As Sebastian gripped the wet rock firmly and hauled himself up, there was no doubt in his mind that he would die. The storm thundered down around him, pelting his body with stinging rain as endless claps of thunder assaulted his ears. It took every ounce of his will to drag his body out of the ocean and onto the freezing cold rock of the island, shivering as his flesh touched the stone through the gashes in his clothing.

His misfortune had begun the moment he'd entered the dangerous waters of the Whirlpool Islands, and had not improved from there. Desperate to take a shortcut on his journey, the inexperienced fisherman had failed to realise his mistake before the currents had stolen control of his boat away from him. Dragged into the icy waters, he had entirely expected to be taken to the ocean floor by the aggressive storm.

Yet, as he sprawled out on the rocky Island and gasped for breath, he marvelled at the fact he was still alive. Disastrously cold, but still breathing, for the time being. Hypothermia would no doubt be his worst enemy. Wracked with soreness from being battered by the waves, the young man rolled onto his stomach and pulled himself up to his feet with a grunt of effort, lifting his gaze to inspect his surroundings.

As he scanned the horizon, Sebastian could make out little more than an endless expanse of large rocks and water, leading up to a somewhat sizeable stone mountain. He'd heard a lot about the islands before, and as he flexed his fingers to prevent them from freezing stiff he tried to remember his basic survival training.

With one arm across his brow to try and prevent the whipping winds from ramming rain until his eyes, he set off towards the larger rocks, hoping to find shelter from the storm of any kind so he could make a plan of action. With each step he took a little more dread set in; fear of not having any solutions to escape the clutches of an island fabled for being mysterious and inescapable. As he pushed through the violent winds as he could think about was the lack of food, and the lack of anything on him but tattered clothing.

As he reached the large, mountain-like boulders, he was at least relieved to see a sizeable cave entrance. It was poorly defined but certainly looked like the best option, picking up his pace to jog on over and tuck himself in behind one of the large boulders. The sheer effect of having the massive boulder block the pelting rain was enough to bring about a sigh of relief, but there was very little he could do but huddle up and rub his arms and legs rapidly to try and get some warmth back into them.

With a moment's reprieve he took stock of the situation, continuing to try and warm himself up as he pondered his surroundings. He was definitely on the Whirlpool Islands, and from all accounts, nobody had ever made it back. That alone was enough to leave him almost certain of his fate, and the biting weather and complete lack of vegetation doubled down his fears.

“Fuck," he grumbled to himself, standing up a little to see over his shelter-boulder. It was difficult to see much further into the distance with the constant haze the intense storm was throwing up, but he could not see anything beyond more rocks and endless ocean. The situation looked bleak.

As he looked back towards the small mountain he'd taken shelter under it dawned on him that his hiding spot from the weather was merely the entrance to a somewhat sizeable cave, stretching deeper into that immense rocky mass. Getting back to his feet he climbed over a few large rocks and found himself standing at the mouth of a large cavern, with the harshly-shaped formations giving way to a nearly smooth, expansive stone slab that stretched deeper into the blackness.

Taking a few steps forward, the first thing Sebastian noticed was the change in temperature. Compared to the harsh, chilling winds, the cave was positively warm as he ventured deeper, although he continued rub his soaking wet arms to try and dry the up. Before taking another few steps he paused; warmth in a place like that was not natural, and that likely meant this cave was home to some kind of wild Pokemon. Unequipped for battle of any kind, the young fisherman instead took caution as he quietly continued to feel his way along the walls with the darkness became impenetrable.

Despite the increasing warmth, he saw nothing but black as he carefully navigated the cave. Not wanting to fall into anything he tested each step with caution, ensuring no poor footing would result in a deadly accident. Yet, the smooth stone continued as he shuffled along, leaving him to briefly wonder how such perfect stone could extend for so long.

“Another lost human?" came a deep, rumbling voice, echoing through the cave so powerfully that it was difficult to determine the direction it had originated from. Sebastian jumped in fright, having not expected another person to be in the cave with him, especially not out here. Was it someone like him, a washed up sailor or fisherman unable to escape the island? Yet it seemed unlikely; what was there to survive on?

“Who's there?" he called out, trying to sound confident against the voice that had boomed so powerfully through the cavern. A moment of silence passed, leaving only the wind and rain outside to provide a backdrop to his words, before that immense voice spoke once more.

“They have had many names for me... throughout the millennia," replied the voice once more, “but most currently, they call me Lugia." Sebastian paled, taking an almost instinctive step back. Everyone had heard the rumours, that a huge Legendary dragon Pokemon by the name of Lugia lived in the Whirlpool Islands. There had never been any proof, of course; such tales were for scaring children from the water, nothing more. Yet...

“I don't believe you. Show yourself!" Sebastian clenched his fists, looking ahead as if expecting to see something in the darkness. To his great surprise a light did appear, a small blue glow that rose up to the ceiling of the cave and illuminated the cavern with a somewhat mystical quality to it. Yet, the young human did not have time to think much about how the light had been created when it was illuminating its creator in all its monstrous glory.

The beast was huge; easily over triple his height and many times wider, the pure white body and blue underbelly cast in a silvery sheen by the nearby light. Two deep red eyes stared down at him from that intense visage, and the fisherman immediately felt weak at the knees.

“L... Lugia..." he stammered, utterly shocked that the stories were true all along and the Legendary Pokemon was there in the flesh right before his eyes. He was pressed up against the wall, frozen in place, while trying to think of what he could possibly say in such a situation.

“I... I'm sorry to have... I didn't mean to enter your... you're home," he managed to nervously apologise, unable to look away from those powerful eyes."

