Chapter Three :: Ghosts** "Coe... Coe... wake up, man," a familiar voice rang in the boy's ears, but his eyes wouldn't open. Someone shook his shoulders and the jolt brought him back. Miles was sitting beside him on the bed looking concerned. "Are you ok? You've been out for a while." "What happened?" he asked weakly. His eyes were still too heavy to scan his surroundings, but he didn't feel anyone else in the room. "Taruziel attacked you, but the spell worked. I summoned another spirit and he saved you! He's not bad, well, not as bad anyway." Coe suddenly sat up to face Miles. "What did you do, Miles?" The look on Miles' face faded from excitement to almost shame. "Well, he agreed to help us on one condition. It's not really a huge deal, I think. It buys us time to figure out how to send them back and-" "Miles!" "He wanted you... He, um, he knows you, Coe. Like better than I know you..." "What do you mean? Miles, please." "He means," another voice chimed in, "you agree to spend forever with me." Another wolf stepped from the shadows, but his fur was black and white like that of a husky. He was just as big as Taruziel, but slightly shorter. His eyes were a radiant violet and studied Coe with a gleam of almost admiration. Apparently, Miles had rounded up another set of navy robes for him to wear. "But what if I don't want to spend forever with you," Coe's voice was shaky and weak. "I feel that you owe me a conversation at the least. After that, if you still feel that way, I'll leave and you can take care of Taruziel on your own." The husky, Coe figured he was more husky than wolf, crossed his arms and patiently awaited a response. Coe glanced from the husky to Miles. All Miles could offer was a shrug and a look of pleading. Coe sighed and leaned back into the fluffy pillows. "Fine, one conversation." "Thanks buddy!" Miles wrapped him up in a hug and bounced off the bed. "I'm going to the library to look up how to get rid of Taruziel and I'll be back. Don't have too much fun without me!" With that, Miles hurried out of the room and closed the door behind him. "Where is Taruziel anyway?" Coe asked rubbing his head. "I trapped him in the sun room. The sun weakens us, but tonight he will regain his strength and I won't be able to defend you, if I don't feed." "How did you beat him before?" "Honestly, I caught him off guard. Your friend is trying to come up with a plan before then. My name is Allistar, in case you were wondering." He took a seat beside Coe on the bed. "I wasn't," Coe snapped. He was tired of dealing with demons from another realm and tired of Miles dumping them on him. He wanted everything to go back to normal and forget any of this ever happened. "I always hated it when you were angry." Allistar lifted a paw and brushed Coe's hair back. "I've waited so long for this moment. Ever since you were born, I knew you were just... perfect. I know you couldn't feel me, but I watched you every day, every night, every minute. I'm sorry I couldn't save you from Taruziel sooner. I tried, honestly. It's like that time when you were seven and your bike almost ran off a huge ditch and I pushed it back so instead-" "I scraped my knee... That was you?" Coe watched in shock as the husky nodded. "I told mom something pushed me, but no one believed me. I could've died, but..." "How many times have you almost overdosed, but sneezed and blew all that shit away?" "Those kids kicked my ass! What the fuck?" Coe remembered how mad Miles' friends were and they beat him within an inch of his life. Twice. "Better than dying, right?" Allistar leaned back next to Coe and snuck a strong muscular arm behind the boy's head. "Or the time you got the flu when you were thirteen and you passed out and fell down the stairs. I whispered to your sister to check on you." "And I got to the hospital just in time. How..." Coe realized that Allistar couldn't be lying. He knew too much. His life was full of coincidences just like those and every time he knew that something was watching him. Something was saving him. Hell, it was half the reason he wanted to do all those rituals with Miles. He needed to prove it to himself. Now, he was sitting on a bed with the same spirit he'd felt so many times before and all he could do was look stupid. "Is something wrong?" The arm behind Coe pulled him a bit closer. "Does your arm hurt?" Coe noticed his shirt was missing and a