Chapter II

The next morning, Nathan woke up after a long sleep. He rubbed his eyes, yawned once, and looked through the room. It was still dark outsite, and just a bit light was filling the room. "Awww, did you miss me? Didn't know you had that much of a soft spot!" he laughed a bit, but the sword apprentice just rolled his eyes.

They were walking over the campus, talking about their summer, and what they were looking forward to this year. They still had 30 minutes before they must been in the first class, starting with historical magic. "Now then, proceed."

"Wow cool! I wanna try a sword!", Max exclaimed and run to the weapons, followed by Ray.

When they were halfway to the locker rooms, Ray laughed out loud.

"What if I don't want to? If I try to be more friendly, and don't like him, it will just get worse. So I keep him rather on distance, and see what it will be." The lion pat his back, and shook his head with a smile.

In the moment they were in the lockers, most students were gone already, but some were still in the showers, or ready to get dressed, and talked about their first weapon class. Alex was looking around, but he didn't saw his partner, or the cat.
