Deep within the heart of a tropical jungle where night had fallen, there was a small boy slowly coming out onto the balcony of an ancient palace that had been abandoned for many years. Two lions, one of them being Scar and a lioness who looked just as menacing, were chained up nearby and watching the boy with sadistic smirks. The boy had a sad expression on his face as he looked around. He held a small pigeon in his hand which he had given a small note for the pigeon to carry. He opened his hands and the bird took off into the air carrying the note with it.
The pigeon flew through the night, eventually landing in a certain village on the edge of the Savannah. The note was taken to the village elders, who deliberated until the break of dawn on what to do. At last, it was decided: word was sent from the village to the world outside. Help was needed.
In New York, a blonde haired woman with a light blue blouse was making her way up a flight of stairs with two cups of hot coffee in her hand. She had a smile on her face and a small skip in her step as she approached the door: "John Riley, Private Investigator". She opened the door slowly and peaked in. "Johnny? You in?" she called softly.
Johnny jerked a bit, barely retaining his balance on his chair; he had his feet up on the desk and his hat over his eyes, but was most definitely not napping. "Yeah, yeah! I'm in, what's up?" He sat up, putting his feet down on the floor, and tipped his head back to look to his sister. "Oh. Uh, thanks, Jane."
"You forgot it was morning, didn't you, Mr. Workaholic," teased Jane as she saw the pile of bills, "Wow... You really are falling behind, aren't you?"
"Maaaaybe." John chuckled, rubbing at the back of his nape. Then he grunted, shuffling the bills off to the side of the desk. "I'll, uh, do those later. First, coffee." He gratefully took one of the cups and took a long sip.
"Anyway, I just got this in the mail today," said Jane, "You're not going to believe this but this is from Africa. Then I remembered that woman you mentioned earlier, Mrs. Huxell about her son, Trevor, being missing. Maybe this has something to do with the case. Shall we see what it says?" She held up the envelop to her brother who examined it carefully.
"Yeah." John's bro furrowed. If that letter was regarding that matter, then it was either good news, or very bad. He grabbed the letter opener off the desk, sliced open the envelope, and unfolded the missive to read it.
It was a small scribbling on a small sheet of paper. It was crudely written but then Jane examined it carefully and read:
"To Mr. And Mrs. Huxel.
I am in terrible trouble. Help.
Trevor."
"That poor boy," she said, "You don't suppose he's being held in Africa, do you? What would he be doing there?"
"I don't know." John frowned. "But we'll get to the bottom of it." He examined the envelope for the return address, making a note of it. "Jane, clear our schedule. We're taking the next flight to Africa."
"Right," said Jane as she picked up the phone and started to dial the airport. The next day, the two siblings were on the first plane charted for Africa and Jane couldn't help but look at a few brochures. "So, Johnny, did things go well with Rex at all?" asked Jane hoping that talking about Johnny's latest ex wouldn't make things too awkward for she knew her brother was gay.
Johnny snorted, crossing his arms and looking out the window. "No." Rex and he had argued--as they had been for a long while at that point--and it had ended with quite a few things said that Johnny would probably regret later. "I... don't really wanna talk about it."
Jane winced. "That bad, huh?" she asked, "I'm sorry." She placed a comforting hand on Johnny's hand, "Hey, you always have me to talk to, right? After wall, what are twin siblings for?"
Johnny let out a heavy sigh, and then took Jane's hand into his own to give it a squeeze. He smiled. "Yeah, true. It's just... things really didn't work out between me and Rex. That all…"
"Well, anyway, I just hope Trevor is okay. I contacted the police over in Africa and they saw a weird man with a scared little boy leaving the airport but then the boy was never seen again and they didn't have a warrant out for the man. I think his name was Monsieur Gorgan," said Jane looking over some updated files, "According to here, he has a pawn shop in the town we're going to."
"Gorgan, huh? Sounds like a real stand-up guy." Johnny nodded, taking a look through the files along with Jane.
"Well, we'll see, won't we?" said Jane. It was late when they landed in Africa. After checking into the hotel, they went out to search for Monsieur Gorgan's pawn shop. It was located in a sketchy part of the city and trash littered the streets. Johnny carefully picked the lock to the shop with Jane following after him. They quietly looked around the office for clues. "Johnny," whispered Jane as she found a first grade reading book, "It's Trevor's."
"Well, that tells us he was here." Johnny looked around the shop, humming. "The question is, where is he now…?"
Just then, the phone rang scaring them both to death. They both ran and hid themselves quickly as they heard footsteps coming towards the office. The door slammed open and there was a man in flaming red hair and bright green eyes. "Who could be ringing at this time of night?" he grumbled as he answered the phone, "Monsieur Gorgan's Pawn Shop Boutique." Then another man's voice answered back. "Snips!" said Gorgan gasping dancing up and down with a smile on his face, "Don't tell me, Snips. Let me guess. You found it! You've found the diamond!" But then after a few words, Gorgan's smile faded. "Give you... Time? You bonehead! You have been down there for three months," said Gorgan as he listened some more, "Pigeons? What pigeons?" He then had an angry expression as he growled, "You caught Trevor sending messages by carrier pigeons? You blundering fool! Can't you control that little brat? SHUT UP! I'm taking the next flight down to Devil's Snare." He slammed the phone back down and set out a suit case to start packing.
Johnny shot Jane a glance, gesturing for her to stay quiet and still until the man--Monsiuer Gorgon--stormed out of the shop. At last, the pair let out a sigh of relief. "Well, looks like we've got our lead. Trevor's down at Devil's Snare."
"Right... And I've heard of that place. That area is nothing but dense jungle as far as the eye can see," said Jane, "And what diamond could he be talking about?"
"We can figure that out later. For now, I'm more worried about getting Trevor away from that freak." He nodded to Jane. "Come on, let's go."
The next morning, they took a helicopter that flew them to a small village in the heart of the savannah.
The village elders were there to greet them as the pair disembarked. Johnny looked around the village as they were led to the chief's hut, taking notice of an odd stone memorial near the outskirts; according to one of the elders, a memorial for a couple of outsiders who'd helped to heal the villagers of a ravaging epidemic some twenty or so years before.
"That's so sad," said Jane, "Were they the only ones here?" "Well, they did have a child, but he disappeared 28 years ago," said the elder, "No one has seen him since."
"I see..." Johnny hummed in thought. "Well, believe it or not, we're here on another child disappearance case." He pulled out the letter from Trevor, showing it to the village elders. "We believe this boy's been kidnapped, and is being held for some reason in Devil's Snare. The name ring any bells?"
The village elders went silent with a look of fear in their eyes. "No one's ever been heard from that place again," said the oldest elder there, "And we've been guarding its secret for centuries. The treasure that your man is looking for is cursed with the spirit of Exortos, the Black Serpent. They say if you keep the diamond close and look at it for too long, you could be drastic consequences."
Johnny glanced to Jane. "I see. And could you tell us how to get to Devil's Snare? If what you say is true, and if our man's holding Trevor there in an attempt to find that diamond, then we don't have any time to lose."
The elders offered the pair a map from the village that mapped out the path to Devil's Snare. "Hey, there's something right up your alley, Johnny," said Jane, pointing to a rock formation on the map, "'Pride Rock.' Sounds an awful lot like your favorite group and doesn't it remind you of whenever you get hard?" She was enjoying this as she was making her brother blush bright red.
"Jane, please...!" Johnny groaned, his face burning as he shot his twin sister a look. "Th-thank you." He bowed to the village elders. "Now, we know where we're going... the only question is 'how are we gonna get there'?
The village elders looked at each other.
-2 Hours Later-
"Well, at least I remembered to pack plenty of water and sunscreen," said Jane as the two were walking across the savannah with nothing but heavy backpacks on their backs and Johnny had his shirt open to reveal his own six-pack abs.
"Nnngh, yeah." Johnny puffed a bit, looking to Jane. "You gonna be alright for the hike? According to the map, it's gonna be a bit of a long one."
"Of course," said Jane looking back, the weight of her pack not bothering her in the slightest, "I'm much better at camping than you were when we were kids, remember?"
Another soft huff. "Yeah, you don't need to remind me." The male twin let out a sigh, hefting his own pack as they continued along. He gazed out at the scenery, taking it all in; and noticing something rising up on the horizon. A massive stone formation, looking like a tall mountain with a ledge sticking out at an angle from it. He glanced to the map to confirm; it seemed that that was Pride Rock.
"Hey look, it's already hard for you," teased Jane grinning. It wasn't long till they stopped under a tall, shady tree to take a breather and have a drink of water.
Johnny let out a bone-deep sigh as he set his pack down, sitting down at the base of the tree and fishing his water bottle out. "Well, at this rate, it'll probably be night before we get to Devil's Snare. Not sure if that's a good or a bad thing..." He continued to look out into the wilds of the Savannah, not noticing a curious pair of eyes looking down at the pair of humans from within the tree. Rafiki hummed to himself. Humans had wandered into the Pride lands. Surely this would be something to report to King Simba; but at the same time, he had an odd feeling from this pair; as if they were meant to be there. He cracked a few dried fruits open, mixing the contents into a tortoise shell and watching the patterns they made. Then his eyes widened, and he suppressed a quiet shriek; the Great Kings themselves, it had seemed, had summoned the pair of humans.
Meanwhile, at Pride Rock, a tall, long haired, muscular human in a loincloth was fastening a sharp blade to the top of his staff making sure it was good and tight. He perked his head up when he heard wings flapping towards him. "Zazu? What is it? You look frazzled," he said as a hornbill landed beside him.
"Leo... Leo, it's..." The hornbill panted, ruffling his feathers. "Oh, I'm way too old for this... I need to see his majesty immediately! The report is... is…!"
"Come on," said Leo not giving Zazu a chance to continue as he rushed up to the higher ledge to a lion with a red mane. "Hey Simba," called Leo, "Zazu has some news for us."
"Zazu? What's wrong?" The Lion King padded over, sitting down and hunching his head down to get to the hornbills level. "Sire, there's... there's word that two humans have wandered into the Pride Lands!"
"Humans? Here?" asked Leo surprised, "But... I thought I was the only one? Is this a joke, Zazu? Because I'm not laughing." He held his spear and directed the point at the hornbill.
