In the heart of an ancient, untouched forest lay the Grove of Eldara, a place shrouded in myth and magick. The grove was a sanctuary where time seemed to stand still, its trees whispering secrets of centuries past. Silvery moonlight filtered through the dense canopy, casting its magickal glow on the forest floor where wildflowers bloomed in radiant clusters. This sacred place was known only to a few, its existence a closely guarded secret amongst the forest's most devout guardians.

At the centre of this sacred space stood a stone altar, weathered by time but still majestic in its silent grandeur. Its top had been polished by centuries of use, its four sides deeply carved with runes into the very stone itself. The topmost edge of the altar was adorned with intricate carvings of natural symbols—vines, leaves and celestial motifs—marking it as a place of ancient power. The air was thick with the scent of blooming flora and the faintest hint of magick, a palpable reminder of the enchantments that imbued the grove.

*

Elowen, a young Druidess of almost ethereal grace and beauty, moved with deliberate calm through the grove. Her long, autumn-coloured hair fell in waves over her shoulders, adorned with delicate flowers and leaves. Her emerald-green eyes, filled with the wisdom of her upbringing, reflected the light of the full moon. Raised from birth in the forest, she had been groomed for this very moment, her life a preparation of the cosmic convergence that would unfold that night.

Her daily rituals were a blend of reverence and routine. Tonight, however, was unlike any other. The celestial event that marked the convergence was imminent, a rare alignment of stars and planets that occurred once in a millennium. Elowen's heart beat with a mixture of anticipation and solemnity as she approached the altar, where she would soon fulfil her sacred role.

*

Elowen stood at the edge of the altar, her thoughts focused on the ancient texts and teachings that had guided her life. She invoked the blessing of the grove, her voice a soft murmur of ancient incantations that mingled with the whispers of the forest in perfect harmony. Her preparations were meticulous, each gesture and word intended to align her mortal spirit with the cosmic energies of the forest and the very stars and moon. Her ritual continued, invoking the four watchtowers in turn, before calling on the Lady and Lord, welcoming them to be present and witness this ritual.

As the celestial event approached its zenith, the atmosphere in the grove shifted. A powerful presence filled the space, drawing the attention of the Druids and Druidess, even the attention of every living being within the forest. Lysander, the great stag spirit, emerged from the air itself. His arrival was marked by an awe-inspiring display of natural beauty. His white coat glowed with soft, otherworldly light, and his antlers, adorned with vines and leaves, seemed to pulse with an otherworldly, silvery glow.

The air around him shimmered with magickal energy, which rippled and flowed off him, as he stepped forwards. His cloven hooves thrummed with a deep resonance. Lysander's eyes, deep and knowing, scanned the grove with a sense of ancient wisdom, masculinity and power. He had come at Elowen's call, come to fulfil his role in the convergence, a being of immense power and grace destined to intertwine with Elowen in the sacred ritual.

Elowen, though well prepared, felt a flutter of nerves as Lysander approached. The stag's majestic form and the energy he radiated were overwhelming, but she remained steadfast. She moved with practised care, arranging the altar with offerings of fresh flowers and herbs, each element carefully chosen to enhance the forthcoming ritual's potency.

Lysander observed her with a quiet reverence, sensing the weight of the moment. As drops of his seed fell to the earth from his lengthening penis, life surged forth in the form of blooming wildflowers, their petals unfurling in tribute to his power.

As the moon reached its zenith, its light bathing the grove in silver luminescence, Elowen completed the last of the ritual incantations. The time for the ritual was drawing near, and the forest seemed to hold its breath in anticipation.

In the stillness before the ritual, Elowen's heart raced. She was aware of the significance of the convergence and the enormity of her role. Doubts crept into her mind—was she truly ready for this most sacred of tasks? Could she meet the expectations of the prophecy and the ancient traditions?

Lysander, sensing her inner turmoil, approached her with a calming presence. His eyes, filled with understanding, conveyed a silent reassurance. The bond between them was unspoken but palpable, a mutual recognition of their shared purpose.

