Chapter.1 A Second Chance In A Mythical World

Ryan laid there on his tiny creaky bed looking up at the ceiling with dull lifeless eyes, the poor 19-year-old was grieving, but most of all he was stuck in a bottomless pit of self-pity...Life has been unnaturally cruel to the boy, especially over the last few months.

Everything was against poor Ryan, from failing to get into the college he worked so hard for, forcing him to attend a college he hated, to all his friends abandoning him moving on with their lives ditching him not even bother to try and stay in connect, to the one that still stabs at his fractured heart, his cute girlfriend abandoning him for another man as they both went off to America, she cheated on him knowing how life was already going to split them apart she saw the action as a completely fine and justified reason to do it using him like a toy...Ready to throw away.

But all that was nothing compared to the day he had to go to the hospitable as an...An accident had happened involving his parents...And they needed someone to confirm the bodies.

It was the single most disturbing moment of his life, walking there knowing something had had happened walking in trying to control his weakening emotions trying not to break down into a crying mess...He cracked when he saw two bodies with white sheets covering them...Seeing their faces.

That was the single breaking point the moment where he just simply had enough, he stopped going to college, he stops responding to people who generally were concerned for him he was a hollow husk of his former self, barely eating, drinking or leaving his tiny shitty apartment, he didn't care about anything anymore sometimes drinking to help numb everything.

He hadn't been this depressed since his old sister Elizabeth who he loved respected, someone he looked up too suddenly disappears after a bad argument with their parents talking about her life and what she wanted to do...She stormed off never to be heard or seen again. Many tormented emotions ruined his mind over the years wondering why she so suddenly left them...Abandoned them.

It didn't matter that it was 10 years ago the foolish boy always held onto that tiny hope that she would come back yet that hope never came. The funeral for his parents was lovely, old family friends came he was there many gave their sympathy...But they just wanted a piece of his parent's inheritance feeling a right to it...Luckily it was all given to him….Quickly wasting it all away to be alone.

And now here he was 2 months later, laying down on his bed, his room was in complete disarray he tried to figure out what to do, a small part of him wanted to just get up and start making the most of his life...While the other much bigger part of him wondered whats the point, he would just fail...It how it always happened.

He tried going back to sleep but his mind refused him to do so, he grumbled at least enjoying the warm comfort of his bed.

Then the doorbell rang.

He grunted loudly ready to just ignore it, it rang again, he ignored it, it rang again, again he ignored...Slowly getting more pissed off...It rung again. He was pissed wondering who this persistent fuck was, getting out of the single bed, boxer and vest on his almost skinny body, he grabbed a dressing gown taking a chance to look into the mirror, messy dark brown hair, empty brown eye...An average guy really, he ignored it, lumbering out like a zombie. The doorbell rang again.

“One moment please," he shouted, rubbing his head and tried eyes.

It rang again then started knocking.

“I said one moment!" he shouted again much louder.

Hurrying across the almost disgusting living room filled with beer cans and take out food boxes, the light was off to help his red tried eyes.

Shifting over grabbing his keys he unlocked the door but kept the siding lock hoping it wasn't another greedy family member or government slave just to hassle money out of him, related to his sudden inheritance.

He opened the door, barely peeking out the outside sunlight blinding him, he saw a tall dark feminine figure standing there he couldn't see her face.

“What do you want?" he said.

The figure panicked for a moment before bringing her hand together she seemed shocked for some reason.

“Nothing really I...Just want to see you, see how you were," spoke a familiar gentle voice.

He frowned, “excuse me? My parents funnel was 2 months ago, your a little late to check on me, lady."

“I know...I'm so sorry I missed it," she spoke her voice filled with guilt.

Ryan gazes soften his anger turning to confusion and slight curiously.

“Who...Are you?"

The dark figure gave a gentle, gentle smile one that brought a familiar old warmth back in Ryan's cold heart.

“Have I change that much...Little Ryan?"

His heart stopped for a single moment desperately unlocked the door swinging it open more light pouring in illuminated the figure make his heart skip a beat again.

Soft beautiful figures, long wavy dark brown hair, gentle brown eyes a mature body she was wearing a stylish white dress mix with casual wear with a large white sun hat...He instantaneously recognized her.

“S-Sister," he spoke on the verge of tears.

She smiles eye filling with tears of her own, “hey little brother...Been a while hasn't it."

Ryan didn't know what to think, how to think, the sister he loved and respect, one he hadn't heard from in so long...Was back, like a dream come true he didn't know whether to run to her and cry or run away, wake from this dream.

He noticed another figure peeking on the side another woman, she had tough features her biker outfit added to her toughness, she looked fierce intimidating, the type to beat you up if you looked at her wrong...Long wild black hair on her head, she looked incredibly nervous too, shy even.

At that moment, a moment he should have been happy...But he wasn't, the familiar pain returned, she looked so familiar yet so different, she was 19 when she disappeared but now back she was probably 29 now...what has she been doing this whole time, where had she been...why had she finally returned now after their parents died.

He gave a bare hollow stare drying his damp eyes.

“Hi."

Her gentle smile falter, drying her own eyes she looked a little worried, even wary and a little confused not knowing what to do next, she glanced to the girl next to her, who encouraged her to continue, but Ryan moved to the side.

“I guess you want to come in?"

“Oh...yes, please can...my close friend come in too?"

Ryan looked back to the nervous woman he nodded and moved inside, both Elizabeth and the mystery 'close friend' he turned on the light brighten the room revealing more of his messy home.

“Sorry for the mess…I wasn't _expecting _guests."

“It's better than my den," spoke the other woman laughing awkwardly, her voice was rougher and deeper than his softer sister's.

Ryan only raised an eyebrow which resulted in Elizabeth nudging her slightly annoyed making her shying away. It looked so strange seeing this tough girl act like this...Just who was she.

They sat down on the tough sofa which was at lease cleaner than his place, Ryan hated dirty sofas.

“Want some tea...Coffee? I think I remember how to make it."

“I'm fine brother...You've changed so much since I've last seen you...so big and grown-up," she said which only made him frown, she sighed, “please sit down...We need to talk."

“Talk? Yeah...We do need to talk," he said his voice dripping with anger.

“Do you have a coke? I'm super thirsty from the trip," spoke the biker girl.

Elizabeth nudged her which she replied with an honest shrugged, Ryan smiles a little reaching in his fridge finding the only one left...Sure he didn't care, grabbing the coke and passed it to her.

“Thank you, Ryan."

“No problem," he replied sitting on a smaller sofa opposite them.

The room was silent Elizabeth and the unknown woman sat together as Ryan sat away, the only sound was the slurping sound of coke.

“I...Expected this to be a little different," his sis said trying to break the silence.

Ryan merely frowned at her, the bubbling emotions of everything he been through. All the pain, everything he felt in the past he tried to control himself the surprise of his sister return already fading.

“How...Did you expected this to go, sister?"

She shivered, hearing the anger and hatred lurking in his voice.

“I...I hope this would be a happy occasion," she smiled innocently.

“Happy...Happy!? You really thought that?" Ryan said trying to control his anger leaning foward, “you really thought after...Ten years...Ten years! Of wonder where you went that I would just perfectly accept that? I thought you were dead!"

She looked depressed-looking away, her fantasy to meet him again crumbling in front of her.

“No...I've really, really missed you...Brother," she cried out to him.

Ryan continued frowning at her the woman next to her wanted to get involved but kept to herself...Hell who the fuck even was this woman not that he honestly cared.

“I...What are you doing here Elizabeth?"

She looked nervous, “I wanted to see you again...To help you."

“Help me? Help me!" he said finally snapping losing his tempter, “where the fuck have you been Elizabeth! Over these past few months! Fucking hell, these past ten years where was your help then!"

Now the mystery woman got involved growling at Ryan about to speak but a hand swiftly silenced her, his sister looked sad...But serious, she turning worried, looking at him.

“I have been...Far away from here, my life had changed a lot and I know you're angry, but I really want to help you now it's why I came back."

Ryan didn't believe it the sweet loving sister he knew was dead to him now replaced with...This woman, this phantom of what she once was in front of him with just made him angrier and angrier.

“You have one chance to explain...Everything before I tell you to get out and never seen me again you ruined this Elizabeth, I don't see my sister... I just see a hollow husk impersonating her."

The unknown woman snapped crushing the can and getting up smashing her fist on the table almost smashing it, a massive crack in the wood.

“How dare you! She's risking a lot just to see you! What gives you the right to push her away!"

“Babe, come down he's-" His sister said but Ryan her interrupted.

“I'm sorry, but who the fuck are you!?" he said slowly turning his rage to the women he wasn't scared he didn't care enough to be scare, “you who so rightly has come barging into our private affair our family affair, my business is with her...Not you woman!"

Her eye glowed dangerously a rage similar to his but Elizabeth immediately got up and in front of her staring into her eyes.

“My love, please, he has every right to be angry, every right to scream and shout in my face...I abandoned everything of my own free will, leaving my family and friends behind...Please don't be angry at him, for me...Just this once." she spoke softly at the end.

She calmed immediately resting her forehead, “only for you...only for you."

Ryan just stared, confused about what exactly was their relationship...He doesn't remember his sister being a lesbian. Both quickly sat down the woman frowned at him he frowned back but looked to his sister silently demanding answers.

“Brother...Ryan, I will be honest with you what I'm about to say is incredibly risky, but I don't care, you deserve to know...To know everything, after all, you've been through."

Ryan only watched. Finally, he would get his answer finally he will know everything...What happened to his sister.

“For the last ten years...I've been in another realm, a sort of...Place that's here, but no right here connected to our world...managing and taking care of mythical creatures under the government valley and grand council approval...And protection."

Ryan just stared in disbelief shaking his head, government valley? Grand council? the hell was that.

“Excuse me!? Do you think this a joke? Realms!? Mythical creatures?"

“Yes, named Mythical Valley, I was chosen by the last grand caretaker to take over and look after a mythical ranch."

“Grand...Caretaker?"

“Yes," jumped in the other woman, “this all happen because...She saved my life."

“Saved your life?"

She cough, Elizabeth place a hand on her shoulder silent comforting something Ryan had no idea what it meant, she nodded.

“My apologies for getting angry earlier...I hate it when someone shouts at my mate," she said seeing Ryan confused face she continued.

“My name is Lucia Fang...And I'm a werewolf, an alpha werewolf who was betrayed by my pack I killed them all, but my injures were serious and I was left for dead...until Elizabeth here found me one night in the forest near where she lived, she saved me, accepted me, nursed me back to full health and then...We fell in love."

Elizabeth nodded, Ryan merely remanded silent yet he didn't believe her, believe she was a werewolf or...well they look in love...He truly didn't know his sis was a lesbian...not that he minded he barely knew her anyway.

“It was crazy, a werewolf in front of me yet she was dying and I had to help her I couldn't stand by and so I always sneaked out to her and over time we...Did fall in love, but soon the Grand Caretaker found out, on a critical red misson to find the last werewolf pack on erath, people like us, common people were never meant to ever find out mythical creature and legends actually existed, due to the people's reaction."

“Wait...Are...you saying mythical creature...Actually exist."

“Yes," his sister said as seriously as she could, “Lucia here is one."

He glanced at her sitting there just nodding, he looked back to her silent.

“People are not ready to know the truth about mythical, magical creatures it would spread nothing but fear and panic...The government knew this as well and actively supported the protection of these creatures, they have been doing this for years with hints of magic and technology they advanced and created an interdimensional portal...A portal to the mythical place next to ours...A perfect place for them to live and hide in peace only known only as Mythical Valley."

“A place even mythical to us creatures," said Lucia joining in, “the legends said thats where mythical creatures originally came from, leaking into this one, but we don't know, however together they found that realm and made it our new safe haven, away from this world and into Mythical Valley."

“I had to make a choice...The Grand Caretaker saw something in me, a spark that she had been so desperately looking for and offer me something I had been searching for my whole life...A purpose, I had to pick, stay here and have my memory wipe and forget everything...even Lucia...the woman I fell in love with or leave everything behind and go with her with my lover and fulfil my...New purpose, my destiny."

Lucia placed a hand on her shoulder rubbing it gently.

“So you picked them...Over us," Ryan spoke depressed.

A quick sharp frown from Lucia looked to him, Ryan quickly returned with one of his own.

“I...Did after that argument...so long ago I just had enough and yes I left going to Mythical Valley, training as the next grand caretaker I was told I would never see anyone not even my family ever again, I was gone, a ghost in the wind...The disappearance of Elizabeth Doe."

Looking shocked at all this insanity he now had one question on his mind.

“Then...Why are you here? You gave up everything why return now?"

