... and yet Hannah felt more fearful than ever. *Fire... but it just rained a week ago and it not dry anywhere. There are no electrical storms... maybe its hunters or even worse, the invaders!* Panic enveloped her, paranoia was in her grasp. Her senses were heightened by this worry.
She heard a scream from the pup that she just spoke to merely an hour ago. She ran to the scene to find two houndoom males, one of which was growling ferociously at the poochyena. She jumped in front of them and growled back, her rear legs doing their best to keep the remaining pups out of sight. "What do you want?" Hannah barked.
"I am Apollo, leader of this land we are taking today. Get out of the way so that we may destroy those rats you are hiding there."
"Never!" She lunged forward with her father's poison fang technique, but was easily knocked down with a take down attack. He was going to bite into her neck but she slipped out of his reach and countered with her own crunch, taking a patch of his fur with her. "I have no time for games, inferior creature." He launched a flamethrower attack at the patch of the grass, sending the poochyena hidden in it scurrying for their lives. No matter how hard she tried, she could not counter that flamethrower. She tried her best to get to him but Apollo could make her back away. She hadn't even remembered that here were two of them until the poochyena started barking, but it was too late to warn her of the impending ambush. Tirios slipped around the back of Hannah and jumped on top of her, slamming her hard into the ground, knocking the wind out of her.
"Good job Tirios," said Apollo in the most condescending way. "I guess even bottom feeders have a use." Tirios stood up and moved away from the stunned female, the pit of his stomach getting deeper. He looked over at the frightened puppies then back at his leader who circled around the female. Just by one glance and the unique smell coming from her, he could tell that she was special. *That smell... she probably is one of the ...*
"Stop daydreaming bottom feeder," Apollo barked. "Now kill them!"
It seemed he had no choice. He walked at a snail's pace towards them, a small frown on his face. *But I can't let down my own either... I must... I can't* His leader was quite impatient, charging past Tirios to scoop up the first of the pups. Hannah screeched and dashed after him as he took up one of the poochyena by the nape of their neck ready to shake it lifeless. Apollo noticed her dash ahead of him right in front of where the cubs were, taking the fill force of his dash. She felt a rib break where the brute's max met with her chest.
Apollo was also injured, his nose mashed in. But even through the pain, he caught a whiff of her smell. "So you want to do anything to save these rats!?!"
Not far behind the three mightyena was the horde of houndoom, angered by the loss of one of their greats. They ran into a damp patch of long, thick, rain-enriched savanna grass. The mightyena then ducked down and started marking the area, encircling the houndoom as they rushed in, effectively cornering them off.
The smell of freshly marked ground was pungent to the houndoom, somewhat impairing their ability to smell. "Aaagh, I can't smell," shouted one. "Oh it's horrible!" bleated another. They bemoaned the assault of territorial marking that encircled the path. Some of their legs started inching homewards, wanting to disappear from the grassland they tried so hard to invade, unaware of their predicament. The pack encircled them about 300 degrees, the last 60 degrees opening up to a seemingly safe area to the southwest. The mightyena went unnoticed until one of the more experienced houndoom saw the grass around them rustling. A lot of it was rustling and in various direction. He had now way of accounting the number of enemies. Soon, murmurs of the enemy being twice their number surfaced. Some tried to burn the runners, but the very moist grass would not ignite. Some of the outlying houndoom were being picked off by the moving blurs. Slowly, the houndoom balled up closer to one another, facing outward, ready to sprint out of the bush.
Marisa gave a howling signal and at once the arc of mightyena began to contract around their foes, all of their darker fur riled up, all of their sharp teeth on display, all ready for her final command. The houndoom backed away from the incoming mightyena to where there was clearance, the small pocket of enemy free land that they could retreat to.
"ADVANCE NOW!!!!" shouted the mightyena leader. Her terror-inspiring voice carried across the grassland and into the souls of those houndoom. Their former bloodlust, now a cold dead whisper in their hearts. Their invasion effort was at a hand and was found wanting. All they could do now was run... and that fit right into Marisa's plan. Beyond the little open space the houndoom could escape through, there was nothing but a large drop into the gator infested river. By the time the houndoom had realized it, their two fates left some begging for a third... the ones that didn't run off anyways.
"Never return. You could have survived on our lands if you had asked for a chance to compete. By making war, you made sure that we can never be on the same lands. Therefore... if I catch your tribe on our soil, we will exterminate you." Marisa growled that then and allowed the remaining 20 or so to leave.