“It is quite alright," the dragon reassured him, fanning out those huge wings idly, “you are not the first, and will not be the last." Sebastian feel silent for a moment, trying to get his thoughts into a cohesive whole.

“You can talk?" he finally managed, getting a little more confidence with each passing second.

“Quite so," Lugia informed him with a light nod, “I have met many a man over the years, and learned to converse in your tongue." For the first time Sebastian felt a ray of hope: learning, speaking, sentience... these were things he could work with. He could be saved!

“I... It's nice to meet you then, Lugia... Sir," he replied, unsure how to address such a fabled Pokemon, “I had no idea what I would do before meeting you. I thought I would freeze out there, or starve in here." The large dragon chuckled, causing a rumble in the cave walls.

“Indeed," Lugia agreed, letting his head lower a little to better inspect the human visitor, “that would have been a waste. You are a fine specimen of a human, young and healthy. I will benefit greatly from the nutrition you provide." A moment passed before Sebastian managed to mentally process what the huge male had said.

“C... Come again?" he replied, and the Lugia leaned in a little closer.

“Nutrition. When I eat you, that's what you'll become. It's been a long time since I went to the mainland, but surely the concepts of eating food and turning it into energy have not been lost to humans?" Sebastian simply stared, confused and shocked.

“No... I mean... like... you can't eat me," the man explained, shaking his head, “that's not... right."

“What did you think would happen?" Lugia inquired, tilting his huge head, “if you go back out there, you'll freeze to death or drown. I have not the desire to look after you, so I will eat you. Does it not make sense?

“I... I don't want to be eaten," Sebastian retorted, “who in their right mind would agree to that?" The Lugia paused for a moment, his imposing gaze lingering upon the man with interest.

“I can never quite understand you humans sometimes," the Legendary beast rumbled in reply, “you would rather stubbornly refuse me a meal and freeze to death in the storm, benefiting no one?" Sebastian let out an exasperated sigh, shaking his head.

“There is a third option, you could rescue me and fly me back to the mainland," he explained haughtily, “why must I pick between two deaths when you could easily escort me home and away from this prison of an island?" The dragon remained silent for a moment, letting the man's words echo through the cave before giving him his blunt explanation.

“Because..." Lugia replied as he leaned his large white head closer to the uncooperative man, “I am a Legendary Pokemon, and you are a mere human. There is one of me, and twenty eight thousand, two hundred and ninety six humans that have passed between these jaws in the four thousand and seventy nine years that I have been alive."

Sebastian paled as those dark eyes bore down on him, the sheer weight of that number making him feel weak at the knees. He'd been foolish to assume the dragon was open to rescue when realistically, the choice had been made for him at the start.

“I... I'm going to be food then," he muttered, and the great beast nodded in reply.

“The Whirlpool Islands are my hunting grounds," Lugia explained, “designed to provide me with a steady supply of washed up sailors, trainers and others who dare to venture to close. You were food the moment you stepped foot on my island. Humans are my natural prey. You were born to feed me, and thus, I shall not be returning you home."

Clutching the rock behind him for support, the stunned human had no idea how to react. There wasn't anywhere to run, or anyone to call for. Those deep red eyes that gazed over him were hungry for him, a fact he hadn't considered a few minutes prior. He felt pinned in place, trapped by that intense stare as the weight of those words bore down on him.

“You... you counted them all?" he muttered in disbelief, the first response he could think of as his heart raced.

“It is not so difficult to remember one number," Lugia explained, as calmly as if he hadn't just told the man he planned to make lunch of him, “most were unwilling, some saw things my way. All of them became a part of me. Every now and then I let one go, to keep the rumours alive, to keep eager trainers seeking me out. It is how I hunt; my legend is my lure. Accidental guests like yourself... merely happy bonuses." He chuckled, sitting back as that huge blue underbelly filled Sebastian's vision.

Seating himself down on the cool stone floor, the fisherman lay back against the wall and exhaled, trying to keep his composure. How on earth was he supposed to react? Terrifying as the concept was, he simply had no alternative. Never before had he felt his own mortality like he did in that very moment, and it was an excessively uncomfortable sense of self.

“Is there... absolutely nothing I can offer you to convince you to let me go?" he asked in desperation, and that massive head shook from side to side.

“Have you ever allowed a meal to dissuade you from consuming it before, human?" came the immediate, blunt reply.

“My food isn't sentient," Seb replied snippily.

“Should that be a deciding factor if my biological design is to eat humans?" Lugia responded in turn. “I eat little else. One human every few months is enough to sustain me. Would you deny me my rightful source of food? Sebastian paused; it was shockingly difficult to deny the logic, much as it did not benefit him in any way.

“But..."

“You would ask for an exception then?" Lugia cut in with a smirk on his features, “like most of the rest of your kind... begging to be the special one, the one I'll have mercy on over all others. If I accepted such requests I would have starved long ago. No, little one, you are to be food. Your kind does not condemn a wild Charizard from feasting upon a Lucario, as that is part of its natural diet. Why, when hunted the same way, do humans insist on denying the fact that they are meat?"

Sebastian lowered his head a little, exhaling as he gained some control over his thoughts and fears, at least temporarily. The dragon spoke a terrifying logic, yet he could not find fault in it no matter how much he hated the concept at its core. He'd never known any Pokemon to make humans it's ordinary source of nutrition, yet he'd also never met a Legendary in the flesh before, either. So many had come before him... so many had entered that beast and never returned, and he could warn nobody as he was destined to meet the same fate.

“I... gods above... I don't... I don't really have a choice then... Shit. You're really going to eat me." He looked up to see Lugia take another booming step forward, looking down with shocking authority as he loomed over his prey.