“Because! I couldn't stand to see you suffer any longer brother!" She answered looking straight into his lifeless eyes, “Not a single day has gone by where I haven't felt guilty or regret for leaving you! Never saying goodbye! You looked up to me you loved me and as the cruellest sister I just left abandoned you in the dark, I made a promise to protect you and I gave that up...And now I'm here to continue that promise little brother."

She looked determined bleeding out all her held up emotions like a broken dam.

“I'm here to bring you with me...To Mythical Valley, a place beyond your imagination a place to start your life...A second chance, I know you've dropped college, you've dropped everything. Alone, scare, without hope or thought of the future...I'm sorry about mum and dad, I'm sorry I wasn't there for their funnel, I'm sorry I wasn't there for you for the past ten years, powerful forces have been stopping me from getting involved before but no more, I'm doing what I want for once no one to dare hold me back, I don't care for the risk...I'm saving my brother! I know this sounds crazy but come with me...I'll show you everything you can train as a farmhand maybe one day even be the next grand caretaker like me, I know you have the kind heart for it...I'm sorry for all the pain you felt, I'm sorry for abandoning you...Please," she stared dead at him tears in her eyes, “Let me help you… let me make it up to you...Baby brother."

He was stunned so many conflicting emotions twisted and swelling inside him, he hated his sister for the pain yet a deeper part wants to reconnect, wanted to run into her arms and hugged her and now here she was trying to offer something impossible something...Completely delusional.

Ryan's eye harden but only slightly seeing his sister's tear cooled the fires of his hatred...Leaving only his pain.

“I...You really expect me to believe you!?" he shouted the emotion draining from his sister's face, “myths, legends, realms, this all sound like some stupid fake fantasy! You had one chance, one fucking chance to explain yourself and you give me some half baked silly story...Get out...You've made your choice again...Sister."

Elizabeth panicked dread covering her sweet little face, she didn't want to leave him again about to beg a gentle hand pressed on her shoulder again turning to find Lucia nodding.

“You want prof Ryan? That monster and myths exist," she got up staring dead at her, glowing eye glowing faintly, “here you are."

“No Lucia, it dangerous what if someone sees you? A scout or seer?"

She turned and smiled, “your happiness is worth the risk lover."

Lucia promptly started taking off her clothing Ryan quickly covered his eye, but couldn't help noticing her massive breasts.

“T-The fuck you doing!?"

“Shut up and watch Ryan."

She stripped naked he couldn't help stare at her muscular sexy body with large double D breast. she was covering with countless deep scars one he noticed the most were three claw mark arross her whole body, he was confused and aroused Elizabeth silently watching a little afraid in that moment...her eye started glowing gold.

Ryan watches everything, he saw every moment...Watching her change, her skin getting darker as fur slowly burst forth from her skin. She got bigger, her size increased legs shafting change into some wolf-like as more muscle growing out, the sound of moans and grunts as it continued. under 20 seconds she had turned from a human-looking Lucia...Into a pure-blooded full-sized werewolf.

She was almost double the size of him having to hunch over due to the ceiling she breathed heavily a big furry tail waving behind her swaying gently her golden eye staring at him her new mouth breath in and out of her newly formed muscle pulsing, her large chest her breast becoming globe of massive fur, Ryan was close to pissing himself in fear, his sister never showed a hint of it.

“Believe us now...Ryan?" she said her voice deeper, intimidatingly, strange seeing her muzzle speaking human words.

He was silent and scared backing off to the corner of the sofa looking, staring too his sister unable to believe what was right in front of him.

“J-Jesus fucking chirst...I-It real everything you said was real!"

Lucia laughed taking a step towards him, making him panic she reach a large clawed handout, he avoided it like the plague waiting for her to tear him apart.

“I'm not going to hurt you little wuss...Go on if you dare, touch it, werewolf fur is actually quite soft."

Gulping he was afraid, but part of him was curious always giving a fascination with mythic and legends. Seeing one now in front of him...He slowly reaches out she didn't move as he touches her hand...or paw...what the fuck was it!?.

Brushing the fur gently he discovered she was right feeling the incredibly soft fur in his hands, ever so gently calmed his rageful soul...Slowly believing the words his sister said...it true...This wasn't a dream...myths and legends exist.

“Careful on the claws...their sharp," She chuckled a terrifying grin on her face.

He nodded she move close slightly letting him feel her arm his fear slowly changing to curiosity.

Lowing her head he slowly reached out nervously, feeling her head rubbing it she encouraged the interaction letting his hands wander behind the ears making her dizzy and tail wag.

“She loves behind the ears...A real weakness of hers."

She pulled back frowning looking at Elizabeth.

“I-I can't help it," she nervously replies.

Ryan didn't know what to think but he lightly relaxed at touching and feeling a werewolf...it seemed like insanity. Elizabeth smiled the whole time at the small introduction they both had. Her brother gently being brought into the mythical world through her lover.

“Ok," he said his rage gone willing to listen, “so mythical creatures are real and...just fucking christ this is crazy...you say you're on a ranch?"

“Indeed," she said almost excited, Lucia had returned to her side sitting down and odd site to see, “the people there, their leader called the 'grand council' welcomed us in, even merging with our government we are completely self-sustaining the whole world is all about protect and caring for the creatures and monster, we have a ranch to look after them, much like a real farm gaining resources and produces. Mythical Valley has been around for thousands of years, the government found it only fifty years ago, there a market for many things with many ranches to help care for them."

“I see...so a normal farm...But with monsters."

She nodded, “Mythical Valley Ranch is the first, biggest and best in the whole realm, very famous and ancient, with the vastest amount of creatures including holstaurs, alraune, demons, angels, slimes, harpies, centaur, dragons-"

“DRAGONS!"

She smiled, “yeah...We have dragons, elemental dragons too those are our pride and joy, I knew that would interest you the most, they are intelligent...But quite feral much like many other creatures however we have a few that can talk and shape shift like in the legends...By the way, almost every mythical creature that you heard...exist...in this world, you will be meeting many...If you decide to join me."

“Your...Giving me a choice?"

“Of course...I hate to drag you into this but if you refuse...I'll be forced to wipe your memory...of this and everything that happened...you must understand it for their and our protection."

Panicking little glancing at Lucia who nodded, Ryan looked back and thought about it, really thought could he abandoned everything like his sister...Well, the fact was...He had nothing, he was a man with nothing to lose...so he had everything to gain...So sure, why not...let his sister who's lover was a werewolf and who he hasn't seen in 10 years take him away to a mythical world to be a farmhand at a mythical ranch...he would have to ask her that.

“F-Fine...You were right about everything I really have nothing," He gave a tired sigh, “ok then...I'll gives you another chance...bring me into this Mythical Valley world...Please."

The 29-year-old squealed with excitement as she rushed over and embraced her brother he stiffened a part of him wanted to hug her but the wound was still fresh in his mind, he hadn't truly forgiven her.

But it was still his big sister...a childish part of his mind broke his barrier...He sighed and hugged her back, she always was a hugger, Lucia joined into...guess she was on too, being massive she hugged them both.

“You get dressed we will have people come here and collect your things...I'm so excited to show you everything!"

“Right...Right yeah...also sorry for not believe you...kinda feel like an asshole," he said with a faint optimist smile.

“Don't worry, most would believe you after talking like that," Lucia said with a grin.

Lucia managed to provide her away from Ryan as he headed to his small bedroom. He quickly closed it, placing a hand on his face, he wanted to cry, he was to scream he wanted to giggle with excitement like a child on christmas, so many crazed emotion, his sister return from a place full of mythical, magical creatures...It excited him yet he didn't want to show it, it didn't change she left him in a time of need...But it did change that she came back for him in his darkest most desperate time.

He smiled softly, the first time since his parent died since his girlfriend and friends abandoned him, he couldn't be grumpy forever, quickly getting dress wearing a warm grey hoodie with blue jeans...it been a while since he wore that, that strange giddiness returned. Excitement, a sense of adventure and discovery one he only felt as a child, Lucia was only the tip of this magical mythical iceberg...He wanted to see it all.

He stepped out seeing Lucia back in her human form fully clothed leaning next on the counter with a grin, Elizabeth was on the phone.

“Yes he's coming home please set everything up, the best you can, you know I trust you, I can't wait for you to meet him you'll love him," she said she turned and saw him, “I got to go cya later."

She ended the call slipping it in her dress pocket.

“Who was that?"

“Someone you'll meet when we get there, she's another close friend but anyway lets get you to Mythical Valley, a limo is waiting outside."

“Really?"

She nodded, “It's been there since we arrive it will take us to a portal point after some stupid government question first...Don't worry I'll be there to help."

“Err...Thanks," he spoke warily.

She smiled and opened the front door, “come brother, Mythical valley awaits us," she chimed excitedly like a little girl.

He shrugged and move, Lucia quickly moved to Ryan's side as Elizabeth disappeared, suddenly Lucia's hand touch his shoulder, he panicked slowly turning to her soft and caring gaze, unlike her normal frown.

“Thank you, Ryan… And I'm sorry again for getting mad...I love your sister very much... I understand this is so sudden for you, myself, your sister and where she's been I do understand, but I hate it when anyone gives her a negative attitude...She's just so caring, loving and sweet, she can be serious and quite intimidating but she cares about everyone and everything...She been nothing but stressed over these months and it lovely seeing her back to her normal self...I want us to...Get along, you're special to her so...Your speical to me, I hope there's no bad blood between us."

He sighed patting the hand.

“I get it...I'm still mad at her for leaving, those emotions aren't going to disappear overnight...I never expected her being a lesbian or ever having a werewolf lover...She's changed a lot and I need to get over my conflicted emotions, it'll take time, but overall even after everything is said and done...Thanks for looking after her," he looked away a little embarrassed.

Lucia just grinned swiftly hugging him tightly and easily lifted him making him squirm and complain.

“She's right, your so cute with your embarrassed, you can call me auntie Lucia if you want."

“Nope, no I'm fine Lucia put me down please," he quickly shook trying to worm out of her embrace.

“Not until you call me auntie Lucia."

“No!"

A sudden snap caught their attention Elizabeth with a mischievous grin holding a fancy looking phone.

“Now I have a photo of two of my favorite people, you two look cute together."

“Delete that right now, this is embarrassed and she won't let me go!"

“Not until you call me Auntie Lucia."

“Oh, goddess please call her that," Elizabeth jumped in adding fuel to the fire.

Lucia hugged him tightly which just made him grumble and stop complaining he sighed.

“Please put me down...Auntie Lucia," he whispered the last part softly.

She chuckled and did he quickly dusted himself off.

“See wasn't that bad."

He grumbled again seeing his sister loving every moment, being 29 he thought she would of at least acted a bit more like an adult...whatever really...At least she hasn't changed too much.

The grouped quickly headed out the apartment, he closed it up handing the key to Elizabeth, they left the complex Ryan instantly noticed a long black limo shining in the brought sunlight...It was warm and bright shining in his eye, Lucia and Elizabeth helped him along towards it.

As they arrived closer the door opened revealing a woman in a black suit with shades, reminding him of someone from men in black, she had black hair done in a bun, Elizabeth whole demander changed, the joky, sweet girl was gone, walking now was a serious intimidating woman, Lucia stood right to him like a protective guard dog, the woman's look making him shiver.

“Grand Caretaker...I see your meeting with your younger brother was successful, has he agreed? How much does he know?"

“He knows enough and yes he has, he'll be the newest member at Mythical Valley and Mythical Valley Ranch."

“Good...Good well then shall we get going?"

Elizabeth nodded, they all moved into the limbo, Lucia opening the door for him he thanked her, He never been in a limo before sitting between Elizabeth and Lucia who stayed close, the government woman just frowned at him clearly disliking all of this.

Elizabeth quickly noticed.

“Please stop looking at my brother like that."

She frowned straightening her black glasses.

“My apologies Grand Caretaker but I can't help but expressive my disapproval of this, Mythical Valley is a secret place no outsider should know only those special and to even have him work at the legendary, ancient ranch...He has no experience or any experience at all with farming or handling mythical beasts, he would be a liability, I'm only speaking from a logical point of view."

Lucia placed an arm over him gripping it with her powerful hand, it didn't hurt...It was strangely comforting being protected at that moment, Elizabeth responded.

“Your option and advice are noticed, but didn't your boss before you think the same about me? Ten years ago?"

“This is different, the last grand caretaker saw something special in you and she was right...this is a charity to your brother who lost everything, remember...we are not a charity."

Lucia and Elizabeth frowned, he could almost hear the werewolf growling but Elizabeth remanded calm and firm.

“No we are not...but we have too many people who only see the business side to mythical creatures...Tell me, do you remember a time when mythical creatures was a wonder, a strange wonder that burst forth pure emotional imagination," she placed a hand on his shoulder, “I saw something, a spark of wonder and curiosity in what we truly need nowadays...How do you think the beasts feel when they stare into the faces of soulless men and woman seeing them thinking of only what they can financially offer instead of what they could inspire, he can be trained, he can be taught, he can learn Pepper, your boss trusted the grand caretaker before so I'm asking you to trust me now."