Elowen took a deep breath, drawing strength from the stag's serene confidence, and steeled herself for the ritual that lay ahead. Two druids, both cloaked in robes of deep green, approached Elowen with quiet reverence. They were her caretakers, the High Priest and Priestess of the grove, guardians of the ancient ways and rituals, and their purpose was solemn and purposeful. Their faces were serene, partially hidden by the hoods of their robes, betraying no emotion as they reached for the edges of her flowing ceremonial gown. With the same precision and care that guided their every movement, they began to disrobe her, piece by piece, unveiling her for the ritual to come.

The high priest's hands, weathered and strong, gently unclasped the ties at her shoulders, allowing the fabric to fall gracefully down her arms. His touch was respectful, and deliberate, as he revealed her bare skin to the open air.

The high priestess, moving with equal grace, slid the gown down Elowen's body, the cloth whispering against her skin as it pooled at her feet.

Elowen then stood naked before them, and the entire Druidical coven, her pale, flawless skin bathed only in the light of the moon, her hair cascading like a river of autumn leaves over her shoulders. She felt the cool night air kiss her skin, a sensation that sent a ripple through her senses.

They did not speak as they worked, their eyes lowered in reverence for the gravity of their small part in this ritual. Together, they took her hands, guiding her gently to the altar that awaited her.

Elowen's breath quickened, but she moved with the grace and resolve of one who had prepared for this all her life. Her heart pounded, not out of fear, but from the sheer magnitude of what was about to transpire.

Carefully, the druids helped her recline on the altar, laying her down upon the cool, smooth stone. Her body rested in perfect alignment with the sacred symbols carved into the ancient granite, her arms outstretched, her legs slightly parted. She gazed up at the full moon, the vast cosmos twinkling above her, feeling the powerful pull of the moon, the planets and even the stats aligning, the celestial forces that would soon meld into the magick of the grove.

Once she was laid upon the altar, the druids stepped back, silently retreating to the edges of the clearing, leaving Elowen alone in the centre of the sacred space. The air was thick and heavy with anticipation, the earth itself seeming to hold its breath.

Lysander stepped forward, his majestic form illuminated by the soft glow of the moon. His massive branching antlers, intertwined with vines and fresh leaves, shimmered with moonlight. The great tag approached the altar slowly, his cloven hooves silent on the forest floor, though every hoof step thrummed with the pulse of the very earth itself. His presence was overwhelming—both regal and primal—as his eye, filled with ancient wisdom, gazed down at the offering that lay before him.

Lysander lowered his head, his velvet-soft muzzle brushing against Elowen's bare skin. The sensation was electrifying—a gentle nuzzle that sent shivers of pleasure rippling through her body. His touch was tender yet commanding, the weight of millennia of magick flowing through him and into her with every lick and nuzzle.

He began at her neck, nuzzling the skin lightly before drawing his hot, damp tongue across her collarbone, leaving a trail of heated sensation in its wake. Elowen gasped softly, her body responding instinctively to his touch. Lysander magicks flowed through her, heightening every sensation, drawing out her pleasure with each languid motion. His tongue traced lower, teasing over her breasts, his breath warm as it ghosted over her sensitive skin. The magick within him heightened her senses even further, amplifying her pleasure, and making each touch resonate through her very soul.

With deliberate care, Lysander circled the altar, his antlers glowing softly as the magick of the grove intertwined with the cosmic forces overhead. Each time he passed, the energy of the air grew more potent, and the connection between stag and woman deepened. The first circle was slow and measured, a ritualistic pacing that signified the sacred bond they were about to form. As he moved, his eyes never left Elowen, and the intensity of his gaze was a reminder of the powerful forces at play.