“Yes," the dragon replied, “and as I am quite hungry now, I would like to commence. Are you planning on being cooperative, little one? If not, I may accidentally injure you in my mouth, and I would prefer to leave you unharmed until you reach my stomach." That gave the man pause, unsure if he'd heard correctly.

“N... no... what do you mean?" he muttered in reply, unsure exactly what he wanted to say considering the absurdity of discussing his own consumption with a Legendary Pokemon. From the moment his boat had been dragged into the ferocious currents of the Islands, everything had been entirely absurd already.

Lugia's huge tail slid casually around behind him, blocking off the exit to the cave with that thick white appendage. Even if he wanted to run now, there was a significant obstacle in the way.

“My teeth," Lugia explained with a slight huff, “I don't want to puncture your flesh in my mouth." Sebastian shook his head and pointed to that blue underbelly.

“No, I mean leaving me unharmed until I... until I'm in your stomach," the man clarified, voice wavering a little as he realised he may not want to know the answer. Lugia realised his mistake, and gently lowered his head until it was a few feet away from the human's own concerned features. Fixing him with those deep red eyes, the ancient beast rumbled impressively as he exhaled a warm puff of air over his meal's cold body.

“I prefer to swallow my meals whole and alive," the dragon explained in a low voice, bassy and menacing at such close range. “My digestive process is quite slow, and entertainment is scarce on this island. While I could quite easily crush you with my jaws and gulp your lifeless carcass down to be processed, it brings me infinitely more joy to feel each human experiencing their digestion consciously. That is why I would rather not bring you harm prematurely, little one."

Sebastian paled, falling back against that thick tail as he started at the dragon in shock. There was no denying the words that had just come from that sizeable maw, but he was having a hard time coming to grips with their content.

“You... you can't be serious..." he muttered in disbelief, looking about and seeing no way out past that obstructive tail. The situation was so much worse than he thought. The fear he felt surging through his body was growing worse with every passing moment, yet there was no option for fight or flight. He was smart enough to know he had no options.

“Please... please, I cooperate, just... have mercy on me, I beg you. I don't want to digest, especially not... not alive." He dropped to his knees, pleading now, lowering his head submissively. Lugia gazed down at his prey with amusement, and shook his head slowly.

“Once again," the ancient Legendary rumbled in response, “nothing about you makes you any different to any of my other meals. You are not the first to face my digestive system alive, and you will certainly not be the last. Preserve your dignity for now and do not beg further; there will be plenty of time for that once you have been ingested." The Lugia was evidently smirking as that huge head once again loomed above, those commanding eyes looking nearly straight down at their meal. Sebastian sank back against that soft tail, unable to think of any strong words to defend himself when he was so incredibly outmatched.

“Is there... truly nothing I can do?" Sebastian tried one last time. Drawing himself up to his full, impressive height, the Legendary Pokemon shook his head. Slumping on that tail, the human was lost. He couldn't run, had no chance in a fight, and he was hundreds of miles from anything, trapped on an island with a beast designed to use him as a source of food.

“You can remove the last of your clothing," the beast replied calmly, “that part doesn't taste so wonderful." Sebastian had half a mind to disobey, but as that huge dragon gazed down at him he knew if he did not obey he would be forced regardless. Removing his tattered shirt and pants, he presented himself to his predator naked and exposed. The heat radiating from that sizeable dragon body kept the chill off his skin, but with what awaited him he did not feel any more pleased about it.

“Wonderful," Lugia rumbled, “you look delicious, little one. Shall we get right to it, or would you prefer to know how your evening will go before I devour you?" Sebastian hesitated, gripped by fear as he realised he didn't want to know, yet also wanted to stall for time as much as possible.

“T... tell me," he replied and Lugia smirked. Using his tail he slid the human forward, bringing him closer to that huge blue belly and immense white frame of the Legendary beast.

“If it makes you feel any better," the confident dragon rumbled, “you're one of many thousands of humans that have helped contribute to my body. Nothing you will experience today is new to me. It is simply your turn." He licked his huge lips with the top of a thick red tongue, leaving them glistening in the shimmering light.

“Firstly, young human, I will taste you. Upon my tongue I will savour you, coat you in my saliva and ensure that you are nice and slick for the coming journey. As a psychic type Pokemon I will still be able to speak to you in your mind, even when my mouth is full. There is nothing to worry about at this stage; I will blanket you in my tongue and ensure you do not fall afoul of my teeth." Sebastian listened quietly, the words drawing images in his mind as he couldn't help but picture the coming events.

“Then I'll tilt my head back and swallow you," the dragon continued, “even with the size of my neck you may find it alarmingly tight, but it shouldn't result in any broken bones. That should only take a minute to squeeze your body through and into my stomach." Lugia lay a huge wing across that rounded gut, rubbing it in slow circles before his prey's eyes.

“You might think my stomach would be huge, given how much larger I am than yourself, but you'll likely need to curl up when you slide inside. That's when you'll really start to feel like meat, once you take that first breath and smell what it's like to be in the guts of a dragon. That's when most humans will really panic, but as you would expect, they do not have many options for escape. Struggling against a stomach is exhausting, and you'll likely give up after five minutes or so, depending on how fit you are." He brought his head closer, keeping those ruby red eyes locked on the morsel as he described his fate.

“It won't be much at first," Lugia explained, “it normally takes an hour for my belly to get warmed up for digestion. Of course, you'll be sitting in my stomach the whole time, with my digestive enzymes rubbing over your bare flesh, but they will do little more than soften you up for when my belly is really to process you into more of me." The large male Pokemon smirked widely, letting his voice drop to a deeper rumble.