Pepper stared at both Elizabeth and then Ryan...Giving a gentle sigh.

“So be it, but you're responsible for him if anything happens."

She hugged her brother tightly a look of pure familiar determination covered her.

“Don't worry he will be fine he's a tough little guy right little brother," she said the end looking at him.

All faces were on his making him feel a little intimidating.

“Y-Yeah sure."

They had been driving for hours, the tense mood had slightly faded, Pepper was still staring disapproving which quickly resulting in both Lucia and Elizabeth getting pissed off, it was a little nice seeing how protective Lucia and his sister was...It did make him wonder how they fell in love.

Pepper asked more personal questions and telling him what was going happening, apparently, Ryan was going to be wiped off the face of the earth, any detail of him would be erased they had a perfect cover story. A grieving broken drunken man who disappeared...It was a good cover story, but a little bit of a sting to his pride, had he really turned into that...He knew the answer was yes but it hurt to hear it, with his mind slowly leaving the pit of self-pity he had the time to really look at himself.

His sister was right he had nothing maybe this second chance was the best for him. During the drive Elizabeth asked about things he liked and old memories, rekindling them while he was very...Neutral about it, smiling faintly remembering them. Those memories he hid away because they reminded him of his sister...This was a very conflicting event for him, Elizabeth noticed but Lucia gently rubbed her shoulders knowing she was trying to bridge their ruined relationship, it would take time for that to happen...Just making his sister feel more guilty.

“Now Mr. Doe," said Pepper with what looked like a contract in her hand she handed it to him, “This is a contract of legal...And magical binding to secrecy, with this your life on earth will end and will continue in Mythical Valley, you won't be able to return to earth unless for a very special or serious reason, a life or death reason," she said glaring at Elizabeth, Lucia growled disapproving of her look, Pepper ignored it, “So this truly your last chance to walk away, we still have a few hours till the portal point so you have time to think about it...Just know your life will get a lot harder and a lot more dangerous."

“D-Dangerous?"

“It not as bad as she says," jumped in Lucia, “Well it still a world filled with mythical, magical creatures, of course, it the...little bit dangerous but don't focus on that, many of us are equals and at peace, you'll get used to it."

He nodded looking to the contract, a quick glance to Elizabeth who looked a little worried he didn't know whether it was for his safety or him sighing this life binding contract to this place he didn't know exist till a few hours ago.

“Can I have a pen...i still want to sign it."

Elizabeth was able to hold her excitement as Pepper passed a pen he didn't know how this would magically work but for the first time in 10 years...He would trust his sister's judgment.

He quickly signed knowing full well what would happen passing it back Pepper nodding.

“Excellent is there anything on earth you would like to see before you come with us...this will most likely be the last time you'll visit earth."

“Wait...What."

Elizabeth patted his shoulder, “you can go to one last place anywhere on earth for a day, you could go to Japan or Egypt if you wanted, it true what she said its...very, very hard to return to earth, but there wouldn't be a reason to return really...I only returned for my brother, you was my last tie to Earth...But don't worry! Mythical Valley is a beautiful, beautiful place much better than earth in my option."

Now that made his mind wonder if what she said was true then how did she return for him, as for places he hated travelling nothing really interested maybe japan but to be honest he wants to see this Mythical Valley and those mythical creatures.

“I'd rather head straight for Mythical Valley...No place really interest me."

“I see...Good, we will be arriving at the portal point soon...is there any questions you wish to ask?" Polly said.

He had countless questions, but one his wish to ask in particular stuck in his mind...The one that took his sister away.

“What is a Grand Caretaker, you say that a bunch of times, but I still have no idea what it is."

“Well, I think your sister is best to explain that wouldn't you think?" Pepper for the first time grinned.

Elizabeth silently grumbled.

“A Grand Caretaker is a person who is mentalyl, magically and spiritually connected to mythical creatures, too understand them better than anyone else, it all linked though a special mark in particular that only one person can have at a time giving by the goddess of that world, being past down since the first-ever mythical caretaker, it makes magical creatures become calmer more...Manageable, and in return for this secret trust the Grand caretaker cares for the mythical creatures they trust, some beast will only appear or listen to the grand caretaker so I'm an important person...b-but don't get nervous I'm still you big sister."

“Huh...I see," he said knowing his sister never liked the spotlight, never liked being the centre of attention it must bug her talking about her self importance, “Next, this town...What is it like."

“Oh the town is wondering a perfect mix of magic and technical, we are not a native as you think it best if you saw it for yourself but it like a fantasy world there a school, market, college, shopping areas, alchemist shop, magic shop, rune shops…It's all a bit confusing, there is a city near by called Myhtical Valley City being the catpial of the world, it quite a site, but don't worry, it's a lovely place for you to make new friends"

He shuddered, like how his sister hated being the centre of attention, his was new people they made him extremely nervous.

“R-Right."

A little bit of time pasted, asking a few more questions about the place but they were very quiet about it instead they spoke of the history, how the government have known for a very long time about the mythical creatures and have actively supposed there protection instead of seeing a military or use for human use, it surprised him he guessed he saw too many films with the government being evil corrupted people.

Trying their best to hide them, unfortunately, there was just nowhere to hide them, as more space was being taken over by humans the risk of them being discovered got worst and worst...it was this realm that saved them and saved them it did, many times Elizabeth spoke of just how amazing this place was with Lucia and even Pepper agreeing they really were hyping this place up.

In the distance, they came to a highly secure hidden location glancing outside he knew they were at least in a heavy wooded placed literally in the middle of nowhere Ryan felt a little dizzy leaning on his sister's shoulder who smiled holding him close.

“My apologies," cut in Pepper, “We have wards to keep people away from this place we don't want anyone to stumble upon what we found, but you'll get used to it if you always pass it."

He just nodded everyone in the limo was fine but him so Elizabeth just happily brushed his hair with her fingers soothing the poor guy.

Soon passing it he felt a little better entering a large facility someone knocked on the window Pepper quickly opening it revealed a man in military uniform his rifle over his large shoulder, he spoke with her about identification which she quickly proved for everyone but Ryan who she quickly explained that he would be joining the residents of Mythical Valley, handing the approval paperwork from the Grand Council and Goverment Valley.

The guy nodded and moved along Lucia had fallen asleep her human ear twitched as if it was a wolf's getting up grumbling.

“Hello there sleep head, we'll be heading to the portal soon."

“Right, right," Lucia grumbled again, disturbed from her slumber.

“So this portal...How does it work?"

“You'll see soon it normally takes a minute to open so we can step outside and watch...if our grumpy government girl doesn't mind," Elizabeth said glaring at Pepper.

She was unfazed, “he may step outside and watch, it's quite a spectacle."

With that said Elizabeth quickly opened the door grabbing his arm dragging him out, his legs felt like jelly fitting for so long it took him a moment to get his bearings, Elizabeth gave him some space, letting him looking up almost gawking at the sight in front of him.

A massive stone ring from the ground around a the ring was different strange runes a ramp leading into it, the building they were in was made into the wall becoming a part of it rather than trying to take it over, off to the sides guard were patrolling and to his right was what looked like a control deck with a large glass window stretch out inside men and woman in lab coats pushing buttons and generally rushing about, doing something.

“This is the fun part," Elizabeth said with excitement standing closer to him, he glanced to Lucia and Pepper who had left the vehicle too, most likely to watch the 'spectacle' too.

Pepper pulled out a phone speaking into it, he turned to the control room seeing an old man with a phone, Pepper nodded her head and so the call ended with the old man ordering the other around pressing an unknown button himself.

The room hummed to life as machines and pipes worked their way glowing blue for a moment riding and pointing at the portal confused Elizabeth quickly explained for him.

“The portal needs magic to activate, it incredibly easier from the other side as that world is filled with magic, but on this site, it needs a bit of a boost," she said pointing to those pipes, “they're filled with raw magical energy that the portal absorbs."

Following the pipes, he noticed the runes on the massive stargate looking portal began to brighten with a gentle blue and green glow, over the next minute more and more runes started glowing until every single one around the ring glowed brightly, his sister moved behind him hands on his shoulders watching it with him, too focused on what was happening in front of him.

The runes sparked with magical power like electricity spreading, connected and formed with each other and almost in an instant a massive green and blue portal, lighting the whole room in a brightening glow that stunned him.

“H-Holy shit."

“I know, I said the same thing when I saw it," his sister said.

Remaining silent he couldn't believe it, there was always that part of the mind that didn't want to believe this finding it unrealistic and stupid but seeing Lucia true form and this part...It really hit him, he is going to a fantasy world filled with mythical creatures and he would be living there, working there he was a little excited to see it now.

Pepper raised her phone speaking into it Elizabeth ushering Ryan back into the vehicle.

“She just connecting to the other side ensuring everything is fine, we wouldn't want to wrap somewhere else...it happened a few time but we've learned a lot over the years," She smiles trying to relax the slightly paranoid Ryan.

“R-Right."

Lucia soon appeared back next to him patting his shoulder a hint of pride and excitement after Pepper got in straightening her black...Sunglasses? He didn't know what they were only it made her look like someone from men in black.

The low rumbling of the limo started up moving forward Ryan just kept still glancing outside trying not to let the excitement and nervelessness take over while making sure her sister didn't try and...baby talk him, he was a young man it was annoying yet a little nostalgic for the guy.

Seeing the outlines of the portal approaching they quickly past through, Ryan expected something grand or amazing thing to happen...but no, were they in Mythical Valley right now?

The limo stopped and a knocked came from the window to which Pepper quickly lowed it...revealing someone who most certainly wasn't human.

He looked normal...Except for the two massive horns swirling outward that was coming out his head he wore black glasses and a suit like Polly.

“A safe trip? Pepper, Lucia, Grand Caretaker?" The man said his voice deep and strong, he glanced at Ryan catching him staring.

“It went well Steven," Pepper said reaching an arm out to Ryan, “our journey bore fruit and now we have the grand caretaker younger brother living here too," She said with a hint of annoyance in her voice with Ryan didn't catch, but everyone else did.

“Any problems while we were away?" Elizabeth quickly said.

“Well the usual Grand Caretaker, the griffins are being feisty and the orcs and goblins have been poking at our border, but other than that It's been normal."

Griffins? Orcs? Goblins? The hell did he...wait holy shit they excited too, He shuddered a little at the thought, Steven soon removed his black shades looking at Ryan almost in a new light, green grassy eyes staring at him he bowed slightly from what Ryan could see and was careful not to knock his horns on the vehicle.

“Mr. Doe, I welcome you too Mythical Valley, I hope your time here will bring new pleasant memories."

“Y-Yeah...Thank you."

He smiled and nodded glancing to Elizabeth and Lucia for a moment before backing off, the window was quickly done up, looking outside he found the room seemed like the actual same as the last.

“Who...Was that," Ryan asked as the limo started moving.

“The satyr Steven, he is the guardian on this forest that hides this building away, we want to make sure we don't make the same mistake on earth and overpopulate it with technology, we are truly trying to gain a fantasy yet modern take we don't wish to fight nature we wish to...Merge with it and the people who has lived here much longer than us.."

Interesting, they soon left the building enter another normal-looking forest, however it felt strangely different in some unexplainable way.

Elizabeth looks down to her brother wary unknown how to really talk to him he has changed, changed more than she thought in these past 10 years, she knew at least bringing him here she can try and bridge the gasp that has been made, Lucia sensing her lover's stress place a hand on her shoulder a silent small gesture helping more than any word she could say.

The road was bumpier due to the dirt ground the forest continued a little more until a bright look lit the exit, excitedly waiting for this massive reveal, they finally left the heavily wooded forest making Ryan gasp.

Whiching seat with Lucia his face almost press on the glass they were in a massive endless grassy field clear blue skies with the occasional fluffy white cloud and a massive floating island...Yeah, a massive freaking floating island with a tower on top...How the fuck did that work.

Over ahead a massive bird flew over looking like an eagle...A massive eagle, lord of the ring quickly popped into his mind.

“Well, brother...Like what you have seen already?"

“Oh yeah, it's a little hard to believe really."

“You'll get used to it soon enough," Pepper spoke turning to him.

The rest of the drive was silent letting Ryan just simply enjoy the wonder of this unfamiliar place, in the distance, he could see a massive town the building was made out of wood and stone yet concrete at the same time making it look like from a strange fantasy RPG town, was this Mythical Valley Town?

“Home sweet home...Have a look," his sister said pointing to something on her side.

Shifting over next to Lucia he gazes to the right seeing a large ranch house in the distance he saw a few barns too, trees and even crop being grown...Also, he never seen crop like those before, they look hard and purple.

