Commission: A Dragon's Travel Trist
#1 of Commissions
A commission for jlmdragon featuring his magitek dragon Kaigor, who goes to explore a strange new world through a self-made portal and finds more than he expected.
Been a while since I did a story and this one had me doing a few things I've never done before. Maybe I should get back to writing a bit more, I'm rather rusty.

The clouds hung low over the city, hinting at the rains that will be coming soon. As much, most of its residents were indoors and getting their fireplaces warmed up. Smoke climbed up from the chimneys of the medieval-style houses that made up the skyline, interrupted by the occasional spire of a church. At the edge of the city, where the houses gave way to dull-red brick factories, blacksmiths and other industrial buildings, a river separated the city from the woodlands beyond it. Sitting on the opposite side of the river was a cluster of structures consisting of wooden barns, square brick workshops and a single stone tower.
Kaigor was inside one of the workshops, working on another of his wild inventions. Kaigor was a male dragon, with golden-scaled body, wings and frills that ran from the top of his head to the tip of his tail. Unlike most other dragons, he had no horns but instead a pair of catfish-like whiskers on his face. He was wearing a blacksmith's apron over a white shirt and brown pants, all of which were stained with dirt and grime. Sweat ran down his face, which he wiped off with the back of the gloves he wore. This left yet another black smear on his forehead.
Kaigor was a magiteck engineer, a rarity in this city. Most practitioners of magic or engineering stayed within their fields, and there has been plenty of tensions and clashes between the two groups. Thus Kaigor is one of the very few who combined magic and engineering to create his own, unique inventions. Most of his creations are of such a wild and radical nature that most of his colleagues think he is crazy, though his skills do earn him an honest living from the city's nobles on occasion. But he preferred to do his own work.
And right now he stepped back to admire one of his latest creations. It was a big circle that had gear teeth facing inward and a pair of electrical coils attached to the sides. Within the circle, held up by a trio of pistons coming from steam engines was a metal gear. Inside each tooth of the gear was a bright glowing gem Kaigor had bought from a local mage's guild. To anybody else, the machine made no sense.
But to Kaigor, it was a portal generator.
He had built one before, but it was much smaller and it only allowed him to see what lay beyond. But what he saw had peaked the dragon's curiosity a great deal. Thus he focused on building a portal that was not only bigger, but also allow him to walk through and go to the other world he had seen. After months of work, he ran his first tests and the results were beyond his expectations. He could create a stable portal that could remain open for hours, and in the past week he had been working out the minor kinks in the machine to ensure it would remain open and not break down. At the same time, he gathered the gear he thought he would need to explore this strange new dimension.
Satisfied with his work, Kaigor put down his tools, removed the gloves and apron and left the workshop to wash up, get his things together and prepare for his venture. He spoke an incantation that made the crystals which lit up the workshop go dim before closing the door and locking it.
Tomorrow was going to be a big day.
Early the next morning, as the sun peeked over the horizon, Kaigor opened the workshop and went inside, locking the door behind him. This time he was carrying what he considered the right gear for a journey: a brown doublet and pants, thick black boots, a belt with pouches, bags and vials attached and a big satchel with his tools, food and other equipment. He went over his gear one last time, checking to make sure he hadn't miss anything.
"Good, everything is here," Kaigor said in satisfaction. "Time to travel."
Kaigor walked over to a small table where a device with a single button was set up. Wires ran from it to the portal device. After a few quick checks he pushed the button and stepped back.
A humming noise began to fill the workshop as the device started up. Beams of electricity danced on the coils, cracking as more and more of them appeared. In the middle of the circle, the pistons began to move the central gear along the sides. The gems in the gear glowed, and glowed brighter and brighter as the pistons went faster. The central gear went along the circle at a rapid pace, leaving behind a trail of magical energy that fitted within the circle. The glow caused by the magic got brighter as more energy was released and the circle filled up. Kaigor stepped back, he and his workshop bathed in the blue glow of the magic coming from his machine.
"Portal generation is looking good. Nearly there," Kaigor muttered, eyes fixed on the glowing circle.
The pistons were now going so fast it reminded him of the wheels of another colleague's invention he called a "locomotive engine". The magic circle was now almost blinding when it gave a single bright flash before fading. Kaigor shielded
his eyes from the flash. When it faded, he looked again at the generator and smiled.