"Calm down, Leo." Simba gave the human a look, and sighed. "Thank you for the report, Zazu. I'll confer with Leo to see what the best course of action is." Zazu looked like he wanted to argue, but after seeing the expression on both Simba and Leo's face, he quickly bowed. "Of course, sire. I'll continue to monitor the situation." The hornbill quickly left. Simba let out a heavy sigh. "Never thought I'd have to be the king who'd deal with this kind of situation…"
"But you have your royal guard to help you," said Leo hugging the lion, "I just thought I'd never see my own kind all the way out here. Honestly, I don't know whether to go and seek out their world or just not bother. I want to know what they can do, but I don't want to leave the one true family I know and love."
Simba hugged Leo in return, setting a forepaw on the human's back while nuzzling him. "Yeah, I know. Honestly, I've... kinda been interested, myself. Though taking on the duties of as king never left me any time." He hummed. He glanced out to the horizon. He grinned. "Although... having a pair of humans wander into the pride lands would be a good excuse. I mean, as king, it's my duty to ensure the safety of the pride, right…?"
"Right... Maybe Nala can watch Pride Rock while we're away," said Leo feeling his heart race with excitement at the thought of being among his own kind again.
"Exactly! She knows how to handle things. And..." Simba glanced around, then leaned in close. "Honestly... I think I could use a break." He chuckled.
Leo smiled kissing the lion on the nose. "Well, then, shall we inform Nala of the situation?" asked the human as he stood up beside his feral brother.
"Lets!" A while later, back with Johnny and Jane, the male twin stood up with a long, low groan and brushed himself off. "Well, we're not gonna get any closer to rescuing Trevor if we just stay here. Come on." He hefted his pack onto his back, when all of a sudden the wind in the Savannah died down. "Uh... sis? What's-" At that moment, the wind picked back up; turning into a maelstrom that swirled around the pair.
Jane covered her eyes as they both started glowing. "What's happening?" she gasped as she was trying not to let the dirt get into her eyes. When the wind finally died down, all was calm again. "Uh... What happened?" she asked looking to Johnny confused.
"I... have no idea." Johnny looked around. "Freak wind storm, maybe?" The pair fell silent for a long moment, until finally the male twin let out a grunt. "Probably nothing. Come on, let's go."
Just then, out of the tall grass, a tall, pale man in a loincloth jumped out and held a spear at them and he was accompanied by a lion with red hair. "Who are you, and what are you doing in the Pride Lands?" said the man. "Oh... That kind of 'pride'," gulped Jane chuckling nervously to her brother.
Johnny immediately moved in front of his sister, holding up his hands while shielding her from the loin-clothed man. "Whoa! We... we don't want any trouble." He gulped, looking from the man to the lion and back again. Simba glared, padding forward just a little bit and sniffing at the air around the two. "They don't smell dangerous, Leo. Still, be on your guard." Johnny blinked, staring at the feline. "Did... did that lion just talk?"
"Of course he can talk," said Leo, "What's it to you?" He didn't lower his spear one bit as he was still suspicious of the two. "What business do you have here? Did you come hunting for my brother here?" "Brother?" gasped Jane and Johnny looking at each other in shock. Leo raised an eyebrow. "You know, I'm starting to think you're right. They're not dangerous. Just crazy," he said to the lion.
Simba hummed in thought. "According to my father, humans usually can't understand us. Something must be going on." "Look, we're not here to hunt or poach or anything like that. We're just passing through, making our way to Devil's Snare." Johnny looked from Simba to Leo.
Both Leo and Simba looked up. "Devil's Snare? What do you want there? That's outside of the Pride Lands," said Leo and then turned back to Simba, "So if humans can't understand animals... How am I understanding you? I lived with you and Dad my whole life."
"Exactly. And because you came to us through the..." He trailed off, eyes widening. "Will of the... Great Kings." "Look..." Johnny took a step forward. "We don't really know what's going on, but we really don't want trouble. There's a kidnapped kid being held in Devil's Snare, and we're going to rescue him." He looked to Jane, then back to the lion and man. "I'm Johnny, and this is my twin sister, Jane. Uh... who are you two…?"
"Kidnapping? I'm Leo, and this is my brother, Simba, King of the Pride Lands," said the human as he lowered his spear, "Maybe we can help you find this lost boy. Any idea where in Devil's Snare he might be?"
"No. But we do have a lead, at least. Monsieur Gorgon... He's somewhere in the Devil's Snare, looking for a 'diamond.'
Leo and Simba looked at each other confused. "What's a diamond?" asked Leo. "Wait... You're that boy who disappeared 28 years ago from the village we were just at!" gasped Jane looking to her brother.
Johnny hummed, looking Leo up and down. "That does make sense..." He grunted. "Anyway, like I said, we're just passing through. Uh..." He looked to Simba. "If you don't mind, uh, your majesty...?" "Hmm..." Simba sat up, pondering. "Leo and I will escort you through the pride lands to Devil's Snare. That should be the best way to avoid any trouble."
"This journey just got a lot more interesting," whispered Jane to her brother softly.
Later that night, in the ruins of the ancient palace hidden within the Devil's Snare jungle, Trevor was silently tip toeing his way out into the night air and into the dense jungle. He hadn't gone more than a quarter mile when lights came on within the palace. "Trevor! Trevor?" called the voice of Monsieur Gorgan, "Trevor, answer me! Trevor?" But Trevor wasn't planning on getting caught as he kept on running for dear life.
Back at the palace, Gorgan came out with a lion and lioness on very strong chains. He then looked back at the palace. "Snips! Snips, get down here!" he yelled angrily.
Snip, a heavyweight and bespectacled man, quickly rushed down the steps of the palace. "Here, I'm here, Mr. Gorgon!"
"That little brat has escaped again," said Gorgan as he knelt down beside the two lions, "Scar, Zira, find him back, dears." With that, the two lions went off into the dense jungles to look for Trevor. Monsieur Gorgan was by the river trying to start a hovercraft that was docked in the palace canal leading to the jungle river. He tried starting it but it only coughed and sputtered. "Ugh, why won't it start?" he growled. Just then Snips came up but then the man fell back as his boss yelled, " SNIPS! What's wrong?" He tried it again and at last it started. Before Snips could say anything, Gorgan cut him off. "Shut up!" he yelled over the turbine in the back, "Send up flares. Light up the jungle so I can find him." And as the turbine grew louder, the hovercraft took off down the river.
"Send up the flares~ Light up the jungle~" Snips spoke in a mocking tone, turning back to make his way into the palace while grumbling to himself. "Lousy, demanding razzlefrazzle..." A few minutes later, one flare went up, and then another, lighting up the dense jungle and tearing away the cover of darkness in which Trevor was hiding.
Elsewhere, Leo, Simba, Jane and Johnny had finally made it to Devil's Snare but they were caught off guard by the fireworks display. They looked up. "Why are the stars exploding?" asked Leo feeling scared and turned to Johnny for an answer, "What's going on?"
"What, you never seen flares before?" He looked from Leo to Simba--who was also crouching down, staring up in wary caution at the light show up above. "...Right. Raised by wild animals." He cleared his throat. "It's alright, the... stars... aren't exploding. It's just lights that someone is sending up... probably whoever has Trevor in there."
Suddenly, far above they saw one of the lights hit something and Leo looked up squinting his eyes and gasped, "Simba! It's Zazu! He's in trouble!" He rushed into the jungle trying to find out where Zazu was going to crash land until he and Simba toppled over something round and plump followed by two voices yelping in surprise.
"Gah! The world's ending! This is it, Pumbaa!"
"Hold me, Timon!"
Johnny and Jane rushed in after Leo and Simba, finding quite the peculiar sight: the pair in a heap on the ground, tangled up with a cowering warthog and meerkat. "Leo, Simba, are you alright?"
"Nnngh... I think so..." Simba groaned, rubbing a paw on his head as he pushed himself up; and came face-to-face with the meerkat.
"A-a-a... A lion!" The meerkat shrieked, and then looked to the pair of humans. "Humans!" With a groan, he collapsed into a faint.
"...Okay, so, whatever this is that's letting Simba speak to us works on other animals, too." Johnny blinked. “Noted..."
Just then, the hornbill came shooting through the canopy of the jungle and crashed into the meerkat and warthog. "Zazu!" gasped Leo as he ran forward, "Are you okay?" Zazu coughed and spluttered out smoke. "Well, that certainly was unexpected," he muttered as he looked at his nearly singed tail feathers, "I see you found the two humans, your majesty. What was it they were looking for anyway?"
"One of their own--a child--was kidnapped and taken here. They're here to find and rescue him."
"Child?" The warthog blinked, looking between the humans, the lion, and the hornbill. "That's like a little mini human, isn't it?"
"Uh, yeah. Basically." Johnny nodded. "Have you seen him?"
"Yeah! He ran by a while before the stars started exploding. Me and Timon saw him!"
"The stars aren't-" Johnny sighed. “Never mind. Did you see which way he went?"
"Well, you all can continue your search," said Zazu, "I'm not staying around this creepy place for long. Plus, I better let Queen Nala know you are alright, sire." With a flap of his wings, the hornbill took off, but he didn't go above the tree line for fear of burning his tail feathers again. He decided to try a nearby river but it was dark and he couldn't tell which way to go when he was so low to the ground.
"Looks like I'll have to choose a direction," said the hornbill as he went up stream but then he stopped as he saw someone riding a fast paced log when it was in fact Monsieur Gorgan on his hovercraft. Zazu quickly turned around trying to get away from this strange creature but the turbines on the hovercraft proved too strong and it sucked poor Zazu in spinning him around and around till he came out behind shivering and with half his feathers missing. "Why don't you watch where you're going?" he called even though the human driving the thing didn't understand him.
On the shore, little Trevor was hiding behind some bushes when Gorgan drove his hovercraft up and used a spotlight to try and find the runaway. After combing the small area, Gorgan moved on to another spot.
The young human held his breath for fear of being discovered, staying still in his hiding place. As soon as Gorgon moved on he bolted, running wildly through the trees in search of a way out of the jungle.
