#3 of Sirius: Book Three - Project EPSILON

Well guys, as promised I'm continuing Sirius (was there any doubt?). Anyway, inspiration to finish this chapter came from reading another user's series. If anybody is familiar with Cyan Spirit, you should know which series I mean. Anybody who isn't familiar with it, I strongly suggest you read them.

Now, many of you are probably angry with me for what I did, most of you probably cried at some point in Chapter one. I want to tell you that things just get better from here.

Warning: Not like anybody really reads these, but if you are under the age of 18, well, go bugger off and read some No-yiff. Seriously. if you still aren't leaving, I've done my disclaimer and if you get caught it's your own fault.

If you are opposed to any of the following: Science-Fiction, Homosexuality, Faggotry, Male on male love, Furries, or just good old fashioned politics, turn the other cheek cause I really don't want to see you posting hate at me.

If you've made it this far, Enjoy!

Chapter 3: Reconnaissance

"Gamma! Gamma! Wake up!" growled Delta as he shook his elder brother. "Dammit man, we need to get moving again, C'mon," he added as the elder fox's viridian eyes slowly parted.

"Fine, fine... I'm up!" he growled, standing slowly.

Walking through the purple-skied city, the brothers gazed around for any sort of sign that signalled that an apartment was not in use, hoping to find some way of blending in. Passing by a display window, Gamma stopped and looked in.

"What's wrong?" asked the eldest brother, looking also into the retailer's.

"I thought I saw us on one of the screen-systems in the showroom. Must have been my imagination..." he trailed off, shrugging and continuing on. "Nothing to worry about, right?" he smirked.

"Right..." said Alpha, staring in at what was essentially a television.

--

Dropping through the sky slowly, a private shuttlecraft descended towards the planet. It's wings in a delta and it's body gleaming and glowing, the craft was preparing for final landing procedures.

"Landing struts enabled, wings retracting, low-jets online. Brace for landing," warned Mathieu, as he, Jasyn, Atlas and Aura set down in the Shielded City Dock. The dull thud as the landing gear made contact with the ground reverberated through the cockpit and the hangar bay.

"Disabling engines, powering down ship systems. We've landed," added Aura, tapping at the co-pilot station. He brushed his long brown locks out of his eyes and grinned, "It's a beautiful day in Toronto, daytime highs of thirty-seven with lows averaging at around twenty by midnight. Cloud cover minimal, visibility 100%."

This prompted a laugh throughout the cockpit as the human relayed the weather.

As they calmed down, Atlas stood and slowly moved over to the hatch to open the small craft to the hangar bay. As everybody stepped out of the ship, Atlas turned to Jasyn and ushered him aside.

The hangar was round and made of a steel-polymer alloy. As the domed ceiling enclosed their landing pad, the violet-hued sky was cut off from view, then with a near silent whirr, the ceiling's triangular shutters folded back on themselves to reveal the glasteel roof and let the sun back in.

Small circles and lines were painted on the floor, and emblazoned on the centre of the landing pad, beneath the shuttle, was the symbol of the Trian Alliance. Stylized versions of the three worlds, Earth with her one moon, Sirius with her three moons, and Lyriia with the waning shroud of dust made up the three-panelled 'winged-shield'. Being that they were standing on Earth, the Earth emblem took up the top half of the shield.

"Alright; now I'm meeting with the PM today about these strange readings," Atlas said with a serious demeanour, before lightening up a bit. "Mathieu and Aura are going to have a lunch-date, apparently. So Jayse, why don't you take a walk or something; get your mind off things and meet us back here at fifteen-hundred?"

"Yeah... Sounds lovely," replied the wolf with a slight sarcasm to him. "I'm probably going to visit Axis again... then go home and grab a few things."

"Okay... well I have to run. Remember, bay 5."

"Right..." replied the wolf as he stepped through the bay and towards the outer section of the landing station.