The magic circle had now turned into a swirling portal within the circle. While Kaigor couldn't see clearly through it, he did spot the green and brown shades of the fauna located on the other side. His portal was now open. The dragon switched off the machine and waited until the central gear stopped turning. Once it did, Kaigor walked up to the portal and studied it. It looked just the small ones he had created with his prototypes and it seemed stable. If his calculations were correct, he had roughly the whole day to go through the portal and return before it decays and fades into nothing.
"Right, here I go!"
Taking a deep breath, Kaigor stepped through the portal. His body glided through the magic circle until all that can be seen is a large gold and brown shade on the other side.
The first thing that immediately struck Kaigor was the smell. The stuffy air of his workshop was replaced with the freshness of the forest the dragon found himself. He took a deep breath and filled his lungs, then exhaled. Then he looked around. The portal had opened in the middle of what at first looked like the forest that lay outside his town. But a closer look revealed that the trees, bushes and flowers that grew here were much different from what was found on Kaigor's world.
And more beautiful too. The leaves of the trees were a deeper, brighter green and the flowers here grew with blooms in various strange shapes and bright colours. Smooth vines dangled from some of the branches, where even more flowers grew. Purple moss grew on the some of the rocks lying around. Kaigor immediately knelt down by some of these flowers and picked a few of them, putting them into little vials he brought along. He knew a botanist who would love to catalogue and study some of these exotic flora, and pay a good price for them too.
Once Kaigor had collected enough samples he got up and began to wander into the forest, taking note of his surroundings to make sure he can find his way back. But it didn't take him long to become so enthralled by this strange new world that he would almost forget the way back to the portal. Everything was so alien to him: the sights, the scents and the sounds. And he was determined to see as much as he can.
"I wonder what kind of animals live in this world?" Kaigor asked himself, looking around for any movement.
As if to answer his question, a creature scurried down from the tree and stopping briefly to look at the dragon. Kaigor stopped and stared back. It was about the size of a bread loaf, green with yellow spots and had four legs. It looked like a lizard, but the head had two compound eyes and a long snout like a moth. Kaigor took a step forward, but the critter immediately ran down to the ground and disappeared into the bushes.
"Damn, too fast." Kaigor sighed. "Oh well. The day is still young. I still have time to hunt down another specimen or two before I have to leave."
But as the dragon continued on his way, little did he know he himself was about to get hunted down.
Deeper into the forest, where the canopy of the trees blocked almost all of the sunlight, the Being picked up the unfamiliar scent. It began to move towards the source, its senses telling it that it was possibly another potential prey.
At first glance the Being looked like a huge moth, easily the size of a wagon. It has a shell-like body with a colour pattern that looked a pair of huge eyes, six coloured wings that jutted out and two smaller but still very big and very much real eyes that seemed to bulge out of their sockets. It had long, green tendrils that served as legs, while in front it had a pair of giant red claws that resembled those of a lobster. Between its eyes dangled what appeared to look like an elephant's trunk, though it was green and blue and was almost twice as long as the body itself.
Despite its bulky and unwieldy appearance, the Being moved with surprising speed on its mass of tendrils and so quietly one would mistake the sounds that it did make as being caused by a breeze. The further it travelled, the stronger the scent became. Its eyes peered through the woods, on the lookout for what it believed was its target. It ignored the creatures that frequented these parts, almost all of them fleeing as if in fear of this giant insect-like beast. Finally, the Being spotted something in the less dense part of the forest. Its giant eyes were very good and even at this distance it could see this wasn't a creature it had seen before.
Now fixed on its target, the Being moved in and began take its usual measures to get its quarry.
The first thing Kaigor noticed was the forest suddenly falling quiet. It was so sudden and abrupt that it made the dragon stop in his tracks and look around. At first he couldn't see anything out of the ordinary. But then he realised that was the problem: none of the creatures he had seen regularly along his walk were visible. The dragon was alone in the woods.
"Something's not right," Kaigor stated the obvious, more to keep himself from panicking than anything else. "Better arm myself."
He reached into one of his pockets and pulled out a wand he made himself. It looked like some kind of mechanical spoon with a red gem set into the head. While not as powerful as the wands one could find in the Mages Guild, it would allow Kaigor to stand his ground and give him a chance to flee. Kaigor looked around slowly, turning his body with the wand firmly in his claws.
That's when he noticed the bright colours through the trees. It hadn't been there before and Kaigor immediately pointed his wand towards whatever it was. For several minutes he just stood there, wand ready to fire. But the thing simply didn't move, and by now curiosity was getting the better of Kaigor. Slowly he began to step forward, wand still pointing at the thing. He went around the bushes and trees that blocked his path until he could clearly see what the thing was.