But two lions soon discovered Trevor's hiding spot.
Leo and Simba heard a loud winding noise approach nearby, and soon the whole party peeked through the vegetation to see what was going on. "Johnny," whispered Jane to her brother and pointing to the hovercraft in the river, "It's that terrible Gorgan!"
Simba's eyes widened, seeing one of the lions who was escorting the boy back along with gorgon. "Scar..." He growled, scowling.
"I take it you two have history?" Johnny looked from the lion next to him to the dark furred, lean one snarling at Trevor.
"You could say that."
"Scar is our Uncle," said Leo softly. Gorgan, unaware that the group was there moved on, but there was another rustling of bushes as the other group hid and looked to see what it was. There was Scar with Zira and Scar was holding a boy up by the seat of his pants. "Why did you have to go and spoil everything?" pouted the boy to the dark lion. "It's that poor kid, Timon," said Pumbaa sadly, "I guess he wasn't so successful after all." Jane gasped. "It's Trevor," she whispered, "How terrible!" Then the lions started back through the jungle. "Hurry!" said Jane tugging at Johnny's hand, "We've got to find out where they're taking him!"
"Right." Johnny nodded, to Jane, and then looked to Timon and Pumbaa. "Thank you for the help, you two."
"No prob. Now, if you'll excuse us-" The meerkat was cut off by the warthog.
"Aw, come on, Timon. We can't let those guys hurt that kid!"
"Pumbaa, please, these guys've got a lion on their side. Pretty sure they can handle themselves."
"Well, yeah, but that Gorgon guy's got two lions!"
"Even more reason to am-scray efore-bay e-way get eaten-ay!" Timon tugged at the warthog's tusks, but Pumbaa stayed right in place.
They followed the two lions to the ruins of an ancient palace and saw another man waiting for the two lions grinning as they carried the squirming boy inside.
"Good work Scar, Zira. And as for you." He glowered at Trevor, grabbing the boy's wrist and shaking a finger in his face. "You know better than to make trouble for Mr. Gorgon. And way better than to run off into the jungle!"
Trevor then took something out of Zira's mouth and beheld a small teddy bear as the lions growled at Snips. "You can't tell me what to do," said Trevor, "Besides, I'm not scared of the jungle like you are, Mr. Snips!"
"Wha-wha-wha..." Snips huffed, glowering at Trevor. "You would be, if you know the kinds of animals that are out there. Now come on." He took hold of the boy's wrist once more, and began dragging Trevor up the stairs. "You are going right back to your room, young man."
Trevor then yanked his arm free. "I can go by myself," he said stamping his foot, "Thank you!" He then turned up his nose and walked to his room.
Outside, Gorgan was still on his hovercraft searching when he looked up to see the fireworks sending a message: "Got Boy." He then turned his hovercraft around and sped back to the palace.
Johnny, Jane and the others crept closer when they thought the coast was clear when Leo gasped, "Look out! Here he comes!" They all ducked as the hovercraft zoomed past them and up to the palace canal. Snips could hear Gorgan coming and he felt sweat running down his face as an angry Gorgan burst through the doorway. "Where is he?" he growled, "Where is he?"
"M-Mr. Gorgon!" Snips grinned, trembling as he moved to meet the other man. "I-I sent him straight to his room, sir."
"Why did you let him escape?" growled Gorgan as he removed a rain poncho and then he sat down on a sofa and held up a foot for Snips to remove the boots. "What is your alibi this time, nitwit?" he growled as Snips began pulling.
"W-well you know how kids are. If you don't keep them under a... firm... hand...!" He grunted, and tugged, and finally fell backward onto his rump as he pulled Gorgon's rainboot off. "They just go off on their own whenever they feel like it…"
"Ha!" scoffed Gorgan as he then turned to Scar and Zira and caressed them tenderly, "My precious cats. We know who caught that ungrateful little brat, don't we?"
Scar and Zira grinned in turn, pressing into the petting; and giving a scowl of their on to Snips.
Leo, Johnny, Jane, and Simba silently crept into the palace to listen. "Well, it was your brilliant idea to use the little boy for this caper," retorted Snips, "If you left it to me..." "Snips, you're not thinking," said Gorgan. "No, I know, I know," sighed Snips in defeat, "He's the only one small enough to squeeze through the temple entrance."
"Yes," said Gorgan, "But why can't he find my big diamond?"
Leo, Johnny, and the others crept in and stopped in a hallway as they saw Snips grab a handful of jewels from inside a bowl.
"I don't know," he said, "But just look at these beauties that he brought up from the temple. They'll sell for a lot of cold cash." But then Monsieur Gorgan grabbed a cane and slammed it down on Snips' hands making him spill the gems. "Ow!" whimpered Snips in pain, "I wish you wouldn't do that!"
"He's insane," whispered Jane, "Utterly mad."
Gorgan held up his cane threateningly at Snips. "I want that diamond. I've got to have the Serpent's Eye," he said and stalked closer to Snips, "You didn't leave the boy down in the temple long enough."
"But he won't take orders," protested Snips when Gorgan came up and hissed, "You are too soft." "Well, the day light was running out and the snakes were getting closer and all he did down there was fuss about his teddy bear getting scared," grumbled Snips.
"Snips. You don't have a way with children. You must gain their confidence," said Gorgan and turned to Scar giving him a hug, "Make them like you." "Yeah?" asked Snips stepping closer, "How do you do that?" "You force them to like you, idiot!" roared Gorgan as he let go of Scar and swung his cane at Snips, who ducked. "Tomorrow at noon when the sun's shining through the hole, I'm going to put him down there myself," said Gorgan jabbing his cane in Snips' face, "And keep him there until he finds it, and it is as simple as that."
"It's as simple as that is it?" asked Snips gulping nervously, "Well, you're the boss, boss."
"Yes," growled Gorgan standing up and strolled out swaying his hips and calling to his lions to follow.
Scar and Zira stretched and moved to follow. However, the latter stopped in place and sniffed the air, her brow furrowing. She muttered something to Scar, and the two looked around the room; it seemed they had caught a whiff of something. Something floral.
"Uh-oh," gasped Johnny and whispered to his sister, "Jane... I think they can smell your sunscreen." "Oh dear," she said silently as the group stayed hidden in the shadows. Timon and Pumbaa were most terrified but suddenly, the meerkat felt something nipping at his tail.
He gulped, and slowly looked behind him to see Zira giving him a glare. "And just what are you doing here?"
"Leaving!" The meerkat shrieked, climbing up onto pumbaa and kicking at the warthog's side with his heel to spur him on. With a cry of his own, pumbaa began to flee as Zira gave chase.
The warthog ran around the throne room of the palace and he managed to jump on top of the throne and grab onto a tapestry that was behind it. However, Scar and Zira came up and tugged hard at the tapestry making it, Timon and Pumbaa come falling down on the two lions. "Oh no!" gasped Leo, "Simba, come on!" He then turned to Johnny and Jane. "You two stay here," he said as he ran off to help their new friends escape the two rogue lions.
Johnny nodded, watching as Simba and Leo moved forward. Distracted as they were, neither Scar nor Zira saw the pair coming until Simba leapt and slammed into Scar's side, knocking the older lion out of the way; and getting into position just in time for Pumbaa and Timon to land on his back.
"Y-you saved us...?" Timon stared, slack-jawed, as Simba looked over his shoulder and gave the meerkat a grin.
"Y'see Timon? I told you these guys were good!"
Scar groaned, shaking himself as he moved to his feet. He looked up, and caught sight of Simba and Leo. “You!"
Leo was rushing over to Simba's side when Zira emerged from the torn tapestry and lunged at Leo, who held his spear up to block her teeth. He was pinned against the ground until he kicked the lioness off him and stood up again with his spear aimed at Zira.
Meanwhile, Timon and Pumbaa were trying to make a run for it, but they accidentally ran into a statue which knocked down a whole row of them like a stack of dominos. Zira whipped her head around and gave chase once again at the meerkat.
Scar and Simba prowled in circles around each other. "Well well. The little cub has grown up. It brings a tear to my eye." "What are you doing here, Scar?" Simba scowled.
"Well, after your brother got me banished, I was left to wander the wastelands. To starve... until Gorgon found me."
"So what, you've become his pet now?"
Scar snarled. "You insolent little whelp. I should've torn your throat out when I had the chance!" He lunged at Simba, who dodged away.
Zira was nearly at Pumbaa but Leo ran up and rammed into the lioness making her run into a nearby urn that shattered when it fell. However, the lioness recovered and scratched Leo's right shoulder and kicked the human to the side as she continued her chase.
Timon had fallen off Pumbaa during the chase and he screamed in horror as Zira ran up and pounced on him finally popping the meerkat into her mouth with only his tail sticking out. She was just about to chew when Gorgan came out of his room.
"Scar! Zira! Stop that infernal racket!" he yelled as he walked up to Zira with his cane in hand, "I mean now!" He sent the cane down upon Zira's head making her open her mouth and Timon came flying out and lay before the human. Gorgan let out a scream as he ran for a bench. "Snips! Snips, a rat! Kill it! Kill it!" he cried as Snips grabbed a broom and using it to swat at Timon.
"Get your eyes checked! I'm a meerkat- OOP!" Timon dodged away from Snips' wild swinging. Scar and Simba, meanwhile, continued to yowl and roar as they fought with one another. "We need to help them." Johnny looked to his sister.
Zira was on Timon's tail but then she smelled more intruders and looked to the side making a run at Johnny and Jane. "There's more intruders!" yelled Gorgan as he quickly ran to his room. Scar looked away from Simba and then pounced at Johnny but missed when the human side stepped ant the two human siblings quickly dodged and ran around with Timon and Pumbaa.
"Damn, we've gotta make a retreat. Leo! Simba!" Johnny looked around to find the pair.
All of a sudden, there was a loud bang! Johnny looked up in horror to see Gorgan had returned with a shot gun in his possession. Leo froze thinking it was thunder without lightning when something grazed his arm and he yelled out in pain falling to his knees. Gorgan, however, was more focused on shooting Timon and Pumbaa.