large white bandage covered his right shoulder. Taruziel's fangs must've sunk deeper than he realized. However, all he could feel was a dull ache. The pills must've been working overtime. "Not really." "So, does eternity with me still sound so bad?" Coe wasn't sure. He knew he would be taken care of, but forever was a long time. He never really imagined his life past twenty-five anyways. "Look, you seem great and I really appreciate everything you've done, but forever with a spirit-dog-thing?" "I'm not a dog!" Allistar furrowed his muzzle in anger. "I didn't choose this form and I would change it for you if I could, but..." The husky sighed deeply and looked down in disappointment. "I know you want Miles, but Coe... he'll only hurt you." "No, I don't! You don't know anything," Coe said with a strained voice. "You think because you can recite my life story to me you know everything about me? You don't know shit!" "Fine, I'll help you get rid of Taruziel and then I'll leave. I'm sorry I wasn't good enough for you." Allistar moved his arm and slid off the bed. "I'm going to check on Taruziel." "Wait, I didn't mean it like that," Coe sighed and followed Allistar down the hall. He didn't realize Miles had changed his pants and boxers too. All he was wearing was a pair of loose yellow and black boxers and sox for some reason... "I understood what you meant," he huffed. Coe noticed the husky's fluffy tail curling tighter as he spoke. "No, I just... I don't believe what you said about Miles. He's my best friend. Even if we did hook up, he wouldn't hurt me." Right? "Try it and find out," he barked. Allistar stopped at the doorway to the sun room. Coe peered from behind him to see the mound of ruffled blond fur bathed in beams of sunlight. Taruziel could barely lift his head to look at them. "Allistar..." he groaned, "Finally got to see your boy, huh?" The wolf could barely speak without coughing violently. "Just making sure you're still here. We'll send you back soon enough." Taruziel only laughed. "I doubt it... I'll find a way back and when I do..." another set of violent hacks broke his speech, "little pup of yours is gonna pay. Did you tell him about all the fun we had, Coe?" Coe glanced down in shame as the wolf struggled to breathe. "Of course... Alli here probably had front row seats to all of that... just remember whose claw marks you'll be wearing for the rest of your short boring life." "Shut up," Allister growled. Coe noticed the husky's fist clench and his chest rising faster. "NO, YOU SHUT UP!" Taruziel shot them a look more evil than any Coe had seen before. "You better hope that sniveling idiot can find a spell to put me back before sundown or I'll rip that little boy to shreds while you beg for mercy..." The sheer hatred in the wolf's voice sent shivers down Coe's spine. Allister didn't budge, but Coe could feel the tension radiating off him. Coe backed away and started back towards the bedroom. He had to find some way to stop Taruziel or they would all be dead. He only had a few hours left. He sat at the computer desk and typed away at the keyboard as quickly as he could. He had no idea what to even look for. Every search for Taruziel or protection spells brought up various satanic websites that seemed only to bank off the idea of magic. Allistar slipped in behind him. "What's your plan?" "I don't have one, honestly. I just have to do something. How long have you known him anyways?" Coe shot him a look of disdain. "Almost three hundred years. We were trapped by the same witch. We used to... we used to be friends." "Oh and you wonder why I might have an issue with eternity?" "That was before you were born. When I saw you... everything changed..." Coe felt a paw rest on his good shoulder. "You don't have to love me, but please, trust me." Coe sighed and gave a nod. He wasn't sure why, but he did trust him. Well, more than he trusted anyone else at this point. Coe popped another two pills before continuing his search. No way could he deal with this bullshit sober. "You should quit that." "I might be dead in a few hours anyway, so no." The two stared at the computer screen for what seemed like hours. Page after page and search after search brought only useless information and things that Allistar already knew. Every minute brought more anxiety to the room. Coe texted Miles several times, but nothing was coming up on his end