Coming to a crossroad left headed to town while right headed to the ranch an archway he barely noticing something written there, coming towards the home the limo slowly stop just in front of it, Ryan noticed someone on the deck of that massive home, a woman...In a maid outfit.

Quickly everyone got out, Ryan following his sister, looking over the ground he saw wooden fences, they weren't that high but they neatly separated and organized everything with some strange crops nearby, in the distant a big red barn sat there, he turns to the massive home noticing another red barn very close by.

“Breath it in Ryan's fresh clean hair...Good to be back," Elizabeth spoke bringing giving a massive smile.

Endless bright blue skies, soft green grass he looked back to where he saw the floating island...Still there floating...Yeah he was certainly somewhere different.

“If that is all you require of me I while being going there is a lot of paperwork to do...Ryan your stuff will be delivered tomorrow," she walked up to him handing out a hand, “Welcome to Mythical valley."

He quickly shook it, “y-yeah thanks."

Walking away like nothing ever happened she entered the limo which hastily moved back and out of the interaction leaving only four people standing there by the ranch house.

“Hey Ryan," shouted Lucia, “got someone here you have to meet."

The group turned to Lucia and the new figure Elizabeth smile knowing her well quickly walking up to her, Ryan quickly following.

“Mistress," the maid woman said her voice soft and gentle, “welcome home."

“Maria thank you for your loyal service I have someone here for you to meet," Elizabeth smile a giggling excitement hinting in her voice.

She stepped forward, Maria and Ryan getting a good look at each other.

The maid...Certainly didn't look human, she was tall just as high as his older sister, wearing a tradition maid outfit with the white maid hat, her hair was a light short brown with was looked like two dropping ear from either side of her head, her wrist had a burst of fur that almost looked like feathers, a long light brown tail behind her that stay still, and her feet noting they were golden like a bird made to look like high heels.

She was beautiful, a slim yet curved body she had large breasts and outline could barely be seen under the outfit much of her amazing body was hidden under the dress, in the middle of the maid clothing was what looked like a brooch around the blue ribbon, in the middle the brooch was golden with a blue gem in the middle, alluring silver eyes looking to him lovingly she had a gentle smile on her face.

“Hello there young master," she places a hand on her chest, “I am Maria, the Grand Caretakers, and Elizabeth's faithful maid," she spoke her voice was like silk, gentle yet serious, gentle yet firm she was unbelievably beautiful.

“Hi," he glances to his sister for a moment, “I'm Ryan and I'm...my older sister's young brother."

He silently grumbled really? Older sister's younger brother, he really needs to get out and talk to people being cooped up for so long has rotted his brain, Elizabeth and Lucia giggled slightly while Maria just smiled and bowed a strange look in her eyes when she first saw him.

“An honour to meet you, Master Ryan."

“Ryan is just fine...I don't mean to be rude by, what are-"

“What am I? There is nothing rude about that, I certainly don't look human so I'll gladly explain it you," again she places a hand on her chest, “I am a monster girl, hailing from another world, my specie name is Kikimora, a beast-kin creature that seeks out a master or mistress to serve, for our whole lives, Mistress Elizabeth found me scare and alone she welcomed me to her humble abode, for her kindest I become her loyal maid and look after the home and all her needs if she requests it."

He froze, she 'hailed' from another world and she 'found her' he would need to ask his sis about it...he had his..fair increasing looking to the monster girl...something he didn't want his sis or anyone knowing.

“Trust me, little brother she is a lifesaver, I hate coming home from a long day at work to a messy home."

He just smiled and nodded his mind racing.

Lucia soon nodded, “come on let some him his new home, got his bedroom set up?"

“Of course Mistress Lucia, I took extra care to make it homely."

“Good girl," Lucia spoke.

Maria smile blushing slightly nodded, “Thank you I'll prepare some tea."

Maria hurried inside with Lucia following Ryan just stood a little confused.

“Home? Bedroom?"

“Of course," Elizabeth said, “The apartment in town is very nice, but...I really want you to live here, it will be better and we will have a chance to reconnect again," she smiled making her way over, “I've lived here for ten years now. It officially my home but you free to live here for a long as you want, I owe you that, to look after you to help you...b-but if you really wanted to live in an apartment we could-"

“No, no it's fine...I just didn't expect to live with you, Lucia and Maria I don't want to be a bother."

She frowned and quickly hugged him making him grumble.

“Poppycock brother, what kind of sister drags her brother into a new world and leaves him to live alone in some apartment...Remember I may be the grand caretaker, but I'm still your big sister… Never forget that"

“T-Thanks," he said hugging his sister, a smile on his face.

After the small tender moment, Elizabeth usher Ryan inside up the deck/porch, into the small lobby for shoes, as he entered there was a long hallway with stairs by the wall leading up to the second floor, continue down the hall lead to some back area to the right was a large kitchen and dining room, the left was a large living room a massive L shaped soft pointing to a corner TV.

Elizabeth moved to the kitchen he followed, the kitchen itself looks likes any old kitchen...Yeah with a wild country feel with wooden counters board and...Well, a lot of dark wood. The look and style gave off a homely feeling, there was a kitchen island where Lucia was sitting on a stall.

There was a side door leading outside and a window in front of the sink, the kitchen was in the corner he really likes it, the dining room right next to it revealed a large wooden oak dining table with chairs, a display unit by the wall, inside filled with pictures of Elizabeth and Lucia but also of different monsters and creatures he never saw before.

“Master Ryan I'm afraid I do not know what you prefer...What would you like to drink?"

“Err...Water is fine."

“We have coke...Wait do you still like Fanta...I think we have some," Elizabeth spoke pondering.

“We certainly have Fanta Mistress Elizabeth."

“Wonderful want that little brother?"

“Yeah, haven't had one for them in a while."

Maria smiled and nodded hurrying to the large silver fridge opening it up, Ryan glanced inside seeing a whole pile of food, drinks, fruit and veg he's never seen before...there was even a crystal looking inside glowing a light blue.

“Here you are master, it is on the counter for you."

Sitting there next to Elizabeth who was enjoying some tea, Lucia was just drinking a coke, quickly sitting and grabbing the drink he looks to Maria, a sad little look on her face.

“My apologies for not knowing what you like."

“I-It fine."

“Yes," Elizabeth jumped in, “you've only known him for a few minutes, you'll learn fast."

Maria blushed for a moment covering her embarrassment mouth with her hand.

“If you allowed it, Mistress, there is a much, much faster way I could learn all he-"

“No!" She suddenly said almost commanding, a scary look on her face “there is no need for any of that, it would be...Very inappropriate, I do not allow it now or further on." she frowned.

Maria bowed an almost depressed look on her face, “my apologies mistress," she returned back to work.

Ryan just looked confused glancing at Lucia who only gave a grin winking at him...For some reason.

“So...We have a lot to do and talk about today, there's the house tour, your room, the ranch and all the member you'll be working with, but most importantly the history of this world and the natives... I don't think we'll get there all in one day...Plus I need to do it before-"

Suddenly something banged into the kitchen window, Ryan turned and saw a woman's face plastered on it looking like something from tom and jerry, he freaked out and almost fell back being saved by his sister who was sighing.

“Before that."

“Grand caretaker!" Shouted a high pitch voice the woman outside waved her green feathered wings trying to get her attention...Wait, wings!?

“Grand caretaker! Grand caretaker! Your back, your back!" the bird-woman shouted.

Elizabeth stood up and pointed at the side door, the green bird lady nodded disappearing in an instant a rapid stream of knocks came from the door, Lucia grumbled, unlocking the door and turning the nob the door flung open, an explosion of sound and feathers charged in, Ryan barely get a chance to see her as she started screaming.

“Grand caretaker! Your back! Many, many messages Polly carry all!"

She ran around Elizabeth her talons on her bird-like legs scratching the floor, flapping her green wings, Ryan back off a little intimidated falling back into Maria's embrace. His head resting between her large breasts accidentally, she placed her hands on his shoulders to try and comfort him.

“Yes I know, I guess I would get a lot of message for being away for a day, but don't-"

“Who this!?" her attention was now on Ryan her bright emerald eyes staring at him, she charged him getting in his face, curious looking at each other he saw her short green hair was slightly puffed up, even her wings and tail feathers were puffed up excited.

“Who this! Who this! Who this! Who this!"

About to freak out a hand placed itself on the crazy bird lady's shoulder she turns expecting the Grand Caretaker but realized it was her intimating mate Lucia frowning heavily at her, giving a dark stare.

“Calm down... You're scaring my step-nephew."

She gulped, “Polly's sorry, just excited grand caretaker is back," she shied away, crouching.

She was serious about that Auntie thing, Ryan thought, but then glancing at Elizabeth's finger...He found a shiny gold ring...Wait...Holy shit they were actually married! he glanced at Lucia finding a ring smilier to Elizabeth...How hadn't he noticed before?

“Polly is sorry human."

The voice snapping him from his thoughts looking at the cute bird girl who was just his heigh, getting a better look at her she had short green hair with two small points of hair poking out her face was human and cute, extremely cute, her wings were massive, covered in detailed green feathers of different shads, she wore very little only a dark green tube top covering her small chest and blue short shorts jeans, her legs were like a bird's with sharp talons poking the floor she had light fur-like feathers around her upper chest, and shoulder and around her thighs, her face looked young and very cute, around her she had a small brown bag to her side wrapped around her like a mail man...or mail woman...the fact was he knew what this girl was.

“I-It alright really...First time I've seen a harpy."

“Oh, you smart! Yes, Polly is a harpy, greatest harpy in the whole ranch, best at delivering news, mail information...Anything Polly can carry, much better then scaly dumb, dumb."

Confused a light knock came from the door, Lucia moved and opened it again this time carefully, but nothing charging in, stepping inside was someone that looked similar to the harpy...Only much different.

She had long blonde hair and a pretty refined face with red-eye, slits like a lizard and a few scales around her eyes, two red lizard-like ears poking out, having wings like a bat...or maybe a dragon, red leathery scaled wings, with a few claws at the tips, her legs were scaled and red, clawed feet reach up to her upper leg, a long red tail swaying behind her, she had a larger breast than the harpy not as energetic but seeming a lot more calmer.

She wore more clothing having a close-fitting red tunic with no sleeve on her with shorts, she had a bag over her similar to the harpy.

“Thank you, Lucia," she spoke her voice serious yet feminine, stepping inside keeping her wings together, “grand caretaker my apologies for not getting here sooner when Polly saw the limbo she went...Crazy...But I have news for you at the Dragon Valley."

“Ha! Polly got here first scale butt! I have news from the Forest Grotto and Farm's Corner"

“Please quite down bird brain."

Polly frowned matching hers, but an angry growl from Lucia instantly silenced her stopping the bird girl in her tracks.

“I knew there would be news...One day, fine I'll-"

A cough came from Lucia catching her attention, she motioned to Ryan watching and staring at the flying red lizard woman, his sister nervously looks to the two monsters eager for her attention but also looking to her confused brother watching it all, Maria was rubbing his shoulders.

“I'm sorry...I'm busy today I did inform I would be busy for two days...As you can see, I have a special member joining the community and our ranch today," she spoke motioning to Ryan.

They both look to him making him slightly nervous Polly relax showing her feathered wing pointing at him.

“Scale Butt this is...Err...Human yes special human," she grinning innocently not knowing his name.

“I can see that Polly," the lizard said moving towards him reaching out a leather wing a few sharp claws flexed, “greetings my name is Rona, I'm a wyvern. My job is to send important or emergency messengers for and from the various sections in Mythical Valley Ranch if you have any important messages to send you can trust and rely on me."

He smiles slightly carefully bringing a hand to her clawed wing tip he shook it gentle Rona smiled faintly.

“I'm Ryan, nice to meet-"

“Ryan! Yes named Ryan, Polly knew that!" burst in Polly.

He just grinned as Rona frowned at her, she then sighed moving back.

“Now Grand Caretaker I really must tell you-"

“Nope," jumped in Elizabeth, “today is a very important day, it overrides all unless it's a critical red emergency."

“M-My apologies for asking, but what is so important?" Rona asked.

“You don't have to know!" Polly spoke, “if it important enough to take some days off then let her enjoy it."

“A-Again my apologies but... I can't help, but be a little curious."

Elizabeth smiled, “It is fine Rona I know you're a curious little wyvern, today is important to me because...I'm showing my little brother his new home."

Both froze, slowly turning toward Ryan still standing there gently getting massaged by Maria who had moved to his neck it felt really good.

“Little brother!" they both harpy and wyvern shouted alerting him.

“Grand caretaker has a little brother!?"

“Wait, Ryan...You mean this Ryan right here, the Ryan you spoke about, the little brother from Earth!?"