"Everyone get down!" Johnny ducked behind a pillar, and managed to make his way over to grab Timon and Pumba and drag them into cover. "We need to go before that psycho blows someone's head off..." He looked over, and his eyes widened. "Leo!" Making his way over, making sure to stay behind the pillars and out of Gorgon's line of fire, he made his way over to the injured young man. "Damn, it just grazed you, but you're still bleeding pretty bad..." He looked around for a bit of cloth he could use to stop the bleeding, and settled for some of the nearby torn curtains.
Unfortunately, Gorgan wasn't being careful with his aim as he was also nearly missing Scar, Zira and Snips who all hid for cover. The man kept on firing until it stopped and the rifle was only clicking. "What is wrong with this thing?" he growled as everyone slowly peeked out of their hiding places. Johnny thought it best if he led everyone out to safety as Gorgan pounded the gun until one last shot blew the top of Snip's hair off and a bullet buried itself into Leo's grazed arm making the pain even worse than before.
"Leo!" Johnny grabbed onto the wounded, human, carefully helping him along as the group fled from the temple and into the jungle. They found a place to settle down, and Johnny immediately began to examine Leo's wound. "Hold still, alright? I need to make sure that bullet didn't hit anything vital."
Jane was panting and heaving from the running. She looked shocked at the sight of Leo's arm but then grew angry. "He... He tried to kill us! That terrible man!" she growled, "If I was only bullet proof and 10-feet tall, I'd show him."
"All in due time. Once we get Trevor out of his grip, well..." Johnny scowled, gently working on Leo's own. He was able to get the bullet out--luckily, it hadn't hit any arteries or anything--and was working on getting the wound closed up.
Leo was squirming in pain and growling as the stinging in his arm made him want to thrash out. Luckily, Simba was there to pin his brother down and offer comforting purrs to soothe Leo. "You know, I haven't been on him like this since we were cubs," said Simba softly to Johnny, "Even when we were little, and despite not being related by blood, I still saw him as my brother."
"I see. I suppose that makes sense, if your pride raised him." Johnny nodded, giving Simba a small smile as he continued to work on Leo. "Alright. It's alright, Leo. Almost done... aaaaand... there."
Leo cringed at the tight bandages but he sighed when he felt Simba nuzzle him and he nuzzled back. "I think Nala would've liked your sister," he said, "So, Johnny, do you have a mate like Simba does?"
"Uh..." Johnny blushed, sitting back on his heels as he wiped his hands. "Not really. It's, uh... complicated." He cleared his throat, trying to change the subject. "So! You, uh, said you were the king, right, Simba?" "Yes, that's right." Simba nodded.
"And Nala is the queen and Simba's mate," added Leo feeling proud of his brother but then looked at Johnny with confusion, "And what do you mean complicated? Did something happen?"
"Yeah, I guess you could say that." Johnny sighed; he had a feeling Leo wouldn't let it go. He rubbed the back of his head, looking away. "I used to have a, uh, 'mate', but it didn't really work out. He wanted to settle down, have a family, all of that. Of course, me and my sister have our business, and detective work doesn't really afford a lot of peace and quiet." The man shrugged. "We argued and... figured out we weren't really right for each other. Ended up going our separate ways.
"But did you love each other?" asked Leo, "Problems and arguments shouldn't keep people apart forever. I sometimes argue with Simba on a couple of small things, but we always made up in the end and we've stuck together this long."
"Well, I thought I loved him. And... I thought he loved me." Johnny let out a long, drawn-out sigh. "But when you try to live together, you end up learning a lot about who a person really is."
"Wait, you keep saying 'he'." Simba cocked his head. "Your mate was another male?"
"Yeah." Johnny nodded, rubbing the back of his head with a sheepish chuckle. "I'm, uh, attracted exclusively to guys. Males."
"You say that like it's a problem," said Leo, clearly have no idea why Johnny was feeling so bashful about it, "I mean, I've seen males with other males too out here. It's not that shameful."
Simba nodded. "Plenty of animals in the pride are similar. You don't need to worry."
"I guess that makes sense..." Johnny chuckled. "I mean, back home there are some people who do... have problems with it, so I wasn't sure if it was the same out here. Good to hear, I guess."
"But this man you were in love with, doesn't he miss you?" asked Leo as he looked up into Johnny's eyes and for the first time, their was a moment of silence when they met eye to eye. Leo put a hand on his chest when he felt his heart beat faster.
"I don't think he does..." Johnny bit his lip, but when his eyes met Leo's, he felt a pulse in his chest. Not painful, like when he thought about Rex, but almost pleasant. Like it had been before he and his ex had broken up. "So uh, yeah. Guess for now I'm single." He let out a quiet laugh, glancing away shyly.
"Right... So what do we do about... About... What's his name again? The Child?" asked Leo. "Trevor," said Jane and sighed as she looked back at the palace, "That poor boy. We've just got to rescue him somehow."
"Hmm... we'll have to case the place." Johnny hummed in thought. "See if there's any other entrances where we can sneak in and out with him."
"Case the place?" asked Leo, "What does that mean?" Simba, Timon, and Pumbaa were all looking just as confused.
"Uh..." Johnny blinked. "I mean... look around. See here the entrances and exits are. Where any important rooms inside might be. I know we'll wanna avoid Gorgon and those two lions."
"Oh," they all said nodding.
Inside the palace, Trevor was getting his pajamas on for bed. He was placed in a small within a tower that had a balcony over looking the jungle. It wasn't as tall as any other tower in the palace, but it was low enough to climb down to a crumbling wall that kept the rest of the jungle out. "Trevor," called Gorgan sweetly making the boy freeze, "Uncle Gorgan wants to talk to you."
Monsieur Gorgan had the king's old chambers since he was the only one who imagined himself as a king and thought he was meant to be one as he had a bathrobe on since he had already come out from having a bath. "Snake filled pit or not, that little brat is going to find me that diamond. Tomorrow, or else!" he snarled as he sat in front of a mirror to make himself look good when he heard a soft knock on his door. "Come in," he said sounding sweet and loving.
Trevor pushed the door open, making his way over to stand beside Gorgon. "You... wanted to see me, sir?"
"Yes, my boy. Don't be so shy," said Gorgan with a soft smile as he brushed his hair, "Now, I'm going to let bygones be bygones. Do you know what would make Uncle Gorgan very happy?"
Trevor looked to the ground, shifting from foot to foot. "If I... get you your diamond?"
"That's right, son," said Gorgan as he finished brushing his hair and started to apply some hair gel.
"But I tried as hard as I could. Honest!"
"Of course, you have," said Gorgan as he rubbed in the hair gel, "But we must try harder, mustn't we?"
"Then..." Trevor took a deep breath in, steeling himself. "Then please will you take me back to Mom and Dad, like you promised?"
"Trevor, don't you like it here?" asked Gorgan turning to face the boy with a slightly hurt expression, "A big, beautiful palace all to yourself."
"But... Mom and Dad have to be looking for me by now…"
"Looking for you?" chuckled Gorgan as he continued with his hair, "What makes you think anyone would be looking for a needy little boy like you?"
Trevor stared, wide eyed, at the older man. Then he sniffled and turned away, making his way out of Gorgon's room and back to his own. He didn't want the older man to see how much those words had hurt him.
He went out onto the balcony and rested his arms in the edge as small tears escaped his eyes. A light breeze brushed against him and he looked up to see a star shining brightly.
Down below, Johnny and Jane split up into two teams: Johnny had Leo and Simba while Jane had Timon and Pumbaa.
They each went in opposite directions, Johnny's team heading to the left of the palace entrance while Jane's went to the right. They crept along the wall, looking for any way in.
Leo looked up to see a small human crying on a ledge poking out of one of the towers. "Is that him?" asked Leo to Johnny, "Is that Trevor?"
"It is!" Johnny nodded, looking around for anything he could use to get the boy's attention.
Leo looked around and then he saw a low tree branch that was just a few feet away from the balcony. He then whispered to Simba before racing off to climb the tree and then landed on the wall. When Trevor went inside, Leo climbed up onto the balcony and waved to the lion.
Johnny was still looking around when he felt Simba grab his sleeve with his mouth. "Simba? What-" The lion tugged the human around, and then ducked down to get Johnny onto his back. "Hold tight!" "Whoah, wait!" Johnny wrapped his arms tight around Simba's neck as the lion leapt up onto the tree, and then to the balcony to join Leo.
Leo put a finger to his lips as they peered in to see Trevor putting a night cap on a teddy bear and tucking him into bed. He then knelt down before the bed putting his hands together. Leo didn't understand why but looked to Johnny in confusion.
"He's praying." Johnny whispered to Leo in explanation. "It's, uh... something people do for guidance." "Like seeking guidance from the Great Kings?" Simba looked over. "Uh, yeah..." Trevor bowed his head. "Please bless Mom and Dad... and please let someone find my message, because running away isn't working. Amen…"
Leo and Simba felt their hearts break when they saw the boy look to his stuffed animal with a sad expression on his face.
"Don't worry Teddy..." He sniffled, hugging the stuffed animal close and tight. "W-we'll be alright…"
Leo looked to Johnny feeling very sad himself. "I'd feel just as sad as he is without my family," he whispered softly to Johnny before nuzzling Simba.
Johnny nodded, reaching over and patting Leo. Then he stepped forward, clearing his throat. "Trevor?" He called out quietly and gently to the boy.
"Yes?" sniffled Trevor looking up to see who it was. He held his teddy bear close when he saw two men and a feral lion on his balcony. One was fully dressed while the other was naked except for the loin cloth.
Trevor immediately put one hand up in a calming gesture, the other's pointer finger going to his lips. "Don't be afraid, okay? We're here to get you out of here." He reached into his pocket, and pulled out a piece of paper; Trevor's note. "Your mom and dad hired me to find you. These here are my friends, they're gonna help you, too."
"Did you hear that, Teddy? Our pigeon made it!" said Trevor happily as he hugged his bear but then frowned sadly, "Didn't you bring anyone else with you? Like the police?"
"Well... no. But!" Johnny gave Trevor a reassuring smile. "I do have my sister with me, and we have a couple friends outside. And if we all work together and have a little faith…"
"That's what my parents said," said Trevor, "They said 'Faith makes things turn out right'."