either. "You should take a break," Allistar said worried. "I only have two hours left," Coe whined. He rubbed his face in frustration. "It took us years just to find the ritual to summon you guys. We're never gonna find this. Is there anything you remember about the spell? Or is there a way to kill him?" "No. I'm not sure either of us can be killed. We used to be humans a long time ago, but we both made a terrible bargain. For different reasons, of course. He wanted immortality and I... I wanted something else." "Like?" Coe was almost afraid to ask. The look on Allistar's face was grim and plagued with regret. "It's not important. There was someone that meant a lot to me and I tried to save him, but... I'm not talking about it. Please, just take a break." Coe shook his head in protest. "Look, there's one other way, but it's dangerous and you probably won't like it." Coe shot him a questioning look, but he already suspected where this might lead. "Well?" "I, um, I could defend you if I fed... off you." Allistar played with his paws nervously as he spoke. "No, no way, no way in hell." Coe turned back to the computer, but even as he did the idea started to bounce in his head. What if it was fun? Coe always flirted with danger anyway and if it was their last resort... "Yeah, ok. Sorry, random thought..." "What if though? I mean, if I did how would it go down?" "I'd have to bite you or you could cut yourself. I wouldn't need much, but I'm worried about controlling myself. If I started, I'm not sure I could stop and you're already weak. It's a bad idea." "Yeah, but it could be our only idea. Plus, I feel like I sort of owe you for all those times you saved my life and all." Coe got out of the chair and walked closer to Allistar. "So, what's gonna hurt the least?" "If we do this, we're doing it my way and you won't feel a thing." Allistar placed one paw on Coe's lower back and the other behind his head. Coe didn't expect fierce kiss the furred muzzle planted against his lips, but he fell into it. It was more comfortable than he'd imagined as the large canine tongue tangled with his and explored areas of his mouth that made him jump. He was so engulfed in the experience he barely noticed Allistar had lifted him off the ground and placed him on the bed. Allistar's tongue dove deep into his throat a few times and pushed waves of lust over his body. If this was what he had to look forward to, forever didn't seem so bad. Coe struggled not to moan as the warm wet tongue moved to his neck. Allistar's sharp fangs nibbled softly at the sensitive area and all Coe could do was hold the furry head there and wait for the harsh bite. "Do it," he whispered. "I'm not a vampire either, babe," Allistar's warm breath cascaded over Coe's ear and he worried he wouldn't last very long. At this rate, his cock was already fully hard and it would be dripping in no time. Coe moved his hands and watched the husky move a bit further down until the tongue found his nipple. Coe never really liked anyone playing with his nipples, but this time he could feel every lap the tongue made around the light brown skin and it drove him wild. He fought desperately not to shove the canine's head towards his crotch as he typically would have. "Oh fuck, please..." he whined. Soon, the tongue left a wet sticky trail down to his belly button. Allistar stopped just above the waistband of the yellow boxers and gave them a slight tug with his teeth. Coe couldn't help, but laugh. The look on Allistar's face gave the term "puppy with a bone" new meaning. His paws slid the boxers down with easy leaving Coe's throbbing member and balls exposed. Coe stifled another moan as the warm wet tongue slid up the seven inches of his flesh. The tongue licked at the tip causing a runnel of pre to seep out. Suddenly, Coe's entire cock was engulfed in the warm soft muzzle. He cried in pleasure as tongue swirled around every inch of flesh and Allistar bobbed his head over and over again. Not a drop of pre went to waste and Allistar applied even more suction as his black lips reached the tip. "Damn, oh my god," Coe breathed. The lips dipped back down over the thick pink flesh leaving a wet trail that faded only to be replaced shortly after. Every pass sent a harsh new wave of pleasure over Coe's entire being. It wasn't long before he was holding Allistar's head in death grip and pumping his hips against the