Glass and steel beams constructed in a ring, with bays in the centre and standard Aircraft landing to the southern end, the SCD was as vibrant as the outer city. Looking out onto the purple-shimmering sky, Jasyn could see birds in the trees. The tall flight tower built in the centre of the ring of bays stood like a monument; it's array of communications devices used to guide approaching aircraft to their appropriate landing areas.

This year was the last year that the current barrier was to be used. After a sizeable rebuild and a city-extension of fifty kilometres radial, the new barrier was now in testing phase. This one was only to be extended when necessary, during wartime measures. The warm-up time was now almost instantaneous. Jasyn could see the shimmering fluctuations that made up the barrier's obvious faults, the shield had degraded over the years the wolf had lived in the city, an unforeseen glitch in the systems causing a sudden cascading effect a few years back that nearly shorted out the city's power.

With a groan, the silver-furred wolf stepped through the exit doors and began his walk towards the flower shop.

--

In the growing city of Lucien, a pair of crimson eyes stared out at the nearby sea lapping at the rocks of the shore. From the twentieth floor, those eyes could see the reclaiming blue sky as it started to peek through the sludge-yellow it was once. Pollution clearing as the years went by, assisted by a kind of terraforming, breathed new life into the once nearly inhospitable world.

Sirius' blue sun was setting to his left, and he could see Falla hovering above as he sat and stared out at the world that was his home. Growing dark, the sky was streaked with violet and crimson, tangerine and lemon; the Lyrii blinked very slowly, watching the small degree of traffic overhead as his golden face soaked up the blue sun's rays.

His violet tipped hair hung around his face, golden furred and vibrant, as a charcoal and poppy furred hand stroked his cheek and brought him out of the trance. He turned his head and smiled at his company. Sitting reverse, Aries smiled as he held close his Lyrii mate.

The golden furred male leaned in closer and affectionately cuddled against the warm body of his love, simply enjoying the tenderness of the embrace. His heart beating strong as he smiled and let go of a gentle sigh.

"I got a message from the academy today," smiled Aries, staring quietly into Blaze's blood-red eyes. "The third-quarter exams were two weeks ago and from what they told me everybody made the grade. The average was eighty-seven percent."

"Oh, well that's good to hear. That means that in a couple of weeks the cadets are going to be assigned," spoke Blaze, anxiety subtle in his voice. He had been watching the academy on Earth like a hawk for the past two years.

"The captain says that we're going to be getting five or six of them on-board," the wolf replied, his eyes shifting to the stars slowly appearing in the sky. He too had been watching the academy, as he was the second in command on an Earth-forces ship. He was given the duty of assigning crew, and he had the honour of also being the one to requisition cadets. Sirius' fleet was slowly rebuilding, but the Sirians were more interested in planetary defence than exploration. Nonetheless, many young Sirians made it into the academy on the planet Earth.

Pressing his nose against his love's nape, Blaze gently nipped at Aries. The elicited grumble of appreciation made him grin as he followed the curve of the wolf's shoulder. "Too bad you have to leave again tomorrow, I don't think I'll be walking straight for another week," smirked the Lyrii. He flicked his thin and flexible tail as he exhaled a warm breath against his mate's neck.

Aries snickered and ran his fingertips down his lover's sides, nose brushing against the male's cheek as he spoke. With a breath cascading through the fur of Blaze's ears, Aries murred, "Just a week? I'll have to really try then tonight."

Pressing closer with a grunt, Blaze felt the wolf's sheath against his own. Aroused, and plainly showing it, the naked Lyrii let out the equivalent of a whimper. There was little he could, or even wanted to do to stop the wolf's advances.

A slight gasp preceded Aries voice as he spoke his accusation, "Somebody seems eager." Running his paws down the Lyrii's rear and gently stroking his fur. He brought one paw up to the front and stroked over his mate's stomach, feeling the slight indentation from his Lyrii mate's scar.

Failing to realize how far back they were tilted, Blaze pressed forward to kiss his mate, the pair of them falling to the floor, chair toppled beneath. Tongues intertwining and lips meshing, the two of them shared an intimate kiss.