"That's right." Trevor nodded. "Now come on, we need to escape tonight."
"But I just got caught by Scar and Zira," said Trevor as he pulled down his pants to reveal his underwear, "Look what they did to my pants." Leo looked over the balcony and ducked back down. "Yeah, they're guarding the only way out of here."
"Scar..." Simba scowled. "If only there was some way to take care of them..." Strangely enough, when the lion spoke, Trevor was able to understand him.
"How... Did he just talk?" asked Trevor as he stepped closer to Johnny feeling nervous.
Johnny blinked. "Wait, he can understand you?" He looked to Leo and Simba. "It must be the work of the Great Kings." Simba's brow furrowed as his tail lashed. "What you said about faith earlier... it sounds similar to what my father would say."
"But what are we going to do about Scar and Zira?" asked Leo looking around, "There must be something we can use to keep them busy or trap them."
"They should be locked up in a cage." Johnny scowled.
"I know!" said Trevor as he walked out and pointed at a cellar door, "That's the only way in and out of there."
"Perfect." Johnny nodded. "Now, the only question is, what can we use for bait..." He hummed in thought. "They seemed to like Jane's perfume earlier. And if we could get Timon and Pumbaa in on it…"
"And we can slam the doors on them," said Trevor, "And will that make Gorgan mad." He then picked up a stick that was laying nearby and he made himself look nasty and mean like Gorgan. "Scar! Zira! Did you let that little brat escape again?" he said pretending to be Gorgan, "You're too soft." Then he pretended to whack Scar and Zira in the heads with his stick. Leo chuckled. "Hey, Trevor. That's not bad," he laughed.
"That's exactly like Gorgon." Johnny laughed as well, watching Trevor parade around the room with the stick over his shoulder.
"And we'll be so far ahead, they'll never catch us," said Leo proudly as he hugged Simba but he noticed Johnny had a concerned look on his face.
"Wait a minute. He could catch us in that hovercraft of his."
"We'll swipe it!" said Trevor, "I've always wanted to drive it." "You mean that noisy fast beast he rides?" asked Leo.
"Well, it's not really a 'beast', but yeah." Johnny nodded again, ruffling Trevor's hair. Then he hummed in through, brow furrowing. "Plan's coming together pretty well, but there's just one problem: what if Gorgon wakes up while we're starting it? We'd be in trouble then." Simba nodded in agreement. "We'd need to figure out a way to stall him, or something."
"How about Mr. Snip's fireworks? We'll shoot 'em off in Gorgan's bedroom," said Trevor, "That'll keep him busy."
"Fireworks?" Simba blinked in confusion. "The flares. Of course!" Johnny grinned. "Gorgon and Snips won't know what's going on, and we'll be able to get Trevor away from here in the confusion. It's perfect! Now, we just need to get Jane, Timon, and Pumbaa in on the plan…"
"SNIPS!" yelled Gorgan from within the palace, "Snips! Get down here!" Everyone went silent in fear thinking they were caught.
They heard the pattering of Snips running to the main palace chamber, and poked their heads out to hear the man calling out in response. "Wh-what's up, Gorgon? What's going on...?" He rushed into Gorgon's room.
"Oh shut up!" snapped Gorgan as Snips entered his boss's room. "I'll bet those two are up to something," whispered Trevor, "Gee, I don't want to go back into that awful snake temple again." "Isn't there another way in there?" asked Leo looking to Simba for ideas, "I hate thinking of Trevor being in there alone."
"There may be..." Simba hummed in thought, and then shook his head. "But you won't need to worry about that." He gently nuzzled Trevor. "That's right." Johnny nodded. "Now, go get dressed. We're getting you out of here."
But Leo stopped Johnny. "I hear someone coming," he said as the footsteps got closer, "Hide!" Trevor looked back at the door as Simba, Leo and Johnny rushed back outside as Gorgan stepped in. "Hello, Trevor," he said sweetly, "Ready to try again?" Trevor looked out at the window gulping and nodded. Then he was dragged out by Snips and the door slammed shut behind them. Leo peeked out. "Maybe we can help Trevor find this whatever-it-is that they're looking for?" suggested Leo, "What was it again?"
"The Serpent's Eye." Johnny scowled. "And I sincerely doubt letting Gorgon get his hands on it will be good." He looked to Leo and Simba. "Come on, we've gotta rendezvous with Jane and the other and follow them!"
Leo nodded as he carefully climbed down from the balcony using the vines that were growing on the stone wall, while Johnny, much to his dismay, was back on Simba's back again.
"Again...?" He grabbed on tightly as Simba--indeed, again--leapt down to the ground. "Urgh... hoping that's... the last time…"
"Probably not," chuckled Leo, "Haven't you ever climbed a tree before?" He watched as Johnny, still very shaky, tried to dismount Simba but only fell over with Leo catching him in his arms. "Are you okay?" he asked softly as he felt his heart thumping faster again and his face blushing bright red.
"Y-yeah..." Johnny gulped, looking up to Leo as he blushed as well. "Feelin' fine." He drew himself, brushing himself off. "Uh, thanks. Thank you." Then he cleared his throat. “Anyway...!"
Leo blushed and looked down at his loincloth to see a growing tent emerging. "Uh... Simba? Do you think having Johnny next to me has something to do with this?" he asked his lion brother softly.
Simba glanced down to the tent, and then up to his human brother with a smirk. "I think so. Seems like you really like Johnny, don't you…?"
"What? But I... I..." stammered Leo but sighed, "Is it that obvious?" He looked at his cock. "But how can I take care of this when we're trying to save Trevor?"
Simba hummed. "You know what? I'll go find Jane, Timon, and Pumbaa, and tell them about what's going on. In the meantime, why don't you two find someplace to talk things out...?" He smirked, and winked to Leo.
"That doesn't help my situation," said Leo, but it was too late when Johnny stepped aside for Simba to run past and the other man could see Leo's hard on.
"Oh." Johnny stared, his cheeks growing red. "Uh... you need to take care of that?" He rubbed the back of his neck and turned away. "Me and Simba can go- uh wait where are you going?" The human called out after the lion as he padded off, and then looked back to Leo. "Well, then…"
"He said that you could help me with it," said Leo blushing, "I'm sorry. I know we need to focus on your mission but... Just having you near me as made me feel this way."
"Hey, you don't need to apologize." Johnny offered Leo a warm smile. "Honestly, I've been, uh... kinda feeling the same way. Especially since you're only wearing that..." He nodded down to the other man's loincloth. "And, well, you look really good. If you want some help with that problem of yours, then... I think we could make it quick, yeah."
"I... I do," said Leo as he stepped closer to Johnny and tugged at the man's shirt, "And do you really those skins?"
"I guess... not really. They do give me some protection from the elements, but... when we're, uh, helping each other out..." He took Leo's hands in his own, giving them a gentle squeeze, before moving to undo the fly of his pants. "Probably shouldn't get completely undressed if we wanna make this quick, but... I'll show you mine if you show me yours?" He rubbed his crotch, and looked down again to the tent in Leo's loincloth.
Leo nodded as he removed his loincloth and stood completely naked before Johnny. Leo leaned forward and pressed his lips to Johnny's in a deep kiss.
Johnny let out a soft moan, wrapping Leo up in a gentle embrace. He began to feel over the other man's chest and stomach, all the muscle he'd developed from years living in the savannah, while his other han reached into his open fly to fish his own erection out.
Leo purred in the kiss and slowly slipped his hands into Johnny's shirt and managed to slip it off the other male.
"Mmm..." Johnny chuckled, pressing in close to let the other man feel him up in return.
Finally, Leo managed to get Johnny naked too and both males held each other close.
"So... how do you wanna do this?" Johnny chuckled. "Uh... do even know how to... have sex with another man? Sorry, another male?"
"Well, I've been bred by Simba and I sucked him off, but I don't know how to do it with another human," said Leo blushing.
"Wait, with him?" Johnny blinked. "Huh, well then... how about I show you something two humans can do together. Go on and lie down on the ground for me, on your back."
Leo nodded and he lay down with his cock standing up like a tree reaching for the sky.
Johnny let out a soft grunt at the sight. Leo was pretty big; but not anything he couldn't handle. He moved down to kneel just above the other man's head, letting his own erection bob down towards Leo's face. I'm gonna lean forward to suck you off, and have my cock right here for you to do the same. It's called a sixty-nine."
"Wow... Your cock seems as big as mine," said Leo as he licked the tip and then started to suck on Johnny's cock and even managed to deep throat it.
"Mmmngh... and you're... really good at that..." Johnny moaned softly, rocking his hips to feed his length into Leo's mouth and throat. Then he leaned forward; time to show the other man what he could do. He licked up and down Leo's length from base to tip, working his tongue into the foreskin and dragging it back and forth with his lips. Then he engulfed the glans to nurse on it, sucking down every dribble of sweet precum, before pushing down. Down. Until his Nose was pressed to the other man's ballsack as he hilted that entire shaft.
Leo moaned as he humped up into Johnny's mouth and he bobbed his head up and down and sucked harder on the top male's cock.
And Johnny bobbed his head in return, taking every inch of Leo's own erection while pumping his own into the other man's mouth. The pair found an easy, steady rhythm as they took in each other's scent and flavor.
Both males moaned as they both felt their cum about ready to erupt and it was at that time Leo held Johnny's head down as he came deep inside the other male's mouth.
And at the same moment, Johnny rocked forward to blow his own load into Leo's mouth. The pair moaned and sighed, Johnny eagerly gulping down every thick, sticky shot the other man gave him as he felt Leo do the same.
Both nude males then sat up and kissed each other deeply. "That was... good," panted Leo, "Do you think after this... You want to stay longer?"
Johnny smiled. "I might. We'll have to see." He gave Leo another kiss, softer and gentler than the deep and passionate one they'd shared just a few moments before. "So, guess that took care of your problem, huh?"
"Yeah... Thanks," said Leo, "Though I was really hoping to let you breed me."
Johnny blushed, coughed and cleared his throat, and then gave Leo a gentle kiss on the cheek. "Maybe we could do that after we save Trevor? Really... take our time with it, when we have the time?"