On his second circle, he dipped his head again, nuzzling her legs, his muzzle trailing down her thighs, his breath warm against her skin. His tongue licked teasingly along the inside of her thighs, drawing soft gasps from her as her body responded to his touch. His magicks coursed through her veins like liquid fire, igniting a slow, building desire that coiled deep within her. Her heart raced, her body trembling with expectation and anticipation as she fully surrendered herself to the sacred ritual, her mind clouded with the blissful haze of magick and pleasure.

Lysander completed his third circle around the altar, the atmosphere now thick with power and the weight of impending union. His muzzle brushed between her legs, tongue flickering up her inner thighs, before he inhaled deeply, his tongue exploring her sex. He tilted his head back, upper lips curling as he tasted her, inhaled her scent—and found her worthy.

He moved to position himself over her, his warm, musky breath ghosting over her face as he gazed down into her eyes, his knowing stare filled with both primal desire and a deep, spiritual connection. The air crackled and sparked with magickal energies as Lysander prepared for the culmination of the sacred ritual, the final merging of their bodies and souls, destined to bring forth a new era of magick and life to the ancient grove.

Elowen, her body and spirit fully aligned with the magicks of the ritual, opened herself to him completely. Her chest rose and fell rapidly, her body trembling against his, not in fear, but in the sheer, overwhelming anticipation of what was to come.

Lysander quivered, slightly crouching with his hind legs, his large, powerful form settled over her, his length slick and dripping, brushing against her virginal folds. He took a few shuddering breaths, then as the magicks fully aligned, he consummated the sacred union, and the ancient magicks bound them both as he took what was offered, freely and without fear – giving her his own gift, in strong, powerful spurts.

Their union consummated, Elowen buried her head against his gossamer-like mane, her muffled cries and tears silenced as the great forest spirit continued his passionate lovemaking. Their union was sacred, beautiful, and eternal—one of nature's most profound expressions of life, magick and the divine intertwining of two spirits destined to merge under the gaze of the heavens. It was as he began to fill her womb with his powerful seed, that a voice, deep and resonant, filled Elowen's mind—Lysander's voice, speaking directly to her soul.

Child no more, his voice echoed in her thoughts, carrying with it the weight of countless millennia. My gift I give you, for through you, will I find rebirth and life.

Elowen's heart surged at the intimacy of his words, the connection between them no longer bound by mere flesh, but the merging of their minds and spirits, as yet more of his seed flooded her. Her breath caught, and she responded, her own thoughts reaching out to him with love and trust.

Lysander, forest father, she whispered back, her mind trembling with emotion. I am honoured to receive your gift. In me, you will find renewal. In me, your life will rekindle in my womb, I will carry you, I will birth you, and I will suckle you at my breast. For such it has always been, such it shall always be.

His powerful form moved above her, and she felt him give yet more of himself to her, his very life force through his seed and his thrusts. Ancient magicks coursed through her, intensifying with every heartbeat, Lysander's thoughts, warm and soothing, washed over her as he nuzzled the side of her neck, his touch both tender and commanding.

Mother, the stars themselves watch over this moment, and all that we create together, he murmured, his mental voice carrying a depth of emotion and primal instinct. You are the lock, Elowen, my seed is the key. The one chosen to complete this sacred ritual, together. Through you, I will rise again, renewed and reborn.

Elowen's thoughts fluttered as her body responded to the slow, deliberate rhythm of their union. The magick that flowed between them heightened her pleasure beyond imagination, her awareness becoming one with not just Lysander, but all living things, their connection deepening in ways beyond the physical. She arched beneath him, her mind reaching for his once more, seeking to fully consummate him.

I am yours, Lysander, she thought with reverence. Take from me what you need. Let our spirits merge as one, and together, we shall fulfil our shared purpose.

He let out a low, guttural sound, filled with both desire and purpose. His thoughts caressed her mind like a warm breeze, soothing and full of promise.

You are the vessel of life, the vessel of creation, he spoke, his mental voice thick with passion and wisdom. Through you, I am made whole once more. Together, we will awaken the ancient magick, and from this sacred union, the cycle shall begin anew.