wet muzzle. That only served to make the husky suck harder and roll his tongue faster. Abruptly, Allistar pulled his muzzle back and moved just under the shaft. The flat canine tongue lapped just under Coe's balls bringing a cry the boy never used before. In all his years, he'd never thought to let someone just lick his balls and the feeling was unparalleled. He gasped and pulled the pillow onto his face to keep from screaming in pleasure. The husky didn't stop until every inch of the balls were covered in warm saliva and then continued even lower. Coe couldn't take much more. His cock was almost spurting clear precum, but the tongue didn't rest. Allistar's paws pushed the boy's thighs a bit higher and Coe winced as the tongue dove deep into his asshole. The tongue was long enough to reach the same spot Taruziel had hit so many times, but this didn't hurt at all. Coe's precum was dripping onto his chest as Allistar flicked his tongue in and out of the tight pink hole only breaking to breathe a rush of warm air against Coe's balls. "Oh, fuck, I'm gonna cum, I'm gonna-ugh..." The tongue slipped in one last time and Coe's cock exploded with hot white Jizz against his own face. Every pulse of the cock brought a new spittle of the fluid until he was covered from chest to neck. Suddenly, there was a sharp pain just below his bubble butt, but not quite the thigh. That's when Coe realized Allistar had bit him. The husky moaned as he drained blood from the wound, but Coe was so lost in afterglow he barely cared. Two things began to happen at once, Allistar's claws began to dig into Coe's soft buttocks and a feeling of absolute pleasure hit Coe like a train. It was indescribable. Better than any drug he'd ever taken or any orgasm he'd ever had. His heart slowed slightly and his mind began to swim in pleasure. Every thought was intangible and every word was turned into a complicated groan of bliss. It lasted for what seemed like ages. Even when Allistar stopped drinking and pulled Coe close to slip his own throbbing member deep inside him. Coe didn't feel it. He didn't feel anything, but every cell vibrating and writhing in pleasure. He could see Allistar's thrusts into him with more of a rocking motion than Taruziel's bestial style. Allistar kept his violet eyes fixated on Coe as he licked the last drops of blood from his muzzle. Coe felt another warm splash against his belly and the very last deep inside him. He was torn between falling asleep and dancing around the room in a druggy haze. "What's happening?" he finally managed. "It's the venom. It causes euphoria, hallucinations, and it's a very potent painkiller," Allistar explained. If this is what Brett and Ashley felt before they died, Coe didn't feel nearly as bad. "Bite me again," Coe laughed as Allistar tried to clean him off with towel. Apparently, he had cum twice in only ten minutes. "No, I got enough." "Do it, please!" Coe couldn't control his laughter. He rolled around the bed as the feeling persisted. Allistar only sighed and looked away. "Are you mad?" "No, it's just... I would if I could, but I barely stopped myself and we need to get ready. Sundown is only a few minutes away." Oh shit. Coe had completely forgotten the whole reason they started this. He slapped himself to try and regain control, but this high showed no signs of weakening. "Here," Allistar helped him slip back into his boxers and into a pair of jeans. "Guys, I couldn't find anything," Miles rushed into the bedroom panicked. Thank god, Allistar had cleaned him off. "I'll just have to fight him," Allistar explained as Coe slipped into a black shirt with a gray Mickey Mouse symbol on the chest. "Can you do that?" Miles asked with concern heavy in his tone. "Hell yeah, he can," Coe laughed and stumbled backwards into a nightstand. Allistar struggled not to laugh as he helped the boy off the floor. "Is he drunk?" Miles crossed his arms in annoyance. "Naw, man, I'm just a little... fucked up," Coe cackled and nearly face-planted before Allistar caught him. "This is fucking great, now what?" "He'll be ok in a minute, you guys just stay close," Allistar pushed a matching Mickey Mouse hat onto Coe's head and propped him up against the wall. "Yeah, stay real close," said a low growl from behind Miles. Miles backed away from the wolf until he was behind Allistar. "Ruh-roh," Coe said in his best imitation of Scooby-Doo.
