My name is Adrian, and I live a fairly typically lifestyle of a young man, there truly isn’t a lot to say about it. In this world most people decide or figure out what they want to do at a very young age, as close to 14 sometimes, and I was of course no different. I remember back than he was only just a little Dratini, but overtime he of course evolved until he had become a full blown adult Dragonite, an evolution that happened only 3 years ago by now. I decided once he became a Dragonite that Roman was a suitable name for the Pokémon, a much stronger name that suited his looks.

Funny enough despite the rather popular comedy involving a Dragonite being depicted as a goofy looking almost bumbling idiot, it was quiet obvious Roman did not fit that stereotype. He had a much more serious and stern look to him than the bad TV version, and he was definitely not clumsy. He was of course not mean or frigid either though, Roman was in fact very friendly but perhaps not the smartest Dragonite around; though he never minced his words. But well I’m not very good at describing personalities beyond a few simple words, there’s a lot to him.

Then there was my second Pokémon that I got much later in life, although by now he’s been around for a good 4 years; but the way I obtained him was rather unusual. At the time I had found him I was having a fleeting feeling that I wanted another Pokémon besides Roman in my life and on a whim went to the local lab. They had a few different choices there but this one stood out above the rest for sure. He was a Banette that was of abnormally large size; basically that of a fairly short adult, or well about my height.

Banette as a species came in a rather large array of sizes so it was in technicality not impossible to have one the size of a human, but it was still extremely far from the normal smaller sizes. Nobody seemed to want him as Banette were supposed to be more pet sized and one the size of a human frightened the hell out of everybody, that is except me. And so acting on that random feeling I decided to take him in, and I definitely have not regretted that decision.

But while our overall lives maybe fun and simple, I did face one unfortunate problem. At some point in the past 3 years or so around when I was 15, the love I had gained for my two Pokémon at some point took an unexpected turn.. A rather more intimate turn I guess one could say. I started wanting a little bit more than just hugs and affection from the two, a little something more in our relationship. But there was no real easy way to get that in the end sadly.. As a provider and essentially “owner” of the Pokémon while we were all close friends I did always have a certain authority and power over them, as subtle as it may be. I quickly clicked exit and don’t save then laid back on my computer chair with a slight sigh. But now within the year or so of being in the new place, going to the wild was somehow even then before, the longer distance combined with just as bad of traffic made me sigh just at the thought of attempting it. Oh and uh, do you think this will do?”

Jaden looked over at me to see what I was wearing. It was basically just as he said, I bought a long sleeved shirt too big for me and just put on some black socks I had, pretty simple though very, breezy.