Leo nodded as he nuzzled Johnny and purred low and soft like any cat would do. It made the nude human look like he really was raised by cats.
Johnny smiled, petting Leo's head; it was actually pretty endearing. "Come on, let's get dressed and get caught up with Jane and the others, yeah?" He pressed a kiss to Leo's lips, slow and gentle.
Leo closed his eyes as he kissed Johnny in return as he slipped back on his loincloth. A few hours later, Gorgan and Snips had dragged Trevor all the way to another ruin that was covered with vines and bushes. There was a small hole through the roof where a tree had grown on top and attached to one of its branches was a pulley system where a bucket could be lowered in. However, thanks to Timon and Pumbaa, Simba found another way in so he could help Trevor. The heroes watched in hiding as Snips turned to face the boy.
"Alright, you little brat..." Snips glowered at Trevor, keeping a firm grip on the boy's wrist. "Now you're gonna go down in that hole, and you're gonna search until you find the diamond, you understand? And no sassing me!"
"Ah-ah-ah, Snips," said Gorgan as he came up to hug Trevor, "That is no way to speak to our little Mr. Trevor."
"Ah, uh, okay boss..." Snips backed off, preparing the bucket to lower Trevor down into the ruins.
"Now, my boy," said Gorgan cupping Trevor's cheeks, "You're going to find the big shiny diamond for your Uncle Gorgan, aren't you?"
Trevor gulped, watching Snips position the bucket over the hole into the ruins. "T-Teddy doesn't like it down there." He clutched at his stuffed animal. "He's afraid. Aren't you, Teddy?"
"Aw. Tsk, tsk, tsk. Poor Teddy," said Gorgan as he snatched up the teddy bear, "I'll just keep him up here with me where he'll be safe."
"Give me back my teddy bear!" Trevor immediately began to reach for Teddy, even as Gorgon shoved him backward with a booted foot. "He's mine!" Eventually, the older man was able to push the boy back, and Trevor teetered on the edge of the hole before catching himself on the stone wall.
Gorgan walked up and scowled at the boy. "You get down there and find the big diamond or you will never see the teddy again!" he snarled angrily.
Trevor stared up at Gorgon in wide-eyed terror, finally gulping and nodding. "A-alright, alright. I'll go..." He stepped into the bucket, hunkering down, and hung onto the rope as Snips began lowering him into the darkness. "Don't worry, Teddy, I'll be back. I'll find his old diamond..." Snips snickered. "I'll tell you, boss, you got a way with kids…"
"Pssst! Trevor!" whispered a voice and there was Simba, Timon and Pumbaa waiting for him. "Geez," shuttered Simba, "This place gives me the creeps." All around there were a row of snake statues and some piles of gold and diamonds were piled up against the walls and next to the base of each statue.
"Geez, what kinda place is this?" Timon looked around. "I got a bad feelin' about it..." Pumbaa shivered, staring at the snake statues. "Like those things are gonna come alive at any time and..." "Pumbaa, please, statues can't come alive." Timon gulped, looking to Trevor and Simba. “R-right...?"
"Well, some snakes do come up here some times," said Trevor. "How do you know that?" asked Simba. "That," said Trevor pointing at an old snake skin that looked like it came from a python.
Timon and Pumbaa let out strangled screams, grabbing on to each other, while Simba furrowed his brow.
"Come on. Let's find that... diamond... so we can get out of here." He began to paw at the ground near the snake skin.
"I've looked around the statues already," said Trevor, "Gorgan doesn't want these little ones." Suddenly, there was a hissing noise from over in a dark hole in the floor just before the altar of the temple.
"W-what's..." Timon gulped. "What's that…?"
"That's where the snakes all live," said Trevor shivering, "I'm afraid to go over there."
"Hmm..." Simba started to pad over. "If I was a human, that's just where I'd hide the Serpent's Eye. I'll go check it out."
"Hey, leave it to us, your majesty!" Timon--riding a reluctant pumbas--made their way past the lion.
"Timon, are you sure about this?"
"Sure I'm sure, how bad could it be?" The two moved closer to the edge. Closer. Peered over into the depths.
"A-actually..." Timon--white as a sheet--pulled Pumbaa back away from the hole. "I, uh. I don't think they'd uh... hide anything over here."
"Wait, Timon," said Pumbaa, "Look over there!" He pointed to the other side where a giant snake skeleton was laid to rest and several human statues surrounding the dead beast. "Gorgan said that this temple was the resting place of Exortos, the Black Serpent. That must be him," said Trevor as he stepped closer to Simba. "What are you doing down there?" called Gorgan. "I'm looking!" called Trevor. "Well look faster!" yelled Gorgan sounding impatient.
"You two stay here." Simba padded over to the edge of the hole, nodding to Pumbaa and Trevor; and grasping Timon's nape in his teeth to set the meerkat on his back. "Me and Timon will go over and check it out."
"M-me...!"
"Well, yeah. You're the only one with a pair of hands, aside from Trevor. Speaking of..." He hunched down, preparing to leap. "Hold on tight...!"
Timon screamed in fright as Simba leapt across, landing on the other side; however, the lion's back leg slipped off the edge, and Simba stumbled as the meerkat began to tumble backwards towards the hissing hole. "H-help...!"
Simba turned, just in time to catch Timon's tail in his mouth before the meerkat fell into the hissing hole.
Trevor held his lantern up higher so Simba and Timon could further examine the other side and only Simba was brave enough to walk up to the giant skeleton. Trevor held his light up higher when suddenly, something bright and shiny started glowing inside the snake's skull startling Simba.
"Woah...!" Simba stumbled. Timon looked over in surprise. Pumbaa and Trevor gazed around at the speckles of light that danced around on the temple walls. "Hey, Trevor, hold your lantern up again!" Simba moved in closer, peering into the skeletal snake's eye socket.
The boy held up the lantern and when the light shown through the snake skull, Simba could see a diamond that was much bigger than all the other smaller ones that were on Trevor's side of the temple.
"That's gotta be it... the Serpent's Eye!" Simba turned to call back to Trevor. "Trevor, we found it!"
Trevor ran back to the hole. "Gorgan!" he called, "I found it!"
Gorgon was peering down the hole, Snips trying to peer around the other man. "Let me get a look, Gorgon!" However, with a grunt of disgust, Gorgon shoved Snips away.
"Back!" hissed Gorgan and then looked down at Trevor, "Good boy! Good boy! Good boy! Let's get it up here."
Simba pawed at the skull, but there didn't seem to be any way to get the diamond out. He looked over to Timon.
"...Oh no, I know exactly what you're thinking. You're thinking I'm just gonna crawl into that skull, grab the diamond, and pull it out. Well, you've got another thing coming!" Timon huffed and crossed his arms.
"I'll enact a decree that you and Pumbaa will be protected in the Pride Lands."
"..."
"..."
Timon grunted, and heaved, and did his best to haul the diamond out of the mud that had filled the giant snake skull. "I can't believe I'm crawling into this skull, grabbing the diamond, and pulling it out…"
But it was easier said than done as one snake had slithered inside the skull. "Well, hello," it said with a female's voice, "And what is it that you're after, short, slim, and handsome?"
"Gah!" Timon whipped around, pressing himself against the diamond. "Uh, nothing, nothing!" He gulped, giving the snake a wide-eyed grin. "Uh, what brings a fine lady like you here…?"
"Oh, just mingling with my other hatchmates, but we seldom get many visitors, especially ones as gorgeous as you," she said softly with her tongue flicking out and tickling Timon's ear.
"Oh, nice, nice..." Timon's voice jumped up an octave in fright, and he began to back away as slowly and carefully as possible as the snake approached. "Uh, well, you have fun with that! I was just gonna take this and be on my way…!"
"What's your hurry, dear?" asked the snake as she coiled around the meerkat and nuzzled him affectionately.
The meerkat froze, trembling. "Uh, well, I kinda have other engagements, you know? Places to be, people to see... things to do…"
"What things, darling?" asked the snake when she saw the boy on the other side of the hole, "Oh... well, why didn't you say so." She uncoiled Timon and helped out by pushing the diamond with her head.
"Oh." The meerkat stared, looking from the free diamond to the snake and back again. "Uh... thanks!"
Simba grabbed the diamond in his mouth, and then looked into the skull. "C'mon, Timon, let's go!"
"Uh, he's my ride outta here, so looks like it's time to say bye." The meerkat let out a laugh, backing toward the skull's eye socket and Simba.
"You're leaving so soon?" asked the snake feeling hurt and looking like she was about to cry, "You don't... Like me?"
"Ah, uh, hey, don't take it personal." The meerkat looked nervous, scratching at the back of his head. "I mean, we just met and all. But I'm sure you're a very nice, uh... snake... girl…"
"You... You think so?" she asked looking up, "Wait... Are you helping that young human boy? We've been trying to offer him our assistance but I guess we kept scaring him off. That poor boy. I'd like to give those kidnappers a few whacks with my tail."
"We are, yeah." Timon nodded. "And yeah, those guys are jerks, sending him down here all by himself." Timon slowly began to relax, offering the snake a tentative smile. "I mean don't get me wrong, this place is, uh, nice... But making him search around in the dark and all for that big shiny rock."
"That thing? It's the biggest one here," said the snake, "Many have come searching for it but none were ever successful in finding the Serpent's Eye. Maybe I can help by gathering some other animals to help you out with rescuing that poor boy? But hurry, I think my relatives might not be as friendly."
"Sure, that'd be real helpful." Timon's smile grew a little more sincere. "I'm Timon, by the way, and the kid's Trevor. The big lion's Simba, and there's also Pumbaa. We got two more humans with us, but we could use all the help we can get." He began to climb out of the skull's eyesocket. "I'll let them know you wanna help out, uh…?"
"Sasha," said the snake. But then another python crawled out of the hole and pulled the diamond out of Simba's mouth snarling.
"Hey!" Simba growled. "Give that back."
"That what you were talking about...?" Timon eyed the other python warily, judging how far--and how safe--it would be to jump up onto Simba's back for protection.
"Yeah," said Sasha, "I'm the only one who hasn't gone mad with greed for the Serpent's Eye." They watched as the other snake managed to put the diamond in a small space and wedged a human skull on top of it.
