We get an Explanatory Mind Fuck
About a Week Later
“Lycanor are you sure about this?” I asked.
He gave a couple barks.
“Wait a second did you just say training? In a forest clearing?” Marissa asked
Lycanor barked and growled a little.
“OH I know where that is that’s where you raised me. I can’t believe it’s still there.” Martin said looking excited.
I sighed. I still don’t understand why Lycanor is always up in my grill. I don’t mind but the way he seems to be acting around me seems both possessive and protective.
Over the past week I have had to deal with a lot. So why don’t we just add superhero to the mix of crazy that is my life and hope that I don’t go insane.
“WOOF!” Lycanor growled at me loudly.
“You know if you want someone’s attention it would be polite not to say bitch pay fucking attention.” I said giving him my ultimate stare of you know I am right.
Lycanor huffed and without any warning a portal opened and we walked right into it because it opened and closed so quickly.
This led me to smack my muzzle right into a damn tree.
“SON OF A BITCH!” I roared in pain. Lycanor was licking at my face. Yes he may be feral but his height reaches my top set of my six pack on my nearly 7 and a half foot height. So he is roughly 5 and a half feet tall.
“I’m okay Lycanor. But I swear to whatever deities may inhabit this point in time. If you ever open a portal and not warn the rest of us and make me smack my muzzle right into another tree. I am going to make your favorite pillow vanish.” I said all the while smiling.
He Whimpered. “Yes I accept your apology.” I said petting him behind his ears.
“So about this training how do we do it?” Marissa asked.
Lycanor Walked into the clearing and he seemed to let out a breath of energy that went right towards us.
I saw images. Fighting styles. Then summoning a Sword while holding my necklace in one hand which caused an interesting outfit to appear. It was a Nice Looking Blue Sweatshirt with a Blood Red Muscle Shirt that actually went with the blue and black cargo shorts.
So I repeated the steps the vision showed me and I had the sword in my hand.
“You are the ones I sought!” Lycanor barked joyfully.
“Is it just me or did he actually speak in the English language.” I said staring. Yes I could get the gist of his language but now he was speaking our language.
“Okay Lycanor take it from the top please. Why did you seek us out.” Marissa asked calmly.
“Fuck that shit about being calm he just spoke English!!” Tyler exclaimed.
“You do know English wasn’t my first language either right guys.” Martin said.
“I actually agree with Marissa why did you seek us out?” I said
“Well every time hound is born usually weak and abandoned until someone has enough heart and compassion like Derek comes along and nurses us back to health. We stick with them for awhile until we are old enough to time travel. Then we are driven by instinct to travel through time to find those who would become our pack and one who would become our mate. The time hounds who are the abandoned time hounds usually have a destiny tied to them that usually is to prevent calamity” he explained and at the last part about his mate couldn’t look me in the eye.
“Then when a time hound find’s his or her mate they bond with them at level beyond the physical. They develop a psychic link making it easier to trust one another. The two mates regardless of male or female If one is a male time hound can impregnate his mate with a pup of their own. However once a Time Hound finds their mate they can never be without them for too long. For the thing that keeps them immortal and invulnerable is their mate. His pack on the other hand are those he can depend on absolutely to protect his mate and pup as well as become a family pack. Now the mated pair can only keep their pup if he or she isn’t tied to another point in time. I personally wouldn’t be able to give up my pup if it were me.” Lycanor continued with his explanation.
“Now the Mate of a Time Hound often gains Temporal abilities. In addition to his normal power’s.” Lycanor went to continue before he was cut off by Marissa.
“Wait you said He and seemed to imply your mate instead of a hypothetical one. Yes I can read mind’s just not yours.” Marissa said
“I have found my pack and as for my mate well…. Um I will get back to you on that.” Lycanor said still unable to meet my gaze.
‘man I wish I could tell Leo he was my Ma…..’ a voice spoke out in my head before cutting off as if realizing something.
“WHAT IN THE EVER LOVING FUCK?” I roared in shock.
“What’s wrong with you. Are you okay there dude.” Tyler asked concerned. I couldn’t answer from the shock.
“Hey bro speak to us.” Martin asked.
“According to his own thoughts he was just spoken to in a telepathic manner however I cannot read his thoughts anymore they seem to be blocked off.
Lycanor whimpered and belly crawled to me. I looked at him.
“You have a lot of Explaining to do. Mate.” I said looking at him feeling all sorts of fucked up.
"WHAT?!" everyone exclaimed
