"Why...?"
She cried. All alone. It was never meant to become like this. Like last night, she was slowly crying herself to sleep.
"Why never me?"
A whimper could be heard, as she rolled over to the other side of the bed. Her paw reached for the floor, and found what it was looking for: a small mirror. She looked in it for a while. A young vixen, covered in red fur looked back at her. A white stripe went from her hair, all the way down between her eyes to her the small nose. Tears ran down her face. Could this possibly be the same girl who was so confident and funny in school?
She hated the way she looked. She was seventeen, but no one had ever been interested in her, as far as she knew. Never been kissed, but pretended she knew all about love and relationships when someone asked. Some of her friends came to her for advices; "What to do with my boyfriend?", "Do you think anyone has a crush on me?" She was not one of the most popular in school, but certainly not someone less liked. As another tear rolled down her cheek, she put the mirror down, the lights out, and laid back down on the bed.
"I want someone too..." she whispered into the darkness. Why wasn't anyone lying there beside her? It just wasn't fair. Earlier this night, she had got a call from her vixen friend, Sarah. As they talked, she could hear Sarah's boyfriend, Kim, in the background, kissing and hugging the vixen. Just before they hung up, she could hear a moan from the other side. That was one hour ago. Sarah and her bobcat boyfriend was probably lying beside each other, right now, tired after sleeping with each other for the first time. She could almost feel a man beside her... So close, but yet so far. She envied Sarah, and knew that she wouldn't be a virgin tomorrow when they met.
When she finally fell asleep, her pillow was wet with tears.
"Jennie?!"
Confusion. Everything was a blur.
"Jennie, breakfast is ready!"
She opened her eyes and stretched an arm out to her left, almost expecting to find someone there. When it hit nothing but air, the look of her face changed from just tired to disappointed and sad. She was almost expecting to find another being there, as she had dreamed. Her right eye became slightly wet, but this was no time for thinking. In five minutes her mother would come up the stairs looking for her.
"Jennie?!"
She quickly got dressed, and headed down. As always, she was really hungry. As always, her breakfast was ready. As always, she almost stumbled in the stairs. But something had changed. It took her some time, but when she realised what it was... She didn't know what to do.
"I gotta call Sarah", she thought as she ate some chicken. Meat for breakfast was her daily routine - in fact she almost never ate anything else. Except in school. Though, she couldn't tell it was not meat. The green, yellow and red "meals" they got every day always tasted the same to her. She giggled as she enjoyed her chicken, yesterday's sorrow all gone. After finishing, she fed the two birds in the living room. She almost felt like switching places with one of them. Today was Sunday, and she had to call Sarah. She didn't feel like, though. She would be really happy, probably bragging about last night. Jennie certainly wasn't angry at Sarah, but she knew she would feel even more lonely if she had to hear through what happened last night.
She went up to her room and locked the door. Reached for the phone, but hesitated.
"Not yet. She must still be asleep", she thought. Just as she put it back, the blue telephone made a loud sound. She jumped up - scared by it, dropped the phone, and fell backwards on a chair. Checking with one hand if her back was all right, she reached for the phone with the other one. She heard someone call out in the other end:
"Hello?! Anyone there?"
"Aww... Y-yes", she finally answered.
"What's the matter?"
She heard it was Sarah now, her voice could not be mistaken. She was barely awake.
"Nothing..."
"Good." She laughed. "Oh, I've had such a night. Can we meet later today, I want to tell you all about it", Sarah whispered.
"Why are you whispering?"
"He's still asleep, and I don't want to wake him up."
Jennie could hear another voice, further away.
"Oh I'm not!"
"I gotta go now", Sarah said, sounding really happy. "I'll come to you at two o'clock, ok?"
Before she had time to answer, the line was cut. She couldn't help but smile. If anyone deserved it, it was Sarah. She was always happy, no exceptions. Sometimes Jennie wished she was her.
Later that day, Sarah and Jennie went downtown to do some shopping. They had talked for about an hour, Jennie constantly feeling envy grow inside her. Sarah described "it" as something wonderful, that she never wanted to be without again. She had given a lot of details. No surprise. The two vixens always shared everything. They also looked a lot like each others, but Sarah had slightly more orange fur, with no stripes. And a little bigger breasts. Though, that wasn't the reason she got everyone to fall for her. Sarah was not shy, like Jennie. She could just walk up to someone and start hitting on him.
