_ ~~Hello and welcome back! Hope you enjoy Scotch and Cigars and be sure to watch for the next excerpt! Mistress Foxy signing off~~ _
The doorbell rang, a low melody of notes that resembled an old fashioned wind chime. He couldn't believe she had come this far. The large white plantation home on the outskirts of the city. Just enough land for any crops or animals she wished to own. He was oddly proud, she had come very, very, far.
The small blonde boy that opened the front door was new; and the older coyote grinned to himself at her antics. She would put this poor bunny on display. The blonde bunny in question was actually wearing nothing more than a maids frock around his waist. Ears held back by a large black and white lace bow; matching the tall heels (what the grey coyote assumed) he was forced to wear.
His voice was raspy, but not harsh, as he addressed the blonde. "Are you going to let me in boy?"
"Oh..uh... yes Sir, sorry Sir." His long ears wilted as he blushed profusely. The coyote knowing in an instant that this boy was new to the Harem. As the grey and tan coyote walked behind the bunny he couldn't help but let his mind wander (as it tended to do around cute twinky things) and imagined how upset his hostess would be if she found him abusing her newest boy toy. Maybe that room has a bed? Or even a desk, maybe with a window....
"We have arrived Sir." The small quiet voice breaking him out of his daydreams and back into reality. Not that reality was very far from it.
"Enough with the Sir, Call me Grimm."
The small corner of the muzzle smile made the bunny blush again before opening the door to a lovely study. Small hearth in the center of the room, the only wall not covered in old tomes had a large window overlooking the back of the property. Of course if the furniture wasn't leather it was a lovely deep red wine color and soft blankets and pillows decorated the room. In one corner there say a vixen, lying across an older style fainting couch cradling a glass in one hand and a leash in the other. Her green eyes smiled at Grimm as he entered but her face stayed stern as she addressed the small rodent at her feet.
"Now, when we are having guests, I do not expect you to bring me the scotch for parties, I want you to go to the cellar and grab the 20 year Balvenie." She finished scolding and handed the, what appeared to be a skunk girl, her glass and shooed her away. The red and black vixen rose to her feet and smiled warmly at Grimm before hugging him tightly. "It has been to long my friend! How have you been?"
His sly smirk was back in place, stormy slate eyes laughing. "I've been good, I see you are still in the auction scene."
"Oh you know, I have a soft spot for the slightly broken, but I like to think they are better off here." Her wink made Grimm suspicious, but never in a negative way. He wondered what was up the vixen's sleeve.
"Alright then, what is it you wanted to chat about?" He inquired, taking the large leather armchair opposite her.
"Oh you know, talk about old times. I think the wolf has a few questions for you regarding business, but I wanted to see you while you were in town. Are you headed that way tomorrow?" She strode to a large hickory desk, pulling open a drawer and retrieving a small box.
"I am, the blue house wanted to chat about Cider, and asked for my expertise in the industry. While I'm more of a hops and yeast person, I tend to think I know a bit about Cider. Are those Cubans?" ears pointed forward and paws idly rubbing together in anticipation. Foxy never cheated her guests, and he was one of her favorites to spoil.
"Oh I'm not sure what these are." She held the box open for him to inspect; two large cigars wafting delicious aromas towards his snout. "They were a gift." It was then that the skunk girl had returned, and the blonde bunny that had been out of sight (like all good maids) stepped forward to offer matches and scotch glasses.
The two old friends sat and discussed business, politics, old adventures, and The Auction at length. Soon both cigars and half the good scotch had disappeared to good conversation and company. Both the vixen and her coyote friend had migrated to a soft pile of pillows in front of the fire. Light touches between them both friendly, and non-pressured.
"I believe my friend, you are too intoxicated to leave my house!" Foxy said with a smile. "I wish to offer you a room, and breakfast in the morning. Would you be my guest for the evening?" Her smile inviting and daring him to turn her down.
He knew better, wanting nothing more than to curl up and sleep for the night. No, I'm not going to fool myself, I'd love that bunny to cuddle with... As if his thoughts had been heard, the lady snapped her fingers and the lovely blushing bunny appeared, ready for his next command.
"Alright Savoy, take my guest to the spare room we made up this morning. Make sure he's settled in nicely. You are under his command for the rest of the night."
Grimm's ears shot straight up, and he fought to keep those the only things, as he witnessed the boy smile and start heading towards the door. His mind fuzzy from the drink, and heat rising to his cheeks, he stood and looked between the two conspirators. "Bu- wai- You really mean it?"
"Oh come now old friend, you don't think I'd let you sleep alone now do you? Just bring him back in one piece."