Stroking downward from the scar, Aries' left paw slowly coiled around Blaze's length and the Lyrii gasped at the sudden stimulation, pressing forward against the delicate pads.

"mmf--Holy sin!" groaned the male, breaking the kiss and emitting a loud grunt as he felt his lover squeeze on his sensitive flesh. Aries' soft paws kneaded at the flesh gently, ushering up several rivulets of pre-cum.

His own shaft, long since fully formed, pressed against his lover's balls, and the wolf gently bucked upward to bring another moan. Quickly rolling away from the edge, Aries pinned his love beneath him, staring down at the barely cracked crimson eyes.

Commandingly he hooked his arms beneath the male's legs, lifting them with a grunt and getting a better view out of his mate. With Blaze's ankles hooked over his shoulders, the wolf slowly aligned himself, pressing the very tip of his length against his mate's upturned rear. Granted with another moan from his favourite supplier, the wolf took hold of the Lyrii's cock again, kneading gently.

"You look so adorable, presented and practically whimpering for me to screw you," said Aries with a sugar sappy voice. He knew his Ta'zriel hated it when he made him wait, but he loved the squeals of anger that the Lyrii let loose when he was interrupted mid-demand.

"Ungh--by the seven--aah--ancients. Get in--" growled Blaze, cut off with the slightest of pushes as Aries slowly began to enter further. Tender and slow, the first inch was torturous on the poor, helpless male as his length was massaged ruthlessly. The sudden jolt of one second being empty, and the next having seven-and-a-half inches throbbing in his rear made the male yelp in pleasure, as Aries slammed the rest in with brutal precision.

Knowing his mate liked it a bit rough, Aries began to pull out slowly, as agony to the Lyrii, before thrusting harshly back in. After several strides he switched, pulling out quickly only to torture his love with insertion. Cock throbbing and pre-cum glistening off his length as he penetrated his mate's rear, Aries let out the soft, gravely growl that told Ta'zriel where his loyalties lay.

Blaze's cries and grunts were like music, whimpering to be filled faster and yelping at every thrust against his pleasure-centres. As the paw on his length began to stroke and rub, he lost himself in the euphoria.

Aries watched as Blaze's eyes glazed over, shaking his head with a grin. 'That won't do...' he thought. Bringing his hips back, he rammed his entire length into the willing tailhole of his mate; drawing back immediately he did the same again and again. Blaze's eyes shot open and he let out a loud cry of lusted pain, his rear afire with the feeling of being filled over and over. With eyes locked, the lovers lost themselves; seeing only care and devotion in eachother's gaze, and ignoring every outside stimulus.

--

Crying out in torment, the crimson-eyed male struggled away from the feeling below his long, thin tail. He screamed insults and fear-fuelled pleas back, begging to be let go. "Please!" he whimpered, gritting his teeth as the girth of the male atop him spread him wider yet.

"Quiet mutt!" growled the grey-coloured Sirian, backhanding the younger male. His obsidian length buried deep inside of the younger lad's tailhole and quickly slamming again and again into the abused pucker

Fearing for his life now, the slender male submitted reluctantly. His eyes rimmed with tears, streaking down his furred cheeks, which were charcoal with specks of honey. His uniform torn, the male wore the rank of cadet. The yellow stripe that ran from over his left shoulder to under his right arm placed him under the study of engineering.

Shoving forward into the male's tight ass, the elder male growled loudly announcing his climax; spattering his seed deep inside of the black-furred cadet and riding out his orgasm, knot pressing into the pained teen's stretched hole as his rank seed marked him.

--

Aries groaned, pressing deep inside of his love's rear, painting Blaze's gut white with his thick ropes of cum as his knot attached them close. Grunting hard the wolf held close to his mate, still holding Blaze's spent cock in his paw. Every spurt of seed was like a slice of heaven for the Lyrii, enjoying the feel of his love's juices deep within his gullet.

The air reeking of seed, the Sirian and the Lyrii breathed hard and uneven, staring unwaveringly into one-another's eyes. A primal growl escaped Aries' throat, and Blaze's voice resonated its reply, the lovers lying in heated embrace, tongues pressed exhaustedly against their mate's shoulders.

