Mark and Alexandre, who had recently seen Ms. Raven Hunt's trial in-person, looked with conflicting feelings at her mugshot currently on the screen of the old television. "Alex, why did you have her arrested," Mark asked his legal guardian. Alexandre growled angrily at the sight. "She took advantage of your curiosity, Mark! I have taught you that premarital sex is wrong," he yelled. Mark understood his father figure's perspective; his only son's innocence was gone. "I'm sorry she took advantage of me," he said. Alexandre could see Mark's facial expression becoming much sadder. "I don't want to go to Hell," he wept. Alexandre hugged him, understanding the fear of damnation that has troubled Mark. "You are lucky that He is forgiving," Alexandre preached. Mark still cried at Alexandre's chest, whose fur helped dry his tears. "But I consented to Miss Raven Hunt," he said. Alexandre grew pale as he heard Mark say that. "Mark, why would you consent to sodomy," he snarled. Mark finally felt worse about a situation like this.
"I promise to be abstinent from now on, until I would be approximately 18," he said. Alexandre's facial expression changed at Mark's vow to him. "You actually mean that," he asked. Mark nodded, assuring Alexandre that he meant those words. "Yes. I want to make things right," he said. Alexandre smiled and felt Mark's mood calm down. "I want to save you from Hell," he said. Mark sighed when he saw Alexandre's much happier smile. "Thank you. I feel fortunate that you've helped with Christianity in my life," he said.