"Huh." Timon blinked. "Outta curiosity, what would the others do if we tried to take it outta here…?"
"They would try to eat you," said Sasha, "But I'm a vegetarian reptile."
"I see. Good to know..." Timon shivered. "Say, you really do seem like a nice girl. Why don't you get outta here? We could use another pair of, uh..." He glanced down to the snake's long, smooth body. "...Someone else helpin' us out."
"What's taking so long?" called Gorgan. "It's stuck tight!" replied Trevor. "Stuck tight?" blurted Gorgan and he growled, "You get that diamond or you'll never see daylight again!" Trevor gulped as he tried his best to walk along the edge of the hole.
"No, no!" Simba's eyes widened. "Go back, Trevor!"
"You'll fall!" Pumbaa pressed himself to the ground in fright as the hissing from the hole grew more agitated.
Trevor screamed as he slipped but Sasha used her tail to lift Trevor out of the hole to safety.
Simba moved forward to nuzzle the human. "Are you alright?" He looked down to Sasha, and nodded. "Thank you."
“Any time," she said as Trevor rushed over to Simba hugging his neck. Sasha looked over to the side in horror as more snakes were coming.
"Alright, time to go!" Timon rushed over to the spot where the diamond had been stashed, throwing the human skull aside and hefting the gem up. "Trevor!" He tossed it over to the human, and then scurried over to climb up onto Simba's back. "Come on, andale, andale!"
Trevor hopped onto Simba's back and ran over to the bucket. “I got it!" called Trevor, “Hurry! Pull me up!"
Timon turned, gesturing to Sasha and Pumbaa. "Come on! We got another way out, this way!"
Gorgan was urging Snips to keep pulling Trevor up. “Faster, Snips!" he said, “Faster!"
"I'm going as fast as I can...!" Snips pulled on the rope again, panting and gasping, until Trevor was high enough to hold the diamond up to Gorgon.
Gorgan laughed hysterically as he snatched it up and held it close to his chest. "At last! The Serpent's Eye," said Gorgan holding it up to the light, "At last!"
Snips cackled as well, keeping a--very precarious--grip on the rope holding Trevor's bucket as he rushed to look over Gorgon's shoulder at the gem. "It's worth millions!"
"Just look at it," said Gorgan holding the diamond close to his face, "Filled with power for its owner." But he held it up away from Snips' view.
"H-hey, let me get a look at it…!"
Gorgan scowled at Snips as he kept the diamond hidden and only showed his partner a quick look and quickly hid the diamond again before Snips could blink.
"H-hey, that wasn't a very good look!" Snips let go of the rope, sending the bucket tumbling back down into the hole; Trevor let out a short gasp of fright, only barely catching himself on the edges of the hole as the bucket fell into the darkness below. Snips, meanwhile, began to reach for the diamond even as Gorgon kept it out of his reach. "I know there's enough there to cut into two equal shares…!"
"You idiot!" growled Gorgan shoving Snips to the ground, "Cut up a perfect gem? And it's mine! It's all mine!" Gorgan strolled back to the palace as Scar came up and picked Trevor up by his the seat of his pants again.
"Put me down, Scar!" Trevor growled, struggling as he was carried off.
Snips, meanwhile, ran after Gorgon. "All yours?! Half it is mine, you- you double-crossing crook!"
"It's mine! It's ALL mine!" snapped Gorgan as he stayed ahead of Snips.
"Double-crosser! Swindler!" Snips tried to make another grab for the diamond as they and Scar made their way back towards the temple.
"Cheep Pickpocket and Crook!" yelled Gorgan as he kept the diamond out of Snips' reach.
Meanwhile, Simba and his friends returned to Leo, Johnny and Jane. Leo, grateful to see his brother again, knelt down to hug the lion's neck. "I was so worried," he said nuzzling Simba's mane, "But what happened in there?"
"We found the diamond. But... Trevor's still being held by Gorgon." Simba hung his head.
"And lemme tell ya, it wasn't exactly a piece of cake. Luckily, I managed to grab onto it. And even got one of the snakes onto our side!" Timon grinned, presenting Sasha to the group.
The python blushed as she gave a small peck on Timon's cheek. "Aw, my love," she sighed.
"Sire!" called a voice from above as Zazu landed on Leo's shoulder, "I told Nala everything and she felt that you might need back up." He turned to the side to see a group of lionesses approach and leading them was Nala herself. She came up and nuzzled Simba.
"Nala!" Simba nuzzled the lioness in return. "This is perfect." "Dang. We've got an entire army with us." Johnny chuckled. "I think it's about time we storm the temple and give Gorgon what-for, eh?"
"Then let's get going!" said Pumbaa imitating a bugle and then everyone yelled “Charge!"
They began to make their way to the temple, Simba, Leo, and Johnny leading the way.
When they arrived at the palace, Johnny, Leo, and Jane went in first when they heard Snips still calling Gorgan names. "Shut up, Snips, and don't move," said Gorgan, who was holding both Snips and Trevor at gun point. Gorgan still had Trevor's teddy bear in hand and the man was giving a sinister grin. "If either of you try to follow me, you'll get blasted!" he snarled.
"Give me my teddy bear...!" Trevor glared at Gorgon. "You promised!"
"Teddy goes with me, my boy," said Gorgan while Leo had Timon slip to the other side of the doorway to the throne room and held a vine ready to trip the villain. "I've become quite attached to him," chuckled Gorgan as he backed up and yelled as he fell over backwards with the teddy bear flying through the air and its back opened up to reveal the Serpent's eye inside. Gorgan gasped in horror, "My diamond! My diamond!" He looked up to see Snips trying to make a run for it but Gorgan grabbed his leg as Trevor grabbed his teddy bear and rejoined Johnny, Leo, Timon and Jane as Gorgan gave chase towards them.
Johnny rushed forward to pick Trevor up, retreating with him along with Jane. Simba, meanwhile, lead a charge of animals to cut Gorgon off from pursuing the humans.
But Gorgan had the last say as he started firing his gun at the charging lionesses, who had accidentally ran into Scar and Zira. Suddenly, there was a whistle and there was Timon and Pumba swinging from Sasha's tail over the basement doors.
The pair of darker lions looked to Timon and Pumbaa, and then the lionesses, and chose to take their chances with the former pair. They rushed over, lunging at what seemed would be a much easier battle--a very easy meal--until Sasha pulled the pair up while Leo slammed the basement doors closed.
Elsewhere, Johnny was with Trevor and they were trying to start the hovercraft when Gorgan spotted them and took aim. "Look out!" yelled Johnny as he covered Trevor and Gorgan fired missing them as the shot hit the dock next to the vehicle. Jane spotted Gorgan and came up lifting up a vase and slamming it down on Gorgan's head. The man fell down dazed but then he grabbed his rifle aiming at the woman who had made a run for it. Just as he was about to fire, Zazu flew up and stuck a small fire cracker into the barrel. "That's for making me loose half my feathers," he said knowing the man couldn't understand him. As Gorgan tried to take a shot, the barrel of the gun exploded into the man's face rendering it useless for him to use.
"Please start... please...!" Trevor batted the steering wheel with a fist. Meanwhile, Johnny jumped out, throwing the hood of the hovercraft open. "Trevor, advance the spark." Johnny jumped when a loud voice blared in his ear. "No, not the horn the spark lever! That doohickey next to the steering wheel!" Elsewhere in the temple, Timon and Sasha were setting off Snips' flares. The pair jumped onto Pumbaa's back, and the warthog high-tailed it out of the room just in time for them to start going off, filling the air with bright flashes of light.
"You! You and your infernal fireworks!" yelled Gorgan as the fireworks began soaring throughout the entire palace including nearly hitting Gorgan and Snips. "You... AHH! You... AHH! Oh, you... AHH! Bonehead!" roared Gorgan having nearly dodged several fireworks.
Trevor tried the hovercraft again, biting his lip as it turned over and just sat choking. Johnny growled to himself. "We're not getting any gas…!"*
Timon came up and when he heard the word "gas", he turned to Pumbaa and whispered into Sasha's ear. The python wrapped herself around the warthog 's body and squeezed hard as Pumbaa back fired into the tank.
To Johnny's shock, that seemed to do it; the hovercraft sputtered to life. "Hey, gift horse..." He shrugged, and nodded to Trevor. "Floor it, kid!"
"Wait for us!" yelled Leo as he, Simba and Jane leapt into the craft. Just as they were taking off, Gorgan rushed out and grabbed onto one of the mooring lines. He was just near inches from getting his diamond when Simba swiped at the man's hands making him fall back until he grabbed onto the end of the rope and was nearly skiing across the water.
There was a massive explosion from behind them as Snips' supply of flares went up all at once, blowing a hole in the ruined temple; and blowing Scar and Zira out of there basement prison. The pair of lions landed with pained wheezes, shaking and forcing themselves up onto all fours. Just then the hovercraft passed by, and they narrowly dodged out of the way; only for Gorgon to crash into the pair, dragging them along underfoot as makeshift skis.
Gorgan used the rope as a whip to make sure the lions didn't move away while he was still on them. "Watch out! The Palace!" gasped Jane pointing at the fiery ruins.
Trevor turned the hovercraft sharply to the right as Johnny held tight to both Jane and Leo. Gorgon meanwhile, tried to cling to the rope as momentum carried him along the hovercraft's original path; however, his using it to whip at Scar and Zira had weakened it, and the line ended up snapping. With a scream, Gorgon and the pair of lion's were sent hurtling back towards the burning ruins.
"SNIPS!" screamed Gorgan as all three slid up a flight of stairs and the human collided with one of the pillars in the front hall. Snips was already far away and when he heard his name and turned around, he pointed at Gorgan while the man burst out laughing at the sight of his stranded employer.
"We did it!" Johnny whooped in joy, giving Jane and then Leo a hug; and, in the heat of the moment, pulling Leo into a deep kiss.
Leo yelped in surprise but then he cupped Johnny's face kissing him more. As they drove off, Gorgan was still clinging to pillar, which was the only structure still standing. "There goes my diamond!" he sobbed mournfully.