As their bodies entwined fully in their own, and the rituals climaxed, Lysander's presence overwhelmed her senses, his power, his essence, his seed, blending with hers until they were no longer separate beings, but one force—one heartbeat, one breath, one soul. His final words to her, as the ritual neared its completion resonated through her entire being.

Goddess, through your gift, I find eternity.

As the intensity of their sacred union, and the final waves of their mutual climax began to subside, the air in the grove shifted. Lysander's once vibrant energy, which had pulsed through the very earth beneath them, began to slow. The light that had surrounded his majestic form dimmed, softening into a gentle glow. He stood over Elowen, his breath coming slower, but still deep and purposeful. His antlers, once pulsing with magick, now shimmered faintly, the leaves that adorned them gently falling like whispers of autumn upon the altar.

Lysander looked down at Elowen with his deep, knowing eyes. She could feel him withdrawing, not in spirit, but physically. A wave of profound understanding washed over her as she lay beneath him, still connected to the ancient magicks that had entwined their fates. Her hand reached up to caress his neck, her fingers brushing against his soft fur, and she could feel the change within him.

His voice entered her mind, soft but unwavering.

It is done, Elowen, he whispered, his mental voice filled with both peace and finality. Through you, life begins again. My time in this form has come to its end, as all things must in their own time.

Tears welled in her eyes as the realisation dawned fully upon her. She knew this was a part of the ritual, part of the ancient tales she had read, but the sorrow of losing him—this magnificent, powerful being—still tore at her heart.

Must you go, Lysander? She asked, her thoughts trembling as she held onto the moment, not ready to let him fade from her grasp.

I do not leave you, my beloved Druidess, he replied gently. I live on in you, in the new life we have created. Through our union, I will be reborn, as will the forest, the cycle continuing as it has since the dawn of time. This is my purpose...

Elowen closed her eyes, feeling the warmth of his body still above hers, the sensation of his seed deep within her, the magick of creation already beginning to stir. She knew his death was not an end, but a transformation, the natural cycle that all living things must undergo.

Lysander took a slow, deliberate step back from the altar, his legs trembling slightly as the energy that had sustained him began to ebb. The vines and leaves that had intertwined with his antlers started to wither and fall, disintegrating into the wind, and returning to the earth. His once gleaming coat of white dulled, losing its ethereal glow, turning into the soft greys and browns of the forest floor.

Weep not for me, Elowen, his words filled her heart and mind, his voice growing faint, though still filled with love. Rejoice, for this is the way it has always been. I have given you my gift, and through you, I will live again.

She watched as Lysander slowly sank to the ground, his strength leaving him. With great effort, he lay upon the earth, his black cloven hooves settling gently onto the grass. The great stag, once so full of vitality and magick, was now becoming one with the forest. His body, still majestic in its beauty, began to meld into the earth, his antlers turning into the roots of trees, his hooves becoming moss-covered stones, and his fur blending into the soil beneath him.

Elowen rose from the altar and then knelt beside him, her hand resting on his brow as tears silently slipped down her cheeks. She could feel the life within her growing already, the seed he had given her taking root in the fertile ground of her womb.

You will live on in the forest, and in our child, Elowen whispered softly, her voice filled with sadness and reverence. I will carry your legacy Lysander, and our child will know your strength, your wisdom.

With that, Lysander closed his eyes for the final time. His body slowly dissolved into the forest floor, once more returning to the very earth that had brought him forth. Flowers began to bloom where he had lain, and the grove itself seemed to sigh, the energy of his spirit now woven into every tree, every leaf, and every creature that called the forest home.

Elowen, kneeling by the altar, placed her hand on the ground where Lysander had lain. Though her heart ached with loss, she could feel his presence all around her—stronger than ever. The great stag would live on in the life they had created, and in the forest that now revitalised with his magick.

Yes, Lysander, Elowen bowed her head, offering a silent, heartfelt plea. Through me, your enteral cycle will begin again. From the earth we spring, to the earth we shall return once more.