These thoughts all went through Jennie's mind while she and Sarah was standing in the middle of a crowded street, looking in shop windows. Maybe they affected her next decision, maybe not.
He had just visited a friend, and was on his was home. The street he was walking was full of people, making him feel a little unconfident. He glanced quickly at a shop window, seeing a pair of sunglasses. They looked good. Should he go inside? After a moment he decided to buy them. Why not?
When he came out, he put the sunglasses on and continued walking.
When Jennie turned around, she was still looking at a dress in a window. She took a step forward, and looked up - just as she bumped in to a human. It was a male, a couple of inches taller than her, with black sunglasses. The best part was that he looked good - and was about her age.
"Sorry", he said, as he continued walking. After a few steps, he turned his head. He saw the vixen he had bumped in to. She was standing there, looking back at him. She disappeared in the crowd, and he walked on, still thinking of her.
"What are you doing?" Sarah asked.
"Uh..."
"Liked him?"
Jennie didn't know what to do, let alone what to say. She just stood there.
"Well then follow him and ask his name", Sarah continued. She started to laugh at the lost look on Jennie's face.
She made the decision.
Jennie ran through the crowd, trying to catch a glimpse of him. Finally, just before she was going to give up, she spotted his light brown hair over many other heads. When she came closer to him, she slowed her pace. What was she going to say? Too late for second thoughts now, as he suddenly turned ninety degrees to enter a store, spotting her. He stopped and looked at her for a second, not sure of what to say. He studied her body and face. She was pretty with the white stripe on her forehead. He became aware that she was doing the same, looking back at him.
"Eh... Hi." She broke the silence.
"Hi... Have you been running?"
"I... I had to get to you... I mean..."
"It's OK", he interrupted. "I bumped in to you, it was my fault. I'm sorry... if I hurt you."
"No! Don't be! I mean... Let me have your number?"
"Sure"
She wrote down the number as he said it. She was stunningly beautiful, with her blue eyes looking into his. He wanted her to stay longer, but after she wrote his cell phone number down, she left with a smile. He hoped it wouldn't be the last time they met, as he turned around and started walking.
"I didn't even get her name", he mumbled. The sun began to set after a day ending the week, but starting something completely different.
He kept the cell phone beside him all week. The Friday after, he got a call when he was sitting in front of the computer. He flew up and answered, almost before the first signal faded out. It was a friend. He wondered if his human friend could feel his disappointment through the line. Apparently not, because he sounded happy.
After a short conversation, he hung up and leant back on his bed. His friend had been invited to a small party, hosted by a girl in the same school.
"I might as well go to it... I don't have anything better to do", he thought. He got up and walked to the other human.
"Hey, bro."
"Hi."
"You certainly took your time..."
"I know... Couldn't find a good, clean shirt."
"Oh you look okay. Let's go."
His friend - Mike - owned an old car, and was very proud of it. They couldn't take it, though. In a few hours no one of them would probably be sober enough to drive. While walking to the party, only twenty minutes away, they talked a lot about cars, girls, and sports. The conversation was a little one sided. One of the two boys was thinking of a certain girl he didn't even know the name of. Her red fur... The white stripe... He needed something else to think about. That was probably why he was on his way to a party.
When they arrived, they were surprised by the size of it all. The house was huge, with three floors and an enormous living room. It wasn't very crowded, though. There was probably a lot of people here, both humans and furs, but the house was big enough for them all. Mike found the host, and started to hit on her, making her smile. After walking around the house alone for a while, trying to find someone he knew, the human entered the kitchen. That was when he saw her.
Jennie had been trying to call the handsome human every night. Each time, before she pressed the green button on her cell phone, she had hesitated. She just... couldn't. She had tried every night, but ultimately she didn't dare. She had walked to this party along with Sarah and Kim. He had seemed nice. He always made Sarah happy. Now all three of them stood in the kitchen, Sarah and Kim kissing. Jennie looked away, looked at the door, looked at... Him. The human suddenly stood there, right as she remembered him.
Their eyes met. Both of them were surprised, but no one could look away. After what felt like an hour, Jennie heard someone call her name. She blushed and turned her head around. It was Sarah, telling her to walk over and talk to the human. She followed her advice and went over to the door. The human still hadn't taken his eyes away from her. She smiled and closed her eyes, still blushing.
"You never told me your name", he finally said.
"Jennie. Or Jen, if you prefer."
"It's sweet. You... eh... haven't called me."