“That's when things will get even worse for you, little one. Everything will be getting just that little bit tighter, that little bit rougher as my gut comprehends that you're nutritious, healthy meat to be broken down. You'll start to feel your bones groaning with the strain of being compressed by hundreds of kilograms of Lugia, and your skin will have started to melt from the enzymes. That's usually when I feel a fresh round of struggling, but there's nothing my prey can do." He lowered his head even closer to the trembling man, exhaling a warm cloud of steaming dragon breath over him and watching him gasp as he inhaled the meaty, predatory stench up close.

“Then the real digestion begins," the dragon smirked, licking those lips once more, “when my stomach is grinding you down bit by bit, and your extremities are sizzling away in my acidic guts. This is normally when I can hear the screaming, when bones start to give way and raw nerves are seared by my stomach juices. You might think that that was when it would all be over, but it normally takes over three hours of live digestion before I feel the life force of my meals vanish through my psychic powers. You'll experience it all, little one, hours of brutal submission as I torture you in the depths of my body and extract everything from you; not just your nutrients, but your very soul.

What little colour had been present in the fisherman's face had vanished as the Lugia's imposing eyes glared deep into his own and a thick strand of drool oozed onto the floor from the salivating dragon. It was so much worse then he'd thought, and yet nothing he could do would prevent it. The pure inevitability of what was to come was a difficult thought to deal with as he clutched that tail for support.

“If you're going to try and run, now would be a good time," the immense Pokemon teased. Sebastian looked around, but he was entirely surrounded by the predatory male's huge body and lengthy tail.

“There's... nowhere to go," he replied.

“Then shall we get to consuming you, little one?" Lugia rumbled, rubbing his own belly with a wing, “or would you like to take a little longer to admire my body? After all, I am what you will become, and many like to appreciate that their bodies will help fuel." Sebastian's eyes roamed that gigantic beasts' frame; that monstrous gut, huge wings and thick tail. Lugia was impressive in every way, and every bit the terrifying predator that the children's tales had conveyed. Was that what he was to become? Was there really no options, no alternatives? Never before had he felt so powerless.

His choice was made for him as that huge maw descended, this time with much more predatory intent. There was nowhere to back-up as he pressed back against that tail as Lugia finally stretched that maw open wide to reveal the gateway to his future.

The light in the cave illuminated that deep maw, revealing a world of rich pink walls and a thick, flexible tongue coated in rich, syrup-like saliva. The dragon's gooey strands of drool webbed from the roof of that mouth to the surface of that sizeable tongue, eager to slather a morsel in slimy lubrication to ease their passage into that throat.

As the Lugia kept his mouth on display, the fisherman's eyes were drawn along the curve of those fleshy pink walls down to the back of that cavernous gullet. He could see the space tighten into a thick tube-like shape, with a visibly flexing ring of flesh guarding the entrance. Seeing the dragon's throat made his heart skip a beat in fear; the start of a one way trip down to where he would be digested whole and alive by the cruel beast.

With his back to that glossy white tail he was forced to gaze into the maw, inhaling lungfuls of warm dragon breath as it rolled across his naked body. It was a potent and uncomfortable smell, and he shivered and wrinkled his nose as he thought about the predator's meaty breath. Then, that huge set of jaws closed right in front of his face, leaving him pinned once more under that intense gaze from those rich red eyes.

“So, little one, are you ready to be food?" Lugia asked, as casually as if he was asking whether he wanted take-out.

“N... no," Sebastian replied, digging his fingertips into that fleshy tail, “I don't want to be eaten. I don't want to... to digest."

“That's not your choice, little one," the Legendary chuckled, “I hardly imagine you've given your meals one."

“That's... entirely different," the human shot back, “you're just a monster making excuses for his sadistic... habits." Lugia's eyes narrowed, and his chuckle turned into a smirk.

“You're just a meal trying to make excuses like all the others," the dragon responded in a menacing tone, licking his lips slowly, “as all the others did. I will endure beyond time, and you you face my stomach and learn your place." The huge white wing was curling around the man's body before he could even react, lifted up until the air as the Lugia returned to his full height. The Pokemon could feel the man squirming and kicking but in his indomitable grip it was nothing that posed any challenge.

Bringing Sebastian up in front of his maw he made firm eye contact, exhaling that warm, meaty breath over his morsel.

“I want to hear you say it yourself, human," Lugia rumbled with amusement. “say you want me to eat you. I'd like to hear it before I swallow you."

“Are you insane?" the trapped man retorted, “like hell... let me go... s... shit..." He grunted as that wing squeezed him extra tight, pushing the breath from his lungs. He'd never been handled this roughly by anything in his life, and even with both feet and arms pushing, he could do nothing to relieve the pressure until Lugia relaxed.

“Suit yourself," Lugia rumbled, and tossed the man up into the air. Sebastian yelled out as he suddenly found himself airborne, but when he looked down time seemed to stand still as he watched those huge jaws open up underneath him. Despite being in the air for only a few brief seconds, seeing that thick tongue flop free and blanket those dangerous teeth was a sight that he wouldn't forget for the rest of his seemingly short life. As he reached the top of his arc, he watched as those hungry eyes tracked him, judging where he would land. If the situation hadn't been so dire he would have considered that felt like he was a piece of popcorn.

Yet as gravity condemned him, he fell back towards that gaping maw and with a dull, wet thump landed on that eager oral appendage. He bounced lightly on that damp, spongy surface, and before he could let loose the scream of fear he'd been holding back, those huge jaws snapped closed and encased him in pitch blackness.