The creature was huge and at first looked to Kaigor like some kind of big moth. Then, as he looked it over, he thought it looked more like some kind of mixture of beetle, moth, butterfly and crab. And it didn't move at all except for its two big eyes, following the dragon.
"What the heck are you?" Kaigor asked, not really expecting a reply from the creature.
Unfortunately for him, the Being did reply.
The wings flapped, releasing a cloud of fine dust that blew over Kaigor before he could react. Right away the dragon felt very dizzy and disorientated. He dropped the wand and grabbed his head, trying to get his mind cleared up. But this left him briefly vulnerable, and the Being took this opportunity. The end of its "trunk" opened up, revealing a slimy, quivering mass of tentacles. The tentacles slithered over to the dragon quickly and immediately wrapped around his legs tightly. Before Kaigor knew what was going on, he was yanked off his feet and dragged towards the monster.
"Let go of me! Help! Someone!" Kaigor cried out, but nobody heeded his call.
The Being pulled Kaigor up to it and then lifted the dragon up in the air by his feet. More tentacles began to crawl all over Kaigor and pull off his gear. The satchel, boots and belt were easy to remove, but the clothing took more effort. Kaigor gasped and squirmed when he felt the smooth skins of the tentacles slide in under his clothes and rubbing against his scales. The tentacles then tugged hard on the clothes, pulling until the fabrics began to rip and tear at the seams. Kaigor's torn outfit fluttered to the ground in pieces until he was hanging there, upside down and completely naked.
As the tentacles retreated a bit, Kaigor looked in fear at the creature, who's big bulging eyes staring directly at him unsettled up him a great deal. "What are you going to do with me?" The dragon asked.
The tentacles suddenly wrapped around Kaigor's waist, wrists and legs and forced him upright and in a spread-eagle position before the Being. Kaigor blushed despite himself, feeling very exposed as he hung there in his birthday suit. That's when the Being lifted its giant red claws and held them in the air on either side of the dragon. Slowly it began to wave those claws in circles while its wings began to buzz. A thin pink mist began to form around the claws, which then began to sparkle. Kaigor realised that the thing was casting a spell and was surprised that this... creature was more intelligent than just the mere monster it looked like.
Within seconds Kaigor found himself surrounded by a mist of magic. At first nothing seemed to happen. But suddenly the dragon began to feel a tingling sensation throughout his body, which became stronger with each second. Then he felt a stretching feeling around his chest, and he looked down. On his chest he saw two lumps form where his nipples were, which then grew bigger and bigger. Kaigor was shocked as he watched the lumps grow bigger and bigger, almost inflating like balloons. His nipples also increased in size along with the mounds, and soon the dragon realised he was growing a pair of female breasts!
"What the hell is happening to me?!" Kaigor shouted, then immediately clamped his mouth shut. His voice was no longer as masculine as before, but more feminine.
Suddenly he got a horrible feeling between his legs and looked down. He gasped when he saw his penis and testicles shrink and seem to get absorbed into his body. He could feel something moving inside his thigh, then a slit appeared in his pubic region where his privates were. A vagina! Kaigor nearly fainted in shock. Thus he didn't notice the changes to the rest of his body, his muscles and body shape transforming from male to female. Kaigor had gone from a he to a she in a few minutes. And the Being was pleased with the result.
Kaigor was struggling to break free from the tentacles, but they kept a firm grip on her body. To make matters worse, more tentacles appeared from under the creature and approached the dragoness. Two of them immediately curled around her new breasts, squeezing them and making them stand out with her tits erect like two darts. Kaigor gasped, taking a deep breath that made her profile stand out even more. The tips of the tentacles began to poke and rub against her nipples, teasing them and sending little jolts of sensation through the dragoness. Kaigor blushed despite herself, feeling very uncomfortable and very hot too.
"Nooo...." Kaigor said half-heartedly. Also she could feel aroused and becoming relaxed even though her instincts told her to struggle and escape. More tentacles approach her body while the ones that held her legs lifted them up so that she was in a mid-air squat. With her private parts now exposed, a pair of tentacles approached. Kaigor tried to pull her waist away, but it was no use. The first tentacle reached her pubic region and began to poke and prod at her new vagina. The dragoness' eyes went wide, feeling sensations down there that she never felt before. She tried to pull away, but the tentacles held firm. And then the one at her pussy pushed its tip into her virgin opening. Kaigor's let out a loud gasp and her eyes went wide. She could feel the tendril wiggling and squirming its way up her pussy and the pleasure it caused. The dragoness then shouted out again when another tentacle pushed up her tailhole and into her ass.