--

Grinning in satisfaction, the grey-furred Dane tore himself back, earning a yelp of pain from the male beneath him. Pulling his pants back on, he turned and left the cadet lying in a pool of sweat and sex, the dark-coloured male aroused but frightened. The door glided open and shut without a noise as the eleven-year-old male slowly picked himself up.

This had been the third time within the week that he had been raped by his peer. Cadet Lemkin was a well-known asshole in the academy, and it was just this cadet's luck that the jerk take a liking to him, likely because he was different from everybody else on campus.

Luckily he was in his own quarters, else he would have had an embarrassing walk ahead. This fact provided little solace as the youth got a fresh pair of pants and a uniform. Engraved on the upper rim of a three by one-half inch rank pin that he wore were the letters: Z. Levi in a fine sans-serif typeface.

Brushing his black and gold head fur back; cut short in the back but left long to frame his face; Cadet Levi growled at himself. "I could fight him!" he barked at himself. "I could win..." he added as he tried to steel himself for the next time.

A beep came from the vicinity of his door, a steel rectangle recessed into the wall. Quickly tossing the scraps of his jacket away and pulling on the dark grey neck-tight undershirt, he made his way towards the door and opened it. "Heya Zaivior!" grinned the malamute husky-marked Sirian looking through at him.

"Hi D..." replied the dark-furred lad, obviously distant and not really caring that his one true friend knew.

"Somethin' bothering ya man?" grinned 'D', who promptly invited himself into his friend's quarters. "Scrim! Z, man, what happened?" gasped the husky, swearing in Sirian tongue as he gazed upon the stained carpet. "Was it Lemkin again?" he asked after a moment's pause.

Zaivior said no reply, looking down at the ground quietly. Taking this prompt, the husky reached out and placed a paw on his friend's shoulder. "Zaivior?" he asked, shaking the male gently.

Unlike Zaivior; D, or Dante, was around fifteen earth years old. They had known one another since they had started at the academy a year earlier. Second year cadets were, depending on their grades, assigned to a ship after completion of their term.

"Yes it was, okay? And it doesn't really matter much; we get out of here in a few weeks anyway, finals are just around the corner so--" reasoned the younger cadet, who was quickly silenced.

"I don't care when we get out of here, you aren't that siital's whore! Do something about it! It bothers me to see this when I visit..." interrupted D, trailing off slowly. Swearing yet again towards Lemkin's parentage, the malamute fumed quietly.

"It wouldn't do anything; I'll keep it to myself and then when we get assigned I'll be away from him," said the male with a hopeful tone to his voice. He was so innocent sometimes and it was really unhelpful.

"Dammit Z! What if he gets assigned to the same ship, and what if I'm not there to help you? Tell somebody and he'll be kicked out of the academy in a heartbeat!" argued the malamute, looking, hurt, into the crimson eyes of his friend.

Zaivior thought for a good few minutes and sighed, resigned. "You're right..." he said softly, before simply hugging the nearly-foot taller husky. "You're always right," he added with a bit of a happy twinge. Flexing his long tail and wrapping it around his friend's ankle, the mix-breed smiled quietly.

"Of course I am, Z. I only want what's best for you..." sighed the larger male, hugging his friend close in response. He knew about Zaivior's heritage, he'd met the half-breed's family only once; his father, his 'mother' and even his sister.

After a long, comfortable silence the husky queried; "So, has your dad told you whether or not you're going to be stationed on his ship?" as his paws stroked the smaller male's back.

"Well, he's putting in a request. He said he's probably going to be getting around half-a-dozen of us though. Some of their technicians had to be transferred because of some big project so you and I have a pretty good shot. There's only around thirty second-year Engineering grads this year," said Z, enjoying just where he was for the time being. "Lemkin not among them,"

"Well, he is The 'Phantom' Levi. He's bound to have some strong swing with the up-highs," smirked the husky with a grin. "And even still, if we don't get assigned we could join your uncle's crew. The TSS has a long-standing reputation with his mercs, right?"