Eager to taste his meal, the Lugia wasted no time in pressing Sebastian to the roof of his maw while dragging that huge tongue over his back in an immense slurp. The human simply couldn't comprehend what was happening as he was shoved all over the inside of the dragon's sizeable mouth by that ungodly strong tongue. His body was immediately caked in thick, clingy saliva which matted down his hair and made everything he touched shockingly slippery.

As that tongue relented and allowed him to draw breath, he regretted it immediately. There was nothing pleasant about the oppressive stench of a Pokemon predator's breath, and he gagged briefly before being sloppily shovelled around the inside of that sealed maw repeatedly by the unforgiving tongue.

Anytime he tried to grab something it simply slipped out of his grasp, and anytime he tried to gain his balance that huge tongue simply shifted and sent him sprawling. The moment to moment fight against that huge organ was enough to distract the unfortunate human from the greater dangers that awaited him deeper in the dragon's body.

After what felt like an hour of being battered by Lugia's tasting, Sebastian felt the tongue curling around his midsection, gripping his tight. It was enough to bring him back to reality, and he squirmed as he realised it might be trying to drag him down to that throat hidden somewhere in the darkness. Yet, he was thrust forward suddenly, between those large teeth and lips until his head was exposed to the cool cave air once more.

Drool dripped from his face as he gasped in the fresh air from outside the maw, freeing an arm to wipe the slime from his eyes and mouth. The taste of Lugia's syrup-like saliva was invasive to his palate, and he groaned in disgust as he spat out a thick glob of spittle that wasn't his own.

With a moment's reprieve, Sebastian realised while panting that he was exhausted. Simply being tossed about like a rag doll in that eager maw had left him with a number of bruises and a great deal of fatigue.

“You truly are delicious," came a voice from seemingly in Sebastian's own mind, and he looked about groggily.

“Like I said, when my mouth is full I use my psychic abilities to speak to my prey. If you think what you want to say, I will hear you, little one." The Legendary's chuckle vibrated around him, and the human tried to pull himself out further to no success as that tongue clamped firm around his middle.

“Please," Sebastian begged finally, unable to turn to look back at the maw he was poking out of, “I'll do anything... this can't be real! I was just out fishing... and then..."

“Fishing, eh?" Lugia laughed into his mind, “well, I'm sure the fish you were looking to catch didn't have much of a say in the matter. Sometimes you're the fisherman, sometimes you're the fish. Right now, you're my catch." A single tug with that huge tongue, and the human was once again encased in that slimy maw, pushed down underneath the floppy organ as he was nearly submerged in the saliva pooled at the bottom of that maw.

Draping his huge tongue over his prey like a warm, sopping-wet blanket, the beast chuckled audibly and simply pinned him there. Sebastian was left to try and push it off him, but even the tongue was heavier than he could manage to lift. He'd never considered how shockingly loud it could be inside a mouth; the dragon's breath a bassy rumble against his eardrum, the saliva squelching loudly, the click of predatory teeth... it was alien to him, and immensely terrifying.

“You seem to think that me letting you go is some kind of mercy," the dragon commented idly as he rubbed his tongue back and forth over the man's front, “but all you would be doing is freezing to death. At least inside me you'll be useful, and it'll never be cold." That laugh vibrated his environment once more, the human slumping back with the exhaustion of fighting that huge tongue.

“I'd rather... eugh... freeze," Sebastian replied, getting more dragon saliva in his mouth than he would have preferred as he spoke.

“What a waste of good meat," Lugia responded with amusement, “besides, how many of my past meals do you think I've let go?" That tongue scooped under his back suddenly, working his body back on top before the beast suddenly tipped its head back. Sebastian tried to grab the tongue's slimy surface as it turned into a deadly slope, and without any traction he began to slip in the darkness towards the source of that horrid breath. Panic set in, and he scrambled desperately, but a moment later his feet were pressed against a tight wall of flesh. It took a few seconds for the man to realise he hadn't been swallowed, but in fact the Lugia had clenched his throat shut.

“Oh my," the ancient Pokemon teased, “so close to being ingested... all I have to do is relax my throat..."

Loosening his muscles a little, the dragon opened up his oesophagus slightly, leaving Sebastian to try and keep his feet out of the open ring of flesh. It was all the space Lugia needed to exhale a concentrated blast of dragon breath over the unfortunate man, who gagged as he got a much better idea of what the Legendary Pokemon's stomach had in store for him.

“Unpleasant, isn't it," Lugia commented into his mind, “but it's where you belong. You're my natural prey, and I think even you know that you're going to give in and submit to my stomach. It's only a matter of time."

“I don't want to be... food," the man complained quietly, trying his best to inhale as little as possible.

“It's not a matter of wanting, you simply are," the dragon replied bluntly.

“I don't know... what you want from me," Sebastian replied in his mind while trying to keep his balance at the back of the patient beast's mouth.

“I want you to surrender."

“I don't want to... to die."

“You won't, you'll be part of my body forever."

“That's the same thing."

“Is it, little one?"

“Yes..."

“You have nowhere else to go now. All you have to do is ask, and I'll swallow you."

“I don't want to..."

“I want you inside me, little one. I, an eternal being, want to make you part of me."

“That's not..."

“It's natural to fear your predator, and it will be gruesome, but in the end you'll be more of Lugia, the Legendary Pokemon, and not an anonymous fisherman from nowhere important.

“I..."

“Submit to me, forever."

Sebastian inhaled a rank lungful of Lugia's breath, his feet against that ring of muscle guarding the throat, already so deep inside, in such darkness, coated in thick saliva. Food...

“Eat me."