Having penetrated its prey, the Being thrust its tentacles deeper and deeper into the female dragon. It thrust and tugged, working to get this victim excited and submissive. It had the desired effect. Kaigor could feel the pleasure coming from the pumping and it was causing her to think less rationally and giving in to this creature. She began to grind her hips down on the tentacles, dancing in a circle on the tentacles. Her rate of breathing increased in speed and her eyes rolled back into her head.
"Oooohh... more... more... ahhhhh..." Kaigor moaned loudly.
The Being relaxed its grip on Kaigor as it saw her submit to it. The dragoness was lowered to all fours on the ground, facing away from the creature. She tried to steady herself on her arms, but instead lay on the ground, breasts squished against the ground while her rump poked into the air. The tentacles held onto her legs down, but otherwise the other tentacles retreated. The ones that remained were those curled tightly around Kaigor's melons and penetrating her exposed holes. The tentacles inside her body pushed deeper as their tips began to open and leak a sticky, warm fluid. The fluid allowed them to slickly move inside the dragoness and increase the speed of their thrusts.
At the same time a line of bulges began to appear on the penetrating tentacles and move towards Kaigor. She only saw them when she turned her head to try and see what is happening behind her. Rather than fight, the dragoness just clenched her teeth and braced her body as the bulges approached her privates. Moments later Kaigor's eyes closed shut and she hissed loudly as the bulges entered her, stretching her anus and vagina to accommodate them. Inside the tentacles pushed deep as the eggs of the Being reached their tips and squeezed through their opening. One by one the eggs were planted inside the dragoness' intestines and inside her womb. On her belly small lumps appeared that grew in number.
"Oooo yeeeessss... fill mommy up..." Kaigor moaned again, all rational thought in her mind overpowered by all the pleasurable sensations coming from her body. The tentacles pumped her hard, not only to yiff her but also to force more and more eggs into the dragoness. Kaigor felt her body getting more tense as her orgasm approached. Her eyes were only partly open and she panted heavily, her breasts heaving even while as they were kneaded and squeezed by the tentacles. All the dragoness could do was brace herself by digging her claws into the grass.
Finally Kaigor could no longer hold back. She bent her head backward and let out a scream as she came. Her naked body shook and shivered while her holes clenched tightly around tentacles. While the dragoness shaked in ecstasy, the Being emptied the last few eggs into her womb and ass. It then slowly pulled its tendrils out until they popped free, leaking out some of the ooze that now filled up Kaigor's insides. The other tentacles slowly released Kaigor. She tried to lie down, but her swollen tummy kept her from going flat on the grass.
After a few minutes of rest and catching her breath, Kaigor weakly stood up. At first it was difficult to find her balance due to the weight of the eggs inside her body. But after steadying herself against a tree, the dragoness was able to remain on her feet. Kaigor looked down at her pregnant belly and rubbed one claw over her stretched, scaly skin. She could feel the dozens of small bumps.
"Look at me," The voice came from the Being, a metallic, hollow sound. Kaigor slowly turned to the big creature, which was still sitting on the tree with its eyes fixed on her.
"Yes, master?" Kaigor answered. She didn't know why she replied like she did, but by then the dragoness was completely in thrall of the monster and she didn't care.
"Take my offspring and spread them to where you had come from," The Being commanded. It wasn't clear to Kaigor how the creature speaking, or if it was indeed speaking. Not that it mattered.
"I will do as you command," Kaigor said with a grin on her face.
"Then go." The Being said simply.
"I go." And with that, Kaigor turned around and started walking back the way she came. She didn't even bother to stop and gather all her clothing and gear, marching through the forest completely naked and dripping some of the monster's goo from her holes. Behind her the Being went back into the dark recesses of the forest to await another potential prey.
Kaigor almost fell as she stumbled through the portal back into her workshop. She braced herself on one of her work tables until she regained her balance. The dragoness didn't look back at the portal, which had shrunk in size a little during her trip to the other side. She immediately left the workshop and headed into the house to clean up, eat something and rest.
For tomorrow she needed to head into town and visit a few of her colleagues...