"We could get assigned to his ship, it's that reputable," chuckled Zaivior.

"Well, we can only hope," added the husky with a hearty laugh.

--

Jasyn walked solemnly through the streets, glancing around occasionally at the various people; Sirians, Lyrii, Humans. Everyone living together peacefully, for the most part, "and all it cost was the life of my mate," he spat.

Catching a collection of white fur, Jasyn looked up and saw a group of Sirian Arctic foxes walking somewhat nervously down the other side of the street. 'Wait a minute...' he thought to himself, glancing back at the four, who were now walking away from him. 'Only one tail... but I could have swore...' he followed his train of thought for a few moments as something clicked.

An authoritative vehicle seemed to be following them, slowly coming closer. Before Jasyn knew what was happening three of the craft had landed near the four foxes.

He heard one of them speaking and immediately his mind flooded with anger. "Get away from them..." he growled, drawing the sidearm Atlas had insisted he carry. As he approached the officers, a passer-by cried out.

"Look out! He's got a pistol!" came a human's voice, and the officers glanced around, wondering what the commotion was all about.

In the blink of an eye, the pure-white fox slammed into two of the officers, winding them quickly as the blood-honey tailed one seemed to pulse with energy. The officers all fell backward and Jasyn growled quietly. "Hey! You four! I want to talk to you!" he growled quietly, jumping atop the wing of one of the vehicles.

All four of the brothers turned to him and Alpha spoke quickly. "Well that's too bad then, isn't it?" he asked, quickly flying towards Jasyn. The clearly further-aged wolf stepped aside and grabbed the fox's arm. Twisting it and holding his pistol to the white fox's neck he spoke again.

"I said, I want to talk to you; not 'I want to pummel your sorry asses into the ground'," his voice stern as he addressed the four, glaring at the other three who were standing still. Delta was about to rush the wolf, bringing his feet up off of the ground before Beta intervened.

"Fine! We'll talk to you. What do you want, Capt--" he stopped himself quickly and stuttered, "I-I mean, wolf?" Somehow he felt he recognized the wolf from somewhere else.

"Who are you?" he growled, his voice barely above speaking volume.

Beta blinked and shook his head a bit. "You first!"

Pressing a little harder against Alpha's neck, Jasyn asked again. "I asked, 'who are you' and you had better well answer me this time."

"Dad!? What the hell are you doing?" yelled Mati from somewhere to the wolf's left.

"Mathieu, back out of this!" he growled angrily, staring at the other three. "Nothing? You have nothing to say?" he asked, sounding hysterical at this point. "Are you the source of those strange readings!?" he yelled loudly.

Aura hopped up beside Jasyn and slipped between him and the brothers. "Just what the hell are you dong Jasyn?" he spoke, his voice nearly silent.

Gamma looked at Jasyn and blinked briefly, before he spoke. "Yes! We are the cause of those spikes... We won't tell you any more unless you take us back to your ship though!" he hazarded, hoping his hunch was correct.

"Gamma, are you sure that's wise?" said Beta, looking back at the fox.

"Jasyn... please just let go of our brother. We'll go with you but you have to keep us away from the EDPs," spoke Gamma after a short pause. "I want to know what's going on just as much as you do."

Jasyn looked at Alpha, who was craning his neck a slight bit and looking back up at him. Before letting go, he whispered something only Alpha could hear, stepping back from the white-furred Sirian and looking over at Mathieu.

"Quickly, we don't have a lot of time!" said Gamma, looking straight at Jayse.

Mati and Aura glanced at eachother before they stepped up beside Jaysn, only now getting a good look at the brothers. "We'd better hurry then..." said the husky, before he began to head in the direction of the SCD.

--

Atlas patted his clothing down, having changed into something formal for his meeting with the Prime Minister. He wore a crisp, formal Trian-Forces uniform, the white cotton fabric bright against the dark wooden doors he was approaching. The jacket style remained mostly the same, except that the black fringe along the bottom fell more to the right side. The sweep of his uniform stripes ran from just next to his neck and down, curving to meet again under the armpit. It was mirror on the back.