“Yes it's his first day today and I personally want to show him around...We have a lot to catch up on," she spoke with a bitter smiling.

“Right...So sorry to disturb," Rona turned to Polly, “Come along bird brain let give the siblings some rightful time to themselves."

Polly stared at Ryan in a new light before shaking her head and nodding, “s-sorry to disturb."

Both ran outside everyone moved to the side to watch both girls lifted their arms out and waving a little and in a single hard flap they both surged into the air created a hard downthrust, Ryan just stared a little dazed seeing them flying away.

“Holy...Shit."

“Indeed brother, come on let get indeed it's time to show you around," a hint of excitement in her voice.

Thing quickly progressed, from that restful moment they moved from the dining room to a back study room with soft chairs a desk and multiple bookcases the room feeling and looking very relaxed, moving to the left side, between a back door sat that lead to a forest, and another door leading down to the basement there was a small bathroom too.

“Come down to the basement we have something special in there."

“Really?"

“This might be the most interesting thing about Mythical Valley."

All four of them descended down the stairs illuminated by a soft glow of something mechanic, finally heading down he saw a strange site, metal and grey incubators lined with eggs...All the same shape, but all a different colour and design it just dazzled his mind.

“Why are there so many incubators?"

“That is the...Strange thing about this world, it quite complicated which I really need to discuss with you tomorrow, but the rundown is all these are eggs from the mythical and magical creatures from the ranch, we have a special place to incubate them but these are a special kind that needs to be monitored and protected."

“I see… A lot of lizards then."

“Well...Not all came from lizard or dragon or harpy...Many came from mammals too."

“Like this black and white one here," said Lucia pointing to an egg inside, “this one is from a dairy holstaur."

“W-What so...holstaur is a cow like creature...Right? So...M-Mammals laying eggs!?"

“Yes but there is a reason for it...all of this...This whole realm was changed by a very, very powerful goddess."

“What?"

Elizabeth sighed, “This was why I needed to spoke on history...Alright I'll give a super quick rundown of it then we can explore the rest of the house and some of the farm...I'm getting slightly paranoid about it."

She coughs and sat at a chair, Ryan to the right noticed some golden canisters filled with this strange substance inside swirling around.

“This place...Wasn't as peaceful as it seemed," she said getting his attention Maria stood watching and Lucia leaned by an incubator, “you see...There are people who have lived here thousands of years before we ever arrived, and there was a grand war, humans vs monsters fighting for countless years there so much murder and death which never seemed to stop only getting worst and worst threatening to destroy the world itself. it got so bad the goddess herself only known as Lily grew tired of the endless suffering and stop the war itself, she changed the very fabric and reality of this world finding a solution for both monsters and humans, so she created these ranches and valleys for both human and monster to live peaceful, working together. Giving certain good humans the ability to tame monsters, monster that could be tamed they were given a peaceful and happy life and in return, monster ranchers would gain essence and resources from the monster," she then pointed to the caster he saw earlier, “inside those are the very essence from many of the monsters here, they can be changed through alchemy and crafted into many things, the process of gaining essence is was extremely safe and calming, it's better if I show you another day, but the goddess didn't just change humans, any monster that has been tamed by a human are healthier, stronger and lived longer lives, the goddess's magic it affected humans and monster differently yet similar ways, plus...The eggs, miscarriages can happen and death during childbirth, this was what the goddess saw as the safest option, they developed at a logical rate once hatch it could take only a few months to fully mature into an adult, weeks depending on the species."

“Holy shit...So you're talking about goddess and tamer and...Wait how do you tame monsters?"

“Through using the goddess's mark and a monster collar," she said suddenly she opens her hand and a brown leather collar appeared with a blank tag, “any Monster Rancher can summon a basic collar, the collar representing a sign of ownership and trust between monster and human it normally disappears when around a tamed monster's neck but can reappear if the owner's requests it and a collar can break depending on the resistance of the monster...I'll probably explain more tomorrow, but monsters can not be controlled only influenced, they do become more friendly to people and their owners creating a special bond, the stronger the bond the more essence they will give, there are other collars which makes it more likely and easier for a certain monster to be tamed...And the mark," then the collar disappeared and she showed her right hand, for a moment a golden light started shinning, suddenly he felt a strange calming sensation and soon a mark appeared.

A circle in the middle of her hand in the middle inside the circle was an outline of a woman with golden flowing hair, her hand together praying two wings spreading out just outside the circle it was beautiful, Elizabeth smiled.

“This is the only one like it in the world...It what makes me the grand caretaker...There more information about the Grand Caretaker then I gave in the limo, it doesn't just let me sense a monster's emotions and calm them around me but...It related to the very, very first monster rancher countless years ago," She spoke Ryan looking up at her confused, “the story of the first monster rancher and first grand caretaker, a man who had the same view as the goddess wanting to end the war before she changed the world she befriends the man and after made him the very first grand caretaker, given all the information he could ever need about his new gift, since then he spent his life teaching all that would listen, teaching them to care for monsters and for monsters to find that they can trust humans for they were the one that started the war, and so when it was time to retire he knew what he must do...Pass on the special mark, the first-ever ranch...this ranch and its knowledge to a chosen human, only humans can have the mark of the goddess, countless year pass down from one Grand Caretaker to another spreading their influence and making their mark on history, continuing to care and loved monsters being the very sign, proof to all that peace is possible...I am the latest in that long line of Grand Caretakers, my mark on Mythical Valley history was being the very first Outsider Grand Caretaker that wasn't born from this world, many objected at first, but slowly came around to it...After a while, it was an honour the woman that took me away, my mistress needed someone to pass the mark and...Well, you know what happened."

“So...Your like this chosen hero sort of thing?"

“Sort of, but don't worry I'm still your big sister," she said a hint of concern in her voice.

“I know, I know you've said that a bunch of times...Relax...Please."

“T-Thanks."

The two glanced away Ryan didn't really know what to think he still barely knew her in his mind, but some part of him felt it was right, she was a very caring person after all...a sort of unexpected leader.

“So..Mythical Native and...Outsider right?"

“Indeed, outsiders is not an insult it just a way of identification, from what I heard fifty years ago when they first came here it was a little chaotic, this place is rulers or maintainers of this place are Grand Council, a group of powerful ranchers including the grand caretaker herself...My mistress, hearing our desperate plead for help explaining ourself they calmed and offered this place to the monsters who needed it, since then a peace agreement was made being those that have lived here for thousands of year and us newcomer who needed help. They explained how the world worked and the goddess mark which a few people stared to noticing appearing on their hands, the mark can happen on any human depending on their personality and nature, someone can only get a mark this way or from another Monster Rancher passing their power to another, no two marks are the same just like how no two people are the same. Anyway, things developed fast and the first outsider ranch was made which is not Mythical Valley Ranch that's the first belonged to the grand caretaker which now belongs to me, but our technology was brought and developed however we ensuring to not take over but mix in naturally with the world, we created the Valley Government, bring peace between outsiders and the technology we brought while helping the Grand Council, there no need to fight over space as this world is apparently endless, endless space for new ranches to be made with countless different environments, but...I think that's it, they're a lot more to know, but that the basic history of Mythical Valley."

“Oh go over the farmhand stuff that will get his juice flowing," Lucia jumped in only making Ryan tilts his head.

“Yes thank you, lover, A monster rancher is the owner and is like a boss of the ranch who can giver other people a hint of the goddess's blessing turning them into farm hands, like mini monster ranchers they have a limit amount of thing they can do, they can't tame like the owner unless they are 'promoted' to have taming abilities like the owner, a Rancher can have as many farmhands as they like, used to help take care of the monsters making them easier to manage there just is always to assist the head rancher they are rightly paid for their work and gain experience too...But under any circumstances...never abuse or harm a monster," she spoke a sudden seriousness in her voice, “If a monster rancher is cruel or abusive to a monster the mark on them fades fast and can completely disappear gone if not redeemed, it's a way to ensure humans care for monsters and not abuse the power they have, and trust me you don't want to lose your mark when the monster in front of you can kill you in an instant...I know you not an evil man brother but remember that."

“O-Of course...Wow so this place is wild," he said the egg part really reminded him of a game named cloud meadow...Interesting.

“It truly is, and I haven't even talked about the types of ranches and dimensional dungeons, the book we can summon, looting, monster ranking, levels, monster evolution-"

“Another time babe we don't want to blow his head off, he isn't even a farmhand yet," Lucia jumped in.

“Right, right we will get to that later we have so much to see!"

“Yeah," he said with a little bit of excitement, but yet a little confusion at just how much his sister had changed...it made him question everything, question his sister she may say she still the same, however, he knew she was like she had changed...But how much scared him inside.

“Wait you forgetting the best thing," suddenly a voice jumping in.

Both turned to Lucia, a little confused even Maria turned confused.

She moved over to Elizabeth laughing wrapping an arm around her shoulder comforting the woman.

“As you know grand caretakers are extremely important they can never leave this place unless handing critical red emergency like with the previous caretaker...But have you wonder how she was able to get back to earth for you?"

“O-Oh I'm still so embarrassed I did that," Elizabeth blushed holding her arm.

Ryan merely tilted his head waiting for an answer.

“You will love this...Watching her little brother destroy himself, she did like any protective older sister would do, go on say what you did you little rebel."

She blushed, “w-well I...I...When I asked the council to let me come and rescue you they flat out refused because my work was too important here and...you weren't worth it, a single person who driven themselves into such despair didn't deserve to be in a place like this, even tho your despair was caused by unavoidable events! it wasn't your fault your life had been so cruel to you...It would of happen to anyone...I got so angry, so...hatful at there selfish action for the one single thing I ever wanted...So I snapped and I threaten to quit as Grand Caretaker...If they didn't let me see you and let me take you here."

“W-What!" Ryan gasped.

“Fuck yeah Ryan our sweet innocent Elizabeth here rebelled and threaten them, the Grand Council and Valley Government went ape shit the legendary mark could never be taken only passed so she risked a fucking lot for that single chance to meet you again and hey it all worked out fine."

“Still the Grand Council and Valley Government are gonna hate me for a while."

Lucia just shrugged now moving to Ryan a mischievous grin on her face, in an intense she picked him out hugging him he flailing about a little.

“But it worth it...Right!"

He stops flailing to turn away from his sister, gazing at the both of them Maria came over and hugged the entering the fray, Elizabeth's face inching into a magnificent gentle smile looking to her wild wife, her loyal faithful maid, and friend, then finally to her younger brother the one she left alone so long go ago now back in her life...Safe in her cozy little family she's never been so happy before until now.

“Yeah, It most certainly was."

Ryan enjoyed the strange tender moment the loneliness the pain he felt for so long, he was feeling better more sanity, a rising hope bubbling in his mind this really was his second chance it just took him this long to accept it.

The group pulls away, but Lucia soon holding you the young man in a tight hug he frowned.

“Ok Lucia...You can put me down."

“Not until you called me...Auntie Lucia again," she grinned.

“Oh god no!"

“Oh goddess Ryan, the goddess is alive and quite active in making ranches and managing the countless beast that roam the world, she could be listening."

He grumbled watching the older women giggling softly at the scene before them.

“So where are we going in such a hurry?"

“To the Dragon Valley, the largest section of the ranch, apparently the crimson horn black dragon is acting up and only I can handle it...He's a sensitive soul."

Dragons...He had forgotten this place had freaking dragons, after the moment in the basement Rona came back stating about this black crimson dragon was acting up to which Elizabeth immediately knew, apologizing to Ryan, they all headed out where this veiled was in a small garage next to the home.

This was serious as that dragon species was quite rare and they can get stressed very easily...it can even give itself a heart attack if too worked up, so this had to be taken care of right now.

Maria would stay home and clean, Ryan followed his sister and….Well step auntie, both wanting to show him a bit of the ranch, not a true tour that was in the days to come, there was just so much to show it would take more than a day to do so Lucia said this was like a teaser.

Lucia opened the garage door revealing what looked like a golf kart, but it was studier, tougher with wooden frames and supports.

“Is that a golf kart?"

Rona tilted her head as Lucia and Elizabeth laughed a little.

“No it's our handy transport system a safer version of a quad bike, many of the farmhands use this to carry stuff and get around, come on let get going."

Everyone but Rona got into this fantasy golf cart, he didn't care if it wasn't a golf cart it looked like one, seated in the back Lucia revved it up hearing the cart hum to life.

“So what does this run on...Magic?"

“Nah it runs on energy crystals grown on this very farm."

He couldn't help raise an eyebrow, “crystals? Like crash bandicoot?"

“Yep, it a clean and natural fuel source trust me no harm gasses or fumes here, the air is so clear, it one of the things I don't miss from home."