“What was that, little one?"

“Just... just do it. Swallow me."

“That doesn't sound like confidence in your voice, little one."

“Please, Lugia," Sebastian both thought and spoke out loud, “I want you to eat me." He wasn't incredibly confident, yet he knew deep down that this scenario didn't end any other way. It wasn't like Lugia would let him go no matter what he said, so giving in to the Lugia's wishes ensured everything would happen faster. A moment of silence passed before the dragon rumbled.

“Well, it's hardly very sincere, but let's get you inside my belly, shall we?" Lugia tilted his head back further and relaxed his throat, letting Sebastian lose any possible footing and slip into that eager gullet.

The change in the human's environment happened so fast, sliding off that soft, heavy tongue and into a crushingly tight tube of flesh which compressed his arms to his sides. With one single gulp Lugia's shockingly powerful neck muscles crushed the wind from his chest a he was violently squished downwards, caught off guard by the incredible forces kneading his helpless body down that slimy tube.

When the oesophagus did relax between each firm peristaltic motion he tried to inhale, only to get a mouthful of the thick saliva pooled around his head from the maw above. As he was dragged further into the beast he felt lightheaded, derived of air and smothered in the dragon's thick drool.

Lugia placed a wingtip against his lengthy neck, tracing his prey's progress within. He felt the lump in his throat travel lower and lower, ingested at a steady pace while the Legendary Pokemon settled down on the rocks and got himself comfortable for the rest of the evening.

Just when he was beginning to think he would pass out, unsure exactly where he was inside the dragon, his toes touched against a firmer ring of clenched muscle. It resisted him, the pressure building as the muscles above continued to pack him downward, but as his body began to curl into a ball his feet sank through the inner sphincter and into what felt like a sauna below.

The rest of his body soon followed, deposited into the piping hot chamber with a disgusting squelch as he sagged down against the stomach wall. Despite the size of the dragon his belly was not that large, and Sebastian was forced to curl his legs a little to fit comfortably. Slightly delirious from being asphyxiated, the young man didn't quite register his new surroundings until he took a deep, desperate breath of air and regretted it immediately.

The smell shocked the young man's mind; the odour from that unpleasant breath in the maw multiplied a hundredfold in the pitch blackness of the dragon's stomach. He gagged immediately as the smell of Lugia's digestive system filled his lungs, forced to take in deep lungfuls of the vile air. It was so foul that he didn't even realise it was breathable for a moment, and it took all of his willpower not to empty his own stomach.

It wasn't the only assault on his senses, however, difficult as it was to focus on any one thing in his new environment. The organic sounds were loud and invasive; the steady pounding of the huge heart intertwining with the squelches of living flesh all around his body. The elastic sack molded to his body, rippling and kneading him in slow motions while oozing slimes drooled down his saliva-slicked flesh. Anytime he tried to press his fingers into those malleable walls and adjust his position they simply sank into the gooey folds and provided little to no traction. Despite all of the increased stimuli in that putrid chamber, he saw nothing but black.

“How's your new accommodation, little one?" came the voice of his predator directly into his mind, “I see you've settled in nicely. I bet you thought it would be a pool of acids in my stomach, didn't you? That's what so many of my meals told me they were expecting, but that's not really how it works. It just wouldn't last so long if it was all acid, you know." A laugh came from the huge beast, settled in comfortable now that his appetite was being sated. Sebastian didn't reply; he was trying his best to come to terms with the fact he'd just been consumed by a Legendary Pokemon.

Disgusting as it was to breathe in the stench of a dragon's guts, he acclimatised partially to it after the initial shock. Despite how rough it has been going down that crushing neck he wasn't in any immediate pain, and began to press his fingers into the slimy stomach wall to feel it the space he was in. It was covered in rubbery wrinkles and folds, evidently designed to stretch around larger meals than himself if required. It was claustrophobic but not problematically so, at least not presently. No matter where he buried his fingertips he couldn't feel anything but stomach lining, struggling to locate even the exit to the throat he'd been deposited from. That alone was terrifying; he couldn't find any way out.

“Relax," Lugia told him with amusement, “there's no way out for you but through my intestines, and you're not going to be in any state to experience that." Sebastian managed to ball up his fist and punch the stomach, but it was entirely futile.

“Now now, none of that," the beast chuckled in amusement, “save the struggling for when I'm really getting into it." The dragon seemed content to tease his prey, evidently a lot more playfully cruel now that his prey was inside him.

Fighting against the belly that contained him was exhausting, and the man eventually lay back against the stomach wall, breathing heavily, his body bruised in a few places from being tossed about by that rough tongue. It forced him to inhale more of that foul air, able to taste it on his tongue as well.

“What's... what's going to happen to me?" he asked with his mind, certain the Lugia would hear.

“You're going to have an hour in there where my stomach juices are going to soften you up," the plump dragon explained, “all that saliva and slime in my belly is already digesting you, nice and slow. It'll get you tender enough so that when my body is ready to get to work you'll be easier to process." Sebastian groaned; a whole hour in this sloppy gut?

“Then comes the fun part," Lugia added with excitement, “I'll start squeezing you nice and tight. I'm sure you'll be fine at first, but as the night goes on you'll be pushed to your limits and well past them. I'll get to hear you break, bone by bone, while my stomach grinds you down bit by bit. Of course, it's not enough just to crush you; I'll start to excrete harsher acids to properly attack your flesh. I won't lie, little one; it's going to hurt... a lot. I'm going to try and keep you alive for as long as possible; the screaming really is the best part."