The casualty count was low on the mightyena side, however, those that were injured... were in great pain. Snowden was scarcely breathing and could only lie there. "Marisa, love, I am sorry for jumping into it. But so that they could live... I had to." She nuzzled him for till his last moments, his vigor fading away.
...Painful Choices Have to Be Made
The one-sided battle left the young mightyena very exhausted. Her smaller size and less hardy body fell to the experienced might of Apollo. She could barely get up from where she was lying. Her energy became more focused on protecting the cubs then fighting the attackers. Again, she was taunted by the beast's condescending inquiries. She was more puzzled by the other houndoom that for the most part seemed in another world, as if trying to think.
"You are beaten, yet you still fight to protect these runts, taking every advance I make In exchange for the pain? MMM?" He swats at her muzzle, leaving a visible slash on her cheek. It was then he took a long whiff of the air and his mind shifted ideas once again. "Well then, let me give you more rats to protect!" He lunged at the puppies once more and when she moved to block him, he changed his path and bonded on top of her. She struggled to get him off, growling angrily at his change in focus. The puppies all whimpered as they saw the strange male attempting to rape their cousin.
"Cousin Hannah," they screeched. "Some of the pups attempted to bite at Apollo but Tirios was right there to stop them from budging, looking at then sternly and moving in front to block their access and view.
Apollo's forelegs wrapped around the torso of Hanna, holding her close. He watch fear take her over quickly as her eyes darted back to where he was, his tongue hanging out. She tried to squirm out of his iron grasp, but it was no use. She could feel something poking at her rear and renewed her struggles, but Apollo was once more ahead of the game. As she tried to wiggle free, he held her tighter allowing only her behind to sway a little. With her behind moving, her tail was easy to sidestep. Once he met with the outside of her soft, tight entrance, his maw gripped the nape of her neck once more.
"Please don't do this..." she whimpered to her captor/abuser. "Please... not with you...anyone but you..." Her plea fell on unsympathetic ears. "If that's all, I will fill you up and make you my bitch. Or will the puppies die instead?" His taunting statements were almost too much for her heart to bear... but she remembered her promise.
* I am an adult. This is why I need to babysit. I will be your guardian and your teacher.*
She hadn't succeeded in defeating the two houndoom, but if it took her being deflowered by an entire army of them, she was going to let it happen...if only to delay the execution of the cubs. She was almost certain he would kill her/kidnap her afterwards... but she held onto a glimmer of hope that dried her outgoing tears up. To him, he had worn her out and was now going to take his prize: her virginity.
His pulsing veined red member pulled apart her wet pussy lips deep into her depths, ignoring the barrier that separated her from the non-virgins. She clenched her eyes, trying her best not to scream out in pain, no give no more to the cruel beast's pleasure. She felt the blood trickle out of her and hear the small splash of the crimson droplets cascading on the blades of emerald grass till its final resting place on the ground. She bit down on her inner lip, wanting the pain to go away.
He didn't even give her a chance to adjust as he started pumping away at her formerly undisturbed inner sanctum with his corrupting maleness. The lubrication of her blood and his pre made it easier on his to thrust deep in her. He yanked her back to further facilitate his pleasure under the threat of ending her life, his maw dangerously close to her jugular. "That's right bitch, start thrusting back on your own." His wild thrusts harmed her. She could feel pain all her lower extremities as his thrusts arched into her walls in a way that no pleasure could be derived form it. There was no solace of basal enjoyment, only pain. Intentionally, he blew fire on her cheeks whenever he decided to take a rest, increasing the pain in her wound.
Soon, she felt his fleshy bulb prod at her entrance. "And now I will finish seeding you..." he murmured as his thrusts became long and deep as to draw out her delicious torture. There was already a trail of drool that extended from her tail to her back and over the severely scarred mark on her chin. She shed no tear but struggled to prevent his tying out of pure instinct. His orgasm was at hand and his torturous slow defiling of her body picked up speed, her inner soul crying woefully for the loss of innocence as his hot cum flooded her. His knot expanded painfully to prevent it from spilling out.
Having endured this terrible ordeal... she didn't even feel much attraction.... Only shed tears.... soft desperate tears. Apollo's sexual hunger was satisfied, but to Tirios, he could sense his dissatisfaction.