Immediately they started rolling, Rona was in the air nearby flying alongside them, heading left they drove down a dirt path passing the red barn earlier seeing massive plains which surprised him spread across the plains was...Filled with creatures... non-human creature, sheep, cows even goats that looked semi-human but ever stranger there were only girls some even wore farming uniform alongside some humans helping them...Such a strange sight, they continued noticing a path leading down to the left into the massive forest, but they instead they headed right which was leading away from the farmyard type place.

“Is there a map or something I could see...Please?"

“Got you cover little buddy," Lucia spoke, heading to the glove compartment finding a folder map, “we're heading to the far right that little isolated area of the ranch."

Passing the map he discovered it was fucking massive, a purple path leading to different areas with a number at the end of each it was filled with different environments, there was a dessert in the top right, snowy area to the north and to the right next to the dragon valley was freaking active volcano! Which he could see from where he was. There was a few building marked as well with their own name, Lucia said far-right, flowing it with his finger he found it lead to '3' 'Dragon valley', _it was far away from anyway near the other section with a massive mountain range curving around to the right separating the massive dragon valley zone from anything else, on the other side was a large beach cliff near the desert area named _'Siren's lagoon'.

“I was wondering something about Maria, she said she hailed from another world...how is that?" he asked.

“Here the thing about this world little brother from what I've learned from my mistress and the books I've read, after the war, the world was left empty barren with barely any monster for humans to care of, the goddess would need time and power to bring them back from extinction so in the meantime she needed monsters for humans to care for so they could learn...So she wonder about other worlds, other dimension and the plethora of beast and creature in those places, so she made these portals and special fields that let the beast from other places across time and space to come here, so the one here natural could grow and spread again, but taming and caring for monsters isn't the only thing in this world."

“So beast and monster can come from...Any world?"

“Yeah, there are special fields that naturally...Well, you could call 'spawn' monsters for ranchers to tame...it is easier to show you later, but those special fields are only in what you could call 'classic' or 'original' ranches those made by the goddess long ago, many ranches made now don't have that field, making people have to travel to another specially made dimension to collect them...it quite complicated now, once you've seen the 'Combat' and 'Alchemist' part of the ranch it will be easier to understand, but don't focus too much on that right now."

“Err...What?"

“You'll find out soon brother, normal the monster can't leave the special fields, however, Maria was a special case, found in the 'Spawn' field, they normal replenish and change every 1 to 2 days, there's a special way to extend it, but it's rarely done, the beasts return home with no memory afterward, but somehow she got out and I found her scared and alone."

“Huh...cool," he said looking out.

Lowing the map he saw the mountain range himself noticing it back in the limo ride, these dragons apparently needed a lot of space.

“Dragon Valley is one of our most dangerous, biggest and best section on the whole ranch, filled with all different type of species of dragon, from grand and massive to small and cute, I never knew there was such a massive diversity of dragon species till I came here...It's kinda insane," Elizabeth spoke.

“Remember this Ryan, not all dragons are intelligent yet not all are feral, there are some much more feral and wild than others while there are those that are very smart and we can even talk with like the alpha of the dragon valley who we will meet with now."

Curious as to who this dragon was. They soon past the grand mountain rang seeing stone fence with strange ruins on them, passing them there was another ranch house to the left a path leading to it, the ranch house was similar yet different to there home in the field past another set of fences was another barn more refined and tougher with stables next to it.

Rona went head as Lucia parked the cart getting he got out any longer and his ass would have turned numb, folding the map he put it in the cart leaving it for later, Elizabeth and Lucia quickly headed to the front door while Ryan admired the view, there was a field, massive much bigger than the ones he saw before looking almost endless, he looks to the sky, but...He saw no dragons.

A little disappointed he ran behind his sister who quickly noticed him.

“Now I only have one rule for your brother...Don't run off or disappeared I don't want you to get hurt the dragons may act friendly, but they are still wild animals...I don't want you losing an arm on your first day."

He gulped and nodded, “r-right."

Lucia grinned patting his shoulder, “but don't worry most the dragons are inside there stables and barns you'll be fine."

“Thanks," he said a little better.

“Elizabeth dear, finally back home," spoke a deep female voice.

Coming out the ranch was a dark-skinned woman in black overalls a white shirt under it she had frizzy hair and hazel eyes.

“Melissa I heard Cram is playing up."

“Yeah poor guy, come inside and I'll tell you what happened," She then noticed Ryan shifting behind her, “oh hey, haven't seen you before? New farm hand?"

“Of course," she smiled, placing an arm around him, “my little brother, Ryan meet our dragon whisper, Melissa."

The woman froze, taking a sharper look at the young man...Seeing the similarities, her eyes-widening.

“Wait! Little brother! Oh shit, you were allowed to go!?" she quickly turned, “Sapphire! Blaze! Get you scaly asses out here! Someone important you both have to meet!"

Rona was sitting on a swing, while instead rumbling was heard as a humanoid dragon appeared, he massive, taller then everyone his arms hand, legs and wings were black and grey, his skin was the same, the front seemed lighter grey, he had a dragon like face with black horns at the top, he crosses his arms with amber eyes looking at Melissa, he stood shirtless having hard abs and build like a heavyweight champion he was incredibly intimidating.

“I'm here dragon carer what you need?" a deep voice coming from the big guy, he then noticed Elizabeth, “Oh Grand Caretaker," he spoke surprised bowing, “Am honour to see you again."

“Blaze the ever so gentlemen dragon a pleasure to see you again."

He smiled and nodded, “Sapphire come out here now."

“Yes! Yes! Sorry sorry!" shouted a female voice.

Storming out almost tripping was a blue skin woman that he thought was blue skin was actually blue scales, having long black hair her face was humanoid and much lighter, unlike her father yet keeping with the amber eyes, part of her clawed hands and legs, feet were covered in black scales. Black and blue wings and tail which flexed a little with two black horns on her head similar to Blaze.

“I'm so sorry dragon caretaker, so sorry father," she turned seeing Elizabeth her cheeks turned a darker shade of blue, “G-Grand Caretaker I'm so sorry for my rudeness."

“Saph relax," Blaze said.

“Yeah your head gonna pop if you continue," Melissa jumped in.

The dragoness started at her father who nodded, she quickly calmed down and bowed apologetically again.

“Dragon Keeper who is it you wish us to meet?"

Melissa smiled heading down, “A new farmhand for the ranch, this is Ryan."

The two dragons came closer he was just stunned wordless he didn't know how to reacted, Blaze was a lot taller yet Sapphire was just his high.

“Ryan a pleasure to meet you," He said reached out a hand.

He nervously reaches out grabbed his scaled hand it was tough, he grabbed and shook it.

“Y-Yeah an honour to met you s-sir."

He grinned, “A fellow gentlemen it's truly a please," he motioned to the dragoness she quickly stepped before him, “and this is my daughter Sapphire."

“B-But you can call me Saph," she smiled.

“Right thank it's...Nice to meet you."

“And nice to meet you Saph...Oh I had forgotten today was the day, you the cute little daughter I've heard so much about," Elizabeth smiled softly at the nervous dragon.

Her cheek turned a dark blue again...Was she blushing? She nodded fiddling with her claws, her father just...Laughed?

“Stop looking so embarrassed daughter," her father laughed again rustling her hair which only made her blush more.

“Yeah it don't worry just little old me...And my little brother," Elizabeth said.

They both gave a similar reaction to Polly and Rona, even the big tough dragon was surprised.

“Oh my...This is your little brother? Well, it's an extra honour, Ryan."

“I-it fine really...She just my older sis."

Blaze simply smiled and nodded, Saph just kept silently surprised.

“Now we have instruction let head inside I'll explain what happens, Rona your free to join us."

She stood shaking her head, “no thank you Dragon Keeper there is more work to handle."

“Come on you have to be tired from all that fly, have a quick snack I'll even cook up the little pieces you like if you do," Melissa teased causing the serious Rona to blushes with hungry desires.

“O-Only for a little bit, I pride myself on my work and I dislike mindless dolling around."

“Come now don't go rushing off, you could pull a muscle," Melissa came over rubbing the tender wyvern's shoulder, “it can be quick darling."

Rona sighed and nodded, “i-if only for a little while."

Melissa chuckled quickly ushering everyone in, Lucia nudged Ryan along as well, Blaze nudge Sapphire who seemed extra embarrassed now...What was the deal with him everyone seems to change their tone when discovering the Elizabeth little brother...Was it the Grand Caretaker thing? He needed to ask her later.

Entering a large kitchen non of it was made from wood only marble and other finely cute stones, the home being a little similar to his sister's only difference is apparently the basement is giant! Leading to an underground cave system, where other dragons rest and can relax, in the back room he noted a few eggs in the incubator, larger and colourful.

“I'll put something meaty on the stove, all you peps sit down make yourself compare, I'm eager to talk," Melissa said.

“Yes, not to be rude, but I would like to get this business done as soon as possible...I...haven't seen Ryan in a long time."

Melissa only smile, giving an understanding look seeming to know about the history between the two of them...How long had she been working here?

“Come, Ryan sit here, is this your first day here in Mythical Valley?" Blaze asked pulling out a stone chair.

“Y-Yeah, thank you," he spoke quickly sitting down...Who pulls a chair and plopped his daughter down right next to him....Close.

Her blue cheeks turning darker she seems extremely nervous...Which perfectly matched his own nervousness, Lucia and Elizabeth watch with amusement at the two, Blaze taking a seat next to her and Rona sitting on the other side of Ryan.

The dining room was massive, warm, seeming extremely fancy with all the marble and stonework, in an iron display case at the far end was a collection of sparkling gems, looking like nothing he had ever seen before like a purple diamond, a blue looking ruby, between them were pictures of dragons and Melissa, Melissa with what looks like her family, liking younger with a group of people a old wise woman with grey hair and a mean yet welcoming look in the middle.

“While the dragon caretaker is away I'll fully introduce myself," Blaze said getting his attention.

“I'm the second eldest son of the dragon king rule of the kingdom of Reptiles, Scaleroost, Blaze Nightfire."

Ryan froze...King...Royalty! Then...that means-"

“And I'm princess Sapphire Nightfire, eldest daughter of Blaze Nightfire...N-Nice to meet you."

Both of them blushed nodding to each other a heavy hand coming to Saph's shoulder, “don't be so shy daughter, this is a perfect opportunity to make new friends, he's new, your new it was fated for both of you two to meet like this today."

Saph blushed while Ryan glanced at Elizabeth confused, hoping to get some info out of her...She noticed his stare, happily helping the confused man out.

“Scaleroost is one of the many kingdoms that rose since...the great war, as this world is so big and with it being countless years since the war, new kingdoms rose and fell, Scaleroost being one of the longest and the homeland of many reptile monsters."

“And the bestest kingdom out there...We are a proud, strong people, with dragons being the toughest and supreme of all the reptiles, not all monster and beast are simply monster and animals and so for our valour and intelligence, we can not be tamed by a ranchers...However, we can't become ranchers ourselves," Blaze commented.

“But there are still amazing in their own right, as well as the Beast kingdom, the Aquatic kingdom, and the Aviary kingdom, with others too, this is a fantasy world brother, there is a human kingdom, the best where the grand council members lives, the capital called Mythical Valley City, it's truly an amazing place."

“I must challenge that grand caretaker, with Scalecrown being the best, the capital in our kingdom, the grand scale and size with blow the mind of any creature that comes," Blaze roared excitedly.

Ryan just nodded wondering to the other kingdom.

“I have been there and it is impressive, Blaze is here to assist the Dragon keeper."

“Yes an honour I take to heart, you see I think I will let the dragon caretaker explain for herself but, dragons are primal, powerful creatures, some need a leader to follow and listen while other don't and are proud alpha dragons of their own that need to be clam done when they get...Angry, I'm the one to deal with a threat when they come non can dare challenge me...some do...tho juveniles like to push at the boundaries while other are quite content to lazy around on the surface or in the caves...As for my adorable daughter right here," he said making her squeal suddenly, “she is here to learn about the world outside of Scaleroost and has come here to help her old pops out, you can't hide away forever my child."

She looked around at the attention in a packing covering herself with her wings.

“I-I can't help being shy…One moment I was curious about it and then the next moment I'm being sent to Mythical Valley Ranch to work alongside my father, everything new and a-and it making me nervous."

Blaze rubbed his daughter's head tenderly with a grinned on his head.

“I-I can understand that," Ryan surprisingly jumped in, “one moment your home and the next minute you're being sent to this place you have no idea that even existed...So I guess Blaze is right we both are...n-new to this."

Her wings shifted revealing a cute amber lizard eye looking to him, before nodding unhiding herself, looking down, he glanced to his sister and Lucia give a soft smile he ignored it a little embarrassed.