Sebastian heard every word spoken directly into his mind, barely able to comprehend what cruel fate awaited him. Tucked inside that foul gut, he had to come to terms with his own mortality as he realised he'd been trapped in a chamber solely designed to organically process his kind into fuel for a Legendary beast. He couldn't even lay claim to being the first; thousands of men and woman had no doubt been in the very same predicament, forced to endure live digestion for the sick satisfaction of a reclusive dragon.

Everything around him constantly shifted, the stomach walls rippling in slow waves while he enzymes slowly rolled down his naked flesh, tenderising him with deliberate slowness. The fisherman had very little knowledge of anything going on outside his prison, but it was easy enough to deduce that his predator wasn't leaving his cave anytime soon.

“Why are you doing this?" he asked through his thoughts, “why won't you let me feed you without all the... the pain?" He could feel the rumble from the larger male's chuckle, before he felt a firm thump from the outside as Lugia patted his own belly with a huge wing.

“What answer do you seek?" the dragon replied, “would you prefer one that gives you comfort, or the truth? I could tell you that I enjoy the squirming, that it entertains me like a Skitty playing with its own tail. I could tell you that I'm sadistic, and that torturing humans is a pleasurable pastime in such miserable weather. I could tell you that a slow digestion allows my body to better store your nutrients. I could tell you that I like to give my prey one of the most intense experiences possible in their fleeting existence. Maybe none of these reasons are true, maybe all of them are. Regardless, you are my food now. Relax, and let my body ruin you, young human."

It was evident to Sebastian now that there was nothing he could do. Yet, it was such a terrifying prospect that every part of him wanted to do something. It was a powerful pair of emotions that conflicted heavily inside of him, that of being so utterly dominated by a superior species, and the human instinct to fight and survive.

Sebastian lay in that sauna-like stomach for an hour, barely noticing as his head hair fell out in clumps while his body hair fizzled away to leave his smooth skin. He grew accustomed to the disgusting smell of dragon gut, and without any particular source of immediate discomfort, found himself lulled into a false sense of relaxation as those slick walls cradled his body. He lost track of time in the darkness, with nothing but the groaning and gurgling to keep him company as Lugia relaxed in silence to enjoy his meal.

It was so gradual that he barely noticed how little space was left until he felt his skin start to itch. Attempting to reach down and scratch his lower back which had been submerged in the inch of thick sloppy enzymes the longest, he realised he could barely reach with how firmly the stomach was pushing in on him. That brought Sebastian back to reality, a swift realisation of the fact he was nearly curled in a foetal position coupled with the onset of his flesh feeling raw and itchy.

He began to struggle a little again, attempting to push back the encroaching walls. They were no longer as soft and malleable as before, the muscles behind those rippling stomach folds powerful and indicative of the power of their owner. His mind began to speed up again as panic broke through the rest of his though, putting his back into it as he jammed his feet until the stomach lining and tried with gritted teeth to force it back. It didn't yield.

“As I said," Lugia rumbled into his mind with audible amusement, “relax, and let me break you down. There's nothing you can do." Sebastian kicked a few more times, only to be met with a clench from the heavy belly which forced him right back into an uncomfortable ball.

“Oh no..." he muttered aloud, tasting the rank air as he spoke, “please..."

“You don't even make a visible bulge," Lugia cut into his pleading, “nobody would even know you were inside me... if anyone were even around." The dragon rubbed his gut in circles with his wing, enjoying his time with this meal. It wasn't much different to his other meals, but it had been two months since the last human washed up. He would savour this one.

For the human trapped inside the Legendary Pokemon, the foul but comfortable stomach he'd been packed into was starting to get more and more active. He was actively kneaded by those heavy walls, rolling flesh smothering his entire body while thick enzymes squelched into his bare skin. Each squeeze now felt tight and oppressive, getting slowly firmer until he grunted with the firmness of each squeeze. There was no passage of time in the darkness, only the gradual increase in force and pain as the parts of him submerged in the slop at the bottom of the stomach began to sting as his skin became raw and exposed.

More than an hour and a half had passed after being consumed before he finally gasped in pain for the first time, trying to peel his back off the stomach wall as it sizzled in the steamy ooze that coated them. As soon as he tried to move his chest was compressed by a heavy squeeze, forcing the wind from his lungs as he gasped and gagged on the humid air. Everything felt so much hotter, like he was stewing in an organic sauna that had been left on far too long. A rhythmic clench of the stomach wall caught his right arm, and in a panicked tug he yanked it free before that muscular fold squeezed hard around the empty space.

“Lugia!" he shouted, both verbally and with his mind, “please! I don't want to be food! Let me out! Oh god... It hurts..." He squirmed, trying anything to get his sizzling flesh away from that chemical slurry, but it was coating everything. It began to really dawn on him that this was it; he wasn't being let out. He wasn't being shown mercy. He was going to be digested alive and the very thought of it was terrifying.

“Well, I can't blame you for squirming a bit in there," Lugia calmly told him, “it's got to be getting more exciting now. You're going to want to scream when your first bone breaks, but please try and hold it in. Some of my meals start screaming too early, and don't save any voice for when they're truly experiencing digestive agony. You were very delicious, little morsel, but the best is yet to come." The words chilled the man to his core, unable to believe there was a Pokemon this cruel, and that he'd had the misfortune to meet them. In his brief distraction, his arm sank into one of those powerful folds and with an incredible squeeze his forearm was crushed with a sickening crunch.

The initial shock of being so violently broken left Sebastian without much feeling at all as he somewhat vaguely registered that his arm had fallen victim to the dragon's powerful muscles. Unable to see in his organic prison, the pain slowly filtered into his conscious mind and began to make itself known as he the ceaseless walls continued to knead him firmly. Compressed into a ball he was smothered in those thick secretions, gritting his teeth at the agony of having his arm crushed, the sensations now hitting home.