Marisa heaved as she pressed against his chest, trying to force his body to breathe and become alive again. At first she did it in her usual controlled manner but soon became frantic with his lack of response. For the first time in ages, her dignified calm became a desperate panic as she started shaking uncontrollably, trying so hard to make him come back. "No... NO... no... goddamn it come on Snowden! Honey!" She pressed even harder to try and trigger his diaphragm into action, her tears streaking his already tattered fur. Sydney and Roger were doing their best to seek out sparse herbs to deal with the blood loss and try to stimulate fast healing.
"Hey Sydney, when did he get burned?" asked Roger.
"Don't recall ever seeing fire blown at us."
"There is a straight line of fire from his head to tail, right along his spinal cord."
"What are you waiting for? Use the grass on those wounds instead." They eventually got him to stop bleeding in those parts and eventually the rest of the body as the fairly permeable leaf leaked its healing contents into the bloodstream. Upon doing so, he started breathing again.
Her tears began flowing as finally they heard him inhale hoarsely. He still couldn't move much of anywhere as some of his bones had been broken. Marisa licked him fervently, so happy that he was alive. "Houndoom flames have poison in them," said Roger. "That is probably why he almost died... but I don't know how we can heal him fully at this point. The pain is said to be permanent." Marisa was just happy he was alive. She looked into her eyes and started motioning in the direction of their cave.
"Yes Snowden, let's go back." Snowden was too weak to explain his urgency in his gesture... now it would take a total of 15 minutes at a fast pace to get back. "The pups need to eat people. Let's hurry!"
Scout's Honor
A lewd pop echoed across the empty grass as Apollo exited the female. "That felt good... now to kill those cubs..." She tried her best to get up but all that effort spent in absorbing all the pain made her too weak to stand. The houndoom male laughed maniacally as he approached the cubs once more. This time, the cubs growl at him and the other male, wanting to give it their all. "How dare you hurt Cousin Hannah?!" they shouted and barked in unison, "We won't let you get away!"
Tirios moved from where the cubs were to his master. "Leader... we promised... we can't go and kill them now... besides..." He clenched his eyes awaiting the usual heavy-handed slap, but it didn't come this time. Instead, he was met with the cold stare of Apollo. "You slimeball, I will destroy you if you get in my way!" bellowed the old wily male. "How dare you turn your back on the pack? How dare you abandon our plan? How dare you DEFY ME?!" He shot a huge fire attack at the pups.
*So... do you continue to be strung along? Or will you do something now and save your soul?*
Hannah stared in horror as she could only see smoke. Her belly squirmed with the seed of her rapist. She felt like vomiting... nothing she did could save them. But then she saw silhouettes in the clearing smoke. Everyone was wide-eyed at the event except for Apollo. "You..." His lip was shaking. "Tirios, you bastard!" There was that other houndoom... body smoldering, hunched over the poochyena pups in a protective brace. "What... are you doing?!?!?!?"
"A low-ranking male still has his honor... when the leader attempts to dishonor us, all of us feel it. That is why I can't let you hurt them once you made that promise. You just can't...kill them. What did they do to us in the first place? There are plenty of places where they compete, but rarely do they fight wars. I tried to tell you that but I'm such a coward. I followed you here under your command as you left our inexperienced clan to try and win only marginally superior numbers. Then you come here and try to kill those who ca' defend themselves... I made little noise and followed you throughout all of this... but I can't let you ruin the innocence of these cubs and this girl and then kill them afterwards. Just look at the horizon now. There isn't any smoke. There is no way they could have won without their fire and you know it!" Tirios had tears in his eyes, trying his best to keep his composure in the offloading of all the strong emotions he repressed being under a harsh light. "I can't let it happen... too much was at stake and all was loss until this point. Please... let's just go..."
Apollo shook with fury and darted off to the west, seemingly taking Tirios' advice. "He's gone now... but only because your people are returning..." He knelt down to where Hannah laid and started to lick her wounds, removing the toxicity effect of the houndoom's flames. The pups were still dumbfounded that one of the enemies saved them... "Cousin Hannah... what just happened?"
She looked up at the weary-eyed houndoom with a bit of a smile. "Thank you..." He looked towards the horizon then back at the scene before him. "Shouldn't you run, too? My family will kill you..." she said slowly getting up. One of her forelegs was injured and so she had a limp. The male slumped to the ground.
She moved closer to him and looked into his eyes. His almond serene eyes stared only at the horizon. The sun was setting and he wanted something peaceful to look forward to. He was far different from the master he followed. She noses him gently to rouse him from his trance.
"Tirios, is it?"
"Yes, mightyena alpha."