“Grub up lizards and peps," Melissa finally returning with a massive tray of wonderful smelling meats along with other assortments of things, “I've made extra if you folks are snacks, Cram is safe just...a little scared, so there no rush."

Blaze shot forged grabbing the biggest piece with his claw before setting his jaws upon it tearing the meat devouring it.

“HA ha! Food fit for the dragon lord, thank you again Dragon Keeper, the way you make the meat so tender and nice always astounding me."

Melissa gave the large dragon a proud smirk before removing her cooking gloves and sitting down. Sapphire, Rona, and Lucia took a piece to enjoy.

“It nothing," she said turning to Ryan, “so your the famous little brother I've heard so much about."

“Y-You've heard from me?" he said glancing at his sister who was blushing a little guilt, Lucia grinned patting her shoulder.

“Of course, everyone here has heard about Little Ryan, we're all like family here, and news always travels fast around here, a lot of the caretaker will be eager to meet you and wonder where you will end up."

“End up?"

She froze slowly looking to Elizabeth who shook her head.

“Ah Elizabeth hasn't told you yet as a good sister should," She teased glancing at her, “I might as well tell you, each main area has themselves a 'caretaker' or 'keeper' those who are perfect for that area of expertise, for example, I'm a dragon-ologist, I know the ins and out of almost every type of dragon there is and how to look after them, making myself the dragon caretaker or keeper, I'm responsible for the welfare of my employees and the dragons...You could call me a supervisor of sorts keeping this part of the ranch working like a well-oiled machine, seeing as your going to be a farmhand she's gonna need to find a place to put you...You seem like a good kid, but working here is pretty hands-on and dangerous, you might be more suited for the Farmer's Corner or the Forest Grove, great for beginner farmhands, once you get more experience your free to work here, is he going to try out at the Combat and Alchemist part?" she said turning the action to Elizabeth.

“Yes, I want him to know and have a taste of every part to get a feel for them...Maybe he can be a Freelance farmhand...Someone that works at every part of the ranch and not just one section."

“That would give him a lot of experience and a large variety in what the kid wants...You err...Prepping him to be the next Grand Caretaker?"

The room turned a dead silence all of this focused on her, Ryan quick got nervous, unknown as too why, sure he knew Grand Caretaker was important and only she could choose it but...To get this reaction.

“Maybe...I know how the Grand Council has been hounding me about finding a Mythical Native to crown the next Grand Caretaker...But if he shows potential I will train him to be the next Grand Caretaker...if he wants to be...A lot of uncontrollable events have ruined my brother's life... I want him to choose what he wants in his life, he has every right if he desires."

Ryan glanced away, something his sister would say long ago, she was everything to him and he thought he was everything to her...this had flair up some bad memories.

“Well, I'm not the one to choose, but again once he has some experience send him my way I'll take care of him, you know I well."

Elizabeth smiled, “I know, thanks old friend."

Before she could respond blazed slammed a fist done, scaring half the people on the table.

“I will welcome the man too if he comes, he is young, nervous and shy like hatching but time will tell if he soars like a great dragon, I'm excited to see how this plays out," he cried out laughing.

Confused Saph nudged his arm, “dragon saying...My dad likes to be a bit...Loud."

“I can tell, but you should have heard my sis squeal when I was coming, back on earth," Ryan softly spoke.

The two species laughed softly, coming out her shell, Elizabeth noticed saying nothing smiling a little at her young her brother coming out of his own shell, yet looking to him seeing just how much he's grown she had really missed a lot which she still felt guilt.

Ryan was a little surprised himself how he was taking all these, he was speaking to a literal dragon princess...Another species, he didn't know how he was just handling it, he guesses it was just that mix of excitement and discovery he felt earlier, much like his sister he just felt no prejudice...it strange in his mind no one did here, and Sapphire, he was taking a liking to her she seems nice...and very cute.

“Now enough of the idol chit chat...Cram, what's going on with the sensitive fella?" His sister asked.

With the fading laughter, Melissa laid back sighing, Ryan noticing a piece of meat taking it for him he was hungry.

“Oh the hopeless romantic trying to wooing one of the other dragon ladies, but had accidentally wooed the wrong one and her mate came running scaring the fella, they had gotten together that day and so he had no idea...Cram scared out his mind that the dragon's gonna hunts him down for wooing the wrong girl."

“And which female was this, please done tell me its-"

“Yep, Rose...She causing trouble again."

“Rose?" Ryan asked.

“Rose is a Pink Shimmer beauty dragon, a very rare type, and a very, very stunning pink scaled dragon and she knows it a legendary rank, she has a tendency to show off….a feral creature that kinda slutty...in my option she like stirring up trouble and make all the boys go crazy for her."

“She is a very beautiful dragon...but not as beautiful as my mated, Sapphire's mother, who living back in Scaleroost, this rose thinks herself the best of the best...but we all know the best one here is Valery."

“Valery?"

“Ah possibly one of the most rarest dragons on the ranch, an ultra legendary creature only outranked by the elemental dragons who are mythical rank, she's a golden crown white scale. A median size, beautiful, intelligence yet still feral girl, she's a major help even as much as Blaze, an alpha female to keep some at bay...She does have that royalty feel to her, but has good intentions…As long as she gets her food and shiny trinket...Dragons love shiny things...Remember that Ryan."

"Rank? I've heard that a few times...what does it mean."

"Well brother," his sister stepped in, "many of the monster here have what you call a rarity to them some are common and plentiful while others are not, ranking it just a way to help identify them, it mostly depends on how many, how powerful and how rare the essence they give combing into a rank, dragons are normally an epic or legendary rank with many being mythical...Think elder dragons from that monster hunter you love...You still play that?"

He panicked...He was in a place where monsters are cared for...Not hunted he didn't know how to respond until blaze jumped in.

"Don't look so frightened I have heard of this game...Even played it a little," he gave a wide grin, "a single human or four facing a mighty grand monster it brilliant and challenging...There's no offence to such a game because that what it is...A game."

"Thanks...But yeah I play it, I know what you mean sis."

He nodded, wondering what she meant by...Elemental...sounded spooky yet cool.

“Who's Roses newest stud?" his sister asked.

“A large thin spike named...well Spike, he's more bark than bite, more defensive, he won't cause trouble...It only telling Cram that," Blaze spoke up.

“Yeah...I'm sorry for invading your special day with your brother, but we can't get close to Cram without you," Melissa stated a guilt look on her face...as well as Blaze.

“It's ok at least this lets Ryan see the Dragon Valley, and I get to meet Sapphire.

She jolted blushing a little herself, a deep laughing coming from Blaze rubbing the younger dragon's head.

“It's greatly appreciated that you could come here on your special day too and it has bares fruit with my little Sapphire and your little brother meeting, this might be the start to a beautiful coupling"

Both of them jolted, Ryan almost spitting out the food turning to Sapphire who had turned to him blushing to herself the two unable to even each look at other.

“Blaze! This is not the moment to try and ship your daughter with someone," Melissa grumbled.

“Especially my brother! Who has never seen a dragon until today or knew any of them or this even existed!"

“Both you lady came down on only teasing," He laughed.

Lucia softly laughing alongside them but understanding, at least noticing them shyly looked to each other like children, with Ryan here things were going to be excited...She couldn't wait till the innocent guy goes to the Siren's Lagoon.

“I must bid you all farewell," Rona said with her pack across, “I thank you Melissa for the meal."

“It alright little darling, come back if you need another breast, it not good to push yourself."

Melissa smiles kindly toward the wyvern everyone was outside watching Rona go, now it was time to find Cram and sort this business out, Elizabeth was still a tiny bit annoyed with how this has gone, wishing to spend some time with her little brother, but Lucia kept her calm.

Ryan and Sapphire were still super nervous around each other after Blaze's comment he was really trying to ship them together, it strange a father trying to ship off his daughter, he guesses he sensed a spark between them that he wanted to kindle.

“Do you know where Cram is? Is anyone keeping an eye on him?"

“Val is, she been there the whole time," Melissa said pulling out a strange special looking whistle, “I'll call, one-moment Grand Caretaker."

She brought the whistle to her lips blowing it...No sound came out...strange, was it like a dog whistle? After they rest just stood watching...Waiting towards the sky with Melissa bring him closer he was wary but nodded standing next to the dragon caretaker.

This was it, he was actually going to see a dragon, so many thoughts ran through his little mind, he was excited and terrified at the same time, known for being massive destructive creatures yet also wise and intelligent he rubbed his arms glancing to his sister watching him.

A hand came to his shoulder, “calm down Ryan, there nothing to be scared about, Val maybe a feral girl, but she no wild animal, it going to be ok."

He nodded, “t-thanks."

In the minutes of waiting Ryan noticed a large shadow in the distant wide long and black watching in confusion as it came closer and closer whizzing right past them, the wind picks up watching the giant creature circle them Ryan covered his eye as the air threaten to blow him away...But when he finally removed his arm...He saw possibly the most magnificent creature he had ever seen.

A dragon, a grand massive white and golden dragon was flapping its wings shield them from the sunlight as she made her descent to the ground, dropping the ground shaking slightly, no one seems afraid...Except for Ryan.

Rising up the beast stop on all fours it was big, possibly the size of a large bus, it looked down at the people watching her looking to Melissa.

“Valery our favorite golden crown, hows Cram?"

The dragon was silent, giving a huff, like a dog, but only deeper.

“Ah good, good thanks for keeping an eye on him."

Val nodded turning her attention to Ryan...staring at his god smacked face, letting the guy fully see her form.

She was covered in shining white scale that sparkled in the afternoon light, a long neck with of course a pretty dragon head, unlike blaze which he seems more bulker and tougher Val look more slime, feminine even she had golden frills with two large golden horn that pointed backward, down her spine was more golden spines poking out, her claws were golden too, she seemed to enjoy his stare stretch her golden white wings out shifting them a little, behind her a long tail, with a golden arrow at the end...she was magnificent.

He reacted her wings just standing at him golden eye locked on his face and body looking up and down it, he was slowly getting more and more nervous.

“I see you've noticed the new farmhand," Melissa said patting his shoulder with a chuckle, “This is Ryan...Gone on kid say hi."

He panicked looking to Val then back again, “h-hey."

The dragon looked to him for a few more moments before bowing, this was so freaking cool in his mind. The rest watched them both, Lucia grinning alongside Elizabeth excited watching her brother's interaction, waiting warily to get involved if he got too scared lucky he seems fine.

“And he's the grand caretaker little brother all the way from the other world come to work with us, how exciting."

Val didn't really seem to care coming close sniffing the young nervous man, he wondered a little what she thought of him...She was a freaking dragon after all and she was pretty close even letting him see the individually white scales and small pointed ears on the side, her hot nose poke at his stomach and chest making him back off a little she followed, sending a panicked look to Melissa.

“She just smelling you, dragon have a heightened sense of smell...You can rub her head, just don't go for the eyes."

Glancing back to the curse Valery she gave him a look with her golden reptilian eyes...As if tempting him to touch her, almost daring him too, nervously reaching a hand out to her scaly head gently pressing down rubbing the top as if a dog, she...Lightly purred at his soft touch, instantly relaxing her scales felt tough yet strangely satisfying and calming to stroke.

Rising her head showing off her smooth neck, remember 'how to try your dragon' he reaches under and used both hands rubbing the even smoother white scale underneath, he felt her whole throat vibrating as a strange deep purr emitted from the might massive magnificent beast...it was...Amazing.

“Wow, Ryan...You seem to have the magical touch, she normal quite grumpy with people touching her neck...She only purrs for those she likes," Melissa chuckled nudging him.

Val's head moved to glare at her, she was unfazed by the dragon annoyed look. She huffed turning away to the field...Her long tail brushing gentle across his body...Strange, he glanced confused to Melissa who only grinned...As did Blaze. Lucia and Elizabeth soon came over, Sapphire staying by her father's side.

“So newbie, how was your first dragon experience?" Lucia teased.

“It...Was...Amazing! Like holy shit a massive fucking dragon, I just stoke a fucking dragon!" he jolted excitedly a massive smile on his face.

“Good, it still only the beginnings brother...But that must come later, let sort this out then we can go have and have some dinner."

“This should take to lone, I'll get the golf cart," Melissa teased.

“It not a golf cart! It's our fancy transport system!"

Everyone just stared at her even Val, even if she had no idea what anyone was talking about, Lucia patted her lover's shoulder.

“Just accept it, babe...It's a golf cart."

She pouted, “I just wanted it to sound fancy."

Lucia comforting her as they move to the golf cart, Melissa moving to the side shed getting her own out, Sapphire, Blaze and Val would fly to the location guiding the crew to Cram, Ryan wondered if this happened a lot.

Quickly Lucia and Elizabeth headed for their cart while Ryan sat in Melissa's a sudden gut of wind behind him got his attention looking up see all the dragon in the air staring up at this amazed.