Lugia listened with interest, having heard quite clearly that sickening crunch from inside his thick layers of belly fat. To his credit, Sebastian didn't bellow or beg like so many before him, instead bearing the pain in silence. Smirking, the dragon caressed his own round paunch, enjoying the cruel intimacy he shared with his prey in the privacy of his personal cave.

“That's it," the Legendary practically purred into the mind of his meal, “you're just meat now, little one. Let me grind you up nice and slow." Sebastian squirmed in the deadly confines of his predator, but those merciless muscles kept him in a neat package as he was gruesomely tortured. Forced to endure his ruined arm, the unfortunate man felt the skin all over his body wearing away entirely. Pain wracked his body as raw nerves were exposed to digestive acids, the horrid liquids oozing more copiously from the stomach lining to soak into his bare flesh.

Nothing he could do prevented those dominant contractions from forcing that foul slop into his nose and ears, and as he gasped in pain, his mouth. After two hours inside the Lugia he was properly digesting, yet at a controlled, deliberate pace designed to let him experience as much of it as humanly possible.

Another particularly powerful squeeze cracked one of his ribs, and in the subsequent, panicked squirming, felt his ankle slip between those tightened folds. With his toes and ankle crushed by the Lugia's shocking strength, he finally screamed as he was forced to face one of the most harrowing fates imaginable. As he squirmed and cried out for mercy, for help, for anyone, Lugia simply lay there against the cool stone and rubbed with calm, composed strokes of his wing. It cost the dragon no effort to put Sebastian through hell.

The situation was grim for the fisherman, and over the next hour would continue to face the realities of being turned from a healthy young man with hopes and dreams into his base nutrients for a hungry Pokemon. The stomach grew tighter and tighter, grinding his bones to dust one by one, while his body sizzled in the acidic furnace. He could no longer make sense of any one source of pain as extremities were crushed and dissolved simultaneously, yet he clung to life as Lugia purred contentedly.

“Not much longer now," the dragon spoke to him, the powerful voice now distorted in his mind, “You've been a good meal. I enjoyed you thoroughly, little one. I can feel you fuelling me already, your energy surges through my body. Soon, you will be more of me, and none of you."

Those would be the last words Sebastian heard before he died. A particularly strong squeeze from that active gut folded him in two with a sickening crack, his spine giving way after all the abuse it had taken. He couldn't scream, not when his throat had been ruined by the acidic fluids. Not resembling anything even remotely human, Sebastian's world faded into the void, surrounded by endlessly churning stomach.

Lugia let out a small burp, and licked over his maw as he felt the life force of his prey vanish. It had been a good meal, and already the energy was rushing through his huge body, revitalising his incredible frame. With a sigh the beast of legend lay back and closed his eyes, drifting off to sleep to leave his guts to finish grinding their meaty contents into a thick, nutritious slurry.

It was a confusing time for Sebastian when consciousness greeted him once more. Everything was pitch black, and he felt like he was floating as he groggily tried to move. The world around him wobbled as his brain tried to catch up with reality, his thoughts distorted by the digestion he'd just endured.

Lugia!

The man suddenly remembered everything; his crash, the dragon, being eaten and tortured alive...

In a panic he tried to sit upright, only to find himself enclosed in a sort of fleshy cocoon. He had no idea where he was or how he was alive, unable to see anything.

That's when he heard it; the dull, repetitive thump. A heart. Lugia's heart.

“Welcome back, little one," came the calm, collected voice of the dragon, “I take it you enjoyed your death?" Sebastian didn't respond immediately, the words not quite sinking in.

“D... death?" he muttered, pushing his fingers into the spongy walls.

“Indeed," came the reply, “right now your body is inside of me, fuelling me. You're in everything from my wings to my tail." That took Sebastian even longer to process, but as he felt around the chamber he was in it made sense. Was this what it was like to be eaten by a legendary? Had his soul been trapped inside the beast... forever? He sure felt like he still had a body...

“Am I going to live on like this inside you, forever?" he asked, unsure if that was a fate he even wanted. Yet, he knew now he had no choice in such matters. He felt the chamber vibrate as the Lugia laughed.

“Oh my... how do I break this to you gently..." the dragon replied with evident amusement in his voice. “I've reformed your body with my abilities, inside a special second stomach which I possess for such things." Sebastian paused, testing his fingers and toes for feeling.

“So... so I'm me again?" he inquired anxiously.

“Quite so," Lugia confirmed, “I can bring back prey I've eaten in my second stomach. It's quite safe in there, I can assure you."

“Please," Sebastian begged finally, “please let me out. I fed you... I... I did my part." A moment of silence passed before Lugia spoke once again.

“Oh little one," the ancient dragon rumbled with deep amusement, “you see, food is scarce here in the Whirlpool Islands. I only get to eat one human every few months. A body like mine, forever... needs daily sustenance." A cruel laugh reverberated around the cave as the Lugia patted his gut heavily.

“In a few hours my body is going to need another meal," the dragon told him bluntly, “and you're going to be sliding right back in there."

“No... No!" Sebastian protested, struggling once more inside the second stomach to no avail.

“I'll reform you every day until another human washes up on my islands, little one. You can digest for me every day until then." Lugia smirked as his prey realised what awaited him.

“Please, I'll do anything," the man begged, “I don't want to... Oh gods... Oh gods... Please... Anything but that... The pain..."

“Embrace it," Lugia told him firmly, “that's what meat does. It digests."

“There... there must be something I can do."

“Nothing."