With his amber eyes transfixing on his white-gloved hands, a similar stripe stitched into the backs of the flexible gloves; he strode purposefully towards the doors and the same thing kept playing through his mind. 'Finally, I can finish this...'

There was a human guard with a dark visor over his eyes standing to the left of the door. He wore armour made of an energy-weave material similar to the type used in Lyrii starship armour Tech. The weave required no power to operate as armour, as it absorbed the energized shots fired towards it. This technology was like a strange merger between Sirian Armour Tech and Earth Barrier Tech, deadening impacts while absorbing energy.

Atlas could see nothing special about the guard's identity, and as the man opened the door for him he nodded to him and muttered a quiet thanks.

Inside the room were several upholstered chairs made with soft fabrics. Atlas paid them little heed as he sat in one of the red-coloured seats across from the man he had come to see.

"Ah, come in and sit down," smiled the amber-skinned man. "As I understand it, you are here to alert me to a possible national threat?" he asked, watching as the fox took a seat across the table from him. They were the only two people in the room, and Atlas thanked his stars for that.

Atlas sighed as he sat and began to speak. "Mr. Prime Minister; I have reason to believe that the Craganii are on the planet. We have detected many anomalous readings identical to those caused by the Crag super-weapon detonated eleven yeas ago," the Prime Minister watched with earnest anticipation.

"As you must already know, I've called in commander Emitt and Lieutenant Evans-Levi to look into it" He informed, sighing softly "They are out there right now, and I guarantee you they're looking for anybody resembling my dead brother. They'll find they are disappointed, but they will still find several genetically enhanced beings."

"The Crag must have introduced this genetic trait in my family line, and now they have placed it here, on Earth," spoke the fox as honestly as he saw.

The Prime Minister thought for a long while before he grinned softly. "Why would the Craganii, our fleeing enemies, place a genetic trait like that among us? It would only prove to ensure their own destruction by providing us with another weapon to use against them," reasoned the man with a hint of a smirk.

"Because, Sir. They know how unstable human politics can be. They are banking on the fact that sooner or later these individuals will be discovered and force us to stop them. They know that our respective species are disinclined to change and anything out of the norm is labelled as wrong."

"They plan to start a power-struggle between those who will lobby for the rights of these special people, and those who would seek to destroy them," Atlas continued with a bit of a growl. "With your permission, Sir, I think it would be best if I hunted down and destroyed these people before they prove to be a prob-."

"With all due respect, Captain," interrupted the man with a sigh, "Our ships have not discovered any anomalies such as those you describe. Now, your sensors may be better than ours, but that signature has been pre-programmed into our systems to set off every alarm in the fleet."

"Mr. Prime Minister. With all respect sir, you're wrong!" Atlas raised his voice, standing slowly. "And if I have to take my crew renegade and destroy them myself, I will!"

"Captain Levi: sit down. You won't do that and we both know it. Remember our arrangement; the operation is going as planned from what I have been told."

"Yes, sir," Atlas spat quietly before turning and walking away. "I will continue with the plan," he said afterward, opening the door with a growl as he left the room, and it's occupant.

--

Four white foxes, a dark-furred wolf, a husky and a human made up the arrivals aboard the Alakandor. Jasyn gave specific instructions that the ship was to be returned to the surface with a crewman and await Atlas.

They walked through the corridors and into a small meeting room before locking the door behind them.

"Take a seat please, gentlemen," said Jasyn with a quiet air about him. The four brothers sat down on one side of the oblong table, Jasyn and his family taking up the other side. "Now, I would like to know a few things about you. Where do you come from?"

Alpha spoke first, hesitantly. His voice even but cautious as he let the words slip from his lips. He looked around seventeen years old for a Sirian, which isn't to say that he looked young, or that he looked old. Mathieu, Jasyn, and Aura all looked at the four as he spoke the words, "The city of Berlin."