"I know... I'm sorry. I wanted to, but I couldn't."
"Come, let's get over here where we can talk", he said, reaching out for her with his right hand. She waited a second before she took it, but then she put her paw in his hand and let him lead her to an empty sofa. They sat down beside each other, looking in each others eyes again.
"You are beautiful", he said, still holding her hand.
They talked for half an hour, about everything they could possibly imagine. The two teenagers shared an interest for computers, music, and tennis. She liked him, and he liked her.
"I still don't know your name", she suddenly said.
"Do you really want to know?"
"Tell me."
"It is... Alex..."
He slowly leaned over and gently kissed her. She opened her mouth, and their tongues met. Jennie felt her body shiver, and he probably felt it too, because he put his arms around her and held her near him. He slowly tried to break the kiss, but she had put her left paw behind his head and pulled closer. When she released him, she smiled.
"Liked it... Alex?"
"You're... wonderful."
Jennie pulled him in close again, kissing him. She purred. He could feel her body, her curves, and most of all her tongue. She felt warm against his chest. He never wanted this moment to end. No one of them could think of anything else than the other. The rest of the world was shut out - this was their moment. When Alex minutes later heard a voice behind him, he stopped and turned his head. He was surprised to see Mike there, holding hands with the hosting girl.
"Hey Alex", he said "Nice find."
"What...?"
"We'll go upstairs for a while. I'll stay here for tonight, ok?"
"Right. See ya tomorrow then."
Mike and his girl walked off, heading for the stairs.
"Who was that?" Jennie asked.
"A friend. We came here together."
"I know her."
"The girl?"
"Yes, she was the one who invited me."
Jennie leaned over and kissed him again, this time moving her tongue deep inside of his mouth. He enjoyed it, and hugged her like before.
After a while, she suggested they should leave. Alex agreed, taking her hand. They left at eleven o'clock, both smiling.
The cool air outside did it's best to break the spell between the two, but couldn't. Jennie shivered. Despite her fur, she was still freezing. Alex offered her his jacket, and she took it with a smile. As they slowly walked down the street, they talked about what to do.
"So... What now?"
"I wanna see your house", Jennie said.
"No, we cant go there. My parents will throw you out. They... don't like furs."
"Oh. I see."
"I'm sorry."
"Let's go to my house, then. I don't live far from here."
After a five minute walk, they reached her villa. She asked if he wanted to meet her parents.
"Not now", he replied. "Can't we sneak in somehow?"
"Yes we can. I always keep my bedroom window unlocked."
They climbed up, using a small ladder and a rope. She reached the window first, opened it, and got in. He was still struggling with the rope. Jennie reached her hand out to help him. He took it, and she pulled him up.
"Thanks... How do you do that?"
"First of all, I'm not human", she said, followed by a short laughter.
"You have anything against humans?" he asked, pretending to be hurt.
"No, stupid."
He took her in his arms and kissed her again. This time his tongue was inside her muzzle.
Humans were known as good mates, faithful and loving. They were rare, but not extremely. There were a few times as many furs as humans, and almost all humans were in a relationship. Except for Alex, it felt like. He had never had someone to hold on to. He lived in a "human" neighbourhood, and the few girls he had had crushes on, years ago, were never interested in him. He thought it was unfair, and he had always felt lonely. Until now. The two life forms thought as one. She led him to her bed, and he sat down. She sat in his lap, and he leaned back slightly. They were still kissing. He reached out for her, touching her right breast. She held him closer, enjoying every moment. Their kiss became even more loving. He massaged both her breasts now, and for the first time she moaned in pleasure. No one had ever touched her like that before. Her fur tickled his hands, but he liked it and kept going.
Something was wrong. Jennie heard it first. It was someone walking up the stairs, slow but inevitable. Jennie hurried to break the kiss.
"Shit!"
She quickly got up, turned on the TV, and sat down beside him. The door opened, and her mother walked in. She was almost entirely white, with spots of grey in her fur.
"Jen? Are you... Oh." She had spotted the human, sitting close to her daughter.
"Yes I'm home mom."
"Hello, m'am. I'm Alex."
"Oh, please call me Kathryn", she replied.
"Mom, close the door now and get out."
Without a word, she complied. They both heard her walk down the stairs.
"That was close", Jennie said.
He jumped on her, kissing and touching her body. She laughed, and fell backwards on the bed. Jennie grabbed a pillow to defend herself, smacking his head with it. He tickled her. They were comfortable with each other, and had fun together. Suddenly she stopped, and laid down on the bed.