“Come now humans," blazed shouted, “our dragon awaits!"

They did the car was similar to his sister's only coloured a little different being red and black inside of white and gold, quickly setting in they quickly drove off heading into the endless field with the dragon overhead leading the way.

“Hey Melissa, can I ask you something?"

“Sure, what's on your mind darling?"

“So with this being called the Dragon valley where are the...dragons? And how did you get them? What do you get out of looking after them?"

“Ah most of the dragons are in the barn getting their check-ups we do it once a month, the barn is bigger on the inside than out like a mini-dungeon, and the dragons...Well, some are imported from Scaleroost, some we gather and tame from dungeons...Don't think much on that you'll sister will probably explain, and finally resources and essence, each dragon gives is own unique type of essence that can be made into a specific thing, the Alchemists part of the ranch use that essence...again your sis will explain it."

“Ah, I see...thanks."

Driving across the gentle grassy fields of Dragon valley, the group soon turned into the woods, the massive high trees blocking at the late afternoon sun, slowly turning very, very creepy on the way, in the woods and the field was large hills with cave entrances to them...He did hear mention of underground, so was this how they got there? Maybe.

“Over here humans, we are coming closer!" Blaze shouted from the skies.

Stopping to what looked like a dead-end in the forest, they quickly parked, stepping out the vehicles, coming from the trees, Valery, Blaze, and Sapphire.

“He should be near one of the entrance cave to the underground, hiding in the bushes, keep your eye pleaded," blaze spoke warily.

They nodded With Melissa moving to accompany Elizabeth who leads the group Lucia came to Ryan standing by to ensure he didn't get too stressed...With Valery behind him, her massive figure casting a shadow on the man, he could feel her breath on the back of his neck.

The werewolf glared at the beast, for getting to close for comfort towards Ryan, but the dragon ignored it enjoy the smell of the strange human, completely, almost ignoring everything else around her.

The group moved deeper soon coming to a halt Melissa and Elizabeth hunching close together, their quiet voices barely being heard.

“He's over there," Melissa whisper pointing a finger, “can you see him?"

“Yeah...Poor Cram, you step back I'll handle this."

Confused he Elizabeth stepped closer two blood-red eyes appeared in the dark brush, he panicked yet a firm hand from Lucia kept him still a finger on her lips, he shivers, then Val head came and rest on his right shoulder, he glances to the dragon their eyes meeting for a moment before she looked forward, focused, serious.

His sister wasn't scared reaching her hand out to the beast hiding away, “Hey Cram, it's me...You know me," she spoke gently like a mother to a scared child.

A loud growl rubbed out vibrating the forest, was terrifying, at the en her heard a whimper, she was unfazed er hand beginning to glow white, her mark shinning gentle lighting the area.

That was when he saw more of the beast, it was smaller than Val but bigger than him looking more like a dinosaur with black and red scale, walking on all fours, his eye was black with a large black horn pointing forward, black and red wings shifting on it back, he looked terrified, so many experiences of the creature face, it's strange.

“There my big horned boy...You having a bad day?"

He slowly crawled out on all fours his head looking like a smooth shovel, the creature grumbled, yet whimpered again coming closer, touching the tip of the horn making down to his head gently getting on her knees comforting the creature, he nuzzled her a deep purring rumbling from the beast throat.

“I heard you try wooing Rose...You know what she's likes."

He grumbled again laying down, not even noticing the rest watching.

“Don't worry, the big boy not going to hurt you, you think I let that happen?"

He looked to her...Before shaking his head.

“There we go...it not good to run and hide from your problems ram….even running from the dragon caretaker and dragon alpha...you know they won't hurt you, they want to help."

Cram whimpered, a soft growl coming from him looking from her now noticing the group he stiffened at them watching, yet being close to the grand caretaker, the mark still shinning he felt completely and utterly calm and safe.

“Don't worry they aren't mad, just worried for you like I am...Its time to go home Cram, to your cozy little den."

He looked wary, hesitant booking to her...she couldn't say no, crawling more and more out Elizabeth stayed by his side, she looked to Val...Her head on her little brother's shoulder.

“Val...might if I ride on your back? Until we get back to the barn?"

She huffed rising up looking to her...nodding.

“Thank you, come on Cram let go home."

He nodded following the both Val following too leaving the rest of them, Ryan just looked confused.

“So...that mark."

“Yep, amazing isn't it," Lucia said next to him.

“We will give them a few moments before following, crimson black horn specie like him give extremely rare resources the only problem that they are extremely skittish and fearful...it why only a grand caretaker can care for them," Melissa mentioned.

Huh, seeing her work in person really is something, he wouldn't have been terrified, hell he was terrified, she been here for 10 years...Of course, she is a master at all this...at ever moment he saw less and less of the sister he knew and more of...well what she was now, a grand caretaker.

“Hey Ryan," suddenly came Melissa's voice, shaking him from his mood.

She gave a soft smile, “come on, I wanna show you something really cool...Lucia mind if I take away your little nephew for a few minutes."

She chuckled, “you ask that after? But sure just don't feed him to any dragons."

Everyone but Sapphire started laugh, her looking more concerned.

“I'm only joking, we don't allow man-eating dragons...or any man-eating creature into this ranch, but don't worry we'll meet back up at the house."

“You sure?" he asked that familiar fear returning, watching his sister leaving them...Just...Like-

“Yes, don't worry little man, your sister will wait for you."

with a silent sigh of relief he followed Melissa back to the golf carts, she quickly got it started leaving the forest, both were silent, it strange in his head he should be happy, relaxed he saw a dragon, even touched a dragon...Why isn't he happy he was in a freaking fantasy world, confusing yet amazing.

Looking to the distance he saw a Val, Elizabeth on her back with Cram flying behind, fear poked at his heart watching her getting further and further like in the endless nightmares he had.

“Hey, we're here Ryan."

Shaking his head he looked forward seeing a long metal fence railing, the railing was massive long stretching on the edge of the field, as they came closer he realized there was a drop, a cliff. The cart slowly came to a stop, Melissa leaving and walking offering him to come along, sitting down at an old yet sturdy wooden bench sat so strangely there for convenience.

Melissa quickly took the seat Ryan sitting next to her, looking to her she was silent simply looking out over the cliff...He was about to say something before something amazing caught his eye...The view...the scenery...He froze...Just seeing possibly the most beautiful thing he ever has seen.

The sun was setting just over the endless horizon, down the cliff was a valley, with two cliffs opposing each other the forest filled valley between them because the most different thing about them was on the right it was frozen a massive icy cave was formed making right into the cliff itself, the whole area frozen, but to the right was...Like a mini active volcanic, lava pouring out and red hot rock steam falling down, it looked like complete contradictions, down below was a grand forest with a large hill sat on the edge, at the far end forward was a great massive tree, like a tree of life, in the distance he saw the ocean with what looked like a ruined temple poking out the water, to the far right corner noticing thunderstorms around a flowing island where an abandoned giant castle tower sat.

In all his dreams...He never saw anything like it, nothing no one could ever imagine, it looked only possible in a fantasy world.

“This is one of my favorite spots," Melissa finally broke the silence, “this is where the elemental dragons live," she leaned closer point over to the ice, “Iris, the frozen queen, a mythical dragon made that place her come, her ice is known to never melt, true permafrost," she pointed to the right where the mini volcanic sat, “Flare, the volcanic dragon of endless fire, he's a fired creature that can melt anything legends says his fire breath is hotter than the source of the sun...the fire crystal there are mythical status," she finally pointed down toward a massive tree, “Bloom, the nature dragon and her tree of life, she lives inside that very tree that grows the rarest of flowers and herb which are said to create healing items that can curse any ailments, a peaceful yet fierce maiden in my option, a true master of nature that controls the plants, vines, and nature itself...These are only 3 of the 6 mythical elemental dragons we have here all together living in peace, opposite learning to co-exist."

“Wow...that...Err amazing, is that what you wanted to some me?"

“Yes...But also something else," she said finally turning to him, “I may be a dragon whisper...but I'm pretty good at reading humans...so we are all alone, so what on your mind you can ask Auntie Melissa."

“Auntie?"

“Lucia got the idea in my head, hearing so much about you, actually meeting you in person, you was always this mythical person to us."

“How? I thought my sister could never come back?"

“Ah, she may not be able to return however she was allowed to peek into her old world...She kept an eye on you and the family, this is a magical place, after all, it is possible, she's always been there for you just hidden away...And like any big sister, she couldn't help tell us all about you...You was her rock, her reason for being the person she is today, knowing you looked up to her…It almost broke her when she left...She loves you with all her heart."

“But...She still left us...left us all."

“And there it is Ryan...That lingering pain in your heart, you can talk if you want, there is no rush, if you want to just relax here and enjoy the view then we can, I don't think your sis will mind waiting a few minutes...You've waited ten years for her anyway."

He froze just relaxing there looking out over the view, Melissa was a nice person, he was sure of it, so was Blaze and Sapphire and even Lucia, Maria being cute yet he barely knew her or any of them yet all of them were so nice to him, why, he just didn't get it, there question he needed to know, one he wanted to know.

“How long have you known my sister...How long has she been grand caretaker?"

“Well darling, I've known her ever since she came here, scare like a child, much like you, I wasn't the dragon caretaker at the time, just an apprentice, I remember the first day she came here, Lucia alongside her looking like a feral dog...Well she a werewolf so not a completely wrong," she chuckled softly to herself, "but she was nice, once we were talking she spoke about being trained to be the next grand caretaker we were all shocked she didn't even know why or what the last caretaker saw in her, many had come for that honour all special countless had shown off their skills, worth, values everything to that picky grumpy yet lovable woman, yet she refused them all picking your sis over them, we all were wary on if she could do it...But in only 4 years she was trained and ready the last grand taker taking a well-earned retirement, you sis has been Grand Caretaker for 6 years now and has made a mighty fine job of it, it was rough the first few years, but she found her style, her groove, no one believed in her until now especially the council, all but one has truly accepted her as the Grand Caretaker however now with the council breathing down her neck wishing for her to find an apprentice to train for years on, it will be nice to have her little bro her for support, having her rock and reason back, also a remindered the other caretakers are eager to meet you too by the way hearing just as much about you as I have and they have known her since she came too...We are like a big family here so we know more than anyone the pain she's been through...It ruined her coming her...leaving it all behind."

“But...It ruined all of us when she left us behind...To think...Our parent died, never known what happened to her if she was alive or dead, it almost too cruel to think about!" he almost shouted getting up from the bench, pacing back a forth, “It so...Annoying, infuriating, after ten years, after so much that happened how much time passed in just one day she expects everything to be fine and normal like ten years ago," he shouts turning around again, “yet I can't hate her! I have dreamed of the day she returns, dreamed of her silly smile looking down at me again and another thing she risked so much to come back and take me away and save me... I had nothing back home, nothing, I might as well be dead…I know she been in pain too being without us yet again she left us...my mind and heart are in a fucking vortex of conflicting emotions... I want to be happy she's back in my life...But I can't help but want to be angry for all the pain she put me, our parent all her friend through...she already said sorry and I have forgiven her...Though not fully... Mrnobody213 here and I hope you enjoyed the first chapter of a new series.

This series was originally going to be a dragon rancher series, heavily inspired by Ausfer's 'Dragon Ranch' stories, go check it out, it a great read. Anyway as I was thinking of a story I slowly realized why don't I make it about a mythical creature ranch, with people looking after mythical creatures...then It just exploded in my mind.

Fun fact, the first even story idea I ever came up with, is set in this universe, (ill probably write about it later on) coming up with this idea from a game I've kinda always wanted, but know I'll probably never get, combing two of my favorite games, Stardew Valley, and Pokemon...with a hint of cloud meadow (being that game is very close to what I've always wanted, I can't wait till it's fully done) the game would of been split into two, farming and taking care of monster and the other taming and fighting alongside monsters to get stronger monster or help them evolve and stuff while going and grabbing loot too all while esploring, Mythical Valley is based around that very idea, I thought it would be a fun game...but then changed it into a story universe.

So big thing really again as I said at the start this is mostly a monster girl, mythical creature / magical beast feral erotic story with some furry stuff and weird stuff too, later on...so seeing as this is a mostly furry site I was wondering something.

Should I continue this series? Or should I just post it on the other site I use to write?

(either way later one if I do continue to post here this series will most likely still go to other...i have two other writing sites that I post stories on, which are different than here different stories for different sites, I wanted to develop the account more before I recommend people to check it out...also I have no idea if I can even post site link on this site)

Anyway write in the comment if you want to see more and if it's fine being mostly about monster girls and other stuff...anyway nothing more really I hope again you enjoyed it...By the way… at the time of writing this, I have one more new series coming out...just to info you...it's, I think a lot more suited for this site.