"My name is Hannah... please mate me..."He stared at her in disbelief. Certainly wasn't something that occurred to him anyways... but she did have a good reason for asking. "You seem much more humane and you saved them... and I hear that some species' sperm has something in it that kills a previous male's sperm and zygotes and replaces them... please help me."
Hesitantly, he agreed. "But I'll be... but Hannah, you will still end up with the enemy in your womb," he protested. But she didn't seem to care at this point. Either way she was going to have kits early, but she preferred an honorable omega to a cruel alpha. Sensing what was about to happen, the poochyena scampered off a few feet so as to not disturb them.
Her tongue lapped at his balls a bit roughly, the male blushing despite his dark skin. His breathing became labored and his eyes clamped shut, just taking in all the pleasure, knowing that time was at hand. His member soon emerged a healthy pinkish-red five-incher. His member had significantly fewer bumps and giving the circumstances suddenly look so menacing. He drew in his breath and stood up. He moved to her rear and slowly entered her ravaged grounds.
He felt a cold shiver up his spine at the feeling of cooling cum enveloping his member. He only thought of apologies and sympathy however. To make it right, he would destroy his leaders and inject his own. His tip ground against the side of her walls, eliciting subtle moans of pleasure from her. She thrust back against him, wanting him to go deeper. Her lips clenched hungrily on his member, tightening up her canals to goad him on. Despite the dull pain that still lingered, she was determined to have this male pleasure her.
His arms wrapped around her torso lightly, barely keeping balance as his inexperience glared. *It feels so good, but I can't keep up.* He was careful to thrust into her in a controlled matter to help her not make her limp worse.
Instinctively, he bit down on the nape of her neck, not drawing any blood. His knot started expanding, hitting against her dripping cunny. Her scent drove his mad with pleasure. Certainly, it was a good way to go. As he buried his cock inside the mightyena, he couldn't help but notice the softness of her scarlet path. A scarcely taken path for him... and he enjoyed it. Soon, he tied with her, sending the both of them over the edge. They howled in unison feeling their respective pleasure centers bursting forth with cum, her cunt becoming flooded with his warm seed. The pair collapsed on the grass, sweat dripping from their bodies. She turned to face east and he west. Together, they shared a vision of all that was around them.
"Truly... if I could live after today... I would take care of the pups with you... maybe even work off all the harm my pack has done... and maybe be your mate." Tears welled in his eyes again. "The sunset is beautiful isn't it?"
Apollo ran fast, all the while cursing under his breath. "That bastard. In our next attack we will destroy them all." The houndoom was too enveloped in his cursing to notice two mightyena shadowing him, listening to his every word.
Suddenly, a silver backed male leaped from the grass and grabbed Apollo by the horn, twisting the houndoom over his shoulder. "You're that pack leader Snowden sensed. I am Sydney." The other male took hold of his other horn with his maw. "I am Roger and we need your help. You see, you tried to defeat us and we need you to come back with us to the cave."
The alpha houndoom had no choice. They prevented any counterattacks by holding him mouth away from their bodies. Where he was being dragged... he didn't know, but the sound of a lake caught his ear.
Marisa found it hard to understand what was before her: an enemy tied to her daughter. Keeping her anger only slightly submerged, she approached him, ready to kill him at any given moment. "What are you doing inside my daughter? Why did your people come and try to kill us?" She neared him, teeth bared.
"There is no forgiveness for me... Feel free to take my life, Alpha." He lowered his head ready to take his final punishment. Marisa moved in to crush his windpipe but was interrupted by Snowden's paw. Marisa looked to her husband, befuddled by his own action.
"Please, no more ... death..." he said. "Look at the puppies... look at Hannah...see them... ask them what happened? I bet... it's same as me... Hannah looks happier despite her injuries... just look at the serenity... no way he caused her this harm." He slowly made his way to Hannah and licked her cheek. "Isn't that right?" She gave a weak nod in confirmation of the ever-observant Snowden. "Roger's signal is in the west...They found and disposed of the true perpetrator of her injuries."
*Apollo...it is true that he did it... but I didn't stop him...*
"He saved the pups from sure death," Hannah retorted. "Let's give him a chance. Let him make it up to society...he is my mate after all."
Marisa looked him close in the eye and walked off. "Don't try anything funny... I'll be watching." The rest of the clan followed suit, giving him a look. Snowden stayed behind a few more seconds. "I know... what it is... that happened here just based on the smells around... so I trust you two to make the right decisions. But for now, get your knot out of her, ok?" The silverback turned to head back to the cave, bringing the cubs along.
Tirios just looked awestruck. Honor regained... and he was still alive....