"Do you want to stay the night?" she asked.
"I'm sorry. I... can't. My parents will kill me, especially if they found out where I really was."
"I'm not that bad."
"I know. I really like you, Jen."
He couldn't think of anything better to say.
"I like you too."
He kissed her one last time, gently. She was very excited, but let him go. He climbed out of the window, went down the rope, and jumped to the ground. He looked back up on the window, seeing her look back at him from it. They waved to each other, and he was on his way home.
"Jennie?!"
Confusion. Everything was a blur.
"Jennie, breakfast is ready!"
She opened her eyes, and hurried to stretch an arm out to her left. Still empty. She remembered last night, and smiled. The vixen had fallen asleep happy, with a blanket in her arms, pretending it was Him. The One. She wanted to see him, but didn't know what to do. His parents apparently wouldn't like her. The smile faded away as she got dressed and ate her breakfast. She had a two whole days without school ahead of her. What should she do?
"I got to call him", she thought as she fed the birds. Her mother entered the room.
"Where's... the human?" she asked.
"He left last night."
"Oh. Too bad."
Before Jennie had time to reply, her mother had turned away and exited the room. Did she know anything Jennie didn't?
He woke up to music, as always. He got up and made some breakfast. The thought of last night made him happy, causing him to silently sing while he took a shower. His parents weren't home. They always went out, shopping or eating, and came back without a warning. That's why he couldn't take Jennie home, even though he wanted. He whispered her name while turning the computer on. Last night, after getting home, he couldn't help but masturbate, thinking of her soft body against his. It didn't feel good, cheating on her, but he really couldn't help himself.
He stayed on his room for three long hours, with the cell phone never more than four feet away. All he could do was wait. What took her so long?
The delay was caused by Sarah. She called Jennie at ten o'clock, crying, and asking her to come over. She hurried to get there, without knowing what it was about. When arriving, Sarah told her one of her cousins had died in a car crash. She still didn't know any details, but apparently they had known each other well. To Jennie, it seemed unbelievably frightening. She hadn't been more than three years older than the two, and now she was gone... Kim, the bobcat, was on his way too. Sarah needed all comfort and love she could get. Until he arrived, the two girls thought of possible ways to honour the passed on cousin. They suggested everything between a parade and starting a fund for her, but when Kim arrived, Jennie thought she better leave.
"I'll go now so you two can have some privacy", she said.
"Why?" Sarah asked her. "You can stay if you want to"
"No, you need some time alone... And besides, I gotta call..."
She froze. Jennie had completely forgot. She felt bad about it, when she said goodbye and left Sarah's house. He was probably waiting for her. She called him the minute she got home and locked the door to her room.
The first signal came through. No response. Another one. After the third and fourth she wondered if he was home. She was just about to hang up, when a male voice answered.
"Alex' cell phone, hello?"
"Hi. Is he... at home?"
"Sure, he's outside. Wait, I'll hand him the phone."
"Thanks."
Jennie felt a wave of relief through her body. The man, probably Alex' father, thought she was a human. After thirty seconds she could hear Alex' voice on the line.
"Hello, Alex here."
"Hi there."
"Hi! I've waited for you!", he said, once he made sure his father was back inside the house.
"I'm sorry, I had to visit a friend. Can I make it up to you?"
"I kind of forgot my phone in my room when going out in the garden... Stupid of me. Anyway, is it okay if we... meet tonight? I can tell my parents I'm at a friend's."
"Yes! Come here as soon as you can... You can stay the night, if you want."
"Thanks, I'll be there after dinner. Sorry."
"I cant wait that long..."
"You'll have to." He laughed. "See ya then."
"I'm longing", she said and hung up. Her heart was beating faster now. She felt warm inside.
"Jen?!" her mother called.
"What?"
"We'll be going now. I know you don't want to stay at uncle Joey's place. You can stay home, but we'll sleep there. Food's in the fridge. Bye!"
"Okay, bye mom!"
Even better. She decided to make him something to eat when coming over. Jennie mixed ice cream, bananas, and cream to her favourite cake. He would probably like it, she thought as she put it in the freezer and took out her dinner: A nice beef. She enjoyed it with rice after warming it in a frying pan. Filled with expectations for tonight, she got up and took a shower.