Scar and Zira prowled out of the ruins, growling menacingly. As soon as the saw Gorgon, they moved to begin tryin to leap up at him, snapping their jaws and clawing at the pillar.
Gorgan gasped as he climbed higher for dear life not wanting to get caught by the two lions. Back in the Pride Lands, Johnny and Jane got off the hovercraft to thank their new friends, and no one was more grateful than Trevor who gave each animal a hug.
Simba chuckled as he watched Trevor celebrating his newfound freedom, and then turned when he heard a light throat-clearing. Pumbaa was standing nearby, Sasha and Timon riding on his back. "Uh, so! About that, y'know, amnesty...?" The meerkat chuckled. "Of course." Simba smiled. "From here on, you three are welcome in the Pride Lands, and you'll be under no threat from any predator. Johnny, meanwhile, leaned his shoulder against Leo's, the pair holding hands as they watched. A celebration was being planned by the lionesses for the return of the king and his brother, while Jane was on her satellite phone coordinating Trevor's return to his family.
"So... Will you be going back?" asked Leo looking to Johnny, "And here I thought I might ask you to stay... With me." He blushed looking down at the ground. "I've never felt this way towards anyone before."
"Honestly? Never have I..." Johnathan looked to Leo as well. "I mean, I can't just up and leave my sister. But... well..." He gently put a hand onto the other man's cheek, lifting Leo's gaze to meet his own.
Leo looked into Johnny's eyes and placed a hand on the other man's chest feeling Johnny's heart racing.
"You know... you said you were hoping we'd be able to mate. And I wanted to wait until all this was over with..." He glanced over to the group, and then back to Leo. "Leo... I really haven't felt about anyone else like I do about you now. I want to stay with you. I want to..." He let the rest of the sentence hang in the air.
Leo cupped Johnny's face and kissed his lips deeply as if joy was taking control of his senses in that moment.
Johnny moaned into the kiss, pulling Leo into a tight, warm embrace. "Mmmn... You..." He looked to the other man, blushing. "You wanna find somewhere private to…?"
"I know just the place," said Leo as he led Johnny away from the group. Simba looked up to see the two males walking away and he smiled knowingly. Leo finally stopped in front of a tree that was next to a small pond that was perfect for swimming in. The semi nude male pulled Johnny closer and kissed him even more.
"Mmm..." Johnny pushed himself deeper into the kiss, his hands moving to Leo's shoulders. Stroking and gently squeezing. Running up and down the other man's biceps, and then his back, and at last Leo's sides.
Leo then crouched down and tried his best to open Johnny's pants by tugging at them. "How do you get these off?" he asked as he tugged again and failed to remove them.
Johnny chuckled softly. "Here, allow me." He reached down and undid the button, then slowly unzipped the fly. Slowly. Tantalizing and teasing as he pulled them open to bare his underwear bulge--the thick, throbbing tent in the pouch of them--and then pushed them and said underwear down his thighs to free his erection.
Leo could only marvel at how hard Johnny's cock was and he held it in his right hand stroking it slowly as he licked along the length as well as sucking the tip. He moaned as he bobbed his head slowly back and forth while he undid his loincloth exposing himself to Johnny.
"Mmmf... ohhh, Leo..." Johnny stroked through Leo's hair, looking down to the other man's erection as he gently bucked his hips into his lover's suckling mouth. "Mm... you up for another sixty-nine, or... want to lay back and let me fuck you?"
Leo pulled his mouth off and then lay back with his legs spread apart to reveal his hole. "Does that mean you'll stay? When two lions mate, they mate for life," said Leo softly, "Does that mean you'll be my mate?"
Johnny kneeled down, kissing Leo on the lips. On the chest. On the stomach. "You know what? Yes. Yes, Leo..." He smiled, feeling his heart fluttering as he looked up to Leo. "I wanna stay here with you." He moved down, hands rubbing and stroking the other man's thighs, and began to tenderly lick and lap at Leo's hole to prepare him for mating.
The wild human was moaning as he felt the city man take control and he felt ready to cum at once but held it back until Johnny was ready to breed Leo.
Delving his tongue in and out. Swirling it all around the pucker. Finally pulling back, panting and groaning, and moving up into another kiss with Leo as he positioned himself. His cockhead pressed to the wild man's clamping, saliva-slickened pucker, and then popped through with a gentle push to begin sliding into Leo's depths.
"Ah!" gasped Leo as he grasped onto Johnny, "So... Big... Don't stop... Keep going." He kissed Johnny even more while he moaned from the expansion in his hole from the size of Johnny's big cock.
Deeper. Deeper. Until Johnny's ballsack pressed against Leo's rump. Then he began to move in and out, slow and steady, working up into and easy thrusting rhtyhm as he began to mate the wild man.
"I love you," moaned Leo as he was whimpering from every inch that was pushed inside him. He was panting as he tried his best to adjust to Johnny's size and they kissed to help ease the tension.
"Mmmngh... I love you too, Leo." Johnny panted, reaching up to gently stroke the other man's face as he continued to thrust.
"Breed me, Johnny," whimpered Leo as he hugged his new mate tightly, "Mark me as yours."
And Johnny did. Hard and fast and deep, moaning and kissing Leo as he pounded into the wild man. Until at last he slammed home for the last time, and cried out his orgasm while pumping his cum into his lover's--his mate's--depths.
Leo moaned as he felt his insides fill up and he kissed Johnny lovingly. "Now... It's my turn to mark you as my mate," he said with a lust-filled growl in his voice.
Johnny smiled, returning the kiss as he pulled out. "Sure. How do you want me?"
"On all fours," said Leo giving out a lion like growl of arousal.
The city man nodded, leaning back on his heels before turning around. Getting onto his hands and knees. Looking over his shoulder with a grin, presenting his rump to the wild man. "Come on then, Leo. I'm ready for you…"
Leo grinned as he crawled forward to sniff at Johnny's hole and then began to rim it long and deep to make sure it was nice and slick.
"Mmmf... mmnnn..." Johnny moaned, low and soft, as he felt Leo's lapping tongue slurp around his rim before pushing through to delve into his passage. "Ohhh, Leo... So good…"
Then Leo crawled up to playfully nip and nibble at Johnny's earlobe and shoulder as he pushed his cock into the lower man's hole.
"Haaah...!" Johnny let out a whimper of pleasure, both at the playful nipping and the feeling of the other man's cock sinking into him. His inner walls bloomed open to welcome Leo's length, and then gripped around it to squeeze the throbbing member.
The Lion Man let out a growl as he humped deep and roughly into Johnny. He was fully aroused and was wanting to make sure that his future mate knew that he would belong to the pride.
And indeed, Johnny groaned in bliss as he was taken by the wild man. He rocked his hips backward to meet every one of Leo's thrusts, his balls and plump, softened cock swinging between his thighs; wanting to harden right back up, even after pumping their load into Leo's own backside.
Leo turned Johnny's face to the side and kissed him deeply as he finally came deep into his mate's hole till it was leaking.
Johnny moaned. He panted, He kissed Leo in return, feeling the wet heat shooting deep into him as he was filled as much as he'd filled the other man. When Leo finally pulled out of him, he turned around and pulled the wild man into a firm, loving embrace. "I love you, Leo…"
"I love you too, Johnny," said Leo hugging his mate in return, "And I'll teach you all there is to know out here. And I'm sure my father, Mufasa, is going to love you."
Johnny nodded, holding Leo close and tight. "Not sure how I'm gonna tell Jenny that I'm gonna be staying out here, but... I'm sure she can handle the business. Tough as nails, that one."
"She sure... Nails?" asked Leo confused, which only caused a small laugh from Johnny.
The city man ruffled Leo's hair. "Don't worry about it." The pair settled in to rest for a moment, pressing in against each other and exchanging gentle kisses and touches; just enjoying their afterglow together.
-One Week Later-
Jane was in Johnny's old office busy writing a letter. A widescreen TV was on the right side of her new desk and a TV announcer was giving his report. "And because of a courageous little boy named Trevor Huxel, the world's largest diamond, the Serpent's Eye, is now on display in the Museum of Natural History," said the announcer as the TV showed a picture of the diamond in a display case and then changed to a scene to where Jane brought Trevor home. "But what's even more important folks, this lost boy's dream has finally come true," said the announcer, "He's finally come home. And here he is reunited with his parents."
Onscreen, Trevor stood beaming along with his mother and father. He held his mother's hand in one of his own, while the other was wrapped tight around Teddy.
Both his parents were holding him close in their arms while some neighborhood kids were singing, "For Trevor's a jolly good fellow" in honor of Trevor finally home safe and sound. "Trevor, you're a brave little boy to do what you did all by yourself," said the news reporter to Trevor.
"Oh, I didn't do it all by myself." He smiled up to the reporter. "Two investigators and a lot of animals all helped me!"
"Animals?" asked the reporter looking to Jane in confusion and back at Trevor.
"Uh-huh! They helped to rescue me! Um... could I say hello to them?" He turned to the camera, smiling and waving. "Hello Johnny! Hi, Jane! Say hi to Simba and the others for me!"
"You can talk to these animals?" asked the reporter surprised as Jane smiled and waved to back to Trevor on the screen.
"Well yeah, animals can talk like anybody. Didn't you know that?"
Jane couldn't help chuckling at that statement and she smiled at a picture of her and Johnny when they first started the business. "I wish you were here to see this," she sighed, "But at least I know you're in a better place now."
Indeed, Johnny was. He had settled in surprisingly well in the Pride Lands, Leo helping him learn to adapt to life out in the wild. It took a little while both to adjust and to earn the trust of the other animals, but the wild man--along with Simba and Nala--made it so that he could settle in comfortably and happily.
And Johnny even got his own loincloth so he and Leo could move freely as well as mate easily.
Johnny was a little embarrassed at being so exposed at first, but he quickly got used to it; especially since it allowed such easy access, both to his own crotch and to Leo's.
They were both truly happy most of all when they asked Rafiki to wed them together.
It as a joyous occasion, the lions of the pride gathering along with all the other animals of the Savannah to watch as the two humans were wed. And of course, afterwards, Leo and Johnny spent a long night together. Mating each other. Pleasuring each other. Consummating their marriage, and affirming their deep love for one another.