Alex hesitated for a second before pressing the doorbell down. He didn't want her parents to open. To his delight, she opened, wearing a green dress. He just stood there with his mouth open.
"Come inside, silly."
"Perfect... As always..."
"Thank you", she said with a smile. "I've made you some ice cream, if you want."
"I'd love to."
"Come", she said.
He stepped up to her. To his surprise and joy she hugged him close to her after shutting the door.
"My parents aren't at home..."
"Mmm..."
They kissed, first gently. She broke it first.
"Let's have that ice cream."
They talked while they were eating. Jennie told him about Sarah's cousin, that she even met once. Alex felt sorry for the vixen he had only seen twice, but Jennie told him she had been there, and her boyfriend was there right now.
"She'll manage", she said and took their empty plates away. "Liked it?"
"Oh yes... You can't do anything wrong, it seems."
"You're so sweet", she said and blushed. He could see it through her fur, and when she became aware of it, she turned her head away.
"Let's go up and watch some TV", she suggested. He agreed to it, took her hand, and walked with her up to her room. Jennie closed the door, but didn't lock it. She didn't have to. They were all alone, and that thought made her excited. She turned around and looked at him. Their eyes met, and both remembered last night. He took a step towards her, and held his arms around her waist. She kissed him.
"How about... skipping... the TV?" Jennie asked. There was a slight change in her voice, but he noticed it.
"Fine by me..."
They kissed again, this time more passionately. He pulled her in close, and could feel her whole body now. Alex sat down on the bed, but did it a little too fast for Jennie to follow. She fell over him and landed on his head.
"Sorry for that", she said after rolling off him, giggling. He didn't say anything, just leaned over again and continued the kiss. His tongue was playing inside of her. She purred and took Alex shirt of him, only breaking the kiss for the two seconds it took. He used his hands to touch her breasts through the dress, making her moan, just like last night. This was different, however. This time no one would walk in on them.
"Are you sure...?" Alex whispered.
"I want it, too. Come here!"
She stood up, and allowed him to take her dress of. It dropped to the floor, and she was standing there in only a bra and panties, both black. He noticed another white stripe going from between her breasts all the way down to her crotch. He kissed her chest, while she unbuttoned his jeans. They sat down on the bed again, both feeling their hearts beat faster. He slowly removed her underwear, while stroking her fur. She was aroused now, and her sex was swollen. Alex stopped kissing her, moving his attention first to her furry neck, and then to her nipples. He sucked on one of them, gently massaging the other one. She moaned again, much louder this time. He moved his mouth further down, kissing and licking her white stripe. He reached the place she wanted him to, and she rewarded him by starting to purr again. This was an entirely new feeling for her - she had never had an orgasm in her life. She knew what was coming, though, from friends and magazines.
He could feel her juices when his tongue licked her lips. His boxers became wet from his pre. Her slit opened a bit, and his tongue went inside of her. With every lick, his nose was stimulating Jennie's clit. He knew it, and kept going until her moans speeded up. He suddenly pulled his face out.
"More! Go on!" she growled.
He continued kissing her again, after removing his boxers. Alex laid down on top of her, using his arms to support his weight.
"I think this will hurt a bit", he said, stroking her cheek.
"I know. Go on."
He thrust inside of her, breaking her hymen while they looked into each others eyes. The shock and sudden pain made her start to cry, and a tear ran down her face. He wiped it off her fur.
"I'm sorry..." he whispered. "Let me make it up to you."
She nodded, biting her lips together. When he began moving inside her, first gentle and slow, the pain stopped and it felt good again. This was even better than his mouth before. Alex could feel her warm walls against his shaft and he could hear her moan. She started moving her hips to help him. He understood what she wanted, and speeded it up. It wasn't much time left now.
"I... I can't hold on much longer", he said, breathing heavily.
She replied by moaning somewhat faster, also feeling her climax approach. He increased the speed even more. She was still looking into his eyes. With his hands he was massaging her firm breasts. A couple of seconds later, he gasped for air as he came inside her. The feeling of his warm seed inside her only added to Jennie's pleasures, and made her come shortly after. She howled, and their fluids mixed inside her. It was the best thing she had ever experienced.
After letting every bit of seed come out, he slowly rolled off her. She was still there, in the same position, but had turned her head to him.
"You did good", she said, still high from her orgasm.
"Thank you", Alex replied. "Thank you... for being here."
They hugged each other, never wanting to let go.
When they fell asleep, they were still holding on to each other, both smiling.
